The tour is well organized, you have enough time for each stop (maybe the last stop in Lake Akana could be longer than 2 hours, given that is during lunch time).
The japanese guide speaks too much (I don't understand japanese so I cannot judge the quality of the informations she gives to the participants), is it impossibile to have a minute of silence when on board.

Mount Usu was shrouded in thick fog, and while we took the ropeway to the summit, we couldn't see the crater or Lake Toya. At Lake Shikotsu, strong winds caused the sightseeing boat to be canceled. Although the tour is affected by the weather, there were many great sights to see, such as Showa Shinzan and the Shikotsu Lake Visitor Center. The foot bath at Lake Toya was very pleasant. On the bus, we could listen to various sightseeing explanations in four languages through headphones, which kept us entertained. I think it would be an amazing tour if the weather is good.

有珠山は霧が濃くロープウェイで頂上迄は行きましたが火口も洞爺湖も見られず。支笏湖では風が強くで水中観光船が欠航でした。天気に左右されるツアーではありますが、昭和新山や支笏湖ビジターセンターなどが観光出来て良かったものも沢山。洞爺湖では足湯が気持ちいい。バスの中では色々な観光説明が4ヶ国語でヘッドフォンで聞くことが出来るし退屈しなかった。天気が良ければ最高のツアーだと思います。

The guide was very kind and it was great. The timing at each stop was just right, and the bear ranch was a lot of fun. I also enjoyed a delicious lunch. It was a pity that we couldn't ride the boat due to bad weather, but we still had a good time even with the clouds.

ガイドさんがとても親切で良かったです。各停留場所の時間も丁度よく、熊牧場がすごく楽しかったです。昼食も美味しくいただきました。悪天候につき船に乗れなかったのが残念でしたが曇りでも楽しめました。

On August 9, 2019, I participated with my 84-year-old mother. While the bad weather was unavoidable, it was still disappointing. At the first stop, Lake Mashu, it was unfortunate that the strong winds broke our umbrella. At the final stop, Lake Akan, it was good that the bus guide and the driver cooperated to pick up a foreign guest who was late for the meeting time (they seemed to have been waiting about 200 meters ahead). I hope they can come up with creative solutions in preparation for the Rugby World Cup and the Olympics (those heading to the airport must have been anxious).

天候が悪いのは仕方ないですが、やっぱり残念です。
最初の立ち寄り地の摩周湖で、強風のため、傘も壊れるなど残念でした。
最終立ち寄り地の阿寒湖で集合時刻に間に合わなかった(200mほど先で待っていたみたい)外国の方をバスガイドさんとドライバーの方が協力して一回りしてピックアップしたのは良かったです。ラグビーワールドカップやオリンピックに向けて、工夫して対応して欲しいですね(空港に寄る人はドキドキだった)。

The hotel where I had lunch had a very nice bath. Due to the short time, I could only soak a little, but there was a stylish shampoo bar, and I wanted to try the service that lets you enjoy shampoos from various brands.

お昼をいただいたホテルのお風呂がとても素敵でした。時間が短いためつかるだけでしたがおしゃれなシャンプーバーがあり各社のシャンプーが楽しめるサービス利用してみたかったです。

Friendly staff, although the guide did not speak English. The lake is very beautiful! The kayak trip was rather short, not more than hour, with many stops for pictures (we would have liked to kayak a bit more).

The time allocation was just right. The bathroom breaks were also well-timed. The food was delicious. Mount Usu was breathtaking!

時間配分もちょうどよかったです。トイレ休憩もちょうどよかった。ごはんも美味しかった。有珠山が圧巻でした！

The morning of midsummer at Lake Shikotsu was sparkling and very beautiful. I was lucky to see the Chitose plum blossom algae as well. You do get a bit wet from the water, but I highly recommend it.

真夏の朝の支笏湖はキラキラとして、とても綺麗でした。千歳梅花藻も見ることが出来てラッキーでした。まあまあ水はかかって濡れますが、おススメです。

Requested for a English host however not available thus the company sent an Japanese speaking driver cum guide. The guide was attentive and experience less the fact that communication was difficult, luckily we were able to use translation application to understand each other. Driver took the initiative to assist with photo taking and even brought us to get Hokkaido melons!

