Since it was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, I decided to explore the islands through a tour. I was satisfied with being able to visit three islands in one day, which was efficient.

石垣島旅行は初めてだったので離島巡りはツアーで回ることにしました。
1日で3島巡れるのは効率的で満足しました。

The guide who assisted us had a pleasant way of speaking, and the atmosphere felt very much like the relaxed pace of Okinawa time, making our experience very enjoyable.

案内してくれたお姉さんが話術　三線とも心地よいゆっくりした沖縄時間的な印象でとても楽しく過ごさせていただきました。

Although we had to take an alternative course due to bad weather, I’m really glad I participated! (In the morning, we canoed on the Miyara River, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at Ohsaki Beach.)

It had been about 10 years since I last did any marine activities, so it was quite physically demanding. However, I was able to see mangroves up close and spot many fish (including sea turtles!) in the beautiful waters of Ishigaki. I truly felt the great nature of Okinawa, and I think it was a wonderful experience!

It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t do the SUP at Kabira Bay since it was a rescheduled tour, but I was able to go on another day, so it was no problem.

天候不良で代替コースになりましたが、参加してよかったです！（午前は宮良川のカヌー、午後は大崎ビーチでシュノーケル）
マリンアクティビティ自体10年ぶりくらいだったのでかなり体力的に大変でしたが、、マングローブを直近で見れたり、石垣の綺麗な海でたくさんお魚（ウミガメも！）をみれたり、本当に沖縄の大自然を感じることができるとてもよい体験だったと思います！
（振替ツアーだったので、川平湾SUPができなかったのは残念でしたが、別日に自分で行けたので問題なしです）

This was the only sunset kayak tour I could join while pregnant and with a two-year-old! The staff were very kind to the children, and they even prepared a backrest for me. Kayaking while watching the sunset was the best experience ever! I will definitely participate again. Thank you very much.

We had an experience in mid-September as a family of five with three children (the youngest is four years old). We made a morning reservation, and by the time we finished, it was getting hot, so it was definitely the right choice to go early. We encountered fish, birds, bats, crabs, and other animals, making it a really great experience. The staff were also very nice!

９月中旬に子供３人(１番下は４才)の5人家族で体験をしました。
朝一予約でしたが､終わる頃には暑くなってきていたので朝一で正解でした。
魚や鳥､こうもり､カニ､動物などに出会えとてもいい体験が出来ました。
スタッフも良い方でした！

We participated as a family of three. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful with its stunning blue color, and we were very moved. There were concerns about whether we could go due to high waves, but they made the right decision, and we were really glad we could go. During the snorkeling to the cave, we were able to see many beautiful fish. Our guide, Sen-chan, was really kind, and we felt safe and had a great time throughout. My daughter was thrilled and said she wants to do it again! I definitely want to do this again when we go to Okinawa. Thank you, Sen-chan! The staff at the shop were all very friendly as well. It became a wonderful memory.

家族3人で参加しました。
青の洞窟はびっくりするほど綺麗な青でとても感動しました。
波が高く行けるか行けないかという事でしたが適切な判断をして下さり行く事ができ本当に良かったです。
洞窟までのスノーケルもたくさんの綺麗な魚を見る事ができました。
ガイドをして下さったセンちゃんが本当に優しくて終始安心して楽しく満喫できました。
娘もまたやりたい！！と大喜びでした。
また沖縄に行った際は必ずやりたいと思います。

I used this service for sightseeing in the southern region. We visited Sefa Utaki, Nirai Kanai Bridge, Oku Island, Okinawa World, and the Valley of Gangala, and finally, I was dropped off in Naha City.

The driver was punctual and drove safely, which made me feel very secure during the ride. Although the driver was quiet, he was very considerate and helped with route planning, quickly looking up and answering any questions I had.

When I travel to Okinawa again, I would definitely like to request the same driver. I was anxious about using a rental car, so I decided to use this service, and it was the right choice.

南部観光の為に利用させていただきました。斎場御嶽、ニライカナイ橋、奥武島、沖縄ワールド、ガンガラーの谷の順で周り最後に那覇市内まで送ってもらいました。
時間に正確な上に安全運転でとても安心して乗車出来ました。運転手さんは大人しい方でしたが、気遣いが細やかでルートの相談にものっていただき、質問した事もすぐ調べて教えて下さいました。
また沖縄旅行に行く際には、ぜひ同じ運転手さんにお願いしたいです。レンタカーの利用が不安だったのでお願いしたのですが大正解でした。

I used this service for the first time in Ishigaki Island. After the shuttle to the hotel, it was very easy as I just had to follow the instructions to get around. The weather was also great, making for a fun tour.

