The group was divided into Japanese and English, which was reassuring. It's also good for families with children. The weather was really nice, but the water temperature in December might be cold; you can get in, but it's chilly when you come out. The hamburger for lunch was very delicious! We were able to see a sea turtle up close while snorkeling, and it was a great experience for my child. Thank you!

The restaurant at the Outrigger Reef Hotel has a lovely pool. Families are smiling while watching their children play in the pool. It's a wonderfully warm atmosphere with live music, making it a great space for both adults and kids to enjoy. The meals and drinks served in this setting are delightful. I'm really glad I made a reservation!

周りでは、子供たちをプールで遊ばせてそれを見ながら微笑んでる家族。
なんともほんわかした雰囲気の中、生ライブもあって大人も子供も楽しめるような素敵な空間です。そんな中で食べるお食事や楽しめるお酒など。
ほんと予約して良かったと思います！！

The crew was really searching for whales, but as is common in nature, it depends on the whales' mood, so it was disappointing not to see any. People who went on a different whale tour that same day seemed to have seen them well, which made it even more disappointing. However, the boat itself was stable and I felt safe on it, and it would have been truly amazing if we had seen whales! I hope to see them next time, and I look forward to enjoying winter in Hawaii again someday!

まぁ自然界の常識でもあるように、鯨のご機嫌次第とはいえ
見れなくて残念でした。
同じ日に別の鯨ツアーに行った人はしっかり見れたらしく
余計に残念な思いです。
でも、船そのものは揺れも少なく安心して乗っていられましたし
これで鯨が見れたらほんと最高でしたね！
次回は見れることを願って、いつかまた冬のハワイを楽しみたいです！

Our family of four enjoyed day out with Capt Bob Sandbar tour. Recommend wearing swim rash guard to help retain body heat.

It was stress free and full of fun. Everything was prepared including snorkeling gears, paddles, kayaks, etc. There was even a floating lounge. We saw a lot of tropical fish and coral. Crew members were very nice and enjoyed what they do. Will recommend 100%!

We set off at 10, collected promptly by the pick up service, with full Aircon, arrived at the ranch to be welcomed and checked in immediately, we had a fair bit of time before our allocated event so walked around and checked everything out, everything looked well cared for, horses looked to be in tip top condition no ribs to be seen (horse owner so important to me), food was lovely at a decent price, expected it to be expensive as it was only place to eat but no, the ATV tout was on time and awesome, Matt and David were great fun and very informative, the scenery is fantastic, the return bus arrived on time to take us back, all in all a fantastic day out, fully recommended

The ATV Raptors were Amazing!! My sons had a great time. Esther the tour guide was informative and friendly. Seeing the iconic scenes from the Jurrasic Park movies was so much fun. The stories about the island and ranch were also very insightful and allowed you to connect with the atmosphere. We will be back next year for the horseback riding and Hollywood tour.

If you've seen some Polynesian shows, you should definitely check this one out. It's casual and fun!

The reception was right on time, and while we were waiting, we got to take a photo with Santa.
There were a lot of people, and our departure was delayed by 15 minutes!
We rode on the upper deck of a double-decker bus, having a great time,
enjoying the pleasant breeze while watching the amazing illuminations, and there was even a pumpkin carriage, which felt very foreign and exciting.
The inside of the city hall was beautiful with many trees on display.
However, I wasn't sure where to find the bus for the return trip, so I just lined up where there seemed to be people, and it showed up.
It was the best experience of Christmas in Hawaii.

受付は、きっちり時間通りで、待ってる間にサンタさんと写真撮らせていただきました。
人数が多く出発時間が15分遅れてました！
二階建てバスの二階に乗り、盛り上がって、
心地よい風が吹く中、最高のイルミネーションを観て、カボチャの馬車もいて、外国って感じで、
興奮しました。
市役所の中も沢山のツリーを観て綺麗でした。
ただ帰りのバスの場所がわからず何となく人のあいる方で並んでいたら来ました。
ハワイのクリスマスの体験ができて最高でした。

I went snorkeling in a coral reef where sea turtles come and go. A sea turtle appeared right in front of me from a hole in the reef, and I was able to swim together with it for a little while. It was an emotional experience.

