I was able to see a pod of 2 to 30 dolphins in the ocean. Since I was participating with my preschooler, I couldn't move around very quickly, but it seemed that other participants were able to see many more dolphins up close. While I was struggling in the water with my 4-year-old son, the guide kindly took care of him, allowing us to see the dolphins. Thank you very much.

2〜30匹のイルカの群れを海中で見ることが出来ました。
未就学児を連れての参加だったため、私はあまり機敏に動けなかったのですが、他の参加者の方はもっと沢山のイルカを近くで見れたようです。
4歳息子を引き連れて海でまごまごしていたところ、ガイドの方が息子の相手をして下さり、イルカを見ることが出来ました。
ありがとうございます。

We participated as a family of three (a couple and our 13-year-old daughter) who loves snorkeling and dolphins. When we arrived at the snorkeling point, we could see dolphin fins from the boat, and we even saw them jumping! That alone brought us so much joy.

There were about 70 participants that day. Before joining, I checked reviews that suggested staying close to the guide in the water, so we made sure to keep near them. When a pod of dolphins appeared, the guide shouted out directions, and we were able to see the dolphins... it was truly moving! Underwater, we could even hear the sounds of the dolphins. I didn't notice, but my daughter exclaimed that she saw a mother and baby dolphin!

We were lucky enough to see the pod multiple times, which was amazing. According to the guide, it was rare to see them that often. After that, we moved to a spot with turtles for snorkeling, but unfortunately, we couldn't swim with them. However, we did encounter a turtle that surfaced on our way back to the port, which made us very satisfied.

The tour content was very satisfying. A few points to note:
1. Take motion sickness medication beforehand.
2. We participated in August, but if you're sensitive to cold, it might be better to rent a wetsuit. I wore tights and a rash guard, but I was freezing and couldn't stop shaking after getting out of the water.
3. The return bus was quite cold, so it's essential to prepare for that.

シュノーケルもイルカも大好きな家族3人で参加（夫婦、１３歳女子）しました。シュノーケルポイントにつくと船上からイルカの背びれが見え、ジャンプする姿も・・・！もうそれだけで喜びが。
当日の参加者は70人と大人数。参加前に口コミ情報をチェックしたら、海ではガイドさんの近くにいるようにとあったのでガイドさんの近くをキープ。
イルカの群れが現れると大声で声掛けしてくれるのでその方向をみるとイルカの群れが・・・感動です！！水中ではイルカの声？も聞こえました。私は気づきませんでしたが、娘は親子のイルカがいた～！と。
一度だけではなく、何度もイルカの群れを見れて本当に最高でした。ガイドさんいわく、こんなに何度も見れるのはラッキーだったそうです。
その後カメのいるポイントに移動してシュノーケルしましたが、残念ながらカメと泳ぐことはできませんでした。（港に帰る途中でカメが水上へ現れたのに遭遇できたので気分的には大満足）
ツアーの内容は大満足でした。
注意点としては
①酔い止めを飲んでおく。
②８月参加でしたが冷え性の人はウエットスーツをレンタルしたほうがいいかも。（私はタイツとラッシュガードでしたが海からあがったら寒くて手の震えがとまらなかったです。）
③帰りのバスはかなり寒いので防寒対策必至です。

It was a wonderful and fulfilling tour. Thanks to a cute, petite Japanese staff member who supported us from the pick-up to the drop-off, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind throughout. Not only did I get to see dolphins up close, but the giant turtle I encountered while snorkeling was even more impressive than I had imagined! It came so close that I could almost touch it, making me feel like I could ride it to the Dragon Palace. We also had the freedom to enjoy marine sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, which my daughters absolutely loved. I have participated in various tours in Hawaii, but this Dolphin University ranks among the top one or two for the best experience, and I definitely want to join again. The photos taken by the staff were so beautiful that I ended up purchasing them unexpectedly out of sheer emotion.
*Note: There were some people who seemed to struggle with seasickness, so if you're prone to it, don't forget to prepare motion sickness medication in advance!

