During the trip, the guide shared information about the formation of the lake, as well as the history and geography of Hokkaido, making the time feel like it passed quickly. I think the 30-minute sightseeing stops at each location were just right, but there wasn't enough time to enjoy both lunch and a day-use hot spring bath at Lake Akan. I gave up on the hot spring and used the foot bath instead. Even without a car, you can fully enjoy the main tourist spots.

道中、ガイドさんが湖の成り立ちや北海道の歴史、地理などを話してくださり、時間が経つのが早く感じました。
各地30分程度の見学時間はちょうど良いと思いますが、阿寒湖で昼食と温泉の日帰り入浴どちらも楽しむには時間が足りませんでした。私は温泉をあきらめて、足湯を利用しました。
車がなくても、主要な観光地はしっかり楽しめます。

During the sudden cold snap, my lightweight down jacket was a lifesaver. Unfortunately, the visibility at Lake Shikotsu was not great due to heavy rain two days before the tour, but the view of Mount Usu from Lake Toya was stunning, with fresh snow accumulated on the summit from the previous day. It was also impressive to see Showa Shinzan up close. If I had a bit more time at Mount Usu, I would have loved to walk the trekking course there.

急に寒くなってきた時期で薄手のダウンジャケットが大活躍しました。
ツアー参加２日前に大雨が降ったので支笏湖の透明度は残念ながらイマイチでしたが、洞爺湖から見る有珠山などは前日降った雪が山頂に積もっており、とても綺麗でした。昭和新山も近くで見れて、迫力がありとても良かったです。有珠山でもう少し時間があれば、有珠山のトレッキングコースを歩いてみたかったです。

It was my first trip to the Furano and Biei area. The weather was great, and I truly enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and the magnificent nature of Hokkaido throughout the day (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*). Considering the distance from Sapporo, I initially wondered if it was possible to see so much in one day, but the guidance was excellent. They also took great care to ensure we had enough restroom breaks, and I enjoyed a delicious hamburger and a mini cheese fondue set for lunch. Additionally, we even had time for souvenir shopping at Rokkatei Campagne in Furano, making for a wonderfully luxurious and relaxing day. I'm so grateful!!

お天気もよく、目を見張るばかりの本当に素晴らしい風景、北海道の大自然を満喫できた1日でした(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
札幌からの距離を考えると、1日でこんなに周れるのかしら？と最初は思うほどでしたが、ほんとに上手にご案内下さって、それでいてトイレ休憩とかも十分配慮して下さって、お腹も美味しいハンバーグとプチチーズフォンデュセットをいただいて、また、途中富良野の六花亭カンパーニュでお土産タイムまで一緒に組んであるという、なんとも贅沢でのどかな1日でした。感謝です！！

I have traveled to Hokkaido several times. I visited Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and both had free time, allowing me to see various places and do some sightseeing. In particular, it was my first time taking the ropeway and looking down at Showa Shinzan from the top of Mount Usu, which was truly moving. The scenery was completely different from what I had seen before. Looking up at Showa Shinzan from below and looking down at it from the higher Mount Usu presented two entirely different views, leaving a strong impression. Thank you very much.

今までに数回、北海道を旅行しています。笏湖・洞爺湖も来ましたが、両方ともフリータイムもあり、色んな所から見たり、観光できました。特に、ロープウエイで登り、有珠山の頂上から昭和新山を見下ろしたのは初めてで感動的でした。全く今までと景色が違いました。下から見上げる昭和新山と、より高い有珠山から見下ろす昭和新山は、まるで違う景色で印象強くなりました。有り難うございました。

First of all, the two-hour bus ride was very pleasant thanks to the guide's explanations, which were wonderful. It felt almost like listening to a story being read aloud!

At Asahiyama Zoo, I was able to meet the polar bear, Pirika Mama, and her cub, Yume-chan, whom I was really looking forward to seeing, both at the beginning and the end of my visit. I tended to focus on my favorite animals, so I couldn't see everything due to time constraints, but it seems I was able to leave some excitement for the next opportunity, resulting in a very satisfying and enjoyable day. ^ ^

先ずは、行きの2時間をバスガイドさんの説明がとても心地よく素晴らしかったです。
まるで物語の朗読を聴いているような錯覚さえおぼえるほど！

旭山動物園では、今回とても会いたかったシロクマのピリカママとゆめちゃんに最初と最後会ってきました。その他お気に入りの動物に集中しがちだったせいか、時間とのにらめっことなり、すべてを見て回ることはできませんでしたが、次の機会へのお楽しみを残せたようで、結果とても満足な良い1日になりました^ ^

I used this service because it was possible to do sightseeing in one day. However, the schedule meant that I couldn't take the sightseeing boat at Lake Akan, and if I wanted to ride the boat, I had to leave the Pirika and transfer to a bus from the bus terminal to Kushiro. The bus I took to Kushiro Station was a regular route bus, and the two-hour ride was tough.