ウミガメが出入りする珊瑚礁でシノーケリングをしました。珊瑚礁の穴からウミガメが目の前に出て来て少しの間一緒に泳ぐ事が出来ました。感動しました。

I thought I could take photos like in a guidebook, but the sandbar was underwater! It seems that it's rare for it to be in a guidebook-like condition. However, I had a great time with activities like volleyball, snorkeling, sea turtle watching, and a hamburger lunch on the boat!

My husband is not a strong swimmer, and Zola was patient and encouraging with him the whole time. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I ended up going pelagic diving on Christmas Eve, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Sharks are my biggest fear, this was my opportunity to face them. It was comforting for me that the crew gets in the water right along side you.They were very down to earth people, and genuinely create an environment where you feel safe. At a few points I started to slightly freak out as the sharks got uncomfortably close and the crew swam right alongside me and reassured me that I’d be fine, and they would keep them away if they came any closer. I was able to tough out the experience and got out of the water exhilarated, shaking, and completely in awe of what had I had experienced. I am left a memory that I will never forget / take for granted. I would 100% do it again , and I recommend this crew to all of my friends.. I wouldn’t chose any other charter!

The coupon pickup location is at the ticket booth for the trolley station on the north side of T Galleria Hawaii by DFS, but in reality, there was a cart on the sidewalk on the Royal Hawaiian Avenue side of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

I was informed about the tide conditions in advance and chose the best time to participate. There was also an explanation in Japanese, so I had no worries. On the day of the event, it was a bit chilly, but the warm drinks were very appreciated. I was moved to see many more turtles than I expected. SUP was also fun.

事前に潮の具合を教えてもらい、ベストな時間を選んで参加しました。
日本語の説明もあり、不安はありませんでした。
当日は、少し寒い気温でしたが、温かい飲み物がとてもありがたかったです。
予想よりたくさんの亀に会えて、感動でした。
SUPも楽しかったです。

I it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the cruise. The crew and captain were great! We saw dolphins and a beautiful sunset! We would do it again!

I was a bit worried about the weather, but since it was covered, a little rain wasn't a problem. I went on an off-road tour with a family member who has difficulty walking, but the guide was very accommodating, which was great.

お天気が少し心配でしたが、屋根付きなので多少の雨であれば問題ありませんでした。足が悪い家族と一緒のオフロードツアーでしたが、ガイドさんにもよくしていただき良かったです。

The guidance to the buffet seating and the distribution of drinks were extremely rough. There was no difference from the VIP experience. If it were like this, only the show would be good.

ビュッフェの席への案内、ドリンクの配布など、極めて粗雑。VIPとの差もなし。

I let my kids drive, thinking it would double the fun. Whether the driving was chaotic or the road was chaotic (probably both), by the end, everyone was covered in sand. At a spot by the river, we intentionally sped up, and the two sitting in front ended up splashed with muddy water.

It's better to avoid wearing white clothes. You'll get completely covered in sand, but it's probably better than white. Even with helmets and goggles, sand gets in through the gaps and makes your hair all messy.

We laughed it off and had a great time! The pickup, check-in, and explanations were all in English. It was fine since there was someone who could speak English, but I would have been a bit nervous if I was alone.

I thought it would be a shorter time, but it actually lasts a solid hour and a half to two hours. It's worth the price.