とても素晴らしい充実したツアーでした。
お迎えから送迎までずっとサポートしてくれた日本人の小柄な可愛い女性スタッフがいてくれたおかげで終始安心してツアーを楽しめました。
期待していたイルカを目の前で見れたのはもちろん、想像以上にシュノーケリングで見た巨大な亀がこれまた凄かった！手を伸ばせば触れてしまうくらいの距離まで近づけて、本当に人間が乗って竜宮城に行けそうって感じでした。
カヤックやスタンドアップパドルなどのマリンスポーツも順番に自由に遊べて、娘たちも大盛り上がりでした。これまでハワイで色々なツアーに参加しましたが、このイルカ大学は１-２位くらい最高の内容で、ぜひまた参加したいと思います。スタッフの方が撮影した写真もあまりに素敵だったので感動のあまり予定外に購入してしまいました。
※注意：船酔いで大変そうな方もいらしたので、酔いやすい方は事前の酔い止め準備を忘れに！

I was moved to see wild dolphins. I went into the sea four times, and by the fourth time, many people were too tired to go in, but I was able to see the dolphins swimming right below me. It definitely requires a good amount of stamina. The marine sports were also fun.

野生のイルカを見れて感動しました。4回海に入り、4回目は疲れて海に入らない人が多かったですが、4回目に真下で泳ぐイルカたちを見れました。結構、体力が必要です。マリンスポーツも楽しかったです。

This time, we were able to see dolphins perfectly again. However, I wonder if the water was murkier than last time because it was rough... The staff members were very friendly, and the activities were fun.

今回もばっちりイルカが見れました。
ただ前回より海が濁ってたのは、荒れていたからなのかな...
スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、アクティビティも楽しいです。

I went snorkeling with my daughter while holding hands and saw dolphins. It was a fleeting moment, but it became an unforgettable memory. However, it was unfortunate that my wife, who joined us, had to hold onto the aloha bucket due to seasickness until the end.

娘と手を繋いでシュノーケルしながらイルカを見ました。一瞬の出来事でしたが忘れられない思い出になりました。ただ、一緒に参加した妻は、船酔いで最後までアロハバケツを抱えていだ事だけが残念でした。

I was able to encounter a pod of wild dolphins! As soon as we spotted the dolphins, we hurriedly put on our fins and masks. At the captain's signal, we jumped into the sea one after another and swam to the location guided by the staff. When we looked underwater at the signal, we could see dozens of dolphins swimming below us! The water was incredibly clear, providing excellent visibility. It was a great experience.

We raced the boat to the best spot, waited, and signaled; I believe that if any of these elements were missing, the timing wouldn't have worked out. It truly felt like a long-established tour!

Even after getting back on the boat, the pod of dolphins swam alongside us. (This seems to be rare.) At this time of year, there were also baby dolphins, and we were able to see the dolphins jumping, which made for an exciting time.

While the time with the dolphins was wonderful, there were a few things I would like to see improved, which is why I’m giving it one less star.
- I would have liked it to be clearly stated that we needed to swim quickly on our own to see the dolphins. (I had a parent in their 60s who is not a strong swimmer with me.)
- The time we could see the dolphins underwater was very brief. (Once the pod passed by, we got back on the boat and moved straight to the water play point.) I would have liked to have more time to see them in the sea again.
- I purchased photos, but none were taken underwater. (It was the maximum number of passengers on board that day, so perhaps the photographer couldn't manage?) It felt like there were many photos of children. While there were photos taken on the boat, the commemorative photos with the staff were in a conveyor-belt style, so we weren't looking at the camera. It was disappointing, especially since it cost $79.

The staff were cheerful, and the boat was lively with dancing and singing, making it a good experience where I could feel the beauty of Hawaii's nature.

