I was able to see both dolphins and turtles! The sea was a deep blue and it was truly moving. The staff was amazing! Minako, Koa, and Matthew were very kind. Thank you so much 😊 I would love to participate again someday.

Thank you for allowing us to participate in the one-day tour.

Although we happened to be the only group, it was a very enjoyable tour that started early in the morning at Diamond Head and included classic spots like Leonard's Bakery, Blowhole, and Haleiwa Town. The lively commentary, safe driving, and especially the detailed advice on key points made the experience even better. I was a bit scared about driving myself due to the time difference, but the comfortable coastal drive to the North Shore was truly a fun time.

This was my first time in Hawaii, and thanks to the tour, I have wonderful memories. I especially recommend it for beginners in Hawaii or those with limited time!

たまたま我々一組のなりましたが、早朝のダイヤモンドヘッドからはじまりレイナーズベーカリーや潮吹き岩、ハレイワタウンなど王道コースを軽快なトークと安全運転、なによりポイントを外さない細やかなアドバイスで大変楽しいツアーでした。時差もあり自分の運転は、怖いと思いましたが、ノースショア方面への海沿い快適ドライブもほんと楽しい時間でした。
はじめてのハワイでしたが、ツアーのお陰で良い思い出となりました。ハワイ初心者や日数に限りがある人には特におすすめと思います！

We participated with our 3-year-old daughter and our family of four! The staff took care of our daughter from start to finish, even cutting her lunch hamburger into smaller pieces, which made for a wonderful and memorable time for us. Our daughter had so much fun that she said, "Hawaii is the best 🤭!" The ocean was beautiful, and playing beach volleyball together created precious memories ☺︎. I didn't want to get sunburned, but the ocean was too beautiful and too much fun, so I stayed in the sun on the boat the whole time. The crew was kind, and they spoke Japanese, so we could participate without any worries!

I initially thought it would be Cirque du Soleil in Hawaii... However, once it started, I was continuously moved! There was dancing and laughter, and it was the best performance ever.

ハワイでシルクドソレイユ、、、ってはじめは思っていました。しかし始まってから感動の連続！踊りや笑いもあり最高のパホーマンスでした。

The gradient of the ocean was incredibly beautiful. There was a guide on the bus who spoke Japanese, so I had no worries about the trip there and back. There were fish, but when we went to a place with a lot of coral reefs, I could only see about five fish at most in my view. I felt that if there had been a guide, we might have gone to a place with more fish, but I was very satisfied overall!

魚はいましたがサンゴ礁がたくさんある場所に行って、視界に多くて5匹程度魚がいる程度です。ガイドさんがいらっしゃったらもっと魚がいる場所に行けたのかなという気持ちはありましたが大満足でした！

I participated with my 5-year-old child. I was a bit anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but the beautiful sea and the warm atmosphere from the kind staff and everyone around made it a really enjoyable experience! I had heard that it’s possible not to see any turtles, but we saw many of them swimming close to the boat, which was truly moving. I also thought it was wonderful that they provided warm drinks for our chilled bodies at the end! Thank you very much!

This time, we participated with a group of ten people. Most of us were first-time snorkelers, so we had some anxiety, but the responses to our inquiries were very polite, which made us feel at ease about joining.

We were unsure about renting wetsuits until the last minute, but it turned out to be a great decision for everyone. There were moments when we swam near rocky areas, and thanks to the buoyant wetsuits, we could enjoy ourselves without worry.

On the day of the event, our hotel was split into two locations, but they sent two cars to pick us up, allowing us to meet up smoothly on the way to Hanauma Bay.

Our guides, Chieko and Dan, were incredibly helpful. They kindly encouraged us, who were nervous about swimming, and guided us by holding our hands, which allowed us to enjoy snorkeling comfortably until the end.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any sea turtles, but we were able to swim with many colorful fish, making it a precious experience that will be a lifelong memory.

When we visit Hawaii again, we would definitely like to request your services. Thank you very much!

今回は10人で参加させていただきました。
私たちのほとんどがシュノーケリング初体験だったため、不安もありましたが、問い合わせの際にはとても丁寧に返信していただき、安心して参加することができました。
ギリギリまで迷っていたウェットスーツも、全員レンタルして大正解でした。岩場の近くを泳ぐ場面もあり、浮力のあるウェットスーツのおかげで安心して楽しむことができました。
当日はホテルが2か所に分かれていましたが、2台の車でそれぞれ迎えに来ていただき、途中で合流してスムーズにハナウマ湾へ向かうことができました。
ガイドのチエコさん、ダンさん、本当にお世話になりました。泳ぎに不安があった私たちにも優しく声をかけながら、手をつないで誘導してくださったおかげで、最後まで安心してシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました。
残念ながらウミガメには会えませんでしたが、たくさんのカラフルな魚たちと一緒に泳ぐことができ、一生の思い出になる貴重な体験となりました。
またハワイを訪れた際には、ぜひお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Hanauma Bay is very beautiful, and last year I only viewed it from above, but this year I wanted to actually go, so I participated!

