I was worried that the meeting times would be lax since there were many foreign tourists. However, the guide emphasized punctuality and mentioned that the bus would leave anyone who was late behind (though I doubt they would actually do that), so we departed on time.

Both the guide and the driver were kind, which was great. My child stuck close to the guide while walking to the aquarium (laughs). We had a wonderful time!

外国人の方々が多く、先々の集合時間がダラダラしそうだなぁーと思ってましたが。
ガイドさんが時間厳守と言って、バスは遅れてくる人は置いていくと〔おいてはいかないだろうけど〕
注意してたので時間通りの出発でした

Due to the waves, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, so we went snorkeling at a nearby beach. To make the most of the day, we joined at 7 AM. It was just us, and the sea was almost empty. The guide took us to several spots with lots of fish, so we got to swim a lot (the day before, when I went snorkeling with another company, I mostly just floated). We were able to feed the fish and learned about them, which was really enjoyable. If we had more time, I would have loved to swim even more, and I definitely want to try the Blue Cave again. The guide was fantastic and made it a lot of fun! As long as you have a swimsuit, they provide everything else, which is very convenient.

うねりの影響で青の洞窟には行けず、近くのビーチでシュノーケルしました。1日を有効に使うため、朝7時から参加。私達だけでしたし、海も貸し切り状態でした。魚がたくさんいるポイントへいくつか案内してくれたので、たくさん泳げたし(前日に別の会社でシュノーケルした時はほぼ浮いてただけでしたので)、餌付けをしたり、魚の説明をして下さったり、とても楽しめました。時間があればもっと泳いでいたかったし、是非、青の洞窟リベンジします。とても楽しませて下さるガイドさんでした！！水着さえあれば、あとは全て貸して下さるのも、とても楽です。

Every year, I participate in my child's birthday celebration. This is the third time, and this time I was disappointed for the first time.

The seat I had was completely blocked by a pillar, so I couldn't see anything. Even when they were singing the birthday song, I couldn't see, which made my child disappointed too.

I wondered why we were given this seat when there were so many other seats available. The photo with the cake also had the "Happy Birthday" text crooked and cut off halfway.

For the staff on the boat, it might just be another day out of 365, but for me, who participates once a year for my child's birthday, it's an important day. In the past two years, my child was happy and wanted to celebrate their birthday on the boat, so we traveled to Okinawa, but now I'm reconsidering for the next birthday.

船の方々からすれば365/1日かもしれませんが、年に1回の誕生日に合わせて参加してる私からすれば大事な1日です。
前々回、前回と、子供が喜んで、舟で誕生日がしたいと沖縄旅行してましたが次の誕生日は、考えてしまいます

I planned a trip to Okinawa with the goal of visiting the Blue Cave. I made a reservation for a tour starting at 3 PM on June 12 for a one-night, two-day trip. When I confirmed my reservation, I was informed that due to the typhoon, there was a possibility that the waves would be too high to enter the cave, and if that were the case, we would go snorkeling at a different spot. Since I was very eager to visit the Blue Cave, I asked the receptionist if it was possible to change the schedule to the next day, and I was told that it could be done if I switched to the early morning tour. They mentioned that it would depend on the weather, so they couldn't guarantee that we would definitely be able to go to the Blue Cave, but I decided to take a chance and change the tour.

On the day of the tour, the weather was sunny! We were told that they would assess the sea conditions, and we set off towards the cave on a sea kayak without knowing if we would be able to enter. It was my first time kayaking, and I received instructions on how to ride and paddle, which made it a lot of fun! Fortunately, we were able to visit the long-awaited Blue Cave, and I was moved by its natural beauty. I was extremely satisfied as I encountered many colorful fish while snorkeling and had a fulfilling time touching starfish and sea cucumbers! I would love to participate in the tour again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for accommodating my schedule change, and thank you to our tour guides Ami and Kana for the wonderful time! ❤️

