I experienced SUP for the first time, and since I received a briefing on how to ride beforehand, I was able to get on smoothly. During the experience, they frequently checked on my condition, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness in allowing breaks as needed. They also took a lot of photos, including some of me capsizing, which turned out to be really funny and made for great memories! I received recommendations for restaurants and other local information that only the locals would know, which was very helpful. Since the experience location is only by the sea, I recommend bringing drinks!

初めてSUPを体験しましたが、事前に乗り方のレクチャーを受けてからの体験だったため、スムーズに乗ることができました。
体験中も小まめに体調を確認してくださり、体調に合わせて休憩を挟んだり、お気遣いが有難かったです。
お写真もたくさん撮っていただき、中には転覆中の写真もあり、見返すととっても面白く良い思い出になりました！
お勧めの飲食店など現地の方しか知らないような情報もいただけてとても参考になりました♪
体験場所は海しかないので、飲み物を持っていくことをお勧めします！

I had an amazing time on my first SUP!
I adventured smoothly across the beautiful waters of Kabira Bay...
Everywhere I looked, there was stunning scenery in 360°.

I started by paddling while sitting along the rocky areas,
and as I got more comfortable, I tried standing up.
I fell in a few times, haha.

It was tough with the headwind,
but Shintaro's instructions were thorough and kind,
and I enjoyed it to my heart's content!

Please let me do it again next time I come!

岩場沿いをまずは座って漕いで、

It was my first time on a stand-up paddleboard, but I was able to stand up right away and had a great time. The staff were fun and lively, making it a wonderful memory. We were able to do various activities, like riding together on a two-person board and lying down on the paddleboard in the shade of a tree, which was enjoyable. The staff also did handstands and yoga, and I would like to try that as well. They had measures in place for COVID-19, so I felt safe participating in the tour. Thank you for today!

スタッフさんも楽しく盛り上げてくださり、
いい思い出になりました。
2人乗りをしたり、木陰でサップの上で寝転んだり、様々なことができたので、楽しめました。

また挑戦してみたいと思いました。

We participated as a family of four, with two elementary school children. The starry sky was astonishing. Despite our five-day stay, we were so moved that we went twice.

Perhaps due to the climate in Okinawa, there were hardly any bugs, so we didn't have to worry about being bitten, and we thoroughly enjoyed the panoramic night sky. Even though we went twice during our short stay, it was pleasantly surprising that the explanations were not exactly the same, considering the customer demographics and the stars visible. If anyone is contemplating a stargazing tour, I highly recommend it.

家族４人で参加しました。子供は小学生が２名です。
びっくりするほどの星空でした。
５日間の滞在にもかかわらず、感動して２回も行ってしまいました。

沖縄の気候のせいなのか、虫も全然いなくて、刺されの心配もなく、大パノラマの夜空を堪能させて頂きました。短い滞在中２回も行かせて頂きましたが、お客様の客層や見えている星などを考慮して下さり、まったく同じ説明ではなかったのも良い意味で驚きでした。
もし星空ツアーで色々悩まれている方がいらしたら本当におすすめです。

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first canoe experience.
First, I received a lecture and was shown the points, and I was able to get on the canoe right away.
The weather was very nice, so I had a fun experience.
I enjoyed a leisurely time canoeing over the transparent beauty of Kabira Bay and the calm water surface.
On the way to the point, the instructor also shared information about tourist spots, and thanks to their advice, it became a fulfilling trip.
They also took photos for free, which became a great keepsake.
Thank you for the very attentive service.
I would like to participate again!

初めての石垣島で初めてのカヌー体験でした。
まずレクチャー・ポイントを教えて頂き、すぐに乗ることが出来ました。
天候がとてもよかったので、楽しく体験が出来ました。
川平湾の透き通る美しさと、穏やかな水面の上をカヌーでゆったりと過ごせました。
ポイント地までの道中もインストラクターの方が観光スポット等を教えて頂き、アドバイスのおかげで充実した旅行となりました。
写真も無料で撮ってくださり、いい記念になりました。
とても丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。

I was nervous about my first SUP experience, but the instruction was thorough, and I had a great time! It was amazing to do SUP in the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay!!

