I was taken care of during the snorkeling, sea kayaking, and pumpkin cave tour on the 23rd. I got to see a sea turtle while snorkeling, and I was captivated by the very mystical world of the pumpkin cave. Especially in the pumpkin cave, with the guide's help, I climbed the walls and was even splashed by a waterfall. It far exceeded my expectations for the tour, and I'm really glad I participated. The guide, Tsubasa, was very polite, great at keeping the energy up, and I had a wonderful time.

If you come to Miyako, this tour is a must-do. I definitely want to participate again next time.

23日にシュノーケリング&シーカヤック&パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーでお世話になりました。
シュノーケリングではウミガメに会え、パンプキン鍾乳洞ではとても神秘的な世界に魅了されました。
特にパンプキン鍾乳洞ではガイドさん協力の下、壁を登り、滝にも打たれました。
予想していたツアー内容をはるかに超えたもので本当に参加して良かったと思っています。
ガイドのつばささんもとても丁寧、盛り上げ上手で楽しく過ごすことができました。

宮古に来た時には参加必須です。次回もまた参加したいと思います。

We all worked together to paddle the kayak to the Blue Cave. At first, I was a bit worried about whether we would make good progress, but they explained how to use it in a way that was easy for the kids to understand, so we had a lot of fun paddling. The Blue Cave was mystical and very moving. We were also able to see many fish while snorkeling, which made it the best summer memory for our family, and it seemed like the kids were really satisfied as well. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations!

青の洞窟まで、みんなで協力してカヤックを漕ぎました。はじめはちゃんと進むかなと少し不安もありましたが、子供たちにもわかりやすく使用方法を教えてくれたんで、とても楽しく漕ぐことができました。青の洞窟は神秘的でとても感動しました。またシュノーケリングでたくさんの魚をみることができ、家族にとって最高の夏の思い出になりましたし、子供達も大満足だった様で本当に良かったです。正直期待以上でした！

Since it was the earliest time in the morning, there weren't many other customers or groups, allowing us to leisurely enjoy various aspects of nature. It was my first time kayaking, and I was a bit anxious at first, but they taught us carefully, making it a refreshing experience that I can't usually have in the city! I was also happy to receive various tips and recommendations for restaurants from the instructor! I would love to participate again!

朝一番早い時間だったので、他のお客さんや団体があまりおらず、ゆっくりいろんな自然を見れました。カヤックも初めてで最初不安もありましたが、丁寧に教えてくださり、普段都会では体験できないので新鮮でした！またインストラクターさんに色々な豆知識やおすすめのご飯屋さんまで教えていただき嬉しかったです！また参加したいと思います！

We participated as a family of four, but due to the typhoon, it was canceled. Just when we were feeling disappointed, we were offered the opportunity to go kayaking in the inland sea. When we arrived that day, there were many people gathered, and a handsome guide suggested snorkeling at a different location. They flexibly changed the plan, and as a result, we had a wonderful snorkeling experience.

The service was very polite, and even our children, who were experiencing this for the first time, felt safe participating. When introducing children to nature, in a new place, and with new experiences, safety and reassurance are the top priorities, so we were very grateful for the way they handled everything.

During snorkeling, we were able to swim alongside sea turtles and beautifully colored tropical fish at an arm's length, and our entire family was extremely satisfied.

家族4人での参加だったのですが、台風の影響で中止に。。
がっかりしていたところ内海でのカヤックをご提案いただきました。
当日行くと大勢人が集まっており、イケメンのガイドさんが再度別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案。臨機応変にプラン変更していただけ、結果素晴らしいシュノーケリング体験ができました。
対応も非常に丁寧で、初体験の子どもも安心して参加出来ました。
自然相手で、初めての場所、初めての体験を子どもにさせる際、やはり安心安全が最優先となる中でこのような対応をして頂けたのがとても有り難かったです。
シュノーケリングはウミガメや美しい色をした南国の魚が手に取るような距離で一緒に泳ぐことができ、家族全員が大満足でした。

We kayaked to the Pumpkin Cave and entered from the sea. I was moved by the scenery I saw for the first time. The person in charge, known as "Hige Danshaku of Miyako Island," was kind and talked with us, making for a really enjoyable time. Thank you very much.

