I also requested a shuttle service, and the pickup was smooth, allowing us to arrive early.

My child was too scared to ride, but I was really happy to experience the slider that is scheduled to open this weekend a bit early.

Since it was a weekday, the place was generally quiet, and we had plenty of beach beds available. My child wanted to ride the slider but couldn't due to height restrictions, so I think it's best to do some research in advance. There are various types of sliders to enjoy, so I recommend it for those who love thrilling rides.

The lazy river was closed, but the wave pool had waves coming regularly, so we were able to enjoy it.

The staff provided a tour of the facilities in Japanese, which made it very easy to understand.

送迎もお願いしたのですが、ピックアップもスムーズで早めに到着することができました。

子どもは怖がって乗れなかったのですが、今週末オープン予定のスライダーをひと足先に体験することができてすごくうれしかったです。

平日だったので全体的に空いていて、ビーチベッドも十分使えました。
子供が乗りたかったスライダーが身長が足りず乗れなかったので、事前リサーチしておいた方がいいかと思います。
いろんな種類のスライダーを楽しめるので、絶叫系が好きな方におすすめです。

流れるプールはクローズでしたが、波のプールは定期的に波が来ていたので、楽しむことができました。

スタッフの方が日本語で施設内を案内してくれたのですごく分かりやすかったです。

It was amazing. This is my 10th time coming to Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii, and it’s always so much fun. Some people might wonder why come to Hawaii just to go to a pool, but it really is the best. This time, we even had a guide.

According to the guide, there’s a new attraction that will open in three days, and we might be able to ride it. I was curious, and when we went to check, the staff asked if we wanted to ride, and I said YES! It was incredibly scary and completely different from the other existing attractions. I thought I never wanted to ride it again, but the young girls were thrilled and rode it multiple times. I think it will become very popular starting tomorrow.

ウエッタンワイルドハワイに来るのは、今回で10回目ですが、いつきても最高に楽しいです。ハワイに来てプール？というひともいますが、やはり、最高です。特に今回は、ガイドさんもつきました。
ガイドさが、いうには、３日後にオープンになるあたらしいアトラクションももしかしたら、乗れるかも、、とのことでした、
どうかな、と思いながら、いってみたら、乗る？とスタッフにきかれ、YES！といい、乗ることが出来ました。めちゃくちゃこわくて、ほかの既存のアトラクションとは全然違いました。怖くて、わたしは、二度と乗りたくないとおもいましたが、若い娘は、喜んで何回も乗っていました。次回から、だ明日人気になるとおもいます。

There was a Japanese-speaking staff member, so I didn't have any anxiety about communication throughout the tour! I wasn't able to see dolphins, but I was informed that I could join the same tour or a tour from the same company for free within two weeks. After that, there might be a discount percentage, but I'm not sure how much... I don't remember until when it applies.

The experience was very enjoyable, but the weather was a bit bad on the day, and the waves were high, so the snorkeling wasn't in very deep areas. It was fun!

日本語対応の日本人の方がいらっしゃったので終始言葉による不安はありませんでした！イルカが見られなかったので、代わりに2週間以内は同じツアーだったか同じ会社のツアーだったかが無料で参加出来るとの事でした。それ以降は何パーセントoffとか？らしいです、、、いつまでだったかは覚えてないです💦
内容はとても楽しかったのですが、当日少し天気が悪く波が高かったのでシュノーケリングはそんなに深いところではなかったです。楽しかったです！

I originally wanted to go whale watching, but I heard that by April, most whales return to migration, so I chose to do a dolphin swim instead.

To my surprise, within just five minutes of departing the harbor, we spotted two whales breaching! They breached more than ten times, and the staff was just as excited as we were.

Instead of just searching for dolphins, they spent about 30 minutes chasing the whales, allowing everyone to see them, and we were able to capture great videos and photos.

After that, we successfully encountered dolphins, but it seemed there was a baby dolphin, and they were quite cautious, so we couldn't swim together.

The staff flexibly adjusted the program, making it a memorable activity for both my partner and me.