During snorkeling at the Blue Cave, I was able to see many fish up close, which was a really valuable experience!

We took lots of Instagram-worthy photos, and it became a wonderful memory! Since they took so many pictures for us, I felt there was no need to bring my own camera.

Even during the travel time, they provided helpful information about hidden spots, which was great for sightseeing! Thank you to our guide, Ryo! I definitely want to do SUP and snorkeling again! When I go to Ishigaki, I will use ADVENTURE PiPi again!

The starry sky that can't be seen in Tokyo was wonderful. The explanations were very enjoyable and educational. I would love to participate again if there is another opportunity.

The entire process from application to the end was handled very politely. It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but thanks to the very clear instructions, I was able to stand and paddle freely, which felt refreshing. Additionally, the weather was great, and the color of the sea was beautiful, allowing me to see the distant mountains, making it a very memorable experience. Since the field was almost empty, I felt like I had the sea and mountains all to myself. During the tour, I also enjoyed many interesting stories on the way there and back. I highly recommend this tour.

申し込みから最後までとても丁寧に対応いただきました。SUPはほとんど初めての体験だったのですが、大変わかりやすい指導のおかけで自由に立ち乗りできるようになり、気分爽快でした。また、よく晴れていましたので、海の色が非常に綺麗で、遠くの山も見渡せてとても印象に残る体験でした。ほぼ人のいないフィールドだったせいもありますが、海と山を独り占めしているような感覚になりました。ツアーの行き帰りも楽しいお話をたくさん聞かせていただきました。このツアーはおすすめです。

It was an absolutely perfect location for snorkeling! We went to some deep areas, but the waves were calm, making it safe and enjoyable for beginners. We took lots of photos, creating wonderful memories. The guide was also a really nice person and made sure to keep an eye on us while guiding.

My wife and I went on the tour to the blue cave, and it was a really amazing experience! We started out by snorkeling to a beautiful reef area in front of the cave with deep, underwater caverns full of different types of fish and corals! At points we were completely surrounded by them - it felt like a movie!

After swimming around for a while, we went inside the cave itself. The crystal power spot in the back was awesome, and the rest of the cave had an amazing aura about it. It was so cool to emerge from the cave and see the beautiful blue water and scenery!

Thanks again for the great trip - I would definitely recommend this to anyone curious about seeing the cave or just wanting to have an awesome snorkeling experience!

I took a tour of the islands during the day, so I chose the longest course thinking it would be tiring! It was my first time experiencing Thai massage, and it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I plan to request it again when I go to Ishigaki. Thank you for being open late!

日中離島巡りをしたので、疲れると踏んで1番長いコースを選択！タイ古式マッサージは初めてだったんですがおそらく、いびきをしちゃうくらい気持ちよくまた石垣に行く際にはお願いしようと思ってます。夜遅くまで有難うございました。

I had a meeting point with the rental car, and they arrived on time.

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but I got used to it quickly and found it more stable than I expected, which made it enjoyable. The conditions were perfect today, with no wind and calm waters. I paddled a bit on the way back, but I didn't fall into the sea.

The guides, Makocchan from Osaka and Nakachan from Saga, were very friendly, and it was a lot of fun talking with them throughout the experience.

I highly recommend this breathtaking activity in Ishigaki!

レンタカーで現地待ち合わせでしたが、時間通りに迎えにきてもらいました。

SUP初めてでしたが、すぐに慣れて思ったより安定していて楽しめました。
今日は風もなくて穏やかでベストなコンディションとのこと。
帰りは少し漕ぎましたが、海に落ちることはなかったです。

大阪出身のまこっちゃんと佐賀出身のなかちゃんのお二人のガイド、
とても気さくで終始お話がとても楽しかったです。

石垣の絶景アクティビティ、おすすめです！

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and after receiving a lecture and some pointers, I was able to get on the board right away. We progressed along a route that took into account the waves and wind, and we took two breaks on the beach in the bay, where we learned about the bay and its wildlife.

During the second break, there were hammocks set up on the beach, which made for a very Instagram-worthy spot. They also took photos for us for free and sent only the pictures with us in them, which was very thoughtful. Thank you very much. I would love to participate again!

