I went to Sapporo with my elderly mother for some errands, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some sightseeing. I considered a tour to Asahiyama Zoo, which I had wanted to visit for a long time.

There were tours that included visits to other attractions as well, which seemed like a better deal and were eligible for travel support. However, considering my mother's stamina, I opted for a tour with a shorter duration.

Perhaps because many people choose the tour mentioned above, there were only 15 participants on the day, which made for a relaxed experience. We enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido while listening attentively to the knowledgeable guide's explanations on the bus.

We had plenty of time to explore the zoo, and although my mother struggled a bit with the hilly terrain, she was able to take her time and enjoy the visit.

If I have the chance, I would like to participate in a more packed tour next time.

The weather was quite decent, with occasional clouds and sunshine.

Meeting time was at 8:10 AM in front of the Sapporo TV Tower information desk. However, there were many buses, and I had trouble finding mine, almost thinking I would be late. When I called, they responded immediately. Thanks to that, I was able to meet up with the guide without being late.
We departed for the zoo almost on time. There were only three Japanese people in the group, but the Chinese guide spoke fluent Japanese.

At Asahiyama Zoo, I participated in the polar bear feeding time. Arriving just over 10 minutes early, I got a great spot in the front row for standing viewers!

Before the feeding time, the zoo staff got ready, and the polar bear started to get restless. It climbed on the rocks and wandered around...
Then, at the start time, fish were thrown into the pool, and we witnessed an impressive dive from the polar bear, which drew cheers from the audience! After that, it elegantly swam while eating the fish.
I also got to see the feeding times for seals and giraffes. Although it was only two hours, I was able to see most of the animals!

Next, we headed to Furano for an all-you-can-eat lunch. There were 30 types of food, including Hokkaido specialties like Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and soup curry, as well as desserts.
Well, I also enjoyed lavender soft serve and melon at the shop.

After the meal, we headed towards Tokachidake and enjoyed the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. Both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were connected, and the waterfall and pond were all stunningly blue, which was breathtaking. Tokachidake was also beautifully visible, offering a spectacular view!

I got tired from walking and dozed off on the return bus. Thanks to the driver and guide, we safely arrived at Sapporo Station.
I made wonderful memories in just one day! Thank you very much!!

天気は、まずまずの曇り時々晴れ。

集合時間8時10分　札幌テレビ棟インフォメーション前。
でも、バスがたくさんいて、バスを探してしまい、危うく遅刻かと思い電話したら、すぐに対応あり。おかげで、遅刻せず無事ガイドさんと合流。
だいたい時間通りに、動物園へ向けて出発。
日本人は、３人と少なめ。
でも、中国人ガイドさんは慣れた日本語でした。

旭山動物園では、白くまのもぐもぐタイムに参加。
10分ちょっと前に行くと、立ち見の最前列で絶好の場所でした！

もぐもぐタイム前に動物園のスタッフさんがスタンバイすると、白くまがソワソワ。
岩は登ったり、ウロウロ歩いたり。。。
そして、スタート時間にプールはえさの魚が投げ込まれると、白くま大迫力の飛び込みダイブが見られ、観客は大歓声！！
その後は、餌の魚を優雅に泳ぎながら食事していました。
その他、アザラシやキリンのモグモグタイムが見れました。
２時間でしたが、だいたいの動物たちにも会えました♪

次に、富良野へ向かいランチ食べ放題。
北海道ならではのジンギスカンやスープカレー、デザートなど30種類も食べ放題です。
まあ、売店ではラベンダーソフトやメロンも食べれました。

食後は、十勝岳の方向へ向かい、青い池としろひげの滝を堪能しました。

河　池が全て青くて感動
十勝岳も綺麗に見え、絶景でした！

歩き疲れて、帰りのバスでウトウト。
この間に、運転手さんとガイドさんのおかげで，無事札幌駅へ到着。
一日良い思い出が出来ました！

I participated with my husband who was on a business trip in Hokkaido. Since we were joining from Tomakomai, we opted for a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo instead of a plan that covered the Blue Pond and other early morning spots.

During the trip, the guide's stories were entertaining, and at the zoo, we enjoyed curry at the restaurant near the east entrance, inspired by the stories we heard in the car.

I thought three hours would be long, but while watching the orangutan's munching time, we ended up not being able to see everything. However, we truly had a great time.

On the way back, we received discount coupons usable at Sunagawa Service Area, and the Jaga Pokkuru and Hokkaido limited pack (LALALA) that I was planning to buy at the airport were also 10% off, making it a tour that was worth more than the price.

