The guide was cheerful, and we had a great time throughout. A fellow tour member found a coconut crab, which excited the kids. It was nice to see the starry sky when the clouds cleared a bit.

明るいガイドさんで、終始楽しかったです。同じツアーの方が、ヤシガニを見つけてくださり、子どもが興奮していました。
雲が少しきれたタイミングで星空も見られてよかったです。

I appreciated the notification about the change of location due to strong winds a day in advance. It was also enjoyable that the school for small children provided gentle support.

強風のためスポットが変更になることを、前日にご連絡いただき、ありがたかったです。
小さい子ども学校も優しくフォローいただき楽しかったです。

I was able to go to Barasu Island, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, and I was deeply moved! Initially, the plan was to land by boat, but I received a call the day before saying that due to the tides, we couldn't land by boat and had to choose between snorkeling to get there or giving up on Barasu Island and going to Yufu Island instead (there was originally a note about the possibility of changing the tour).

Since I have children and had never been to a place where I couldn't touch the bottom, I was anxious about snorkeling, but our guide, Toshi, kindly explained everything over the phone, which I really appreciated. In the end, I was glad I chose snorkeling. I got to see a lot of fish in the beautiful sea, and I was able to go to Barasu Island as well.

The mangrove canoeing was also fun, as we could all ride together as a family of five, and it felt like an adventure. I would like to join Toshi's tour again next time!

ずっと行きたかったバラス島に行くことができ、感動しました！
当初は船で上陸するプランでしたが、前日に電話があり潮の関係で船では上陸できず途中からシュノーケリングで向かうか、バラス島は諦めて由布島に行くか選んでくださいとのことでした（ツアー変更の可能性については元々記載がありました）
子供もおり、足がつかない所に行ったことがなかった為シュノーケリングに不安がありましたがガイドのトッシーが電話で丁寧に説明してくださりありがたかったです。結果、シュノーケリングを選んで良かったです。綺麗な海で魚をたくさん見られたし、バラス島にも行くことができました。
マングローブカヌーも、夫婦と子供３人乗りができ、冒険のようで楽しかったです。
次また行く際にもトッシーのツアーで参加したいと思います！

I previously went snorkeling in Onna Village and didn't enjoy it much, but this time there were plenty of fish, and I was able to snorkel freely and have fun! There were so many fish that I felt a bit of ocean phobia, but I think I overcame it! For those who are unsure about swimming, you can hold onto the float that the guide has, so I think you'll be able to enjoy it! You can also take a lot of photos while doing SUP, so I believe you'll be satisfied! With the free time, you can go quite far and relax, so I highly recommend it!

以前恩納村でシュノーケリングしてあまりハマらなかったのですが、今回は魚がいっぱいいて比較的自由に楽しくシュノーケリングさせて頂きました！魚がたくさんいて楽しかったので若干海洋恐怖症でしたが克服できた気がします！泳ぎが不安な方はガイドの方が持ってる浮き輪に掴まって泳げるので楽しめると思います！SUPも写真をたくさん撮って貰えるので満足できると思います！自由な時間で結構遠くまで行けたりのんびりできるのでオススメです！

It was better than I expected. The ferry from Ishigaki Island was not fully booked, so I could sit comfortably. The mangrove boat tour, water buffalo cart, and the shuttle bus in between were all accompanied by guides who provided interesting commentary, making the journey enjoyable. The water buffalo cart, in particular, travels between Yubu Island, enhancing the experience with a lot of local charm. The lunch was also satisfactory in both quantity and quality.

予想より良かったです。
石垣島からの行き帰りの船は満席にならずゆったり座れる。
マングローブ遊覧船、水牛車、その間の移動バスなど各々の添乗員さんがしっかりお話ししてくれるので道中飽きない。
特に水牛車は三線を引き立つ由布島を往来するので情緒たっぷり。
お昼ご飯もそれなりな量と質で満足。

We requested an 8-hour tour from Naha City to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, and then to the Okinawa Arena for a concert. Choosing a sightseeing taxi was the right decision for us since we couldn't drive. Although we had given up on the optional tour to the Churaumi Aquarium due to time constraints because of the concert, we not only got to visit the aquarium but also stopped at a beautiful viewpoint of Kouri Island. Additionally, we were taken to a lovely traditional house restaurant for lunch, and we were very satisfied with the sightseeing taxi experience.