人生初めてのSUPでしたが、初めにレクチャー・ポイントを教えて頂き、すぐに乗ることが出来ました。
波や風を考えたルートで進んでいき、休憩は湾の浜辺で2回取って、湾や生物の説明をしてくださったり、勉強にもなりました。
2回目の休憩には浜辺にハンモックが設置されており、とても写真映えするスポットでした。
写真も無料で撮ってくださり、自分達が映ってる写真のみを送ってくださり、とても丁寧な対応でした。

This time, I wanted to do SUP and snorkeling in Ishigaki Island, so I made a reservation here.

To sum it up, I am very satisfied!!

The guide was Ryusei.
In the car, even during the state of emergency, he provided detailed information about shops that were likely to be less crowded.

What I thought after experiencing the tour is that he taught us very carefully and praised us a lot!

He is a guide that both adults and children can enjoy, sharing detailed stories that even adults find interesting.

Also, he took multiple photos and videos, and the angles were fantastic, making them perfect for Instagram!

For important memories, I thought it would be nice to have someone friendly, and he was just that!!

I definitely want everyone to experience this!

今回は石垣島でsupとシュノーケルがやりたくてこちらを予約させていただきました。

結論から言うと大満足です！！

ガイドさんは【りゅうせい】さんでした。
車内では、緊急事態宣言中にも関わらず、空いているであろうお店を細かく教えてくださいます。

ツアーを体験して思ったことは
とにかく丁寧に教えてくださり、よく誉めてくださいます！

大人も子供も楽しめるガイドさんで、大人も【へぇ～】となるような詳しい話をしてくれます。

あとは、写真や動画を複数とってくださるのですがアングルがぴかいちでインスタ映えしますよ～～

大切な思い出には、やっぱり愛想がよい方がいいな～と思っていたらドンピシャでした！！

We had planned to do SUP at Kawarawan, but due to a forecast of strong winds, we changed locations and were taken to the mangroves. I was worried it might be canceled, so I was really glad they were able to hold it at a different spot!

The mangroves felt like a jungle, and it was fun to feel like an adventurer. Surprisingly, even without much core strength, I was able to stand up on the SUP quite easily, and the wind was pleasant, allowing me to fully enjoy the mangroves!

During the afternoon snorkeling, there were many corals and colorful fish in the shallow waters, making me feel like I was swimming in an aquarium, which really boosted my excitement. We also got to visit the Blue Cave, which was mystical and very impressive.

Additionally, thanks to our guide who explained various fish and plants, I was able to enjoy it even more, making it a very fulfilling day!

川原湾でのSUPの予定でしたが、風が強い予報のため場所を変更し、マングローブに連れて行ってもらいました。中止になるかもしれないと思っていたので、場所を変更して開催してもらえて、とても良かったです！
マングローブはジャングルのようなところで、冒険家？になった気分で楽しかったです。SUPは、体幹がない私でも意外とすんなり立つことができて、風も心地よく、マングローブを満喫できました！
午後のシュノーケルでは、浅瀬に珊瑚と、カラフルな魚がたくさんいて、水族館の中を泳いでるような気分でテンションが上がりました☆青の洞窟にも行くことができ、神秘的でとても印象的でした。
また、ガイドさんがお魚や植物など色んな説明をしてくれたおかげで、更に楽しむことができ、とても充実した1日なりました！

I participated in the Kayahira Bay SUP + Blue Cave Snorkeling tour (with hotel pickup and free photos).

Good points:
1. There were two guides, one male and one female, both of whom had excellent service spirits, making the tour very enjoyable. This is important, but I think it also depends on luck.
2. The service includes taking photos, so whether you're participating alone or in a group, you can get various scenes captured. It's great for Instagram.
3. The sea near the Blue Cave is the perfect spot for snorkeling.

Bad points:
1. There are no restrooms available.
2. Although it's a full-day tour, we were dropped off in the city for lunch in the morning, and then we had to regroup for the afternoon tour. The tour members also changed. It's unfortunate that meals are not included. Convenience store bento boxes came in handy.

