A. A friendly porter will greet you upon arrival either in front of customs (for international flights) or in front of the baggage claim area (for domestic flights). They will be wearing a yellow aloha shirt and holding a sign saying "Roberts Hawaii," and will escort you to a shuttle waiting outside. If you cannot locate your porter, please call 808-539-9400 or 1-800-831-5541 (toll-free).

Regardless of the number of passengers booked, each trip is guaranteed to make no more than five stops. All vehicles are well-maintained and are air-conditioned.
Q. Why is the arrival time on my voucher listed as the pick-up time?
A. Vouchers will list your arrival time as the intended pick-up time to indicate to the driver when to be at the airport. You will have ample time after arrival to exit through customs and secure your luggage.
