I think the sightseeing time is too short. Especially at Lake Toya, the time allotted is not enough for women to enjoy the hot springs. I would like to see either some activities cut or the time extended.
Regarding the meals at Lake Toya, I had asked in advance, but the carrots were not pre-boiled and the tempura was cold.
With so many people giving feedback about the meals, isn't there any consideration to change the dining location?

観光時間が短すぎかなと思います。とくに洞爺湖での温泉は、この時間じゃ女性にはまず無理ですね。どこか削るか時間を伸ばすかしてほしいです。
洞爺湖は食事について他の方のコメントがあったので、こちらで事前に質問したにも関わらず人参が下ゆでされていないし、天ぷらも冷たかった。
こんなに、色々な方から食事について意見があって、食事の場所を変えるとかの検討はされないんでしょうか？

I participated in a tour on November 1, 2019. Here’s some information I found out by actually going there.

• Footbath at Lake Toya
After lunch at Manseikaku, I found a footbath while strolling around the area. It’s about a 2-minute walk if you enter the road on the mountain side. The footbath is located under the red roof in the photo, and there was also a towel vending machine.

• Lake Toya Milk Pudding at the Silo Observation Deck
This is a souvenir sold exclusively at Lake Toya. There are also other items available that are exclusive to the observation deck. Since it was crowded and the stay was short, I recommend buying your desired souvenirs first and then enjoying the view.

• Comfortable even on a long tour
Perhaps because I participated on a weekday, there was plenty of space, and even though I was alone, the seat next to me was empty, so I could relax without worrying. There were power outlets, so I didn’t have to worry about charging, and the headphone guide made the tour feel shorter.

• Affected by the weather
While Lake Shikotsu was sunny, the boat was canceled due to high waves. There was light rain at Mount Usu, but the ropeway was fine. There was no snow and no traffic jams, so the bus was on time.

As mentioned in other experiences, it was a bit disappointing that lunch was slightly cold.

2019/11/1(金)のツアーに参加しました。実際に行ってみてわかった情報を紹介します。

• 洞爺湖の足湯
万世閣での昼食の後、周辺を散策したところ足湯を見つけました。一本山側の道に入った場所で2分くらいで行けます。写真の赤い屋根の下に足湯があり、タオルの自販機もありました。

•サイロ展望台の洞爺湖ミルクプリン
洞爺湖限定で販売しているお土産です。他にも展望台限定のものが置いてあります。混雑していたうえに滞在時間が短かったので、目当てのお土産は先に買って景色を楽しんでください。

•長いツアーでも快適
平日に参加したためか席に余裕があり、1人参加でしたが隣が空いていたので気を遣わず過ごせました。コンセントがあるので充電の心配もなく、ヘッドホンのガイドもあるのでそれほど長く感じませんでした。

•天候に左右される
支笏湖は晴れていましたが、船は波が高く欠航でした。有珠山は小雨、ロープウェイは大丈夫でした。雪が全くなく渋滞もなかったのでバスも遅れなしでした。

他の体験談にもいくつか書かれていますが、昼食が少し冷めていたのが残念でした。

The sea, mountains, and snow were beautiful. The hot springs were nice, and the view from there was also lovely. I would like to use it again. ^^*

I thought 10 hours might be long, but there were so many places to visit that the time flew by. Since the Ice Festival was being held at Lake Shikotsu, I wished I had a bit more time to enjoy the sights, considering the time spent navigating the unfamiliar snowy roads. At Lake Toya, we had a regular lunch and took photos outside, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the hot springs. Overall, I was more than satisfied and had a great time. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for a wonderful trip. Among the participants, my mother was the oldest at 74 years old, but even older guests can enjoy it without getting tired.

10時間長いかなぁと思っていましたが、周るところが多いので、あっという間に過ぎました。
支笏湖では氷濤まつりが開催されていたので、慣れない雪道を往復する時間を考えたらもう少しゆっくり見る時間が欲しかったです。洞爺湖でも普通に昼食取って外に出て写真撮っていたら、残念ながら温泉に入る時間までは取れません。でも、全体的には十二分に楽しめて満足出来ました。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じがよくていい旅になりました。今回参加した中では母が74歳で最高齢だったようですが、年配の方でも疲れず十二分に楽しめますよ。

Lake Shikotsu is very beautiful and well worth a visit. The highlight of this trip is lunch. Very nice environment. Sitting by the window, while eating Japanese food, while admiring the snowy scenery of Lake Toya, very fantastic. There is also a foot onsen near the hotel. The ropeway of Mount Usu is also very interesting. You can see both Lake Toya and the volcano.

