It was my first time canoeing and snorkeling, but the weather was great, and the guide was very attentive, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Initially, I was a bit disappointed to hear that the canoeing was changed from Kabira Bay to Miyara River due to the wind, but I was able to see the mangroves up close, which was refreshing and enjoyable. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) as well.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave. I was moved to see the fish up close in the beautiful sea. I definitely want to go snorkeling again.

There was an incident that caused some waiting time, but the guide quickly took us to a Shisa farm, where I encountered an incredible number of Shisa. It was a place I would never have gone to on my own, so I was glad for the experience.

The transportation to the hotel and the rental of snorkeling gear allowed us to enjoy the activities efficiently.

カヌーもシュノーケリングも初めてでしたが、天気も良く、丁寧にガイドしていただき、安心して楽しむことができました。
当初、川平湾でカヌーの予定が、風の影響で、宮良川に変更と聞いて少しがっかりしていましたが、マングローブを近くで見ることができたり、気持ちよく、リフレッシュできました。次回機会があれば、SUPにも挑戦したいです。
午後は青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングへ。きれいな海で魚達を真近で見ることができ感動しました。ぜひまたシュノーケリングやりたいです。
アクシデントがあり、待ち時間ができましたが、ガイドさんが急遽シーサー農園へ連れて行ってくれて、想像を超えるシーサーの数々に出会えました。個人では絶対行かないような場所だったので、良かったです。
ホテルまでの送迎や、シュノーケリングのグッズも貸していただき、効率的にアクティビティを楽しめました。

There were many clouds, and some stars were hidden, but the clouds moved quickly, and they explained the areas where the stars were visible. When it was hard to see, they shared enjoyable stories, making it a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

Due to strong winds and swells expected at Kawahira Bay, we were informed over the phone the day before that the location would be changed. I had some anxiety on the day, but when I participated, it turned out to be a perfect plan for me, as it was SUP in a mangrove river! Thank you very much.

前日にお電話で、予定している川平湾の強風、うねりが予想されるため場所を変更して開催します。とのことで、当日不安がありましたが参加してみると、マングローブの川でのSUPでしたが、自分にぴったりのプランでした！ありがとうございました。

I participated with a friend. It was both of our first time on a SUP, but we managed to enjoy it without falling! We were able to closely observe the mangroves, which we couldn't get near by boat, and the instructor provided detailed explanations.

The snorkeling in the afternoon was also fantastic, with great weather, and we even encountered sea turtles, which was so much fun! I definitely want to do this again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

友達と2人で参加しました。SUPは2人とも初めてでしたが、無事落ちることなく楽しめました♪ ボートではなかなか近づけないマングローブもしっかり観察できて、インストラクターの方も詳しく説明してくださいました。
午後からのシュノーケリングも、お天気最高で、海亀とも遭遇できて、とっても楽しかったです！
ぜひまた石垣島を訪れた際には、お願いしたいと思います。

Although it was a short time, I was able to see many wonderful things, such as sea turtles and beautifully colored fish. I'm also grateful that I could ride for a lower price than if I had booked on-site.

短い時間ではありましたが、ウミガメやキレイな色の魚など、素敵な物がたくさん見れました。現地で申し込むより安く乗れたのも有難いです。

The experience I participated in was attended only by adults, such as friends and couples, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. (It seems that the sessions with children are lively and fun with lots of discussions and questions.)

We were able to see the craters on the moon through binoculars, and the speaker was very interesting and easy to understand, making for an enjoyable time.

Since it was early spring, it was hot during the day but a bit cool at night, so I recommend bringing something to wear or a blanket to stay comfortable.

体験した回は、お友達と参加やご夫婦での参加など、大人の方のみだったので、ゆったりリラックスした回でした。
（子どもがいる回も話や質問が盛り上がって楽しそうですが）

双眼鏡で月のクレーターなども見れ、話される方はすごく面白くわかりやすかったので楽しいひとときでした。

春先だった為、日中は暑いですが夜は少し涼しいので羽織るものやブランケットなど持って参加するのがオススメです。

We visited Ishigaki Island for our honeymoon. I had always wanted to try riding a Segway, but I never had the opportunity until I found out I could do it in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation.

I heard that due to COVID, the limit is four people, but on the day of our ride, it was just the two of us. The guide was very attentive and provided thorough instructions, and we had plenty of practice. They also provided us with water, which was reassuring.

We explored the park extensively, and the guide took many videos and photos along the way, creating wonderful memories. While we were riding the Segway, the guide also shared information about Ishigaki Island and the local plants, which was very helpful for us as first-time visitors.