良かった点
①ガイドさんが男女2名おり、どちらもサービス精神に優れていたので、とても楽しいツアーになりました。ここは重要ですが運次第だと思う。
②写真を撮ってくれるサービスが付いているので一人参加からグループまで一緒に様々なシーンを撮って貰える。インスタアップにやくだつ。
③青の洞窟近くの海はシュノーケリングに最高な場所
悪かった点
①全てトイレがない。
②1日ツアーだが午前で一旦市街地に降ろされ、各自で昼食を取り、再度集合して午後ツアーに向かう。ツアーメンバーも入れ替わる。食事なしが残念。コンビニ弁当が活躍。

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but they handled everything perfectly!!! I signed up for a tour of Kabira Bay, but due to strong winds on the day, it couldn't be conducted. However, as an alternative, they recommended a SUP tour at Miyara River, and I ended up using that tour instead. I really wanted to do SUP, so I appreciate them introducing a tour that could be done even in bad weather. At Miyara River, there are mangroves around, so the wind had little impact, and even beginners could enjoy it. The tour guide was friendly and took photos for us, and even shared recommendations for local shops! The content of the optional tour was great, but the guide's personality was also wonderful, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ishigaki Island. I would love to use their services again for a tour of Kabira Bay as a revenge tour when I come back to Ishigaki Island!!!

急遽、前日に予約しましたが、しっかり対応いただきました！！！川平湾のツアーを申し込みましたが、当日は風が強い為、催行できませんでした。でもその代替案として宮良川のsupをすすめていただき、そのままそちらのツアーを利用しました。どうしてもsupがしたかったので、こうやって悪天候でもできるツアーを紹介してくださり、感謝しております^^ 宮良川だと周りにマングローブがはえているので風の影響もほとんどなく、初心者でも楽しむことができました★★★ツアーガイドさんも気さくで写真を撮ってくださったり、おすすめのお店まで教えてくださりました！！オプショナルツアーの内容もですが、ツアーガイドさんのお人柄も良かったのでぜひ石垣島に来られた方にはオススメしたいです。また石垣島へ来たらリベンジで川平湾のツアーなどで利用したいと思いました！！！

I participated in a tour with RISE for the first time. They picked me up at the hotel, and we arrived at the port comfortably. The staff were friendly and took a lot of photos for us. I wanted to talk more with Chris... haha.

The flow of the tour seems to be flexible, depending on the day's conditions, with options for either going to the Phantom Island first or snorkeling. This time, snorkeling was first. The staff were considerate and checked in on me since snorkeling first made my hair messy... thank you very much.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, especially the water around Phantom Island, which was a clear, lovely shade of blue. I felt strongly that we need to protect the ocean and the coral! Next time, I want to go for marine activities. Thank you for a fun tour!

RISEさんのツアーに初めて参加しました。ホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、快適に港へ到着。スタッフの方々が気さくに対応してくださり、たくさん写真も撮っていただきました。クリスともっと話したかったです…笑
ツアーの流れは、その日の状況に応じてスタッフさんが柔軟に選択し、幻の島→シュノーケリング、シュノーケリング→幻の島どちらかになるようです。今回はシュノーケリングが先でした。スタッフさんは気を遣ってくださり、シュノーケリングが先になってしまい、髪が乱れてしまったことを気にかけてくれました…ありがとうございました。
海は抜群に綺麗で、特に幻の島は透き通った綺麗な水色でした。
また、海を守らなきゃ、珊瑚を守らなきゃと強く思いました！
今度はマリンアクティビティをやりに行きたいと思います。楽しいツアーをありがとうございました！

今日は、妻と一緒にライズのスピードボートツアーで幻の島に行きましたが、正直言って、日本を旅行していて今までの中で最高の体験の一つでした！ガイドのクリスさんとカオリさんは素晴らしく、私たちのために旅行を素晴らしいものにするために尽力してくれました。

私たちは、人生で行った中で最高のシュノーケリングスポットの一つにボートで向かいました。石垣島の他のシュノーケリングスポットにも行ったことがありますが、ここはそれらを圧倒しました！珊瑚と魚たちは鮮やかで色とりどりで、本当に素晴らしかったです！考えるだけでまた行きたくなります。こんなに健康で美しい reef を間近で見ることができるのは、滅多にありません！