I highly recommend the bus tour!

北海道に出張中の主人と参加しました。　苫小牧から参加なので朝早い青い池等も回るプランより　朝日山動物園だけのプランにしました。
行き帰りの道中　ガイドさんのお話が面白く、動物園では車中でのお話を参考に東入口のレストランでカレーを頂きました。
三時間・・・長いなと思ってまいたがオランウータンのモグモグタイムなどを見てたら　結局全部回り切れない　全部回り切れませんでしたが　本当に楽しめました。
帰りの車中で頂いた砂川SAで使用可能な割引券、空港で購入しようと思ってた　じゃがポックルや　北海道限定のパック（ＬＡＬＡＬＡ）も10％割引になりましたので　お値段以上のツアーとなりました。
バスツアーお勧めです！

I was taken to the places I wanted to visit while moving through Abashiri, Shiretoko, and Mashu. The driver was very kind and even took me to see the sights despite going a little over time. I also learned things I wouldn't have known if I had been driving a rental car alone, making for a fulfilling day. Thank you!

網走、知床、摩周と移動しながら行きたい所に連れて行ってもらいました。
親切な運転手さんで、時間が少しオーバーしても見たい所に連れて行っていただき、また1人でレンタカーで移動していたら分からない話も聞かせてもらって、充実した1日となりました。

Before getting off, I wanted to know that I could choose the place to get off on the way back, and I got off at the mall where the beer factory ruins are located, but it was disappointing that I couldn't enter the factory itself.

で降りたのに、工場中て中に入れす残念てした。

I went kayaking for the first time. The weather was great that day, with clear skies, and the lake was so transparent that I could see all the way to the bottom. I had never seen such a clear and beautiful lake before, and it was a wonderful memory as I was able to feel the nature around me.

初めてカヤックをしました。
行った日は、とても天気が良く快晴で湖の下まで透き通って見えました。
こんなに透き通って綺麗な湖は見たことがなかったし、自然を感じられてとても良い思い出になりました。

I participated with my 83-year-old mother-in-law. Since there were 18 people on the tour, we were able to sit with some space between us. Both the guide and the driver were nice, which made me feel at ease.

At Asahiyama Zoo, we were lucky enough to see the "Mogumogu Time" with the penguins, polar bears, and the tamarin. The main goal of the trip, the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, had great weather, and we were able to take the best photos. The timing for bathroom breaks was also good, making it a fun day of sightseeing.

We participated as a pair, and when I calculated the costs of the rental car, gas, tolls, and the fatigue from driving, I definitely felt it was worth it. If I can come to Hokkaido again, I would like to join another tour with this company. My energetic 83-year-old mother-in-law also walked well and enjoyed participating.

８３歳の義母と参加しました。
ツアー客18人だったので間隔を空けて座れました。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも良い人で安心しました。
まず旭山動物園では、運良くペンギン・白熊・手長ざるの「モグモグタイム」を見る事が出来ました。
1番の目的、青い池や白ひげの滝は天候も良く最高の写真が撮れました。
トイレ休憩のタイミングも良く楽しい1日観光でした。
2人で参加しましたが、レンタカー代・ガソリン代・高速代・運転の疲れなど計算したら絶対お得だと思いました。次、北海道へ来れたら
またコチラの会社のツアーに参加したいですね。
８３歳の元気な義母も、しっかり歩いて楽しんで参加していました。

The guide's explanation was wonderful. They were also great at singing and told fascinating stories about history, legends, and various names from the moment we got on until we got off, which made it an amazing experience.

ガイドさんの説明が素晴らしかったです。歌もお上手ですし、お話が上手で乗った時から降りるまで歴史やら謂れ、諸々の名前等飽きること無く話して下さって最高でした。

I visited at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. I was blessed with good weather and had a great time. The transparency was incredible. When you place your phone on the clear bottom of the kayak to take a video, it turns out beautifully. Thank you to all the staff!

北海道旅行の最後にいきました。天気に恵まれ楽しめました。透明度ヤバいくらいみえました。カヤックの透明な底に携帯置いて動画撮るときれいにとれますよ〜。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

On the day of the visit, the weather was favorable, and although the peak bloom of the moss phlox had slightly passed, the magnificent scenery that colored the entire area made me take a lot of photos.

