The mangrove kayaking can be quite hot since there is basically no shade. It's necessary to take precautions. However, you can enjoy a relaxing time.

マングローブカヤックですが、基本日陰は無いのでかなり暑いです。
対策必要です。
ただ、ゆったりとした時間を過ごす事が出来ます。

I experienced mangrove SUP and snorkeling during my trip to Okinawa. While paddling quietly down the mangrove river, the guide shared stories about the plants and creatures, making it not just about paddling but also a fun learning experience about nature. The atmosphere of the guides varied by location, which was another charm of the experience. During snorkeling, I was surrounded by colorful fish in the crystal-clear sea, and I even encountered a sea turtle! It was an emotional experience, feeling as if I was swimming alongside it, and it became an unforgettable time. It was the best experience to fully feel the richness of nature.

沖縄旅行でマングローブサップとシュノーケリングを体験しました。サップは静かなマングローブの川を進み、ガイドさんが植物や生き物の話をしてくれるので、ただ漕ぐだけでなく自然のことも学べてとても楽しかったです。場所ごとにガイドの雰囲気が違い、それも魅力のひとつでした。シュノーケリングでは透明度の高い海の中でカラフルな魚たちに囲まれ、なんと海亀にも出会えました！一緒に泳いでいるような感覚に感動し、忘れられない時間になりました。自然の豊かさを体全体で感じられる最高の体験でした。

At first, I was scared of the ocean, but the various pieces of advice and the attentive service made it very enjoyable. Initially, I was a bit nervous thinking that fish might bite, but with the advice and the ease of feeding them, I became comfortable entering the water! Although I couldn't see anything from above, once I went in, I was able to see the beautiful scenery! It was a lot of fun♪ Thank you for the valuable experience!!

As a 50-year-old man traveling alone, I participated on the last day of my two-night, three-day trip, utilizing the morning hours since my flight was in the evening.

When I toured the mainland, I noticed that the sea wasn't as clear as I had expected, which made me wonder. When I asked at the rental car shop, they explained that Okinawa experiences a lot of rain showers, and when rainwater rushes down from the mountains into the sea, it can get murky.

They mentioned that sometimes you just have bad timing. I was feeling disappointed and debated canceling my snorkeling plans, but I thought the Kerama Islands would be fine. When I arrived, I was surprised to see the bottom about 10 meters down from the boat! I couldn't help but exclaim, "What!?"

Once I got into the water, it was so clear that it completely changed my perspective on life; I could see endlessly, so even though it was deep, I wasn't scared at all! Instead, I was captivated by the beauty, and my heart was racing the entire time!

Even as a solo traveler, the instructor was very engaging, and I had a wonderful time! 🎵

夜にはフライトだったので午前中の時間を利用して参加しました。

本土で観光地を回った時に海が思っていた程透明感が無く、あれ？って思ってレンタカー屋さんに聞いたら、沖縄はスコールが多くて、山から一気に海に雨水が流れ込むと濁るんだそうです。

タイミング悪いとこんな日もありますよと。
ガッカリしていたので、シュノーケリングはキャンセルしようかと悩みましたが、慶良間諸島は大丈夫だろうと半信半疑で来てみたら、船の上から10メートルくらいの底が見えてる！え！？って思わず声が出ました。

海の中へ入ったらもう人生観変わるくらい透明でどこまでも見えるから深くても怖く無い！
むしろ美しさに心が鷲掴みにされて頭がずっとバクってました！

おじさん1人でもインストラクターの方が相手してくれるのでとても楽しめましたよ🎵

This is a very nice snorkeling tour in Ishigaki. The guide is so kind of leading us have a wonderful snorkelling！

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, so I decided to join a tour. I was a bit anxious about experiencing activities in places I couldn't go on my own, but the guides were kind and reliable, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind.

