It was a morning-only early bird tour. The schedule was very fulfilling with no wasted time, and I was very satisfied with the tour. Even just in the morning, the content was rich. The staff were cheerful, fun, and very kind. Thank you for the enjoyable tour.

午前中のみ早朝プランのツアーでした。スケジュールも大変充実してて無駄の時間が無く、
とても満足いくツアーでした。午前中のみでも内容が濃いです。スタッフの皆様は明るく楽しく対応も親切でした。楽しいツアーありがとうございました。

I used the service on December 29. There was no wind, and the sea was calm, making it a perfect day for the tour. It was a wonderful experience with many sea turtles observed, and my small children, aged 3 and 6, were able to play happily. The tour staff's fun talks and thoughtfulness added to the experience.

However, the air conditioning on the bus going there was too cold, and all the tour guests were uncomfortable. I tried to bring it up to the driver, but as soon as I started talking, he had an attitude that suggested I shouldn't say anything more. What a shame! The temperature control on the return bus was good.

１２月２９日に利用しました。風はなく、海も凪、最高のツアー日和でした。多くのウミガメが観察できたこと、３歳と６歳の小さな子供も楽しく遊べたこと、ツアースタッフの楽しいトークと心使いなど素晴らしいツアーでした。
ただ、行きのバスのエアコンが寒すぎ、ツアー客全員困っていたので、運転手に訴えようとしましたが、話を始めた途端、それ以上言うなという態度で受け付けてもらえませんでした。残念！帰りのバスは良好な温度コントロールでした。

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to visit the beautiful ocean in Hawaii for the first time! On the day of the tour, the weather was cloudy with occasional sunshine and rain. Unfortunately, it was cold and windy during the snorkeling, but even so, the ocean was beautiful and I was able to see fish. I think it would have looked even more stunning if it had been sunny the whole time!

初めてのハワイで綺麗な海に行きたいと思い、このツアーに申し込みました！当日は天気が曇り時々晴れ時々雨でした。風が強くあいにく寒い中のシュノーケリングになりましたが、そんな中でも海は綺麗で魚も見れました。ずっと晴れていたら何倍も綺麗に見れたと思います！

Had a blast. Staff were awesome and very friendly. Saw sea turtles and tons of fish and played water volley ball on the sand bar. Would do this again!

I had a valuable experience! The sea turtles were friendly and stayed around the boat the whole time. Since I wasn't good at snorkeling, I was able to borrow a float and have fun. And, the lunch was a buffet style and very enjoyable. I would like to participate again when I go to Oahu.

I really enjoyed my time on the captain Bobs tour! I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to all my friends. It's a must do when visiting Hawaii! The company crew was awesome! Very friendly:) can't wait to go back!

There was no sand, but the water was about knee-deep and the weather was sunny, so I was able to take very beautiful photos. I also encountered a sea turtle and the food was delicious. However, since there were only enough paper plates for the number of people, those who want seconds should keep their paper plates.

It's important to note that the rules do not allow staff to take photos with just an iPhone or a camera in a waterproof case, so I highly recommend bringing a waterproof camera. When snorkeling to see the coral, the visibility wasn't very high, and many areas of the coral appeared to be dead. I went in December, but since the water was cold, it's a good idea to bring something to wear on the boat.

砂は出ていませんでしたが膝下くらいの水深で天気も晴れていたのでとても美しい写真が撮れました。ウミガメにも出会え料理も美味しかったです。
ただし紙皿が人数分しかないため、お代わりしたい人は紙皿をキープしといたほうがいいです。
iPhone や防水ケースに入れただけのカメラではスタッフの人に写真を撮ってもらうことができないルールなので必ず防水カメラを持っていくことをおすすめします。
シュノーケリングで珊瑚を見るときにそこまで透明度は高くなく、珊瑚も死んでいる箇所が多く見られました。
12月に行ったのですが、水が冷たいため船上で羽織るものを持って行ったほうがいいです。

I was impressed by the incredibly beautiful sea!

I was a bit anxious because my elderly mother was with me, but the staff were kind and we were able to enjoy ourselves. I especially appreciate the help from the staff member "Yuki," who I believe is Japanese. I would like to visit again during the season when the sandy beach appears.

Also, I was disappointed for being late to the meeting time, but I am grateful that the VELTRA staff called the hotel and made new arrangements for us. Thank you very much!