野生のイルカの群れに会えました！
イルカを発見すると急いでフィンとマスクを装着。船長さんの合図で次々に海に飛び込み、スタッフの誘導する場所まで泳ぎます。合図で海中を見ると何十頭のイルカの群れが下を泳いでいくのが見えました！海は透明度抜群で視界もクリア。いい体験ができました。
ベストな場所へ船を走らせ、待機し、合図、このどれが欠けてもタイミングは合わなかったと思います。さすが老舗ツアーだと思いました！
船に上がってからもイルカの群れが船と並走。(珍しいそうです。)時期的に赤ちゃんイルカもいて、イルカのジャンプも見ることができ、ワクワクな時間が続きました。

イルカとの時間は素適でしたが、いくつか改善してほしいこともあり星マイナス1。
・イルカを見るために急いで自力で泳ぐ必要があることは明記してほしかった。(泳ぎの得意でない60代の親が一緒でした。)
・イルカを水中で見れたのは一瞬だった。(群れが通り過ぎたら船に上がってそのまま水遊びポイントへ移動してしまう。)もう一度海の中で見る時間をとってほしかった。
・写真を購入したが海の中で1枚も撮ってもらえなかった。(当日は乗船可能人数maxだったのでカメラマンの手が回らなかった？)子どもの写真が多い印象。船の上では写っていましたがスタッフとの記念写真も流れ作業状態なのでカメラ目線になっていなくて…。79ドルもしたのに残念です。

スタッフも明るく船内もダンスや歌で盛り上がり、ハワイの自然を感じられる良い体験はできたと思います。

Best snorkel trip I’ve ever done. Crew was great and entertaining and would definitely book again.

I wanted to swim freely, so snorkeling after swimming with the dolphins was the best! The water was clear and felt amazing, and I could also swim with sea turtles! I was very satisfied with the stand-up paddleboarding too!

自由に泳ぎたいと思っていたので、イルカと泳いだ後のシュノーケリングが最高でした！
水も綺麗ですごく気持ち良くて、海ガメとも泳げます！SUPもやらせてもらい大満足でした！

I was initially anxious about the conditions of the sea (during the bus ride from Waikiki), but the crew who greeted us in Japanese quickly eased my worries. We encountered a pod of dolphins twice, and I was moved by their twist jumps right in front of us! It was a wonderful experience. The crew was really cheerful, and we laughed a lot, creating lovely memories. There were a few people who felt seasick, but I took motion sickness medication beforehand, so I had no issues. I also didn't experience any motion sickness after returning. The rental of dive suits was helpful as it kept me warm. Additionally, make sure to put your belongings in a waterproof bag, or they will get soaked.

潜る海の状況がわからず(ワイキキからバスでの移動に)不安がありましたが、バスで迎えてくれたクルーの日本語がうまく不安はすぐになくなりました。
2回もイルカの群れに出会い、目の前でツイストジャンプには感動！！素晴らしい体験でした。
また、クルー達はほんと愉快だし笑いっぱなしで素敵な思い出になりました。
船酔いで体調を崩している人も何人かいましたが、事前に酔い止めを飲んで参加したので問題なし。戻ってからの丘酔いもありませんでした。
ダイブスーツのレンタルも寒くならずに助かりました。
あと荷物は防水バックに入れないとビチョビチョになります。

Fantastic and energetic staff. Customer service was wonderful. Saw many Dolphin immediately. The guides in the water during the snorkeling time. Water was a little choppy and several customers were sick. Can’t do one thing about that, however, there needs to be another water cooler on the main level and one on the top level. Hydration is a must in these situations and water needs to be readily available for these people. Also, bigger cups. Lastly, during the swim on your own time, we saw a bunch of fish, but the wind was blowing the boat away from the swimmers and it was difficult to catch up. I would suggest a long rope line in the water with a orange float on the end that people can swim to when the boat is blowing away from the swimmers. Quick lunch a was good and well planned. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this tour!!!

I was taken care of three years ago as well. I was moved to see that some of the staff members I had met before remembered me. My daughter, who participated previously, was 7 years old and scared to swim in the deep sea, so my wife stayed close to her, and I couldn't see much, which made me want to try again. This time, my daughter is now 10 years old and happily went into the sea, where she was able to see dolphins and honu (sea turtles) clearly.