I was told that there had been complaints about the guide's talk being too loud on the Pirika, and they were considerate about it, but I actually enjoyed the guide's commentary. I would have liked to stay on the Pirika until the end if possible. I had a great time at Lake Akan, but this was the only disappointing part.

1日で観光できるということで利用しました。
ただスケジュールが阿寒湖温泉での遊覧船に乗れないことになっていて、遊覧船に乗りたければ
ピリカ号を離脱してバスターミナルから釧路までのバスに乗り換えることになってしまいます。
釧路駅まで乗ったバスは普通の路線バスで
2時間の乗車は辛かったです。

ピリカ号にガイドさんのお話がうるさかったなどの苦情がきているとおっしゃって気遣いをしてくれていましたが私はガイドさんのお話は楽しかったです。
できれば最後までピリカ号に乗りたかったです。
阿寒湖温泉では楽しめましたがこれだけが
残念でした。

It is said that it takes 7 minutes to walk from Usuzan Ropeway Station to the summit, but it actually takes about 10 minutes, which can be quite tough for those over 70 years old. The temperature at the summit was 5 degrees, and it was windy, so dressing warmly is advisable. The soft serve ice cream at the top was delicious. The bus guide in central Sapporo was very kind and helpful. The lunch at Lake Toya, at Kohantei, was luxurious and tasty. It was a very enjoyable trip.

有珠山のロ-プウエ-駅から頂上迄徒歩7分とあるが、10分位、70才以上の人はかなりきつい。頂上の気温5度、風が強く厚着がよいかも
頂上でのソフトクリ-ムはおいしかった。
札幌中央のバスガイドさんは、凄く親切で良かった。
洞爺湖の昼食【湖畔亭】は豪華の内容でおいしかった。

First of all, thank you to the crew and the guide for your hard work throughout the day. I made my reservation online, so I had the front seat on the left side of the bus. Originally, I was supposed to travel with my wife, but she passed away last year, and I ended up on this solo trip. However, thanks to the cheerful guide and the skilled driver, it turned out to be a wonderful day. The lunch we had was also very delicious. I plan to visit Sapporo in January for a winter trip. I hope there will be a winter bus tour available, but I wonder if your company offers one? I think I will be relying on you again, so thank you in advance. We were blessed with weather that could be called the last warmth of the year! Although the lavender season has passed, the colorful flowers were blooming beautifully! The blue pond was also breathtakingly beautiful and left me in awe!

The bus guide and the driver were both kind, and the bus tour, which allowed us to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots, was fantastic!

The scenery was wonderful! The timing was just right, and I was able to enjoy taking photos and food at various places. The guide was kind and shared many stories, and they answered our questions thoroughly.

The bus guide spoke earnestly the whole time, and I gained a deep understanding of the history and culture of the places we visited, which made me feel a strong attachment to them.

This is a tour that allows you to efficiently visit Lake Mashu, Lake Akan, and Mount Iou by bus. You can also store large luggage like suitcases in the bus's luggage compartment.

The stay at Lake Mashu is about 30 minutes, which is enough time. However, depending on the weather, the lake may not be visible due to fog.

Mount Iou has a strong smell that I found difficult to handle.

The stay at Lake Akan is two hours, and while it's difficult to take a sightseeing boat, arrangements can be made for a route bus that arrives one hour after the meeting time to return to Kushiro. As alternatives to the sightseeing boat, you can spend time visiting day-use hot springs, shops selling Ainu crafts, or having lunch.

The bus guide's explanations of the attractions were very interesting, and even though I participated alone, I was able to enjoy the day without feeling bored.