Even if you're not confident in swimming or if it's your first time snorkeling, it's totally fine! My mother and I were both beginners, but with just a mask and snorkel, we were able to snorkel easily.

We rented our masks and snorkels at Hanauma Bay, but most people brought their own. My mother seemed very satisfied and said she had a great time!

The shuttle staff were also kind and provided thorough guidance. Additionally, it was helpful that they changed our return bus from 12:30 to 10:20.

We had a lot of fun! I think anyone interested should definitely give it a try!

ハナウマ湾はとてもキレイで去年は上から眺めただけでしたが、今年は実際に行ってみたいと思い、参加しました！
泳ぎに自信がなく泳げなくてもシュノーケリング初めてでも大丈夫です！
実際に私と母が初めてでしたが、マスクとシュノーケルがあれば簡単にシュノーケリングができました。
私たちはマスクとシュノーケルはハナウマ湾にてレンタルでしたが、持参して来ていた方がほとんどでしたね。
母も大満足の様子で楽しかったと言っていました！
送迎員の方たちも親切で丁寧に案内していただきました。
また、12:30のバスで帰る予定を10:20に変更していただけたのも助かりました。

Hannah was our instructor for myself and my two kids first trip to Oahu. I wanted for us to try out snorkeling in a more controlled environment and I’m so glad I stumbled across this option because it was great! Hannah was super friendly and informative and we had a great time. Definitely book this if you’re a little uneasy about snorkeling and want some more experience that isn’t tossing you into the open ocean 👍🏻

I participated in a tour to Hanauma Bay, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. The water was crystal clear and very beautiful. I was able to see big fish too!! It was fun diving while being swept away by the strong wind♪

I decided to participate in the show while having a meal without wandering around on my first day in Honolulu. The content was more interesting than I expected.

ホノルル初日のためウロウロせずゆっくりショーを見ながら食事を取ろうと思い参加しました。
思っていた以上にしょの内容がオシロク良かったです。

I was invited to join and set off with a bit of anxiety and excitement. I sat down with my feet on the front net. As we moved further out, I started to feel the waves, and soon the water was splashing at my toes... While sipping on a Mai Tai and making my way past Diamond Head, a big wave crashed over me, and I couldn't help but laugh! It instantly became so much fun.

This is a quick and enjoyable marine activity that starts from Waikiki Beach and gives you a chance to see sea turtles.

誘われて参加し、ちょっと不安でドキドキしながら出発。先頭のネットに足を掛けて座りました。
沖に進むにつれて波を感じるようになり、足先に波が…マイタイを飲みながらダイヤモンドヘッドを越して進んでいると、ザブーンと頭から波をかぶり、もう笑うしかない！一気に楽しくなってしまいました。
ワイキキビーチから出発出来て、海ガメにも会える、サクッと楽しめるマリンアクティビティです。

The wind was a bit strong, but it was amazing. The staff was great, the treatment of the elderly was excellent, and I even got to see sea turtles, which was fantastic. I will definitely participate again with my grandchildren. Thank you very much.

I tried diving in various spots at Hanauma Bay, but there were hardly any fish. I saw a few. Also, be aware that the rental fees for snorkeling and other activities are separate.

ハナウマ湾のいろいろな場所で潜ってみましたが、魚はほとんどいませんでした。数匹は見かけました。また、現地でのシュノーケルなどのレンタル料金が別なのでご注意を。

I was glad to be taken to Waimea Canyon, which is not often seen on tours. The transportation to the North Shore included free time and a mini tour at both Waimea Canyon and Haleiwa. It was more enjoyable to explore at our own pace rather than being on a tightly scheduled tour. The comfortable distance with the driver and guide was also nice.

ツアーではなかなか見かけないワイメア渓谷に連れていってもらえて良かった。ノースショアへの送迎と、ワイメア渓谷、ハレイワでそれぞれ自由時間とミニツアーがついている。びっちりやることが決まっているツアーよりも自分達のペースでまわれて楽しめた。ドライバー兼ガイドさんとの程よい距離感も良かった。

On the day of the event, there was a power outage in the facility building, which caused a delay in the preparation of the meal, resulting in dinner being served quite late. However, the staff kept us entertained with a hula show and other activities.

The show started on time and lasted for 70 minutes; it was an impressive performance. It was a continuous show without breaks, and the time flew by. Since we had VIP seats in the central front area, we were in the second row in front of the stage, allowing us to see the expressions of the dancers and singers very well, which was fantastic.

Additionally, after the show, there was a meet and greet with the cast, where we could shake hands and take photos, making for a memorable experience.

*During the initial check-in, there was a photo opportunity, and photos taken during the meal were available for purchase afterward. The quality was quite good, so I bought one as a keepsake and now display it at home, reminiscing about the experience every day.