Above all, the guide was incredibly entertaining, and we truly had a great time! I would definitely like to request them again when we visit next time!

新婚旅行で石垣島へ訪れました。セグウェイには一度乗ってみたかったのですが、なかなか機会がなく石垣島でできると知ったので予約しました。
今はコロナの関係で4人までが定員と伺いましたが、当日はわたしたち2人のみでした。
ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくださり、練習もばっちりとしてくれました。お水もいただけたので安心です。
公園内をたくさんまわり、途中途中でムービーや写真もたくさん撮ってくださりいい思い出になりました。
セグウェイ乗ってる間もガイドさんが石垣島や植物の案内もしてくださり、石垣島初めてのわたしたちにとってはありがたかったです。
なによりガイドさんがとても面白い方で本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました！！！
また行く際はぜひお願いしたいと思います！

I tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time at the beautiful Kabira Bay. Thanks to the kind guidance, I was able to stand up more easily than I expected, and I didn't fall into the sea even once. After that, we moved to the Blue Cave for snorkeling. The weather was nice and the waves were calm, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery of Kabira Bay. Since it uses a lot of core and leg muscles, I think it's a good idea to consider your schedule and combine it with other activities during your stay.

天気も良く波も穏やかで、川平湾の景色を満喫しました。
体幹と脚の筋肉をかなり使うので、滞在中の行動予定、他のアクティビティとの組み合わせを考慮して参加するといいと思います。

At Kabira Bay, I was able to see coral and tropical fish, and the scenery was amazing. The explanations were thorough, making it easy to understand. However, the waves were a bit high, so I couldn't make it to the sea turtle spot, which was disappointing. I would like to try again when the sea is calm.

川平湾の珊瑚や熱帯魚を見る事ができ、また、景色もサイコーでした。説明もしっかりとされるので、わかりやすかったです。ただ、波が少し高かったので、ウミガメスポットまで、行くことが出来なくて、残念でした。海が穏やかときに、再トライしたいです。

I have experienced snorkeling several times in Ishigaki Island, and I highly recommend the waters surrounding Ishigaki Island for their beautiful coral and fish. The waves are calm within the reef, and wearing a wetsuit and life jacket allows you to float naturally. It's enjoyable for beginners, those who are not good at swimming, and even small children.

This time, there were small children participating, and the guide made various considerations to ensure they weren't scared of the sea, saying things like, "Nemo is here."

During the lunch break, you can relax at Kabira Bay. Kayaking is pleasant as you don't get wet, and you can enjoy the breeze while paddling. The water's clarity is excellent, allowing for great views of the coral.

The guides are young but attentive, making the experience enjoyable. They also share various information about Ishigaki Island, including dining and sightseeing spots. Additionally, you can make friends with others who participated in the tour.

何度か石垣島でシュノーケリングを体験してますが、珊瑚や魚が綺麗に見えるのは石垣島周囲の海がおすすめです。
リーフ内なので波は穏やかで、ウエットスーツとライフジャケットを着ていて自然に浮きます。シュノーケリング初めての人や泳ぎが苦手な人、小さな子供でも楽しめます。
今回小さなお子さんの参加があり、ガイドさんが海を怖がらないように「ニモがいるよ」など色々配慮して声を掛けてくれていました。
昼休憩は川平湾でゆっくり出来ます。
カヤックは濡れるとこともなく、風を読みながら進むので気持ちいいです。水面の透明度か良いので、珊瑚もよく見えます。
ガイドさん達は若いのですが、目配り気配りができるので楽しく過ごせます。
ツアー以外の石垣島情報(食事処、見処など)も色々教えてくれます。
また、ツアーに参加した方々とも仲良くなれます。

This was my second time visiting Ishigaki Island. While there were many activities I wanted to try, I was also concerned about the weather and kept deliberating until the last minute. Having been captivated by the beauty of Kabira Bay during my previous trip, I decided to sign up for a tour that offered SUP at Kabira Bay this time.

Although I had been checking the weather forecast before the trip, the day before the tour, there were strong winds and rain, and it was predicted that it would be windy on the day of the tour. I received a call informing me that instead of SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave in Kabira Bay, we would be doing SUP at Miyara River and snorkeling close to the city. I hesitated a bit, but it turned out to be a great decision to participate!

1. SUP at Miyara River
It was my first time doing SUP, but I was thoroughly taught how to paddle, turn, and ride before we set off. The wind was calm among the mangroves, allowing us to enjoy SUP in a relaxed atmosphere. While many photos of SUP show people standing, you can also paddle while sitting if you get tired or want to take a break. Progressing through the mangroves felt like a little jungle adventure, and I was able to enjoy a time filled with exotic vibes. There were also spots that resembled small caves, allowing us to appreciate the various faces of the mangroves. SUP is highly recommended even for those who are not particularly athletic! (On the day, it didn’t rain, but if it had, I think we could have enjoyed a real jungle experience!)