年老いた母が一緒だったので少し不安でしたが、スタッフのみなさんが親切で楽しむことができました。特に日本人（と思います）スタッフの「ｙｕｋｉ」さんお世話になりました。今度は砂浜が現れる季節に行きたいと思います。

また、集合時間に遅れてしまいがっかりしていたところに、VELTRAのスタッフの方がホテルに電話をくださり、新たに手配くださったのにも感謝です。ありがとうございましたm(__)m

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sandy beach, but the tour was very good! I forgot the name (sorry...), but the Japanese female staff member was cute, funny, and made it enjoyable♪ They also called the fish with food for snorkeling, and my kindergarten-aged daughter was able to have a great time. The water was about waist-deep for her, so I want to try again next time!

残念ながら砂浜はみれませんでしたがツアーはとてもよかったです！名前は忘れてしましましたが(すいません・・）日本人の女性スタッフの方がかわいくておもしろくて楽しめました♪シュノーケルもエサで魚をよんでくれて、幼稚園児の娘でもしっかり楽しむことができました。水面が娘だと腰くらいまであったので、次回またリベンジしたいです！

The guide was very energetic and it was fun! We got to see sea turtles, which was amazing. On the way back, I think it would be good to have an extra hoodie or something since it gets cold! I want to go again at a different time!!!

ガイドさんがテンション高くて楽しかった！海ガメも見れて、最高でした。帰りは、寒いので余分にパーカーとかあるといいかなと思います！また、違う時期に行きたい！！！

The hotel pickup was smooth, and we arrived from the Ala Moana Hotel in about an hour. The staff were all cheerful. The weather was great, and the sandbar was incredibly beautiful. My 81-year-old father managed to walk in water up to his knees. I want to thank the Japanese staff member who held his hand. It was a rare opportunity to enter such a beautiful sea, and he seemed very impressed! The lunch was also good and very delicious. During the free time afterward, everyone enjoyed themselves with canoes, paddleboards, and floating around with inner tubes. Since everyone was treated as beginners for snorkeling and had to line up to practice before diving, it reduced the fun a bit; I wished that those with snorkeling experience could dive freely. However, there were surprisingly many fish, so we still had a good time. The friendly atmosphere of the staff was really nice.

ホテルピックアップもスムーズでアラモアナホテルから約1時間で到着。陽気なスタッフばかり。天気良くサンドバーもすごくキレイで膝上くらいの中、81歳の父もガンバって歩きました。日本人スタッフの方には手をひいて頂きありがとうございました。あんなキレイな海に入ることなんてなかなかないので感激した様子でした！ランチの内容も良くとても美味しかった。そのあとの自由時間はカヌーやパドルボート、浮き輪でプカプカしたりと皆思い思い楽しんでました。シュノーケルは皆初心者扱いで一列になり練習後潜るため楽しさが半減、シュノーケル経験者は自由に潜らせて欲しかった。でも意外に魚も多かったので楽しめた。スタッフ達の気さくな雰囲気がとっても良かった。

Sandbar!!
It was truly a dreamlike view.
A white beach appears alone in the ocean.
There, I played volleyball with cheerful Hawaiians.
After a bit of moving around, I got to see wild sea turtles.
They swam gracefully in the beautiful sea.
For lunch, I had a cheeseburger,
which was delicious because it was grilled on the boat!!
Finally, we toured around the coral.
It was a plan to fully enjoy the sea of Hawaii!!

サンドバー！！
まさに夢のような景色。
沖にぽつんと現れる白浜。
そこで陽気なハワイ人とバレーボール。
少し移動し、野生のウミガメを見学。
きれいな海を優雅に泳ぐ。
昼ごはんは、チーズバーガー
船の上でグリルで焼くからまた旨い！！
最後は珊瑚を周遊。
ハワイの海を全身で満喫するプランでした！！

I didn't see a complete sandbar, but I was able to experience the strange sensation of walking in the ocean. The color of the sea varies with depth, and the contrast was moving just to look at.

It was my first time snorkeling, and I was anxious, but each person checked to make sure we could breathe, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I think it's a good idea to have a waterproof cover for your camera. I bought one for my iPhone at ABC Store.

The staff were genuinely kind and friendly. I believe the shuttle bus driver was a local, and he worked hard to guide us in Japanese, sharing valuable information about Hawaii. I was healed during this time away from everyday life. Thank you so much!