Even with children, you can have a great time! We caught a lot of wakasagi while fishing with traps, and when we made tempura, it was exquisite! Also, both the tour guide and the driver were very accommodating, and I would love to participate again.

子供がいても、十分楽しめます！ワカサギの仕掛け釣りでは、たくさん釣れて、天ぷらにすると、絶品！また、ツアーガイドも運転手も対応良くてまた参加したいと思いました。

I signed up for this experience because I thought, "This is something you can't do often!" since you can play on the ice in a lake in mid-winter. However, I was worried about whether the ice would be solid due to this year's record warm winter, so I directly inquired before signing up, and they responded quickly and very kindly. They assured me that the ice was fine, so I was able to sign up with peace of mind.

The actual time spent playing on the ice was about 30 minutes, including preparation and wrap-up. Following the instructions, I applied a heat pack to my toes and wore a dry suit, which made it completely comfortable (though it was also a day with no wind, which they called "perfect for ice walking").

Usually, I would expect to take photos with a Nordic atmosphere amidst a snowy landscape while playing on the ice, but this time there was almost no snow, resulting in images set against a rather bleak winter scenery, which was disappointing.

However, I was satisfied with the experience of hearing the sound of the ice cracking as I took my first step and the chime-like sounds of broken ice colliding in the water, all while floating thanks to the buoyancy of the dry suit, gazing up at the blue sky. The staff were all friendly, and my middle and high school sons, who are at a difficult age, seemed to enjoy themselves without hesitation. Thank you very much.

　真冬の湖で氷遊びが出来ると言う事で、「これはなかなか出来ない体験！」と申し込みました。
　しかしながら、今年の記録的な暖冬で氷が張っているのか心配で申し込み前に直接問い合わせをしたところ、迅速かつとても親切に対応して頂きました。
氷は問題ないとの事で、安心して申し込むことが出来ました。
　体験は準備から終わりまでの時間で実際氷遊びをしているのは30分程度です。ご案内の通りにホカロンをつま先に張ってドライスーツを着た事もあり、全く寒くなかったです。（この日は風もない「アイスウォーク日和」とお墨付きを頂いた日だったからと言うのもありますが。）
　例年通りならば、雪景色の中での氷遊びでちょっと北欧の様な雰囲気の写真が撮れたかと思いますが、今回は雪がほぼなくて、殺風景な冬景色の中での画像となってしまったのは残念でした。
　でも、自分が踏み出した一歩から氷が割れていく音や、水の中で割れた氷同士がぶつかって奏でる風鈴の様な音を聞きながら、ドライスーツのお陰で（浮力が付与）ぷかっと浮かびながら、青空を仰ぐ癒しの時間を体験出来て、満足でした。
　スタッフの方々は皆さんフレンドリーで、難しい年齢の中・高校生男子の息子たちも臆することなく楽しんだ様です。どうもありがとうございました。

I wanted to go to Kushiro in winter, but I live in an area where it doesn't snow, and I thought driving on snowy roads with a rental car would be impossible. However, after learning about this plan, I quickly signed up, and I think it was a great decision.

The bus guide's explanations were precise and delivered in a pleasant manner, and they pointed out places and things that I would have missed if I were driving a rental car. Most of the participants were from overseas, but we were able to enjoy the sightseeing smoothly without any confusion.

The duration of our stay was just right; we had enough time to properly sightsee, visit restrooms, and shop for souvenirs without feeling rushed, allowing us to enjoy various places efficiently. The lunch was also delicious.

It was convenient for staying at a hot spring by Lake Akan, as they dropped us off right in front of the hotel, which saved us the effort of moving with large luggage like carry-on bags, letting us focus on sightseeing.

I also used the coupon for activities at Lake Akan for whitebait fishing the next day, which was quite helpful.

Thanks to this, I had a very enjoyable winter trip to Kushiro. Thank you very much. I want to go again.

冬の釧路に行きたいけど、雪が降らない地域に住んでおり、レンタカーでの雪道運転は無理と思っていましたが、こちらのプランを知り早速申し込み、大正解だったと思います。
バスガイドさんのお話や説明が的確だし、話し方も心地よく、レンタカーでの移動だと気づかずに通り過ぎたような場所や事柄も教えていただけたし、
殆どが外国からのお客様でしたが、混乱する事なく、スムーズに観光をする事ができました。
滞在時間も絶妙で、ちゃんと観光してトイレやお土産なども見ても時間が過不足無く、効率的にあちこちを堪能できました。
昼食も美味しくいただきました。
阿寒湖の温泉に宿泊するのにも便利で、ホテルの前で降ろして下さるので、
キャリーバッグなど大きな荷物を持って移動する労力も省け、観光に集中できました。
阿寒湖でのアクティビティに使えるクーポン券も、翌日ワカサギ釣りに使いましたが、結構助かりました。

おかげさまで冬の釧路旅行を非常に楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また行きたいです。

The instructor was very kind and explained everything in detail, which allowed me to successfully ride the kayak. Due to strong winds from the typhoon, we couldn't go to Lake Shikotsu and instead paddled up the Chitose River. The Chitose River... the water was so clear. I was thrilled when I saw fish and shrimp. During the kayaking, the instructor took many photos, and I received them immediately after the experience via AirDrop. It was a fun and fulfilling experience.

