There were 39 participants in the tour, but the guide took a long time to confirm the drop-off locations and distribute pamphlets after everyone had gathered, which delayed our arrival at Tsurumidai.

At the time of disembarking, there was a mention that we could change our lunch bento, but it remained the same. After we departed for the next location, we were told that reservations had already been made. It seemed that some people had requested changes, but when they communicated the changes later, they were told it was no longer possible and to just eat the meal provided.

I wish they had confirmed this while going around each group. The weather was great, which made it all the more disappointing.

ツアーの参加者が、39名だったなですが、ガイド山が、全員が揃ってから、グループ毎に、降車場所の確認、パンフレットの配布を下回ったので、最初の鶴見台に着くきわまでかかりました。
降り際に、昼食の弁当を変更できるような話をされたのですが、そのままでした。
次の場所へ出発してから、もう、予約しましたというのでした。変更を依頼した人もいたようだったのですが、その後変更を伝えたら、もう変更出来ないので、ご飯だけ食べてください。と言われました。
グループ毎に回った時に、確認してくれていたら良かったのにと思いました。
天気が良く、最高だっただけに、とても、残念でした。

I participated alone.
The time spent in the vehicle while listening to the guide's explanations about the history and the land was comfortable and relaxing, thanks to their gentle tone, which kept me engaged without getting bored.
At Lake Akan, I went ice fishing for wakasagi and caught three fish in a short time! They were immediately prepared as tempura, and they served a generous portion on the plate. It was very delicious!
At Lake Mashu, I saw Ezo deer, and at Tsurumidai, not only did I see the red-crowned crane, but I also spotted the adorable Siberian tit, making it an inspiring journey.

ガイドさんの歴史や土地の説明を聞きながら過ごす車内は、穏やかな口調なので心地良く飽きることなくリラックスできます。
阿寒湖では氷の穴からワカサギ釣りをしました。短時間で３匹（！）釣れました。直ぐに天ぷらにして頂けるんですが、なんとお皿にいっぱい盛って下さいました。とても美味しかった！
摩周湖ではエゾシカが、鶴見台では丹頂だけでなくシマエナガの可愛い姿も見られたり、感動の旅になりました。

I traveled alone to Kushiro in winter. Since I wasn't considering moving by car or rental car, I decided to join a bus tour. I had a wonderful day, visiting many major tourist spots while being guided by a very nice guide! There was also plenty of free time for taking photos, buying souvenirs, and tasting local specialties. I boarded the bus at Kushiro Station, but on the way back, I was dropped off at the airport, which was a great convenience. It was cold, but it was a heartwarming experience.

ひとり旅で冬の釧路へ。
車やレンタカーでの移動は考えていなかったので、バスツアーに参加することにしました。
とても素敵なガイドさんに解説をしていただきながら、たくさんの主要観光スポットを巡ることができて、大満足の1日に！
フリータイムも十分あり、写真撮影やお土産の購入、特産品を食べることもできました。
釧路駅から乗車しましたが、帰りは空港で降ろしていただいたので、一石二鳥。
寒かったですが、心が温かくなる時間でした。

Although we could see the drifting ice from land, the view from the ship was truly impressive and made us feel the power of nature! I heard that there are times when the drifting ice isn't present, so whether you can see it seems to depend on luck. However, on the day we participated, there were parts of the sea surface visible, and as we went further out, we encountered a lot of drifting ice. It was very moving to navigate through it by boat. In the distance, we also spotted Steller's sea eagles and white-tailed eagles, which was fantastic! The tour was packed with activities, making for a busy itinerary, but I don't think we could have visited so many places in just one day on our own. I would recommend this tour for those who want to experience Abashiri in a short amount of time.

陸地からも流氷は見れていたけど、船からの流氷は迫力満点で自然のすごさを感じることができました！流氷が流れてきていない時もあるそうで、見れるかどうかは運によるみたいですが、私たちの参加した日は海面の見えている部分もありつつ沖に出ると流氷ががっつり来ていて、その中を船で進んでいくのはとても感動しました。遠くにはオオワシやオジロワシも見れて最高でした！かなり内容の詰め込まれたツアーだったので忙しい行程でしたが、自分達ではこんなに沢山の場所を1日で回れなかったと思うので、短い時間で網走を体験したい人にはオススメのツアーだと思います。

This is perfect for exploring various places on your own! I participated in this tour, and although it was a bit rushed, I was able to fully enjoy Abashiri in just half a day, which is unique to this tour. I was very satisfied.

