The weather was a bit uncertain, but it held up, and I was able to enjoy myself. Thank you. I was looking forward to the guide's stories, as there were many reviews mentioning how enjoyable they were, but it ended up being just an audio guide, which felt a bit bland, so I stopped listening halfway through. I noticed others had also put down their headphones, which was disappointing. I really wanted to hear the guide's live stories. Since it was a tour with international participants, I guess it couldn't be helped. I'm looking forward to the next tour. I was impressed by the gentlemanly demeanor of the bus driver. I appreciate it.

天候が微妙でしたがなんとか天気ももち、楽しむことができました。ありがとうございます。ガイドの方のお話が楽しかったとの口コミが多く楽しみにしていましたが音声ガイドでひたすら聞く感じだったのが味気なく途中から聞くのを辞めました。他の方も同じくヘッドホンを置いていて残念でした。やはりガイドさんの生のお話が聞きたかったです。海外の方も参加のツアーだったので仕方ありませんね。また次回のツアーを期待しております。バスの運転手さんの紳士的な対応に頭が下がる思いでした。感謝してます。

I took a bus from Chitose Station to Lake Shikotsu and participated in this tour. I had originally booked the 1:30 PM tour, but since I arrived early, I was able to switch to the 11 AM tour that had availability. The main part of Lake Shikotsu had some waves, so we were guided to the river instead. The water was incredibly clear and felt great. I also appreciated the photo-taking service. After the tour ended, I had a meal and went for a walk, and I could see that the 1:30 PM tour was heading to the lake. I'm not sure which was more fun, but I enjoyed the river, so it was all good!

千歳駅からバスで支笏湖へ行き、本ツアーに参加しました。
13:30のツアーを予約していましたが、早く着いてしまったので空きのあった11時からのツアーに変更してもらいました。
支笏湖本体のほうは波がうねっていたため、川のほうへ案内してもらいました。とにかく水がキレイで、気持ちよかったです。写真撮影のサービスもありがたかったですね。
ツアー終了後、食事をしてから散策をしていたら、13時半からのツアーは湖のほうへ行っていたのが見えました。どっちが楽しかったのかはわかりませんが、川は川で楽しめたのでまあ良しです！

Early in the morning, we headed from Sapporo to Asahikawa via the highway. There were 11 participants in 5 groups (3 Japanese groups and 2 foreign groups), so we used a small microbus. While I appreciated that the tour was still conducted with a small number of people, the ride was a bit uncomfortable. The driver was a pleasant person.

We spent 2 hours at Asahiyama Zoo, enjoying the underwater polar bears, penguins viewed from below, and seals swimming freely in the tanks! It was wonderful to see the lively animals in the water. On the other hand, the land animals looked pitifully exhausted from the heat, just like us humans.

The "Hokkaido local gourmet lunch" was a bit disappointing due to the overlap with other foreign groups, which made it crowded, and the limited menu. I had high expectations, so it was a letdown. I actually think it would have been better to extend our time at Asahiyama Zoo and have the freedom to eat there.

The Blue Pond was beautiful, and the sound of the Shirahige Waterfall was impressive, with a cool river breeze that made us forget the heat!

早朝の札幌から高速で一路旭川へ。5組11名参加（日本人3組＋外国人2組）のため小型のマイクロバス。少人数でも催行となりありがたい反面、乗り心地は△。運転手さんは感じのいい方でした。
旭山動物園には2時間滞在して、水中のシロクマ！下から見上げるペンギン！水槽を上下自由自在に泳ぐアザラシ！水の中の元気な動物の姿を満喫しました。一方、陸上の動物たちは、あまりの暑さにみんなグッタリでかわいそう！人間と一緒です。
「北海道ご当地グルメランチ」は、他の外国人団体客と滞在時間が重なって混雑していたことと、メニューが少なかったことで、期待が大きかっただけにちょっとガッカリ…。むしろ旭山動物園の滞在時間を増やして、そこで自由に食事をとれた方がよかったと思いました。
青い池は美しく、白髭のたきは迫力ある水の音と涼しい川風で暑さを忘れさせてくれました！

