Due to the Obon season, it was quite crowded. I contacted them by phone the day before, and since traffic to the parking lot was expected to be heavy, we arranged to meet an hour and a half earlier than planned. I couldn't fully enjoy my hotel stay and left early in the morning with a sense of regret. Following the advice, we arrived without getting caught in the congestion, but we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes because other participants in our group were delayed. After arriving, we also had to wait for them to change, which added quite a bit of downtime. The dive started quite formally, but I was satisfied as I could see fish and other marine life. The Blue Cave experience felt rushed; we took a photo in turn and then quickly moved on, which left me somewhat unsatisfied.

The tour advertised free photos and towels, but we didn't receive any towels, and the photos were to be sent via LINE after exchanging contact information, which felt a bit disorganized. The staff seemed like young, energetic guys, which might not be suitable for families.

お盆シーズンということもあり、かなりの混雑。前日にTEL連絡で駐車場までの車がかなり混むので前倒しにと予定より１時間半ほど早い集合に。ホテル滞在をあまり満喫できず、後ろ髪惹かれる思いで早朝出発を。助言通り混雑に巻き込まれず到着できましたが、同じ回の他の参加者の到着が遅れているとかで３０分弱待つことに。到着後もその方たちの着替えを待ちと結構のロスタイム。ダイブは結構事務的にスタートしましたが、魚などは見え満足です。青の洞窟は順番でと写真を撮ったらさっさと移動という感じであまり満足できませんでした。
ツアーに写真、タオル無料とありますがタオルも渡されることなく、写真もLINEで送りますとLINE交換したりと若干手際が悪い感じです。
若いイケイケのお兄さんって感じで、ファミリーにはちょっと不向きかもしれません。

All the instructors were cheerful, and the Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful; I was very satisfied. I was hoping for a small group, and we ended up having one instructor for just the two of us, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves without worrying about others.

The price is also reasonable, and they took a lot of photos for us, so I highly recommend it!

The weather was bad, so I couldn't see the sunset, but the Okinawan songs and the course meal were delicious, so it was good.

I'm glad I went.

天気が悪かったせいか、サンセットは見れなかったですが、沖縄の歌とコース料理も美味しかったので、よかったです。

I was treated so well that I couldn't help but wonder if it was really okay! They took photos while I was snorkeling and quickly sent me the data. It was worth more than the price! I'm very satisfied! The instructor was handsome too (^^) I want to join again when I come to Okinawa!

It was a very good tour. We stayed at a hotel in Naha City, and since we couldn't drive, we were grateful to be taken to places like the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village, which are difficult to reach without a car. The price, including the aquarium admission fee, was a great deal. The time management was excellent, and we enjoyed each location. Our guide, Mr. Kajino, was wonderful, and he even performed songs and dances to the sanshin in the car. During our stay, I tried most of the things recommended by the guide, which was also appreciated. The root beer was delicious! I believe there are many challenges with so many international guests, but please keep up the good work.

とても良いツアーでした。那覇市内のホテルに泊まり、私達は車の運転が出来ない為、美ら海水族館やアメリカンビレッジなど車がないと行かれない所へ連れて行ってもらえて有り難かったです。水族館の入場料込みでこの金額はお得です。時間配分もよく、各所で楽しめました。またガイドの梶野さんが素晴らしく、車内では三線に合わせて歌や踊りも披露してくださいました。滞在中、ガイドさんに勧められたものだいたい食べました。こういう情報も嬉しかったです。ルートビア美味しかったですよ！
海外からのお客様が多くご苦労も多々あると思いますが、これからも頑張って下さい。

On the day of the visit, it was rainy, so I was worried, but the Blue Cave was literally blue and beautiful. I was able to see a lot of fish, which made me satisfied.

I was glad to be able to borrow a GoPro, but the still images were very shaky and didn't turn out well. I didn't take many videos because I was concerned about the battery, but the videos turned out beautifully.

I would have appreciated it if you could have taught us about methods to prevent shaking and suggested focusing more on video shooting before we departed, so I am giving it 4 stars.

当日は雨天であったため、心配していたのですが、青の洞窟は文字通り青く、きれいでした。魚もたくさん見ることができて、満足です。
GoProを貸して頂けてよかったのですが、静止画は手ぶれがひどく、うまく撮れていませんでした。バッテリーを気にしてあまり動画は撮らなかったのですが、動画はきれいに撮れていました。
出発前に、手ぶれ予防の方法や、動画での撮影を中心にした方がよいことなどを教えて頂けると、よりありがたいと思ったため、☆４つにしています。

Although the weather wasn’t great it was a great experience! My kids loved it! It was nice and short so we didn’t get sea sick which was good. You do have to pay for Parking but it wasn’t much, like ¥320 yen. This trip was cheap and well worth it! The boat even had vending machines for drinks of coarse right!