初めての西表島だったので、ツアーに思い切って参加しました。自分ではいけない場所で体験するアクティビティは不安かと思いましたが、ガイドの皆さん親切で頼りがいがあり、安心して楽しむことができました。

Thank you very much for the one-day boat experience diving and snorkeling in Kerama. I truly enjoyed it and had a wonderful time. I was also very happy to see a sea turtle. I had some anxiety since it had been a while since my last dive, but the staff provided thorough guidance, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind. Furthermore, the hayashi rice and shaved ice we had for lunch were exquisite! If there’s another opportunity, I would love to do it again.

慶良間での1日ボート体験ダイビング＆シュノーケリングでは大変お世話になりました。
本当に満喫できて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。そして海ガメにも逢えて、とても嬉しかったです。
久々のダイビングで不安もありましたが、スタッフの皆さんが丁寧に指導してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。
さらに、お昼にいただいたハヤシライスとかき氷は絶品でした！

It was my first snorkeling experience at Barasu Island!!

Barasu Island, formed by rising coral, was mystical. The water was crystal clear and shiny without any waves, which was amazing! I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle, which was said to have a 30% chance of being spotted, and it made me feel fantastic. Our guide, Uk-kun, was very kind, and thanks to him and the sea, I was able to enjoy my last day in Ishigaki Island, which made me very happy! Next, I definitely want to participate in the canyoning and mangrove tour with PIPI! Thank you again!

初のバラス島シュノーケルでした！！

珊瑚が盛り上がってできてるバラス島は神秘的でした。
波もなく海の中がすけすけでツルツル光って最高でした！30%の確率で観れるかもと言われてたウミガメも運良くみれて最高の気分でした。ガイドさんのうっくんもとっても優しい方で海とうっくんのおかげで石垣島ラストDAY迎えられてとても嬉しく思います！次はキャニオング・マングローブツアーもPIPIさんで是非ツアー参加したいと思いました！また宜しくお願いします！

We were divided into three groups for snorkeling. The young male instructor was very business-like. Other groups had plenty of great photos taken, but our group only got a few ordinary pictures—mostly amateur snapshots. There was no sense of kindness in his words or actions. He simply mentioned that there were turtles, but we didn't have time to see them. It's a shame that such a fun tour was marred by this. I hope improvements can be made. The sea was beautiful, and having a place to use a shower was very nice.

３つのグループに分かれてのシュノーケリング。若い男性のインストラクターでしたがビジネスライク。他のグループは映える写真がいっぱい撮ってもらっていましたが、この班はありきたり写真が数枚のみ。ほぼ素人の記念写真。言動にも親切身は感じられず。カメも「いました」と一言。見る時間もなくスルー。せっかくの楽しいツアーが残念に。改善されるといいな。
海はきれいだし、シャワーが使えるところは大変よかったです。

I participated in the mangrove experience on a leisurely canoe! The natural beauty of the mangroves, which I had never seen before, was truly stunning, and witnessing such nature that I can't see in the city made my heart race! I thought that with a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), I might be too focused on not falling to enjoy the scenery, so choosing the canoe was the right decision, haha. Of course, I think you can have plenty of fun with a SUP too!

As for snorkeling, I was incredibly lucky to encounter a sea turtle!! I was so happy! It's apparently quite rare, so I was fortunate. Although it was just for a short time (the sea turtle swam too fast), it was a very happy moment swimming alongside it.

The two experiences were led by different guides, but both were very kind and made me feel at ease to enjoy the activities! I definitely want to use this activity again!

マングローブ体験はゆったりカヌーで参加しました！初めて見るマングローブの自然はとても美しく、普段都会では見れない自然の姿を目の当たりにして、心躍りました！
supだと、落ちないように必死で景色を楽しめないかも、、と思ったのでカヌーにして正解でした笑笑もちろんsupでも十分楽しめると思います！！
シュノーケリングはまさかまさかの！！ウミガメに会えましたぁぁ！！嬉しすぎる！なかなかレアらしいので、運が良くてよかったです。
少しの時間だけでしたが(ウミガメの泳ぎが速すぎて)ウミガメと一緒におよげてとても幸せな時間でした。
2つの体験はそれぞれ別のガイドの方が担当してくださいましたが、お二方ともとても親切に案内してくださり、安心してアクティビティを楽しむことができました！！

Until now, I had only participated in full-day courses, but due to scheduling, I joined a half-day course for the first time. The points were close by, and the water clarity was excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy Okinawa's beautiful islands.