I had a great time thanks to the guide's thorough explanations. A pleasant surprise for me was that I had given up on the idea of taking a sightseeing boat to the Marimo Exhibition and Observation Center during my two-hour stay at Akanko Onsen, but I was overjoyed to learn that I could switch to a regular bus an hour later on my return trip, so I took the boat after all. I had a large suitcase with me on the day of travel, but I was able to leave my luggage at the bus terminal, which allowed me to enjoy sightseeing comfortably. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to, and it was a fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんの丁寧なご説明で、大変楽しみました。
私にとって嬉しい誤算だったのは、阿寒温泉２時間の滞在では遊覧船に乗ってマリモ展示観察センターに行くのは無理だと諦めていたのですが、帰路を1時間後の定期バスに乗り換え可能とのご案内に、大喜びで遊覧船に乗ってきました。移動予定日で大きなカバンを持っていたのですが、バスターミナルで荷物を預かっていただき、手軽な状態でしっかり観光を楽しむことができました。
行きたいところを全て訪問でき、充実した1日でした。

The meeting place was a bit hard to find, and even though I arrived early with someone else who was departing from the same location, we had to wait a long time for the person in charge to arrive. When I called, I found out they were right behind us. The driver and the tour guide were both great, so I’m glad I participated, but I was really disappointed with the food as it was very unappetizing.

待ち合わせ場所がいまいち分かりにくく、同じ場所から出発の人と予定時刻より早く着いたのに待ち、なかなか担当の方が来ないので電話したら、すぐ真裏にいらっしゃいました。
運転手さんと添乗員さんがとてもよかったので、参加して良かったですが、ご飯がまずすぎてガッカリしました

First of all, most of the tour participants were from overseas, and my son and I were the only Japanese. However, the tour guide provided guidance in Japanese just for us.
We started at Asahiyama Zoo and enjoyed the unique nature of Hokkaido. I especially savored the magnificent views of the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls.
The lunch was also very delicious, with a variety of options like Genghis Khan and Asahikawa ramen, allowing us to enjoy the food of Hokkaido.
Even the long travel time felt short thanks to the guide's anecdotes! The scenery visible from the window was beautiful and moving.

まず、ツアーの参加者は海外の方が大半で日本人は私と息子だけでしたが、ツアーガイドの方は私たちのために日本語でもガイドしてくださりました。
　まず旭川動物園から始まり、北海道特有の自然とを楽しめました。特に青い池と白髭の滝などの雄大な景色を堪能しました。
　お昼ご飯もとても美味しく、ジンギスカンや旭川ラーメンなどたくさんの種類があり北海道の食を楽しめました。
　長い移動時間もガイドさんの小話で時間を感じず過ごすことができました！窓から見える景色も綺麗で感動しました。

I was able to efficiently visit Shiretoko Five Lakes and other tourist spots. On the way back, I disbanded at Lake Akan and thoroughly enjoyed a hot spring visit and a stroll around the lake before taking the 4 PM bus back to Kushiro Station (I received a free ticket from the guide of the regular sightseeing bus). The guide was very kind, introducing several recommended lunch spots on the map and informing us about the locations and prices of currently open hot springs. Additionally, the bus dropped off passengers staying at hotels around Lake Akan. The guide provided detailed explanations on the bus and was very hospitable. The driver also drove safely. It was quite warm, but it was an enjoyable tour.