初めての石垣島で利用しました。
ホテルまでの送迎の後は指示に従って移動するだけだったので、とても楽でした。
お天気にも恵まれて、楽しいツアーとなりました。

It was very enjoyable to learn about Okinawa while occasionally playing the sanshin and singing! At the end, they also took a photo and gifted each group a picture✨

沖縄のことを教えてくれながらたまに三線を弾きながら歌っていてとても楽しかったです！
最後も写真を撮って写真を1グループに1枚プレゼントしてくれました✨

I purchased an unlimited ride ticket because I needed to transfer to the bus to the airport. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was not valid for one day from the date of purchase, but rather for 24 hours from when I got on the bus, which I didn't know.

乗り継ぎが必要だったので、乗り放題券を購入しました。ところが、
購入した日の1日ではなくて、
バスに乗ってからの24時間乗り放題なので
それを知らなかったのでがっかりした。

I was able to encounter two sea turtles! There were also many fish swimming around, which made me very satisfied. Although I couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the typhoon, I appreciated that they chose safe spots to enjoy each day. The mangroves in the afternoon were fun because there were no other tourists, allowing us to paddle the canoe leisurely with a small group. There were many photo spots, and I was happy to take a lot of pictures in the mangroves. It turned out to be a very healing trip.

ウミガメに2匹遭遇する事ができました！ほかにも魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても満足でした。青の洞窟は台風で行けなかったものの、その日その日の安全に楽しめるスポットを選んでくれるのも良かったです。昼からのマングローブは、他の観光客がいなかったこともありますが少人数で気ままにカヌーを漕ぐことができて楽しかったです。フォトスポットも多く、マングローブで写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。とても癒される旅になりました。

It was a bit early in the morning, but they came to pick us up at the hotel, and it was great that we could just follow their instructions and enjoy sightseeing without having to think about anything. ☺️

This time, we chose the water buffalo cart plan, and we took the water buffalo cart to Taketomi Island. However, since we also used the water buffalo cart to walk around the town, I recommend renting a bicycle to explore the streets. 🚲 The buffalo was really laid-back, and by the time we got off the cart, we had no time left to go anywhere. 😂

朝は少し早いですがホテルまでお迎えに来てくれて、ずっと指示に従っていればいいので何も考えずに観光できて良かったです☺️

今回水牛車プランにしたのですが、竹富島までも水牛車で行って、街並み見て歩くのも水牛車にしてしまったので街並みはレンタルサイクルがオススメです🚲
牛さんとってものんびり屋さんで水牛車降りた頃にはもう時間がなくてどこも行けませんでした😂

I used this service for work. One person's flight arrived late, but they waited patiently. They took us from the airport to the hotel in Onna Village, and the driving was courteous and good.

仕事で利用しました。
１人飛行機の到着が遅れたのですが、きちんと待っていただきました。
空港から恩納村のホテルまで行っていただきましたが、丁寧な運転でよかったです。

I had previously experienced snorkeling and diving but ended up feeling seasick. This time, I took medication after a long time and participated. When I first entered the sea, I was having fun and was completely absorbed. Gradually, I started to feel nauseous from the waves, and by the first break, I was already done. I couldn't get back in for the second time, which was disappointing. If I hadn't gotten seasick, I could have enjoyed it much more! I envy those who don't get seasick. But I'm glad I participated. I would have been even happier if I had been able to see a turtle.

一回目の休憩で上がった時には

船酔いしなければ、

It was my first time paddleboarding, and I had a great time! They took photos for me and shared them right after we finished! I also received a video edited with the drone footage and photos, which became a wonderful memory!

The weather was nice on the day of the experience, and we were able to enjoy canoeing thoroughly. The river's flow was gentle, so it wasn't too tiring. The guide's explanations were enjoyable, and we were able to see species like the goby and the fiddler crab.

当日は天気も良く、カヌーを十分楽しめました。川の流れもゆるく、あまり疲れることもなく体験できました。
ガイドさんの説明も楽しく聞け、ハゼやシオマネキなども見ることができました。

We participated in a tour of Iriomote Island and Yubu Island with our family of four, including our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. I appreciated the kindness towards families, as one child per adult could join for free. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at 7:15 AM at Fusaki Beach Resort, which was perfectly timed since breakfast started at 6:30 AM. After boarding the bus, we arrived at the port around 7:50 AM, where we received our tickets and an explanation of the day's tour. We departed at 8:15 AM and arrived at Iriomote Island around 9:00 AM. After using the restroom, we quickly boarded a boat for a mangrove exploration. Upon arriving at the port, we swiftly moved by bus to the water buffalo cart station for Yubu Island, reaching there around 11:00 AM. After having lunch at a restaurant, we took photos with the water buffalo and toured the island. We returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart at 12:30 PM and then moved to the port by bus. We quickly boarded the ferry for Ishigaki Island, which took about an hour (arriving at Ishigaki Port around 2:15 PM). The tour provided all the buses, boats, and water buffalo carts, resulting in very short waiting times and minimal waste, allowing even small children to participate comfortably without long waits. The staff on the bus and boat were also very kind to the children, which was touching. Our little one was able to nap in the air-conditioned ferry (with the 4-year-old in a stroller and the 1-year-old in a carrier), making the afternoon activities smooth.