　インストラクターさんがとても親切で丁寧に説明をしてくださったので，うまくカヤックに乗ることができました。
　台風からの強風で波が高く，支笏湖には行くことができず，千歳川をのぼっていきました。千歳川・・・とても水がきれいでした。魚やスジエビが見れた時にはテンションがあがりました。
　カヤック中はインストラクターさんが何枚も写真を撮ってくれ，写真は体験終了後にair dropを通じてすぐいただけます。
　楽しく充実した体験でした。
　

During the snowy season, tours are reassuring. You can move efficiently and have a relatively relaxed schedule. It's fun to learn new things! To better understand the city of Hakodate, it's important to listen to the stories from the guides.

雪の時期はツアーが安心です。効率よく回れますし時間も割合にゆったりととってあります。
知らない事を知るのは楽しい！函館の街をより知るためにはガイドさん達のお話を聞くのが大切です。

I was surprised by the price, as it included a packed tour taking us to various places, a wonderful hotel, a delicious lunch, and even the fee for the Usuzan Ropeway! The guide, with a lovely smile, was kind and thoughtful, and spoke beautiful Japanese, which made me feel a renewed respect as a Japanese person. I had a great time! Thank you very much.

あちこち連れて行って下さり盛り沢山のツアーなのに　素敵なホテルで美味しい昼食と有珠山ロープウェイ料金まで含まれこの値段でびっくりでした！　笑顔の素敵なガイドさんは親切で、心遣いも素晴らしく、美しい日本語でお話くださり、日本人として改めて尊敬してしまいました。楽しかったです！ありがとうございました。

I thought it was understandable that we couldn't ride the ropeway due to bad weather, but it was a bit disappointing that the alternative was just a bear farm and some snacks. I participated alone, and the feeling of being left behind during lunch was a little sad. However, it was great to be able to explore an area that I wouldn't normally be able to visit in just one day, and the audio guide on the bus was very helpful for sightseeing.

悪天候でロープーウェイに乗れなかったのしょうがないと思いましたが、でもその代わりが熊牧場と少しのお菓子っていうのは少し残念でした。
1人で参加しましたが昼食時の居残り給食感が少し悲しかったです。
自分ではなかなか周れない地域を1日で、周れるのとバス車内のイヤホンでの観光案内はとてもよかったです。

The bus guide contacted the zoo directly to inquire about the day's situation as soon as the zoo opened. Additionally, they provided clear explanations about the local history while we were on the road, which made the scenery feel different and more engaging. I think this is one of the advantages of a bus tour.

動物園の開演時間と同時にバスガイドさんが車中から当日の状況を直接動物園へ問い合わせしてくれました。また走行中の地方の歴史をわかりやすく説明してくれたので、見る景色もひと味違って見ることができました。バスツアーの利点だと思います。

A bus tour is the best way to enjoy Hakodate in one day, especially during the snowy season. The bus guide's explanations were easy to understand, and we visited some places a bit further away, which helped us learn about the city's development and history. Since we will be getting off the bus and walking, it's advisable to wear shoes with good traction during the snowy season.

１日で函館を楽しむにはバスツァーが一番です。雪の時期なら尚更。バスガイドさんのお話もわかりやすく少し離れた所も回るので街の成り立ちや歴史も勉強になりました。
バスを降りて歩きますので雪の季節は滑り止めの付いた靴を履いて行きましょう。

The female tour guide, Yamaya, was very serious and detailed in her explanations of every place in Hakodate. Although we only had one morning, we managed to visit all the famous spots in Hakodate. While it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't stop to view some of the well-known places, we had enough time to enjoy Gokakko Park, Hakodate Tower, and the monastery. Overall, I was very satisfied. Even if you don't speak Japanese, there's no need to worry, as there are earphones available for explanations in English, Chinese, and Korean. It was a fulfilling and compact morning.