当日は天気にも恵まれて、芝桜のピークは少し超えていましたが辺り一面を彩る壮大な景色に、思わず写真をたくさん撮ってしまいました。

I thought we would have plenty of time to relax at each location, but there were so many highlights that time flew by. The soft serve ice cream by Lake Mashu was delicious. The walking paths around Lake Akan were also very beautiful and enjoyable. Finally, being taken to the airport made me feel like I got a good deal on the bus fare from Kushiro Station to Kushiro Airport.

それぞれの場所でたっぷりと時間を取ってもらっていて、ゆっくりできると思っていましたが、見どころがいろいろとあり、あっという間に時間が経っていきました。摩周湖を見ながらの摩周湖ソフトも美味しかったです。
阿寒湖の散策路もとても緑がきれいで楽しめました。最後に空港まで送ってもらい、釧路駅から釧路空港までのバス代を得した気分になりました。

I was able to efficiently visit the course I requested in advance. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, it was difficult to use public transportation, and I was also anxious about using a rental car, so we opted for a sightseeing taxi. The driver provided guidance and took photos at our destinations, which made us very satisfied. I also think the price was reasonable.

事前に伝えた希望通りのコースを効率的に回って頂きました。高齢の母との旅行だったので、公共の交通機関での移動が難しく、かと言ってレンタカーを利用するのは不安だったので観光タクシーを利用しましたが、目的地でもガイドや写真を撮って下さり大満足です。金額てきにも良心的だと思います。

I was satisfied with the visit locations, the time spent there, and the staff. I had made a reservation to the airport, but after exchanging my ticket, I learned that I could finish the tour at Lake Akan and take a local bus to the airport at no additional charge, so I had that changed. Since the departure from Lake Akan is at 16:00, I could extend my time to enjoy not only the sightseeing boat but also the walking paths. However, since it's a local bus, the seats are a world apart from those on the tour bus. Overall, I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

訪問箇所、現地滞在時間、スタッフ、どれも満足でした。
空港まで予約しましたが、チケットに交換した後に阿寒湖でツアーを終了し、追加料金なしで路線バスで空港に行けることを知り、そのように変更していただきました。
阿寒湖発が16:00なので、遊覧船はもちろんのこと散歩道まで足を延ばせます。ただ、路線バスなのでツアーバスのシートは雲泥の差です。
とにかくみなさんにおすすめしたい内容でした。

It felt special to experience a tour that supports three languages, giving me a perspective on Japan from the viewpoint of foreign visitors. Even though it rained at the zoo, the waterfall, and Blue Point Pond, everything was very beautiful, making it a great tour that covered all the highlights.

海外旅行に来たような三ヵ国語対応ツアーで、外国の方からの視点の日本も知れたような特別感もありました。また、動物園、滝、ブルースポイント池も雨でしたが、とても綺麗で、いいところどりのツアーでした。

The guide's talk was also helpful. I was able to relax and enjoy the clear view of Lake Mashu from the newly renovated observation deck terrace sofa. At Akanko Onsen, I had plenty of time for a day-use bath, and the view from the rooftop open-air bath, where the bath and Lake Akanko blend together, was fantastic, allowing me to unwind. I recommend bringing a towel for the experience at Lake Kussharo's sand bath.

ガイドさんのお話も参考になりました。
リニューアルした摩周湖展望台テラスのソファで霧ひとつない摩周湖をゆったりと眺められました。
阿寒湖温泉では日帰り入浴の時間もたっぷりとれ、
屋上展望風呂からのお風呂と阿寒湖が一体化した眺めも最高で、ゆっくりできました。
屈斜路湖砂湯体験の為にもタオル持参をおすすめします

It was a tour that I could participate in and be satisfied with, even alone. I was worried about COVID, but I felt very relieved because I was able to sit comfortably with enough space. The guide had just the right balance of push and pull, which was great.

1人でも、参加でき満足できるツアーでした。
コロナを心配してきましたが、余裕を持って席を座れたので、とても安心しました。
ガイドさんもちょうど良い押し引きで、良かったです。

I received very polite explanations from both of you, and I was able to understand everything clearly. Also, thank you for guiding me to the local supermarket at the end and for waiting until I finished shopping, even though we went over time. Thanks to you, it turned out to be a wonderful trip.

The day after my business trip, I joined the tour just to kill some time before my flight home, but I ended up being extremely satisfied. For this price and within this timeframe, the cost performance is excellent for visiting so many tourist spots. Moreover, the guide was very knowledgeable and kind.