知床５湖他の観光地を効率よく廻れました。帰りは阿寒湖で離団し、立ち寄り湯と阿寒湖での散策を十分に楽しんだ後、16時発の路線バス（定期観光バスのガイドさんから無料乗車券をもらいました。）釧路駅まで戻りました。ガイドさんが大変親切で、バス内で、おすすめの昼食場所を地図上で何件も紹介したり、現在オープンしている立ち寄り湯先の場所と料金も教えててくれました。また、バスは阿寒湖で宿泊する乗客者へは、ホテルへお送りしていました。ガイドさんはバス内の説明も丁寧で、大変ホスピタリティーにあふれる方でした。ドライバーさんも安全運転でした。暑いくらいのお天気でしたが、楽しいツアーでした。

I have never forgotten the trip I took in my twenties, driving from my hometown of Tokyo, taking a ferry from Aomori, and exploring Hokkaido for a few days without any reservations. After moving to Kawasaki City in Kanagawa Prefecture, experiencing marriage, childbirth, and divorce, I found myself in my fifties, all the while wishing to return to Hokkaido. My son has now become a working adult, and since I often talked about my memories of Hokkaido, he too dreamed of visiting. We decided to take a bus tour for one night and two days, with only 22 hours in Hokkaido. The weather was perfect, and everything was wonderful.

At Farm Tomita, as soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by the scent of lavender. Eating Furano melon and washing our hands at the water station, I was amazed by the coldness of the water. The blue pond was just as beautiful as I had seen online. My son bought a blue fox plush toy at the souvenir shop near the blue pond. At first, I thought, "Wait, is a 24-year-old guy really buying a plush toy?" But now, seeing the blue fox displayed in our living room, I realize it’s a rare treasure that isn’t sold here, and I’m glad he bought it.

Since we don’t drink alcohol, I planned to buy grape juice during the winery tour, but they only offered it by the cup on-site, which was disappointing because I wanted to take some home. The rolling hills, wheat fields, and flower patches were unlike anything in Tokyo or Kanagawa. The forest colors were also different; while Kanto has deep greens, Hokkaido had bright, vivid greens. The roofs of houses were designed to prevent snow accumulation, and I saw a drum can standing on a platform next to a house, which I had never seen before. Everything felt fresh and new.

The bus driver was excellent, and the bus guide shared many memorable stories about Hokkaido that I listened to intently. I was deeply moved by the history of Farm Tomita, particularly the story of how the owner’s wife convinced him to continue the lavender farm for one more year, which led to the spread of beautiful photos of the lavender fields. I learned that life can change unexpectedly, and even if things don’t seem to change now, there’s always a possibility for something to change if you don’t give up.

There were some place names on the blue road signs that I couldn’t read, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I didn’t want to waste a moment sleeping on the bus, especially since plane tickets are expensive and I don’t know when I’ll be able to come back. I made sure to remember everything.

I won’t mention names since they are personal, but I still have the names of the bus driver and guide saved in my phone. The guide mentioned that there are hardly any amusement parks in Hokkaido, and the one we saw was one of only a couple in the area. I felt fortunate to have learned this because I was sitting in the front row and had the chance to ask questions.

After 27 years, visiting Hokkaido in the summer was different from before; the climate has changed, and it was more humid and hot compared to back then. Although it was a whirlwind trip with only 22 hours, I’m glad I went. I hope to travel to Hokkaido again before I die, as it is my favorite prefecture. If I have the chance to visit again, I hope to have the same bus driver and guide. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