シュノーケリングが終わった後、私たちは幻の島に行きました。そこは、干潮時にだけ現れる小さな三日月型のビーチです。間違いなく、私が今まで見た中で最も美しいビーチでした（日本以外のビーチも含めて）。写真ではその美しさを伝えきれません - 実際に見なければなりません！さらに驚くべきことは、潮が上がるにつれてビーチが徐々に透明な水の中に消えていくのを実際に見ることができたことです。本当に素晴らしく、決して忘れられない体験です！

このツアーをするかどうか迷っているなら、絶対にやってください！100%の価値があります。このツアーがどれほど素晴らしかったか、何度も言いたいです。クリスさんとカオリさん、再度感謝します。あなたたちは素晴らしく、この旅行を忘れられないものにしてくれました！

Today, my wife and I went on a Rise speed boat tour to Maboroshi Island, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had travelling around Japan! The guides Chris and Kaori were fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure the trip was great for us.

We started out by taking a boat to one of it not the best snorkelling spot I’ve ever been to in my life. We have been to other snorkelling spots in Ishigaki, but this place blew them out of the water! The corals and fish were vibrant and full of color - honestly, it was so awesome! Just thinking about it makes me want to go back. It’s not everyday you get to see such a healthy, beautiful reef up close!

After we finished snorkelling, we went to Maboroshi island, a small crescent shaped beach that only appears at low tide. It was without a doubt the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, (including beaches outside of Japan). Pictures really do not do it justice - you have to see it in person! What was even more incredible was that we could actually watch the beach slowly disappear into the crystal clear water as the tide went up. It was truly amazing, and is something I will never forget!

If you are debating whether or not to do this tour, DO IT! It is 100% worth it. I can’t stress enough how great this tour was. Thanks again to Chris and Kaori, you guys were amazing and made this trip unforgettable!

I was glad to be able to try SUP for the first time in Ishigaki Island. Despite the weather forecast predicting rain, it somehow turned cloudy, which was a relief. Since we were at the edge of Kabira Bay, the scenery was different from what I had seen in photos, but it was an ideal spot for SUP. The downside was that there were no restrooms, so we left the hotel and returned without any bathroom breaks. Overall, it was enjoyable because the guide was great, and I would like to use this service again. I think it would be best if the weather is nice next time. Also, there are no places to change or buy drinks, so I recommend preparing those in advance.

SUPが初体験だったので石垣島で出来てよかった。
天気が雨予想のなか、なんとか、曇りになり助かった。川平湾の端っこだったので写真で見た風景と違ったがSUPするには、最適な場所。難点はトイレなどが無く、ホテルから出発し、ホテルに戻るまでトイレなし。全体的には、ガイドさんが良かったので楽しかった。また、次も利用したい。次は天気ならベストだと思います。あとは、着替えるところや、飲み物を買う場所はないので、あらかじめ、用意しておくことをお勧めします。

I relaxed during my trip. It was great to be able to choose from different oil scents. Being able to select a scent based on my mood for the day was nice. Also, since the session was longer, I had a facial as well. The price included everything except for the cost of the mask, but I was satisfied.

旅行の途中でリラックスしました。
オイルの香りが選べてよかったです。
体調によってその日の気分で香りが選べるのはいいですね。後、長めの時間でしたので、フェイシャルもして頂きました。料金込み、パック代だけ別途でしたが、満足しました。

Our guide was Ryusei, a 26-year-old who loves traveling abroad.

Even if it's your first time with SUP, he teaches you carefully, so don't hesitate to give it a try! It's just right for burning calories while traveling.

The scenery was amazing, just like in the photos! There was no wind that day, and it was sunny, so the sea was clear and beautiful.
Also, talking with the guide was a lot of fun, and his advice for our afternoon sightseeing plan was excellent.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, if you come to Ishigaki Island, you should definitely give it a try!

I participated in this tour for the first time. The staff were friendly and kind, which helped create wonderful memories.

During the first half, we had unlimited fun with marine sports, and I found myself excited like never before. I tried wakeboarding, but it was a bit too challenging for us. Those who are good at snowboarding will likely pick it up quickly.