那覇市内から美ら海水族館、古宇利島をめぐり、コンサートのため沖縄アリーナまで、8時間でおねがいしました。
コンサート前の観光で、運転のできない私達には、観光タクシーを選択したのは、大正解でした。
コンサートがあるので、美ら海水族館へのオプショナルツアーは時間的厳しく諦めていたのですか、美ら海水族館に行けただけでなく、古宇利島が綺麗に見えるスポットに立ち寄っていただき、また、お昼も素敵な古民家のお店を探していただき、観光タクシー大満足でした。

The guide was very kind and gentle with the children, and we were able to see sea turtles.

The public parking lot is full by 8:30 AM, so it's better to arrive early.

ガイドさんがとても親切で子供に優しくて、海亀にも会えました。

公共駐車場が0830には満席なので、早いほうがいいです。

I participated in a morning mangrove canoe activity. We were transported by bus from the port to the mangroves, and the explanations were thorough and easy to understand, allowing us to fully enjoy the activity! There were multiple groups participating, but three instructors were present, ensuring we had plenty of fun. Instructor Rui taught us a lot about canoeing, the mangroves, and Iriomote Island itself, making it easy for beginners to enjoy the natural beauty of Iriomote without feeling nervous. I would love to come back! Thank you very much!

午前中のみのマングローブカヌーアクティビティに参加しました。港からマングローブまではバスで送っていただき、説明も丁寧でわかりやすくアクティビティの時間を満喫できました！複数グループ参加者がいましたが3名のインストラクターさんがついてくださり、十分に楽しめます。インストラクターのるいさんがカヌーの漕ぎ方からマングローブ、西表島自体のことをたくさん教えてくださり初心者でも緊張することなく西表の自然を味わえるのでまた来たいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

Aside from the aquarium, it felt a bit rushed, but I was very satisfied as we were able to efficiently visit many spots. The sea visible from the window during the journey was also beautiful. It was nice that there was a restroom break on the way to the aquarium.

水族館以外は割と駆け足な印象ではありましたが、効率よく多くのスポットを回れたので大満足です。移動途中の窓から見える海もきれいでした。行きの水族館までの道中ではトイレ休憩があったのも良かったです。

I visited the three islands for the first time and was able to relax in a truly unique space! The mangrove tour, water buffalo experience, and cycling around Taketomi Island for free exploration were all refreshing, and I'm glad I signed up for them! I definitely want to go again!

初めて3島に行き、とっても異空間でのんびりと過ごすことができました！
マングローブ遊覧、水牛体験、竹富島でのサイクリングで自由散策どれも新鮮で申し込んでよかったです！

I participated as a means of transportation since I didn't drive. There was a Soki soba restaurant I wanted to visit near Churaumi and the Fukugi trees, so I went to eat right after entering Churaumi and then enjoyed the aquarium. However, the grounds were quite large, so I did a lot of walking! Because of the heat, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to walk through the Fukugi trees as much on my route.

車運転をしなかったので移動手段として参加しました。美ら海やフクギ並木の近くに行きたいソーキそば屋さんがあったため、美ら海入ってすぐ食べに行ってから水族館を楽しみました。ただ敷地内が広いためとても歩きました！フクギは暑いせいもあって、あまり並木を通らずに終わるルートで少し残念でした。。

I signed up for a course to visit Kariyushi Beach and American Village.

The kids enjoyed the glass-bottom boat and feeding the fish. Since I usually only use a car for transportation, I got quite tired walking around Churaumi Aquarium. The Fukugi tree-lined path was beautiful, but some people were conserving their energy by taking the bus.

At American Village, it felt like a waste if you didn't decide what to do in advance. I was eating crepes and looking at clothes, and before I knew it, time was up. I wanted to go there separately from the tour; I think we’ll want to visit on our own next time.