完全なサンドバーは見られませんでしたが、海の中を歩くという不思議な感覚を体験できました。深さによって海の色が違うので、そのコントラストは見ているだけで感動的でした。
シュノーケリングは初めてで不安でしたが、ひとりひとり、呼吸できているか等確認してくださるので、安心して楽しめました。
カメラは防水カバーを用意した方がいいと思います。私はABCストアでiPhone用を購入しました。

スタッフの方はお世辞抜きに全員優しく、親切でした。送迎バスの運転手は現地の方だったと思いますが、日本語で一生懸命ガイドしてくださり、貴重なハワイ情報を教えてくれました。
日常とかけ離れた時間で癒されました～。本当にありがとうございました！

The barbecue lunch was delicious. Although it wasn't low tide for the sandbar, it was fun to go snorkeling. Snorkeling on the coral reef was unexpectedly... it seems like it would be enjoyable with the fish coming close. I'm sorry for making her feel cold.

ランチのバーべーキューもおいしかったです。サンドバーも干潟になる時間ではありませんでしたが、シュノーケリングできてたのしかったです。サンゴ礁のシュノーケリングは不覚にも…・魚が寄ってきたりして楽しいそうです。彼女には寒い思いをさせてごめんなさい。

I had a great time.
I participated in mid-September, and the sandbar was about 15 to 20 cm deep at the shallowest point.
During snorkeling, when the staff threw in some food, a lot of fish came close, and I really enjoyed it.
(I think there were sea turtles, but I missed seeing them.)
The lunch hamburger was surprisingly delicious!

I applied sunscreen before participating, but while I took a 30-minute nap on the boat, I got an incredibly severe sunburn like I had never experienced before. It was painful to walk the next day and afterward, which was tough.
At the end, the staff said, "Since this is an American company, if possible, we would appreciate your feelings..." (for tips), so I dropped a little something into the tip bucket at the boat disembarkation point. However, when I looked at the bucket, there were zero tips from anyone except our group!!!
During the tour, they prepared meals and provided support, and I felt that the staff's personality and service were very pleasant. However, there were some people who hesitated, saying things like, "Is it okay to give just coins?" which personally surprised me.

９月半ばに参加、サンドバーは一番浅い場所で水深15〜20cmくらいだったかな？
シュノーケリングはスタッフさんがエサを投下すると、たくさんのお魚さんが間近に来てくれて、とても楽しめました。
(海ガメもいたみたいですが、自分は見逃しました。

ランチのハンバーガーが意外にも美味しくて♪(´ε｀ )

日焼け止め塗って参加しましたが、ボートで30分うたた寝してる間に今まで体験したことないくらいの物凄い日焼け(重症)してしまい、翌日以降歩くのも痛くて、大変でした。
最後にスタッフさんが「一応、アメリカの会社なのでできれば、、お気持ちを、、お願いします！」(チップ)と言われたので、ボート降車口に設置されているチップ入れのバケツに少しばかり気持ちを投下しました。が、しかし、バケツを見てみると、うちのグループ以外にチップ投下ゼロ！！！
ツアー中は食事の用意やらサポートやらしていただきましたし、スタッフさんの人柄や対応もとても気持ちの良いものだったと感じたのですが。。
中には「小銭でもいいかな？」なんて言って渋ってる方もいて、個人的には驚きました。

I checked the low tide times and participated in a tour with my parents and my husband that included a BBQ lunch. My brother-in-law and his wife, who went with a different tour company the day before, mentioned that the water level was up to their thighs, so I was a bit anxious about what to expect. However, on the day of our tour, the water level was only up to our shins, so it was fine.

The sandbar was even more beautiful than in the photos, and as soon as we arrived, my dad, who was really excited, jumped right in (laughs). My mom, who had said she didn't want to get in the water, ended up swimming before we knew it (laughs). It was that beautiful!

After playing a lot, I can confirm what everyone else has said: the hamburgers were really delicious. Be careful when eating outside if it's windy; things can fly away. We were also able to see many sea turtles from the boat, which was very satisfying. The directions like "12 o'clock" and "9 o'clock" were easy to understand.

All the staff were very kind, and I truly felt like a child playing all day. We took a lot of family photos, making it the best way to show appreciation to my parents. Thank you very much!

However, it can get cold on the way back, both on the boat and the bus, so it's better to have a thick jacket. I brought a light hoodie, but it was still cold. Because the wind was strong and the sea was murky, we didn't see many fish, so I would like to participate again.