When we finally stopped by Notoro Cape, I thought, "Oh, that lighthouse from the Arashi commercial," but when I actually got there, I was overwhelmed by the sound of waves mixed with drifting ice crashing against the cliffs and the biting cold wind. It was an incredible experience!

I probably wouldn't have visited this place on my own, so I'm really glad I was taken there. I want to go back even outside of the drifting ice season.

駆け足ではありましたが、半日でここまで網走を満喫できるのはこのツアーならでは。大満足です
最後に立ち寄った能取岬は「嵐のCMのあの灯台ね｣くらいな気持ちでしたが
実際行くと、
崖下に押し寄せる流氷混じりの波の音
身を切るような寒い風
が圧倒的な迫力で感じられて大感激でした！
自分では多分、寄ってなかった場所なので、連れて行ってもらえてホントに良かったです
流氷の季節以外でもまた行ってみたい。

This time, I participated in the sightseeing bus tour "Pirika-go" for the first time.
The bus tour in heavy snowfall was exciting, especially when I unexpectedly encountered a long-tailed tit.
According to the locals, it was quite rare to have such heavy snowfall, so the coincidence of meeting both the heavy snow and the long-tailed tit made for a fun and memorable bus tour.
I was able to experience sightseeing in a different environment under the blue sky.
Additionally, I was comforted by the content and delivery of the bus guide's stories, as well as their heartfelt singing.
I definitely want to participate in a bus tour in a different season.
I would be happy if I could meet the same bus guide again.

今回、初めて観光バスツアー「ピリカ号」に参加しました。
大雪の中でのバスツアー、たまたま出会えたシマエナガにワクワクさせられました。
地元の方の話でも珍しい位の大雪とのことで大雪とシマエナガに出会えたことの２つの偶然が重なり楽しい、思い出に残るバスツアーでした。
青空の下での観光とまた違った環境での観光を体感することが出来ました。
また、バスガイドさんの話の内容、話し方、一生懸命に歌を歌っている所にも癒されました。
是非、違う季節のバスツアーにも参加したいと思いました。
出来れば、同じバスガイドさんに会えたら嬉しいです。

This is a tour starting from the Aurora ice floe cruise. Unfortunately, there were no ice floes. We saw plenty of white-tailed eagles, but there is no refund for the tour even without the ice floes. Next was free sightseeing at Abashiri Prison, so we went straight from the entrance to the prison cafeteria. We had prison beer and strolled around the souvenir shop. After that, we visited the Ice Floe Museum. It was a bit desperate to spin the wet towel and freeze it. I also had ice floe soft serve. There are no discounts or services, but 350 yen is cheap. It was delicious with a salted caramel flavor.

As for lunch, as others have mentioned, it was not something to look forward to. There is about an hour for the meal, so it feels like you’re just killing time wandering nearby, so I think it would be better to shorten it to about 30 minutes and move on to the next location. The sightseeing train from Kitahama Station was crowded. We moved to Abashiri Station on a packed train, and next was Cape Notoro. I was looking forward to the stunning views here. The time was about 15 minutes, so it went by in a flash. I wish I could have taken my time and enjoyed it more.

流氷クルーズのおーろらからスタートするツアーです。残念ながら流氷なしでした。オジロワシがいっぱい見れましたが流氷なくてもツアーは返金無しです。次は網走監獄のフリー観光だったので、入り口から出口に直行して監獄食堂に行きました。監獄ビール飲んでお土産屋さんでぶらぶら。その後は流氷館の見学です。濡れタオル回して凍らせるのはチョット必死になってしまう。流氷ソフトクリームも食べました。割引きなどサービスは無いけど350円は安いですね。塩キャラメル味で美味しいです。
その後のランチは、他の方も書かれているように期待できません。
食事時間が1時間くらいあるので、近くを散策して時間を潰す感じなので、30分くらいにして次に移動しても良いかと感じます。
北浜駅からの観光列車は混雑していました。
網走駅まで満員電車で移動して次は能取岬です。ここは絶景を楽しみにしていました。時間は15分くらいなので、あっという間でした。もっとじっくりゆっくりしたかったです。

The tour course around Eastern Hokkaido is a classic, but it was really great. I've been to these places many times on my own, but I would never think of going in winter with my own car. You can see a different scenery compared to summer, so I highly recommend participating in winter. The guide continuously explained about Kushiro. There was so much I didn't know, and it was definitely worth listening to.