今まで1日コースでしたが、日程の関係で初めて半日コースに参加しました、ポイントも近く透明度も抜群だったので、沖縄の🏝️を堪能できました。

The weather was wonderful, and both parasailing and snorkeling were amazing experiences!

I was worried about getting seasick since I’m prone to it, but thanks to the calm sea, I hardly felt any seasickness and was able to enjoy the scenery. The wait for parasailing was long, but I had no complaints as I could enjoy the beautiful sea while waiting! Snorkeling was also fantastic; I was surprised by how many fish there were in the crystal-clear water!

It might be a good idea to use the restroom beforehand since there’s no break during the activities.

船酔いしやすいので、心配していましたが、穏やかな海だったおかげで、船酔いもほぼせず、景色を楽しむことができました。
パラーセルは待ち時間は長いものの、その間きれいな海を見ながら待機できるので、文句なしです！
シュノーケルも、こんなに魚がいるのかと驚くほど、透き通った海で、最高でした！

お手洗いに行く暇もなく、ぶっ続けなので、そこだけ先に済ませておくのがよいかもしれません。

The day before, I received a call saying that due to the tides, we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave. Instead, I was allowed to choose between stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or canoeing. I was impressed by how quickly they processed the refund for the difference on the same day.

On the day of the tour, we gathered at the parking lot at 8:30 AM. The staff member, Yamato, greeted us with a refreshing attitude. He was very kind, and his explanations were thorough and reassuring, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling without any worries. That day, we were lucky enough to encounter clownfish and a sea turtle! The staff member even took photos with us, diving multiple times to capture the moments. Thank you so much!

After snorkeling, we were scheduled for canoeing, but since SUP looked more enjoyable, we decided to switch. Despite the last-minute change, they welcomed us with a smile and said, "That's fine!" (Thank you!). The weather was great, with a light breeze, making the SUP experience absolutely delightful! My husband was also very satisfied with the change to SUP. They casually took photos for us, and I was surprised later to see how many they had sent!

It's been a while since I've joined a tour like this, but the hospitality was top-notch, and I'm very glad I chose this tour. Thank you, refreshing Yamato!

前日に、潮の関係でパンプキン鍾乳洞に行けなくなったと電話で連絡がありました。行けなくなった代わりに、サップかカヌーを選ばせてもらいました。差額分の返金もその日のうちにしてくれて、対応が早いなと思いました。
当日は朝8:30に駐車場で集合。スタッフのお兄さん(ヤマトさん)が爽やかに対応してくれました。
とても親切で、説明も丁寧でしっかりしていたので安心してシュノーケリングできました。その日は運良く、クマノミとウミガメと遭遇！一緒に写真撮影してくれたのですが、スタッフのお兄さん、何回も潜って一生懸命撮影してくれました👏🥹ありがとうございます！
その後はカヌーの予定だったのですが、サップのが気持ちよさそうだったのでサップに。急遽変更にも関わらず、嫌な顔1つナシで「いいですよ〜︎^_^」と快く対応してくれました(ありがとうございます！)
サップは天気も良くて風も少しあって、最高に気持ちよかったです！旦那もサップに変更して良かったねと大満足でした︎。さりげなく写真も撮ってくれて、後から写真送っていただいてこんなに撮ってくれてたんだ！と驚きました笑
こういったツアーは久しぶりですが、ホスピタリティ高くて、こちらのツアーを選んで良かったと大満足です。爽やかお兄さん(ヤマトさん)ありがとうございました！

It was a wonderful stand-up paddleboarding experience at Kawahira Bay with great weather! The blue sea and white sandy beach will be a lifelong memory. The guide provided thorough instructions, so I had no worries. I would love to participate again!