Canoeing was challenging as it was difficult to synchronize our movements, but it was a very enjoyable experience! The Pumpkin Cave was impressive, beautiful, and felt like a very sacred place. Lastly, jumping into the sea from the Pumpkin Cave was an unforgettable memory! Thank you to our guide, Blackbeard from Miyako Island, for the clear explanations and for creating such a fun time!

Due to the approaching typhoon, we couldn't go snorkeling, but we enjoyed the canoe experience! While canoeing, the staff was nearby, providing advice on paddling and assisting us when getting on and off the canoe, so I think even beginners can feel at ease. During our travels, they also recommended great places, and we had a wonderful time! I hope the weather will be nice enough for snorkeling next time..☆

The guide provided thorough explanations, which made me feel comfortable participating. I think I’ve learned enough about mangroves to explain a little to others. Even though the rain forecast was 90%, it only rained for a few minutes and quickly cleared up, so it wasn’t hot even in the summer. I realized that weather forecasts aren’t very reliable.

The trekking was a good workout for both someone in their 40s who is out of shape and a fifth grader, and we had no troubles at all. The senior couple with us were also fit, and we were able to enjoy the experience together.

The lunch we had at Pinai Sara was delicious! The waterfall was magnificent, and the water level was as expected from the rain forecast the day before. After returning from the monsoon, we were relaxed by the horses and the owner. Even a half-day was enough to thoroughly enjoy the experience!

ガイドの方が丁寧に色々と説明くださり、安心して参加できました。マングローブのこと、少しは人に説明できるようになったかなーと思います。90%の確率の雨予報でしたが、雨が降っても数分ですぐに上がって、真夏でも暑くなくて、天気予報は、あまり当てにならないと思いました。

トレッキングは運動不足の40代も小学5年もトラブルなく、良い運動になりました。シニアカップルも健脚な方々で、一緒に行動できました。

ピナイサーラで食べたお弁当、美味しかったです！滝は見事でした、水量は前日からの雨予報の滝の様子です。モンスーンに戻ってからは馬やオーナーに癒されて終了。半日でも十分楽しめる内容でした！

As the title suggests, we were a large group of 11 people from 4 families, with a wide range of ages. Despite the strong winds that caused the cancellation of sea activities, we made a last-minute reservation the day before, and the staff handled everything with great care. Everyone who participated had a truly satisfying time. While Okinawa is known for its sea activities, the river experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone!

タイトル通り、家族4世帯11人という年齢幅も人数もかなり大きなグループでした。
あまりに風が強くて海のアクティビティが中止となったなった中での急な前日予約でしたが、丁寧に対応して頂き、参加した全員が本当に大満足の時間となりました。
沖縄は海のアクティビティが注目されますが、川の体験、どなたにもお勧めできる素敵なものでした！

Despite the strong winds caused by the typhoon, my experience was amazing from start to finish thanks to our guide, Abe-chan! Since it was high tide, we were also guided to the hard course, allowing us to have a unique experience that can only be done here. On the way back, Abe-chan spotted a "crowned eagle" and created an opportunity for the tour participants to observe it, making it an incredible experience all around! Next time I visit Iriomote Island, I want to challenge myself with a SUP tour here.

台風の影響で風が強い中の参加でしたが、担当のあべちゃん（担当者さん）のおかげで最初から最後まで最高でした！ちょうど満潮とのこともあり、ハードコースにも案内してくれてここでしかできない貴重な体験をすることができました。また、帰りの車であべちゃんが「カンムリワシ」を見つけてくれ、ツアー参加者と見学する機会も作ってくれて何から何まで最高の体験ができました！
今度西表島へ行った際は、ここのツアーでサップにチャレンジしたいと思います。

I was planning to try some water activities when I went to Miyako Island, and I had a lot of fun experiencing activities I had never done before. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was able to paddle while stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. The snorkeling was truly beautiful and refreshing. Caving was an unknown experience that made my heart race. The instructors were kind and great. Naoki Man taught me about the flowers and creatures along the way, allowing me to fully enjoy Miyako Island.