The bad weather due to the typhoon was unavoidable, but the food was disappointing. I had hoped for at least a decent dessert, but this was it. I would have preferred vanilla ice cream instead.

I might have had overly high expectations, but I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

せめてものデザート..と期待しましたが、これ。これなら、バニラアイスの方がましでした。

過度な期待をしてしまっていたのかもしれませんが、周りにおすすめはしません。

Despite the last-minute request, the staff was very accommodating. Due to weather issues on the day, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but the tour was a great success for the kids. The snorkeling instructions were precise, which was very helpful for us as first-timers.

急な依頼にも関わらず、スタッフの方は非常に対応がよかったです。
当日は天候の問題もあり青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、子供達も大満足のツアーでした。シュノーケリングの説明も的確で、初めての我々には非常に助かりました。

Since a typhoon was approaching, I thought the scenery might not be great, but at the cape and Daishi Forest Park, we were able to enjoy clear weather and have a wonderful experience.

I was focused on trekking, so it was a good decision to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. For my first trekking experience, I chose the 60-minute course. Surrounded by nature, I was able to move my body a lot!

After that, we had three hours at the aquarium, which was enough time to explore thoroughly. Thank you to the tour guide and the bus driver for your hard work during the long hours. Thank you very much.

台風が近づいてた中での参加だったので、あまり景色は良くないんだろうな～と思いつつでしたが、岬や大石林山では晴れてのびのびと体験することができました。

トレッキングが目当てだったので、動きやすい服装や靴で行って正解でした。
初めてのトレッキングは60分コースを選びました。自然に囲まれながら、たくさん身体を動かせました！

その後の水族園も三時間時間を取ってくれてたので充分回ることができました。
添乗員さん、バスの運転手さん、長時間お疲れ様でした。ありがとうございました。

This cruise

First of all, what I was most looking forward to was the night view from the ship, but
the interior of the ship is too bright.
There are cheap-looking electric decorations on the ceiling,
which are also distracting...
They reflect in the windows, ruining the beautiful scenery.

That day, there were four groups of guests, including my family,
filling about 10% of the seats...
It was too lonely.

The service in the hall was decent, but

the food...
did not suit my taste.

There is a singer who performs,
and they have live music for about half of the time during the cruise.

However...

The singing is good, and the person seems nice,
but I feel it doesn't quite match the concept of this ship...

It was quite exhausting to be in such a sparse environment on the ship for a long time without being able to leave.

If there are points for improvement for this ship:

- Remove the electric decorations inside the ship.
- Dim the interior lights a bit to enjoy the outside lights.
- The singer seems to be a regular, but it might be better to feature various young artists who could shine, changing them daily or by time slots.
- Even if the price were raised by about 150%, it would be better to improve the quality of the food.

In any case, the concept is half-hearted.

Is it about the drinks, the food, the singing, or the night view?

During this summer period, it might be better to simply have an all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat beer garden atmosphere and have fun.

このクルーズ

まず一番期待するのは、船から見る夜の景色だと思いますが
まず、船内が明るすぎる
天井に安っぽい電飾が飾ってあるのだが
それも邪魔・・
そとの窓に映り込んで、折角の景色が台無し

その日の客は私の家族を含めて4組
座席の1割を埋めるぐらい・・
寂し過ぎました

ホールでの対応はまずまずちゃんとしてくれてますが

お食事は・・・
私の口には合いませんでした。

歌手の方が歌ってくれるのですが
乗船中、半分ぐらいの時間でライブしてます

これも・・・

歌は上手くいい人そうなんですが
この船のコンセプトとは違うんじゃないかな・・と
思う次第です・・。

非常に閑散とした船内で長い時間帰れない状態で
ちょっとしんどかったです。

この船の改善出来る点があるとすれば

・船内の電飾はとる
・船内を少しでも暗くし、外の明かりを楽しむようにする
・歌手の方が専属のようですが、出来れば日替わり、時間替わりで
色々な若い芽が出そうなアーティストを起用したほうがいいのでは？
・料金を150％ぐらい上げても、もっと食事の質を上げた方がいいのではないでしょうか

どちらにしてもコンセプトが中途半端

酒なのか、料理なのか、歌なのか、夜景なのか？

この夏の期間は、いっそのこと
ただのビアガーデン的に飲み放題食べ放題で
ワイワイやった方が良さそうな気がします。

Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 14, we couldn't enter the Blue Cave because of the high waves, but we were able to go snorkeling in the relatively calm reef. It was a big tide and low tide, but we managed to go to places we usually can't reach. The coral was beautiful, and the sea was incredibly clear. Next time, I definitely want to take on the Blue Cave again.