もともとホエールウォッチングがしたかったのですが、4月はほとんど回遊に戻ってしまうと聞いて、ドルフィンスイムを選んでいました。
なんと！港を出発して5分も経たないうちにブリーチングしている2頭の鯨を発見！
ブリーチングも10回以上していて、スタッフの方も大興奮でした。
本来はイルカを探しに行くところを、ここで30分くらい鯨を追ってくださったので、全ての人が見ることができ、動画も写真もバッチリ撮れました。
その後イルカとも無事遭遇できましたが、子供のイルカがいたらしく、警戒が強く一緒に泳ぐことは叶いませんでした。
柔軟にプログラム配分を変えてくださったので、夫婦ともども思い出深いアクティビティになりました。

Venue threw us off a bit at first, but seating was great and the show blew out of the water.

It was a great leaning experience of the beautiful Polynesian culture with a personal connection to the crew.

There are three slides for small children, but one has been closed for some reason for a week. The other one is for one person, so my child was too scared to ride it alone, and the last one was closed when we went. I thought it wasn't operating, but I was informed by a staff member just before closing time that it would open at 2 PM, even though it was supposed to be open until 3 PM. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it in time, and my child ended up crying because we were looking forward to it but couldn't ride any of them. I also saw other children who couldn't ride and were crying while their mothers were comforting them. We have a reservation to go again during our stay, but since it's within a week, I don't think we'll be able to ride them. If the schedule could be communicated on the website in advance, it would help us bring our child after explaining the situation, minimizing disappointment. Given the high expectations, I think the shock of this situation is significant for children. 😢 Lunch took a long time to be served unless you lined up early. Even though there were few visitors the other day, it still took a long time for some reason. 😥

小さい子ども用のスライダーが3つ有るのですが1つがなぜか1週間閉鎖との事。他の1つは1人用なので1人では怖がって乗れず、もう1つは行った際には閉鎖していたのでやっていないかと思っていたら3時までの営業なのに、なぜか2時まで閉鎖していて2時からオープンしていたと閉園時間の直前にスタッフの方から教えて頂いたのですが結局間に合わず楽しみにしていたのにどれも乗れずじまいで子供が泣いちゃいました。よそのお子さんもやっぱり乗れなくて泣いていてお母さんがなだめているのを見かけました。滞在中にもう一度行く予定で予約していますが1週間以内なのでおそらく乗れないと思います。事前にその辺のスケジュールをホームページでお知らせ頂ければ子供を納得させた上で連れて行けるのでガッカリも最小限に抑える事が出来るのになと思いました。楽しみが大きい分、その辺のショックは子供にとっては大きいと思いました😢ランチは早めに並ばないと提供にメチャクチヤ時間がかかりました。先日も来園者は少なかったのになんでかとにかく時間がかかりました。😥

First of all, the water slide was more thrilling than I expected, and it was a lot of fun. The grounds were also very spacious, which gave a sense of openness. After arriving, the Japanese staff kindly explained various things, so I felt reassured and was able to participate without any worries. The all-you-can-drink option was also great, as there were plenty of varieties, including water, making it easy to enjoy.

One downside was that the lazy river and some of the water slides were out of service, so the two adults ended up having a bit of extra time on their hands.

まず、ウォータースライダーが想像以上にスリルがあり、とても楽しかったです。
敷地も非常に広いので、開放感がありました。
到着後、日本人のスタッフさんが丁寧に色々教えてくれるので、疑問点なども解決出来るので安心して参加できました。
ドリンクの飲み放題も、水を含み種類豊富だったので気軽に利用出来ました。

残念だった点としては、流れるプールや一部ウォータースライダーが運休していたので、大人2人では少し時間を持て余してしまいました。

I didn't understand English, but a very kind Japanese person taught me throughout, allowing me to enjoy without any difficulties. The pool in Japan had views I had never seen before and numerous thrilling water slides, making it a lot of fun for us who love adrenaline-pumping rides. There are also some slightly scary slides, but there are gentle ones as well, so I thought it would be easy to give them a try. One day wasn't enough, so if I travel to Hawaii again, I definitely want to go back.

英語がわからなかったのですが日本人の方がとても親切に終始教えてくださり不自由なく楽しむことができました。日本のプールでは見たことのない景色と数々のスリル満点のウォータースライダーがあり絶叫系が好きな私たちにとってとても楽しく過ごせました。また、少し怖いスライダーもありますが優しいスライダーもあるので気軽に挑戦できると思いました。1日じゃ物足りないくらいだったのでまたハワイに旅行に行く時があればぜひ行きたいです。

The water on the west side is super clear, we really enjoyed this snorkel tour away from Waikiki!