In the second half, while snorkeling, I felt completely immersed in nature as I floated in the sea, enjoying the spots where we could see coral and fish. At the final stop, the Phantom Island, the sun occasionally shone down, and the beautiful white sandy beach with the clear sea was stunning. I was lucky to encounter a sea turtle as well.

前半のマリンスポーツ遊び放題では思う存分振り回してもらい久々にはしゃいでしまいました。ウェイクボードに挑戦してみましたが、私達にはハードルが高かったです。スノボーが得意な方は直ぐに上達できると思います。

後半のシュノーケルでは珊瑚や魚が見えるスポットで海に身を任せて自然に溶け込んだ気分になりました。
最後の幻の島で時折日が差し、白い砂浜に透明な海がとても綺麗でした。
ウミガメにも遭遇してラッキーでした。

It was my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and I was able to get on it more easily than I expected. The outbound trip was smooth with a tailwind, but I quickly struggled on the way back due to the headwind. Our guide, Nishihara, connected the four of us and led us, so we were able to reach our destination safely.

The afternoon at the Blue Cave was a bit disappointing due to the weather, but I was able to encounter many fish while snorkeling. The guide took a lot of great photos for us, which was wonderful.

By the way, there was a slight trouble that delayed our start time, but during that time, we were taken to a delicious juice shop.

初めてのSUPでしたが、思ったよりも簡単に乗ることが出来ました。行きは追い風でスムーズに進む事ができましたが、帰りが向かい風ですぐにダウン。ガイドの西原さんが4人を繋いで先導してくれたので、無事たどり着くことが出来ました。
午後の青の洞窟は、天候の関係でいまいちでしたが、シュノーケリングは沢山の魚たちに出会うことが出来ました。ガイドさんが写真も沢山撮ってくれて良かったです。
ちなみにちょっとしたトラブルで、スタート時間が遅れてしまいましたが、その時間で美味しいジュース店に連れて行ってもらえました。

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, so I wanted to go snorkeling and see more of the beautiful ocean, which is why I made a reservation the day before. Even with the last-minute booking, they responded kindly, and although I was a bit late because I couldn't find the meeting place, we were able to start without any issues. First, we went to the Phantom Island, and I was amazed by how beautiful it was. The tour guides were very nice, taking lots of photos and chatting with us, which made it a lot of fun! They also taught us how to breathe while snorkeling in a detailed manner, and we had free time as well, so I was very satisfied. It was a tour worth more than the price. When I go to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to participate in a different plan.

初めての石垣島だったので、せっかくならシュノーケリングしたり綺麗な海をもっと見たいという事で前日に予約しました。急な予約でも丁寧に対応してくださり、待ち合わせ場所が分からず少し遅れてしまいましたが無事スタートできました。最初は幻の島に行きとても綺麗でびっくりしました。ツアーのお姉さんお兄さんもとても優しくて、たくさん写真を撮ってくれたりお話ししてくれたり楽しかったです！シュノーケリングも呼吸の仕方から丁寧に教えてくれて自由時間もありとても満足しています。お値段以上のツアーでした。また石垣島に行った際は違うプランで参加してみたいです。

I participated with my 4-year-old child. I think it was the right decision to join this tour since we couldn't explore with a rental bike with a small child. The glass-bottom boat, water buffalo, and star sand made my child very happy. When my child gets older, I would like to take my time exploring with a rental bike next time.

小さな子連れだとレンタサイクルでまわることはできないので、こちらのツアーに参加して正解だったと思います。
グラスボート、水牛、星の砂と子どもも喜んでいました。
子どもが大きくなったら、つぎはレンタサイクル等でゆっくりまわりたいと思います。

Despite making a reservation at 1 AM on the day of the experience, I received a polite confirmation regarding the meeting place and what to bring! It's important for participants to use the restroom before departing from the meeting place, as there are no restrooms available until the end of the experience. From the meeting place, it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Kabira Bay. The instructors provide clear explanations on how to use the paddle and how to balance on the board, making it easy for beginners to feel comfortable. The board is larger and more stable than I expected, so I was able to balance easily and even stand up! The view of Kabira Bay from standing up is breathtaking!! I was so captivated by the beauty of Kabira Bay that while paddling, I was surprised to realize how easily I had progressed, thinking, "Wow, I've come this far!" The guide was very friendly and kind, and they were great at taking photos! There were several photo spots, and they took natural pictures from various angles! When I received the data back, there were 130 photos, which made for wonderful memories! For those who might be worried about getting tired or whether they have enough stamina, you can take breaks along the way, and you can also paddle while sitting, which was great. Overall, the weather was nice, and Kabira Bay was incredibly beautiful, leaving me deeply moved.