It seems that it is difficult to encounter suitable weather at Sapphire Cave, so we quickly changed to snorkeling to meet the sea turtle, Nimo. Our guide, Kazuki, was very efficient in leading us, and beyond just enjoying the experience, I felt a sense of professionalism from his work perspective. I was surprised to learn how young he is. It was an opportunity to realize that trust is paramount when it comes to the sea. Thank you, Kazuki, for your smiling face!

サファイアケーブは適する天候に出会うのが難しいようで海亀ニモに出会うシュノーケリングに急きょ変更に頂きました
ガイドのカズキ君がテキパキと誘導してくれて体験も楽しかった以上に仕事目線で見てしまってプロフェッショナルを感じました。とっても若いので歳を聞いてびっくり

The reservation for the morning departure was changed to 2 PM the day before. I respected the professional judgment, but on the day of the trip, the sea was rough, and even though we got off the canoe near the Pumpkin entrance, the current was strong. We only caught a glimpse of the cave entrance before retreating quickly. The staff tried to appear calm, but participants were being swept away by the tide and had to cling to each other to avoid being carried off while getting into the canoe.

I understand that there is a possibility of not completing the trip due to weather conditions, but it was clear that the sea was rough from the start, and the tides could be predicted. I felt it would have been better not to force the departure.

As for our instructor, simply saying "just follow me straight" in such rough seas was quite unhelpful. Other groups were taking many photos despite the conditions, but our instructor only took a few on land before and after departure. Since cameras were not allowed on the tour, it depended entirely on the instructor's consideration.

Overall, it felt like the safety of the customers and creating good memories were not prioritized; rather, it seemed that just departing and not issuing refunds were the main concerns.

朝発の予約が、前日になって、14時発に変更された。プロの判断なので尊重していたが、当日は海も荒れており、パンプキン入口近辺でカヌーを降りるも、潮の流れが早く、洞窟の入り口をチラ見しただけで、逃げるように退散。スタッフは平然を装っていたが、参加者は潮に流されそうになり、他を繋ぎ合って流されないように耐えながらカヌーに乗り込んだ。
当日の天候状況で完遂出来ない可能性は理解しているが、出発前から見るからに海は荒れており、潮の満ち引きは予測できるので、無理して出発しなくても良かったよでは無いかと感じた。
ここからは我々のインストラクターの事だが、荒れた海でのカヌーにおいて、「真っ直ぐついてきて下さい」だけで、かなり不親切。他のグループでは、荒れた中でも沢山写真を撮っていたが、我々のインストラクターは出発前後の陸地で数枚のみ。ツアー自体にカメラ類の持ち込みが出来ないため、インストラクターの気配り次第となる。
全体通して、客の身の安全と、良い思い出作りを優先されておらず、とにかく出発すること、返金しないことが優先されているように感じた。

I started with snorkeling and had an extraordinary experience! It was a day that overwhelmed me with the beauty of the ocean in Okinawa!!!

Next time, I would like to participate in a mangrove tour as well.

I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. Thanks to the guide Jiro's thorough instructions, I was able to stand up and paddle right away. The weather was nice, and the sea was clear, so it felt really good.

始めてsup をやりました。ガイドのじろうさんが丁寧なレクチャーをしてくださったおかげですぐに立って漕ぐように出来ました。天気も良く海が透き通っていましたので、とても気持ち良かったです。

This was my first time participating. I joined alone, but the staff were kind, and I felt at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, crystal-clear sea, the coral, and the fish, and I was very satisfied! I would like to participate again! Thank you!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and the owner for their great support. My family participated in the tour, but we struggled with the canoeing. However, the female staff member kindly supported us and took great photos from good positions. I really appreciated her consideration.

Additionally, the owner shared various stories about Iriomote Island during our car ride, for which I am thankful. When my smartphone ran out of battery and I couldn't present my ticket for the ferry to Ishigaki Island, the owner kindly followed up and checked on us.

Due to the impact of the typhoon, I received a notification the day before and instead of the Phantom Island, I experienced snorkeling at the Blue Cave. According to the guide, it was quite a lucky day, and I even got a 1,000 yen discount, so I was actually glad to have this option instead.