2. Snorkeling
My biggest concern was whether the sea would still be beautiful even if it was cloudy. Once I got into the water, I was able to see colorful fish. In fact, even if it had rained, the underwater experience wouldn’t be too affected, so it seems you can enjoy it thoroughly regardless. There was also enough free time to explore spots with lots of fish on my own and to learn how to dive and give it a try, allowing me to fully enjoy the beautiful sea. For those who are not used to snorkeling, you can swim while holding onto a float that the instructor has, making it enjoyable even for beginners.

When going for SUP, sun protection items like hats are important, but if the temperature is a bit low, I recommend wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants that are okay to get wet (preferably made of swimsuit material). A wetsuit is available for snorkeling.

I look forward to the next opportunity to try SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, while for now, I want to soak in the memories of this experience!

人生２回目の石垣島。参加してみたいアクティビティは多いものの、天候など気になる要素も多く、ぎりぎりまで悩み続けていました。前回旅行時に見た川平湾の美しさの虜になってしまったこともあり、今回は川平湾でSUPができるこのツアーに申し込むことに決めました。

旅行前より天気予報はチェックしていたものの、ツアー前日は風も強く雨が降っており、当日は風が強いことが予想されるため川平湾でのSUP＆青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングではなく、宮良川でのSUP&市街地からほど近いところでのシュノーケリングに変更となる旨お電話をいただきました。やや悩みましたが、参加して大正解でした◎

1, 宮良川のSUP
SUPは初めてでしたが、進み方や曲がり方、乗り方もしっかり出発前に教えてもらいます。マングローブの中は風も穏やかで、ゆったりとした雰囲気の中SUPを楽しむことができます。よく写真でみるSUPは立っているものが多いですが、疲れたりちょっと休憩したくなったら座りながら漕ぐこともできます。
マングローブの中を進むのはちょっとしたジャングル探検のような気分を味わうことができ、異国感溢れる時間を過ごすことができます。また、途中ちょっとした洞窟のような場所もあり、マングローブのさまざまな顔を楽しむことができました。あまり運動が得意でない方も、気軽に挑戦できるSUPは非常におすすめです！
（当日、雨は降りませんでしたが雨が降ったら降ったでリアルなジャングル感を楽しむことができると思います！）

2, シュノーケリング
曇っていても海は綺麗なのだろうか、というのが一番の心配でした。
実際、海の中に入ってみると色とりどりの魚をみることができました。実際、雨は降りませんでしたが、雨が降っていたとしても海の中はそこまで影響を受けないため、十分に楽しむことができるそうです。
適度に自由時間もあり、自分で魚がたくさんいるスポットを探してみたり、潜り方を教わって挑戦してみたりと美しい海を堪能することができました。
また、シュノーケリングに慣れていない方は、インストラクターの方が持っているフロートにつかまりながら泳ぐこともできるため、初めてでも楽しむことができるのではないかと思います。

SUPに行かれる際は、帽子などの日除けグッズも重要ですが、気温がやや低めな時は濡れても大丈夫な（可能であれば水着素材）長袖長ズボンで参加されると良いかと思います。シュノーケリングの際はウェットスーツを貸してもらえます。

次回は川平湾でのSUPと青の洞窟のシュノーケリングにリベンジができることを楽しみにつつ、しばらくは今回の思い出に浸りたいと思います♪

On the day of the tour, due to the waves, we couldn't go to Kawahira Bay or the Blue Cave. Instead, we did snorkeling at a different spot in the morning and had a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience on Miyara River in the afternoon.

I joined with a bit of disappointment, but the underwater scenery in Ishigaki was incredibly beautiful, and I was able to see many corals and fish.

In the afternoon, we spent a very relaxing time in the mangroves during my first SUP experience, even though I struggled a bit at first.

We had different instructors in the morning and afternoon, but both were very attentive and provided a lot of explanations about the fish and plants, which was educational. They checked in on us to see if we were okay and showed great consideration, allowing me to participate in the tour with complete peace of mind.