青の洞窟を目的に沖縄旅行を計画しました。6月12日から一泊二日の初日15時からのツアーで予約しました。予約の確認連絡をした際に台風の影響で波が高く洞窟の中へは行けない可能性もあり、その際は別のポイントでのシュノーケリングになるとの事…青の洞窟へ行きたい気持ちが強く受付の方に翌日へのスケジュール変更が可能か伺ったところ、朝一のツアー変更であれば可能との事。天気で判断しますので、必ず青の洞窟へ行けるかはわからないとの返答でしたが僅かな望みにかけて、ツアー変更をさせていただきました。当日、お天気は晴れ‼️海況を見ながら判断しますと言われ、洞窟に入れるかどうかわからないままシーカヤックで洞窟に向かいました。初めてのシーカヤック、乗り方や漕ぎ方をレクチャーいただきとても楽しめました‼️運良く、念願の青の洞窟にも行けて、天然の美しさに感動✨大満足でしたシュノーケリングではたくさんのカラフルな魚に出会え、ヒトデやナマコに触ったり充実した時間を過ごせました‼️機会があればまたツアーに参加したいですスケジュール変更を快く対応いただきありがとうございましたツアーガイドのあみちゃん、かなちゃん、楽しい時間をありがとう❤️

The guide's interesting explanations about nature and Okinawa, as well as the natural beauty of the Hija River, were fantastic! I was able to observe mangroves up close and see many creatures. The ton-ton-mi was especially cute! I learned a lot from the guide and had a very fulfilling holiday. I would love to participate again.

ガイドさんの面白い自然や沖縄の説明と比謝川の自然が最高でした！
マングローブをまじかで観察できたり、たくさんの生き物たちを観察できました。特にトントンミーがかわいかったです！
ガイドさんにたくさんのことを教えて頂き、大変充実した休日を過ごすことが出来ました。
また参加したいと思います。

Very much pleased with the whole experience! The tour is operated by a professional diving shop (Bokenjima) - felt like we were in safe hands. All necessary equipment was provided to us, and we were also assigned a guide for just two of us. The staff members speak English at a sufficient level to explain safety measures and directions. At the end of the trip, we were given a CD with our photos.

Particularly appreciate flexibility of the shop. It was rainy and quite chilly outside on the day of our booking, so we asked if it was possible to postpone to the next day, and they were easy with that. The next day, the weather was much nicer, so we saw a lot of colorful fish of all sizes and types. Fish food is also provided by the staff members, so you'll definitely get wonderful photos as if you are in an aquarium.

Great experience at a more than reasonable price! Definitely recommend to everyone!

This tour was really good for visiting many places in one day at a really inexpensive price. I went to four really interesting spots.
While there was an English audio guide on the bus, it wasn't that good and the actual guide doesn't speak English. Which is fine because you don't necessarily need that because most of the location had employees that do speak some English. Also the tour guide sang a few, what I assume, traditional Ryukyu songs.
I wish I had more time in some places and less in others, but like I said for the price it can't be beat. Just be prepared for a long bus ride.

It was a very international bus tour with only foreign participants. The guide was also fluent in English. They took us to all the important spots, which was very helpful. ^ - ^

外国の方しかいなくて、かなり国際的なバスツアーでした。
ガイドさんも英語堪能でした。
要所要所きちんと連れて行ってくださり助かりました^ - ^

It takes a whole day, but they will take you to all the major spots. I think it's great for those who don't drive. The admission fee for Churaumi Aquarium is included, so I think it's cheap. The tour guide also shares some interesting stories about Okinawa. More than half of the tour participants were foreigners from China and South Korea. They were provided with audio guides. There was enough space on the bus, so I used two seats for myself and comfortably napped during the ride. It was disappointing that the stay on Kouri Island was too short, and I couldn't fully enjoy the sea. But I ended up spending time at a shop where sea grapes were cheap, haha. However, even including that, 20 minutes was too short. Personally, I thought American Village wasn't worth visiting. I was puzzled about what to do there.

丸一日かかりますが、一通りメジャーなところに連れて行ってくれます。
運転しない人にとっては良いと思います。
美ら海の入場料も入っているので安いと思います。
添乗員さんもちょいちょい沖縄ネタを話してくれるので面白いです。
ツアー参加者の半分以上が中国、韓国あたりの外国人でした。
そちらの方には音声ガイドが配られていました。
バスの座席に余裕があったので１人２席使って、移動中は寝たりして快適に過ごしていました。
古宇利島の滞在時間が短すぎて、海が全然堪能できなかったのは残念。
でもこれは海ぶどうが安いというお店で時間を費やしてしまったためｗ
しかしこれも含めて２０分てのは短すぎたな～
アメリカンビレッジは個人的には行かなくて良いかなと思いました。
何して過ごせばいいのか謎でした。

A wonderful experience viewing the underwater world of fishes and corals

I participated for the first time as a group. The guide was very beautiful and cute, and she was very kind to us. The changing rooms, showers, and amenities were all fully equipped and available for free, which made me very satisfied. The store was also comfortable to be in. The only downside was that most of the photos were blurry. However, given the price, I am satisfied.