The guide kept the atmosphere lively on the bus, and even though most people were beginners, they regularly checked in with us, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

They also introduced various shops on the bus, which was very helpful. I want to try again next time!

台風の影響で、前日に連絡していただき、幻の島の代わりに青の洞窟のシュノーケル体験しました。ガイドさん曰くかなりの当たり日だったようで、1000円引きだったし寧ろこっちで良かったです。
ガイドさんが、バスの中でも盛り上げてくれ、ほとんどの人が初心者でしたが定期的に声をかけてくださり、安心して見ることができました。
バスの中で様々なお店を紹介していただき、大変参考になりました。
次はリベンジしたい！

I was able to see the beautiful sea in Okinawa. There were many fish swimming around, and it felt like being in another world. The staff were also very friendly, and I enjoyed the time on the boat without getting bored. Overall, both the boat and snorkeling experience were amazing. The slide was also a lot of fun.

沖縄の綺麗な海を見ることができました。魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても異世界にいるような感じでした。スタッフさんたちもノリが良く船内も飽きずに楽しめました。とにかく船内もシュノーケリングも最高でした。スライダーもとても楽しかったです。

I was really glad to experience snorkeling for the first time in Kerama. The water was crystal clear, allowing me to see the underwater world, including coral and various fish. I even got to meet a sea turtle and witnessed its breathing up close, which was truly moving.

Additionally, during the boat rides to each snorkeling point, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Okinawa's sea and islands. I even saw goats on the cliffs of the island, which was amusing!

All three points were enjoyable, and I felt like I could have swum even more. I definitely want to experience this again.

Since I'm not a strong swimmer, I wore a life jacket. After the boat arrived at the snorkeling points, we had to swim a bit to reach the spots, so for those who are not confident in swimming, I think it's better to wear a life jacket to enjoy snorkeling safely and freely.

The snorkeling group and the diving group shared the same boat, but the snorkeling group spent time on the second floor. The second floor is more spacious, so I think you can relax there more comfortably.

The free shuttle bus gathers at a designated location for pickup, but on the way back, they dropped us off at our hotel.

初のシュノーケリングを慶良間で体験できて、本当に良かったです。
海が透き通っており、海中を見渡せ、珊瑚や色々な魚を見ることができました。
ウミガメにも会うことができ、ウミガメの息継ぎを間近で見ることができ、感動しました。

また、船での各ポイントへの移動時も沖縄の海や島々の景色を楽しむことができました。島の崖にいるヤギも見ることができました笑

３ポイントとも楽しく、泳ぎ足りないくらいでした。
ぜひ、また体験したいです。

泳ぐのが苦手なので、ライフジャケットを着ました。船がポイントについてからも、ある程度泳いでスポットに移動しますし、安心して自由にシュノーケリングを楽しむためにも、泳ぐのが苦手な方はライフジャケットを着ていた方が良いかと思います。

シュノーケリングのグループとダイビングのグループが同船しますが、シュノーケリングのグループは２階で過ごしました。２階の方が広々としているので、ゆっくり過ごすことができるかと思います。

無料送迎バスは、ピックアップ時は指定の場所に集合しますが、帰りは宿泊しているホテルまで送ってくれました。

Snorkeling was amazing! I was worried about the typhoon, but the weather was clear! The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I was so excited the whole time. I encountered a sea turtle, and its sleeping姿 was so cute! I was healed by the sight of it sleeping peacefully. The staff were kind, and I was able to enjoy it safely, making it the best memory. I definitely want to go again!

台風が心配だったけど天気は快晴！
海はめちゃくちゃキレイで、テンション上がりっぱなしでした。ウミガメに出会えたんだけど、ウミガメの寝てる姿、すごくかわいかった！ゆっくり気持ちよさそうに睡眠してる姿に癒されました。スタッフも優しくて、安全に楽しめたし、最高の思い出になった。
また絶対行きたい！

The meeting place was in front of the vending machine at Uehara Port, and I confirmed this by phone the day before, which made it easy to find on the day of the tour. I was accompanied by Yume-san, who was friendly and very cute!