宮古島に行ったらウォーターアクティビティを何かやってみようと思っていましたが、経験したことがないアクティビティを経験できてとても楽しかったです。
SUPやカヤックは思っていたよりしっかり進めて嬉しかったです

When I came to Ishigaki, I thought I had to go snorkeling, and even though I'm not a great swimmer, I had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny that day, and the beautiful location touched my heart. Once I dove in, I was healed by the stunning sea and the fish I kept watching, which led me to decide to extend my stay in Ishigaki, haha. It's high season, but if I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more time.

石垣に来たらやはりシュノーケリングをしないとと思い、あまり泳げない自分でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日晴れていたのもあり、素敵なロケーションで心打たれ、さらに潜ると綺麗な海、魚達を眺め続ける事で心が癒され、石垣に延泊を決めました笑
ハイシーズンなのもありますが、欲を言えばもう少し時間が欲しいなと思いました。

First of all, thank you for accommodating our situation when I inquired about the pickup location in advance.

I have participated in many activities so far. Generally, I don't write low-rated reviews, but honestly, this was the most disappointing tour I've experienced.

The schedule indicated that the activity would last 55 minutes from start to finish, but in reality, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The sagaribana was beautiful, but the viewing area was a field that could be walked across in one minute, and we just looked at the sagaribana and took photos before it was over.

Since I received a message the day before asking for the sizes of everyone's rubber boots, I thought we would be moving to another location, but instead, they confirmed the hotel we were being taken to, leaving me with the feeling of "Is this it?" It was also painful to be left there for what felt like many more minutes (laughs). I wonder what the rubber boot sizes were for? Another family that participated with us was also having a conversation like, "Isn't this enough? Don't we want to go home?!"

The sightseeing taxi we used the day before (for 4 hours) was very fulfilling, and since the cost was exactly the same for our family of four, I might have felt even more disappointed. It might be good for those who are studying sagaribana or are very interested and could watch it for a long time, but perhaps our expectations were too high. This was the only part of our trip to Ishigaki Island that I regretted booking.

これまでたくさんのアクティビティを利用させていただいています。
基本的にあまり評価の低いレビューは記載しないのですが・・・
正直、これまでで一番がっかりしたツアーとなりました。

案内スケジュールには、アクティビティスタートから終了まで55分と記載されていますが
実際には、約15分～20分程度でした。
サガリバナは綺麗でしたが、観賞場所も1分で歩けるフィールドで
サガリバナを見て写真を撮って終了。

前日に、家族全員の長靴のサイズを確認する連絡が入っていたため
場所を変えて次の地点に移動するのかと思えば、送り先のホテルを確認されたので
「これで終了？」という思いが拭いきれませんでした。
あの場で、あと何十分も放置されるのも苦痛でしたが(笑)
長靴のサイズは何だったのかな？
一緒に参加していた別のご家族も、「もういいよね？帰りたいよね？！」という
会話をされていました。

前日に利用した観光タクシー（4時間）がとても充実していて
家族4人で、料金がまったく同じだったこともあり余計に残念に感じたのかもしれません。
サガリバナを研究していたり、すごく興味があってずっと見ていられる人には
良いかもしれませんが、私たちは期待値が高すぎたのかもしれませんね。
今回の石垣島旅行で、唯一、申し込みを後悔しました。

We participated as a family of four, with two daughters (one in 4th grade and the other in 2nd grade). From the departure point, we went through the turnaround point to the goal, and it was a solid distance. We enjoyed the experience together, feeling excited and returning to our childhood! Personally, the sunlight filtering through the mangrove forest was incredibly beautiful and became an unforgettable experience. My 2nd-grade daughter was able to paddle with an adult paddle all the way to the end, so I think elementary school students have no problem physically. The experience of maneuvering the canoe together while struggling was very rewarding. The guide provided slow and careful support, and shared stories about the nature and lifestyle of Iriomote Island at various points, making it a very enjoyable and educational time.