道東を巡るにはド定番のツアーコースですが、それがまた良かったです。
自分では何度も観光に行った場所ですが
冬に自分の車でなんて行こうとも思わないですし、夏とは違った景色を見ることが出来て冬の参加はお勧めです。
ガイドさんもずーっと釧路の説明をしてくれていました。
知らない事だらけで、聞く価値ありです。

Having a guide and an audio guide on the bus made the long travel time enjoyable without getting bored. I actually didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it turned out to be better and tastier than I thought. I enjoyed both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and I was able to explore Mount Usu as well. The rest stop at Mushroom Kingdom was also fun (I had mushroom soup and tempura, etc.), making for a satisfying day. On the way back, we could choose our drop-off location, which allowed us to select a convenient spot for evening activities. The guide was very polite, and overall, it was a great experience.

ガイドさんが付くのとバス車内では案内ガイド？が付いていて長い移動時間も飽きる事なく楽しめました。
実は お昼は期待して居なかったのですが思っていたよりも良かったのと美味しかったです。
支笏湖も洞爺湖も楽しめ、有珠山散策？も出来、途中立ち寄る休憩場所の きのこ王国でも楽しめ(きのこ汁や天ぷら等食べました)満足の1日でした。
帰りは降車場所を決められるので夜の行動に良い場所を選択出来、とても便利でした。
ガイドさんは とても丁寧だったしトータルして とても良かったです。

At Tsurumidai, there were about 200 cranes. I was able to see them during courtship dances, territorial disputes, while eating, and soaring in the sky. In the sand area, you can observe many swans up close. At Lake Akan, I had an hour of free time for smelt fishing. The freshly caught fish were delicious when prepared as tempura. Thank you to everyone at Akan Bus.

鶴見台には約200羽の鶴。求愛ダンス、縄張り争い、食事中、空を舞う鶴を見ることができました。砂場には沢山の白鳥を近くで観察できます。阿寒湖では、1時間のフリータイムでワカサギ釣り。釣りたてを天ぷらでいただき、とても美味しかったです。阿寒バスの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

I thought it would be quite difficult to explore this course on my own. I was able to see the red-crowned cranes up close, which has been a dream of mine for many years, and I was moved when the cranes flew right above my head! The beautiful scenery of Lake Mashu on a sunny day, the charm of the swans seen up close, Lake Akan covered in ice, and the pork bowl lunch that I didn't have high expectations for turned out to be warm, with plenty of meat, and the miso soup was also warm and very delicious! I also appreciated the kindness of the tour guide! This is an incredible value for 6,000 yen! Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

自分ではなかなか今回のコースを観て周ることは難しいと思いました。長年の夢であった丹頂鶴を間近で観ることができ、さらに鶴が私の頭上を飛行してくれたのでその姿に
感動しました！晴れた摩周湖と樹氷の素晴らしい景色、間近で観る白鳥の愛らしさ、一面氷におおわれた阿寒湖、あまり期待していなかったお昼ごはんの豚丼弁当ですが、温かくお肉もたくさん乗っていてお味噌汁も温かくとても美味しくいただきました！添乗員さんの親切さも有難かったです！これで6000円は破格です❗
とても楽しい一日をありがとうございました！

Initially, I was planning to take the SL Winter Marsh train, but when I couldn't get the desired seats, I searched online for alternatives and found this tour, which I quickly decided to join. They promptly answered my pre-trip questions, so I was able to participate without any worries (regarding meal restrictions and how to spend free time).

On the day of the tour, we were blessed with good weather, and we efficiently visited all the highlights in one day, allowing us to enjoy the sightseeing spots even more than I had expected. I thought the time allocation at each spot was good. However, one hour at Lake Akan Onsen might feel a bit short. It's not enough time to enjoy the hot spring, and since a large group of foreign tourists had just arrived for the ice activities, I decided to skip it considering the wait time. I heard that in summer, the free time is two hours, which I believe would be sufficient to fully enjoy the experience.

The driver provided safe driving, which was reassuring, and above all, the guide offered excellent information, making the bus ride enjoyable with various stories. I was also grateful for the souvenir information, as I was able to buy great gifts for my family and friends.

