We had an experience in mid-September as a family of five with three children (the youngest is four years old). We made a morning reservation, and by the time we finished, it was getting hot, so it was definitely the right choice to go early. We encountered fish, birds, bats, crabs, and other animals, making it a really great experience. The staff were also very nice!

９月中旬に子供３人(１番下は４才)の5人家族で体験をしました。
朝一予約でしたが､終わる頃には暑くなってきていたので朝一で正解でした。
魚や鳥､こうもり､カニ､動物などに出会えとてもいい体験が出来ました。
スタッフも良い方でした！

Although the strong winds unfortunately led to the cancellation of the SUP, we were able to participate in the sea kayaking and pumpkin cave tour as scheduled. At the pumpkin cave, we had to climb over rocky areas with flowing water right from the entrance, which added to the sense of adventure. However, with the help of the staff, we managed to progress. The staff members were all incredibly nice! I highly recommend this activity!

風が強くSUPは残念ながら中止となってしまったものの、シーカヤック&パンプキン鍾乳洞は予定通り催行され参加できました。パンプキン鍾乳洞では入り口からいきなり水が流れる岩場を登らないといけなく探検感が満載でした。でもスタッフの方に手助け頂いてなんとか進むことが出来ました。スタッフの方々はとにかく良い人ばかりでしたよ！とてもオススメのアクティビティです！

We participated as a family of three. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful with its stunning blue color, and we were very moved. There were concerns about whether we could go due to high waves, but they made the right decision, and we were really glad we could go. During the snorkeling to the cave, we were able to see many beautiful fish. Our guide, Sen-chan, was really kind, and we felt safe and had a great time throughout. My daughter was thrilled and said she wants to do it again! I definitely want to do this again when we go to Okinawa. Thank you, Sen-chan! The staff at the shop were all very friendly as well. It became a wonderful memory.

青の洞窟はびっくりするほど綺麗な青でとても感動しました。
波が高く行けるか行けないかという事でしたが適切な判断をして下さり行く事ができ本当に良かったです。
洞窟までのスノーケルもたくさんの綺麗な魚を見る事ができました。
ガイドをして下さったセンちゃんが本当に優しくて終始安心して楽しく満喫できました。
娘もまたやりたい！！と大喜びでした。
また沖縄に行った際は必ずやりたいと思います。

I participated in the adventure tour of the Pumpkin Cave in Miyako Island! The tour guide was a fun guy named Yutty! Yutty's guidance was enjoyable, and his explanations inside the cave were easy to understand. He also kindly answered all our questions!

At the end, we jump from the pumpkin to the water surface, and it would be great if they could take pictures of that moment!

I highly recommend requesting Yutty as your guide!

ツアーガイドは、ワカチコなお兄さんことユッティーでした！
ユッティーのガイドは楽しくて、鍾乳洞内の説明もわかりやすかったです、それに質問にも優しく答えてくれました！

最後にパンプキンから水面へジャンプするのですが、その時の写真を撮ってくれると、なお良いです！

I participated in a 2-hour tour. I was torn between the half-day course (4 hours), but the snorkeling time of about 1 hour was just right! (I think it was worth the price.) They took photos for us, but unfortunately, they only captured the surface of the water and people, which was a bit disappointing. It was a beautiful coral reef in the Kerama Islands, and I wish they had taken more pictures of the corals and fish. I regret not bringing my camera since I heard there would be photos included. I didn't know they were feeding the fish. I would have liked a proper explanation about that during the initial briefing.

丁度良かったです！（値段に見合った内容だと思います）
写真を撮ってくれたのですが、水面と人しか写ってなくてちょっと残念。せっかくの慶良間諸島の珊瑚礁だったのに、もっと珊瑚とか魚を沢山撮って欲しかったです。
写真付きと聞いていたのでカメラは持参しなったのが悔やまれる。
餌付けをしていたのを、知らなかった。最初の説明でその辺りもちゃんと教えて欲しかったです。

On the day of the tour, we had beautiful sunny weather, and I participated in a canoe and limestone cave tour! 🎃

**Pros**
• You can experience things that can only be done on this tour.
• Since we move through relatively shallow areas, it's easier for those who are not comfortable in deep waters to participate.
• They took a lot of photos and sent them to me later via LINE, which was very helpful.
• Although there are jumps involved, it seemed manageable even for those who are afraid of heights.