We opt for the vellfire as there were 5 of us and the vehicle was clean and very comfy. Toll fees were not included in the package and it added up to quite a shocking figure for the day.

Journey from sapporo to the designated areas was very far, we spent half a day travelling and it was so tiring. Emailed the company for some changes in pick up timing however there wasn’t any reply from them, be very sure on the timing before booking to prevent having to change the timing.

Paid 1.2k SGD for this day trip for 5 pax, I personally find the price a little on the high side however the driver’s service was so good that we tipped him even being so pricy. Wouldn’t recommend this itinerary but would definitely recommend taking on a tour with this company!

I used this tour for a solo trip. Since I was taking a JAL flight in the evening around 8 PM, I arranged to transfer to the "Akan Airport Liner" departing at 4:50 PM. The guide was very kind and showed me to the bus center, where I was able to store my luggage. Thanks to that, I had more than an hour and a half of free time instead of the usual two hours, allowing me to have a meal, take a stroll, and enjoy a hot spring around Lake Akan. By the way, I used a coupon I received when exchanging my ticket, which allowed me to enter the hot spring at a discount. Additionally, I was very lucky to see several wild red-crowned cranes, foxes, and wild deer during the scenic bus ride.

1人旅の弾丸旅行で、このツアーを利用しました。
帰りは夜20時台のJAL便を利用するため、16：50発の「阿寒エアポートライナー」に乗り換えることにしてもらいました。ガイドさんはとても親切な方でバスセンターまで案内してくれて、荷物もバスセンターに預けてもらいました。おかげで通常プランの2時間より１時間半以上のフリータイムをもらい、阿寒湖周辺で食事したり、散策したり、温泉に入ったりすることができました。ちなみに、チケット交換の際にもらったクーポンを利用したら、温泉は安く入れます。また、今回は車窓観光で野生の丹頂鶴数羽、キツネ、野生の鹿なども見られてとてもラッキーでした。

Although Lake Mashu wasn't clear, I'm glad I could see its shape. At Lake Akan, it's possible to get off the bus to take a sightseeing boat and then return to Kushiro by regular bus.

摩周湖も晴れてはいませんが、姿を望めてよかったです。阿寒湖では遊覧船乗るために途中下車をして、定期バスで釧路まで戻る事も可能です。

The crowds are incredible. However, the flower fields, lavender fields, and blue pond are all worth seeing. The driver and guide are friendly, making the long bus tour a relaxing experience. The cheese fondue and hamburgers served for lunch are provided warm. The cut melons sold here and there are very delicious, so definitely try them.

人混みは凄いです。ですが花畑、ラベンダー畑、青い池、どれも見ごたえあり。運転手さん、ガイドさんが感じ良く長時間のバスツアーですがリラックスして過ごす事が出来ます。ランチのチーズフォンデュー、ハンバーグは温かい状態で提供されます。あちらこちらで売ってるカットメロンがとても美味しいので是非。

The taxi driver was early and already waiting when I arrived from my train from Shiretoko. Visited the Kushiro Marsh Observatory (1st place to go), Otowabashi roosting grounds (3rd), Tsuruimidai (2nd) and Tancho Observation Center (4th) feeding grounds. Roughly 20 min trip from station and back from the first/last places to visit. Overall a very good daytrip and highly recommend if you want a convenient way of getting around the main to-go viewing crane spots.

Driver provided quite a bit of information about the itinerary/birds/places via translation through mobile app. For birders, I would advise to stay as little time in the observatory and try to time your departure with the feeding times at the feeding grounds (which are done around 9:00 and 14:00, in the two feeding centers above), as the birds mostly leave elsewhere once the food runs out (the Tancho observation center seem to have a larger pack). Also, you may see cranes while you are moving around in the taxi. I did not see any cranes in the roosting grounds as I was told by the driver the birds go out to eat early in the morning, and return only after eating, around sunset.

One of the things I was looking forward to was seeing Lake Kussharo from Bihoro Pass, but it wasn't included in this tour. I didn't look closely at the itinerary, so it's my fault, but I really hope they include it even if it means raising the tour price.

