Since I chose the places I wanted to go and participated in the tour, it was neither particularly good nor bad in terms of reaching the destination. However, if there was a tour guide, I would have appreciated a bit more detailed information. For example, it would have been nice to know how many minutes it would take to the next destination or if there would be a restroom break. Also, although this isn't the organizer's responsibility, there were always some Chinese participants who arrived late to the meeting time, which cut into the sightseeing time for all the other participants at the next destination. I thought that was a bit unfair. Well, I suppose it can't be helped.

元々行きたい場所を自分で選択しツアーに参加したわけなので、目的地に行けたという意味では可もなく不可もなくです。
ただ添乗員さんが居るならもう少し詳しい説明があっても良かったかな。
例えば、次の目的地まではあと○○分くらいです、とか、トイレ休憩あります、とか。
あとこれは主催者側の責任じゃないけど必ず集合時間に遅れてくる中国人の方がいて、その為に他の参加者全員の次の目的地での観光時間を削られるってどうなの？と思いました。
まぁ仕方ない事でしょうけど。

Ishigaki Island has many rental car companies, and they often provide shuttle services to hotels, with spacious hotel parking available. Among the many options for local tours, Dream Tourism offers shuttle services even in resort areas if you stay at designated hotels, which is great for families with children! If you plan well, you can do some sightseeing in the city after arriving in Ishigaki Island and then return. Since I had various activities planned on Taketomi Island, it was helpful to be able to leave the stroller at the island counter. My child loves vehicles, so we took many modes of transportation: bus → boat → glass-bottom boat → van → ox cart → bicycle → bus → boat → bus, and we were satisfied with the beautiful sea, fish, and the warmth of the people. If you don't rent a car, I recommend Dream Tourism. Depending on the time, there may be waiting periods, so it's good to adjust the arrival time of the tour shuttle bus to the port and the departure time. I chose the 9:20 departure, which was about 15 minutes from the port arrival to the boat departure.

石垣島はレンタカー会社が多く、ホテルまでレンタカー会社が送迎してくれたり、ホテルの駐車場も広かったりするので、現地集合現地解散が多い中、ドリーム観光さんは、指定ホテルならリゾート地区でも送迎ありなのが子連れには嬉しいです！うまく調整すれば帰りは石垣島着いてから市街地観光して、戻ることが出来ます。竹富島は色々動く予定だったので、離島のカウンターでベビーカー預けられて助かりました。乗り物好きな子なので、バス→船→グラスボート→バン→牛車→自転車→バス→船→バスと沢山乗り物に乗り、綺麗な海、魚、牛、人の温かさに触れ満足です。レンタカー借りない日ならドリーム観光おすすめです。時間によっては待ち時間も出るので、ツアーの送迎バスの港への到着時間、出航時間を調整すると良いです。私は港着から船発まで15分くらいの9:20発にしました。

There was no guidance from the departure hotel, and I was just quietly looking out the window. Guidance began around the last hotel for pickup, but I was still bored in Naha City, which was frustrating.

出発ホテルから案内がなく静かにただ車窓を眺めるだけの状態であった。
ピックアップの最後のホテル辺りからは案内が始まったが、那覇市内では暇な状態が続き不満だった。

Yasu, the handsome guide, was in charge. There were two women in their 50s with us. I wear a size 4L, but they had a wetsuit ready for me. Yasu was kind and engaged in conversation and instruction with us older ladies. After a brief explanation, we changed and walked to the nearby port. We approached the Blue Cave by shared boat, and the breeze felt wonderful.

It seems that beach entries can often be affected by weather and wave conditions, but taking a boat increases the chances of getting there.

Once we arrived at the spot, we slowly entered the water, and all we had to do was hold onto a float, and the instructor would take us there. Everyone entered the cave in an orderly manner, keeping to the right.

When we reached the deeper part, we moved along the wall without turning around, and when we were told to look back, we were greeted by a stunning world!

Snorkeling is easy enough for beginners to try. There were small children on our boat, and one of them lay on the float and came along with us.

We took many photos, and afterward, there were outdoor and indoor showers with shampoo and body soap available.

It was a well-equipped shop.

If you're near here, definitely stop by and enjoy the waters of Okinawa.

I've been to various places and countries, and I highly recommend this experience.

こちらは５０代のおばさん二人。
私は体が４Lサイズですが、そのウエットスーツも完備。
そして、こんなおばさんたちにも優しく会話や、指導をしてくれました。簡単な説明をしていただいたら着替えて、近くの港まで歩きます。
乗り合いのボートで青の洞窟に近づきます。風がとても気持ち良かった。
ビーチエントリーだと天候や波の具合に左右されることが多いらしいですが、
ボートのほうが行ける確率が高くなるみたいです。

ポイントに到着すると、ゆっくり水に入り、
あとは浮き輪をつかんでいればインストラクターがそこまでつれていってくれます。
みんな右側通行で順番に洞窟に入っていきます。

奥まで行って、壁伝いに後ろを向かないように移動して、
「はいここでふりかえってください」というところで振り返ると、
なんと素敵な世界！

シュノーケリングで、初めてのひとでも気軽にチャレンジできます。
私たちのボートには、小さなお子さんもいて、その子は浮き輪の上に腹ばいになって一緒についてきましたよ。

たくさんの写真をとっていただき、
また、おわったあとは屋外、屋内のシャワーにシャンプーやボディーsoapも完備。

いたれりつくせりのショップでしたよ。

I went on the snorkel tour with my husband and my aunt and uncle when they came to Okinawa to visit us and we all had such an amazing time! Our guide was fantastic - funny, nice, and spoke english well. The company has a nice building with showers and a room where we can change and get ready after we are done snorkeling, which is very nice. I've gone on another Blue Cave snorkel tour with another company and this one was way better! The staff was very helpful. We got a CD with a ton of pictures from our snorkel for free so it's a great keepsake to have after our trip. We got to explore the cave for a while and we got to feed fish and also take off our life jacket a little at the end so we could dive down deeper. It was an all around wonderful snorkel experience. Thank you!!