I went with my 7-year-old and 11-year-old daughters. When we arrived, the weather was perfect, and everyone was pumped up, saying, "Let's have a blast today!"

First, we headed to the wave pool, which was a great point because it was shallow enough for the girls to play safely. Life jackets were also provided, ensuring safety.

We borrowed some floaties and headed straight to the pool! At first, the girls were a bit nervous, but as they floated around, they started to relax.

And then, **boom!** Big waves came crashing in regularly! My 7-year-old was squealing with excitement as she jumped into the waves, while my 11-year-old enjoyed riding the waves a bit more calmly but still having fun. I joined in the wave action, and before we knew it, we were all laughing together!

Just as we were saying, "Let's take a little break," it happened.

**Whoosh!**

A sudden downpour! The blue sky from just moments ago was replaced by a torrential rain in no time.

With my daughters looking disappointed, we hurried to the food court for shelter. Under the roof, it was packed with others seeking refuge from the rain, just like us.

I had heard that Hawaii's weather can change quickly, but this was something else... My daughters seemed a bit bored. Then, out of nowhere, bubbles started floating around.

It turned out that a staff member from Wet'n'Wild had turned on a bubble machine for the kids!

Colorful bubbles sparkled as they floated up into the air, and my daughters' eyes lit up as they started chasing them. Other kids were also captivated by the bubbles, and the gloomy atmosphere from the rain vanished. The food court was once again filled with smiles.

Unfortunately, the rain didn't let up, and we decided to leave Wet'n'Wild for now. But the sight of the bubbles left a deep impression on my daughters.

"We have to come back for sure!" they said. Next time, I want to make a comeback on a sunny day!

7歳と11歳の娘たちと行ってきました。到着した時は最高の天気で、「今日は思いっきり楽しむぞ！」と、みんなのテンションもMAXです。

まず向かったのは、お目当ての波のプール。娘たちも安心して遊べるように、遠浅になっているのが嬉しいポイントです。ライフジャケットもちゃんと用意されているので、安全性もバッチリ。

浮き輪を借りて、さっそくプールへGO！最初は少し緊張していた娘たちも、プカプカ浮かんでいるうちにリラックスしてきた様子。

そして、**ドーン！** 定期的に大きな波がやってきます！7歳の娘はキャーキャー言いながら波に飛び込み、11歳の娘は少し冷静に、でも楽しそうに波乗りを楽しんでいました。私も一緒に波と戯れて、気がつけば家族みんなで大笑い！

「ちょっと休憩しようか」と話していた、その時です。

**ザーーーーーッ！！**

突然のスコール！さっきまでの青空が嘘のように、あっという間に土砂降りの雨になってしまいました。

「え～っ！」と残念そうな娘たちを連れて、急いでフードコートへ避難。屋根の下には、私たちと同じように雨宿りをする人でいっぱいでした。

ハワイの天気は変わりやすいとは聞いていたけれど、ここまでとは…。娘たちも少し退屈してきた様子。すると、どこからともなくシャボン玉がフワフワと舞い始めました。

なんと、Wet'n'Wildのスタッフの方が、子供たちのためにシャボン玉マシーンを稼働させてくれたんです！

色とりどりのシャボン玉がキラキラと輝きながら空中に舞い上がり、娘たちは目をキラキラさせて追いかけ始めました。他の子供たちもシャボン玉に夢中で、さっきまでの雨の憂鬱な雰囲気はどこへやら。フードコートは、再び笑顔で溢れました。

残念ながら、雨はなかなか止まず、今回はここでWet'n'Wildを後にすることに。でも、最後に見たシャボン玉の光景は、娘たちの心にも深く刻まれたようです。

「また絶対に来ようね！」と娘たち。今度は、晴れた日にリベンジしたいな！

I participated with my daughter. The staff members were very kind, and we were able to enjoy the experience comfortably. I especially want to thank Minako. We were able to see many dolphins, which created wonderful memories. Captain Shanti was also fantastic.

娘と2人で参加しました。スタッフの方々がとても親切で気持ちよく参加できました。特にミナコさんに感謝です。念願のイルカもたくさん見られていい思い出が出来ました。キャプテンのシャンティさんも素敵でした。

I participate every year, and this time it was a calm sailing with no waves. Thank you, Captain Tamiko. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, but we encountered a US Navy submarine coming out of the marina.