美幌峠から、屈斜路湖を見るのがたのしみのひとつだったが、このツアーにはふくまれていなかった。詳しくコースを見ていなかったので、しょうがないが、ツアー代を上げてもぜひ含めて欲しい。

After seeing the tour reviews, my husband and I decided to sign up. The duration at each location was just right—not too short and not too long. For the return trip from Akan to Kushiro Airport/city, we were able to switch to a route bus according to each participant's itinerary and flight preferences, which I thought was a very thoughtful and kind plan. (It seems that there is a shuttle service for those staying in Akan.)

Regarding the wetlands, my husband and I felt that we could see them beautifully from a better angle than on the Norokko train. During our free time in Akan, we were able to relax in the hot springs at the New Akan Hotel's Sky Garden Spa while enjoying a magnificent view of nature and the lake, which was truly healing.

The guide and driver were also very pleasant, making this bus tour highly recommended!

ツアーの評価を見て、夫婦で申し込みました。
コースは、各所の滞在時間が短かすぎず長すぎずちょうどよかったですし、阿寒から釧路空港/市内までの復路は、それぞれの参加者の行程や飛行機など希望にあわせて路線バスに乗り換えることもでき、非常に親切で考え抜かれたプランだと思いました。
（阿寒宿泊者は、ホテルまでの送迎があるようです）

湿原に関しては、ノロッコ号より、よい角度から美しくみることができたというのが夫婦の感想です。また阿寒のフリータイムでは、ニュー阿寒ホテルの天空ガーデンスパで雄大な自然と湖を一望しながら温泉に入ることができ、大自然に癒されて帰ってきました。

ガイドさん、運転手さんも感じがよく、オススメのバスツアーです！

The translator spoke softly. Her english was good. Just need to speak louder when using the mic... but in any case... we were able to personally speak to her for clarification.

It was my first solo trip to Kushiro, and since I don't have a driver's license, I was looking for a good tour to explore the area. After enjoying the view of Kushiro Wetland from the car window, I was able to visit Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, Iouzan, and Sunayu, fully immersing myself in nature. ♡

I thought the time at each point might be short, but in reality, there was enough time to peek into souvenir shops and take a little break to enjoy some snacks. (^^)

I was able to tour with another solo traveler, which made for a very enjoyable experience. The guide also shared stories about the history and culture of each place, making it fun even for those traveling alone. ♡

We were able to see wild Ezo deer here and there, and everyone was really excited. (laughs) Thank you so much!

はじめての釧路ひとり旅でしたが、車の免許がないため、あちこち見てまわるのに良いツアーは無いか探していました。
釧路湿原を車窓から眺めた後、摩周湖、屈斜路湖、硫黄山、砂湯などをまわることができて、大自然を満喫できました♡
各ポイントの時間が短いかなぁと思っていましたが、実際にはお土産屋さんをのぞいたり、ちょっと休憩しておやつを食べるくらいの時間はありました(^^)

同じくひとり旅で来られていた方とご一緒にまわることができて、とても楽しいツアーとなりました。
ガイドさんも、各地の歴史や文化のお話をしてくださり、ひとりでも楽しめます♡

ところどころ、野生のエゾ鹿などを見ることができて、みんな大興奮でした（笑）

Driver (Ikuta san) is extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite not knowing much English, he will try his best to explain each individual place to me using his translation device.

Its definitely a great experience and I am looking forward to engaging his service whenever I go Furano or Otaru.

It was a tour that exceeded my expectations. The scent of lavender was soothing, and the beautiful flower fields were lovely. It was a bus tour filled with photogenic spots.

期待以上のツアーでした。ラベンダーの香りに癒され、可愛いお花畑が広がり美しかったです。フォトジェニックなスポット満載のバスツアーでした。

On the morning of the day, I took the first ANA flight from Haneda straight to Hokkaido! The weather in Hokkaido that day was really nice! This tour departed from Sapporo Station Bus Terminal at 9:30, so I was able to make it in time, and the fully booked bus set off safely!

The lunch at Highland Furano was cheese fondue and hamburger. The portion was just right, and the cheese was cut into a bread bowl, which was cute! The hand-formed hamburger was juicy and delicious! If there are two participants, you might share a table with four people, but it wasn't a problem at all. The male owner was smiling and very pleasant!

The lavender sea here was easy to navigate and the timing was just right. Shikisai no Oka was crowded, but the Moroccan tractor ride was quite bumpy and thrilling, which was fun. Those with back issues might want to be cautious (laughs).

