I was able to enjoy the trip on a large boat without getting seasick. The schedule included about an hour of searching for whales on the way there, an observation time of about an hour, and I think the return trip took around 40 minutes at the fastest. We went out to the front deck to observe the whales.

大きな船で船酔いもせずに楽しく見て帰ってこれました。
スケジュールも行きがクジラを探しながら１時間程度で、観察も１時間程度、帰りは早くて４０分程度だったように思います。
前方デッキに出て、クジラを観察します。

Our guide was "Macchan," who was very knowledgeable about plants. We were able to hear many interesting stories about plants, which made for an enjoyable experience.

On the other hand, I felt that there was a slight disconnect from the purpose of observing creatures that are unique to the night. There was no explanation about the animals highlighted in the tour, such as the coconut crab, and we didn't get to hear much in-depth information about animals or insects.

Since we are dealing with nature, I don't have any complaints about not encountering certain creatures. I also understand that different guides have different areas of expertise, which can lead to hearing unexpected stories, and I don't deny that. However, since the tour takes place at night, I think it would have been more satisfying if there had been explanations about why we are searching at night and what kinds of animals we can encounter specifically because it is nighttime.

Overall, I believe that participating in the tour and being able to enter the jungle at night was valuable, but the content was plant-focused, and it was hard to understand the "benefits of participating specifically because it is night."

植物に詳しい方で、植物に関する興味深い話をたくさん聞くことができ、楽しい体験ができました。

一方で、夜ならではの生き物観察という趣旨なのだと思いますが、それとは少し乖離があるのかなと思いました。
ヤシガニなど、ツアーの目玉として紹介されている動物についての解説はなく、動物や昆虫に関してはあまり踏み込んだ話が聞けませんでした。

自然相手なので会えなかったことに不満があるわけではありません。
またガイドさんによって、得意分野の違いがあること自体は、想像もしていない話を聞けることになりそれを否定しているわけではありません。
しかし、ツアーが夜に行われるのであるならば、なぜ夜に探すのか、夜だからこそどういう動物に会えるのか、といった説明があれば納得感や満足度はもっと高くなったと思います。

全体として、ツアー参加したことで夜のジャングルに入れたことは価値があったと思いますが、内容は植物中心で、「夜だからこそ参加するメリット」が分かりにくかったという感想です。

It had been a long time since I went snorkeling, but I received very thorough instructions. I thought snorkeling would involve going by boat to a beautiful spot, but as expected in Miyako Island, I was able to see incredibly beautiful waters even while swimming out from the shore. I was able to take many photos of the stunning sea, which became wonderful memories. I also got a lot of pictures of myself and the marine life. I was worried it might be cold in January, but experiencing the clarity of the water from within was a fantastic experience, and I'm glad I did it. It was chilly before and after entering the water, but they provided warm water for us. I was also grateful that they shared the photos the next day. Luckily, I encountered a sea turtle and got some great pictures, which made me very satisfied. I would definitely like to request this again when I visit Miyako Island.

シュノーケリングはとても久しぶりでしたが、とても丁寧にレクチャーしていただきました。
シュノーケリングって船で綺麗なところまで行くのかなと思っていましたが、さすがの宮古島で沖から泳いでいってもとっても綺麗な海を見ることができました。
その綺麗な海の写真もたくさん撮ってもらえてとてもいい思い出になりました。
自分が写っているものや海の生物だけの写真もたくさん撮ってもらえました。
一月は寒いかなと思ってましたが、この海の透明度を海の中から見れるのはとてもいい体験で、やって良かったなと思います。
海に入る前後は寒いですが、暖かいお湯を用意してくださってます。
次の日には写真を共有していただけたのもありがたかったです。
運良く、ウミガメにも遭遇できて写真を撮ってもらえて大満足です。
また宮古島を訪れる際はお願いしたいと思います。

It was a windy day, but I spent a relaxing time. The island crossing on the water buffalo cart was fantastic. I also enjoyed lunch very much.

風は強い日でしたが、のんびりとした時間を過ごしました。水牛車での島渡は最高でした。ランチもとても惜しくいただきました。

I participated alone. Originally, I had a one-day plan booked, but I was informed that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to high waves, so I canceled the snorkeling part and only joined the morning mangrove tour.