毎年の様に参加していますが、今回は波も無く穏やかなセーリングでした。たみこキャプテンありがとうございます。雲がかかってしまい残念ながらサンセットはみれませんでしたが、USネイビーの潜水艦がマリーナから出てくるところに遭遇しました。

I went out with two friends on a Friday in April. Since we were staying at the Ala Moana Hotel, the hotel provided transportation for us.

After picking up a couple of other guests from the hotel, we arrived in about an hour on the highway. Once we got there, the Japanese staff gave us a detailed explanation and accompanied us to the park, explaining how to use the lockers. The Japanese staff were present in the park all day, which made it reassuring to know we could easily ask for help if needed. The small locker, costing $13, can comfortably hold two large bags. You set a 4-digit PIN, and you can open and close it freely.

If you have a wristband for unlimited soft drinks, you can enjoy Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite, and three other types of juice. Cold drinks with ice are served immediately in paper cups, and you can also get bottled water. The menu is written in Japanese, making it easy to understand.

Since it wasn't crowded, we managed to experience all the attractions in less than two hours. Even with waiting, it was only about three minutes for everything, and it was all very smooth. The park map is also in Japanese. I heard that some people who visited on holidays could only enjoy one attraction.

Please be careful on the Shaka attraction, as you need to keep your chin down to avoid straining your neck! The showers are cold water, and there are no hair dryers. I think having goggles would make your experience more comfortable.

４月の平日の金曜日に友達2人と遊びに行きました。アラモアナホテルに宿泊しておりましたので、ホテルに送迎がきてくれました。
その後2.３件ホテルでピックアップ後高速道路にて片道約1時間程度で到着。現地に着くと日本語スタッフより丁寧な説明があり、園内まで着いてきてくれてロッカーの使い方などの説明をしてくれました。日本語スタッフは一日中園内に居てくれるので何か困ればすぐ声をかけれる環境で安心でした。ロッカーは小さい13💲の方で大きい荷物2個余裕で入ります。暗証番号4桁を設定します。開け閉め自由に出来ます。ソフトドリンク飲み放題のリストバンドがあれば、ペプシ、ダイエットペプシ、スプライトその他ジュース3種類。
紙コップで氷入りの冷たいものがすぐ提供されます。ボトルの水も貰えます。メニューは日本語が書いてあるのでわかりやすいです。
空いていたので2時間足らずで全てのアトラクション制覇できました。待っても3分程度で全てスムーズでした。園内マップも日本語です。祝日に参加した方は一つのアトラクションしか遊べない人もいたそうです。シャカのアトラクションに関しては顎を引いたままの体勢をキープしないと首を痛めるので注意してください！シャワーは水。ドライヤーは無し。ゴーグルがある方が快適に過ごせると思います。

It was very good. My high school and university-aged children really enjoyed it. The surfing experience on the board was quite difficult but fun, and the slide was incredibly enjoyable; we went down it many, many times. We were never bored and made the most of our time sliding. While waiting in line for the board, my children were happy to make friends with people from overseas and had various conversations. I also thought the food was delicious for a facility like this. I would like to visit again when I come to Hawaii.

高校、大学生の子供満喫しました。
ボードでサーフィン体験もとても難しいが楽しく、また、スライダーがとてもとても楽しくて、何度も何度も滑っていました。全く飽きず、時間いっぱいまで滑って満喫しました。ボードができるのは、列に並んだ際、海外の方と仲良くなり、いろいろ話しができたと喜んでいました。
ご飯も、こういう施設の中では美味しいと思いました。
また、ハワイに来た際は訪問したいです。

My family had a great time at the Chief's Luau Show. We paid more for the Royal seats and received the royal treatment. I also got a free weaved bowl, went onstage, and received a bouquet of flowers since we had an anniversary >20 years. Great dancing - loved the fire show. A great show and good food. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Oahu.

I visited with my 8-year-old daughter and my wife. There are various slides to enjoy, and I think they are perfect for kids of this age. However, there were many crying children, so I recommend that those who are not fond of thrilling attractions avoid the more intense slides.