夫婦、1歳、4歳の子供と4人で西表島、由布島ツアーに参加しました。幼児は大人1人あたり1名まで無料ということで、子連れへの優しさを感じました。当日はフサキビーチリゾートへ朝7時15分バスまでお迎え、朝食6時30分からのため絶妙な時間と感心しました。バスに乗り込み、7時50分ごろ港に到着、各種チケットの配布と当日のツアーの説明があり、8時15分に出港、9時ごろ西表島に到着し、トイレを済ませ、すぐにボートに乗り込みマングローブ散策。港に着くとバスで、由布島への水牛車乗り場へ速やかに移動、11時ごろには由布島へ到着し、レストランで食事を済ませたあと、水牛と記念撮影&島内観光、12時30分に水牛車で西表島へ戻り、バスで港へ移動。すぐにフェリーに乗り込み石垣島へ1時間ほどの移動でした（14時15分ごろ石垣港到着）。バスも船も水牛車もツアーで用意されており、待ち時間が非常に短く、無駄が全くと言っていいほど少ないため、小さい子でも待たされることなく快適に参加することができました。バスやボートのスタッフの方々も子供たちに優しい声かけをしてくれ感動しました。お昼寝はエアコンの効いたフェリーの中で（4歳ベビーカーと1歳抱っこ紐）することができたので午後の活動もスムーズでした。

My first experience with the clear kayak was filled with excitement. The weather was great, the sea was calm, and it was a wonderful experience. The instructor kept a close watch and even took photos for us. I was able to kayak to areas that I would have found a bit scary to go to on my own. It was a valuable experience thanks to the instructor's focus on safety. Right after the approximately one-hour kayaking experience, they created a digest video combining photos and drone footage and shared it with us immediately, which surprised and moved me at the same time.

In the clear kayak, you can see corals and colorful tropical fish clearly beneath the bottom of the boat.

初めてのクリアカヤックは感動の連続でした。お天気も良く、海も穏やかでとても素敵な体験ができました。インストラクターさんが近くで見守り、写真撮影もして下さいました。自分ではちょっと怖くて行けない区域までカヤックで行くことができました。インストラクターさんが安全第一に誘導してくださるからこその貴重な体験でした。約1時間のカヤック体験後すぐに、写真とドローンで撮影した映像を合わせたダイジェスト映像を作成して、すぐに共有してくださり、びっくりすると同時に感動しました。
クリアカヤックは船底の下にサンゴや色鮮やかな熱帯魚がはっきりと見えます。
スタッフの皆さま、お世話になり、ありがとうございます。

It was very enjoyable with the veteran bus guide in charge. They picked us up at the hotel and stopped at a flexible drop-off location on the way back, which was great.

ベテランのバスガイドさんが担当してとても楽しかったです　ホテルまで迎えに来てくれ帰りも融通のきいた降車場所に止まってくれてよかったです

The staff members are all very kind. Despite many places having age restrictions, they provided solid support for both 2-year-olds and those over 65. Free drone photography at this price is quite a bargain.

スタッフの方が皆さん優しい。年齢制限あるところが多い中、2歳児、65歳以上もしっかりサポートいただけました。この価格でドローン撮影無料はかなりお得です。

On the day I participated, there were about 30 people, and although there was some waiting time for preparations, there was plenty of time to enjoy, so it wasn't too bothersome.

I was able to visit Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, which I had always wanted to go to. It was a full-day tour, but I’m glad I participated as it became a wonderful memory. There were tourists from overseas, and sometimes the departure times were delayed, but that too is part of the experience. The seafood lunch featured fresh sashimi as the main dish, and it was delicious. Thank you very much.

沖縄観光で一度は行きたいと思っていた北の端「辺戸岬」に行くことが出来ました。一日がかりのツアーでしたが､参加して良い思い出になりました。海外からの観光客がいて、時々出発時間が遅れたりしましたが、これも思い出です。海鮮ランチは､新鮮なお刺身がメインで美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。

I wasn't confident about driving in Okinawa, so I booked this tour. I hadn't decided on half of the places I wanted to go, but they arranged the itinerary based on where I felt like visiting that day in an orderly manner. We also took some scenic routes that felt very Okinawan, so I could enjoy the views ☀️

Thanks to this, I was able to do everything I wanted and shop a lot, so I have no complaints!!