On the boat, all the staff members were very kind and cheerful, making the time pass quickly. However, one thing I found disappointing was that they introduced a new two-story boat that can accommodate about 70 people. Because of this, there was less opportunity for conversation with the staff, and when swimming to see the dolphins and honu, there were too many people, leading to frequent collisions among guests, which was unfortunate.

３年前にもお世話になりました。
スタッフは以前お世話になった方もおられ、しかも私の事を覚えてくれていたことには感動しました。以前参加した娘は７歳で深い海で泳ぐのが怖いと海に入れず、妻が付きっ切りとなりあまり見れなくてリベンジしました。今回は娘も１０歳となり平気で海にはいりイルカとホヌをしっかり見れたと喜んでおりました。
船上でもスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で明るく盛り上げて頂き、あっと言う間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。 ただ一つ残念に思ったのは新型の船を導入し２階建ての船となっており７０名ほど乗れるそうですが、その分スタッフとの会話も減りイルカやホヌを見に泳ぐときも人が多すぎて密集し、お客さん同士がぶつかることが多々あり残念と感じました。

There were few dolphins. Even when I could see them, they were quite deep down (or far away), and I was busy chasing after the dolphins that kept getting further away. I had imagined a scene where I could swim relaxed in parallel among a large group of dolphins. I was disappointed because there were no corals and the visibility wasn't that great. However, the staff's response was wonderful.

イルカが少なかった
見れてもかなり底の方（OR離れている）で、どんどん離れていくイルカを追いかけるので忙しく。。
沢山のイルカの群れの中、並列でリラックスして泳ぐようなイメージだったので・・
サンゴも無い場所で透明度もそこまで高くなかったでがっかりした。
ただメンバーの方の対応は素晴らしかったです

It was a tour with a significant element of luck, but I was able to swim safely. It became a very good memory. It's a shame it was far away.

運要素が大きいツアーでしたが、無事泳ぐことができました。とてもよい思い出になりました。遠いのが残念でした。

After being picked up at the hotel early in the morning, we received a tour briefing from the tour photographer and driver until we headed to the bus. There were quite a few participants that day, so the group was split into two buses. On the boat, there were some very energetic guides, just as mentioned in the reviews, who kept us entertained throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we only saw dolphins once. There were so many people that it was a struggle to swim with the guides. I felt that I would like to participate when there are fewer people. However, it wasn't that we didn't see anything at all; I was really happy when I saw a dolphin swim right underneath me. The snorkeling didn't feature the colorful fish that you often see in pictures, and I didn't encounter any sea turtles, but it was my first time swimming surrounded by so many fish, and I really enjoyed it. I felt a bit seasick towards the end and wasn't feeling well, but I was able to enjoy the slide and cheeseburgers. It seemed that there were so many people that activities like stand-up paddleboarding weren't mentioned at all, and only the slide was available. If you want to do those activities, it might be a good idea to communicate that clearly to the guides. It felt like the time went by very quickly, but personally, I was at my physical limit, so I was satisfied with that. However, I thought it would be nice if there were tours that allowed for a more leisurely pace with breaks to enjoy the ocean.

早朝ホテルでピックアップされた後、バスで向かうまで、ツアーのフォトグラファーと運転手さんからツアーの説明を受けました。この日は参加者がかなり多く、バスが2台に別れているとのことでした。船には口コミにあったようにかなりハイテンションなガイドさんたちがいて、終始楽しませてくれました。イルカは残念ながら一度しか見られなかったです。人が多すぎてガイドさんと一緒に泳ぐのも必死でした。もう少し人数が少ない時に参加したいと感じました。それでも全く見れないということもなく、イルカが自分の真下を通っていくのを見れた時は本当に嬉しかったです。シュノーケリングはよく写真で見るようなカラフルな魚という感じではなかったし、ウミガメにも出会えなかったけれど、たくさんのお魚に囲まれて泳ぐのが初めてでとても楽しめました。少し船酔い気味で最後は気分が悪かったですが、スライダーやチーズバーガーも楽しむことができました。サップなどのアクティビティは人が多かったからなのか、全く案内されず、スライダーしか用意されていませんでした。やりたい場合はきちんとガイドさんにお伝えしておくと良いのかもしれません。かなりあっという間に感じましたが、個人的には体力的にあのくらいで限界だったので納得することができましたが、もっとゆっくり時間をかけて休憩も挟みながら海を楽しむことができるツアーがあってもよいのかなぁと思いました。