20代の頃に地元東京から車を走らせ青森からフェリーに乗って宿も取らずに行き当たりばったりで数日間北海道をめぐった旅を忘れられずにいました。神奈川県川崎市に越し、結婚、出産、離婚を経験し、また北海道に行きたいと常々思いながら必死に子供を育てて気付いたら50代を過ぎていました。息子も社会人になり常日頃私が北海道の思い出を話していたので息子も北海道へ夢を馳せ、思い切って1泊2日、北海道滞在時間22時間ですが親子でバスツアーに参加。お天気にも恵まれ、全てが素敵でした。ファーム富田は一歩足を踏み入れたら一面ラベンダーの香り。富良野メロンを食べてファーム内の水道場で手を洗えば水の冷たさに感動し、青い池は何度もネット上で見た通りの素敵な色。息子は青い池のお土産屋で青いキツネのぬいぐるみを買っていました。え？24歳の男子がぬいぐるみ買うの？とその時は思いましたが今リビングに飾られた青いキツネを見るとこっちでは売ってないんだよなぁ貴重な宝物だなと、買って良かったなってキツネを愛しく撫でてしまいます。親子でお酒は飲まないのでワイン工場見学ではぶどうジュースを購入しようと思っていましたがその場で瓶での購入はやっていなく今はカップ1杯でいくらという購入方法でその場で飲むしかありません。買って帰りたかったのでそこは残念でした。東京や神奈川には無い、眼前に広がる丘陵そして麦畑やお花畑のパッチワーク。また森林の色も関東では深緑が多い中、北海道は目が覚めるような鮮やかな明るい緑が多く、住宅の屋根は雪が積もらないように(？)片側だけの屋根。家の横にはこちらでは見た事のない、ドラム缶が横にして台の上に立ててある…ちょっとうまく説明出来ませんが何もかもが新鮮でした。バスの運転手さんはさすが運転が上手く、バスガイドさんの話は本当に心に残る北海道の話を多くされて一言も聞きもらすもんかと食い気味に聞いていました。今のファーム富田があるのは【もうラベンダー畑をやめようと思ったオーナーをあと一年やってみようと引き留めた奥様の言葉、そしてその一年の間にある方の撮ったファーム富田のラベンダー畑の写真が世に広がったから】という歴史に痛く感動し涙が溢れました。人生どこに転機が訪れるかわからない、今は変わらなくても諦めなければ何かが変わる可能性だってあるんだという事を教えてもらいました。青い道路標識を見ても読めない地名もちらほらあり、それを見るだけでも楽しくてバスの中で寝るなんてもったいない、飛行機代だって高いしまたいつ来れるかわからないからと全て目に焼きつけて帰ってきました。
個人名になるので名前は記しませんが、バスの運転手さんとバスガイドさんの名前は今も携帯のメモ機能に保存しています。遠くに見える遊園地の事をバスガイドさんは北海道には遊園地が殆どないのであれは道内で1つ2つあるうちの1つなんですよと教えてくれました。これも最前列の席に座れたおかげで話しかけたから教えてもらえた事で今でも得した気分です。27年振りの夏の北海道、昔と違って気候が変わり当時に比べて湿度があり暑かったし22時間滞在の弾丸でしたが行って良かったです。またいつか死ぬ前にもう一度でも北海道に旅が出来たらと思います。都道府県の中で一番好きな地。またお世話になる事があれば同じ運転手さんとバスガイドさんに当たればいいな。本当に素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

During the busy Obon holiday, I was able to enjoy the night view of Mount Hakodate without waiting for the ropeway or bus, while also enjoying the sightseeing guide. Thank you very much.

混雑するお盆休みにロープウェイやバスを待つことなく、観光案内を楽しみながら函館山の夜景を見ることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

Despite the rain, the sightseeing taxi driver took us to various night view spots in Hakodate, and we managed to see the views through breaks in the clouds. The driver was an elderly gentleman, but he was very nice, and we were able to relax and have a great time. I highly recommend this tour as it offers great value for the price.

観光タクシーの運転手さんは雨天にも関わらず函館の夜景スポットを次々に周り雲の切れ間から何とか観れました。おじいちゃんドライバーでしたがとてもいい人でリラックスして楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。お値段以上のツアーでおすすめします。

It was extremely hot in Hokkaido, but thanks to the driver's thoughtful considerations in various situations, we were able to fully enjoy our trip. In particular, when I mentioned that my child loves Golden Kamuy, the driver took us to places related to it, and the kids were absolutely thrilled! Thank you very much!

I had a kayaking experience with my dog. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and I had a great time! It was a happy experience that makes me want to go again next time!

Asahiyama Zoo was as good as the reputation suggests! The guide was also entertaining.

The lunch menu recommended by the guide was great, but everything else was just average.

I used Ikuta Taxi for a tour around the Shakotan Peninsula. It turned out to be a very satisfying trip, as they efficiently guided us through valuable experiences that we could never have done on our own in such a short time. In addition to the tourist spots we wanted to visit, they also shared hidden gems known only to locals, and their kind and enjoyable explanations about the area were a lot of fun. I would definitely like to have them guide us again. Thank you very much!