女性导游やまやさん带的团 她很认真详尽的讲解了函馆的每个地方 时间虽然只有一上午 却把函馆有名的地方都转了一个遍 有些有名的地方没能停车观看虽然有些遗憾 但是五角公园函馆塔 和 修道院都有足够的时间驻足观看 总体来说非常满意 不会日语的也不用怕 有英文汉语韩语的耳麦讲解 紧凑的一上午过得很充实

I had to stand in line with other customers just to exchange the voucher for tickets, and it would have been better to wait until the bus arrived to line up, but instead, I stood there for about 15 minutes doing nothing. The bus guide kept explaining disclaimers like "In case of bad weather, the highway may be closed and the trip could be canceled," but for some reason, he was smiling half-heartedly while doing so, which was irritating. I wanted to sleep during the journey, but the bus guide kept talking and it was noisy. Next time, I will use a different mode of transportation.

バウチャーとチケットを引き換えるだけに他の客と同じ列に並ぶ必要があったり、バスが来てから並べばいいのに来るまで15分くらいひたすら立って待つだけなどひたすら段取りが悪い。
バスガイドも「悪天候で高速道路が閉鎖されると中止する場合があります」などの免責事項をなぜかずっと半笑いで説明するのでイラッとした。
道中も寝たいのにバスガイドがひたすら話していてうるさかった。
次からは他の交通手段で行く

Excellent driver who was very helpful and thoughtful. Used Google Translate proficiently. We saw many cranes, and often quite close. A great day out!

A day trip from Sapporo with lunch included is a convenient distance. Moreover, it would be impossible to visit this many tourist spots using public transportation on your own, so it was a very worthwhile course.

札幌発で日帰りツアーとしては手軽な距離で昼食付。尚且つ自分で公共交通機関で行くとこれだけの観光地を廻るのは無理なので、とてもお得感の有るコースでした。

I think the time allocation was good, but if we're going to soak in the hot springs after lunch, I would have liked an extra 30 minutes. It was also disappointing that the tempura for lunch was cold.

時間配分は、良かったかと思いますが、
昼食後に温泉に入るなら、後３０分は欲しかったかな？とも思います。
昼食の天ぷらが冷めていたのも、残念でした。

I participated in a one-day course. According to the guide, Hakodate is a very compact city with various attractions, so we mostly explored on foot rather than by bus. What I appreciated about this tour was that we had specialized guides who provided detailed explanations at each landmark. At the former Seikan Ferry's Mashu Maru, I learned about the history from a former captain, which I wouldn't have known if I had gone alone, and I was very satisfied.

一日コースに参加しました。
函館はガイドさん曰く、非常にコンパクトな街で色々な名所があるという事で、どちらかというとバス移動よりも歩いて散策する方が多かったですが、このツアーの良かった所は名所事に専門のガイドさんに細かく案内して頂いたことです。
旧青函連絡船の摩周丸では元船長さんだったりと一人で行ったら分からなかった歴史など知る事ができて大変満足しました。

I had a private taxi tour around Onuma and Hakodate. It was a 5-hour course, but I enjoyed such a fulfilling sightseeing experience that I lost track of time. The driver who guided us was very kind, and when I requested to eat Onuma beef for lunch, he took us to a hidden gem restaurant and even showed us a salmon fishing area that we wouldn't normally see, making the tour truly enjoyable. Although it primarily covers the Onuma Park area, it seems that the driver can also guide you around Hakodate city upon request, so if there are places you want to visit, it might be a good idea to ask the driver.

大沼や函館周辺をタクシー貸切で観光案内して頂きました。
5時間コースでしたが、時間を忘れる程充実した観光を楽しむ事が出来ました。
案内して頂いた運転手さんも大変親切な方で、昼食に大沼牛を食べたいとリクエストしたところ、穴場レストランに連れて行ってくださり、通常では見れない鮭の漁場を案内して頂くなどツアーを満喫できました。
一応、大沼公園周辺とありますが、リクエストに応じて函館市内も案内して頂ける様でしたので、行きたい所があれば運転手さんにリクエストしてみるのも良いかも知れません。

The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would like to participate.

当日はあいにくの天候でしたが非常に楽しめました。

During my first visit to Hokkaido, I was worried since it was the season when snow started to fall, but I was able to fully enjoy the great nature and hot springs! Although it was snowing, it stopped at Lake Toya, allowing me to enjoy the distant scenery! Above all, it was definitely the right choice to soak in the hot springs! I had never seen a shampoo bar before, and the hot springs felt so good that I wanted to stay in them longer. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to see the lavender fields in Furano during early summer! I'll be counting on Beltora again!