**Cons**
• Walking up a steep slope from the parking lot might be tough for those with weak legs or backs.
• At the end, they provide a hose to wash your feet, but since there are no showers, it's better to consider staying at a nearby hotel or bringing extra towels. (Planning for the trip itinerary is necessary.)

The guide, Hinachan, was very thorough in explaining the tour, and even though it was my first time, I truly felt it was great to include this in my Miyako Island trip itinerary! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

当日は気持ちの良い晴天で、カヌーと鍾乳洞のツアーに参加をさせていただきました！🎃

【メリット】
•ツアーでしか体験できない経験ができます。
•比較的浅めのところ移動するので、水深が深い海が苦手な方が参加しやすいのか良いです。
•沢山写真を撮ってくださり、後でLINEで送ってくれるのでとても助かります。
•飛び降りますが、高い所が苦手な人でも大丈夫そうでした。

【デメリット】
•駐車場から急な坂を歩いたりするので、足腰が悪い方はきついかもしれません。
•最後に足を洗うホースを貸していただけますが、シャワーがないのため、近くのホテル宿泊を検討するか、タオル多めに持って行ったほうがいいです。(旅行工程の検討が必要)

ガイドもひなちゃんツアー説明もとても丁寧で、はじめてでしたが、今回宮古島旅行の行程にいれて本当に良かったと感じています！

I was able to encounter two sea turtles! There were also many fish swimming around, which made me very satisfied. Although I couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the typhoon, I appreciated that they chose safe spots to enjoy each day. The mangroves in the afternoon were fun because there were no other tourists, allowing us to paddle the canoe leisurely with a small group. There were many photo spots, and I was happy to take a lot of pictures in the mangroves. It turned out to be a very healing trip.

ウミガメに2匹遭遇する事ができました！ほかにも魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても満足でした。青の洞窟は台風で行けなかったものの、その日その日の安全に楽しめるスポットを選んでくれるのも良かったです。昼からのマングローブは、他の観光客がいなかったこともありますが少人数で気ままにカヌーを漕ぐことができて楽しかったです。フォトスポットも多く、マングローブで写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。とても癒される旅になりました。

I did this with my 7-year-old child. I was worried about doing it with my child, but once we tried it, it was so much fun.

Before we set off, the guide provided sufficient explanations, making it easy to operate the canoe. While listening to the detailed explanations, we were able to experience the mysterious ecosystem of the mangrove forest and various creatures, which was educational for my child as well. Canoeing through the mangrove forest was a special time for both my child and me.

The water buffalo cart entering Yubu Island felt peaceful, as if we were stepping into a painting. During the ride to the island, the guide explained the names and characteristics of the water buffalo, and we were able to greet them affectionately with my child.

On Yubu Island, we observed butterflies and saw other water buffalo. We also enjoyed special ice cream while gazing at the sea from a café. It was a perfect experience that satisfied both nature and culture.

I was able to create unforgettable memories for my child. If you're a family traveler, I highly recommend this experience. Thank you.

やってみたらとっても楽しかったです。

出発する前にガイドさんの十分な説明で簡単にカヌーの操作ができました。
そして詳しい説明を聞きながら、マングローブ林の神秘的な生態系と様々な生物に触れ、
子供にとっても勉強になりました。
マングローブの森の間をカヌーに乗って通る経験は、子供にとっても大人にとっても特別な時間でした。

由布島に入る水牛車は、まるで絵の中に入っているように平和でした。
島に移動する間、水牛の名前と特徴を説明してくれて、
子供と一緒に水牛の名前を親しく呼びながら挨拶もすることができました。

由布島のなかでは蝶を観測したり、他の水牛を見ることができました。
そしたカフェから海を眺めながら特別なアイスクリームも食べることができました。
自然と文化をすべて満足させてくれた完璧な体験でした。

子供に忘れられない思い出を与えることができました。

I had previously experienced snorkeling and diving but ended up feeling seasick. This time, I took medication after a long time and participated. When I first entered the sea, I was having fun and was completely absorbed. Gradually, I started to feel nauseous from the waves, and by the first break, I was already done. I couldn't get back in for the second time, which was disappointing. If I hadn't gotten seasick, I could have enjoyed it much more! I envy those who don't get seasick. But I'm glad I participated. I would have been even happier if I had been able to see a turtle.

On the tour in Iriomote Island, I was able to fully experience the great outdoors. First, on the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, I enjoyed the beautiful sea and island scenery while feeling the sea breeze in sync with the leisurely pace of the water buffalo. The guide shared the names and personalities of the water buffalo, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. In the afternoon, we explored the mangrove forest by canoe. As we glided over the calm water, I felt as if I was the only one in a world enveloped in greenery. The sounds of birds and the wind were soothing, making it a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life. It was the best tour where I could enjoy the grandeur and healing of nature at the same time.