積丹半島めぐりに生田タクシーさんを利用しました。自分たちでは決してできない貴重な体験を、短時間で効率よく案内していただき大満足の旅になりました。行きたかった観光スポット以外にも、地元の人しか知らない穴場スポットなども教えていただいたり、親切で楽しい土地の解説もとても楽しかったです。また是非案内していただきたいです。どうもありがとうございました。

I visited Otaru, Yoichi, and Cape Kamui. I wanted to go to the Yoichi Nikka Whisky and the Shakotan Peninsula, and I chose taxi sightseeing for its flexibility. At the Yoichi Nikka Whisky shop and Kakizaki Shoten, I was able to make some great purchases and was very satisfied. Cape Kamui was also sunny, with no strong winds, and the Shakotan Blue was truly breathtaking. The breeze was refreshing and pleasant. Mr. Ikuta was very calm and kind, with a wealth of knowledge and great storytelling skills! He took photos at various landmarks and even brought me to places not listed in guidebooks. Looking back on this trip to Hokkaido, it has become my best memory, and I truly feel that using Mr. Ikuta's taxi was a great decision. I would love to use Mr. Ikuta's taxi again on my next trip to Hokkaido. Thank you very much!

小樽～余市、神威岬を回っていただきました。
余市のニッカウヰスキーと積丹半島に行きたかったのと、タクシー観光の方が融通が効くので利用しました。
余市のニッカウヰスキーのショップ、連れていってもらった柿崎商店でお買い得な買い物ができとても満足です。
神威岬も晴れて風も強くなく、積丹ブルーは本当に感動しました。風が涼しくて気持ちよかったです。
生田さんはとても穏やかで優しくて、知識も豊富でお話上手！名所名所で写真も撮ってくださり、ガイドブックに載っていない場所にも連れて行ってくださいました。
今回の北海道旅行を振り返っても１番の思い出となり、本当に生田さんのタクシーを利用して良かったと思っております。
次回北海道に行くときもまた生田さんのタクシーを利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました！

Since we were moving from Kushiro to stay at Lake Akan, it was great to efficiently visit famous tourist spots and be able to get off at Lake Akan. We also got to hear the guide's stories and saw deer from the window, which was a lot of fun.

私達は釧路から移動して阿寒湖に宿泊予定だったので、効率よく有名観光地を回って、阿寒湖で下車できて、とても良かったです。ガイドさんの話も聞けて、車窓から鹿も見られたし、とても楽しかったです。

I was completely satisfied from arrival to the time we were sent back to the hotel. I considered renting a car, but the fact that we could do so much sightseeing was thanks to our driver. I made the right choice in hiring them.

Since the weather forecast predicted rain that day, I expected we would visit scenic spots while it was still sunny, but along the way, the driver made detours based on the interests of my children and us, which made it very enjoyable.

For lunch, they suggested options that accommodated my child's allergies, and when they realized we hadn't purchased tickets in advance for the Abashiri Prison, they recommended using a discount coupon from the website. I am truly grateful for their attentive service!

到着から最後ホテルに送ってもらうまで大満足でした。レンタカーも考えましたが、あれだけ観光できたのは運転手さんのおかげです。頼んで間違いなかったです。
当日生憎の雨予報だったため、晴れている間に景色を楽しむところを回ってくれることは予想していましたが、その途中も子供や私達の興味関心に合わせて、寄り道してくれるなど大変楽しめました。
お昼ごはんもアレルギー持ちの子に合わせて提案してくれたり、網走監獄で事前にチケットを購入していないとわかるとサイトから割引クーポンの提示をすすめてもらったりと、本当に至れり尽くせりの対応にとっても感謝です！

There were many tourists from overseas, and I was a bit confused at first, but the guide's brightness made it all go away! I was able to spend a fulfilling day while skillfully navigating three languages.