On the way back, I chose the airport route, but since I wanted to spend some time at Lake Akan, I consulted about taking a bus to the airport, and they kindly offered to hold my luggage. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy sightseeing without being weighed down and had a fulfilling day. I definitely recommend this over driving on unfamiliar roads with a rental car.

出張の翌日、帰りの飛行機までの時間潰しくらいの感覚で参加したのですが、結果的に大満足でした。このお値段、この時間内でこれだけの観光地を周れるなんでコスパ良すぎ。
しかもガイドさんは知識も豊富でとても親切。
帰りは空港のコースにしたのですが、阿寒湖で時間をとりたかったので路線バスで空港へ向かいたいと相談したところ荷物を預かって頂けました。
おかげで身軽で観光ができ充実の1日を過ごせました。
レンタカーで慣れない道を行くより断然おすすめです。

The driver who resembled Tsuyoshi Muro was very friendly and funny, making the 90 minutes fly by! Despite the unfortunate rain, he took photos at spots where we could see the beautiful night view and explained the history at tourist attractions, allowing us to fully enjoy Hakodate!!! I highly recommend it!

ムロツヨシ似のドライバーさんがとても気さくで面白くて、90分があっという間でした！あいにくの雨でしたが、綺麗に夜景が見えるスポットで写真を撮ってくれたり、観光スポットで歴史を説明してくれたりと、函館を大満喫できました！！！おすすめです！

I came from Taiwan. (Sorry for my strange Japanese.)
Since it's Golden Week, I thought it might be difficult to ride the ropeway, so I reserved a taxi in advance.
I originally wanted to book through a Taiwanese site, but since there was no 90 course, I made a reservation on a Japanese site (here)!

I arranged to meet at a restaurant near the station, and the driver arrived 10 minutes before the meeting time, holding a nameplate.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day, so we couldn't see the night view, but the driver was very kind.
He made a stop halfway up the mountain (at the second station?) and we were able to see the night view there.
We also visited the church and Hachiman-zaka, and he took great photos for us.

Even my parents, who don't understand Japanese, said they had a wonderful experience.

GWですので、ロープウエイ乗るのも大変かもしれないと考え、事前にタクシーを予約しておきました。
元々台湾サイトで予約したかったけど、90コースがなくて、日本のサイト（ここ）で予約！

待合場所は駅近くのレストランにさせていただくことで、
運転手さんは集合の10分前に到着し、ネームプレートも持ってくれました。

当日あいにく雨の日で、実際夜景見れませんでしたけど、
運転手さんとても親切でした。
山頂行く途中（2合目？）で一旦停車してくれて、そこで夜景見れました。
また、教会のところや八幡坂とかも回ったり
写真もばっちり撮ってくれました。

日本語分からない両親でも、楽しい体験できたと言ってました。

There were many participants from China, and it was multinational with people from Taiwan and the United States. Of course, there were Japanese participants, but perhaps because they were few, the guide spoke mostly in Chinese, which made it difficult for the Japanese participants to understand, but I think this is unavoidable.

The guide was cheerful and friendly throughout, which was great.

I think it would be better to have the buffet meal in a place with a better view.

The speed of the bus on the way back was fast, and I was surprised to see other cars overtaking us. I also realized how bad the roads in Furano were (quite bumpy, which might make some people feel nauseous), but all of that contributes to good memories.

Overall, I am very satisfied that we were able to visit so many famous spots in just one day. Thank you very much to the guide and the two bus drivers.

If there is another opportunity, I would like to participate again.

中国の方の参加が多く、台湾、やアメリカなど、多国籍でした。もちろん日本人はいましたが、少なかったためか、ガイドさんはほぼ中国語で逆に日本人のためよくわからなかったのですが、これは致し方ないと思います。

ガイドさんは終始明るく
親しみやすくよかったです。

バイキングはもっと景色のよい場所
での食事の方がよいと思います。

帰りのバスのスピードは速かったですが、それでも後続の車に追い抜かれたり、びっくりしましたし、富良野の道の悪さ(かなりぼこぼこで人により酔いそう)も、普段舗装されている道路なんだと改めて感じましたが、そう言うのも全部ひっくるめてよい思い出です。

全体的に、たった１日でこんなに沢山の名所を
回ることが出来、大変満足です。
ガイドさんや、バスの運転手さん2名の方、どうもありがとうございました。

また機会あれば
参加させていただきます。

Lake Mashu and Lake Akan were more ordinary than I expected. Lakes like Lake Toya were more beautiful. The guide's explanations went on for a long time, which made my head hurt and felt a bit tedious. While the information was thorough, listening for such a long time was tiring, and I wished for a bit more quiet time.