西表島でのツアーでは、大自然を全身で感じることができました。まず由布島への水牛車では、のんびりとした水牛の歩みに合わせて潮風を感じながら、美しい海と島々の景色を楽しみました。ガイドさんが水牛の名前や性格を教えてくれて、とても和やかな雰囲気でした。午後はマングローブの森をカヌーで探検。静かな水面を進むと、緑に包まれた世界に自分だけがいるような感覚になりました。鳥の声や風の音が心地よく、日常を忘れる貴重な体験でした。自然の雄大さと癒しを同時に味わえる最高のツアーです。

The weather was nice on the day of the experience, and we were able to enjoy canoeing thoroughly. The river's flow was gentle, so it wasn't too tiring. The guide's explanations were enjoyable, and we were able to see species like the goby and the fiddler crab.

当日は天気も良く、カヌーを十分楽しめました。川の流れもゆるく、あまり疲れることもなく体験できました。
ガイドさんの説明も楽しく聞け、ハゼやシオマネキなども見ることができました。

My first ocean experience in Miyako Island.
The guide was a man named Naoki. Our team of eight headed to the Pumpkin Cave by canoe.

We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed beautiful scenery while canoeing, so I didn't feel too tired! Naoki took a lot of photos for us.

Since the Pumpkin Cave is a sacred place, we couldn't bring anything inside, so I left my valuables in the car and handed the keys to the guide.

Inside the cave, he provided explanations at various spots, and I learned a lot. At the end, there was a jump from the top of the pumpkin, but for those who were scared, there was an option to jump from a lower spot. Even small children were jumping in successfully, and we all applauded. 👏

In the end, the men helped carry the canoe. It was a half-day tour, but it was a lot of fun! I don't have much stamina, so it felt like a good kind of fatigue as the tour came to an end.

宮古島での初めての海体験。
ガイドは、なおきさんという男性の方でした。私たちは8名のチームでパンプキン鍾乳洞へカヌーで向かいました。

天気に恵まれてとってもいい景色を見ながらカヌーに乗れたのであまり疲れを感じませんでした！なおきさんが写真をたくさん撮影してくれました。

パンプキン鍾乳洞は神聖な場所のため
何も持ち込めないので、貴重品も車内に置いてガイドさんに鍵を預けました。

鍾乳洞の中でもいろんな場所で、解説をしてくれてたくさんの学びを得ました。
最後はパンプキンの上から飛び込みがありますが怖い方は、低いとこから飛び込む事もできました。小さな子供も飛び込みしてて成功してみんなで拍手👏

最後は男性陣がカヌーを運ぶのをお手伝いしてました。
半日でしたがとても楽しかったです！
体力がないので良い疲労感ともにツアー終了という感じでした。

Mangrove SUP was a special experience that you can't enjoy just as a tourist! Every time we moved through the quiet waterways, a different scenery appeared, making me feel like I was exploring a stage created by nature. The blend of leisurely moments and active experiences was perfectly balanced, and time flew by in no time. It's also great that we received free photos, which helped preserve the memories.

A day that stirs the adventurous spirit in nature. It was amazing to spend a peaceful time swaying in a water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, and then experience a completely different atmosphere by paddling through the mangrove forest on a SUP. As I glided between the trees, the sounds of birds and the gentle flow of water echoed around me, and I felt my heart tremble with the sensation of becoming one with nature. It's truly a luxury to enjoy both leisurely sightseeing and exciting activities!

Coach Kajita is a kind and cool person. The Pumpkin Cave is truly amazing, and the tour is super interesting—it's the best!

Our guide, Rintaro, was friendly, and we were able to explore inside the pumpkin with the other group members in a fun and lively way. The pumpkin was larger than I expected, and the inside of the cave was mystical. I'm glad I participated in this experience.

The luxury of experiencing nature and history all at once. I felt the old-fashioned atmosphere on the water buffalo cart in Yufu Island, and during my stroll in the park, I was touched by the unique air woven from tradition and nature. Later, while stand-up paddleboarding through the mangroves, it felt like gliding through a green tunnel, and I was moved by the depth of nature that I usually can't see! I truly thought it was a wonderful luxury to enjoy both culture and the great outdoors in one day.