This was my second time visiting the Blue Grotto, and it was my first time going by boat. It was great because I could conserve my energy until we arrived. I think for those who aren't confident in their stamina, taking the boat is a safer option.

Since I had an early morning reservation, it wasn't as crowded as I expected, and I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful Blue Grotto.

青の洞窟は2回目で、ボートで行くのは今回初めてでしたが、着くまでの体力を温存できるのでとても良かったです。体力に自信がない人はボートの方が安心だと思います。
朝一の予約だったため、思っていたより混んでおらず、キレイな青の洞窟を満喫出来ました。

I took the morning flight to Taketomi Island. After a short bus ride, I explored the island by renting a bicycle. I chose a bike with a seat for children. The weather was nice, there were few people, and I made some wonderful memories.

朝の便で竹富島へ。バスで少し移動した後レンタルサイクルで島巡りへ。自転車は子供向けの座席がついたものをチョイス。
天気もよく、人も少なく、とてもよい思い出が出来ました。

We participated as three generations of our family. The boat's sway was at level 4 out of 5, but it wasn't as shaky as I had expected. However, I wish the water had been a bit clearer. After the cruising, we had a lunch buffet at the hotel. The hotel was close to the port, and the food was delicious.

親子三代で参加しました。船の揺れは、レベル５のうち、レベル４でしたが、思ってたほどの揺れではなかったです。ただ、もう少し透明度がよかったらなと。
クルージングの後は、ホテルでランチバイキング。港からもホテルが近く、料理も美味しかったです。

We participated as a family of three (my husband, myself, and our 2-year-old son). I was worried about whether my son would be calm enough to enjoy the stars, but he fell asleep before we even arrived at the site... and he didn't wake up until the end of the tour. (laughs)

At the site, there were reclining chairs for one person, allowing us to lie back comfortably and gaze at the stars. The sky was filled with stars that we usually can't see! On top of that, the soothing voice of our female guide was enchanting. She used a laser pointer to point out the stars while explaining, which made it very easy to understand.

At the end, we listened to the song "Tinsagu nu Hana" while watching the stars. I was amazed by the guide's singing ability, and it was another healing moment. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour.

The photos were taken by my husband, who was struggling to capture the beauty of the stars, but since it was his first time photographing a starry sky... unfortunately, he couldn't capture all the countless twinkling lights we could see with our eyes. If we have the chance to go to Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely love to participate in the starry sky tour once more! Thank you for a wonderful time! ☆

家族3人(旦那、私、2歳の息子)で参加しました。
おとなしく星を見られるかな？と心配していた息子は、現地につくまでに夢の中へ･･･そのまま、ツアー終わりまで起きませんでした。笑
現地では1人がけのリクライニングチェアがあり、ゆったり寝転んで星を見ることができました。普段なかなか見られない満天の星！それに加えて、女性ガイドさんのとても癒される声にうっとり。レーザーポインターを使って星を指しながら説明してくれたので、とてもわかり易かったです。
最後に、星を見ながら唄三線『てぃんさぐぬ花』を聴きました。ガイドさんの唄の上手さにびっくりしながらも、これまた癒しのひとときでした。大満足のツアーでした。
写真は、星の美しさをカメラに収めようと(旦那が)奮闘しながら撮影したものですが、何しろ星空撮影は初めてで･･･残念ながら、肉眼で確認出来た無数の輝きを全て映し出すことはできませんでした。また石垣島に行くことがあれば、ぜひまた星空浴ツアー参加したいです！素敵な時間をありがとうございました☆

I went with a friend. Although we made a reservation the day before, they handled it smoothly, which was great.

We got to try water buffalo and rent bicycles, but the reception was crowded. The gift of star sand was a nice surprise, and I was really happy about it!

The weather was nice, and it was great to relax!

On the second day of my first trip to Okinawa, I used this tour bus. At first, the guide was friendly and it felt okay, but when we moved to the Churaumi Aquarium, the guide suddenly stopped in front of the entrance, handed a flag to my friend who doesn't understand much English or Japanese, said something, and then proceeded to the ticket booth. Later, when I realized and entered with my friend and everyone else, the guide gave me a look that seemed to say, "Didn't I tell you to wait?" and said, "Who decided to do it? Ok fine, never mind," which really annoyed me. I don't understand. After all, I didn't come here for work, and even if something went wrong, aren't we customers? I don't think we should be treated that way... It was truly disappointing, especially for a tour bus trip. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend it.

初沖縄の２日目にこちらのツアーバスを利用させて頂きました。最初は普通に親切に案内して下さりまあまあよかった感じだけど、ついスケジュールが美ら海水族館に移り、入り口前に連れられたら、急に添乗員が立ち止まり、あまり英語・日本語の分かんない友人に旗を渡し、なんとか言った後そのまま切符売り場へ進んだ。後から私が気付き友人と皆と一緒に入ったら、添乗員に"待てって言ったんだろう"と言わんばかりの顔をされながら、"Who decided to do it? Ok fine,never mind"って言われてマジでムカつく。わけわかんない。大体、こっち仕事しに来た訳じゃないし、それに例え何か悪いことしたとしても、一応客さんじゃないの？そういう風に対応されることはないはずじゃないかと....。せっかくのツアーバス旅なのに、誠に残念でした。オススメできずすみません。

This was my second visit to Ishigaki Island for diving, following last year. Since I explored various tourist spots last year, I decided to dedicate the extra time to activities this year, and I found this tour! Although I had seen it on TV and at events, I had never actually experienced it, so I was really looking forward to it.