The boat was rocking a lot. Even I, who have never experienced seasickness before, felt nauseous, and my family vomited. The people sitting around us were also vomiting.

As soon as we got on the boat, the staff explained that if someone felt like they were going to vomit, they could use a bucket, which was available at their feet. It seems that vomiting is an expectation for the staff as well. People were continuously vomiting, and the staff efficiently handled the mess.

Additionally, there is a restroom on the boat, but it was clogged with other people's waste. Even though I needed to use the restroom, I felt sick looking at the toilet filled with others' waste and held it in.

Finally, we had cheeseburgers on the boat, but the patties were very tough and unappetizing; it was something you couldn't eat unless you were extremely hungry. After returning to the hotel in the afternoon, I continued to feel nauseous, and I spent the next day feeling unwell as well.

船が凄く揺れます。今まで船酔いしたことのない私も酔って気持ち悪かったですし、家族は嘔吐しました。周囲に座っていた人達も嘔吐していました。
船に乗ってすぐにスタッフの方が嘔吐しそうな時はバケツを持っていくとか、バケツは足元にあるとか説明していました。スタッフからしても嘔吐するのは前提なのでしょうね。皆さん次から次へと嘔吐していて、スタッフが手際よく嘔吐物の処理をしていました。
また、船にはトイレがありますけど、トイレは流れずに他人の大便が溜まっている状態でした。私は大便をしたくても他人の大便が多数溜まっている便器を見て気持ち悪くて我慢しました。
最後に、船の上でチーズバーガーを食べるのですけど、このハンバーグがとても固くてまずくて、よほど飢えていないと食べられるような物ではありませんでした。
お昼過ぎにホテルに戻ってからもずっと気持ち悪い状態が続き、翌日も体調が悪いまま過ごしました。

The crew was very attentive and accommodating. We saw dolphins 2 out of the 3 drops and it was just amazing! We highly recommend this excursion ;) Our group ranged from 13 yrs old to 34 and we all enjoyed ourselves

When we arrived at the port and got off the shuttle bus, a veteran staff member, who apparently was in charge of middle school groups, abruptly announced that he would be switching places with the guide in charge of university groups. This surprised guide B, who was in charge of the university group. This staff member, although Japanese, has been in Hawaii for so long that he seems to have lost touch with the sensibilities of Japanese travelers, making him come off as annoying to those visiting from Japan.

Because of the sudden change in responsibility, the questions we had from the bus were not passed on, and despite having communicated that we were not confident swimmers, we were left unattended. It was mentioned that there would be souvenirs, but neither adults nor children received anything. We opted for the package that included snorkeling, SUP, and canoeing, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. At this rate, we might as well have gone with the middle school option. The difference in price was wasted.

We did see dolphins, but that was just due to good timing and not because of this company. Next time, I will choose a different tour company.

