I was excited to experience the natural beauty of Kauai by kayak and hike. What I wasn't expecting was to learn so much about the history and culture of the Wailua Valley, Wailua River, and Sacred Waterfalls. Our entire group felt like the tour was more a group of friends than a standard follow the leader tour. This was in no small part due to our fantastic tour guide, Izzy. I'd recommend asking for her.

Our guides Hatu and Justice were wonderful. They made us feel welcome, safe, and gave us a great experience all around. We loved hearing about Hawaiian culture and experienced from Hatu. A great day overall!

My wife and I had a great experience riding the surf w/ our guide Kristhian of Kauai Beach Boys on an outrigger/canoe. Great fun, great value!

My family had our first try with snuba and loved it !! Our guides showed us turtles and even a small octopus!! We would do this again.

This experience is well worth the time and effort. Sacred falls is beautiful and swimming under the falls is a once in a lifetime opportunity that should not be missed. Bring along some good wet shoes and be prepared for a fun kayak trip down the river, a beautiful hike to the falls and then the big payoff at the end. Steve did a great job, and this comes highly recommended.

We had a great tour, and knowledgeable tour guide, Steve. The kayak and hike were beautiful and the water fall was sooo worth it! We did end up going ahead of our group when we were on our way back as we did have some slower paced people. But we found our way back easy. Would definitely go again!

We weren't the most graceful surfers but sure had fun trying.

We didn't know how hard it would be to learn to surf. But our guide was patient and helpful. We had a blast and we all did catch a wave.

This was a great tour that I am really happy that I went on. Harrison was our guide and was informative and a super nice guy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to combine kayaking and hiking. The trail to get to the falls was a bit muddy but not too bad. The falls are very impressive. Lots of fun!

So glad we were able to do this! Would highly recommend! Harrison, our tour guide was awesome and made the tour that much better. He had a bunch of fun and interesting information that taught us about the island.

Extremely enjoyable trip! Harrison was very knowledgeable, outgoing, and extra attentive to everyone's needs. He gave off a vibe that he loves what he's doing and is "living the life"! Would definitely do this trip again.

Great way to spent the day! Perfect for couples, everyone uses a double kayak. The included lunch was nice at the waterfall. Easy hike after the kayak route to the waterfall, any type of shoes or no shoes are doable. Our tour guide Izzy was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you !!

My family and I visited in October 2022 and rented paddle boards. We had an amazing paddle up the river which followed a beautiful hike up to the Falls It started raining on our way back but it was still an amazing experience. It was super easy yo rent the boards and they instructed us well on how to position them for travel. Definitely recommend and will hopefully return again.

If you love to kayak like myself and my wife, this will be a perfect day on vacation! Beautiful blue water, and you get to jump in and snorkel.

Even with the kayak and hiking involved, the time spent at the falls was wonderul.
Logan was a great guide who shared his learned knowledge of the island and past customs with us.

First, our Guide "G" was fantastic! He made all the difference with his knowledge of Kauai history, and educating us all along the hike and kayaking portion of the trip. Would recommend the earliest departure time of 7:45 if you don't want a lot of crowds both on the water and at the falls. As we were leaving around 11am to hike back to the kayaks, the falls were very crowded and busy, as was trail and the river on our return. Overall, worth the little effort it takes to see this very pretty part of Kauai.

Very nice one with gorgeous landscape. Our guide was very friendly and provided lots of informations on the history of the Hawaiian civilization as well on the local flora and fauna.

Our guide, Logan, was absolutely fantastic. The hike was great, and three generations of our family were able to do it, from 70 years old to 7 years old. The kayaking was calm and pleasant, and the waterfall was truly amazing. We got plenty of time at the waterfall, and it wasn’t too crowded- we got photos of just our family in the waterfall. This was a highlight of our entire Hawaii trip!

I enjoyed the location, but it is impossible to appreciate it during the hike or walk … it was very fast and unable to take pictures…. The description was the hike was by the “flat river bed”, but is was not .. it was walking on top of boulders, branches, wet ground, steep up and down….and Too many groups at the same time (crowded) or overlapping .. our group had 15 minutes at the waterfalls, not enough time to eat or get into the waterfalls…which also was very crowded with other groups….

Our family of four had a fantastic time kayaking and hiking with Tyler. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable of all things Kauai. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone seeking a little adventure and (more) beauty in their trip to Kauai. Mahalo!

We had a great instructor who was not only knowledgeable about the area and local wildlife, but he was great at working with our two kids, (11 and 16) about how to paddle, how to work as a team, and how to listen to his instruction. The looks on their faces when we 'surfed" the waves was priceless....made it worth every minute! This was also one of the more affordable activities in an area known for expensive prices, so that was great too.

Great views of the river and bay. Our guide Jay was great. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Jay & Steve were wonderful and took care of all our needs, while educating us about this beautiful island and it's culture.

We had a great time with the kayak to the sacred falls. Our tour guide T was phenomenal. He was very personable ( even learned all 12 of our names during the trip) and taught us many things along the trail. We are novice kayakers and felt that the trip was well suited to our abilities. The hike was very easy as well. Would highly recommend and would like to say a huge thank you to T for making the experience over the top.

This was a lovely activity that was enjoyable for the whole family (kinder, teens, parents, and grandparents). The guides were knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the paddle and dealt marvelously with the various experience levels within the group. We will be going again on our next trip to Kauai!

Mike was a fantastic guide! He made it fun and was very knowledgeable about the area!!

Keegan and Saber (incredibly unsure on both of those spellings) were amazing guides. They were super laid back, funny, knowledgeable, and thorough. These guys were fun to follow around for the day, breaking up sections to explain plant life, facts about Kauai or parts of the Kipu Ranch, and of course some harmless practical jokes on us tourists. Everything was very safe and friendly and they made sure to give clear instructions in regards to matters of safety and equipment. It made for a rather seamless and enjoyable experience for all. I cannot recommend this company/excursion enough!

Great trip. A must do for outdoors people. Leisurely paddle , rain showers and hiking through mud. Uneven terrain. Wading across rivers and getting a refreshing swim in the waterfall pool. So much fun!!! Bring rain gear, wear good shoes……. we wore keen sandals, and wear a swimsuit for the waterfall swim.