On the way to Kushiro, they shared tips on how to spend time there, which was helpful since I had a flight the next afternoon. I have relatives in Sapporo and friends from Toya, and while I've visited Hokkaido several times, this was my first real experience in Kushiro. It was a wonderful day that made me want to visit again in the summer. I highly recommend it!

　当初SL冬の湿原号に乗ろうと思っていましたが、希望の席が取れなかったりした時の代替えをネットで検索していた時にこのツアーを見つけ、早速こちらに決めました。
　事前の質問にもすぐに回答いただきましたので、不安な事もなく参加できました。（食事制限があるので昼食の内容やフリータイムの過ごし方など）
　当日は天気にも恵まれ、１日で効率良く見どころを廻って頂きましたので、期待通り、以上に観光スポットを堪能できました。各スポットの時間配分もよかったと思います。ただ、阿寒湖温泉の１時間はちょっと中途半端かもしれません。温泉に入るには短いし、氷上アクティビティも、ちょうど大人数の外人の団体さんが着いた所でしたので、待ち時間を考えるとこちらも微妙で参加は諦めました。夏はフリータイムが２時間というお話でしたので、２時間あれば満喫できると思います。
　運転手さんも安全な運転で安心できましたし、何よりガイドさんにはとても良いご案内をいただき、バスの中もいろいろなお話で楽しかったです。お土産の情報も本当にありがたく、家族や友人に良いお土産が買えました。
釧路までの道中では、釧路での時間の過ごし方なども教えていただき、ちょうど翌日の午後の飛行機でしたので、参考になりました。
　親戚が札幌に、友人の出身が洞爺で、何回か北海道には参りましたが、釧路は初めて同然で、今度はまた夏に訪れたいという魅力を感じさせていただいた素敵な１日でした。おすすめです！
　

Hokkaido is vast, and there are tourist spots that are not accessible by public transportation, so traveling by car is the norm. However, if you're not used to driving on snowy roads, it can be daunting. This plan is perfect for such people. You can simply sit back and efficiently visit various spots, each of which was quite impressive. I thought I would enjoy watching the cranes, but they were larger than I imagined (with a wingspan of 2.3 meters), and seeing them fly just above my head was breathtaking, making it the highlight of my trip. The swans are quite accustomed to humans and can be observed up close. Unlike in a zoo, wild animals move freely, which is enjoyable to watch. The scenery at Iouzan and the three lakes was also beautiful, and being able to visit these in half a day is something only bus tours can offer. The guide's stories were interesting, so I never got bored during the journey. If I had taken a regular bus, the travel would have been too dull. The temperature was around 0 degrees during the day, which was not as cold as I expected, but at Lake Akan, it was very cold at -5 degrees in the snow, so I was glad I brought gloves and a scarf. The snow wasn't too deep, and it hadn't turned into ice, so short rubber boots were sufficient. Still, there were a few icy slopes, so I walked carefully. I recommend sitting on the right side of the bus. The frozen Kushiro River and Kushiro Wetlands are on the right side, and the bus does not stop there, so if you want to see the wetlands, the right side is better. The area around Lake Kussharo is recommended on the left side, but that view is brief. Also, sitting closer to the front will allow you to hear the guide's explanations better, making it more enjoyable. Therefore, I recommend sitting in the front on the right side. It was a Monday on a weekday, but the bus was almost full with older passengers and Chinese tourists. It’s best to board early to secure a good seat. The only downside was having to eat the lunch bento in a closed space without a view. It was a shame because the pork bowl bento was incredibly delicious, but I had to eat it without being able to see the scenery. It would have been perfect if we could choose our own places to eat. However, I think there is no better plan to enjoy winter in the eastern part of Hokkaido more efficiently. Thank you for a truly wonderful trip.