港に着いて送迎バスを降りたらいきなり中学担当だったらしいベテランスタッフAが、大学担当のガイドと入れ替わると言い放った。
これには大学担当のガイドBもビックリしていました。
このA、日本人だけど長年ハワイにいて日本人の感覚が麻痺しちゃってるのか、日本から来た旅行者にはウザく感じる。
急に担当変更するから、バスの中での質問事項が引き継がれておらず、泳ぎに自信がないと伝えていたのに放置。
お土産付きとあったが大人も子供も貰えず。
シュノーケル.SUP.カヌー付きにしたのに合わせて20分程度で終了。これなら中学でよかった。中学との差額が無駄だった。
イルカには会えたけどそれはこの会社のお陰ではなく、タイミングが良かっただけであって、次回は他のツアー会社を選びます。

Our activity was rescheduled by the company for a 3 days later which we received a gift for our inconvenience. When we arrived we quickly realized that there were going to be many people going. I was expecting a much smaller group. Our family of 5 decided to ride on the upper deck and had the best time. Our main guide was Oliver who was very friendly and funny. He made our experience very enjoyable. The entire crew was friendly as well. The Captain proceeded to try to find dolphins. Much to our dismay he was unable to locate them but he drove all over trying his best to locate them. With the changes in the water with the hurricane 1300 miles away the dolphins had retreated to deeper waters. This didn't take away from our very fun experience. We were able to snorkel for a good amount of time where we did see a turtle. Other water activities were available as well. There were 2 photographers on board.. 1 which was in the water as well. We were fed lunch very efficiently and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We were treated to 2 hula dancers which was a lot of fun. I would recommend this experience to anyone. A great
crew and a fun adventure!

I got seasick and motion sick, but it was amazing to see a large group of dolphins and cute sea turtles up close! The photographer who was with us was really energetic and fun, and he took a lot of wonderful photos. I would love to use this service again when I go to Hawaii next time.

船酔いと波酔いしてしまいましたが、イルカの大群と可愛いウミガメを間近で見れて最高でした！
同行していたカメラマンがすごくテンション高くて楽しい人で、素敵な写真を沢山撮って頂きました。
またハワイに行く時があれば利用したいです。

Overall this was not one of the better snorkel experiences. The boat was too crowded, with 61 snorkelers. The right size for the boat should have been about 40. Especially crowded at the start where people were not allowed on the top deck when leaving port.

The crew try their best to provide a good time. They are energetic and enthusiastic.

Food option was another issue. Basically you get either a cheeseburger or veggie cheeseburger. No other choices. I hate cheese. Since food is pre-made, there is no opportunity for a simple hamburger. Drinks are either water or watered down lemonade, served in tiny cups. Should have had more variety and larger cups. You also can get a bag of chips.

Swimming with the dolphin is basically everyone jump in the water, look down to see a couple dolphins swim by, and then jump right back in the boat.

Snorkeling was not rushed, but the site did not have many fish or varieties of fish.

Water slide was fun. Much more fun than snorkeling.

This was my first time participating with my mother and my children, aged 3 and 7. I thought my 3-year-old might not be able to handle the dolphin swimming, but when we arrived at the spot, everyone dove into the sea! The 3-year-old was held by a staff member and got to see dolphins and sea turtles, and even ride on a paddleboard, which made them incredibly happy! The staff were all friendly and kept the kids entertained. We encountered dozens of dolphins, many sea turtles, and even baby turtles, making it the best day of our lives. The kids are now excitedly saying they want to join the manta ray program next time! Thank you to all the staff! I will definitely participate again next time!

今回初めて母と私と3歳と7歳の子供連れで参加しましたが3歳の子はドルフィンスイミングは無理かなぁと思いながらポイントに着くと全員海にダイブ！3歳の子はスタッフの方に抱っこされてイルカ、ウミガメを見せてもらったりパドルボードに乗せてもらって凄く喜んでました❗スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで子供達を楽しませてくれて何10頭ものイルカ先生、何匹ものウミガメ先生や赤ちゃん亀にも出会えて人生で一番最高な日になりました子供達は、次はマンタ大学にも参加したいと大騒ぎしています❗

There was a bit of trouble with the operating company at the meeting point. We arrived at the meeting location more than five minutes before the scheduled time. Then, a flashy bus with the "Dolphin & You" logo passed right in front of us, and thinking we had been left behind, we hurried to chase after it, but it just kept going. Since we had minimal luggage and didn't have our smartphones, we had no choice but to return to the hotel, where we received a call from the operating company... They said they had come to pick us up at the meeting point but since we weren't there, we could no longer participate in the tour.