楽しさも倍増になるかと子供に運転させました。運転がはちゃめちゃなのか道がはちゃめちゃなのか(おそらく両方)終わった時は全員砂まみれです。川のある所でわざとスピード出したりして、前に座っていた2人は泥水
までかぶっていました。
白い服は避けた方がいいです。全身砂まみれになりますが白よりはましかと。。ヘルメットとゴーグルをしていても隙間から入って髪の毛もバシバシになります。
それも笑い飛ばして楽しかったです！
pickupからチェックイン、説明など全部英語でした。英語話せる人間がいたので問題なしでしたが、私だけだったらちょっとドキドキです。
もっと短い時間かと思っていましたが1時間半〜2時間がっつりあります。お値段の価値あります。

I visited on December 28, 2022. I took four children ranging from first grade to high school senior. Since one child didn't like meat with sauce and there were younger kids, we skipped the BBQ and shuttle bus. We only purchased admission tickets, but it seemed we got in at an even lower price due to a discount period.

We reserved a round-trip taxi from the hotel and headed there by taxi. It was from Aulani, and the fare was $26 going and $17 returning, totaling about $51 including tips.

For meals, there were light options around $10, and we could enjoy hot dogs, fries, and loco moco for about $13 to $14. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals.

As for the facilities, you could feel the age of the place, but there were plenty of slides, and my three middle and high school kids were really excited. The first grader was able to go on the least scary slide by themselves, and they all participated together on the bigger slides with a shared float, so they looked satisfied. There were also two areas with splash pools suitable for smaller children, making it enjoyable for everyone from little kids to adults. There were plenty of life jackets available for free, and they were clean, which made us feel safe using them. My daughter even said, "I wish there was a facility like this near our home... I would buy a season pass!"

It didn't seem like there was any disinfection, but since I brought my own supplies, it didn't bother me. I understood that we could each bring one unopened drink, but I noticed some locals had water bottles, so I'm not sure if that was allowed or not. We bought water at the shop right after entering, but since the opening hours were short, we managed fine with one bottle each.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied. My kids loved it and said they wanted to come back again.

小１の子から高3の子まで４人を連れていきましたが、
タレのついたお肉が苦手な子がいたのと、まだ小さい子がいたのでBBQと送迎バスはやめました。入場券だけの購入でしたが、割引期間だったのでさらにお安く入れたようでした。
ホテルでタクシーを往復予約して、タクシーで向かいました。アウラニからだったのですが、行きは26ドル、帰りは17ドル、チップ込みで往復で合計51ドルくらいでした。
お食事は10ドルくらいの軽いものから、13ドル、14ドルほどでホットドッグとポテトやロコモコなどが食べられました。みな好きに食べられよかったかなと思います。
施設的には、長い年数を感じる施設ではありましたが、スライダーがたくさんで中高生の我が子３人は盛り上がっていました。小1の子も一番怖くないスライダーは自ら行けましたし、大きいスライダーも一緒の浮き輪に乗ってみなと参加できたので満足そうでした。もっと小さな子も遊べる水遊び場的なプールも２箇所ありましたし、小さな子から大人まで楽しめます。ライフジャケットもたくさんあり、無料で貸してくださっていましたし、綺麗なものがたくさんで安心して使わせていただきました。自宅の近くにこの施設、あったら良いのに…年パス買うわ！と娘が言うほどでした。
消毒等は無かったように見えましたが、いつものことで持参していたものを使っていたので、気になりませんでした。
飲み物も開いていないものならば1人一つ可だったように認識していましたが、地元の方なのかな…水筒を持ってきていた方もいたので、良いのか良くないのかはわかりません。入ってすぐの売店でお水をそれぞれ買ったのですが、開園している時間も短かったので、充分1人一本で過ごせました。

結果は大満足でした。また来たいと我が子達に大好評でした。

I had always thought about visiting Kualoa Ranch someday. Since my husband loves Jurassic Park, we chose this tour. It felt like we were going through three short tours in one day. Each segment lasts 90 minutes, almost like a college class! The explanations are in English, but the American jokes are simple enough that you won't be completely lost. We learned about Hawaiian plants, and surprisingly, there were some aspects that felt like a school trip. We even got to crack macadamia nuts ourselves and enjoy fresh ones, making it a tour filled with attractions beyond just visiting movie filming locations. I was very satisfied. However, the time commitment is long, so it might feel like a waste if you're on a short stay. The round-trip bus is extremely cold, so I recommend bringing a thicker jacket or hoodie.