北海道は広く公共交通機関では行けない場所に観光スポットがあるため車移動が主流となるが雪道の運転は慣れてないから不安。そんな人に最適のプランです。座っているだけで効率よく様々なスポットへ行けたしそれぞれが見ごたえ十分でした。鶴を見て楽しめるのかなと思っていたのですが想像より大きく(羽を広げて2m30cm)頭上すぐ上を飛ぶ姿は圧巻でこの旅一番の思い出になりました。白鳥達は人馴れしておりかなり近くで観察できます。動物園とは違い野生の動物は伸び伸び動きまわるので見ていて楽しいです。硫黄山や3つの湖も良い景色でこれらを半日の間に周れるのはバス観光ならではで、道中もガイドさんの話が面白いので飽きることはありませんでした。路線バスだと移動が退屈すぎたでしょう。気温は日中0度前後で思ったよりは寒くありませんでしたが阿寒湖は雪の中の-5度だったのでとても寒く、手袋やマフラーを持ってきていて良かったです。雪はそこまで深くなくアイスバーンにもなっていなかったので靴は丈の短い長靴で十分でした。それでも凍っている坂道もちらほらあったので慎重に歩きました。バスの席は右側がおすすめです。凍った釧路川や釧路湿原が右側にあり、そこでバスは停車しないので湿原を見たい人は右側が良いです。屈斜路湖周辺は左側がおすすめですがそこは一瞬で終わります。またガイドさんの説明をよく聞ける前の席の方が楽しめるでしょう。ですので右側前方の席がおすすめです。平日の月曜でしたが年配や中国人観光客でバスはほぼ満席でした。最初に早めに乗り込み良い席を確保した方がよいですね。唯一残念だったのが昼食の弁当を密室で景色の見れない空間で食べさせられた事です。せっかく豚丼弁当が最高に美味しかっただけに景色を見れずに食べなければいけなかったのは残念です。各自好きな場所を選べれたら最高だったのですが。しかし道東の冬をこれ以上効率よく楽しめるプランはなかなかないと思います。本当に良い旅をありがとうございました。

The driver was a wonderful person who responded well to our requests and guided us perfectly. We were able to visit places that are difficult to reach by public transportation, making it a truly fantastic trip!

The number of participants was small, and everything went according to schedule. It was sunny at first, but it turned into a snowstorm, so we couldn't see the view of Lake Toya at the end. However, the driver and guide were great, and we had a wonderful time. The lunch was very delicious, but I wish we had a bit more time. I really enjoyed the day. Next time, I would like to participate when the weather is nice.

参加人数少なく、スケジュール通り進みました。最初は晴れ、途中から吹雪となり最後の洞爺湖景色は見れませんでしたが、ドライバーさん、ガイドさんが良い方で楽しく過ごせました。
昼食がとても美味しかったですが、もう少し時間があればなと思いました。
1日満喫できました。
今度は天気の良いときに参加してみたいです。

Good points:
The mushroom soup at the Mushroom Kingdom was very delicious. It really felt fresh.
The scallop hot pot and scallop rice for lunch were also quite tasty.
The breathtaking view from the Usuzan Observatory.
I was able to closely observe Showa Shinzan (a video camera or good binoculars are a must!).

Disappointing points:
If I could have extended my stay at the Mushroom Kingdom by another 10 minutes, I might have been able to try the "premium mushroom soup" (it apparently takes 10 minutes to prepare).
Although it's not related to the bus company, there were foreigners flying a drone at the Usuzan Observatory, and it was noisy. Isn't that illegal?

If the round-trip ropeway fee and lunch are included for this price, I'm very satisfied.
Depending on the snow conditions, I recommend wearing warm boots during this season.

良かったところ：
きのこ王国のきこの汁がとても美味しかった。いかにも採れたてって感じで。
昼食の帆立鍋と帆立ご飯もなかなか美味しかった。
有珠山展望台からの絶景
昭和新山を子細に観察できた(ビデオカメラor良い双眼鏡必須ですよ！）


イマイチだった点：
きのこ王国の滞在時間をあと１０分延長して貰えれば「プレミアムきのこ汁」を食すことができたかも(調理するのに１０分必要らしい）。
バス会社は関係ないが有珠山展望台で外国人がドローンを飛ばしてて五月蠅かった。違法では？

ロープウェイ往復料金と昼食が込みでこの料金なら大満足。
積雪状況によりますがこの季節は防寒長靴がおススメです。

The daily driving distance is 250 km, making it more efficient to explore Eastern Hokkaido with a guide's explanations rather than by private car. I was unsure if there would be much to see in winter Hokkaido, but the sulfur mountain, which looks like it's spewing hot water, and the brilliantly blue Lake Mashu were impressive sights. We stayed at each location for about 20 to 30 minutes, but after just 10 minutes outside, my body felt frozen, so the itinerary was just right, allowing for restroom breaks and shopping at the stalls. Although lunch was a bento, I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having a venue prepared in a conference room where warm food was served. The highlight was having an hour of free time at Lake Akan, where I could enjoy the hot springs (at my own expense). Along the way, I also spotted Ezo deer and red foxes.