その日の気分で決めた行きたいところを

A time and space where you can forget about work amidst the hustle and bustle of work fatigue. However, the humidity was tough on the body, but overall it was fantastic.

仕事疲れのバタバタとした時間から、仕事を忘れられる時間と空間。
ただ、蒸し暑いのが体には厳しく困りましてが、総じて最高でした。

It was very convenient to go to the places I wanted by bus. I don't want to say too much, but it was very disappointing to see the poor manners of some Chinese tourists (talking on the phone inside the bus, eating and drinking, reclining their seats without saying anything, not keeping to the meeting time, not listening to the guide, etc.). This was the worst experience I've had among many bus tours I've participated in. The guide was very kind and tried to handle various situations, but it was unfortunate for them. It would have been nice if there were charging options for mobile phones on the bus.

行きたいところをバスで行けるのでとても楽でした。あまり言いたくはないけど、中国人の方のマナーの悪さ（社内での通話、飲食、椅子の背もたれも何も言わず倒す、集合時間を守らない、ガイドのいうことを聞かないなど）がとても残念でした。今まで多くのバスツアーに参加しましたが、一番ひどかったです。ガイドさんはいろいろと対応してくれて親切でしたが、かわいそうだった。社内で携帯の充電でできるとよかった。

I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island, both from above and below the water. The instructors were refreshing and kind, providing a sense of security, which left a very good impression. Additionally, the free GoPro rental and the availability of barley tea on the boat, along with clean restrooms, made for a comfortable experience.

Regarding the reviews, while some tours may have systems like "discounts for high ratings" or encourage evaluations in front of staff, there was none of that here. They simply handed me a card with a QR code for a review site at the end, which I appreciated as it did not feel forced.

I believe the reason for the many high ratings is that they truly provide excellent service. It was a tour I could confidently recommend to acquaintances.

石垣島の美しい海を、海上からも海中からも存分に堪能できました。インストラクターの方々は爽やかで優しく、安心感があり、とても好印象でした。さらに、GoProの無料貸し出しや、船内の麦茶サーバーやお手洗いなど、利用者に嬉しいサービスも整っていて快適に過ごせました。

口コミに関しては、ツアーによっては「高評価を書けば割引」といった仕組みや、スタッフの前で評価をするよう促される場合もありますが、ここではそのようなことは一切ありませんでした。最後に口コミサイトのQRコードが載ったカードを渡されるだけで、評価を強要しない点もとても好感が持てました。

それでも高評価が多いのは、本当に良いサービスを提供しているからだと思います。安心して知り合いにもおすすめできるツアーでした。

The sea was very beautiful. The instructor was friendly and taught us kindly, which was great. I had some wonderful photos taken with a drone.

海がとてもきれいでした。インストラクターの方も気さくで親切に教えてくれてとてもよかったです。ドローンでとても素敵な写真を撮ってもらいました。

The weather was nice, and the 30-minute boat ride to the island was wonderful with a refreshing breeze. There was a proper beginner's explanation for snorkeling.

At the phantom island, we were repeatedly told, "Please wash your feet and take off your sandals so we don't get sand in the boat!" The photo service was only available twice, once during the boat ride and once at the phantom island. There were no interesting anecdotes or lively discussions; it was quite subdued and straightforward. But perhaps that's not such a bad thing.

天気も良く、ボートで島に向かう(30分くらい)のは、風が気持ちよく最高でしたわ。シュノーケルの初心者説明もちきんとありました。
幻の島では、『ボート内に砂を入れたくないので、サンダルと足を洗って！』と何回も言われ…。写真撮影サービスもボート乗船中と幻の島での2回のみだったわ。面白いうんちく説明やトークはなく粛々淡々としてたの。でも、それはそれで良いんじゃないかしら。

During my 2-night, 3-day trip, we had the same driver, Mr. Uehara, for all three days. He was very kind, knowledgeable about the geography, and provided us with information about the sightseeing spots. His driving was calm and smooth, which made our trip the best it could be, thanks to Mr. Uehara. One of my travel companions usually gets car sick, but during this trip, they didn't feel nauseous at all, which really highlighted Mr. Uehara's excellent driving skills. The next time I go to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request Mr. Uehara as my driver again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful trip!

2泊3日の旅行で、3日間とも同じドライバーの上原さんでしたが、とても優しくて、地理に詳しく観光地を教えていただき、また運転も穏やかでスムーズな運転で、上原さんのおかげさまで最高の旅行になりました。普段車酔いをする同行者でしたが、この旅行の運転では全く酔うことはなく、改めて運転技術の凄さを感じました。次に沖縄旅行に行く際は、またドライバーの上原さんを指名したいです。