当日は波の影響で川平湾も青の洞窟も行くことができず、午前は代わりに違うスポットでのシュノーケルと午後は宮良川でのsup体験になりました。
少し残念な気持ちで参加しましたが、やはり石垣の海の中はとっても綺麗で、サンゴや魚もたくさん見ることができました。

午後はマングローブで、はじめてのsupに少し手間取りながらも、とってもゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。

午前と午後で違うインストラクターの方でしたが、どちらの方もとっても丁寧で、魚や植物のことなどの説明もたくさんしていただき勉強にもなりました。大丈夫かの声をかけや、細やかな配慮があり本当に安心してツアーに参加することができました。

I was very satisfied to finally land on the elusive island. It had been a while since I went snorkeling, and at first, I struggled a bit, but I was happy to see the fish around Ishigaki! If I have the chance, I would like to go snorkeling again slowly. Thank you to the kind staff! Thank you very much.

I participated in a SUP and snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave for my graduation trip. It was my first time experiencing SUP, but thanks to the instructors' careful guidance, I was able to do it right away. As for snorkeling, I'm not very good at swimming, but I had no particular issues and was able to see fish and coral up close, which was really interesting. This tour was so much fun that I lost track of time. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

I participated in a SUP and snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave for my graduation trip. The weather was great, with gentle winds and calm waves, making it perfect. The members I was with were kind, and the instructor worked hard to keep us entertained.

天気も良く風も波も弱く最高でした。一緒のメンバーが親切でインストラクターも私たちを楽しませようと一生懸命でした。

I had planned to go snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to the weather, we ended up snorkeling near the Phantom Island. However, it was really great. The staff were very kind. I think I will never forget the blue of the sea. I definitely want to come back.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングの予定でしたが天候の都合で幻の島近くでシュノーケリングしました。しかしそれがとっても良かった。スタッフさんはとっても親切にしてくれました。海の青さは一生忘れられないと思います。ぜひまた来たいです。

We had a short stay of two nights and three days on Ishigaki Island, which made us feel limited in our local experiences. However, with this plan, we were able to enjoy SUP in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon, making good use of our time.

For the tour, we did SUP in a shallow bay where the water was about knee-deep. We wore marine shoes, but the seabed was sandy and it seemed to become completely land during low tide. Additionally, we wore life jackets for safety. Even beginners could quickly get the hang of it. The waves and wind were minimal, making it enjoyable. We also got to try riding in pairs. I think it would be fun to go with friends or a partner!

I am really grateful to the guide for helping me find my action camera that I accidentally dropped in the water. On the day of the tour, there was flexibility with transportation, whether it was a pickup to the hotel or coming directly by rental car. During the day, we were dropped off at the hotel for lunch on our own. I wanted to make the most of my time, so I headed to the next meeting point by rental car. Of course, transportation was available just like in the morning.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave. There were many corals, and we proceeded into the sea while listening to the guide's instructions. The water temperature was low that day, but I borrowed a wetsuit and was able to swim comfortably. What impressed me the most was the beauty of the coral reef. I usually snorkel on my own, but the places we visited on the tour were truly amazing. Without a doubt, it was a snorkeling experience that exceeded my expectations, so I highly recommend it.

While you must wear a life jacket, it helps protect the corals, and even those who are not confident swimmers can enjoy it safely. The guide took photos throughout the tour and sent them to us via LINE a day or two later. They were very beautiful pictures. All the guides were polite and kind. They were young and supportive with anything we needed. I am satisfied with this valuable experience. Thank you!

私たちは石垣島の滞在時間が二泊三日と少なく、現地での体験に限りを感じていました。
しかし、今回のこのプランでは午前にSUP、午後にシュノーケルを楽しめて、時間の使い方をかなり有効にできたと思います。
ツアーの内容としまして、午前中のSUPでは膝下くらい遠浅の湾で行いました。
マリンシューズを履いていましたが、海底は砂で干潮時には完全に陸地になるようです。
また、ライフジャケットを着用して安全面も考慮されていました。
初心者でも直ぐに乗れるようになれました。
波や風も少なく、楽しめました。
2人乗りにチャレンジもさせてもらえました。
友達と行ったり、パートナーと行ったりと楽しめると思います！
アクションカメラを水中に落としてしまい、ガイドさんが探してくれたのは本当に感謝しています。
当日は、ホテルまでの送迎であったり、レンタカーでそのまま来ていたりと融通が効きました。
昼間はホテルに送ってもらい、各自で昼食を取りました。
私は時間を最大限に使いたかったので、次の集合場所までレンタカーで向かいました。
もちろん、午前中と同様に送迎もしてもらえます。
午後のシュノーケリングでは、青の洞窟に行きました。
サンゴがたくさんあり、ガイドさんの指示を聞きながら海へ進んで行きました。
当日は水温が低かったのですが、ウェットスーツを借りまして気持ちよく泳げました。
1番感動したのが、サンゴ礁の綺麗さです。
いつもは自前でシュノーケリングをするのですが、やはりツアーで行くところは場所が凄いと思いました。
間違いなく、期待以上のシュノーケルなのでオススメです。
ライフジャケットを着けなければなりませんが、サンゴ礁が多く、それらを壊さないためであったり、泳ぎに自信ない人であっても安心して楽しめたりできました。
ガイドさんが終始写真を撮影してくれ、1〜2日後にLINEで送信してくれました。
とても綺麗な写真です。
どのガイドさんも丁寧で親切な人ばかりでした。
若いお兄さんお姉さんで、どんなことでもサポートしてくれました。
貴重な経験ができて満足しています。