I wanted to go to Furano, so I joined this tour. Both the guide and the driver were wonderful, but I thought it might have been okay not to visit anything other than Furano Farm and the Blue Pond in Biei. Unfortunately, it was rainy, but the Blue Pond was truly blue, magical, and beautiful. I chose this tour because I could quickly have lunch with a bento, and the bento was very delicious, so it was the right choice. I definitely want to participate in another tour in the future.

富良野に行きたかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。ガイドも運転手も素晴らしかったですが、富良野ファームと美瑛の青い池以外は行かなくても良かったかな、と思いました。あいにくの雨天でしたが、青い池は本当に青く幻想的で素敵でした。数あるツアーからこちらを選んだのは、お弁当で手早くお昼を済ませられるから、でしたが、お弁当がとても美味しく、選んで正解でした。今後また別のツアーも是非参加してみたいです。

Every place was new to me, and I was thrilled. It was hot, but I was glad the weather was nice. The Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond in Biei were amazing. I wish I had spent a bit more time at Shikisai no Oka. The bento was delicious. It would have been perfect if it had come with a drink.

美瑛の四季彩の丘と青い池が最高でした。四季彩の丘の滞在時間が少し短かったです。

I was looking for a tour that would take me to several major tourist spots since I had no local knowledge and no means of transportation, and I came across this tour.

It seemed to be primarily aimed at foreign tourists, and we were the only Japanese people, but perhaps because the foreign guests were wealthy enough to travel abroad, they were quiet during the journey and had good manners, which made it enjoyable and安心!

However, there was one disappointing thing...

The restaurant we stopped at for lunch also seemed to cater to bus tour guests from overseas, and there were many people from China. Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty. More than half of the stalls were broken and out of order. Perhaps because they couldn't flush, used toilet paper was overflowing in the stalls and left unattended. I wonder if they couldn't keep up with the number of guests or if there were just too many customers...

Other than that, I was very satisfied! With lunch included, this price is a great deal!

The guide was also very kind, thank you so much!

I will definitely use this service again when I travel!

土地勘もなく、足もないので、主要の観光地を何箇所も廻ってもらえるﾂｱｰを探していて、こちらのﾂｱｰに出逢いました。

主に海外の観光客向けのﾂｱｰのようで日本人は私達だけでしたが、海外旅行ができるような裕福な外国の方だからか、移動中も静かで、ﾏﾅｰもよく、安心して楽しめました！

ただ1つだけ残念なことが…

昼食で立ち寄ったお店も、やはり海外からのﾊﾞｽﾂｱｰ客向けらしく、おそらく中国の方がたくさんいたのですが、ﾄｲﾚが汚いこと汚いこと。
半分以上の個室が壊れていて使用禁止。流せないからか、使用済みのﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが個室に溢れんばかりに捨ててあり、放置してありました。
受け入れ体制が間に合っていないのか、それ以上にお客さんがきてしまっているのか…

それ以外は大満足でした！
昼食もついて、この価格はお得です！

I enjoyed a scenery that felt just like being abroad. While gazing at the slopes of hills representative of Hokkaido, I felt as if I were on an overseas trip without needing a passport. Both the guide and the driver were very kind, making it the best trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the bento was, which I hadn't expected much from. I highly recommend it.

まるで外国のような景色を楽しめました。
北海道を代表するような丘の斜面を眺めながら、パスポートなしで行ける海外旅行をしたような気分でした。
ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても親切で、最高の旅になりました。
あまり期待していなかったお弁当が美味しくて、良い意味でとても驚きました。

I was able to visit all the places I wanted without wasting time, and by having lunch as a bento distribution, we were able to stay longer at each location. By moving ahead of other tour groups, we avoided crowds at the destinations, making it a truly meaningful experience.