The forecast predicted rain for the day, but luckily it turned sunny and hot! I was told that if it had rained, they would have had to cancel due to slippery conditions, so I was glad it was clear!

We started with about 30 minutes of practice together. I was a bit anxious about riding the Segway for the first time, but our encouraging guide helped everyone master it quickly. Any initial worries disappeared, and we enjoyed the practice! Now, off to the Banna Forest!

Once we hit the course, we felt the refreshing wind as we zoomed along on the Segway! At various points, we listened to explanations about plants and insects, took photos at scenic spots, and had breaks to avoid fatigue. During the break, we enjoyed some tea and rice crackers, which were delicious! By the second half, everyone had gotten used to the Segway, picking up speed and maneuvering freely. At the end, we had some free time on the grass at the starting point, and everyone was having fun riding around.

Hmm, I want a Segway!!! Even if that's not possible, it would be great if we could ride them easily in more places.

The two hours flew by, and I was completely satisfied! I hope to visit again next time!

　昨年に続きダイビングの為に訪れた２度目の石垣島。昨年はいろいろと島の観光地を巡ったため今年は余った時間をアクティビティに当てようということで見つけたのがこのツアー！！テレビやイベントなどで見かけたことはあっても実際触れることはなかったので凄く楽しみでした。
　当日雨の予報でしたが、運良く晴れになり日差しが暑いぐらいに...雨だったら滑って危ないので中止にするところでしたって言われたので晴れて良かった～！
　始めの30分程度はみんなで練習。初めて乗るセグウェイに少し不安でしたが褒め上手なガイドさんにのせられてみんなどんどん運転をマスターできました。はじめの不安など無かったように楽しんで練習終了！！さあ、いよいよバンナの森に出発！
　コースに出ると風を気持ちよく感じながらセグウェイで疾走！途中いろいろなポイントで植物や昆虫の説明を聞き、景色のいいところで写真も撮ってもらい、疲れないように休憩を挟んでくれました。休憩ではお茶と煎餅をいただきましたがとてもおいしかったですよ！後半はみんなセグウェイにも慣れてきてスピードも出し自由に操れるようになってましたね。最後はスタート地点の芝生の上での自由行動みんな思い思いにセグウェイ操ってました。
　う～んセグウェイ欲しい！！！　それは無理だとしても、もっともっといろいろな場所で手軽に乗れるようになるといいですよね。
　あっという間の2時間でしたが大満足できました！！ぜひ次の機会にも訪れた時はよろしくお願いしますね。
　

Positive Points
● Store Atmosphere: The store is very clean and user-friendly, with changing rooms and hair dryers available. Most of the staff left a good impression. However, there is only one restroom, which can get crowded.
● Store Location: Just be careful to look for it as you enter the small alley from the main street, and you'll find it. The parking is a bit tricky, but within acceptable limits. Since the store is close to the port, you can change into your wetsuit and walk over.
● Guide: The guide was cheerful and reliable. I was satisfied with the many photos taken.
● Boat: The ride is about five minutes long, so I think it's manageable unless you're prone to seasickness. If you are, I recommend sitting towards the back where there's less rocking. By the way, there is a restroom on board.

Negative Points
I reserved a free GO PRO rental plan, but when I arrived at the store, they said it was a regular reservation, which caused a bit of a dispute. The woman at the reception seemed unyielding, and I didn't want to disrupt the happy atmosphere of the family behind me, so I paid the rental fee of 3000 yen and for the microSD.
However, once we entered the Blue Cave, I received a warning message about an SD error on the camera, and I couldn't take any more photos after that. Fortunately, the guide took plenty of pictures, and I had some good videos and photos up to that point, so I decided to enjoy the Blue Cave and head back.
When I got home and tried to share the videos and photos with everyone by plugging the SD card into my computer, it was broken and unreadable. My memories...
Thinking back, it's frustrating.

Based on this experience, if anyone is considering renting a GO PRO, I recommend preparing a screen copy of your reservation on the day. If an error occurs during filming, check if you can view the photos when you return to the store or plug it into a computer, or if you can check it on your smartphone.

It's disappointing, especially since everything else was good.

良い点
●お店の雰囲気・・・とても綺麗で更衣室やドライヤーなどもあり使いやすく、お店の方も一部を除き好印象でした。トイレが1つしか無いので混みます。
●お店の場所・・・メイン通りから小道に入る所だけ注意して探せば見つかります。
駐車場は少し止めにくいけど許容範囲。
店舗が港まで近いためウェットスーツに着替え準備してから徒歩にて移動。
●ガイドさん・・・明るくて、頼りになるガイドさんでした。写真もたくさん撮って頂いて満足です。
●船
５分程度 なので酔いやすい人でない限り大丈夫だと思いますが、酔いやすい人は揺れの少ない後方に座る事をオススメします。
ちなみにトイレ付き

悪い点
予約の際に GO PRO無料レンタルプランで予約しましたが、お店に着いたら通常予約になってるとの事で少し揉めました。受付の女性はこれ以上話をしても拉致があかなそうなタイプだったのと後ろで楽しそうにしている家族の雰囲気を壊したくなかったので、レンタル料3000円とマイクロSD代を支払いレンタルしました。
・・・・が、しかし青の洞窟に入ってカメラにSDエラーとの警告メッセージが・・・そのエラー以降の撮影は出来ませんでした。
ガイドさんが写真をいっぱいとってくれてたのと、そこまでの動画や写真だけでも良いのが取れてたので諦める事にして、青の洞窟を満喫して帰りました。
家に帰り当時の動画や写真をみんなに共有しようと思いパソコンに挿したところ、SDが壊れていて読み取り出来ませんでした。 思い出が・・・
今思うと腹立たしいです。