夫婦、子供二人(小4、小2ともに女の子)で参加させていただきました。
出発から折り返し地点を経由してゴールまで、しっかりと距離もあって、子供と一緒にドキドキしながら童心に帰って楽しめました！！個人的には、マングローブの森の中で見た木漏れ日がとても綺麗で忘れられない体験になりました。
小2の娘も大人用パドルで、最後まで漕げたので、小学生であれば十分体力的にも問題ないと思います。四苦八苦しながら一緒に協力しあってカヌーを操縦する体験はとてもいい経験になりました。
ガイドの方も、ゆっくり丁寧にサポートいただき、また随所随所で西表島の自然や生活面のお話しをいただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせて、勉強にもなりました。

It was almost a full-day tour, so I was a bit worried about the physical demands, but there was plenty of time for a lunch break. My elementary school-aged child was very satisfied with the unique experiences, like exploring the limestone caves and kayaking, which we don't usually do. The fun-loving guide was full of entertaining talks and kept us engaged throughout the tour! I highly recommend this tour for families.

ほぼ1日のツアーなので体力的にやや心配でしたが、お昼休憩も十分にとれるので、小学生の子供にとっては、鍾乳洞のプチ探検やカヤックなど普段やらないような体験ができ大満足でした。ワカチコなお兄さんは楽しいトークなどサービス精神旺盛で、常時楽しませてくれました！家族連れにはおすすめのツアーです。

I participated with my middle school daughter and my husband. Our guide, "Wakachiko's big brother," Yutty, was cheerful and explained everything clearly, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the experience! I thought we would just see the Pumpkin Cave and that would be it, but it turned out to be an adventure beyond my imagination as we climbed further in! The final dive from the pumpkin was incredibly refreshing! My daughter paired up with Yamato, who shared stories about the history of Miyako Island, and we really appreciated his help! On the way back in the car, we all agreed that we had a great time together. Thank you very much!

The scenic spot of Iriomote Island, the Pinai Falls. Since it's such a famous site, I decided to go with a highly-rated service and chose Iriomote Nature School.

At first, I was a bit worried because the pickup car didn't have good air conditioning, but once we arrived at the location, the detailed explanations and the guidance through the scenery were very pleasant.

They took photos at key points with my digital camera, making sure to capture good angles, which created wonderful memories. The photography at the basin of the Pinai Falls was well thought out and absolutely fantastic!

I plan to request this tour again when I go back. Thank you very much!

西表島名勝のピナイサーラの滝
せっかくの名勝なので口コミ評判の良いところにお願いしようと思い、西表自然学校にしてみました。
お迎えの車はクーラーも効かず、ちょっと大丈夫かな〜との不安はよぎりましたが、現地に着いてからは丁寧な説明、その都度の景色をガイドいただきとても良い感じでした。
特にデジカメで写真を要所要所撮ってくれるし、良いアングルでの撮影を心がけてくれて、良い思い出もバッチリでした。
ピナイサーラの滝壺での撮影は手が込んでおりベリーグーです！
また行く際にはツアーをお願いしようと思います。

Naoki's instructions and way of speaking were very easy to understand. The canoe experience was a lot of fun, so I was satisfied, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't make it to the top during the Pumpkin Cave tour. It was too regrettable to see others going up while I couldn't. I wanted to go up more than I wanted to dive from the pumpkin.

なおきさんの、注意事項や話し方がとてもわかりやすかったです。
カヌー体験はとてもたのしかったので、満足でしたが、パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーについては、上まで上がれなかったことは、とても残念でした。上まで上がっている方を見ながら何故行けないのか、残念すぎでした。パンプキンからのダイブより、上まで上がりたかったです。

This was a half-day canoe experience. Our guide, Mr. Seki, was truly wonderful and provided accurate guidance, allowing us to enjoy the activity safely throughout. We learned a lot, including recommendations for shops and explanations about the mangroves. I definitely want to go again. Thank you very much.

We canoed and trekked to the Pinaisara Falls. Climbing up and down, then canoeing again! You need to be fit, but I saw a family on the way, with the mother carrying a baby on her back. Amazing!
We felt rushed due to time constraints as we were heading to Yubu Island in the afternoon to ride the water buffalo cart, and I wish we could have enjoyed a bit more of nature. Next time I come to Iriomote Island, I plan to schedule with more flexibility.