初めての北海道で雪が降り出した季節と言うこともあり心配してましたが、大自然と温泉を満喫出来ました！
雪が降ってたましたが、洞爺湖では止んでて遠くの景色を楽しむことが出来ました！
何よりも温泉入って正解でした！
シャンプーバーなど見たことがなく、温泉も気持ちよく、もっと温泉入りたくなりました。
次に北海道行くときは初夏に富良野ラベンダー畑が見たいです！
またベルトラさんにお願いしますね！

You can easily experience the great nature of Hokkaido. A veteran guide is with you and teaches you everything. There were many solo travelers and families. I think it's more economical and efficient than traveling by rental car. Please be sure to try it at least once.

北海道の大自然を手軽に体験できます。
ベテランのガイドさんが付いていて、何でも教えてくれます。一人旅の方や家族連れが多かったです。レンタカーでまわるより経済的かつ効率的と思います。ぜひ一度体験してみて下さい。

I was able to enjoy the tour with a Taiwanese woman I met while staying at the guesthouse, who was also participating in the same tour!

Since I can't drive, I was grateful to be able to take a bus tour for a route that required driving.

ゲストハウスで宿泊した時に知り合った台湾の女性が同じツアーに参加される方で一緒に楽しむことができました！

車の運転ができないので、今回車を運転しないと回れないコースをバスツアーで回ることができまして、ありがたかったです！

Driver was kind, flexible, and we saw some beautiful things. Thankfully one of our party was fluent in Japanese so we could all converse throughout the trip, but everything would've run smoothly despite that I believe. The driver came out with us often to the sites and had great info to share. Highly recommend!

I used the course from Kushiro to Kushiro Airport. From the bus window, I was able to see red-crowned cranes and Ezo deer. The regular sightseeing bus route stops at Kushiro Airport at the end, but I learned from the bus announcement that it was also possible to transfer to a route bus heading to the airport from Lake Mashu, so I decided to change to the route bus at the last minute. They took me to the bus center for the route bus, and they also stored my luggage for free, allowing me to enjoy Lake Mashu until the bus departure time.

釧路から釧路空港までのコースを利用しました。
バスの車窓からですが、丹頂鶴と蝦夷鹿を見ることができました。
定期観光バスのルートで最後に釧路空港に立ち寄るのですが、摩周湖から空港に向かう路線バスに乗り換えも可能とバス中の案内でわかり、路線バスを利用することに急遽変更しました。路線バスのバスセンターまで送って頂き、荷物も無料で預かって頂けバスの時刻まで摩周湖を楽しみました。

The tourist bus information center was hard to find. I think the use of earphones on the bus is great because you can hear everything clearly. However, I was disappointed with the lunch. I had seen the previously posted messages, but the issues pointed out had not been fixed, and I was surprised that the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was served cold without a lid. Was it managed by a foreign company? I really think chawanmushi should be served warm. What was the purpose of the posts? The planning team should be the one to seek improvements! The guide and the driver were both good.

観光バスの案内所がわかりにくかったです。車内のイアホンの利用は、聞こえないということが無いのですごくいいと思います。
ただ、昼食は、ガッカリでした。予め投稿されたメッセージを見てましたが指摘されたことが直っていなくて茶碗蒸しの蓋がなくて冷たいのには驚きました。外資系の経営でしたか？やっぱり茶碗蒸しは、暖かいものを出して欲しいです。何のための投稿でしょうか？企画されたところが改善を求めるべきです！
ガイド、運転手さんの対応は良かったです。

I participated during a very cold period when even the water was freezing, but with the rental of dry suits and knit caps, I was able to fully enjoy the activities without worrying about the cold. The guide (a former ranger!) provided insights about the nature of the lake and took photos, allowing us to leisurely cruise around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Even as a beginner, I was able to paddle the kayak easily and without much effort. I definitely want to join again with my family (the kids) during summer vacation! Thank you to all the staff.

水も凍るとても寒い時期に参加しましたが、ドライスーツやニット帽のレンタルもあってアクティビティ中は寒さも気にならずに満喫しました。ガイドさん（元レンジャー！）が湖の自然をガイドしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりと終始のんびりと支笏湖&千歳川をクルージング。初心者でも簡単に、そしてそんなに力も要らずにカヤックが漕げました。次は夏休みに是非家族（子どもたち）と参加したいです！スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

The weather was wonderful, and the scenery was beautiful everywhere. We took a sightseeing boat on Lake Akan, and on the way back, we took a different bus, but there was a detailed explanation, so I didn't get lost at all.

お天気に恵まれどこもきれいな景色でした。阿寒湖で遊覧船に乗ったため、帰りは違うバスに乗りましたが、その際も丁寧な説明があり、特に迷うことはありませんでした。