団体で初参加しました。
ガイドのおねぇーさんとても綺麗で可愛く、親切にしていただきました。
更衣室やシャワー、アメニティ類全完備で無料使用とても満足でした。お店も居心地が良かったです。
ちょっと残念なのが、写真ほとんどブレていました。でも、この価格なら納得です。

I was looking for activities to do on the day of my arrival, and I found this one.

It was my first time canoeing, so I was a bit anxious, but it was not difficult at all, and I was able to paddle smoothly without getting tired. The sky before sunset, the sunset itself, and even after it got dark were all beautiful, and I made some wonderful memories. I definitely recommend this activity to anyone going to Okinawa! Thank you so much to the instructor for the fun time and the lovely photos!

到着日に出来るアクティビティがないか探していたところ、見つけたのがこちらでした。

初めてのカヌーだったので不安もありましたが全く難しくありませんでしたし、疲れもなくスイスイ漕ぐことが出来て楽しかったです。
日が暮れる前の空も、夕焼けも、暗くなってからも、どの空も素敵で、とてもいい思い出が出来ました。
沖縄に行く人に是非おすすめしたいアクティビティです☆

I thought it would be a hassle to rent a car from Naha to the Churaumi Aquarium, so I looked for a bus tour and found one to join. The time spent at the Churaumi Aquarium was just right, and it was great that we could stop by Kouri Island and Sunset Beach as well. About half of the participants were foreigners.

那覇から美ら海水族館まで、レンタカーを借りていくのも面倒と思い、バスツアーを探していて見つけ、参加しました。
美ら海水族館の滞在時間もちょうどよく、古宇利島やサンセットビーチに立ち寄れたのもよかったです。
参加者の半分くらいは外国人でした。

I had an amazing experience with Ami, who guided us thoroughly. I love fish, but as someone who appreciates landscapes, I was completely satisfied with the cliff tour. While paddling the canoe, I learned about fish, herons, the terrain, and caves, and the 90 minutes flew by. I was truly satisfied! I've used other shops in Okinawa, but at this shop, they provide kayaks with backrests. Thanks to that, I didn't feel tired at all and could focus on the scenery. However, since the morning course ended an hour before the café opened, I had to give up on using the café this time. Next time I visit Okinawa, I would love to stop by the shop again. I want to enjoy both kayaking and the café then! Thank you so much!

担当して頂いた亜美さんに、ガッツリ、ガイドして頂きました。魚ももちろん好きなのですが地形派の私としては大満足の絶壁ツアー。カヌーを漕ぎながら魚やサギ、地形や洞窟のことなども教えて頂き、あっという間の90分。まさに大満足！　沖縄の他のショップも利用したことがあるのですが、アルガイドさんではカヤックに背もたれを付けて貰えます。おかげさまで疲れ知らず。景色に集中することが出来ました。ただ朝イチのコースのためにカフェの営業時間1時間前に終了してしまったので、今回はカフェの利用はあきらめました。次回、沖縄へ遊びに行く時には、またショップにお邪魔させて頂きたいと思います。その時はカヤック＆カフェを堪能したいです♡ 本当にありがとうございました！

I recommend this for beginners in Okinawa and those who don't rent cars! It’s great for understanding the geography, as it takes you from Naha down to the beautiful Churaumi Aquarium up north.

Especially, Kouri Island is wonderful; although we only had 30 minutes, we could still splash around a bit.

One disappointing aspect was that even though we weren't late, the bus guide rushed us a couple of times. Also, the guidance during the time at Warumi Bridge was unclear, leaving us confused inside the bus.

Additionally, please be aware that there are very few places to eat or buy food at Churaumi Aquarium, and it gets quite crowded! If you prepare in advance by picking up snacks at a convenience store, you can save time and enjoy your visit more comfortably.

沖縄初心者＆レンタカー借りない派にはオススメです！沖縄の下の方、那覇から乗って上の方の美ら海水族館までぐぐーっと行ってくれるので、地理を把握するには良いと思います。
特に古宇利島は素晴らしく、30分しかなかったですが、ちょっとパシャパシャ遊ぶくらいは可能です◎
残念だったことは、時間に遅れていないのにバスガイドさんに急かされた場面が2回程ありました。また、わるみ大橋の時の案内が分かりづらく、車内は？？という感じでした。
あと気を付けてほしいことは、美ら海水族館には食事をする/買う場所がとっても少ない上に混んでいます！！事前にコンビニなどで調達しておくと時間もセーブできるし、安心して回れると思います＾＾

I have visited Okinawa many times for business trips, but this time I participated in a snorkeling tour by myself for the first time. The instructor kindly and thoroughly taught me how to put on and use the equipment, which made me feel safe entering the sea.