カヌーを漕ぎ、ピナイサーラの滝までトレッキング。登って降りて、またカヌーを漕ぐ！体力がないとダメだけど、途中ですれ違った家族、お母さんが赤ちゃんを背負っていました。すごい！
私たちは、午後から由布島に行く水牛車に乗るため、時間の関係で急がされた感じがあり、もう少し自然を感じることが出来たら良かったと思います。
次に西表島に来る時は、余裕を持ってスケジュールを立てようと思います。

I experienced both the pumpkin cave tour and stand-up paddleboarding in Miyako Island!

On the first day, the waves were rough, and the pumpkin tour was canceled, so I quickly switched to stand-up paddleboarding. The next day, I was able to go on the pumpkin tour, and I was completely satisfied with both experiences!

The instructor for both days was Soma Massuru! True to his name, he was muscular, cool, and reliable, which gave me a great sense of security with his impressive stamina. His teaching was thorough and easy to understand, allowing me to relax and enjoy even as a beginner. Above all, the time spent together was enjoyable and reassuring!

Thank you for recommending so many great places! The beauty of the ocean was, of course, stunning, and I took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. I would definitely like to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island! Thank you so much!!

初日は波が荒くてパンプキンが中止になり、急遽サップに変更させていただきました。
次の日にパンプキンツアーに行けて、どちらも大満足でした！

I had the opportunity to experience pumpkin caves and sea turtle snorkeling with the guide from Soma Sur. Along the way, I learned about the meanings of the flowers blooming on the roadside and the names of the fish swimming in the sea. It was a fun time, not just limited to the activities! My first time in Ishigaki Island, and I felt reassured with the hotel pick-up service. Sebastian was very cheerful and introduced us to recommended restaurants during the transfer, along with some perks outside of the tour.

Canoeing was a first for me, but they taught me very carefully and were always watching over me, so I could participate with peace of mind.

Even on a cloudy day, snorkeling allowed us to see beautiful corals and fish, which was very satisfying.

Hiroki, our guide, was very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the day thoroughly.

You can't experience this kind of reassurance without being on a tour!

This time, I participated in the VELTRA tour program "Mangrove SUP or Canoe Plan" with my family. Unlike the recent heat, it was pleasantly cool due to the typhoon's influence. We took photos together in the Yaeyama mangrove forest. Before getting on the kayak, we were lucky enough to spot a crab. It looked delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't take it home, so we let it go. ^_^

Since it was my first time kayaking, I initially struggled and spun around in the river. However, with the guidance of our instructor, Aoi, I gradually got the hang of it. I heard that there are over 100 different types of plants in the Yaeyama mangrove. The water there is a mix of river and seawater, which has a high salt content, making it toxic to regular plants. I learned for the first time that these plants have survived for hundreds of years by collecting the toxins in specific leaves and dropping them. We spotted various animals living there. On the way back, it was wonderful to see the surrounding plants and hear the birds while progressing through the river, enjoying the scenery.

今度は家族を連れてVELTRAのツアープログラム「マングローブSUPorカヌー付きプラン」を参加しました。先日の暑さと違って台風の影響で涼しくなり気持ち良かったです。ヤエヤマヒルギの林にで家族と一緒に写真を取りました。カヤックに乗る前に運よくガニを見つけました。おいしそうに見えるけど持ち帰れないので逃がしたのは少し残念でした。^_^
カヤックを漕ぐのがはじめてなので最初はコンビーならず川の中でぐるぐる回りましたが。ガイドのAOIさんの指導があって段々なれるようになりました。ヤエヤマヒルギにいろんな植物があり100種以上と聞きました。そこの水は川と海水を混じった物で塩分が高いため、通常の植物に毒になり生存することができないが。そこの植物がその毒を特定の葉に集めて落すことで何百年も行き続けたのをはじめて聞きました。そこに生息する色んな動物を見つかりました。帰りには周囲の植物を見たり、鳥の声を聞いたりしながら川の中に進んでいく周りの風景を見るのが最高です。
　

I was able to experience both the SUP tour and the snorkeling tour in one day! They pick you up by car, so it was fun to hear stories about Ishigaki Island during the ride. Even if you're a beginner, they teach you how to ride and paddle on the SUP. During snorkeling, they told us the names of the fish, and it was really enjoyable in the beautiful sea. Please write clearly with a marker that has enough ink so that others can read it. If the other party can't read it, it defeats the purpose.