We are not particularly averse to slides, so we had fun together with our child. There was one incident during our visit; we had to take off our sandals to go down a slide, but it seems that a bee was inside my child's Crocs when we put them back on, and unfortunately, she got stung. She cried loudly, and we received treatment from the staff at the first aid station. The staff reassured us that it was a non-venomous bee, and after a simple treatment, we returned. However, for about an hour, she couldn't move due to the pain and kept crying.

During that time, I was really researching whether the bee was indeed non-venomous, and we concluded that it was probably a black hornet (which is said to be mildly venomous but causes strong pain). We debated whether to go home, but since there were no signs of hives or swelling and our child wanted to continue playing, we decided to stay. Now, four days later, I’m writing this, and since it was her first bee sting, it seems there are no particular issues.

For children who love pools, this place is a paradise. I hope everyone else enjoys their time while being careful of bees. By the way, my child says she wants to go again.

8歳の女の子の子供と妻と自分の3人で訪れました。
色々なスライダーが楽しめますし、この位の子供にはぴったりな気がしますが、泣いている子も多かったので、絶叫系のアトラクションが苦手な人は激しいスライダーに乗らない事をお勧めします。

私たちはスライダー系は特に苦手ではないので、子供と一緒に楽しみました。
途中一つハプニングがあり、スライダーはサンダルを脱がなければいかずおいて乗ったのですが、その後履く時にどうやら子供のクロックス内に蜂がいたらしい運悪く刺されてしまいました。子供はギャン泣きし、係員さんと医務室で手当てを受けました。係員さんからは毒はない蜂だから安心してと言われ、簡単な手当てを受けて戻りましたが、その後1時間くらいは痛みで動けず、子供は泣いてばかりでした。

その間本当に毒が無いか蜂について調べていましたが、多分黒スズメバチだという結論になり、(弱毒で痛みが強いらしい)様子を見て帰ろうか悩みましたが、蕁麻疹や患部の腫れ等も無かったこと、子供が遊びたがっていた事から遊びを続行しました。結論4日後にこれを書いていますが、蜂に刺されたのも初めてなので特に異常はないように思います。

プール好きな子供にとってはパラダイスです。
他の皆さんも是非蜂に気を付けて楽しんでください。ちなみに子供はまた行きたいと言っています。

When I presented the voucher at the window on the right, I was immediately given the tickets prepared under my reservation name along with a Japanese pamphlet, allowing for a smooth entry. It was disappointing that some attractions were not operational, but overall, I had a great time!

There are many attractions with height restrictions, so it might feel a bit pricey if you're visiting with small children. Of course, there are also play areas for little ones.

The all-you-can-drink soft drinks, like the flat Pepsi and somewhat diluted Tropicana, weren't very tasty.

稼働していないアトラクションがあったのは残念でしたが、全体的に楽しめました！
身長制限のあるアトラクションが多いので、小さいお子様連れであれば割高に感じるかもしれません。もちろん、小さい子向けの遊び場もあります。

飲み放題のソフトドリンクは、炭酸が抜けたペプシや少し薄いトロピカーナ等、あまり美味しくありませんでした。

This was my first time participating. I took my child with me.
At the beginning of April, the weather forecast predicted cloudy skies, but there was more sunshine than expected, and the sun was strong. Sunscreen is a must.
It was a weekday, so there were fewer people. There were plenty of floaties available in the wave pool. However, there were also fewer staff members, so it felt like there were not many attractions open.
There were many Japanese people, making up over 60% of the visitors, I think. I accidentally mixed up my shoes with a similar pair, but a kind Japanese person helped me find and return them. I am truly grateful.
My child was very satisfied, and time flew by; the hours from 10:30 to 15:00 felt very short for us parents!

今回初めての参加でした。子供を連れて行きました。
４月はじめで、天気予報は曇りでしたが、晴れている時間の方が長く、日差しは強かったです。日焼け止めは必須ですね。
平日で人は少なかったです。波の出るプールでの浮き輪は充分に行き渡ってました。ただし、係員も少なく交代で行っているので、空いているアトラクションも少ない感じです。
日本人は多く、約6割を超えてたと思います。似た靴があって靴を間違えてしまいましたが、親切な日本の方が、探してくださって届けてくださいました。本当に感謝です。
子供は大満足で、時間が経つのはあっという間で、10:30から15:00は親でもとても短く感じました！

Since the number of participants had not been reached, the captain arranged for the boat to go out, resulting in a super private tour with just two groups, including ourselves. It was reassuring to have a Japanese staff member on board when Japanese people were present. The Japanese staff were very engaging, allowing us to enjoy activities like sliding and stand-up paddleboarding, and they took plenty of photos while playing with us. We were able to see many whale jumps and also spotted a pod of dolphins. During snorkeling time, we even encountered sea turtles, which was a lot of fun.