Some people got off at Lake Akan, while I was able to continue directly to the airport. There were various tourists from abroad and solo travelers, but I had a pleasant day. Since we traveled through deciduous forests, I thought it would be nice to come back when everything is green. It was a bit disappointing that the old-fashioned bus did not have power outlets at the seats.

一日の走行距離は250KMとのことで、自家用車で回るより効率よく、ガイドさんの説明付きで、東北海道を堪能できます。冬の北海道ということで、見るところがあるか疑問でしたが、熱湯が噴き出しているような硫黄山も、真っ青な摩周湖も見応えがありました。１カ所につき滞在は20〜30分程度ですが、10分も外にいると体が凍りつき、売店でトイレを借りたりお買い物をしたりと、ちょうどよい行程でした。昼食はお弁当でしたが、会議室に会場を用意してくださり、温かいものを出してくださったりと、お心遣いが嬉しかったです。阿寒湖での1時間フリータイムで、温泉に入れたこと（自費）が最高でした。道中、エゾジカやキタキツネも見ることができました。
阿寒湖で下車している方もいましたし、私は空港下車でそのまま移動することができました。外国からの観光客の方や、一人旅の方など様々でしたが、気持ちの良い一日を過ごすことができました。落葉樹の中を走ったので、また緑がいっぱいの時に来たいなと思いました。旧式のバスで、座席に電源コンセントがなかった点は、残念でした。

I participated in the transportation from Kushiro MOO to Akan Lake Onsen. They took care of my carry-on bag, and the guide and driver provided full service. I received information about sightseeing, souvenirs, delicious food, and recommendations. I enjoyed the scenery leisurely from the car window, and it was a luxurious drive where I could also experience the tourist spots on foot. I was able to experience the wonderful natural beauty of animals like the red-crowned crane, swans, and Ezo deer, as well as snowfields, the sulfur mountain's fumaroles, majestic mountains, and mysterious lakes. I also had pork bowl for lunch. It was an experience worth more than the price I paid.

The driver was very kind. He showed great consideration for my mother, who has difficulty walking. The explanations of the sightseeing spots he provided were easy to understand and very good.

Many of the participants were foreigners, so I was surprised, but I was able to enjoy myself without any inconvenience. 香港出身のツアーガイド、ジョーイ・リーさんはユーモラスで時間管理も上手で、誰でも完璧な写真が撮れますし、英語、日本語、広東語、中国語も話せるので、すでに次が楽しみです旅行。

All the bus seats were taken, and I wished they could have at least seated us together as a family. They said we could borrow umbrellas at the zoo, but the place to borrow them was quite far away. There were many such issues.

バスの席は全部埋まり、せめて家族でまとめてほしかった。動物園は傘が借りれると言ってたのに、貸してくれる場所まで、かなり距離があった。もうそんなのがやまほどありました。

I was picked up at the airport and went straight to Otaru for lunch. I was taken to a delicious restaurant and enjoyed the recommended dishes to my heart's content. After that, I thoroughly enjoyed sightseeing in Otaru, with explanations about the facilities. I was really grateful that we stopped together at each sightseeing spot to take commemorative photos. On the way from Otaru to the hotel, we also stopped at tourist spots, which made for a very satisfying time. My friend who came with me was also very happy, and I was very pleased as well. We are talking about wanting to go again in the summer. I hope to ask for your help again then. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

空港に迎えに来ていただき、真っ直ぐ小樽に向かってもらい、ランチしました。
美味しいお店に連れて行ってもらい、おすすめのお料理をお腹いっぱい堪能しました。その後、小樽観光を施設の説明を交えて満喫しました。観光場所に着くたびに一緒に降りて下って記念写真を撮って下さって本当にありがたかったです。
小樽からホテルに向かう途中も観光地に寄って下さって大満足の時間を過ごせました。一緒に行った友人も大変喜んでくれて私も大変嬉しいです。
今度は夏に行きたいなぁと話しています。その時はまたお願いします。