摩周湖、阿寒湖、硫黄山を効率的にバスで観光できるツアーです。スーツケースなどの大きな荷物をバスの荷物置き場に預けることも可能です。
摩周湖の滞在時間は約30分ですが、時間は十分足りました。天候によっては霧で湖が見えないこともあるそうです。
硫黄山はニオイがきつくて私は苦手に感じました。
阿寒湖の滞在時間は２時間で観光船に乗ることは難しいのですが、集合時間の１時間後に到着する路線バスで釧路に戻る手配もしてもらえます。観光船以外の過ごし方として、日帰り温泉やアイヌ民芸品を扱うお店巡り、昼食などで時間をつぶせます。
バスガイドさんの名所案内も面白いお話が多くて、私は一人参加でしたが退屈することなく、楽しく１日を過ごすことができました。

It was a very fulfilling tour. We visited all the sightseeing spots, and at almost every location, we had plenty of time, so I was able to take many memorable photos. The lunch was also very delicious, and you can enjoy it slowly while taking in the wonderful view, so I highly recommend it!

They guided us to the beautiful Blue Pond that I wanted to visit, as well as many other wonderful places I hadn't planned to go to. I was able to enjoy it so much that I have no regrets! The driver was bright and fun!

I had a truly fulfilling day on the 6-hour course, visiting several spots on the Shakotan Peninsula from Otaru Station, including salmon spawning locations, Nikka Whisky, and the best sushi restaurant. Our driver, Ikuta, was very knowledgeable about the area, which was both educational and entertaining, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful day with extra experiences. Thank you, Ikuta! It was my first bus tour. The weather wasn't perfect, but to make up for it, the guide and the driver were truly wonderful people, and I had a pleasant day. I think it has been tough for the past 2-3 years due to COVID-19, and I sincerely hope that these unique bus tours in Japan will continue to survive. お天気は100%ではありませんでしたが、それを補うかのように、ガイドさんと運転士さんが本当にいい方々で、気持ち良い一日を過ごさせていただきました。

I participated alone. This tour allows you to visit sightseeing spots that are difficult to navigate individually, and it’s convenient because you can set different pick-up and drop-off locations, making it a good option for moving to your next accommodation. I joined from Fisherman’s Wharf MOO and ended the tour upon arriving at Lake Akan.

Although the stay at each spot wasn’t very long, there was time for free exploration after the guide's introduction. I took photos and enjoyed onsen tamago (hot spring eggs) at the sulfur mountain.

The bus was spacious and comfortable, and along the way, we were able to see red-crowned cranes up close. Surprisingly, it seems to also stop in urban areas.

The eastern region of Hokkaido is quite appealing, especially since there isn’t much public transportation available, and this tour takes you to the spots you want to visit.

このツアーは個人では回りづらい観光スポットに行くことができると同時に、集合場所と下車場所を別々に設定できるため、次の宿泊地に移動する手段としても便利です。私はフィッシャーマンズワーフMOOから参加して、阿寒湖に着いたところでツアー終了とさせていただきました。
それぞれのスポットでの滞在時間は長くはないものの、ガイドさんの案内の後にそれぞれ自由に散策できる時間も設けられていました。私は写真を撮ったり、硫黄山では温泉卵を食べたりしました。
バスも大きな車体でゆったりと座れて、途中の道すがらでタンチョウも間近に見ることができました。意外と市街地にも降り立つようです。
北海道の道東エリアは、公共交通機関があまりない中で、行きたいスポットに連れて行ってくれるのは非常に魅力的です。

【Impressions】
I thought the experience named "Lake Shikotsu Kayak Experience" would take place on Lake Shikotsu, but it was actually a kayaking experience on Chitose River.
I was worried about being able to operate the kayak, but as I got used to it, I was able to steer it in the direction I wanted, which was fun. (The lecture was thorough, so I felt at ease.)
Since the experience started at 15:30, kayaking while watching the sunset was the best.

【感想】
「支笏湖カヤック体験」の名称なので、支笏湖でカヤックをやるかと思っていましたが、千歳川でのカヤック体験でした。
操船できるか心配でしたが、慣れてくると思った方向に動かせるようになって楽しかったです。（レクチャーも丁寧なので安心でした）
15：30からの体験だったので、夕日を見ながらのカヤック体験は最高でした。

　

I didn't know that a bus guide would be included. The veteran woman shared fun stories about Hokkaido, and her relaxed tone was just right for the long journey. Since it was my first time in Hokkaido, I found her stories very interesting. We enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo for a full three hours, which felt just right. On the way back, the guide said, "I will keep it quiet," allowing me to doze off during the ride. Since it was an unfamiliar place, and Hokkaido is quite vast, I think the tour was very convenient and good. If I have another opportunity, I would like to use a different course. One point of criticism regarding the system is that having to present a paper ticket nowadays is a bit outdated. Since it's a tour, gathering is unavoidable, but I would prefer to show a voucher on my smartphone screen instead. There are times when you might be cutting it close.