当日は施設ビルの停電の影響で料理の準備遅れでディナーの時間がかなり遅れましたが、スタッフがフラショー等でつないでくれました。
ショーは定刻通りスタート、７０分ショーでしたが圧巻のショーでした。休むことなく連続ショーで素晴らしいあっという間の時間でした。中央前方VIP席を取ったので舞台前列２列目で
ダンサー、シンガー等の表情がよく見れ最高に良かったです。
また終了後のキャストとのミート&グリートでは握手や写真撮影ができ記念になりました。

＊最初のチェック時、写真撮影があり食事中に出来上がった写真の販売がありました。
　なかなかの出来栄えで記念に購入し自宅で飾り日々思い出しています。

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and experienced surfing as a couple! The staff was kind and attentive, which was great!

Even for those who have never surfed before, the staff provides thorough and easy-to-understand instructions before you enter the water, so you can feel at ease!

The 2-hour course went by pretty quickly!

We also received photos and videos taken the next day, which made for wonderful memories (^^)

It's fun. You should be prepared for changes due to the weather, but I think the experience itself is something hard to change. As for photos and videos, it depends on the staff, so I can only say it's a matter of luck, but I believe that's something that can be said anywhere, so I think it will be fine.

I wanted to experience activities that are characteristic of Hawaii, so I participated in the "Waikiki Beach SUP 1-Hour Private Lesson." The instructor taught me one-on-one, which made it easy to confidently try SUP for the first time.

ハワイらしいアクティビティを体験したくて、「ワイキキビーチ SUP 1時間プライベートレッスン」に参加しました。インストラクターの方がマンツーマンで教えてくださるので、初めてのSUPでも安心して挑戦することができました。

The meals are served buffet-style and are all-you-can-eat. The quality is decent. If you're a VIP, you'll get priority service. They give you drink tickets that you can exchange for drinks during the meal or between shows. Although it's not my generation, there were impersonators who made the show enjoyable. The fire dance was amazing. At the end, you can take photos with the cast members.

食事はビュッフェ形式で食べ放題。
クオリティはそれなりといった感じ。
VIPであれば、優先的に回してくれる。
ドリンクチケットをくれて、食事中か、ショーの間に飲めるドリンクと交換ができる。
世代ではないが、そっくりさんが出てきてくれて、ショーは楽しめた。
ファイヤーダンスがすごい。
最後にキャストさんと写真撮影できる。

I booked a plan with a Japanese guide, but a few days ago I was informed that a Japanese guide could not be arranged. Since my travel plans were falling apart, I joined a one-day tour with an English guide, but of course, I couldn't catch the native explanations. To be honest, the morning sightseeing was not great. The views at various spots were nice, but since I had a child with me, they seemed very bored. I think there are better options for a tour than this one.

I also had a bit of trouble getting the tickets (QR code) at PCC, as this plan requires you to exchange them for tickets on-site. It might be good for those who can speak English without any issues. The final show at PCC is definitely worth seeing. It was very moving. Next time, I think I want to join a tour that only includes the show.

日本人ガイド有プランを予約しましたが、数日前に日本人ガイドの手配ができなくなったと…。旅行プランが崩れてしまうので、英語ガイドでの一日周遊コースに参加しましたが、もちろんネイティブの説明は聞き取れず…午前中の観光は正直いまいちでした。回る所々での景色はよかったですが、子連れだったので、こどもはとても退屈そうでした。周遊はあえてこのツアーじゃなくてもいいかなと思います。
PCCでもチケット(QRコード)を得るのに少し苦労しました(このプランでは現地でチケットに変える必要があります)。英語が問題なく話せる方にはいいかもしれません。PCCでの最後のショーは見る価値あります。とても感動しました。次はショーだけ見るツアーにしたいなと思いました。

The staff was friendly, and it was great that we could drink freely. Since we had kids with us, the one-hour cruise was perfect for quickly boarding the boat and enjoying the experience of feeling the sea breeze while listening to music.

It was a high-level show. Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and the Hula performers all had exceptional singing and dancing skills, and the content was rich, making it a fast-paced hour and a half show.

レベル高いショーでした。エルビスプレスリーも、マイケルジャクソンも、そしてフラのみなさんも、歌唱力、ダンス、レベル高いし内容が濃くて、あっという間の1時間半のショーでした。

I was looking forward to Diamond Head and climbed it while exchanging greetings with people from overseas. The view was so beautiful that I stopped several times along the way to take commemorative photos. At the summit, we took high-five photos with foreigners, which felt amazing. It became a wonderful memory. I highly recommend it to everyone!

楽しみにしていたダイヤモンドヘッド、海外の方とあいさつを交わしながら登りました。あまりにも景色が良いので、何回も途中でで止まり記念写真。頂上では外国の方とハイタッチの写真を撮り合いの最高に気持ちいい―。とても思い出になりました。みなさんも是非。

There was no guide for the ascent and descent, but they provided leaflets written in each person's native language, and they arrived early with plenty of time for the pickup after the round trip, so we made it back in time for breakfast at the hotel.

登り降りにはガイドはありませんでしたが、それぞれの母国語で書かれているリーフレットを配ってくれて、往復後の迎えの時間も余裕を持って早めに来てくれたので、ホテルに帰ってからの朝食にも間に合いました。