The Blue Pond was truly beautiful and did not disappoint! It was mystical! I was amazed by the colors created by nature! I was told that this day had the strongest blue hue recently. The colors change depending on the day, which I think is part of the charm of nature.

Farm Tomita is very spacious and full of attractions! There are colorful fields, forest-colored fields, traditional lavender fields, flower fields, and fields of happiness, etc... it's just so vast (laughs).

The weather was great, and the gentle breeze was pleasant. The timing was well managed, and the manners of the participants were good, making it a very satisfying bus trip. Thank you very much.

こちらのツアーは9:30札幌駅バスターミナル出発だったので間に合うことができて、満席のバスは無事出発！
ハイランドフラノのランチはチーズフォンデュ！とハンバーグ
程よい量でパンをくりぬいたところにチーズが入ってて可愛い！
手ごねハンバーグも肉汁もたっぷりで美味しかった！2人参加だと4人席で相席になるかと思いますが、全然気になりません。オーナーさんの男性が笑顔でとても感じがよかです！
こちらのラベンダーの海は周りやすい広さで時間もちょうど良かったです。
四季彩の丘は混み合ってましたがらモロッコ号(トラクター)がなかなか揺れて迫力があり楽しかったです。腰の悪い方はちょっと控えたほうが(笑)
青い池は期待を裏切ることなくほんとにとっても綺麗！神秘的！自然の生み出す色にびっくり！
この日はここ最近で一番青みが強いですとのお話でした。日によっても違うのでそれも自然の醍醐味かと思います。
ファーム富田はとても広くて見所満載！
彩りの畑、森の彩りの畑、トラディショナルラベンダー畑、花人の畑、倖の畑、etc…とにかく広いです(笑)
とてもお天気が良くさらっとした風も気持ちよく美味しく、時間配分もよく、参加された方のマナーも良くて大満足なバス旅でした。

The tour in Biei and Furano in July is fantastic. The flower fields at Shikisai no Oka and Farm Tomita are truly a carpet of flowers. The lunch was delicious, and the Blue Pond was lovely. It seems that the lavender and other flowers will be in full bloom in about a week, but we were very fortunate with the weather.

7月の美瑛、富良野、このツアーが最高です。
四季彩の丘、ファーム冨田の花畑は、本当に花の絨毯ですね。昼食も美味しく、青の池も素敵でした。
ラベンダーなど、あと一週間後が満開のようですが、天気にも恵まれて大変良かったです。

Two days ago, the mainland was in turmoil, and news of flooding in Sendai was reported the day before. Since I had to return to Tokyo on the last day of the tour, I was anxious until the morning of the tour. On the morning of the tour, Sapporo was unfortunately rainy, and I was worried about what was ahead, but I got on the bus. Once we got on the highway and arrived at our first destination, "Rokkatei" in Furano, I was relieved to see blue skies. I got some limited-edition sweets and, hoping the weather would hold, enjoyed a delicious lunch (cheese fondue and hamburger, plus Furano wine at an additional cost). Finally, we reached our long-awaited destination, the Blue Pond... The weather was still gloomy, but I was moved by the scenery I saw for the first time. I decided that I would definitely visit again on a sunny day. I hope everyone can experience this feeling too.

2日前から本土は大荒れで、前日の仙台では浸水の被害がニュースで流れていました。当日の最終日で東京に戻らなければならなかったので、ツアー当日の朝までドキドキして迎えました。当日朝、札幌は生憎の雨模様、先が心配でしたが、バスに乗り込みました。高速に乗り、最初の目的地富良野にある「六花亭」についた時は、青空が見えており、安堵しました。限定のお菓子をゲットし、このまま天気が持ってくれることを祈りつつ、美味しい昼食（チーズフォンドゥとハンバーグ　そして富良野ワイン（別料金））本土を堪能。いよいよ念願の目的地青い池...お天気はやはり下り坂でどんよりとしていましたが、それでも初めて見る風景に感動しました。そして、また絶対にお天気の良い日に訪れる事を決めました。是非皆さんにもこの感動を経験して欲しいです。

Our day trip to Furano and Biei was wonderful from start to finish. Our driver Mr Sagisaka went beyond his duty to make sure we were well looked-after throughout our trip, and was always polite, courteous and thoughtful. With such a tight programme and so many things to see and experience, he made sure we got to our destinations with as much time as possible to savour the beautiful flowers, sometimes giving us helpful insights into the region. The scenery and sights like the lavender fields and the Blue Pond were fantastic, but without Mr. Sagisaka, our day would not have been as perfect as it was. Thank you for a most memorable time.