行きたい場所を無駄なく観光出来、昼食をお弁当配布にした事で各場所の滞在時間も長く
他のツアーの方々より先回りしてまわることで滞在先でも混み合うこともなく、本当に有意義な時間になりました

I had a great time on the Pirika in the summer. On the first day, I enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Iwozan in a reasonable amount of time. At Lake Akan, I walked the Bokké walking course and admired the Ainu Kotan handicrafts. I was also surprised to see wild deer casually roaming around the town. The guide's explanations were great too!

夏のピリカ号で、1日目いっぱい楽しめました。摩周湖に屈斜路湖、硫黄山、程良い時間で、見事な景色を堪能しました。阿寒湖では、ボッケの散策コースを歩き、アイヌコタンの民芸品を眺めました。野生の鹿が普通に街中に居るのにも、驚きでした。ガイドさんの説明も良かったです♪

We were blessed with great weather and were able to see the beautiful Lake Mashu. Lake Akan, Lake Kussharo, and Akan Mashu National Park were also wonderful. The Kushiro Wetlands were a bit disappointing since we could only see them from the bus. The cost performance was excellent. I recommend taking a large bus tour with a guide instead of renting a car, as it is cheaper. We had a fun day, thank you very much.

好天に恵まれ、最高の摩周湖を見ることが出来ました。
阿寒湖・屈斜路湖・阿寒摩周国立公園も良かったです。
釧路湿原はバスの中からの為、イマイチでした。
コスパが最高でです。
レンタカーを借りるより、大型バス観光ガイド付き、料金も安く
お勧めします。

I participated with three colleagues! It started with the bus guide's perfect announcements, and I felt a sense of security throughout thanks to the safe driving.

The plan was focused on the zoo, but we couldn't manage to see everything even at a brisk pace... My honest feeling is that it would be nice if the meeting time could be a bit earlier to extend the viewing time.

However, I am very grateful to have seen the behavioral exhibits that I was looking forward to, and to have experienced it at this price! I definitely want to use this service again.

同僚3人と参加しました！バスガイドさんの完璧なアナウンスから始まり、安全運転で終始安心感がありました。
動物園に特化したプランでしたが、私たちには急ぎ足でも回り切ることができませんでした…せめてもう少し集合時間を早くして、見学時間が伸びたらいいのになというのが率直な感想です。
ですがお目当てだった行動展示をこの目で見られて、そしてそれをこのお値段で体験できたことに私はとても感謝しています！ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

I decided to travel to Hokkaido after seeing that Iouzan is a power spot on YouTube. However, there are few trains, and when I contacted the Kawakami Onsen Tourist Association, they couldn't provide accurate advice on how to access Iouzan. I guess it's understandable since the staff there are local car users. I'm also unsure if taxis are reliably available. After searching online, I found out that there are tours available, so I decided to sign up.

Participating was definitely the right choice! The bus travel was comfortable, and the guide's information was accurate, while the driver was kind.

Both the guide and the driver were knowledgeable about various sightseeing spots and restaurants, which was very reassuring.

I was taken to places I would never have gone to on my own, and it was a lot of fun. If you can't drive and don't have a strong desire to see specific places, I highly recommend this tour.

One of the participants in the tour could drive, but they mentioned, "Hokkaido is vast, and being in a car for a long time is tough," so even those who can drive might want to consider joining a tour.

硫黄山がパワースポットとYouTubeで見たので北海道旅行を決定。
ところが、電車の本数は少ないし、川湯温泉の観光協会へ問い合わせても、
硫黄山へのアクセス方法の的確なアドバイスはナシ。
観光協会の方は地元で車利用者なので仕方ないのかな。
タクシーも確実にあるのかもわからない。
ネット検索をしたらこちらでツアーをやっていることがわかり、
申し込んでみました。

　参加して大正解！
バス移動は楽でガイドさんの案内も正確で、
運転手さんも親切でした。

　ガイドさんや運転手さんは、
所々の観光名所や飲食店の情報にも詳しくて、
とても頼りになりました。

　自分では絶対に行かないところも案内してもらえて、
とても楽しかったです。
車の乗れなくて、特に「ココが観たい！」と、
強いこだわりがないのなら、
このツアーは絶対にお勧めです。