催行人数に達していなかったところを、船長の計らいで船が出ることになったので、自分たち含め2組での参加で超プライベートツアーでした。
日本人が乗る際には日本人スタッフが同乗してくれるので、安心しました。
船のアクティビティ、スライダーやサップもやらせてもらって、写真も撮ってくれて沢山遊んでくれた日本人スタッフさんでした。
クジラのジャンプは沢山見ることができたし、イルカの群れも見ることができました。
シュノーケルタイムには海亀もいてとても楽しかったです。

The guides were very kind, cheerful, and lively, and the tour itself was enjoyable!

However, the reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish I could have enjoyed snorkeling a bit more. About 10 years ago, when I participated in a snorkeling tour in Hawaii, I was amazed to see many colorful fish up close under the guidance. But this time, the dolphins, turtles, and fish were all at a distance... It was disappointing because I couldn't distinguish their colors.

Points to note:
- Even with two long-sleeved rash guards, it was still cold...! It would be good to prepare long pants or consider a wetsuit.

- I read that I should bring just enough money to buy a little food, so I went empty-handed, but at the end, there was a tipping situation, which made it really awkward. Including the tip, it has definitely become much more expensive compared to 10 years ago…!

- For those who are prone to motion sickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must. There were kids sitting there looking unwell the whole time, and it was sad to see.

ガイドの皆さんとても優しくて明るくてノリノリで、ツアー自体は楽しかったです！！

ただ、⭐︎4にした理由は、もう少しシュノーケリングを楽しめたらよかったなぁと思ったからです。
10年前くらいにハワイでシュノーケリングツアーに参加した時は、案内のもとたくさんのカラフルなお魚を間近に見られて感動したものです。
だけど今回はイルカもカメもお魚も遠目で…
色は判別できない距離感だったので残念に思ってしまいました。

注意点
・上は長袖ラッシュガード2枚重ねても寒かったです…！下も長いものを用意するとか、ウェットスーツおすすめ。

・持ち物のお金は少し食べ物が買えるくらいと書いてあったので手ぶらで行ったら、最後チップを払う流れになったのですごく気まずかったです。
チップ含めると、10年前よりかなり高くなりましたよね…！

・酔いやすい人は酔い止め必須です。ずっと気分悪そうに座ってる子達がいて可哀想でした。

In a large facility, two girls were having a great time. The bodyboarding was fun, but it seems the thrilling water slide was the best part. The 123 cm tall girl was also able to enjoy it. Instead of a lunch pack, there was an all-you-can-eat option. The steak was surprisingly tender.

The only downside was the pickup. We arrived at the park 30 minutes late.

We participated as a family of three. We have been to Hawaii many times, but this was our first stay in Ko Olina, so we decided to book the sunset sailing that everyone could enjoy. It turned out to be a great decision!! The beer enjoyed while feeling the pleasant breeze was very delicious. The sunset offered a breathtakingly beautiful view and the atmosphere was wonderful, creating unforgettable memories. Although the prices were high due to the weak yen, it was a tour worth more than that.

家族３人での参加です。ハワイは何度も来ていますが、今回は初めてのコオリナ泊だった為、皆で楽しめそうな、こちらのサンセットセーリングを申込みしました。結果、大正解でした！！心地よい風に当たりながらいただくビールはとても美味しかったです。サンセットは息をのむような美しい景色で雰囲気もよく、忘れられない思い出になりました。円安でお値段高かったですが、それ以上に価値のあるツアーでした。

I was able to enjoy many thrilling attractions. The transportation was accompanied by a Japanese attendant, which made me feel at ease.

たくさんの絶叫アトラクションを楽しむことができました。送迎は日本人のアテンドがついていたので、安心できました。

The way this show was organized and put together was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of the show. They made it feel like you were a part of the performance the entire time. The only reason I gave the good rating was because the photographer didn't take enough time arranging our family of 17 so you could see everyone in the photo. Also she quickly snapped the two pictures before we were ready so eyes were closed in both pictures. We also wanted individual family photos and she wouldn't do it for us. She would have made more money by all of us buying a photo package. The food was OK, it was a little cold and the pork was dried out.