It was the best tour that condensed all the places I wanted to see in one day! The time management was great, and my mother, who has trouble walking, was able to keep up just fine. It was a satisfying day! (^ -^)

I participated on July 3rd. The lavender still had many buds, but Farm Tomita seemed to be the earliest in bloom. It had a wonderful fragrance.

Shikisai no Oka is spacious, so I first took the Norokko train for a round trip. With only 50 minutes to stay and a lot of people around, I recommend purchasing the Norokko train tickets as soon as you arrive and getting in line. There was only one row available for four people facing backward, but there was a photo opportunity at a scenic spot along the way, so the direction didn't matter much. The stop for photos was only 3 minutes, and those who were late were left behind.

The round trip took 15 minutes, allowing me to scout the park and later visit the places I liked at a leisurely pace.

ラベンダーはまだ蕾が多かったですが、ファーム富田は一番開花が早いようでした。とてもいい香りでした。
四季彩の丘は広いので、まずノロッコ号に乗って一周しました。
50分しか滞在時間がなく、とにかく人が多いので、到着するとすぐにノロッコ号のチケットを購入し、列に並ぶことをお勧めします。1列4人乗りで後ろ向きしかあいてませんでしたが、途中景色のいい所で写真タイムの下車があったので向きはあまり関係ないと思います。下車時間は3分のみで、遅れた人はおいていかれました。
1周15分で、園内の下見をして、気に入った所にあとでゆっくり行けました。

I made a reservation to tour the Furano and Biei area. It was my 10-month-old daughter's first bus tour.

On the day of the tour, many people helped us. Thanks to the kindness of not only the guide and driver but also many participants, my daughter was able to join without fussing at all. The weather was nice, and we were able to see a lot of beautiful scenery.

For me, it turned out to be a day that I was glad to participate in, but there were no facilities for changing diapers on the bus, and there was no restroom at all. There was also no pricing option for child bus seats only (without meals or fees for attractions). The meeting point required going up and down stairs, and there were no diaper-changing facilities nearby. Above all, the schedule was quite demanding even for adults due to the many attractions. For these reasons, I don't think this plan is very child-friendly. If you are considering participating with small children, I recommend carefully considering it, especially if your child is not used to traveling.

富良野・美瑛方面を観光したくて予約しました。生後10ヶ月の娘にとっては初めてのバスツアーとなりました。
当日はたくさんの方にお世話になりました。ガイドさんや運転手さんだけでなく、ツアーに参加されたたくさんの方に優しくしていただいたおかげで、娘は終始ぐずることなく参加することができました。天気が良く、きれいな景色をたくさん見ることができました。
私にとっては参加して良かったと思う1日になりましたが、バスの車内にはオムツ替えの施設はもちろんトイレ自体がなく、子ども用のバス席のみ（食事や観光地での料金なし）の料金設定もありません。集合場所まで階段での上り下りとなり、集合場所付近にはオムツ替えの施設がありませんでした。何より、見所が多いため、大人でもハードなスケジュールです。以上のことから、小さい子どもに優しいプランだとは思いませんでした。小さいお子さんと一緒にご参加される場合、お子さんが旅慣れていない場合は慎重にご検討されることをお勧めします。

Before participating, I honestly thought it would be dull compared to the classic tours of Furano in Hokkaido or the summer tours of Shakotan. However, once I joined, I was able to feel the grandeur of nature created by volcanic activity, and it turned out to be much more interesting than I expected. I was particularly impressed by the columnar jointing visible from the underwater sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu, as well as the greatness of nature centered around volcanic activity, including Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan. I think the uniqueness of Showa Shinzan is a must-see.