That's why I felt the stay was a bit short, so I gave it 4 stars.

The schedule was mostly on track. Overall, it was fun. Thank you!

子供たちもグラスボートを楽しんで魚にエサをあげてました
美ら海水族館で結構歩くので普段移動を車しか使ってない私はそこそこ疲れました
その後のフクギ並木も綺麗でしたがバスで体力温存している方もいました
最後のアメリカンビレッジはやる事を決めておかないともったいなかったです
クレープ食べて服見てたらすぐ時間になりました
ツアーとは別で行きたいくらいでした、また次回自分達で行きたいと思います

なので滞在時間が少なく感じて⭐️4にしました

時間もほぼ予定通りに進行されてました
全体的には楽しかったです

It felt like a university club atmosphere (they were trying to liven things up), but I would have preferred to enjoy nature in a more relaxed setting. Being quiet might increase the chances of encountering the Iriomote cat. I could have enjoyed the sounds of owls and other wild birds more as well. It might depend on the guide.

大学のサークルみたいなノリで(盛り上げようとしてくれたのでしょうが)、もっと落ち着いた雰囲気の中で自然鑑賞したかったです。静かにしている方が、イリオモテヤマネコなどに遭遇できる可能性もあがるのでは。フクロウなど野鳥の声ももっと楽しめたはず。ガイドの方によるのかもしれません。

Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island were all amazing to visit, and riding the water buffalo cart was fantastic. I wasn't expecting much from the lunch bento, but it was delicious, so I was satisfied. The boat does sway, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious.

西表島、由布島、竹富島と三島も行けて水牛車にも乗れてとても最高でした。昼食もお弁当であまり期待していませんでしたが美味しかったので満足です。船は揺れるので船酔いする方は注意です。

I saw rare subtropical creatures like coconut crabs. That night, I also had the very precious experience of witnessing a sea turtle laying eggs. The sight of the mother turtle powerfully digging into the sand was moving.

ヤシガニなど亜熱帯の珍しい生物をみました。この夜はウミガメの産卵に立ち会うという、とても貴重な体験もしました。力強く砂をかき出す母ガメの姿は感動的でした。

We participated as a three-generation family! From gathering to dispersal, we were well taken care of by the excellent attendant, Kim! Thank you for your support.

There were so many participants from various countries and generations that I couldn't even tell how many languages were being spoken. It was a scene unimaginable compared to bus trips from a while ago.

The rest stops were well-planned, making it comfortable for families with children and elderly participants. There were also many gender-neutral restrooms, which made it easier for everyone to join in. We were able to efficiently visit multiple locations, and during travel time, we could take a nap and then listen to explanations or freely explore once we arrived, with plenty of time to spare.

I have visited the Churaumi Aquarium several times and know my way around, but if you want to see a show and have lunch during your stay, it does feel quite tight on time.

We went during the Obon holiday, but the evening traffic wasn't too bad, and there were regular announcements, so I felt reassured.

The ticket distribution was quite far from the entrance, and we had to gather after walking a lot, which made for a long wait in a hot area where we couldn't sit down. I wish the tickets had been distributed on the bus instead.

The bus was not too cold, the announcements were clear, and it was comfortable and easy to understand after we got off! Thank you so much for everything!!

滞在時間の間にショーを見てランチするなら
やはり結構タイトに感じます。

お盆に行きましたが、
夜の渋滞もたいしたことなく
都度都度のアナウンスが
きちんとされていたので
不安もありませんでした

チケットの配布が、かなり歩いた後、エントランスでもないところで集まって配布でしたが、
いなくなった人を探しに行ったり、暑くて座れないところで待ち時間が長かったので、バスの中で配布してほしいと思いました。

バスは寒すぎず、アナウンスもよく聞こえ、降りた後も分かりやすく快適でした！
本当にお世話になりました!!

The conditions were great on the day, and we were able to take wonderful photos. Since we didn't have any specific poses in mind, we left everything to the photographer, who was very kind and made the experience enjoyable. At the end, they also shared recommendations for spots in Miyako Island, showing kindness until the very end. Thank you for the fun memories.