Since I came to Ishigaki Island, I wanted to experience snorkeling, so I participated in a tour. I thought it would be difficult to breathe through my mouth, and I hesitated for a moment because it seemed deeper than I expected. The staff were very kind and supportive, and I gradually stopped feeling scared. Thanks to them, I was able to see beautiful fish and coral, and I would love to experience snorkeling again if I have the chance.

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind thanks to the thorough instructions provided. I had fun paddling while sitting, lying down, and moving freely alongside other groups! Instead of the beach area often featured in brochures, we were guided to the deeper areas surrounded by trees, allowing us to enjoy a different atmosphere of Kabira Bay's scenery compared to the glass-bottom boat experience.

In the afternoon, we explored the Blue Cave and had a snorkeling experience. I put on a wetsuit for the first time and was excited to reach a cave surrounded by crystal-clear blue water. The scenery was truly breathtaking, showcasing the unique beauty of Ishigaki. While snorkeling, I swam from the shallow coral area into the deeper, clearer blue sea, where I encountered small fish like clownfish and slightly larger, shimmering blue fish. Although it was my first time snorkeling, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind thanks to the kind and attentive support from our guide, making it a lifelong memory! Even if you're nervous about trying it for the first time, there's no need to worry! With the help of the very friendly guide, you're sure to create wonderful memories with your loved ones!

初めてのSUPでしたが、丁寧にレクチャーしていただき安心して楽しむことができました。座って漕いでみたり、寝そべってみたり、他のグループと一緒に進む形でも自由度が高く楽しかったです！パンフレットによく載っているビーチ側ではなく、奥の木々が生えたあたりまで案内していただくので、川平湾の景色としてもグラスボートとはまた違った雰囲気を楽しめると思いました！

午後は青の洞窟散策、シュノーケリング体験を行いました。はじめてのウェットスーツに袖を通し、ワクワクしながらたどり着いたところには青く透き通る水を囲んだ洞窟がありました。まさに石垣ならではの景色に度肝を抜かれました。そして、シュノーケリングでは浅瀬のサンゴが目の前に広がるところから少し深く青く透き通った海を泳ぎながら、カクレクマノミのような小さなお魚さんや少し大きな青く輝くお魚さんにも出会うことができました。はじめてのシュノーケリングでしたが、優しく手厚いサポートをしてくださるガイドさんのおかげで安心して楽しむことができ、一生の思い出になりました！初めてで不安の方でも問題無し！とっても親切なガイドさんに身を委ね、大切な人と最高の思い出が出来ること間違いなしです！！

Since we planned to go to Iriomote Island after the tour, the ferry schedule worked out perfectly for our travel day! It was a bit cloudy and chilly, but since I couldn't swim, the guide taught us how to move in the water, and I was able to get around the sea area. I was healed by seeing beautiful fish! We also got to see the island, and the friendly guides made it a fun experience!

ツアー後に西表島に行く予定だったのでフェリーの時間的にも余裕があり移動日にも丁度良かったです！
少し曇っていて寒くはありましたが、泳げないのでガイドさんが水中での動き方を教えていただいて海近辺は動けるようになりました✨
綺麗な魚が見れて癒されました✨

About a 30-minute drive from the city, we found the Blue Cave! Inside the Blue Cave, you can really understand how the rocks have been worn down over hundreds or thousands of years, and how natural crystals have formed. It’s clear that ancient people cherished this place as a sacred site. Just as I saw in pictures, it was a beautiful location. After visiting the Blue Cave, we swam over the ocean trench, enjoying the sight of fish and coral, which felt wonderful! Both of us were a bit anxious since it was our first time snorkeling, but the guide led us, so as long as we held on, even those who can’t swim can enjoy it safely. The clownfish (Nemo) was adorable. In the end, we all gathered in a circle underwater to take a photo. For those participating as a group, I think it will especially become a memorable page of youth.