There were a total of five participants, including families and another solo participant, with one guide. I had only done canoeing once nearly ten years ago, but I was able to paddle without any issues. The guide, Makocchan, was very friendly and shared a lot of information about the surrounding nature, and he took many photos for us, which made it a really enjoyable experience.

1人で参加しました。元々1日プランの予約でしたが、波が高い影響で青の洞窟は行けないと連絡をいただいたため、シュノーケリングのパートはキャンセルして、午前のマングローブツアーのみの参加としました。
家族連れと別のソロ参加の方を合わせて参加者合計5人に対し、ガイドさん1人でした。カヌーは10年近く前に一度やったきりでしたが、問題なく漕げました。ガイドのまこっちゃんがとても気さくで、色々周囲の自然についてお話ししてくださったり、たくさん写真を撮ってくださったりして、とても楽しかったです。

It was an opportunity to learn about the local history as if from a community elder. Thanks to the knowledgeable driver, my interest in Okinawa has grown even more.

まるで地域の長老から地元の歴史を学ぶかのような機会でした。博識な運転手さんのおかげで沖縄への関心が益々高まりました。

It was difficult to get to Asmui on my own, so I joined a tour with Beltora. It was very comfortable, and I was completely surprised by Cape Henoko, which was even more impressive than Asmui. I realized again that one of the great things about tours is that they take you to places you wouldn't choose yourself. I want to participate in the same tour again. It was that good!

アスムイに　自力で行くのは難しいので、
ベルトラさんのツアーに参加しました。
とても快適だったし、全く期待していなかった辺戸岬が素晴らしく　アスムイよりも感動しました。
自分のチョイスでない場所に　連れて行ってくれるところも、ツアーの良さだなぁと改めて思いました。
また同じツアーに参加したいと思ってます。

Since the person I went with was visiting Okinawa for the first time, we booked this course. We were able to visit various tourist spots in Okinawa, and at the Churaumi Aquarium, we coincidentally got to see the feeding of the whale shark, which was just starting, and we were able to see it swimming vertically. There was no traffic, and we arrived at the steak restaurant an hour early. Although the restaurant was full, they arranged for us to be taken by taxi to their main store. I had no expectations at all, but not only was the performance of cooking in front of us impressive, but the meat was tender and everything was delicious. We had other plans while in Okinawa, but it was a day filled with sightseeing. I would love to participate again.

一緒に行った方が沖縄が初めての方だったので、こちらのコースを予約しました。沖縄の観光地を回って時間も適度にとって頂き、なかでも美ら海水族館で偶然ですが、じんべいざめの餌やりが丁度に始まり縦になった姿を見れました。渋滞もなく夕飯のステーキ屋さんに一時間早く着いてしまいお店は満員でしたが、そちらのお店の本店にタクシーで送って頂きました。全く期待してなかったので、目の前で焼いて下さるパフォーマンスもさることながら、お肉が柔らかくすべて美味しく頂きました。私達は他に用事があって沖縄に来たのですが、観光を満喫した１日でした。また参加したいです。

It was great to be able to visit the tourist spots in Okinawa at just the right time! The weather deteriorated partway through, but it turned out to be a fun day. ^_^

All the tourist spots were great. I was able to efficiently visit places that would normally take more than a day to see if I were to go by regular bus.

どの観光スポットも良かったです。
個人で通常のバスで行こうとすると、１日では観光できない場所に、効率よく行けました。

The day before, I visited Taketomi and explored the island on foot, but transportation is definitely essential. Considering the possibility of rain, I recommend opting for a bus tour.

前日に竹富に行き徒歩で島内散策をしましたがやはり乗り物での移動は必須です
雨の可能性も考慮してツアーでのオプションはバスをおすすめします

The weather was great and perfect. The guides were professionals, so their explanations were excellent, and they added some funny stories here and there, which was nice. The highlights of Iriomote Island depend on luck, as you might see some rare animals. The water buffalo cart ride was truly a great experience. Yubu Island felt a bit lacking, though. The streets of Taketomi Island felt like a different world. This tour was really good.

天気も良く最高でした。
ガイドの方々もプロなので解説が上手いし所々笑い話挟んでくれて良かったです。
西表島の見所は運次第で珍しい動物が見れるかと。
水牛車は本当に良い経験でした。
由布島はなんか物足りない感じかな。
竹富島の街並みは違う世界って感じでした。このツアーかなり良かった。

The water buffalo was great! Unfortunately, I couldn't explore Yufushima due to the rain and wind (^◇^;)

I was relieved when the rain stopped for the mangrove boat tour. It was wonderful to see a woman steering the boat while providing explanations!