It was my first time snorkeling, but I felt at ease participating in the tour thanks to the attentive service. The guide had extensive knowledge about the fish we could see in the ocean, allowing me to enjoy searching for them while swimming. The caves were also mystical and wonderful. The guide took plenty of photos and videos, so I was able to look back and enjoy them later. If I have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to participate!

初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、丁寧な対応で安心してツアーに参加できました。
海でみえる魚の知識も豊富で、自分で泳ぎながら探して楽しむことができました。
もちろん洞窟も神秘的でよかったです。
写真や動画もガイドさんが沢山撮ってくださるので、あとで見返して楽しむこともできました。
また石垣島に遊びに行く機会があれば是非参加したいです！

I made a reservation because I wanted to capture the memories of my proposal in photos. The shooting started at 10 PM at Musunun Beach on Kume Island. There were few people around, and with no lights nearby, I was moved by the breathtaking starry sky when I arrived and looked up.

With a sky full of stars, the Milky Way, and shooting stars, we smoothly incorporated the poses we wanted while also receiving wonderful pose suggestions. The atmosphere was enhanced with encouragement and background music, making the shoot enjoyable.

I’m really looking forward to receiving the photos in about a week. Afro was very personable and shared great recommendations for spots in Miyako Island, which was helpful for sightseeing! I'm really glad I asked for photos since I couldn't capture them beautifully with my iPhone, and I would love to request again when I travel to Miyako Island!

プロポーズの思い出を写真に残したくて予約しました。
22時に来間島のムスヌン浜で撮影開始でした。
人も少なく周りに灯りがないため、到着して空を見上げたときの圧巻の星空に感動しました。
満天の星と天の川、流れ星の流れる中、こちらのやりたいポーズを取り入れながら、素敵なポーズを提案して頂き、声掛けやBGMで気分を盛り上げながらのスムーズな撮影でした。
写真が届くまで1週間ほどとのことでとても楽しみです。
アフロさんの人柄が良く、宮古島のおすすめスポットを教えて頂き、観光に役立ちました！

From canoeing in the mangroves, trekking to Pinai Sara Falls, to snorkeling, our guide was fun, kind, and attentive. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy Iriomote Island. The photos taken throughout the tour were beautifully captured, and I was truly impressed. The underwater photos were a first-time experience for me, and I can't wait to brag to my friends about how stunning they turned out. If I have the chance to visit Iriomote Island again, I would love to participate once more. Thank you for the wonderful time!

マングローブでのカヌー、トレッキングとピナイサーラの滝、シュノーケリングに至るまで、ガイドさんに、楽しく優しく丁寧に対応いただきました。

It was my first experience with SAP, but thanks to the guide's lecture, I was able to get on right away!
I also had a chance to snorkel in the crystal-clear sea and see various fish up close, which was an extraordinary experience!
It took quite a bit of physical effort, but I had so much fun during the tour that I forgot all about my fatigue!

SAP初体験だったのですが、ガイドさんのレクチャーのおかげですぐに乗れるようになりました！
シュノーケリングも透き通った海を泳げたり、色々な魚を間近でみれたりと非日常を体験できました！
かなり体力は使ったのですが、ツアー中は疲れを忘れるほど楽しかったです！

Although the reservation date was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, we were able to postpone it to the next day. I was so happy to see countless stars like I’ve never experienced in my life before, and to have that moment captured in photos. Afro was great to work with, suggesting poses and making it easy to take pictures without feeling nervous. My boyfriend also said it was the most fun he’s had since coming to Miyako Island. After the shoot, I received a tutorial on how to take photos of the starry sky with my iPhone, which allowed me to capture some great shots myself. I’m looking forward to the finished photos! When I come back to Miyako Island, I will definitely participate again!

予約日はあいにくの天気で中止となってしまいましたが、翌日に延期する事ができました。
今までの人生で経験したことの無いほどの、無数の星が見れて、その瞬間を写真に収めてもらえた事がとても嬉しかったです。

彼氏も宮古島に来て1番楽しかったと言っていました。

I participated with my husband and three sons. Since it was sunny during the day, I didn't expect a call at night...