Additionally, I heard that due to weather conditions, we couldn't enter the cave until the day before, but luckily, the weather was good on the day of the tour, and we were able to enter the cave, seeing the beautiful blue cave that lives up to its name.

On the way back from the cave, I was able to feed the fish with the bait (fu) provided by the instructor, and I enjoyed seeing the tropical fish of Okinawa up close. The experience of entering the sea directly instead of from a boat was completely different and amazing.

Thank you to the instructor for taking so many photos and for your thoughtful care. Next time, I would like to visit again with my wife, not for business, but for leisure (maybe this time for diving).

沖縄へは何度も出張で訪問していましたが、今回初めて一人でシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。
インストラクターの方は、シュノーケリングが初めての私に親切丁寧に装着方法、使用方法を教えていただき安心して海に入ることができました。
また、前日まで、天候の影響で洞窟に入れなかったとのことでしたが、当日の天候は良くラッキーにも入ることができ、名前に違わぬ青い洞窟の最高のスポットを見ることができました。
洞窟から戻る途中に、インストラクターさんからいただいた餌（麩）で餌付けができ、手が届くところで南国沖縄の魚たちが満喫できました。
ボートではなく直接海に入ってみる景色は全然違い最高でした。
インストラクターさん、気づかい所でもたくさんの写真を撮っていただきありがとうございました。
今度は出張時ではなく、プライベートで家内とまた訪問（今度はダイビングかな）したいと思います。

I found a course that allows you to visit Kouri Island and Pineapple Park. There were a few places where we had to hurry to make it on time, but I was very satisfied to be able to go this far for this price. The guide was cheerful and kind. The sanshin performance at the end in the vehicle was also nice. Most of the participants were from overseas, but the manners in the vehicle were good, making it comfortable. There was almost no delay in time. They provided pick-up and drop-off at several hotels, so it was convenient to choose one nearby.

古宇利島、パイナップルパークもまわれるコースを探していて見つけました。少し急がないと間に合わない箇所もありましたが、この値段でここまで行ければ大満足です。
ガイドの方も明るくて親切でした。最後に車内でひいてくださった三線もよかったです。
海外の方がほとんどでしたが、車内でのマナーもよかったので快適でした。時間の遅れもほぼありませんでした。
ホテルを何カ所か送迎してくれるので近くを選べて便利でした。

I participated with my two elementary school children and my husband. It was the children's first time snorkeling, but they received kind instruction and were able to enjoy it. The Blue Cave was also amazing, and the kids were very excited about the fish swimming around them. I would like to go again. The staff from b-nature who guided us were very kind and fun, and they took many wonderful photos. I would like to rely on them again when I go to Okinawa next time.

小学生2人と夫と参加しました。シュノーケリングは子供達2人共初めてでしたが、親切にレクチャーしていただき、楽しむことができました。青の洞窟も素晴らしかったのですが、子供達が自分の周りを泳ぐ魚に大興奮。また行きたいと思います。ガイドをしていただいたb-natureさんのスタッフもとても親切で面白く、素敵な写真をたくさん撮っていただきました。
今度沖縄へ行く時もお世話になりたいです。

The Good:
Overall a very good time, had lots of fun at all 3 attractions, though I would have loved more time to spend at the Charaumi Aquarium.

I really do recommend the butterfly garden--even if you can't book this tour, that was a really lovely experience, would have loved to spend more time there as well.

Despite the "English Audio" label, neither tour guide or driver could really speak or understand English, but the trip still went really smoothly despite that. I think I missed some extra info (like special highlights of the area, or feeding times for the animals), but the tour guide was really nice, and really tried to be helpful despite the language gap.

The Bad:
My trip started at 8AM when the bus picked me up and ended at 6PM, and while the trip hit 4 different gift stores, they mainly sell a wide variety of sweets. Lunch wound up being a bowl of ramen soup--tasty, but it's not enough to cover breakfast and dinner together.