この経験を踏まえて、もしGO PROのレンタルを考えている方がいたら、予約する際の画面コピーなどを当日準備しておいた方が良いと思います。
撮影中にエラーが出た場合、お店に戻ったら写真が見れるかパソコンなどに挿してもらい確認してもらう、もしくは自分のスマホなどで確認出来る場合は確認をオススメします。

その他が良かっただけに残念です。

On my first trip with my girlfriend, we went to Ishigaki Island. We joined this tour because we could experience the Segway, which has been a hot topic recently on TV. Since it was my first time, I struggled to get used to it, but thanks to the staff's thorough instructions, I was able to grasp the technique, and within 15 minutes, I was riding it confidently. After the basic lecture, we set off! Right after we started, I was overwhelmed by the magnificent nature of Banna Park. The moment I rode the Segway through the grand nature was an indescribable thrill. When we climbed to a high point, we could see the streets of Ishigaki Island, making it a great spot for commemorative photos. Additionally, the staff took pictures at various points, allowing us to capture memorable moments. After we finished touring around Banna Park, we had some free time on the grass. By that time, I was able to ride the Segway freely, so I enjoyed speeding up and making sharp turns. The two-hour tour went by in no time. I would definitely love to participate again!

彼女との初めての旅行で石垣島へ。テレビなどで最近話題のセグウェイが体験できるということでこのツアーに参加しました。
初めての体験だったのでなかなか慣れない中、スタッフの方の丁寧なレクチャーによりコツつかむことができ、15分も経てば乗りこなすことができました。基本的なレクチャーが終わり、いざ出発です！出発して早々、バンナ公園の壮大な自然に圧倒されました。壮大な自然の中をセグウェイで風を切る瞬間は言葉にできないほどの快感でした。高台まで登ると石垣島の街並みが一望できるので記念撮影にはオススメです。また、ポイント、ポイントでスタッフの方が写真を撮ってくださるので思い出の瞬間をしっかりと収めることもできます。
バンナ公園の中を一通り周り終えると、芝の上で自由な時間になります。その頃にはセグウェイも自由自在に乗りこなせているので、スピードを出して楽しんだり、急転回などをして楽しんだりできます。2時間のツアーでしたが本当にあっという間でした。是非ともまた参加させていただきたいです！

On the day of the trip, although the weather was nice, the sea conditions were unstable, so they quickly suggested a plan to do snorkeling in the first half and enjoy kayaking in the second half. I could feel their consideration to ensure we were satisfied as much as possible. Additionally, they provided various explanations in advance to ease our concerns, which was reassuring, and the little touches they added doubled the enjoyment. I was happy with the extra effort beyond just taking us along. The guide's personal abilities were high, and we had a safe and enjoyable time. Thank you, Macchan!

当日、お天気は良かったものの海のコンディションが不安定だったので、急遽シュノーケリングを前半にして、後半はカヤックを楽しむというプランを提案していただきました。
出来る限り、満足できるようにと配慮してくださる気持ちが伝わってきました。
また、事前にこちらに不安がないように色々と説明をして下さるので安心でしたし、細かい演出で楽しみが倍増します。
単に、連れて行ってくれるだけではないプラスαの気持ちが嬉しかったです。
ガイドさん個人の能力が高く、安心で楽しい時間を過ごせました。

We participated in a Segway tour with two women!

It started to rain at the meeting time, and we were worried if the tour would go ahead, but we put on our raincoats and the briefing began (we had our own raincoats prepared, but it seems they are available on-site if you don't bring one).

After about a 30-minute briefing, we set off on the tour in light rain! At first, we were a bit nervous, but our guide, Michael (a Japanese person), kept making dad jokes from start to finish, making the tour fun and enjoyable. Before we knew it, the rain stopped, and we had a blast speeding through Bannai Park. There were about three breaks along the way, and Michael treated us to tea and salt rice crackers. There are lockers available, so you can participate with just your camera (or phone) during the tour (it might be best to have a strap to hang it around your neck). There were also restrooms available throughout the park.

Michael skillfully made various things from the different plants growing in the park, making it feel like we were watching a magic show. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any, but if you're lucky, you might see turtles and other animals. The tour ended in no time, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable two hours! We talked about wanting to participate again with friends. I've visited Ishigaki Island many times, but this Segway experience made it the best stay I've ever had.

女性2名でセグウェイツアーに参加してきました！

集合時間に雨が降り出し、ツアー催行できるか不安でしたがレインコートを着て講習が始まりました(私たちは自前のレインコートを準備していましたが、持参していなくても現地で準備されているようです)。


30分程度の講習終了後、小雨降る中ツアーへ出発！最初は恐る恐るでしたが、ガイドの自称マイケルさん(日本人)が最初から最後まで親父ギャグ連発で面白おかしく案内してくれ、気づけば雨も上がりとっても楽しくバンナ公園内を疾走しました。展望台などで途中休憩も3回ほどあり、マイケルさんからお茶と塩せんべいの差し入れがありました。ロッカーもありますのでツアー中はカメラ(携帯)だけもって参加できます(首から下げられるようにストラップをつけているとベストかもしれません)。随所にトイレもありましたよ。

公園内に生えている様々な植物でマイケルさんが器用に色々なものを作ってくれ、まるで手品を見ているような気分でした。残念ながら私たちは出会えませんでしたが、運が良ければ亀や動物たちにも出会えるそうです。
ツアー行程はあっという間に終了してしまいましたが大満喫の2時間でした！友人とまた是非とも参加したいねと話しています。石垣島は何度も訪れていますがセグウェイ体験で今までで一番最高の滞在となりました。

I intended to enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island while leisurely watching the speed of the water buffalo, but they stopped frequently, waiting for their "marking" (laughs). My expectations were not met. Well, they are living creatures, so that's to be expected. It seems like there is a set course, and they really only walk a short distance. I think it would be the same no matter which company you use.