当日の夜中1時に予約をしたにもかかわらず、集合場所や持ち物の確認のご連絡を丁寧にしていただきました！集合場所から出発するまでにお手洗いを済ませないと、体験終了までお手洗いがないので、参加される方はご注意を。集合場所で車に乗って川平湾まで10分程進みます。浜でパドルの使い方やボードに安定して乗る方法などを分かりやすくレクチャーしてくださるので初心者でも安心です。思ったよりボードが大きくて安定感があるので、簡単にバランスを取ることもできるし、立ち上がることもできました！立ち上がって見る川平湾は絶景です！！川平湾が綺麗すぎて無我夢中で漕いでると「もう、ここまできたのか！」と以外と簡単に前進できていて驚きました(*´ω｀*)ガイドさんはとってもフレンドリーで優しく、写真撮影も上手な方に担当していただけました！いくつか撮影スポットがあって色々な角度から自然に写真を撮ってくれていました！帰ってデータをいただいたら130枚もあり、とっても思い出に残りました！！疲れるかな、とか体力もつかな、と不安な方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、途中で休みながら進めますし、座ったまま漕ぐことも出来ますのでよかったです。　
とにかくお天気も良く川平湾もとても綺麗で感動しました。

I participated in my first trip to Ishigaki Island with a friend! The day before the tour, there was heavy rain due to an approaching typhoon... On the day of the tour, the weather was unstable with rain followed by clouds, but I appreciate that the schedule was adjusted according to the weather.

In the morning, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave, and in the afternoon, the Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) at Kabira Bay was changed to mangrove SUP due to strong winds. Both activities were incredibly enjoyable, and I was able to fully appreciate the ocean and mangroves! The snorkeling was so beautiful that it felt like there was no impact from the typhoon the day before, and I was moved to see so many fish in the clear underwater world. It was my first time doing SUP, but there were almost no waves or wind, allowing us to leisurely paddle through the beautiful mangroves while enjoying the scenery—it was the best!

Both snorkeling and SUP were conducted with great care, and the instructors provided a wealth of information about the caves, fish, and mangrove plants. I also really enjoyed the conversations with the two instructors.

For lunch, we had about 2.5 hours including showering, eating, and moving, which allowed us to take our time without feeling rushed. During the tour, they took many photos and sent all of them via LINE, so I was happy to have these fun memories captured in pictures.

I think this is the best tour to fully enjoy Ishigaki Island! I am grateful that it was held during this time while taking COVID-19 precautions. Thank you very much!

初めての石垣島旅行に友人と行き参加しました！
ツアー参加の前日に台風接近の影響で大雨・・・ツアー当日も雨のち曇りで天気が不安定な状態でしたが、天候に合わせツアースケジュールを変更して開催して頂きありがとうございました。
午前に青の洞窟でシュノーケリング、午後の川平湾SUPは強風の為マングローブSUPに変更して頂き、どちらもとても楽しく海とマングローブを満喫できました！前日の台風の影響がないのではないかというくらいシュノーケリングでは綺麗な海中でたくさんの魚も見る事ができ感動でした☆SUPも初めてでしたが、波も風もほぼなく景色を楽しみながらゆったりと綺麗なマングローブの中を進め最高でした！
シュノーケルもSUPもとても丁寧に対応し教えて下さり、更に洞窟や魚やマングローブの植物の情報も豊富でインストラクターのお2人との会話もとても楽しかったです☆
お昼はシャワーと食事と移動を含めて2.5時間ほど取ってもらえ、移動も食事も急がすゆっくりとできました！
ツアー中たくさん写真を撮って頂き、LINEで全て送って頂け、楽しい思い出が写真で残す事もでき嬉しかったです♡
石垣島を満喫できる最高のツアーだと思います！
コロナ対策をしながら、この時期に開催して頂いた事感謝しています。ありがとうございました！

I went snorkeling the day before, and when I got on the glass-bottom boat the next day, it felt less clear.