Actually, the bus we chased after was a different bus picking up Western guests, while Japanese guests were supposed to be picked up by a smaller van (a plain white bus without the operating company's name or logo), which apparently arrived quite late on the day of the tour. Despite this, the operating company said, "Since this is a cancellation on your part, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to participate, please take a taxi to the harbor." I thought it was unreasonable to ask us to take a taxi to a location that takes an hour by car, and when I expressed my frustration asking, "Is this really our responsibility???" they reluctantly agreed to send someone to pick us up.

On the morning of the tour, a confirmation call was made to the hotel, but the staff member was not fluent in Japanese and did not provide detailed information during the prior call. Therefore, I recommend confirming what kind of bus will come to pick you up on the day of the tour.

Once we got on the boat, I thought the staff members were very kind and helpful. There were also staff members who spoke Japanese fluently. They were very high-energy, which might be a bit overwhelming if you’re feeling unwell. In my case, I think the strong winds contributed to my discomfort, and I felt that snorkeling might be tough for small children... My child cried a lot during the first attempt and couldn't handle it. Dolphins can only be seen underwater as dark shadows, so it might be better for children to see them from the boat.

I also brought an underwater camera, but it's quite difficult unless you're a good swimmer. Regarding clothing, I wore a rash guard and tights, and I think that was sufficient without needing to rent a wetsuit (the rental wetsuits are short types). As for belongings, you should definitely borrow a bath towel from the hotel and bring it with you. It can get a bit chilly on the way back, so it's better to take off wet rash guards and dry off with the bath towel before putting on a dry shirt.

As for tipping, which can be confusing for Japanese people, it didn't seem like it was strictly enforced. The Q&A section on the operating company's website also mentions that a small gesture is sufficient. I hope this information is helpful to everyone.

集合時に運営会社と少しとトラブルになりました。
私たちは集合場所に待ち合わせ時間の5分以上前から来ていました。
すると「ドルフィン＆ユー」のロゴが描かれた派手めのバスが目の前を通り過ぎてしまったので、置いて行かれたと思い、慌てて追いかけたのですが、そのまま行ってしまいました。
荷物も最小限で、スマホも持っていなかったので、仕方なくホテルに戻ったところ、運営会社から電話が・・・。集合場所にピックアップにきたが、いないのでもうツアーには参加できないとのことでした。
実は我々が追いかけたバスは、欧米人客を拾っていく別便のバスで、日本人客はそれよりは小さいバンのようなバス（運営会社名もロゴもない、真っ白なバスです）が拾っていくことになってたらしいのですが、当日それが待ち合わせ時間よりもかなり遅れてきたのです。
・・・にも関わらず、運営会社がいうには、「そちらの都合のキャンセルなので、返金には応じられない。参加したければ、タクシーでハーバーまで来てください。」とのことでした。
車で1時間もかかるところに、タクシーで来いというのもどうかと思いますし、さすがに「それってこちらの責任なのですか？？？」と憤ったところ、渋々なんとか迎えにきてくれました。

当日の朝に確認の電話がホテルに掛かってきますが、そのときのスタッフは日本語が堪能ではなく、事前の電話でそこまで詳細な情報までは教えてはくれませんでした。
ですので、当日はどんなバスが迎えにくるのかを必ず確認された方がいいと思います。
　
船に乗ってからは、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で良かったと思います。
日本語がとても流暢なスタッフもいました。
とてもハイテンションなので、気分が悪くなるとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。
私の場合は、結構風が強かったのも原因かと思いますが、シュノーケリングは小さいお子さんは厳しいかも・・・という印象でした。
うちの子は、1回目で大泣きでダメでした。
イルカは水中で見ても、黒い影のようにしか見えないので、子供は船上で見た方がいいかもしれません。
あと水中カメラを持っていきましたが、泳ぎが得意な方でないとなかなか難しいです。
あと服装ですが、私はラッシュカードとタイツをはいて行きましたが、ウエットスーツ（貸しウエットスーツは短パンタイプです）を借りなくても、これで十分だと思いました。
荷物としては、バスタオルはホテルで借りて必ず持っていくべきでしょう。やはり帰りはちょっと寒いので、ぬれたラッシュガードなどは脱いで、バスタオルで体を拭って、乾いたシャツ等を着る方がいいと思います。