If I had to say, using this service means you can only use this company's boat. They will take you to the boarding area according to the boat's departure time, but you can't enjoy the scenery at the dock leisurely. This is because the boat schedule is fixed. If you don't catch the right boat, there is quite a gap until the next one. If you want to conveniently use boats from other companies, I think it would be easier to book a boat individually and sign up for the water buffalo tour separately. You can go without a reservation. There is a bus waiting that will take you to the water buffalo boarding area. They also provided a ride back. It may be a bit more expensive, but that way you can ride any company's boat, which is more convenient. I was staying at Hotel Nikko Yaeyama, so I found the shuttle service appealing, but since I had a rental car and the parking at the island terminal is cheap, the shuttle might not have been that attractive. Even if I wanted to get a ride back from the island, the shuttle bus only departs at 2:30 PM at the earliest. I took the local bus back. It's a nice place to visit for a memory (though I didn't go to Hoshizuna Beach).

水牛さんの歩くスピードを楽しみながらゆっくり竹富島の雰囲気を味わうつもりで行きましたが、すぐ止まるし、マーキングとやらの排泄待ち（笑）。期待は裏切られます。まあ、生き物ですからそんなものです。コースは決められているようで、ホントに歩いてもすぐの距離しか歩きません。たぶん、どの会社を利用しても同じだと思います。
　強いて言えば、こちらを使えば当然こちらの会社の船しか利用できません。船の出る時間に合わせて乗り場まで送ってくれるのですが、船着き場でゆっくり風景を楽しんだりできません。それは船の時間が決まっているからです。ちょうどの船に乗らないと、次の船まで間隔がかなりあるからです。他の会社の船も便利に使おうと思ったら、個人で船に乗って、個人で水牛観光に申し込んだ方が便利だと思いました。予約なしに行っても大丈夫です。バスが待っていて、水牛乗り場まで送ってくれますから。帰りも送ってくれていました。割高になりますが、そのほうがどの会社の船にも乗れますし便利です。私は日航八重山に泊まっていたので送迎を魅力に思いましたが、レンタカーがあったし、離島ターミナルの駐車場は安いから、送迎は魅了的ではなかったかも。島から帰ってきて送ってもらおうと思っても、送迎バスは早くて14時30分発しかない。私は路線バスで帰りました。記念に行くには良い程度です（星砂海岸までは行っていません）。

I traveled to Okinawa with two friends in March for a two-night, three-day trip. Unfortunately, we weren't able to see much of the beautiful ocean due to the weather. However, on the last day, which was our whale watching day, the weather was perfect. The guide was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

At first, I was worried that we wouldn't see any whales, but we were able to see them clearly. It was also memorable to see a mother and baby whale together.

There were many people on the boat, including not only Japanese tourists but also a lot of foreign tourists, such as those from China. Since it had been rainy for several days, the waves were a bit high, and it seemed that more than half of the foreign tourists were seasick. However, our group had no issues. I tend to get motion sickness easily, so I took some medication beforehand, which helped. I recommend that anyone who is worried about seasickness take some medication as well.

Overall, it was a satisfying tour with good weather and no seasickness.

3月に友人と３人で利用しました。２泊３日の沖縄旅行でしたが、天候に恵まれずあまり綺麗な海を見れていませんでした。最終日のホエールウォッチングの日だけとてもよく晴れました。ガイドのお兄さんも、とってもフレンドリーで楽しかったです。
最初は、クジラが見れなかったどうしようと思っていましたが、しっかりと見ることができました。また、親子のクジラを見ることができたのも印象深かったです。
船には多くの人が乗っていて、日本人だけでなく中国人観光客など外国人が多かったです。雨の日が続いていたこともあり、若干波が高かったこともあり外国人の観光客の方の半分以上が船酔いしていたようでしたが、私たちグループは問題ありませんでした。もともと、酔いやすいタイプなので事前に酔い止めを飲んで防げたので、心配な方は酔い止めを服用するといいと思います。
船酔いすることもなく、いい天気で楽しいツアーだったので満足です。

The coach was a bit late because of traffic, so that wasn't the fault of the tour, but other than that the trip was great. The butterfly house is in fantastic grounds and the butterflies are really used to humans. It would have been nice to have a bit longer there to get the feel of the place a bit more more, but it was a good start. The aquarium is superb! The dolphin show and manatees were extra bonuses. The location was amazing and the gorgeous little beach in the grounds of the aquarium was lovely. The pineapple park was a very brief stop. As with the butterfly house, a longer stay would have been good. The glass blowing place was essentially a shop, but if you just go there thinking about getting a reasonably priced souvenir and seeing something a bit different, it was enjoyable as well. The tour guide had very limited English but tried hard and provided us with gps based English speaking audio guides which helped us to learn a bit more about what we saw. The price was brilliant for what we did and would recommend the trip to anyone staying in Onna so that they can see a bit more of the north of the island

We participated as a family of four with our 6-year-old and 9-year-old children.

The reason for reducing the rating by two stars and giving it a score of three is:

★ First point → Even though the children couldn't swim well, the instructor only gave them warnings.

★ Second point → I was aware that there was a possibility we might not go to the Blue Cave, but we were informed of this only after arriving at the shop, unloading our belongings, and starting to fill out the participation form. The price remains the same even if we can't go to the Blue Cave.

☆ Third point → If we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to high waves, we were taken to a place with artificially arranged coral, where fish were swimming around, but the water was murky, likely due to the high waves, so we couldn't snorkel in a "beautiful sea." However, I didn't deduct points for this since it was just bad luck.

I had high expectations because many families with young children had wonderful experiences, but it didn't quite meet those expectations. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to high waves, we decided to participate because we could snorkel in a place where fish were swimming.