台風14号の影響で波が高く青の洞窟は入ることはできませんでしたが、比較的穏やかなリーフ内でシュノーケリングをさせてもらいました。
大潮のしかも干潮でしたが、いつもは行けそうにもないよう所まで行く事が出来ました。
サンゴも綺麗でしたし、海がめちゃくちゃ綺麗でした。今度は是非青の洞窟をリベンジしたいと思います。

I came to Okinawa for the first time with my wife. We joined a tour because we wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. I thought we would like to explore various places. However, when we actually participated, there were many Chinese and Korean tourists, which made me a bit worried. My wife, who dislikes Chinese people, felt anxious, but they arrived on time for the meeting and were quiet during the tour, showing better manners than the Japanese!

Even though there were many Chinese tourists, the tour was conducted in Japanese. Due to the typhoon, we couldn't go to the Busena Marine Observatory and instead went to Fruit Land, but there wasn't enough time, and it wasn't very interesting.

American Village was fun for shopping. It seemed like we enjoyed ourselves at the outlet. You can have a good time at the Churaumi Aquarium in about three hours. I think participating in the Jumbo Tour isn't a bad idea. They are considerate in various ways. Being Japanese, I feel this even more. In fact, I think it's quite good.

妻を連れて初めての沖縄旅行に来ました。美ら海水族館に行きたいからツアーに参加しました。その他いろいろ回ってみたいと思いました。実際には参加してみると、中国人、韓国人が多く、心配でした。中国人嫌いな妻は不安でしたが、集合時間には時間通りに来るし、ツアー中は静かだし、日本人よりもマナーよかったです！
ツアー中は中国人が多くても日本語でした。
台風の影響でブセナ海中展望台に行けずにフルーツランドに行きましたが、そこは時間がなく、おもしろくなかったです。
アメリカンビレッジは買い物が楽しかったです。
アウトレットで楽しんでるようでした。
美ら海水族館は3時間あれば十分楽しめます。
ジャンボツアーの参加は悪くないと思います。
いろいろ配慮してくれます。
日本人だから余計に感じます。
むしろいいと思います。

I was worried about whether the experience would take place with Typhoon No. 14 approaching, but I was able to participate. Since I was the only one for the 3 PM session, I had a one-on-one experience. I chose a single kayak, so I was initially anxious, but the guide's explanations were very clear, and I managed to get on.

As we paddled upstream on the Hija River, I was able to listen to the guide's explanations about the mangroves and creatures while actually seeing them. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand. Along the way, I was able to see bats and mongooses. I was really surprised by the size of the gajamaru trees.

On the way back, the wind was strong, so I was able to return without paddling much. It was truly enjoyable, filled with surprises and emotions, and the time flew by during the tour. The staff were also very kind and gentle, so I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy kayaking. I would love to do it again.

　台風１４号が近づく中，開催されるか心配していましたが，体験することができました。１５時からの体験は私一人だったので，マンツーマンで体験することができました。一人乗りのカヤックを選択したので初めは不安でしたが，ガイドの方の説明がたいへん分かりやすく，なんとか乗ることができました。
　比謝川を上流に進みながら，ガイドさんからマングローブや生き物の説明を実際に見ながら聞くことができました。ガイドさんの説明はたいへん分かりやすかったです。途中でコウモリやマングースも見ることができました。がじゃまるの木の大きさにはたいへん驚きました。
　帰りは風が強かったので，あまり漕がずに戻ることができました。本当に楽しくて驚きや感動もたくさんあり，時間があっという間のツアーでした。
　スタッフの方もたいへん親切で優しいのでカヤックを楽しみたい人にはおすすめです。私もリピしたいです。

We challenged ourselves with four people: a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old! The younger child teamed up with mom, while the older child teamed up with dad.

Even when it started to rain, we pushed through with determination. The kids were super excited, but the rain did dampen their spirits a bit. However, they were still very satisfied with the experience.

The kids must have been tired because they fell sound asleep in the car on the way back.

It's definitely a fun activity even in the rain, so if you want to give your kids a memorable experience, I highly recommend it.