バスガイドさんが付くとは知らなかったです。ベテランの女性で北海道のことを楽しくお話してくれて、ゆったりしたトーンが長旅にちょうどよかったです。はじめての北海道でしたので、そういったお話もとても興味深く聞きました。旭山動物園はたっぷり3時間楽しんで、ちょうどよいと感じました。帰りはガイドさんは「静かにしますので」といってくださり、居眠りをしながら帰ってこれました。慣れない場所、しかも広い北海道ですので、ツアーはとても便利でいいと思います。また機会がありましたら、別のコースで利用してたいです。1点だけ、システムにダメ出ししますと、いまどきチケットを紙で出さないとダメというのはちょっといただけないかな。ツアーなので集合は仕方ないですが、スマホの画面などでバウチャー見せればOKにしてほしいです。ギリギリで乗ることもありますし。

It was unfortunately a rainy day, but I was able to enjoy it to some extent. I was a bit worried when the bus didn't arrive on time at departure, and it was also disappointing that some people didn't return for the regrouping on the way back.

あいにくの雨天でしたが、それなりに楽しめました。
出発時に時間になってもバスが来なくて気を揉んだのと、帰路の再集合に戻って来ない方がいて気を揉んだことが少し残念でした。

It was great to efficiently visit the main tourist spots. I was worried about my 78-year-old mother’s stamina, but since it was a tour without a guide or escort, we were able to explore each location at our own pace within the allotted time, which was not a problem. We enjoyed relaxing at a restaurant with a nice view, and my mother was happy to go at her own pace.

The frequent stops at various spots made restroom breaks manageable. Considering the transportation costs to Hakodate, it was very economical.

The flexibility in extending our stay at certain locations was also very good. It became a wonderful memory! Thank you!

主要な観光地を効率よく廻れて、とても良かったです。
78歳の母親と一緒で体力的に心配でしたが、添乗員やガイドの付かないツアーなので、着いた観光地では時間内で自由行動で自分のペースで廻れてたので問題ありませんでした。眺めの良い食堂でまったりしたりと、マイペースに出来て、母親も喜んでいました。
こまめにスポットに止まるので、トイレも大丈夫でした。
函館までの交通費も考えるととてもお得でした。

滞在時間は余裕があると臨機応変に長めに取ってくれて、とても良かったです。

I participated in a trip for my mother's birthday with just the two of us. Since my mother wanted to see the flower fields at Shikisai no Oka and public transportation was inconvenient since she can't drive, we considered joining a tour. In the end, it was a great decision! The flower fields were the main attraction, but the guide's stories along the way were also fascinating, the lunch was delicious, and the content was fulfilling, leaving both my mother and me very satisfied. Thank you!

母の誕生日旅行で母娘2人で参加しました。母が四季彩の丘のお花畑を見たいということで、運転できないと公共交通が不便なこともあり、ツアーへの参加を検討しました。結果、大正解でした！お花畑が目的でしたが、ガイドさんの道中のお話も興味深く、お昼ごはんも美味しく、コンテンツが充実していて母も私も大満足です。ありがとうございました！

I was worried because a typhoon was approaching on the day of my visit, but I had a great time. Lake Mashu was overcast, but I could still see the island in the middle. At Sulfur Mountain, the smell of sulfur was intense, and I could really feel the power of nature. At Akanko Onsen, I enjoyed lunch and took a sightseeing boat, which was very satisfying. If you want to spend more time at Akanko Onsen, you can adjust your return time and take the local bus, which I think is a great option. I used it on the last day of my trip, so it was convenient to get off at the airport. I recommend it for those who are wondering what to do without a car.

参加日は台風が接近していたので心配でしたが、とっても楽しめました。
摩周湖はどんよりとしていましたが、中の島もちゃんと見えました。
硫黄山は硫黄のにおいがすごくて、自然の力を感じました。
私は阿寒湖温泉では、ランチして、遊覧船に乗って、十分に楽しめました。阿寒湖温泉で時間を取りたい場合は、帰りの時間をずらして路線バスに乗ることもできるので、その点もいいと思います。
私は旅行の最終日に利用したので、空港で下車できて便利でした。
車がなくてどうしようかな、なんて思っている人にはおすすめです。

I was able to efficiently visit the three lakes in Eastern Hokkaido. With a schedule of departing at 8 AM and returning at 5 PM, it was manageable, and once I arrived in Kushiro, I could head straight to dinner. If you pay attention to the scenery along the way, you might also encounter wildlife such as deer and cranes.