Unfortunately, we couldn't land on Barasu Island due to the sea conditions, but I hope to have a chance to try again someday. The snorkeling was incredibly beautiful! I heard that after a typhoon, the visibility is even clearer, and I was lucky to experience that!

The waves were higher than usual, making it a bit challenging to swim, but Yume-san was keeping a close eye on us, which made me feel safe while swimming. It was fun to touch a large sea cucumber and see a sea snake!

After a lunch break, we went for a mangrove canoeing experience. Yume-san taught us various interesting facts, which was educational! The canoe was for two people. I was worried about whether I could paddle properly, but surprisingly, I picked it up quickly!

The scenery was fantastically beautiful, and I encountered a hermit crab of a size I had never seen before. Overall, it was a lot of fun. At the end, there was a place to take a shower as well. I had the best experience on this tour with Yume-san. Her photography skills were also outstanding, which was impressive! Thank you very much!

集合場所は上原港の自販機の前と前日にお電話確認あり、当日も分かりやすかったです。
今回ツアーは夢さんに同行させて頂きましたが気さくでとっても可愛い方でした☆
バラス島は海の状況で足をついての上陸は出来ず残念でしたがまたいつかリベンジ出来たらと思います。

波がいつもより高くて泳ぐのに少し苦労しついていくのが大変でしたが、夢さんがしっかり見てくれていて安心して泳ぐ事が出来ました。
大きなナマコを触らせてくれたりウミヘビ見れたりと楽しかったです♪
お昼休憩を挟み、午後はマングローブカヌーさ。
色々な知識を教えてくれて、勉強になりました‼︎
カヌーは2人乗り。ちゃんと漕げるか不安でしたが、意外と早く習得出来ました！
幻想的な綺麗な景色で、見た事ない大きさのヤドカリに出会えたり、とにかく楽しかったです。
終わりにシャワーも浴びれる所もありました。夢さんと一緒に同行させてもらえて最高のツアーを体験させて頂きました。

The phantom island was very beautiful and mysterious. The guides were all very polite and it was a lot of fun. It became a wonderful memory.

幻の島はとても綺麗で神秘的でした。
ガイドの方も皆さん丁寧に接してくれてとても楽しかったです。最高に思い出になりました。

Due to the cancellation at Uehara Port, I entered Iriomote Island from Ohara Port, and they explained the transportation methods over the phone in advance. Kayaking while explaining about the plants and creatures, as well as trekking through the jungle, was enjoyable.

After the tour, there was a place to change and take a shower. I was also happy that they took several photos during the tour and sent them to me right away. On the way back, instead of being dropped off at the hotel, I was taken to Hoshizuna Beach, which I was able to enjoy as well.

The guide was very kind and interacted well with my children, making my 7 and 9-year-olds feel safe and have fun. When I mentioned that our plans for the next day were canceled due to the approaching typhoon, they recommended ways to spend our time. The wild boar yukhoe I had at the restaurant they suggested for the next evening was very delicious!

Thanks to them, it was a very enjoyable trip. If I have the opportunity to come back to Iriomote Island, I would like to ask for their services again. Thank you!

上原港欠航のために大原港から西表島に入りましたが、移動方法についても事前に電話で説明してくださいました。植物や生き物についての説明をしていただきながらのカヤック、ジャングルのトレッキングも楽しかったです。
ツアー後は着替えやシャワーができる場所がありました。
ツアー中に何度か写真を撮ってくださって、すぐに送っていただけたことも嬉しかったです。
帰りはホテルではなく星砂の浜に送っていただけたので、そちらも楽しむことができました。
ガイドさんはとても優しい方で、子供にも上手に声をかけていただき、7歳と9歳の子供も安心して楽しく過ごせました。台風接近の影響で翌日の予定がなくなり困っていることを伝えると、おすすめの過ごし方を教えてくださいました。翌日の夜に教えていただいたお店で食べたイノシシのユッケはとても美味しかったです！
おかげさまでとても楽しい旅行となりました。
また西表島に来る機会があればお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！