2. I mentioned that we would be canoeing at Ōhara Port and then going to Hoshino Resort by rental car, but I was told that we couldn't load our luggage. Wasn't luggage storage a condition of the contract? I was only able to participate due to a last-minute doctor's stop, but if I had participated, wouldn't there have been no room for people in the car? This is not what we agreed upon.

3. After finishing, it seems that the three families and a couple, along with my husband, changed in order, but normally, since my wife was waiting at Ōhara Port, I think it would be common sense to let my husband, who takes less time to change, go first and send him to where the waiting person is. Instead, they let the other two groups, who took longer to change due to children and women, go first and made my husband change last. This caused a significant delay, and we waited at Ōhara Port for two hours. Although we had an agreement until noon, it was 1 PM. We ran out of time and couldn't have lunch, which made me feel unwell. Things need to be considered in terms of efficiency and priority; it is disrespectful and very inconvenient for customers who are on a tight schedule. When I checked with my husband, he said he was made to wait for 30 minutes to change. It seems that the owner of the activity operation company in Iriomote Island is mostly a migrant from Honshu, but most customers come from Honshu. "Time is money" is a common understanding in Honshu, unlike island time. If this is a job, then unless it's an emergency, punctuality is common sense. While safety management is very important in the canoeing experience, please do not forget that space management and time management are also crucial aspects of running a business.

そのホワイトボードを見ましたが、私共の名前は確認出来ませんでした。
電話がかかり、見つけてもらいました。その時に、じっくりホワイトボードを見せられましたが、じっくり見ても確認出来ませんでした。マジックは薄くかすれていて
名前も三組書いてあったようですが、何度見ても解読不可です。ちゃんと他人が確認出来るように、インクがあるマジックできれいに見やすいように書いて下さい。
相手が読めないのでは意味がありません。

2.大原港でカヌーをして、レンタカーで星野リゾートまで行くとお伝えしていましたが、荷物を乗せられないと言われました。お預かりが、契約の条件だったのではないですか？
私はギリギリにドクターストップで主人のみの参加でしたが
私が参加したら、人間も車に乗れないのではないでしょうか？

3　終了して、三人家族とカップルと主人の６名で順番に着替えてお送りしたようですが、普通で考えれば、妻が大原港で待っているのですから
着替えの時間がかからない男一人の主人を一番に着替えさせて、待ち人がいる場所に送るのが常識だと思いますが
子供連れや、女性で着替えに時間がかかる他の二組を先に着替えさせて
主人を最後に着替えさせたそうで。約束の時間を大幅におくれ、２時間大原港で待ちました。１２時まではお約束ですが１３時でした。
時間が足りなくなり昼御飯を食べることができず、調子が悪くなりました。
物事は、効率と優先順位を考えないと
タイトなスケジュールで動いているお客様に対して失礼ですし、大変迷惑です。主人に確認しましたら、着替えに３０分待たされたそうです。
西表島のアクティビィティ運営会社のオーナーはほとんど本州からの移住者のようですが、お客様は本州から来ている人がほとんどです。「時は金なり」島時間とは違い本州では共通の考え方です、仕事としてしているのであれば緊急事態でないかぎり時間厳守が常識です。カヌーの体験では、安全管理もとても重要ですが
空間管理、時間管理も仕事としてやっていくには重要項目だと言うことをお忘れ無く。

This was my first time participating in a mangrove kayaking tour. The instructor was kind and had a wonderful smile, making for a fun experience! While paddling the kayak, I was able to hear various stories and never felt bored. They also took photos for us and sent the photo data afterward.

今回初めてマングローブカヤックに参加しました。