About 40 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call saying that it was unexpectedly cloudy and that we might not be able to take photos, and that the previous group's shoot wasn't finished yet. 😦

I was really looking forward to it, so I couldn't give up without seeing it with my own eyes. We decided to go to the meeting place, not knowing what would happen, and they kindly said it was okay to come.

Then, when we arrived and looked up at the sky, we were greeted with a stunning starry sky! 🌌 When we got there, the previous group's shoot had just finished, so we quickly got ready to take photos, and we ended up getting some truly wonderful pictures! The staff were really nice and suggested many poses, allowing us to relax during the shoot. After the shoot, we had a great conversation, and they shared many recommendations for Miyako Island!

I think everyone should experience this at least once! It truly became the best memory! Thank you very much.

旦那と息子3人で参加させてもらいました。当日の昼間晴れていたので、夜に電話が来るとも思わず。。。
予定時間の40分程前にホテルを出ようとした時に電話があり、まさかの曇っていて写真が撮れないかもしれないと、前の方の撮影もまだ終わってないと😦
本当に楽しみにしてたので、自分の目で見てからじゃないと諦めきれず、集合場所へ行くだけ行ってみようとなり、どうなるか分からないけどいいですよと言って下さったので行きました。
そしたらなんと！着いて空を見上げたら満点の星空が広がっていました🌌着いた時、丁度前の方の撮影も終わった所だったので、急いで撮りましょうとなり、本当に素敵な写真を撮ってもらえました！スタッフの方も本当に良い方でポーズなど沢山提案して頂けて、リラックスして撮影する事が出来ました！撮影が終わった後も話が弾み宮古島のオススメなど沢山教えて頂きました！
みんなに一回は経験して欲しいです！
本当に最高の思い出になりました！ありがとうございました。

The starry sky was surprisingly beautiful. I was moved to see the Milky Way for the first time. Even on Miyako Island, I couldn't see it as well from places like hotels, but at the golf course, the sky was filled with stars. The photos turned out even more beautiful than I expected, and they became wonderful memories!

同じ宮古島でも、ホテルなどあるところからは、そんなに見れなかったのに、ゴルフ場では、満天の星空でした。
写真も思った以上に綺麗に撮れてて、思い出になりました！

While heading to Iriomote Island, I was sitting in a seat on the ocean side at the back of the boat, enjoying the view of the sea, when a sudden wave soaked me completely. However, I was healed by the beautiful sea, the pleasant breeze, and the surrounding islands.

Once we arrived at Iriomote Island, we quickly used the restroom, and the mangrove tour began. The boatman was very skilled at storytelling, making it a lot of fun. I've heard that the atmosphere changes between high and low tide, so I definitely want to see it at a different time.

After the mangrove tour, we headed to the water buffalo cart boarding area near Yubu Island by tourist bus, and the bus driver's stories were also entertaining. During the journey to Yubu Island, the water buffalo cart driver shared trivia and played the sanshin, making it quite varied. The water buffalo walked through the water without a care, even when the tide was high. The water buffalo resting on the island were also very cute. There seemed to be quite a bit of time for exploration, which passed quickly as we took photos with the water buffalo and looked at souvenirs. Next time I come, I plan to decide on the points to stop at in advance to make the most of my time.

On the day we visited, a tsunami warning was issued, and after leaving Yubu Island, we ended up going to the island's evacuation center, which turned out to be a valuable experience (if things had gone as planned, we wouldn't have stopped at the exchange center, and it was fun with the atmosphere reminiscent of an old-fashioned nature house for boys). The subsequent trip to Taketomi Island was canceled, and we returned to Ishigaki Port, but the staff's response was quick and very reassuring. Despite the natural disaster, we received a partial refund the next day, and I think the service was just as excellent as the tour itself. I would love to use this service again next time!