Since it was March, I was worried about the cold and hesitantly joined, but the water temperature was slightly low, yet wearing a wetsuit made it comfortable once we got in. After getting out of the water, I didn’t feel cold at all. It’s better to bring a towel from the hotel to dry off. This applies not just to this tour, but for those who usually suffer from seasickness or motion sickness, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication. The chances seem very low, but one of my companions experienced seasickness (I learned about seasickness for the first time…!).

All in all, we had a wonderful time.

市内から30分程度車を走らせた先に青の洞窟はありました！青の洞窟の中は何百年、何千年もの年月をかけて岩が削れたり、天然水晶ができたり、、昔の人が神聖な場所として大切にしていたことがよく理解できます。写真で見ていた通り、綺麗な場所でした。青の洞窟の後は海溝の上を泳ぎながら魚やサンゴをみながらスイスイ泳いで気持ちよかった！2人とも初めてのシュノーケリングで不安な気持ちもありましたが、ガイドさんがリード?で引っ張ってくれるのでそれに捕まっていれば、泳げない人も安心して楽しめます。カクレクマノミ(ニモ)が可愛かったです。最後はみんなで水中で輪になって写真を撮りました。団体で参加される方には特に青春の一ページとして思い出の一枚になると思います。

3月だったので寒さを心配して恐る恐る参加しましたが、水温は若干低めですがウェットスーツを着るので入ってしまえばきにならなかったです。海からでた後も寒いという感覚は全くなかったです。タオルは身体を拭く用にホテルから持参したほうが良いですね。こちらのツアーに限らずですが普段から船酔いや車酔いがひどい方は酔い止めをお持ちすることをおすすめします。確率はすごく低いみたいですが同伴者が波酔いしてました。(波酔いというものを初めて知りました…！)

なにがともあれ、楽しいひと時を過ごせました。

This was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and unfortunately, since it was February in winter, I was worried about how much I could enjoy the sea activities. However, at my wife's strong insistence, we signed up for this tour. As a 44-year-old indoor person, I was concerned, so I chose canoeing, while my 47-year-old wife was eager to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). While we waited for our guide at the meeting point, I joked, "Are you sure you can really ride the SUP?"

On the day of the tour, it was clear and 20°C, but since it was winter, there were only the two of us participating. The morning SUP experience turned out to be a private session.

When we arrived at the calm river, we were greeted by the beautiful mangrove scenery typical of Okinawa. After a brief lesson, we finally got started! I took off first in the canoe, watching my wife struggle to get on the SUP from my canoe with a grin. To cut to the chase, she got the hang of it instantly. I was a bit disappointed as I had expected her to flail around a bit!

The SUP experience lasted about an hour. We saw mangroves, birds we had never seen before, wild vegetables that looked delicious when tempura-fried, and fish visible in the clear river. Our young guide was knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and before we knew it, time flew by.

That day, due to the influence of the "new moon," we couldn't go to the Blue Cave in the afternoon, but winter in Ishigaki Island is indeed tough. Based on my experience, summer might also be challenging, but I think you need to be prepared for sea activities from December to February.

初めての石垣島、残念ながら冬の２月なのでどこまで海のアクティビティが楽しめるか心配でしたが、妻のたっての希望で本ツアーを申し込みました。44歳のインドア派の私は心配なのでカヌー、47歳の妻はやる気満々でSUPを選択。「大丈夫か〜、本当にSUP乗れるか？」なんて話ながら、待ち合わせ場所でガイドさんを待ちました。当日は快晴で20℃だけど、さすがに冬なので参加者は私たち2人だけ。午前中のSUP体験は貸切開催となりました。

穏やかな川に到着すると、沖縄らしいマングローブの景色。簡単な講習を受けてから、いよいよ開始！私は慣れたカヌーで先に出て、妻がSUPに乗るのをカヌーの上からにやにや眺めていました。結論から言うと慣れるのは瞬殺。乗れずにバタバタするのを期待していただけに少し残念www

SUP体験は1時間ぐらいだったでしょうか。マングローブや、見たことない鳥や、天ぷらにしたら美味しそうな山菜や、スケスケの川に見える魚を見たり、ガイドのお兄さんも若いながらもいろいろ勉強していて楽しく会話ができ、あっちゅう間に時間が過ぎました。

この日は「新月」の影響で、午後の青の洞窟に行けませんでしたが、やっぱり冬の石垣島はキツいですね。経験談で言うと、逆に真夏もキツそうですが、12月〜2月の海遊びは少し覚悟がいると思います。

I participated with my high school daughter. In the morning, we did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). In the afternoon, we joined the Blue Cave and snorkeling activities. The guide was kind and provided excellent hospitality support! Due to the wind and wave conditions, the decision to proceed in the afternoon was made at the last minute, but in the end, the weather and the sea's clarity were in wonderful condition! We saw a lot of fish while snorkeling, and the Blue Cave was very beautiful and amazing. We had said that we had fun just in the morning, but I definitely recommend doing the afternoon set as well.

