- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- No glass bottles or containers are allowed on the boat.
- Guests unable to climb up and down a ladder in and out of the water will not be allowed to enter the ocean.
- Snorkeling can be a physically demanding activity, so having a basic level of fitness can help make the experience more enjoyable and less strenuous.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.

- Dress appropriately for an ocean adventure even if you are not planning on entering the water since you will more than likely get wet from the ocean spray and splashes.
- The boat has limited shade, so guests will need to bring sun protection like a brimmed hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen.