Additionally, the torishio soup hot pot for lunch was delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

参加する前は、正直、北海道の定番の富良野や、夏の積丹などのツアーと比較して、地味だなあと思っていました。しかし参加してみると、火山活動が生み出した、大自然の雄大さを感じられて、予想以上に面白く、大満足のツアーでした。特に、支笏湖の水中遊覧船から見える柱状節理、有珠山・昭和新山など、火山活動を中心とした自然の偉大さを感じることができて非常に良かったです。特に、昭和新山の異様さは必見だと思います。
また、とり塩スープ鍋膳の昼食もおいしかったです。全般的に大満足のツアーでした。

The cute bus guide kindly showed us around. When we finally arrived at Lake Mashu, the sun peeked through the clouds, and we could see Nakanojima clearly. A chipmunk also showed its face. At Lake Akan, we took a stroll along the lakeside and enjoyed the nature.

可愛いバスガイドさんが、親切に案内してくれました。念願の摩周湖につくと薄日が射して、中之島も良く見えました。シマリスも顔を見せました。阿寒湖では湖畔を散策し、自然を満喫しました。

After a bathroom break, the first stop is lunch and the lavender fields. The lunch was delicious (or so I heard), but the portion was quite small. As a mother of two growing sons, I ended up sharing my portion with them until they were about 80% full. However, I guess it's fine since you can buy various snacks at each stop if you want more. The lavender fields here aren't that big, so to be honest, I was wondering if this is what Furano's lavender is like.

Next, at Shikisai no Oka, we could see golf carts, buggies, and alpacas (all for an additional fee). I wish we had done something other than what Farm Tomita offers. The lavender soft serve we had there was really delicious!

Then we visited the Blue Pond. It was so beautiful! Truly blue! However, there were an overwhelming number of people. After quickly taking a photo, you need to move on to avoid being a nuisance.

Finally, we arrived at Farm Tomita. It was just amazing! The flower fields here are enough on their own! Honestly, I wished we could have shortened the time at other places (especially lunch) and spent about two hours here instead. You can take photos, enjoy delicious food, and shop for souvenirs. It was at Farm Tomita that I finally felt the greatness of Furano's lavender! My sons said the melon bread at Farm Tomita was incredibly delicious. I bought a lot of lavender goods and was very happy! It was a fun day.

トイレ休憩を経て、最初につくのが昼食とそこにあるラベンダー畑。ランチは美味しい(かったらしい)けどかなり量が少なめ。食べ盛りの息子を2人持つ私は、自分の分を息子達にまわして、彼らが腹八分目になるくらいの量。でも、追加で購入すれば、立ち寄る場所場所で色々な軽食を買えるのでいいのかな？こちらのラベンダー畑はそこまで大きくないので、正直富良野のラベンダーってこんなもん？っと思っていました。
次に停まる四季彩の丘ではゴルフカートやバギー、アルパカを見るなど(全て追加料金)ファーム冨田でないことをやったほうがよかった。そこで食べたラベンダーソフト、とても美味しかった！
そして青い池。とても綺麗！本当に青！ ただ、半端ない数の人、人、人。サックリ写真を撮ったらさっさと回避しないと迷惑。
最後がファーム冨田。もう最高！お花畑、ここだけでいい！正直、ほかの場所(特に昼食)の場所の時間を短くして、ここに2時間くらい欲しかった。写真を撮ってもよし！美味しい食べ物もいっぱい、お土産の買い物も。ファーム冨田に来てやっと、富良野のラベンダーって凄い！と感動しました。息子達曰く、ファーム冨田のメロンパンがむちゃくちゃ美味しかったとのこと。私はいっぱいラベンダーグッズを買ってホクホク！楽しい１日でした。

Hokkaido is vast, so I initially thought about researching the most efficient way to get around and using a rental car, but I ultimately decided on a bus tour. I was worried about how I would handle any troubles in an unfamiliar place. Although the stay at each location was short, I could relax in the bus and even take a nap. It was great to see many places, even though it was disappointing that the lavender fields were not in bloom yet.

北海道は広いので、どう回ると効率的か、最初は調べて、レンタカーを利用しようかと思いましたが、最終的にバスツアーにしました。
慣れない土地でトラブルに遭ったら、うまく対応できるか不安だったからです。
一ヶ所ずつの滞在時間は短くはなりますが、車中は寝てたっていいし、気が楽でした。
ラベンダー畑は、まだ咲いていない時期で残念でしたが、たくさんのところを見れてよかったです。