自然と歴史を一度に味わえる贅沢さ　由布島の水牛車で昔ながらの雰囲気を感じ、園内での散策では伝統と自然が織りなす独特の空気に触れました。その後のマングローブSUPではまるで緑のトンネルを抜けるように水面を進み、普段は見ることができない自然の奥深さに感動！一日の中で文化と大自然の両方を味わえるなんて本当に贅沢だと思いました。

On the day I participated, there were about 30 people, and although there was some waiting time for preparations, there was plenty of time to enjoy, so it wasn't too bothersome.

In the morning, I went kayaking to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling to see sea turtles! The guide smoothly instructed us on how to paddle the kayak, walk through the cave, and the best spots to enjoy while snorkeling, which made it a lot of fun. The energetic guy from Osaka who guided us also recommended a great place for lunch and took plenty of photos, creating wonderful memories with my friends.

午前中はカヤックでパンプキン鍾乳洞に行き、午後はシュノーケリングでウミガメを見てきました！
カヤックの漕ぎ方や鍾乳洞の歩き方、シュノーケリングの時の鑑賞ポイントなどスムーズに案内してくれて、とても楽しかったです。
ガイドをしてくれた元気な大阪のお兄さんが昼食のおすすめの場所を教えてくれたり、写真もたくさん撮ってくれて、友人との良い思い出になりました。

The limestone cave and sea turtle tour were both valuable experiences, and I had a lot of fun on my first time. I was able to take many photos, creating lasting memories. There were some places where it felt like I could get injured if I lost my balance, but the guide provided excellent support, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind. I thought I might get tired with the morning and afternoon plans, but it wasn't a problem since we had long breaks.

A thrilling and satisfying day! The morning spent leisurely exploring Yufu Island was a great way to relax, and the switch to canoeing through the mangroves in the afternoon was fantastic! The sounds of birds and the wind while paddling felt like background music, and it truly made me feel like I was playing in nature. This plan packed both sightseeing and active experiences, resulting in a wonderfully fulfilling day!

As a senior couple, we were filled with anxiety due to our lack of exercise, but thanks to the staff and everyone in our group, we created wonderful memories.

We were able to directly experience the nature of Iriomote Island, and the staff's deep love for Iriomote Island was evident.

After the tour, due to our mistake, we couldn't receive the images via LINE and had given up, but we were so happy to receive them via SMS.

I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island, both from above and below the water. The instructors were refreshing and kind, providing a sense of security, which left a very good impression. Additionally, the free GoPro rental and the availability of barley tea on the boat, along with clean restrooms, made for a comfortable experience.

Regarding the reviews, while some tours may have systems like "discounts for high ratings" or encourage evaluations in front of staff, there was none of that here. They simply handed me a card with a QR code for a review site at the end, which I appreciated as it did not feel forced.

I believe the reason for the many high ratings is that they truly provide excellent service. It was a tour I could confidently recommend to acquaintances.

石垣島の美しい海を、海上からも海中からも存分に堪能できました。インストラクターの方々は爽やかで優しく、安心感があり、とても好印象でした。さらに、GoProの無料貸し出しや、船内の麦茶サーバーやお手洗いなど、利用者に嬉しいサービスも整っていて快適に過ごせました。

口コミに関しては、ツアーによっては「高評価を書けば割引」といった仕組みや、スタッフの前で評価をするよう促される場合もありますが、ここではそのようなことは一切ありませんでした。最後に口コミサイトのQRコードが載ったカードを渡されるだけで、評価を強要しない点もとても好感が持てました。

それでも高評価が多いのは、本当に良いサービスを提供しているからだと思います。安心して知り合いにもおすすめできるツアーでした。

The weather was nice, and the 30-minute boat ride to the island was wonderful with a refreshing breeze. There was a proper beginner's explanation for snorkeling.

At the phantom island, we were repeatedly told, "Please wash your feet and take off your sandals so we don't get sand in the boat!" The photo service was only available twice, once during the boat ride and once at the phantom island. There were no interesting anecdotes or lively discussions; it was quite subdued and straightforward. But perhaps that's not such a bad thing.

天気も良く、ボートで島に向かう(30分くらい)のは、風が気持ちよく最高でしたわ。シュノーケルの初心者説明もちきんとありました。
幻の島では、『ボート内に砂を入れたくないので、サンダルと足を洗って！』と何回も言われ…。写真撮影サービスもボート乗船中と幻の島での2回のみだったわ。面白いうんちく説明やトークはなく粛々淡々としてたの。でも、それはそれで良いんじゃないかしら。

I went on a canoe tour this time. It was my first time in a canoe, and since we were riding together, I was a bit anxious about whether we could manage it, but our guide, Uk-kun, taught us patiently, and we got used to it quickly!