Since it was my first solo trip to Ishigaki Island, I joined this tour to learn more about the island. They took me to all the places I wanted to visit. The guide provided detailed and careful explanations about the island, including its culture, which helped me understand it well.

I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get to know Ishigaki Island as a whole.

行きたいところを全部回ってもらえました。
またガイドさんの説明が細かく丁寧に島のお話をしてくださって、文化などを含めてよくわかりました。

It was very good because we could efficiently get around in one day. There were many seniors, and there was good consideration for things like restroom guidance. I think it's a tour that people of all ages can enjoy, so I recommend it.

1日で効率よく回れるのでとても良かったです。シニアの方も多く、お手洗い案内などよく配慮がされていました。あらゆる年齢層で楽しめるツアーだと思うのでおすすめです。

I participated in a half-day mangrove tour on January 6, 2026. Due to changes in the weather, my wife and I were unsure until the day before, but when I consulted with them, I was relieved to hear that it was fine to decide by 6 PM the day before.

They also contacted me to confirm the schedule for the day, and despite it being my first tour in Iriomote Island, I felt very secure and enjoyed it a lot. I would like to rely on them again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

2026年1月6日に半日マングローブツアーに参加しました。天気の変化もあり前日まで妻と迷っていましたが思い切って相談してみたところ前日18時までの判断で大丈夫だと言われ安心しました。
当日のスケジュール確認もご連絡くださり、初めての西表島ツアーにも関わらずとても安心して楽しめました。
また石垣島に行った時はまたお世話になりたいと思いました。

It was cloudy, but it was no problem at all! The guide was cheerful and explained, "This kind of light makes the blue of the cave look deeper." The blue in the photos was also magical and moving!

曇ってたけど全然問題なし！　ガイドさんが明るくて、「こういう光の方が洞窟の青が深く見えますよ」と説明してくれた。写真に写る青も幻想的で感動した！

You can efficiently visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. It was my first time in the Yaeyama Islands, and I think I was taken around efficiently. I also got to ride a water buffalo cart, and there was an explanation about the mangroves. It was more efficient than going on my own, and the explanations were easy to understand.

西表島、由布島、竹富島と効率よく回れます。初めての八重山諸島でしたが、効率よく連れていってくれたと思います。水牛車にも乗れて、マングローブの解説もあり、自分で回るよりも効率よく、説明も分かりやすかったです。

Recently, I started working for a taxi company, so I wanted to ask for recommendations for delicious Okinawa soba places in the area, but it seems they didn't know any, which was disappointing. The weather was clear, and the sea was absolutely wonderful; Ishigaki Island was the best! ♪

最近タクシー会社で働くことになった為か、地元で行く美味しい沖縄そば店とか教えてもらいたかったのですが、知らないらしく残念でした。
お天気は快晴で、海も大変素晴らしくて石垣島は最高でした♪

From morning until evening, and with the option to choose between a 4 PM or 5 PM closing time, it's truly guest-first. I thought it was expensive before making the reservation, but in the end, it was a great value for the price.

朝から夕方までしかも終了時間も16時、17時と選べるのはゲストファースト。お高いと予約前思いましたが、結局コスパ良かったです。

As expected from a large tour company, it was great that reservations and cancellations were possible even the day before, providing a high level of flexibility, which made it reassuring to book considering the weather and other factors. Additionally, I took advantage of a campaign from VELTRA that offered one person free, making it more affordable.

The communication felt quite business-like, and it seemed they were following a manual diligently. I participated in a half-day kayak tour, and the hotel pick-up was smooth. There were five participants kayaking on the calm waters of the Urauchi River.

There seemed to be many guides available, and our guide was knowledgeable, explaining the names of various plants and allowing us to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island. While I think kayaking and SUP tours in Ishigaki Island might be slightly cheaper, I believe that if you're going to do it, the more majestic nature of Iriomote Island is the better choice.

I deducted one star because, despite it being an unusually sunny day in winter on Iriomote Island with no strong winds, we were switched from the desired SUP to kayaking due to weather reasons. I could only think it was because we were the only participants for the SUP, and they wanted to consolidate us into one tour. This assumption was reinforced when I happened to meet local tour operators at an izakaya that night, who mentioned that it was a nice day and that they could have easily done the SUP.