At first, I struggled with snorkeling, but gradually I got used to it and was able to calmly enjoy the beautiful sea. I was able to see dolphins and sea turtles, and at the end, I even saw a mother whale and her calf from the boat, which was incredibly exciting! The staff were bright and friendly, making the tour a lot of fun! I want to come back after preparing for seasickness!

最初シュノーケリングに苦戦しましたが、徐々に慣れて綺麗な海を落ち着いて見ることが出来ました。
イルカやウミガメを見ることができ、最後に船から鯨の親子も見ることができて大興奮でした！
スタッフの皆さんは明るくフレンドリーで楽しくツアーを満喫できました！
船酔い対策してまた来たいです！

The wind felt nice, and the sea was incredibly beautiful, but the main dolphin watching only allowed us to see them small and far away. The canoe group from another tour got much closer to them. I was really looking forward to it, so it was a bit disappointing. The time spent watching dolphins was short, and most of the time was spent snorkeling, but since we were swimming in deep water, there were hardly any fish, so it felt like there was no need to go on the tour just to swim.

The staff were very cheerful and wonderful, and the final "Harasho" was fun. However, I ordered some products from a Japanese staff member on the bus, but when I realized I hadn’t received them after getting on the boat, I informed them. They told me to wait a bit because it was shooting time, and when it seemed like they weren't in a hurry to get it, they later asked how I would like to pay. I was like, "Well, I already bought it..." The impression I got was that the Japanese staff were kind to those who ordered commemorative photos, but not so much otherwise.

風は気持ち良かったし、海ももっても綺麗でしたが、メインのイルカウォッチングは遠くに小さく見えるだけ、別のツアーのカヌーの方達はとっても近くまで行っていました。
楽しみにして行ったので、少し残念でした。
イルカを見る時間も短く、ほとんどの時間がシュノーケリングでしたが、深いところで泳ぐので、魚もほとんどいなくて、わざわざツアーで泳ぐ必要はなかったなといった感じでした。

スタッフの皆さんはとっても明るくて素敵で、最後のハラショーも楽しかったです。
ただ、バスで日本人スタッフの方に商品を注文したのですが、船にのってから受け取るはずがもらっていないことに途中で気づいて伝えると、撮影時間だということもありちょっと待ってくださいといわれ、急いで撮りに行く気配がないとおもったら、ひと段落ついてからお支払いはどうしますか？と、
いやもう買ってますけど、、となりました。
日本人スタッフの方は、記念撮影を注文した方には親切だけど、、という印象でした

I participated with my 4 and 6-year-old children. I was worried they might not enjoy it since they are so young, but they seemed to have a great time seeing lots of dolphins and riding on a boat that we usually don't get to ride on! They were especially excited about the tattoo stickers they got at the end, which they had been looking forward to even before we went! They lasted for three days even after taking a bath, so it was a bit challenging to remove them (laughs).

As for snorkeling, it seemed difficult for them to breathe through the snorkel, so they quickly came back up from the water. I think I would like to try that again when they are older! They ended up going down the slide by themselves, and they had so much fun that they went down three times! (laughs) Also, they loved the lemonade they could drink on the boat, and since returning home, they've started drinking lemonade regularly!

The crew members were very kind, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Thank you!

4歳6歳の子どもと一緒に参加させていただきました。
子どもたちが小さかったので楽しめるか心配でしたがたくさんのイルカがみれたり、普段乗ることのない船に乗ったりととても楽しかったようです！
特に最後に貼ってもらえるタトゥーシールは行く前から楽しみにしてたのもありすごく喜んでました！！
お風呂に入っても3日は余裕でもってたので剥がすとき少し大変でした（笑）

肝心のシュノーケリングはシュノーケルをつけて口呼吸するということが難しかったようで一瞬で海からあがりました。
これはまた大きくなったら再チャレンジしたいなと思います！
なのでスライダーは自分ひとりで滑ることになりましたがとっても楽しく3回も滑りました！笑
あと子どもたちが船で飲めるレモネードを気に入って帰国してからもレモネード飲むようになりました！

クルーのみなさんもとても優しく本当にいい体験をさせていただきました。