前日にシュノーケリングをしていて、次の日にグラスボートに乗ったので、鮮明度が低く感じてしまいました。

It was great to explore the spacious Ban Na Park on a Segway! The guide was kind and provided clear explanations, making it easy for beginners to get accustomed quickly. They also allowed free movement in the square, and it was fun and impressive to speed along the straight course. I would love to experience this tour again when I visit Ishigaki!

広いバンナ公園をセグウェイで観光できるのがとても良かったです！
ガイドさんも優しくて分かりやすい説明なので初心者でもすぐに慣れます。
広場では好きに動く時間を設けてくれたり、直線コースをスピード出して進むのが面白くて印象的でした。
また石垣に行ったら体験したいツアーです！

We participated as a couple. We received a message the day before, and the itinerary included SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, just as we had hoped. On the day of the tour, we met at the location, and since they pick you up at the parking lot, there’s no chance of getting lost. Since we were the only group, it felt like a private tour.

We traveled to the experience location in the shop's vehicle, and they provided us with sightseeing information during the ride, which was very attentive. It was my first time doing SUP, but I was surprisingly able to stand up easily. They gave us a lecture before we started, and they were very supportive throughout the experience. We had a great time while taking breaks.

You won’t fall off, but it’s recommended to wear a swimsuit in case you get wet, and since the sun is strong, wearing a rash guard is also a good idea. Additionally, it’s a good idea to bring drinks like bottled water, as you might get thirsty.

For lunch, we had about 1.5 hours at Kabira Park, including a break. I thought it was a bit long, but we relaxed on the benches and rested our bodies. Since there was also time to ride the glass-bottom boat, I don’t think time would be an issue.

In the afternoon, we went to the Blue Cave for snorkeling. They provided detailed explanations about the cave and the types of fish we encountered. Throughout the tour, they took many photos, which we received later via LINE, and I was really happy about that! I felt the guide's thoughtfulness in capturing not only us but also the scenery and underwater creatures.

After the tour, we were able to use a water shower and changing room near the parking lot, so we could change clothes. Overall, I was grateful for the attentive service from our guide, Yamagata. I created wonderful memories from this first-time experience. I learned that they offer various tours, so I would love to use this shop again!

夫婦で参加しました。
前日に連絡があり、川平湾でSUP、青の洞窟でシュノーケリングという希望通りのメニューになりました。
当日は現地集合、駐車場で待っていればピックアップしてくれるので迷う事もありません。
私たち1組のみだったので、プライベートツアー状態でした。
体験場所へはお店の車で移動、車中でも観光情報も教えてくれたりと丁寧に対応してくれます。
SUPは初めてでしたが、意外と簡単に立てました。
乗る前にレクチャーしてくれて、途中のフォローも万全です。休憩しながら楽しく体験できました。
落ちる事はないですが、濡れても良いように水着、日差し強いのでラッシュガードなど着用をオススメします。あと、喉乾くのでペットボトルなど飲み物持参が良いです。
お昼は休憩も含めて川平公園で1.5時間ほどありました。少し長いなとも思いましたが、ベンチでのんびりして体を休めてました。グラスボート乗る時間もあるので時間には困らないと思います。
午後は青の洞窟、シュノーケリングです。
洞窟、魚の種類など、都度丁寧に説明してくれます。　全体通して写真をたくさん撮ってくれて、後でLINEで貰えます、これとても嬉しかったです！
私たちだけでなく、風景や水中の生物なども撮ってくれてたところにガイドさんの心遣いを感じました！
終了後は、駐車場近くで水シャワーと更衣室を借りられるので着替えもできました。
全体通して、ガイド山形さんの丁寧な対応に感謝でした。
初体験の良い思い出ができました。
いろいろなツアーがあるとの事なので、また利用したい思えるショップでした♪