Additionally, I was disappointed that not many personal photos were taken; there was one where someone had their eyes closed, and we only received one or two usable photos, which was very few. I hope that next time we can do the SUP.

大きなツアー会社さんだけあって前日でも予約やキャンセルが可能であり、柔軟性が高い点は、天候等を考えると安心して申し込むことができ、良かったです。
また、VELTRAからのキャンペーンで申し込むと1人無料になるので安くなるため、利用しました。
やりとりがかなりビジネスライクな感じでマニュアルに従って一生懸命されているようでした。
半日カヤックツアーに参加しましたが、ホテル送迎もスムーズでした。穏やかな流れの浦内川でのカヤックで5人参加していました。
沢山のガイドさんがいるようですが、ガイドさんの知識は豊富で植物の名前等よく説明して下さり、西表の自然を堪能できました。
石垣島でもマングローブでのカヤックやsupツアーはやや安くできると思いますが、折角なら自然がより雄大な西表島の方がいいかと思います。
星を一つ減らしたのは、風が全然強くなく、冬の西表島では珍しく晴天の日だったにもかかわらず、天候を理由に希望していたsupではなくカヤックにされてしまった事です。
sup参加者が私達だけで、一つのツアーにまとめて集約したいからなんだろうなとしか思えませんでした。というのも、この日の夜以前supツアーでお世話になった地元のツアー業者の方々に居酒屋で偶々お会いし、今日どこに行ったという話になったのですが、今日はいい天気で全然supできたよと皆さん言われていました。
また、個人写真をあまり撮って下さらず、1人が目を瞑っていたり、使える写真が1、2枚程度で非常に少なかったのでがっかりしました。
是非次回はsupができたらなと思います。

I went there in December 2025!
I was healed by the mangrove scenery of Iriomote Island, and I rode a water buffalo from Iriomote to Yufu Island, where the buffalo carried about 12 adults.
Lunch on Yufu Island was a buffet with various island dishes, and it was delicious and great.
Exploring Taketomi Island was also fun!
Since I wanted to go far, I rented a bicycle for the day and rode around.
It turned into a day full of fun and excitement that I couldn't stop!

2025年12月に行って来ました♪
西表島のマングローブの景色に癒され、水牛に乗って西表→由布島へ、水牛が大人12人くらい乗せて運んでくれました。
由布島でのお昼ご飯はバイキングで色々な島ごはんが食べれて美味しくて良かったです。
竹富島での散策も楽しかった♪
遠くまで行きたかったので当日レンタサイクルを借りて周りました。
楽しくてワクワクが止まらない1日になりました。

This was our first trip to Okinawa as a couple. A few years ago, we had to cancel our trip to Okinawa due to the COVID-19 situation, but this time we finally got our revenge!

On the first day of the year, we spent the whole day sightseeing (Nago Pineapple Park ⇒ Churaumi Aquarium ⇒ Kouri Ocean Tower), and on January 2nd, we visited places from our hotel to Naha Airport (Ryukyu Village ⇒ American Village ⇒ Former Naval Headquarters Bunker). For both days, we were taken care of by the same driver. Driver K was someone who consistently showed natural consideration, and I would definitely like to request him again for our next trip to Okinawa.

初めての夫婦沖縄旅行です。
数年前コロナ騒動で泣く泣くキャンセルした沖縄旅行、今回やっとリベンジ致しました！
①元旦の丸一日見学(名護パイナップルパーク⇒美ら海水族館⇒古宇利オーシャンタワー)と、②1/2宿泊ホテルから那覇空港到着までの見学(琉球村⇒アメリカンビレッジ⇒旧海軍司令部壕)で、2日間同じドライバーさんにお世話に成りました。ドライバーKさんは、終始自然な気配りの出来る方で、次回の沖縄旅行でも是非指名してまたお世話に成りたいと思います。

I participated after seeing reviews that mentioned how efficiently you can tour the islands. Since it was my first time visiting the remote islands, I was unsure about where to go and what to see. However, after visiting three islands this time, I think for my next trip, it might be nice to take my time and explore just one island thoroughly. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, and we experienced a downpour like a tropical rainstorm, but I managed to cope with a raincoat. I was moved by the sight of a rainbow stretching beautifully across the sea without any obstacles. On Taketomi Island, the rain finally stopped, so I explored the area by renting a bicycle.