When we arrived at the snorkeling point, the children, who were not used to the sea, received various warnings from the instructor. Even with the warnings, the children, being inexperienced, kept making the same mistakes.

■ When we reached the snorkeling area, the 6-year-old couldn't touch the bottom, so when they flailed their legs while still wearing fins, the instructor repeatedly told them, "Don't move your legs."

■ The child seemed anxious about not being able to touch the bottom, and when they tried to sit on the float that the instructor was holding, they were told, "Don't put your body on it." They continued to unconsciously try to use the float, so I had to intervene.

■ The 6-year-old struggled to hold the snorkel properly and was repeatedly told, "Don't make an 'i' shape with your mouth. Make a 'u' shape. Your mouth should be in a 'u' shape."

Since the children were flailing their legs in an unfamiliar environment and receiving warnings, both parents were caring for the children while trying to manage the situation before the instructor had to step in.

The 6-year-old was swallowing seawater because they couldn't hold the snorkel properly, but the instructor only gave warnings and didn't assist with caring for the children.

As parents, we had to adjust the children's goggles and help them reposition the snorkel while on the unfamiliar sea. The 9-year-old adapted quickly and, although they unconsciously flailed their legs, it didn't take long for them to swim freely.

The instructor was friendly and engaged with the children, saying things like, "You can see these kinds of fish," and scattering food around the boat to attract fish while caring for the kids.

While participation is allowed for young children, it seems that the instructor does not necessarily provide care for the children, allowing adults to swim freely.

The 6-year-old said, "I drank a lot of salty water, but it was fun," so it seems they enjoyed the experience.

６歳と９歳の子供連れで家族４人で参加しました。

評価の星が２つ減って　評価を３にしてある理由は

★１つ目→子供が上手に泳げなくてもインストラクターの人から注意をされるだけだった。

★２つ目→青の洞窟に行けない可能性があるのは知っていましたが、それを知らされるのが店について荷物を降ろして参加申込書に記入し始める時だった。青の洞窟に行けなくても料金は変わらないです。

☆３つ目→青の洞窟に波が高くていけなかった場合、行けるところは珊瑚？が人工的に整列させておいてあり、その周りを魚が泳いでいるけど、波が高いせいか水も濁っていて「きれいな海」をシュノーケリングできるわけではなかったです。でも、これは運なのでマイナスしていないです。

幼児連れで素敵な体験をされた方がたくさんいたので期待してた分、期待どおりではなかったです。波が高く、青の洞窟にはいけなかったものの、魚を泳いでいる場所でシュノーケルができるということで参加をきめました。

シュノーケリングポイントに到着すると
子供は海になれていないのでインストラクターの方から色々と注意を受けていました。
注意を受けても子供達は慣れていないので何度もしてしまいます。

■シュノーケルできる場所に着くと子供が足が海の底に着かないので、自然と足ヒレをつけたままバタバタと動かすと「足うごかさない」とインストラクターの人が何度も子供に注意してくれていました。

■足がつかないのが不安なのか子供がインストラクターの人がひっぱってくれる浮き輪に体を乗せると「体はのせない」と注意してくれていました。その後も無意識に浮き輪にしようとしていたので、こちらで止めていました。

■６歳の子供はシュノーケルをくわえるのが上手く出来ず、何度も「’い’の口の形にしない。’う’の形にする。口は’う’の形」と注意してくれていました。

子供も慣れていない環境で足をバタつかせて何度も注意を受けるので、そのたびに親2人で子供達をケアしながらインストラクターのお兄さんに注意を受ける前に子供達のケアをしていました。

６歳の子供はシュノーケルがうまくくわえられず何度も海水を飲んでいましたが、インストラクターのお兄さんからは注意をうけるだけで子供達のケアをしてくれるとかはなかったです。

親は慣れない海の上で子供のゴーグルを直したり、シュノーケルをくわえなおさせたりしなければいけなかったです。９歳の子は慣れるのが早く、足を無意識にバタつかせるものの自由に泳ぎまわれるまで時間がかからなかったです。

インストラクターの方も感じは良くて、海に行ってシュノーケルをさせるまでは「こんな魚がみれるよ」とか船の周りに餌をまいて子供に話しかけたりしてくれて子供達のケアをしてくれていました。

幼児の参加OKだけど、インストラクターの方が必ず子供達をケアしてくれて大人が自由に泳げるというわけではないようです。

６歳の子は「からい水いっぱい飲んだけど楽しかった」と言っていたので楽しめてはいたようです。

I never expected to be able to enjoy a dinner cruise in Okinawa. I was satisfied with the generous portions of the meal. Plus, being able to listen to live music was a wonderful surprise. Thank you for a lovely evening!

まさか沖縄でディナークルーズが出来るとは思いませんでした。思っていたよりもボリュームのあるお食事に満足。
それに生演奏も聞けるなんて。素敵な夜をありがとうございます！

I finally got to try out the Segway, something I had wanted to do for a long time! Before starting, I was worried about whether I could ride it well, but thanks to the detailed explanations on how to ride and safety tips, I was able to ride it easily! Plus, our guide, Michael (who is Japanese), kept cracking dad jokes, which made the explanations fun.

Before heading out on the course, we practiced a bit, and then it was time to go! We rode around on the Segway while learning about the plants and taking commemorative photos. At first, we moved slowly until we got used to it, and then we picked up speed as we continued on the course.

Since it was in a park, there were hardly any cars, and as long as we were careful of pedestrians, there were no issues! At various photo spots and rest areas, we got off the Segway to take breaks, which helped us avoid getting tired.

I participated in the evening, so it wasn't too hot, and I enjoyed speeding along comfortably! At the end, they even filmed a video for us, and I was completely satisfied with the experience! Two hours felt too short; it was such a fun time! I definitely want to participate again.