ツアーでご一緒した方で、
車の運転が出来る人だったのですが、
「北海道は広くて車に長時間のるのがキツイ」
と話してたので、
車に乗れる方でもツアー参加を考えてもいいかもしれません。

I'm grateful that I can efficiently visit Lake Akan, Lake Mashu, and Lake Kussharo in one day. The Kushiro Wetlands are a bit boring since you can only see them from the car window. The guide is experienced and provides detailed explanations. I wish we had a bit more time at Lake Kussharo and Lake Mashu. There is plenty of free time in Akan, but I'm not quite sure what kind of restaurants there are, and it's difficult to decide what to eat just by looking at reviews without actually going there. At the beginning, I was asked where I wanted to get off, and since no one got off at Kushiro Airport, we returned to Kushiro Station by 4 PM. I think this course is perfect for a quick sightseeing tour.

阿寒湖・摩周湖・屈斜路湖を効率よく1日で周れるのでありがたいです。
釧路湿原は、車窓からだけなのが、ちょっとつまらない。
ガイドもベテランで、詳しい説明をしてもらえます。
屈斜路湖・摩周湖での時間がもう少しあればな、と思った。
阿寒での自由時間は多いが、どんな飲食店なのかがいまいちわからず、実際に行ってみてでないと、食べログを見たりしても、何を食べるかが決めづらい。
最初にどこで降りるかを聞かれ、だれも釧路空港で下車しないので、4時には釧路駅に帰着してしまった。
駆け足での観光にはうってつけのコースだと思う。

I was able to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go, and since I didn't have to drive myself, I could sleep during the transfers. I think there was also plenty of free time at each location. The guide's singing was very good as well.

Since I used this service on the last day of my trip, I could have gotten off at Kushiro Airport, but that would have meant arriving too early. Instead, I got off at Akan Lake Onsen, where I had a meal, took a sightseeing boat ride, and bought some souvenirs, before taking the 4:00 PM bus to Kushiro Airport.

While I was sightseeing at Akan Lake Onsen, it was very helpful that I could leave my suitcase at the bus office. I had originally signed up for the drop-off at Akan Lake Onsen, but I was informed that I could take the bus from Akan Lake Onsen to Kushiro Airport by showing my ticket for the drop-off at Kushiro Airport. They changed my ticket on the sightseeing bus, which was quite beneficial compared to paying the additional fare for the local bus, so I appreciated their flexibility.

行きたいところを効率よくまわれて、自分で車を運転するわけでもないので、移動中は眠ることができよかったです。それぞれの場所での自由時間も十分だったと思います。ガイドさんの歌もとても上手でした。
旅行の最終日に利用したので、釧路空港下車でも良かったのですが、それだと空港に着く時間が早すぎるので阿寒湖温泉で下車し、食事したり、遊覧船に乗ったり、お土産を購入したりして、16時00分発の路線バスで釧路空港へ行きました。
阿寒湖温泉を観光している間は、バスの営業所でスーツケースを預かっていただき大変助かりました。また、阿寒湖温泉下車で申し込みをしていましたが、釧路空港下車のチケット提示で、阿寒湖温泉から釧路空港へ行く路線バスに乗車できるとのことで、観光バスの車内でチケットを変更していただきました。路線バスの代金を追加で払うよりも結構得なので、柔軟に対応してもらえてよかったです。

They were flexible in accommodating our requests. I'm glad we had time to stroll around Onuma Park. The view from the sightseeing boat was great, and we could see Mount Komagatake, which made us very satisfied. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Hakodate City Hall, and we could enjoy sightseeing while walking down the slope, so we weren't tired and could take our time exploring.

こちらの要望にあわせて柔軟に対応していただけました。
大沼公園で散策の時間をとっていただけてよかったです。
観光船からの景色もよく　駒ヶ岳も見えたので大満足でした。
帰りは函館公会堂でおろしていただき坂を下りながら観光できたので
疲れず、ゆっくり見学できました。