I didn't like the final gift store that was part of the "free little gift" package, where we got a free cookie with any other purchase, because by the end of the day I was ready for my hotel and real food. However--and I'm assuming the tour company was getting a kick-back from the store--we were parked there for 30 minutes, and after 10 minutes 90% of the group was sitting on the bus waiting to leave.

I realize "dumping tourists in a gift-store" is a common business practice, but when you're inconveniencing and irritating most of your guests, you should probably stop it.

The weather was nice, and the waves were calm, which made it enjoyable. If we could have extended the time and distance to visit various places, it would have felt like a true adventure. Also, I requested some photos, but there was a bias in who was captured, so I thought it would have been better if everyone had been included more evenly. I would love to do it again if the opportunity arises.

天気も良く、波も穏やかで楽しかったです。もっと時間を長くして距離を伸ばしていろんな所に行けたら文字通り冒険した感じがあったと思います。
また、写真をお願いしましたが、映ってる人に偏りがあったのでまんべんなく映ってたらもっと良かったなぁと思いました。機会があればまたやりたいです。

The staff gave me advice and taught me politely! I was under the impression that the shisa came as a pair, but after receiving an explanation, I learned that there is one for each (either male or female). So, I thought it might be strange to only get one, and I ended up paying for another one.

お店の人がアドバイスをくれたり、丁寧に教えてくれました！シーサーは二体で一つだと勘違いしていましたが、説明を受けると一人一体（オスかメス）だと知ったので、一体だけってゆーのも変かな？と思ったので、もう一体分のお金を払いました。

Highly recommend! It was fantastic and our guide was better than the others that were there!!

It was my first trip to Okinawa. It turned out to be a surprisingly wonderful travel memory. I was enchanted by the bus guide's singing voice.

We participated as a family of three on May 2nd. The sea was really beautiful, probably due to the good weather, and we were amazed to see so many fish. It was our first time for my sixth-grade son, my husband, and me, and we had some worries, but the guide was very kind and cheerful, which made it a lot of fun! My child said this was the most enjoyable part of our trip to Okinawa. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much! 😊

This was the perfect tour to see many sites in northern Okinawa esp since we did not rent a car. It is very good value for your money. The time spent at the pineapple park is a bit short but sufficient to see the gift shop. We have seen the dole plantation so was ok with the time.

I was very grateful for the shuttle service since I didn't rent a car. The staff at the shop were also kind to my child, which was great!

It was a very fulfilling plan. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had three hours, allowing us to take our time and explore thoroughly. At the Ryukyu Mura, large butterflies landed on the flowers and didn't fly away even when we got close. I heard that Okinawa soba was a light snack, but the portion was satisfying. At the Pineapple Park, of course, there were pineapples, but we also got to sample various souvenirs, which filled us up. The pick-up was from the Southwest Hotel, so it took quite a bit of time for the round trip, but since it was from Naha, it can't be helped.

大変充実したプランでした。美ら水族館では3時間の時間があった為、じっくり回って見る事が出来ます。琉宮城では大きな蝶が花に幾匹も止まり、近寄っても逃げません。沖縄そばは軽食と伺いましたが満足の量でした。パイナップルパークではパイナップルはもちろんでしたが、お土産品の試食を色々と頂けお腹がいっぱいになりました。送迎は南西ホテルからでしたので、往復にかなり時間がかかりましたが、那覇からですので仕方ありませんね。

There was a shuttle service to the hotel, making it easy to participate. They provided a thorough explanation of the points for whale watching, which was great. The boat swayed more than I expected, but I thought it was a good experience for those who love the ocean. After it ended, they kindly provided a shuttle to my desired location, which was very helpful.

ホテルまでの送迎があり、参加しやすかった。
クジラを見るポイントを、丁寧に説明いただいたので良かった。
思った以上に船が揺れるので、海好きには良い企画と思った。
終了後、希望する場所まで送迎していただき、大変助かった。

The weather was nice on the day, but unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, which I was really looking forward to, because there were whitecaps. However, our guide, Ami, was very fun and attentive, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Thanks to her, I even got to touch some slimy sea cucumbers and what I think were spider stars. It was interesting. Thank you very much.

当日はお天気は良かったのですが、白波が立っているということで、とっても楽しみにしていた青の洞窟へは残念ながら行けませんでした。でも、ガイドさんの亜美ちゃんがとても楽しく丁寧にガイドをして下さり、充分楽しめました。お陰様で気持ち悪いナマコとかクモヒトデ？も触れるようになったし。面白かったです。ありがとうございました。