高校生の娘と参加しました。午前中SUP.午後は青の洞窟、シュノーケリングに参加しました。ガイドさんも親切でホスピタリティ溢れるサポートありがとうございました！風や波の状況で安全性を鑑み、午後はギリギリの実行決定でしたが、結果、天気、海の透明度も素晴らしいコンディションでした‼︎シュノーケリングも魚が沢山見れて、青の洞窟もとても綺麗で最高でした。午前中だけでも楽しかったねと言っていたのですが、やはり午後もセットがオススメです

This is a day trip tour departing from Ishigaki Island, visiting Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands in that order. The day before, the Yaeyama Islands were cold, but the day of the tour was sunny and a bit warm. Upon arriving at Iriomote Island, we cruised along the Nakama River at low tide, and the mangroves looked beautiful. Since it had warmed up, we spotted a large number of southern fiddler crabs on the tidal flats. According to our cruise guide, they couldn't be seen the day before due to the cold, so we were lucky. We then took a water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island. While riding the cart, we learned that the buffalo are raised gently without training. The entire island is a subtropical plant paradise, and after lunch, we enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the island's nature and sandy beaches. Upon arriving at Taketomi Island, we visited Hoshizuna Beach, known for its star sand. After that, we rode the famous water buffalo cart in the center of the island, touring the main points and enjoying Okinawan songs played on the sanshin. A friendly assistant accompanied us from Ishigaki Island, but different guides were responsible for each sightseeing spot. The time management was well organized, and it felt like a very well-coordinated tour.

朝、石垣島を出発して１日で西表・由布・竹富島の順番で回る日帰りツアーです。前日まで八重山列島地方は寒かったですが、ツアーに参加した日は晴れて少し暖かかったです。最初に西表島に到着すると、干潮になったときのタイミングで仲間川をクルージングしますが、マングローブはきれいに見えました。暖かくなったので干潟で大量のミナミコメツキガニを見かけました。クルーズのガイドさんによると、前日は寒くて見れなかったそうですがラッキーでした。西表島から水牛車に乗り、由布島に到着します。水牛車に乗っているときに牛は調教せずに優しく育てていることを教えてくれました。島全体が亜熱帯植物楽園で昼食後、小さい島の自然や砂浜を楽しく散策しました。竹富島に到着すると星の砂が取れる星砂の浜を訪れます。その後、島の中心部で名物である水牛車に乗車して主要なポイントを巡り、三線を使った沖縄の歌を聞いて楽しむことができました。石垣島からフレンドリーアシスタントが同行しますが、各観光地で担当するガイドさんが異なります。時間管理がされていて、非常に良く連携されているいいツアーに感じました。

Originally scheduled for December 30, it was changed to December 31 due to bad sea conditions. The terminal check-in is smooth but a bit crowded. Stickers are applied, and passengers are sorted. The ferry was stable and didn't sway much. The weather was cloudy with occasional rain, but even on New Year's Eve, it was over 15°C, so a coat is essential, but it was manageable. However, the water buffalo cart to Yubujima crossed in strong winds, which was a bit chilly.

This is actually my second time, but unlike before, the boat ride on the river in Iriomote Island is now just a round trip without landing, which is a bit boring. Other than that, the water buffalo carts on Yubujima and Taketomi Island have a different atmosphere and are quite nice.

If I had to say something, I think it would be nice to have Okinawa soba for lunch, and the free time on Taketomi Island feels a bit short. Overall, I think the meeting place, the way we moved around, and the time allocation were fairly good.

もともとは12月30日の予定でしたが、海況が悪く、12月31日に変更となりました。
ターミナルの受付はスムーズですが、やや混みます。
シールを貼って、振り分けされます。
フェリーは安定していてあまり揺れませんでした。
天気は曇り時々雨でしたが、大晦日でも15℃以上はあるので、コートは必須ですが、大丈夫でした。
ただ、由布島へ行く水牛車は暴風の中渡りました。ちょっと寒かったです。

実は2回目ですが、以前と違って西表島の川を船で行くのは、上陸なしで、行って帰ってくるだけとなっておりちょっと退屈です。
その他は由布島と竹富島も水牛車に乗りますが、雰囲気は変わって、いい感じです。

敢えて言うなら、昼食は沖縄そばがあってもいいと思うのと、竹富島での自由時間がちょっと短いなと言うのが感想です。
全体的には集合場所、周り方、時間配分とまあまあ良かったと思います。

This time, I participated in SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. Until the day before, there were concerns that snorkeling at the Blue Cave might be difficult due to bad weather, but we were blessed with good weather on the day and were able to participate at the planned location. The staff were very kind and taught us patiently. It was my first time snorkeling, but I had a lot of fun and was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. After we finished, we received many beautiful photos. I would like to participate in other tours when I visit Okinawa again.