The next day, the kids talked about how much fun they had and remembered the experience!

子供4歳、6歳の4人でチャレンジ！下の子と、ママでチーム、上の子とパパでチームでした。
途中雨が降っても、気合いで、、。
テンションマックスの子供も、雨はだだ下がりになりましたが、とても満足は高かったです。


子供は疲れたのか、帰りの車はぐっすり寝てもらいました。

雨でも楽しくできるので、何か子供に体験させたいのであれば、オススメです。

次の日になって、子供覚えてて楽しかったと話をもらいました。

I was worried about whether the event would be held due to the approaching typhoon, but it's great that it almost always takes place even in bad weather!
I'm glad I signed up for the low tide time, as I was able to observe many creatures.
I couldn't help but get captivated by the fiddler crab's waving dance and the adorable eyes of the horseshoe crab!
The guide's thorough explanations added to the fun, and I'm very grateful for that!
I definitely want to visit again!

What is written can be experienced, but nothing more and nothing less. I was hoping for more exploration, but it was just about paddling the kayak. I was a bit disappointed because I expected to get wet and navigate through trees that were overgrown like a jungle. Since you are on the kayak the whole time, be careful of heatstroke.

書いてあることは体験できますが、それ以上でもそれ以下でもありません。もっと、探険を期待していましたが、単にカヤックを漕ぐことに終始です。
水に浸かったり、木がジャングルのように生い茂ってその中をくぐり抜ける事を期待していたので、少々がっかり。
ずーっとカヤックの上にいるので、熱中症には注意です。

Although it was a hot season, there was a breeze over the sea, making it more comfortable than expected for a barbecue. Since it was in a bay, even family members who are prone to seasickness enjoyed a pleasant cruise.

暑い時期ですが、海上の風があり、思ったほど暑くなく、バーベキューには快適な環境でした。
湾内なので、揺れず舟酔いしやすい家族も快適なクルーズとなりました。

This was our second trip to Okinawa as a family, and we participated for the first time. I was worried about whether my child would be able to snorkel since it was their first time, but thanks to the guide who taught us very patiently, we were able to relax and do well. The Blue Cave was very mystical, and feeding the fish was also fun. I definitely want to participate again next time!

家族での2回目の沖縄旅行で初めて参加しました。子供は初シュノーケリングだったので、ちゃんと出来るか心配でしたが、ガイドのお兄さんがとても丁寧に教えてくれたおかげで、リラックスして上手く出来ていました。青の洞窟はとても神秘的でしたし、魚の餌付けも楽しかったです。次回も是非参加したいです！

I booked a snorkeling trip with my friend's family. Since there were preschoolers with us, I was a bit anxious, but they took great care of us, and everyone said they had a lot of fun. They said they want to come again!

友達家族とスノーケルを申し込みました。保育園児もいたので、少し不安もありましたがしっかりケアしていただきとても楽しかったと話してました。また来たいそうです笑

I participated with my wife and two children, a total of four people. Due to the waves, we couldn't go to the Blue Grotto, but we enjoyed snorkeling at a nearby beach. The water was very clear, and we were able to see many fish up close, which was a valuable experience for the kids. The guide was friendly and patiently taught us various things, even as beginners. My youngest daughter, who can hardly swim, was initially scared, but by the end, she was swimming around and having fun on her own. It was also convenient that they provided prescription goggles, so we only needed to bring our swimsuits and towels. I would like to challenge the Blue Grotto someday. Thank you to the guide and staff!

家内、子供2名の計4名で参加しました。
うねりの関係で青の洞窟にはいけませんでしたが、近くの海岸でシュノーケリングを楽しみました。海の透明度がとても高く、間近でたくさんの魚を見ることができて、子供達にとって貴重な体験となりました。
ガイドさんも親しみやすく、初心者の我々にも丁寧に色々教えてくれました。
殆ど泳げない末の娘も最初は恐る恐るでしたが、終わる頃には一人で色々泳ぎ回って楽しんでおりました。
度付きのゴーグルの用意もあり、水着とタオルくらい持参すれば良い手軽さも良かったです。いつか青の洞窟にもチャレンジしたいです。

I was worried because it had been raining continuously, but I felt reassured when I received a polite response during the confirmation call the day before. On the day itself, it was surprisingly sunny, so my worries turned out to be unfounded, which was great. The guide was also very articulate and provided excellent explanations, making the experience very enjoyable. Despite the high level of service from the guide, the price was more affordable than others, which made it feel like a great deal. Overall, it was a big win in many ways.