干潮時間を調べ、BBQランチがついたツアーに私の両親と主人と４人で参加しました。
前日違うツアー会社で行ったと行っていた義理兄夫婦は太ももぐらいまで水位があったそうなので、どうなるかなーと不安でしたが、当日は膝下ぐらいの水位で大丈夫でした。
サンドバーが写真でみるより綺麗で着いた瞬間、テンション上がった父が飛び込んでました（笑）海には入りたくないと言っていた母もいつの間にか泳いでいました（笑）
それぐらいキレイでした♡
たくさん遊んで疲れたからなのか、皆さんが書いている通り、ハンバーガーが本当に美味しかったー。風が強い時は外で食べるのは要注意です。飛んでいきます。
ホヌも船上からたくさん見ることができ、大満足でした。
１２時の方向、９時の方向など分かりやすかった。
スタッフさんがみなさん優しくて、ほんとに1日子供のように遊べました。
たくさん家族で写真も撮ってもらい、最高の親孝行ができました♪
ありがとうございました。
ただ、帰りは船もバスも寒いので厚手の上着があった方がいいです。
薄手のパーカー持っていきましたが、それでも寒かったです。
風が強く、海が濁っていたため魚はあまり見れなかったので、また参加したいなと思ってます。

We attended as a family while also celebrating my daughter's wedding. The people who took care of us captured many memorable family photos. The food on the boat was delicious as well.

娘の結婚式のついでに家族で参加。お世話してくれた方々が、家族の思い出に残る写真を一杯撮ってくれました。船上の食事も美味しかったです。

Unfortunately, the weather was unstable with cloudy skies, occasional sunshine, and rain... The tour staff and the captain were very cheerful and kind. The sandbar was a bit high due to the tide, but it was nice to have some sunny moments then. However, it rained intermittently, making it a bit chilly, so we decided to skip snorkeling. I think weather is just a matter of luck! I’ll aim for a comeback next time.

ツアー同行スタッフさんや船長さんはとても元気で良い方でした✩
サンドバーは満ち潮気味でしたが、その時は少し晴れ間で良かったです。
しかし雨が途中降ったりで肌寒く、私達はシュノーケリングはやめておきました。
天気は運なので仕方ない！と思い、次の機会にまたリベンジします。

As soon as we arrived at the bay by bus, it started to rain and the wind was blowing, making it cold. It would have been wonderful if the weather had been good.

This is a highly satisfying tour.

The honu came right up to us, and we were very pleased! It's definitely a good idea to bring an underwater camera.

The lunch was also very delicious, and I went back for seconds a few times.

One thing to note is that the sandbar has some surprisingly sharp rocks, so it's best to prepare reef shoes.

非常に満足度の高いツアーです。

ホヌも目の前まで来てくれ大満足です！
絶対に水中カメラは持参したほうがいいです。

またランチも非常においしく何回かおかわりもしました。

注意点としてはサンドバーは意外と尖った石があったりするので、
リーフシューズを用意したほうが正解です。

I participated on November 19, but due to the rainy season, the weather was bad and it was high tide, so I could only see the white sand on the seabed. Also, after about 30 minutes of snorkeling, my body got cold and I couldn't enjoy it much. The hamburger was cold, and I wished it had been warmed up a bit more. I think those who will participate in the future should check the weather and low tide before going. Also, since the boat cuts through the wind, a warm jacket is necessary.

１１月１９日に参加しましたが雨季の為、お天気が悪くしかも満潮でしたので海底の白い砂を見ただけでした。又シュノーケルも３０分もすると、身体が冷えてあまり楽しめませんでした。ハンバーガーも冷えていてもう少し温めてほしいと思いました。これから参加される方は、お天気と干潮を調べて出かけると良いと思います。又船上は風を切って走るので、暖かい上着が必要です。

We had a great time. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a few surprises such as the turtle watching and the snorkeling at the beautiful reef. The food was great and the hot cocoa and beverages were a plus. There was more people than we expected but overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you captain bobs gang ;)

Although the weather was unfortunately bad on the day, we were able to see many turtles. The plan mentioned a barbecue lunch, but it was actually a cheeseburger.