ずっとやってみたかった、セグウェイを初体験！
やる前は上手いこと乗れるか不安だったけど、細かく乗り方や注意点の説明を始めにして貰ったおかげで、簡単に乗れました！
しかもガイドのマイケルさん（日本人）のオヤジギャグ連発で説明も楽しかったです 笑
コースに出る前に少し練習をし、いざコースへ！
植物の説明や記念撮影をしながら、セグウェイに乗って一周。慣れるまではゆっくりと移動して貰い、慣れてきたらスピードを出しながら、コースを移動。
公園内の為、車まほとんど走ってなく、歩行者の方に気を付ければ、問題なし！
途中、撮影ポイントや休憩場所ではセグウェイから降りて、疲れないように調整してくれます。
今回、夕方の参加だったので、暑くもなく気持ち良くスピードを出しながら、楽しませて頂きました！
最後はムービー撮影までして貰い、至れり尽くせりで大満足です！
2時間じゃ物足りないくらい楽しい時間でした！また是非参加したいです。

I truly believe that the location is wonderful, and it was worth exploring the island! (There was a brief talk about the organizer's background.)

Although the surroundings are just an empty lot with a fence to avoid the hub, the lack of bright buildings nearby makes the stars look incredibly beautiful.

Especially on this day, the stars were perfectly visible, and there were shooting stars galore! It was such a lucky day! Each star was pointed out with a laser beam, and the explanations were thorough, making it enjoyable even for those with little knowledge about stars. There were also small children present who enjoyed looking at Saturn through a telescope and viewing the galaxy with binoculars that were available for rent.

Additionally, the reclining chairs were very comfortable and made it easy to relax, and there was even a serving of sanpin tea! However, be aware that there are no restrooms nearby!

You receive a full hour of detailed explanations about the stars, so you gain quite a bit of knowledge. It was especially moving to see my own constellation and hear the explanation! This is an activity that can only be done when the weather is clear, but it was a wonderful tour that makes me want to participate again in a different season.

本当に場所が、素晴らしく島内を探し回っただけあると思いました！(主催の方の経歴など簡単にお話がありました)
周りは何も無くハブ避けで囲いがある空き地ですが、近くに明るい建物がないのですごく綺麗に星が見えます。

とくに、この日は星がバッチリ見え、流れ星も連発!！すごくラッキーな日でしたっっ！
星一つ一つをレーザー光線で示しながら、丁寧に説明されており、あまり星の知識が無い方でも楽しめると思います。小さなお子様が連れの方もいて望遠鏡で土星を見たり双眼鏡の貸し出しで銀河を見て楽しんでいました。
あと、リクライニングチェアが非常に見やすくゆったり出来たうえ、さんぴん茶の振る舞いもありました！
ただ、トイレが近くにないので注意です！
星について1時間みっちり説明してもらえるので、かなり知識が着きました。笑
とくに自分の星座が見えて説明まで聞けたのは感動でした！
晴れてないと出来ないアクティビティではありますが、季節を変えて参加したいと思える素敵なツアーでした。

On September 23rd, I had an experience with my daughter. The Blue Cave was truly beautiful, and even though I'm not good with the ocean, I lost myself in the moment and became completely absorbed. The instructor was very kind and provided clear and thorough guidance from the initial explanation. We were able to take many photos, which became wonderful memories. I definitely want to request this again the next time I go to Okinawa. Thank you very much!

9月23日に娘と体験させて頂きました。
青の洞窟は本当に綺麗で海が苦手な私も我を忘れ夢中になってしまいました。
インストラクターのお兄さんもとても親切で初めの説明から解りやすく丁寧に指導して頂けました。写真もいっぱい撮って頂けていてとても良い思い出になりました。
次に沖縄に行ったときも是非お願いしたいと思います。

You can efficiently enjoy island hopping.
At the Ishigaki Island ferry terminal, you can pick up tickets for boats and meals before departing on your own.
First, take a comfortable, spacious high-speed boat for 40 minutes, followed by a Nakama River cruise on Iriomote Island, and then visit Yubu Island with water buffalo, where you can enjoy a meal.
The meal was an Okinawan bento, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the song "Tears Soaked with Tears" at the water buffalo experience.

From Iriomote to Taketomi, it was over 30 minutes on a smaller boat, and it was hot.
After that, we took a glass-bottom boat, but it was disappointing due to the poor sea conditions after the typhoon.
We chose to take a bus on the island due to concerns about rain, but there was too little time for free exploration in Taketomi.
We only had about 15 minutes, which was unfortunate as we couldn't enjoy visiting the lovely souvenir shops or having tea.
My daughters, who chose the rental bicycle plan, were able to select their preferred ferry times (16:00, 17:00, 17:40) and enjoyed themselves until the last ferry. I was envious.
If you're confident in your physical stamina, I recommend this option.
By the way, the 16:00 ferry was the same comfortable high-speed boat as in the morning, while the 17:40 ferry was a smaller boat, but it had a cool cabin below.