効率的に島巡りができるとの口コミを見て参加しました。初めての離島巡りだったのでどこをどう見ようか迷ってましたが、今回3島巡ったのを参考に次回はどこか一つをじっくりでもよいかなと思いました。あいにくの天気で途中スコールのような雨も降りましたが、レインコートでしのげたし、海にかかる虹が端から端まで障害物なくきれいに見られて感動しました。竹富島では何とか雨が上がったのでレンタサイクルで散策しました。

Since my flight was in the afternoon, I participated on the last day of my trip. This time, I didn't rent a car and stayed near the remote island terminal to go on an island tour, so I was left with some regrets about not being able to see much of the island. However, thanks to this tour, I was able to efficiently visit spots like Kabira Bay and other attractions in Ishigaki. The wind was strong, and the glass-bottom boat service was canceled, but it was the only sunny day, so I was glad to see the beautiful sea and sky before heading home. The tour guide also kindly offered to take family photos at each spot, which was great for capturing memories.

15時台の飛行機だったので旅の最終日に参加しました。今回レンタカーを借りず、離島ターミナル周辺に宿泊して離島ツアーに行ったので島内はほぼ見れず心残りでしたが、こちらのツアーに参加したおかげで川平湾など石垣のスポットを効率よく回れました。風が強くグラスボードは欠航でしたが、この日だけ唯一晴れたのできれいな海と空を帰る前に見られてよかったです。添乗員さんもスポット毎に写真撮りましょうかとお声がけいただき家族の写真も残せてよかったです。

Since I don't have a driver's license, the bus tour was the best option for the northern area. The schedule was appropriate for the sightseeing spots, and it didn't feel too rushed. I felt that the lunch break could have been a bit later. It seemed like there was some trouble along the way, but it would be reassuring to be informed about what happened overall.

車の免許がないため、北のエリアにはバスツアーが最適でした。日程的には見学場所も適切でそれほど慌ただしくは感じませんでした。昼食時間はもっと遅くてもよかったかなと感じました。途中何かトラブルがあったようですが、何が起こったのかを全体に知らせてもらえると安心します。

We participated as a family of five, with a 3rd-grade boy and twin 1st-grade boys. At first, the kids said it was dark and scary, but after a while, they became engrossed in searching for various creatures like insects, fish, and coconut crabs. It was a pity that we couldn't find a coconut crab, but it seems they had a lot of fun. The weather was nice all day, so we could see the moon and stars beautifully. The stories and experiences shared by the tour guide were very interesting! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

小3男の子、小1男の子（双子）の家族5人で参加しました。
子供達も最初は暗くて怖いと言っていましたが途中からは夢中で虫、魚、ヤシガニ色々な生き物を探していました。
ヤシガニを見つけられなかったのは残念ですがとても楽しかったようです。
この日は1日中天気が良かったので月も星も綺麗に見えました。
ツアー中のお兄さんのお話や体験談とても面白かったです！
また機会があれば参加したいです。

The arrival day was cloudy and felt a bit cold. I was worried about the snorkeling reservation, but once we got out to sea, the water was warm, and since we were wearing wetsuits and shoes, it was totally fine.

They put two wetsuits on my 9-year-old child, which was great because I was worried he would get cold. Thanks to that, he didn't feel cold at all and had a lot of fun.

The guide (Makocchan) explained the swimming points and precautions clearly, and I really appreciate it. During the return transfer, he talked about recommended island cuisine, which made the whole experience enjoyable.

When we tried the recommended restaurant, it was incredibly delicious, so I’m glad I joined the tour for that reason too. I would love to participate in another tour! 😊

到着日が曇っていて少し寒く感じました。シュノーケル予約したけど、大丈夫かな？と思いましたが、沖に出ると水温暖かくウェットスーツもシューズも履いてるので全然大丈夫でした。
9歳の子供にはウェットスーツを２枚着せてくれて子供は寒くなっちゃうからとありがたかったです。
おかげで寒くなく、すごく楽しかったと。
泳ぎのポイントや注意点などわかりやすく説明してくれて、ガイドさん（まこっちゃん）に感謝です。
帰りの送迎時はおすすめの島グルメの話などしてくれて終始楽しかったです。
おすすめのお店に行ってみたらすごい美味しくて、そうゆう点でもツアーに参加して良かったです(^^)
また違うツアーにも参加したいです