ずっと雨続きで心配でしたが、前日に確認のお電話をしたときも丁寧にご対応いただけたので安心できました。
それでも当日はびっくりするほど晴れたので、心配も杞憂に終わって良かったです。ガイドさんも話し上手で、説明もうまくて大変楽しめました。
これだけレベルの高いガイドさんなのに価格が他より安くてリーズナブルな分、すごいお得感もありました。いろんな意味で大当たりでした。

I am sure this activity would have gotten an outstanding rating if the weather would have been better during the day. I decided however to go through with it due to going home the day after, I was offered a free re-booking or full refund by both Veltra and the tour operator on location.

So the weather was really bad, rain and windy which made the underwater visibility really bad, we did however see some really cool corral reefs, but I do recommend future participants to re-book if the conditions are not good, I am sure the view would have been amazing on a sunny day!

All staff I met during the tour was really nice and friendly, I just wish the time we were allowed under deck would have been a little longer, that is the only complaint I have :)

I participated in shower climbing and canyoning. It was incredibly fun! My sons were also very satisfied! The guide was very nice, thank you so much.

We had planned to go sea kayaking and visit the Blue Cave.

Since we had requested a plan that included drone photography, I was really concerned about the weather, but the kayaking was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. The drone footage captured by the staff was amazing; the images were clearer and more beautiful than I expected, and we were able to capture views from high up and far away that looked like something out of a television show. The photos will be treasured by our family.

Due to the strange path of Typhoon No. 12 on July 30, 2018, although the weather was fine, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave because of the waves. ( ´Д`)y━･~~

However, the staff arranged for us to go snorkeling at a different spot.

The kids seemed a bit nervous at first, but they quickly got hooked on the fun and even said they want to come back next year!

We were able to have a wonderful day thanks to the kind and entertaining staff. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

シーカヤックと青の洞窟(予定)でした。

ドローン撮影付きプランでお願いしていたのでお天気がとても気になっていましたが、カヤックはとーってもいい感じで楽しめました。
ドローンの撮影もお兄さんの腕が素晴らしく、思っていたよりも画像も綺麗で、高く、遠くからの景色もテレビのような景色とともに撮影して頂くことができ最高でした。写真は家族の宝物になります。

2018/7/30 台風12号の変な進路のせいで
お天気ではありましたが波の影響で、とても楽しみにしていた青の洞窟には行けませんでした。( ´Д`)y━･~~

でも、担当の方が別のスポットでシュノーケリングすることができました。

子どもたちも最初はドキドキしていたようでしたが面白さにハマり来年も来たい！と言い出す始末、、、

楽しい一日を過ごすことができたのも優しく面白いスタッフの方々のおかげです。

I got to interact with many fish, feed them, and they quickly sent us the photos, which was great! I would like to use this service again when I visit Okinawa next time! The kids went on their first trip to Okinawa.
They participated in their first bus tour.
The sightseeing was fun, but I became even more fond of Okinawa after listening to the guide's stories about it.

Due to the typhoon, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but they took us to a wonderful spot. I'm glad I could create precious memories with my dear friends! There were so many beautiful fish, and I was so focused on feeding them that I was worried about getting my camera angle right. When you experience this, please take your time and be mindful of your camera! Thank you very much to the friendly and cool staff. I will come back to visit again next year, so I look forward to it!

I love aquariums, and I finally got to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I arrived smoothly from Naha and entered the aquarium. I was amazed by the scale and the tanks, and I was truly moved by the whale sharks. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

水族館大好きで念願の美ら海水族館。那覇からスムーズに到着して入場。想像以上の規模と水槽にビックリ、ジンベイザメには本当に感動しました。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。

It was my first time kayaking. The kids were worried about whether they could do it alone, but riding with the instructor and having a parent-child tandem helped ease their anxiety. The instructor was great and actively engaged with the kids, which allowed my shy son to enjoy himself. My daughter, who had been scared of the deep sea during snorkeling with another company the day before, seemed to have fun here, which was nice to see. 初めてのカヤック。子供達は、1人で出来るか不安になっていましたがインストラクターの方との同乗、親子二人乗りで不安解消。インストラクターの方が良い方で、子供達に積極的に声を掛けて頂き引っ込み事案の息子も楽しめました。前日に別の会社で行ったシュノーケリングで深い海に恐怖していた娘もこちらは楽しかったようで良かったです。自分的にはもう少し暗くなると勝手に想像していた分だけ最高でした！にはしませんでした。良くして頂いたのにごめんなさい。