今回、川平湾のSUPと青の洞窟のシュノーケリングに参加させていただきました。
前日までは、天候が悪かっため、青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングは難しいかもしれないという話でしたが、当日は天候に恵まれ、予定通りの場所で参加することができました。
スタッフの方がとても親切で
丁寧に教えてくださり、初めてのシュノーケリングでしたがとても楽しく過ごせ、綺麗な景色を堪能できました。
終了したあとは、とても綺麗な写真をたくさん送って頂くことができました。また、沖縄にいったときは、他のツアーにも参加したいと思います。

Due to high waves the day before, we received notice that the activities at both Kawahira Bay and the Blue Cave were canceled, or that the activities would take place at a different location. On the last day of our trip, unable to give up on the activities, we went snorkeling at an alternative beach (about a 10-minute drive from the city) and did SUP at another river.

In the morning, the snorkeling lasted about 40 minutes, and with the guide, we were able to swim and fully enjoy the beautiful coral and fish in the clear sea. I think even those who are not confident in their swimming skills will be fine since the guide leads the way.

In the afternoon, the SUP allowed us to spend a relaxing time surrounded by mangroves. The guide was friendly and helpful with lunch spots and photo opportunities, which made for great memories. Although we couldn't go to our intended locations due to the weather, it was a satisfying tour.

前日の時点で波が高くて川平湾にも青の洞窟にも行けないため、催行中止、もしくはアクティビティが別の場所になってしまうと連絡がありました。旅行最終日でアクティビティが諦めきれず、代替案として出していただいた別のビーチ（市内から車で10分程度）でシュノーケリング、別の川でSUPをしてきました。
午前、シュノーケリングは40分程度でしたが、ガイドさんについて泳ぎ、綺麗な海の中の珊瑚と魚たちを充分楽しむことができました。ガイドさんが引っ張っていってくれるので、泳ぎに自信がない方も大丈夫だと思います。
午後はSUPはマングローブに囲まれながらゆったりとした時間が過ごせたと思います。
ガイドさんがフレンドリーでランチの場所や写真撮影も協力的だったので、いい思い出が出来ました。
今回天候のため目的の場所には行けませんでしたが、満足できたツアーでした。

The tour that Yudai, who was always smiling and friendly, took me on was overall fantastic. The SUP session at Kabira Bay in the morning, with its open scenery and gentle waves, was truly Okinawa. I was taken to a shore with hammocks on the SUP, and during a break, he provided explanations about the unique plants of Ishigaki Island, adding extra value to the SUP experience.

In the afternoon, we were supposed to go snorkeling at a different location due to wave conditions, but since it was deemed safe on the day, we were able to go to the Blue Cave instead, which really boosted our excitement. We explored inside the cave, and he provided many explanations here as well. While snorkeling, the deep seabed visible through the gaps in the coral felt like a Disney world. We discovered many creatures, including sea snakes and clownfish, making it a meaningful time. The photos he took were all wonderful, allowing me to preserve the memories of my trip to Ishigaki Island. Thank you, ADVENTURE PiPi and Yudai!

終始笑顔で気さくなYudaiさんに連れて行ってもらった本ツアーは総じて最高でした。午前中に川平湾で行なったSUPでの、開放感ある景色と穏やかな波は、まさにこれぞ沖縄。ハンモックがある岸にSUPで連れて行ってもらったり、途中休憩した岸で石垣島らしい植物の解説を交えてくれたり、SUP+αの価値を感じました。午後に行なったシュノーケルは、元々波の影響で別の場所へ変更して行なう予定でしたが、当日想定より安全ということで急遽青の洞窟に行けることになり、テンション爆上がり。洞窟の中を歩いて探検し、ここでもたくさんの解説を交えてくれました。シュノーケルでは、珊瑚の隙間から見える深い海底がまるでディズニーの世界のよう。ウミヘビやカクレクマノミなど多くの生物を発見し、有意義な時間となりました。撮ってくれた写真はどれも素敵で、形として石垣島の旅を残すことができました。ADVENTURE PiPiさん、Yudaiさん、ありがとうございました！