Spending time surrounded by nature while looking at the mangroves was very pleasant. The course we paddled through was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the canoeing itself!

Next time I come to Iriomote Island, I want to go canoeing again, but there are so many interesting tours for SUP and trekking that it's a tough decision!

However, if I can request a guide, I would like to ask for Uk-kun!

今回カヌーツアーに行ってきました
カヌーは初めてで2人で乗るので、乗れるか不安でしたがガイドさんのうっくんに丁寧に教えてもらうとすぐに慣れました！

マングローブを見ながら自然に触れて過ごした時間はとても気持ちよかったです。
カヌーで通ったコースも快適でカヌー自体もすごく楽しめました！

次また西表島来るか時はカヌーしたいなと思いますがSUPやトレッキングも気になるツアーがたくさんで悩ましいです！

Before making the reservation, I called to ask for details, and they were very polite and kind, so I decided to book. However, on that day, there were quite a few clouds and not much sunshine... When I arrived at the location, I was a bit anxious, but there were participants from various countries, including Germany and China, which felt very international 😳. Still, the explanations were kind and thorough! When we finally started paddling, it was easier than I expected! It was fun! I was worried about getting seasick, but I was fine 😄. I even took photos with my phone and enjoyed the sunset as it came out from behind the clouds and sank down ✨. I think it was a fun tour thanks to our instructor, Mr. Kinoshita, who went around to each of the five kayaks, checking in with everyone. The experience itself was wonderful. I definitely want to participate in the snorkeling tour again next time.

Perhaps the session we participated in was special, as there were many participants, but only five of them were Japanese.

The tour guidance was mostly in English, and I felt that the support for Japanese participants was somewhat lacking. Many of the local staff from the tour company were nice people. However, some of the foreign staff could only speak a little Japanese, and due to their busyness, there were some parts that were a bit problematic. Additionally, the lack of organization was concerning.

However, I am very grateful that they managed to find sea turtles despite the poor sea conditions after the typhoon.

It was a very good tour, so I rated it three stars in hopes of future improvements. Thank you for the enjoyable tour.

体験自体は素晴らしいものでした。
ぜひまた次の機会もシュノーケリングツアーに参加したいなと思います。

私たちが参加した回が特別そうだったのか、
定員いっぱいのツアー参加者が集まったが、そのうち日本人は5名だけでした。

ツアーの案内も英語多く、日本人への対応は雑に感じました。
ツアー会社さんの現地スタッフの皆さんはいい人が多いです。しかしながら、一部の外国人スタッフさんは日本語が少ししか話せず、忙しさもあって少し困る部分もありました。
また、段取りの悪さも気になりました。

しかしながら、台風後で海のコンディションが悪い中、ウミガメをなんとか探してくださって大変感謝しております。

とてもよいツアーなので、今後の改善を期待して、⭐︎3つにさせていただきました。

I experienced snorkeling and canyoning at Baras Island. We visited two spots, including Baras Island made of coral fragments and a beautiful sea with coral. I was thrilled to encounter colorful fish and even sharks. During canyoning, I walked through a subtropical forest, climbed cliffs, and enjoyed the thrill of jumping into the river and natural water slides! It was a bit scary, but the fun outweighed it. We took a lot of photos, which were sent to us right away! Finally, we enjoyed a warm shower, making it comfortable. It was a satisfying day where I could fully experience the great outdoors.

バラス島シュノーケリングとキャニオリングを体験しました。
サンゴのかけらでできたバラス島とサンゴが綺麗な海と2スポット周ってもらえました。
色とりどりの魚やサンゴはもちろん、サメにも出会えて大興奮でした。
キャニオリングでは亜熱帯の森を歩き、崖をクライミングして川へ飛び込むスリルや天然のウォータースライダーを満喫しました！
少し怖かったですが、楽しさが勝ちました。
どちらも写真をたくさん撮ってもらえ、すぐに送っていただけました！
最後に温水シャワーも浴びられて快適。
大自然を全身で感じられる大満足の一日でした。

The mangrove kayaking can be quite hot since there is basically no shade. It's necessary to take precautions. However, you can enjoy a relaxing time.

マングローブカヤックですが、基本日陰は無いのでかなり暑いです。
対策必要です。
ただ、ゆったりとした時間を過ごす事が出来ます。