いつかは行ってみようと思っていたクアロアランチ。夫がジュラシックパークが好きなのでこちらのツアーにしました。３つのショートツアーを一日かけて周る感じです。90分1コマなのでまるで大学の授業のよう笑　英語の説明ですが、アメリカンジョークも簡単なものだったりするのでそんなに何を話してるかわからない状態にはなりませんが、ハワイの植物を学んだりと意外と修学旅行チックなツアーもありました。マカダミアナッツを自分で割ってフレッシュなものを食べれたりと、映画のロケ地訪問だけではない魅力が詰まったツアーで大満足でした。ただ、拘束時間が長いので短期滞在だと勿体無いかも。往復のバスは極寒なので厚めの羽織ものやパーカーをお持ちになることをおすすめします。

Everything was very organized and the crew is very friendly! We had lots of fun snorkeling and swimming. The sand bar is incredibly beautiful! It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen! I definitely want to do it again! The only thing I recommend is when you buy the tour don’t forget to add transportation because it is not easy to get a taxi or Uber there.

I received a short message about the cancellation due to rough seas, and I was able to change it to the morning two days later over the phone. Since I spoke in English, I'm not sure if the change could be made in Japanese.

I downloaded the Japanese guide from the Atlantis Adventures website in advance and listened to it through Bluetooth headphones on my phone using Spotify.

There was a Japanese guidebook available for free at the ship's shop.

The weather was nice on the day of the trip, and I had a great time. On the way back, I saw a turtle. In the submarine, there were many fish, and I spotted a shark under the airplane.

海が荒れてキャンセルとshort messageで連絡があり、電話で二日後の朝に変更してもらいました。英語で話したので日本語で変更できたかはわかりません。
日本語ガイドはAtlantis adventures のHPで事前ダウンロードし、携帯のSpotify でbluetooth 経由ヘッドホンで聞きました。
船の売店に日本語ガイドブックか置いてあり無料でもらえました。
当日は天気もよく楽しめました。帰りの船で亀がみえました。潜水艦では魚がたくさんと、飛行機の下にサメが見られました。

I was wondering if I would see one, but I saw a whale.
It was a bit small, so maybe it was a baby?
I couldn't take a good photo, but the blue of the ocean was beautiful, and I'm satisfied.

I watched the Hilton's luau show for the first time in a while. I made a reservation for an event during Christmas in Hawaii after three years. I felt like there weren't many Japanese people there yet. The show had great seating and was wonderful. The food was satisfying for me, especially since I had been lacking vegetables since coming to Hawaii.

3年ぶりのハワイでクリスマスに何かイベントをと思って予約しました。
日本人はまだあまりいなかったような気がします。
ショーはお席もよく、素敵なものでした。
お食事もハワイに来て野菜不足だったので、わたし的には満足です

It was excellent service, hula show and music. Food was ok.

Absolutely a “must do”. The staff was amazing and friendly and we loved the music on the boat along with the activities provided (snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaks). It was so amazing to be on a shallow beach in the middle of the ocean!

At the dockside check-in they were very helpful. I just showed my confirmation email and she gave us out boarding passes. The dockside hula show was good. They had 2 musicians playing and 3 dancers, it wasn't Cirque Du Soleil but if thats what your expecting go to Las Vegas!!

I loved the meal. The purple bread (made with Ube) was good, it tasted like the Kings Hawaiian Rolls! The steaks are cooked medium rare, which I enjoy but was too under cooked for my wife. Even since she didnt eat her steak she still was full with the Crab and Chicken. The ice cream was delicious. The Mai Tai's were on point.

Our server was perfect. Very attentive to our needs, conversational without being annoying. Extremely gracious and appreciative.