日本人が戸惑うチップですが、そんなにきっちり払っている感じはなかったです。運営会社HPのQ&Aにも書いてありますが、気持ち程度でいいと思います。

The weather was perfect, and the dolphin watching was a huge success! Under the precise guidance of the staff, we encountered a large number of wild dolphins! Just when we were already very satisfied, we even got to see a super rare seal, making it an incredibly fulfilling experience for the whole family!

I was given motion sickness medication, and there was a restroom on the boat. It was great to see dolphins swimming right below us and schools of them passing in front of us. However, it was confusing to be dropped off at a snorkeling spot where there was nothing to see, and the photographer was unnaturally energetic, which was a bit annoying. I think a more assertive approach might create good memories for couples. Overall, it was nice to see the dolphins.

酔い止めを渡され、船内にトイレもありました。イルカが真下を泳いでいたり、目の前を通る群れを見れてよかったです。ただ、シュノーケルのスポットは何もいないのに降ろされて意味不明だったのと、カメラマンが常に不自然な程テンションが高くめんどくさかったです。多少強引な方が、カップルさんとかは良い思い出になると思います。内容的にはイルカが見れてよかったです。

I participated with my 8-year-old child. It was our first experience with snorkeling, and we were a bit anxious, but thanks to the guidance from the staff and their encouragement to look down, we were able to see dolphins multiple times. After that, we moved to a turtle spot, and the boat was two stories high, offering an amazing view from above. My child was thrilled to slide into the sea, and we were able to see turtles as well. There was also canoeing, making it a packed experience. I feel like we were both spiritually and physically rejuvenated. This became a lifelong memory for us. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

8歳の子供と二人で参加しました。
親子共々シュノーケリングは初めての経験で不安がありましたが、スタッフの方々の誘導と下見て〜の声かけで、イルカを何度もみることができました。
その後は場所を変えてウミガメスポットへ移動、船は二階建てになっており、上からの眺めは最高です。
スライダーから海へ入り子供は大喜びで、もちろんウミガメにも会うことができました。
カヌー遊びもあり盛り沢山です。
心身共に浄化されたように感じます。
親子共々一生の思い出となりました。
また、機会があれば参加したいと思います。

The moment I got on the bus early in the morning while still feeling sleepy, Michael (the photographer) was so high-energy that it shook off my drowsiness. Listening to our guide Natsumi's explanations made the travel time fly by.

The crew on the boat was also lively and cheerful, and at first, I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but by the time we were heading back, I was completely hooked. The staff was dedicated to finding dolphins, and we had two dolphin dives where I got to swim with many dolphins right beneath me.

This tour was incredibly fun. Every time our eyes met, the staff would engage with us. Especially Michael, who, despite being a photographer, really energized everyone. I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was a refreshing and immensely satisfying experience. I definitely want to participate again.

朝早くまだ眠い中バスに乗った瞬間、マイコー（フォトグラファー)のハイテンションに眠気もさめガイドのナツミさんの説明を聞きながらあっという間の移動時間でした。
船のクルーたちも皆元気で明るくテンション高く、最初はついていけないかな？とちょっと不安もありましたが、帰るころにはすっかりはまってました。
イルカ探しにスタッフが一生懸命で、イルカダイブも２回あり自分の真下にたくさんのイルカを見ながら泳げました。
このツアーは最高に楽しませてくれます。目が合うたびにスタッフが声をかけてくれます。
特にマイコーはフォトグラファーなのにとにかく皆を元気にしてくれます。
ハワイは何度も行ってますが、久しぶりに楽しく大大大満足でした。
是非又参加したいです。