摩周湖、阿寒湖は期待してたよりは普通でした。洞爺湖とかの方が綺麗でした。ガイドさんの説明が延々とつづくので、頭が痛くなってきて少しくどく感じました。丁寧ですがずっと話しを聞いてると疲れてしまうので、もう少し静かな時間が欲しかったです。

Along the way, we were able to hear explanations and stories about the history of the area from our guide, and we saw the Kushiro Wetlands, Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan. At Lake Akan, we also had the opportunity to enjoy a hot spring.

道中、ガイドさんの開拓歴史の説明やお話が聞けたし、釧路湿原、摩周湖、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖と観ることができました。
阿寒湖では温泉にも入れました。

I was anxious about participating alone, but I had a great time. The guide's stories were interesting, and above all, the weather was nice!

I love Hokkaido, and after Sapporo and Hakodate, I came to enjoy the market in Kushiro. I wanted to do some sightseeing, and when I researched, I found that there was a one-day course on the Pirika bus. It was affordable, and I wanted to take my time enjoying the scenery, so I made a reservation. I was moved by the tranquility and fragrance of each lakeside, as well as the sunlight, all of which are not found on the mainland.

観光もしたく調べたらピリカ号の1日コースがあったので安いしゆっくりバスツアーで景色見たかったので予約しました
本土にはない各湖畔の静けさや香り、日の光全て感動しました

It was the same driver as the night before, which made me feel at ease. The forecast predicted rain, but he made sure we caught the first sightseeing boat in the morning, and we were able to enjoy a stroll in Onuma Park before the rain started. For lunch, he took us to a delicious steak restaurant, and in the afternoon, when it began to rain, he suggested we take a drive along the Pacific coast. We enjoyed a scenic drive by the ocean and were taken to a very rare geyser, making the most of our time. I am very grateful for the experience.

前日の夜景の時と同じ運転手さんでしたので、安心できました。
天気が雨模様になるとの予報で、朝一番の遊覧船に間に合うようにしてくださり、大沼公園の散策も含めて、ほとんど雨が降り出す前に楽しめました。
お昼はステーキの美味しいレストランに連れていってくれて、雨が降り出した午後は、思い切って太平洋側をドライブしましょう、との提案で、海が見える海岸沿いのドライブを楽しみ、とてもレアな間欠泉に連れて行ってもらったり、時間いっぱい楽しめましたので、とても感謝しています。

Even though it was a busy time during Golden Week, wasn't the outlook on road conditions a bit optimistic? I left 30 minutes earlier, but in the end, there was no traffic, and I finished an hour early. There wasn't much in terms of sightseeing information, which was quite disappointing.

GWの混んでる時期とは言え、道路事情の見通しが甘いのでは？
出発を30分早めたはいいが、結局渋滞もなく、一時間も早く終わりになった。
これといった観光案内もなく、とてもがっかり。

There was no explanation during the confirmation call the day before, and I was surprised when a different driver showed up on the day. The sightseeing guidance was also inadequate, and it was all about "it's crowded," leaving me wondering what I paid for. The enjoyment was halved.

前日の確認の電話ではなんの説明もなかったのに、当日になって代わりのドライバーが来て驚いた。
観光案内も適当で、「混んでるから」に終始され、お金を払った意味がわからない。
楽しさも半減した。

I participated alone, but I had a great time without any issues! The spacious bus was comfortable, and the schedule was just right, allowing us to efficiently visit many places. The tour guide was kind, and I thought it was a great tour.

Particularly, Lake Shikotsu is definitely worth seeing, and you won't be disappointed. Also, personally, I found the bear ranch to be very impactful and amazing, so I highly recommend stopping by!

一人で参加したのですが、全く問題なく楽しめました♪
広いバスにゆったり座れて快適でしたし、ムダなくちょうどいいスケジュールで効率よく沢山回れましたし、添乗員さんも優しくて、良いツアーだと思いました。
特に支笏湖は一見の価値アリで、感動すること間違いナシです。
あと、個人的にはクマ牧場がインパクト大でスゴかったので、ぜひ寄られることをオススメします！

From the airport pickup, we were guided to Goryokaku, the Central Library, and the hotel in a short time.
As we came from afar and had time constraints, we are very satisfied thanks to the driver's consideration.