I unknowingly made a reservation for a tour exclusively for foreigners, and I was the only Japanese participant. The guide, Michelle, spoke in four languages, which I imagine was quite challenging. Her explanations were very clear, enjoyable, and thorough. She was kind and addressed each participant individually. The driver, Kimishima, was also cheerful and engaging. It was a safe and comfortable day. I felt lucky to have met both of them and to have participated in this tour. I was satisfied with the tour content as well. All the participants were punctual and displayed good manners. Thank you very much! ♪

知らずに予約したのが外国人専用で、日本人一人の参加でした。ガイドのミッシェルさんは4ヶ国語で話してくださり
大変だったと思います。説明がとても分かりやすく、そして楽しく丁寧でした。参加者一人一人に声を掛けて親切でした。ドライバーの君島さんも明るく声かけされていました。安全運転で快適な1日でした。お二人と出会えたこと、このツアーに参加出来たことがラッキーでした。ツアー内容も満足でした。参加者さんもみなさん時間を守りマナーもよかったです。ありがとうございました♪

We wanted to go to the Shakotan Peninsula for our honeymoon, but since neither of us drives, we decided to book a guide, even though it was a bit pricey.

In the end, it was a great decision!

Ikuta was not only personable but also very knowledgeable! You could really feel his veteran skills!

He guided us to the places we wanted to visit with lots of interesting stories and took many photos for us! It was really helpful since it’s hard to take selfies just the two of us!

He also took us to delicious smoked food places, seafood, and sake shops! We were introduced to places that locals go to!! (The next day, we went to the restaurant recommended by Ikuta for lunch, and it was also exquisite!)

It was a packed day, and we were very satisfied! I’m so grateful that Ikuta will definitely come up in our wonderful memories from this trip.

I would love to book him again for our next trip to Hokkaido!

新婚旅行で積丹半島へ行きたいけど2人とも運転をしない為、少しお値段するけどお願いするか〜と予約しました。

結果、大正解！

生田さんは人柄も良く知識も豊富！ベテランの腕を感じました！

事前にお願いしてた行きたい場所へは色んな面白い話と共に案内してくれて沢山写真も撮ってくれました！2人だとなかなか自撮りでしか撮れないからありがたかったです！

他にも燻製の美味しい店や海鮮、日本酒のお店も回ってくれて！地元民が行く店を紹介してもらいました！！(翌日ランチは生田さんおすすめの店へ。これまた絶品でした、、、！)

盛りだくさんの1日で大満足！
この旅での素敵な思い出話に生田さん絶対出てくるくらい感謝いっぱいです

We had a night view tour that we wouldn't normally be able to do on our own, and even though we were running out of time, we received very warm hospitality. In the end, we were also given photos, making it a very satisfying and memorable trip.

なかなか自分たちでは行けない夜景ツアーで、時間もおしてるのにとても温かい対応をしていただけました、
最後には写真も頂けたて大満足の心に残る旅となりました。

It was a holiday, but because the weather was not great, all the tourist spots were empty, and we were able to go around smoothly and on time. It was cold at Nakayama Pass, but we were able to see the first snow. I think it would be amazing to visit again when the weather is nice.

祭日でしたが、天気がいまいちだった為、何処の観光地も空いていて、スム―ズに時間通りに回れました。中山峠では寒かったけれど初雪も見れました。今度は天気の良い時に回れたら最高だと思います。

It was a great decision to book a taxi this time. The bus line back from Mount Hakodate was very long. We got to see the sparkling night view and, without waiting in the cold, we were able to get into the car. Additionally, the driver kindly gifted us a photo he took with his camera. Thank you very much!

During the bus ride, we were able to enjoy the fun local stories from our bus guide that were unique to Hokkaido. The tour included a lunch break at the zoo, allowing us to explore the grounds first and then take a break for lunch when we started to feel tired from walking. The timing was just right. As often featured on TV, the animal behavior exhibits were very well done, and we could see each animal up close, which was fantastic.

バス乗車中はバスガイドさんの楽しい北海道ならではの地元のお話を聞きながら過ごすことができ、動物園ではランチタイムを挟んでのツアーだったので、先に園内を見学して、歩き疲れてきたところでランチ休憩で時間を持て余すことなく、ちょうど良い長さでした。
よくTVで取り上げられているように、動物の行動展示がとても上手で、どの動物も非常に間近に見ることができ、とてもよかったです。