道東の３湖を効率的に巡ることができました。
８時出発17時帰着と、スケジュールに無理がなく、釧路についたらそのまま晩御飯に行けばOKです。
途中車窓に注意していると鹿やタンチョウなど野生動物にも出会えます。

They picked me up at 9 AM and took me around the Trappistine Monastery and Goryokaku. The monastery we visited first in the morning was still quiet with few tourists, allowing us to enjoy the sightseeing in a serene and sacred atmosphere, which was great. They also shared interesting trivia and information not found in travel books during the drive. In the end, they dropped me off at my desired sightseeing spot, and the enjoyable time flew by quickly.

朝９時にお迎えにきていただき、トラピスチヌ修道院や五稜郭等をまわっていただきました。
朝一でいった修道院はまだ観光客が少なく静かで神聖な雰囲気の中観光できてよかったです。
車内でも道すがらの豆知識や観光本には載っていないような情報を教えていただきました。
最後も希望した観光地で降ろしていただき楽しい時間はあっという間でした。

湿原の展望台に停留欲しいです。湿原の景色は展望台より違う、時間代よりも、せっかく２つ展望台もパスしたので、一つ停留してほしいです。

They arrived to pick us up 10 minutes before the scheduled time, ensuring a smooth departure, reconfirming the flight time, and checking the sightseeing details with great care. The explanation of the sightseeing was also very thorough and impeccable.

予約時間の10分前にはお迎え来てくださり、スムーズに出発、飛行機の時間再確認、観光の確認など、丁寧な対応でした。
観光の説明もとても丁寧で、申し分なかったです。

My daughter and I used a sightseeing taxi the day after exploring Otaru. We visited Asahiyama Zoo, Ramen Village, Patchwork Road, Patchwork Hill, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond, covering the highlights of Asahikawa, Biei, and Furano in one day. The driver allowed us to enter the zoo from the top of the hill to avoid fatigue, which made it very enjoyable!

In the peaceful and beautiful scenery, we were able to stop at good photo spots to take pictures, and the driver even took some for us, allowing us to go at our own pace, which was great! Of course, proper infection control measures, such as wearing masks, were also in place.

It was mid-September, but it was a bit chilly with strong winds, dropping below 20 degrees. However, since it was sunny, we were able to take many great photos. The sightseeing taxi was very convenient and responsive to our requests, making it an excellent option for exploring the vast Hokkaido. I would definitely like to use it again.

娘と二人、前日に小樽観光した翌日に観光タクシーを利用しました。旭山動物園、ラーメン村、パッチワークの道、パッチワークの丘、四季彩の丘、青い池など一日で旭川・美瑛・富良野の見どころを周ってもらいました。運転手さんには動物園を疲れないで周れる様に丘の上から入場させてもらったので、とても楽でした！
のどかで美しい景色の中で、いい撮影スポットがあれば停車してもらって写真を撮ったり、運転手さんにも撮ってもらったりしながら自分たちのペースで周れたのでとても良かったです！もちろん、マスク着用などの感染対策もきちんとされていました。
9月中旬でしたが20度を下回って風が強くてちょっと寒かったです。でも晴れていたのでいい写真が沢山撮れました。観光タクシーはとても便利だし、リクエストに応えていただけるので、広い北海道観光にはとてもいいと思いました。また利用したいです。

I participated with some anxiety due to the rain forecast, but I was truly lucky to complete the entire itinerary without any rain. The blue pond, which I was most looking forward to, exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied. I am grateful for the driver who accompanied us from the start, as well as the guide, whose explanations were clear and provided us with a wealth of knowledge. It was a long day, but I was able to spend a very fulfilling and enriching day.

あめの予報で、不安ながら参加しましたが、なんとか１日雨降ることなく全行程をクリアできたのは本当にラッキーでした。一番楽しみにしていた青い池も想像以上の場で、大満足。出発から同行してくださってる運転手さんは、もちろんのこと、ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすくいろいろな知識をいただき感謝です。長い１日でしたが、非常に濃く充実した日を過ごすことができました。