当日はあいにくの悪天候でしたが、多くの亀を見ることができました。
プランでは、バーベキューランチと書かれていましたが、実際にはチーズバーガーでした。

The day before, there was a once-in-30-years heavy rain, so the sea was murky, but during snorkeling, I was able to see corals and cute little fish, and sea turtles also popped up occasionally, which was enjoyable. However, today, unfortunately, muddy water from the mountains started rushing toward the sandbar, and when I tried to escape, it was already right in front of me, and I ended up getting soaked. My swimsuit got quite dirty, so I wish the guide had told us to get out earlier if they had noticed.

この日は前日が30年に一度の大雨という事で、海が濁ってましたが、シュノーケリングではちゃんとサンゴや可愛い小魚を見ることができましたし、ウミガメもちょいちょい顔出してくれましたので楽しめました。
ただし今日は運悪く山からの泥水がサンドバーに向かって押し寄せてきたので逃げようとしましたが、気付いた時には目の前まで来ていて浸かってしまいました。
これで水着がかなり汚れましたのでガイドさんには気付いていたのであれば早く上がれって言って欲しかったですね。

On November 14th, I participated in the Heaven's Ocean Tour. The ocean in Hawaii is beautiful everywhere, but the sandbar in Kaneohe Bay was exceptional. I was also able to see many sea turtles. When I went snorkeling near the coral reef, a lot of tropical fish came close and ate bread from my hand. The hamburger I had on the boat was also very delicious. Thank you to all the staff!!

11月14日　天国の海ツアーに参加しました。　ハワイはどこも海は綺麗ですが　ｶﾈｵﾍ湾のサンドバーは格別でした。　また海ガメも沢山見ることが出来ました｡　珊瑚礁の近くでシュノーケリングすると　沢山の熱帯魚が近づいてきて　私の手からパンを食べてくれました。　船上で食べたハンバーガーも大変美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました!!　

The weather wasn't very good, so I couldn't experience much excitement. It was quite cold... It would have been perfect if I could have gone when the weather and tide were at their best...

あまり天気がよくなかったのでそこまで感動は味わえなかった。寒かったくらいで・・・。天気と潮が一番引くタイミングでいけたら最高だったのだろう・・・。

I was able to see sea turtles up close in an unreal space, and I had a great time with the friendly staff! Thank you very much! If I have the chance, I would like to visit again.

非現実的な空間でウミガメも近くで見ることが出来たうえ、気さくなスタッフの方と一緒に楽しい時間が過ごせました！ありがとうございました！

The morning plan was unfortunate due to the weather. The wind was strong, and the sandbar was only about knee-deep, making it quite cold. I wanted to see turtles, but for some reason, I encountered a manta ray instead. It was so cold that I gave up on diving into the sea. The weather improved in the afternoon...

その日は午後から良い天気になった…

Snorkeling at Angel's Sea's coral reef was amazing because I got to swim with a sea turtle. Before getting on the boat, it was raining and the weather was bad, but it cleared up before we boarded, which was great. Angel's Sea is really shallow and the water is beautiful. However, it was disappointing that there weren't many fish. It's a gentle course for beginners since you can practice snorkeling.

The next coral reef was deeper offshore, which might be a bit intimidating at first, but wearing a life jacket ensures you won't sink, so it's reassuring. Since the sun wasn't shining, it was hard to see the coral from the surface. Once you enter the coral reef, it gets shallower, which increases your sense of security, but be careful not to touch the bottom as it can cause environmental damage. The rule is to swim around the coral reef. There were plenty of fish, and I saw a sea turtle swimming as well, which was really nice. By chance, a sea turtle was right below me, and I was able to swim with it, which was the highlight of the experience.

天使の海のサンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングで、ウミガメと一緒に泳げたので、最高です。
ボートにに乗る前は、雨が降って天気が悪かったのですが、乗る前には天気も回復したので、良かったです。
天使の海は、本当に浅瀬で海はきれいです。ただ、魚がいないので残念でした。
シュノーケリングの練習もできるので、初心者には優しいコースです。
次のサンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングは、、沖合で海底が深く、ちょっと慣れないとしり込みしますが、ライフジャケットを着ていたら、絶対に沈まないので安心です。
日が差していなかったので、サンゴの場所が海面からでは分かりずらかったのです。
サンゴ礁に入ったら、浅くなるので安心感が増すのですが、足を着いたら自然破壊になるので、要注意です。
サンゴ礁の周りを泳ぐのがルール。
魚も沢山いたし、ウミガメも泳いでいましたので、とても良かったです。
偶然に、ウミガメが真下にいて、一緒に泳ぐことができたので、最高でした。