# As a side note, it seems that while writing this experience, if a long time passes, it results in a submission error and everything disappears (the above is my feedback written again). I recommend that anyone writing their experiences copy it to a notepad or something first before posting.

西表島に向かう際、客室の外(船の後方)、海側の座席で海を眺めていたら急な波でびしょぬれになってしまいました。しかし綺麗な海や心地よい風そして周りの島々に癒されました。

西表島に着いたらトイレを済ませてすぐにマングローブ遊覧がはじまります。船頭さんの話がうまくてとても楽しめます。満潮と干潮で雰囲気も異なるそうなので、別のタイミングでもぜひ見てみたいところです。

マングローブ遊覧が終わると油布島近くの水牛車乗り場まで観光バスで向かいますが、バスの運転手さんの話がこれまた面白いです。油布島までの道中は、水牛車のお兄さんによって雑学を披露してくれたり、三線を弾いてくれたり様々です。水牛たちは潮が満ちていても何のそのでじゃぶじゃぶ歩いてくれます。島で休んでいる水牛たちもとてもキュートでした。散策時間が結構あるようですぐに過ぎてしまうので(水牛と写真を撮ったりお土産をみたりで)、次回来るときは立ち寄るポイントをあらかじめ決めておいて効率よくまわろうと思います。

私たちが訪れた日、ちょうど津波注意報が発表され、油布島を出たあと島の避難所に行くことになってしまったのですがそれはそれで貴重な経験でした(予定通りだと交流センターに立ち寄ることはありませんし、昔ながらの少年自然の家のような雰囲気で楽しかったです)。
その後の竹富島は中止になって石垣港へ戻ることになりましたが、スタッフの方々の対応も素早くとても安心できました。
自然災害にもかかわらず、翌日一部返金のお知らせをいただきツアーの内容と同じくらいサービスも最高だと思います。
次回もまた利用させていただきたいです！！

Our family of six were beginners, but thanks to the careful guidance from staff member Hikaru, we were able to see various marine life such as sea turtles, Nemo, and pufferfish. They took into consideration the children and made sure to choose the best times and locations for us, so we felt safe and comfortable.

10-year-old girl: I never thought I would see multiple sea turtles!
7-year-old boy: I was nervous at first because I couldn't even put my face in the water, but Hikaru stayed with me and taught me, so I was able to see the sea turtles and had a lot of fun.

家族6名初心者でしたがスタッフ光さんの丁寧なレクチャーのおかげでウミガメやニモやフグなどいろいろ見ることが出来ました。
子供にも配慮しつつ、なるべくベストな条件
になるように時間や場所(ポイント)を決めていただいたので安心して過ごせました。
10歳女の子:まさかウミガメが複数見れるとは思わなかったです。
7歳男の子:水に顔をつけることも出来なかったので最初は不安だったけど光さんがずっと付いて教えてくれたからウミガメを見れて楽しかった。

I mistakenly registered the wrong schedule this time, but they were flexible in changing it to a time when I could meet the sea turtles. As a result, I was able to see the sea turtles up close and had the best experience swimming with them. Nemo was also very cute!

The guide, Hikaru, who assisted us this time, was always polite and treated the children kindly, which was very nice. Unlike many guides who prioritize their own pace with a youthful vibe, Hikaru prioritized the participants' pace and interacted gently from the children's perspective, which left a strong impression on me! I highly recommend Hikaru's guidance for families participating in this activity.

今回、間違えてスケジュールを登録してしまったのですが、ウミガメに会える時間帯への柔軟なスケジュール変更も対応してくれました。
結果としてウミガメを間近に見ることができ、一緒に泳ぐ最高の体験ができました。
ニモもとっても可愛かったです！

今回案内してくださったガイドのヒカルさんが、終始丁寧な対応をしてくださり、子供達にも優しく接してくれてとても良かったです。
若者ノリの自身のペースを優先するガイドさんが多い中、参加者のペースを優先してくださり、子供目線で優しく接してくれるこちらのガイドのヒカルさんは、とても印象に残りました！！
家族で参加される方はヒカルさんのガイド、とてもおすすめです！