離島めぐりを効率よく楽しめます。
石垣島の離島ターミナルで船や食事などの切符を受け取って各自で出発。
最初は新しくて広い快適な高速船で40分、西表島の仲間川クルーズ、水牛で由布島、食事。
食事は沖縄料理のお弁当で、水牛では涙そうそうの歌付きで雰囲気ありました。

西表から竹富までは小さめの船30分以上、暑かったです。
その後グラスボート、台風後のコンディションの悪い海なのが残念でした。
島内は雨を警戒してバスを選択しましたが、竹富自由散策の時間が少なすぎます。
15分くらいしかなく、素敵なお土産店巡りとかお茶とかの時間は取れず残念でした。
同行の娘たちはレンタサイクルプランでしたので、好きな船便（16時、17時、17時40）が選べて、最後の便まで楽しんでから戻りました。羨ましかったです。
体力に自信があるならこちらをお勧めします。
因みに16時は朝と同じ快適な高速船。17：40は小さな船でしたが下に涼しい船室があったそうです。

I participated with my almost 6-year-old daughter and my mother. I wasn't worried since my daughter is naturally good at swimming, and the instructor closely watched the children, so it seemed fine even for kids who couldn't swim. My child looked very happy playing with a family that had a 6-year-old boy. We drove to a nearby beach, descended a steep slope, and slowly walked into the sea. They provide life jackets, but you have to wear the shoes you came in with. I was wearing high Regetta sandals and regretted not bringing marine shoes... even though I had some at the hotel. In the water, it was difficult to swim well with the thick-soled sandals, and I ended up scraping my feet on the rocks. (There was a photo of someone wearing a wetsuit, but you only wear a life jacket over your swimsuit.) When the kids went into deeper water, they got fins and were pulled to safety by the instructor, floating happily. They kept peering into the water and hardly lifted their heads. It was their first time, but it seemed they quickly learned how to breathe. My child returned home unscathed and had a great time. While my child was very satisfied, I will give a lower rating because it wasn't mentioned that there wouldn't be wetsuits and that we would have to enter the sea in the shoes we wore.

もうすぐ6歳になる娘と母の2人で参加しました。
娘はもともと泳ぎが得意でしたので心配はしていませんでしたが、インストラクターの方がきちんと子供を見て下さるので、泳げない子供でも問題ないようでした。
6歳の男の子がいるご家族と一緒で、とてもうれしそうな我子。
すぐ近くの海まで車で移動し、急な斜面を降りて、ゆっくりと歩いて海に入りました。
ライフジャケットは貸して下さるのですが、海に入るときの靴は、履いていった靴のままです。
私は高さがあるリゲッタのサンダルを履いていました。マリンシューズ持って来ればよかった・・・と後悔。ホテルにあるのに・・・。
海の中でも厚底のサンダルでは上手に泳ぐことだできず、岩に足をぶつけて、傷だらけになりました
（ウェットスーツを着た写真が掲載されていましたが、水着の上にライフジャケットを着るだけです）。
子供は深さのあるところまで進むと足ひれをつけてもらって、インストラクターに安全なところへ引っ張ってもらって、ぷかぷか浮いて楽しそうでした。ずっと海の中を覗いて、全然顔をあげませんでした。始めてでしたが、呼吸もすぐに覚えたようです。
子供は無傷で楽しんで帰りました。
子供はとても満足していましたが、ウェットスーツがなかったこと、履いていった靴で海に入ることが記載されていなかったため、★をマイナスにします。

I traveled to Okinawa for the first time with a friend. Since it was right after the rainy season, I was surprised by how hot it was during our short walks! The Churaumi Aquarium and the dolphin show "Okinchan Theater" were cool and provided us with a very enjoyable time, especially since we both love marine life.

Since we were also traveling from our hotel in Onna Village to Naha, I think it was quite reasonable. The only downside is that we arrived in Naha a bit late, but I suppose that's just how it is. It's also great for those who are not comfortable driving a rental car on unfamiliar roads or for those who want to enjoy a drink while sightseeing.

沖縄が初めての友達と二人で乗車しました。今回は梅雨明けだったこともあり、ちょっとした徒歩での移動が想像以上に暑くてびっくりしました！
美ら海水族館やイルカショー「おきちゃん劇場」は涼しく、また生き物好きの私たちにはとても楽しい時間となりました。
恩納村のホテルから那覇への移動も兼ねてだったので、かなりリーズナブルだったと思います。
那覇に着くのがちょっと遅い時間になるのが玉に瑕ですが、それは仕方がないのかなと。
不慣れな道でレンタカーが不安という人や、観光中にお酒が飲みたい人にもいいですね。

I had a great experience on the tour organized by Rad Kanko last time, so I was looking forward to participating again with my daughter. While I was very satisfied with the content of the tour itself, both my daughter and I were surprised by the poor manners of some families with children, which diminished our enjoyment. If possible, I think it would be better to separate the seating for families with children and adults without children, either in the front or back, so that everyone can enjoy the trip without any unpleasant feelings. I had such an unpleasant experience that I'm now reconsidering using tour buses in the future, so I wanted to share my experience.

ラド観光さんの前回参加のツアーが良かったので今回も娘と楽しみに参加しました。ツアー自体の内容には大満足ですが、参加されているお子様連れの方々のマナーの悪さに母娘共々ビックリしてしまい楽しさが半減してしまいました。出来たら、お子様連れの方々と、そうでない大人の方々の座席を前方、後方等に分けて頂いた方がお互いに嫌な思いをせずに旅が楽しめたのでは無いかと思いました。これから観光バスを利用するのも考えてしまうくらい嫌な思いをしましたので、体験談として投稿させて頂きました。

Picked up at the island terminal at 20:30 and arrived at Stargazing Farm around 21:15. It was a dark place with no streetlights, just enough to see the faint lights of the city in the distance, perfect for stargazing. Although it wasn't completely clear due to the bright moonlight, it was still a serene experience to slowly gaze at the stars in a quiet location, which is something I can't usually do. Just looking at the sky was soothing.

The tour included introductions to constellations, stories related to the stars, and even a performance of traditional Okinawan music with the sanshin. I participated alone, but it was a comfortable tour.

遠くにうっすら市街地の明かりが見える程度の、街灯などもない暗い場所で星空観察。月明かりが明るい日だったので一面の青空、とまではいかなかったのですが。でも静かな場所で星空を見上げながらゆっくりするなんて普段できないことなので、空を見てるだけで癒されました。
星座の紹介や、星にまつわる民話のお話、沖縄らしく三線の弾き語りなどもついています。
一人で参加でしたが快適なツアーでした。
