This is an efficient tour of the southern region in the morning. Please note that all entrance fees are to be paid by yourself. A highlight of the tour is Gyokusendo Cave. You will arrive at Sefa Utaki before the ticket office opens, allowing you to be the first to enter Sefa Utaki. This means you can take photos of Sefa Utaki without any people in the background. After that, it is also possible to quickly visit Chinen Misaki Park. At Okinawa World, you will arrive just in time for the start of the Eisa show, allowing for a brief visit before exploring Gyokusendo Cave. Since there is a distance from the exit of Gyokusendo Cave to the parking lot, it is advisable to allocate about 15 minutes for this.

午前中に南部を巡る効率的なツアーです。なお、入場料は全て自分で払います。ツアーの中で一押しのスポットは、玉泉洞です。斎場御嶽は、入場券の開店前に到着し、斎場御嶽に一番目に入場します。よって、人がいない斎場御嶽の写真を取れます。その後、急いで、知念岬公園に行くことも可能。沖縄ワールドでは、エイサーショーの開始時間に到着するため、ちらっと見学して、その後、玉泉洞を見学。玉泉洞の出口から駐車場までは距離があるため、１５分程度時間を確保するのが良いでしょう

On the last day of my trip, I participated with the goal of visiting the Himeyuri Monument. Although it was a short time, I was very satisfied with watching the Eisa dance at Okinawa World and experiencing glass crafting. The sacred Sefa Utaki may seem like just a rock, but I think if you do some research before going, it will leave a different impression. I was also impressed by the guide's professionalism; they finished their explanation just as we arrived at each destination. They also showcased their singing skills, and their stable storytelling was met with applause.

旅行最終日にひめゆりの塔を目的で参加しました。短い時間でしたが、おきなわワールドでエイサー鑑賞、ガラス細工体験もでき、大満足でした。神聖な斎場御嶽は、ただの岩？と思われがちですが、行く前に下調べをして行くと、また違った印象になるのではないかと思います。そして、ガイドさんがベテランで、目的地に着くタイミングで丁度説明が終わるというプロ意識の高さに感動しました。上手な歌も披露してくれるし、安定した話術に喝采です。

It was the first day of the season, and I wasn't expecting much since the peak viewing times are in February and March. I thought I might see them far away and small, but to my surprise, a pair of whales put on quite a show right up close several times! It became a lifelong memory! I want to participate again!

解禁初日であり、見られるピークは2月&3月とのことで、期待はしておらず、見られても遠くに小さくかな～と思っていたのですが、なんとなんと。ペアのクジラさんが、近くで何度も暴れてくれました！！一生の思い出になりました！！また参加したいです！

I participated in the course that started at 1 PM on January 4th. The boat rocked quite a bit, but we arrived at the whale point in about 30 to 40 minutes, and I was so excited to see the whales that I didn't have time to feel sick. The couple of whales jumped and played around, providing a great spectacle. The staff was very kind and gave clear explanations, so I had a really enjoyable time.

船はかなり揺れましたが、クジラポイントに着くまで30〜40分くらいで着き、クジラを見たら興奮して気持ち悪いと感じる暇がなかったです。
カップルのクジラが飛んだり跳ねたり、色々な動きをしてくれて、見応えがありました。
スタッフの方もとても親切でわかりやすい説明があったので、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

I was grateful for the shuttle service and that solo participation was allowed. Since the season is still early and I had already had a good experience before, I came with a mindset that it would be lucky if we got to see anything. The winter sea is definitely rough, so I prepared with motion sickness medication and a raincoat. Many people got very seasick and it was unfortunate to see them vomiting. The staff responded quickly to help them. I managed to cope with the swaying by using my own method of dealing with seasickness, so I was fine. The whales didn't appear at first, but I thought it was nice to see the rainbows that appeared every time the spray shot up. Just when I thought that, we spotted a whale right before returning to port! The boat happened to be in the best position, and we got to see the beautiful back and tail fin as it surfaced! It was moving. Since I had a schedule that required me to head directly to the airport, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the car, and they kindly stopped by a station on the way. Thank you for a wonderful time.

送迎があり一人参加OKで助かりました。まだシーズンは早いですし、一度充分会えたことがありましたので、出てきてくれたらラッキーくらいの気持ちで参りました。冬の海は絶対荒れるので酔い止めと合羽の完全防備で臨みました。皆さん、ひどく酔って吐いて気の毒でした。スタッフのかたが迅速に対応して下さっていました。私は揺れに下半身だけで対応するという自己流の船酔い対策姿勢をとっていたので平気でした。クジラさんは現れず、飛沫が激しく上がるたびに現れる虹を眺めて、虹が何回も見れただけで良かったと思おうとしたら、帰港直前で発見！船がたまたまベストポジションとなり、浮上した背中と潜水の美しい尾ビレが見れました！感動しました。直接、空港に向かわないといけなスケジュールでしたので、荷物を車に預かっていただき、無理を言って通りがかりの駅に寄っていただきました。素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

It was an early morning tour, but thanks to that, it wasn't too crowded anywhere, which was great. It was amazing that we could visit so many places in just half a day. The guide's explanations were clear and memorable. After the tour ended, we still had plenty of time, so we were able to use our time meaningfully.

朝早くからのツアーでしたが、そのお陰で、どこもあまり混んでなくて良かったです。半日であれだけ回れたのは凄い。ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく、心に残りました。

Hello, I'm a participant from HK. This time, I joined a local tour in Japan for the first time with my friend. It was the best tour. With the guidance of a kind tour guide, we were able to safely reach the mossy forest. The stories along the way were enjoyable (I couldn't understand everything in the explanations, though...), and it was a very good experience. The weather in December was nice, and since it was about a three-hour round trip trek, it was easier than I expected, and I'm glad I went! Thank you!

It's incredibly cheap!
Also, the guide was a veteran, which gave me a sense of security.
Many people were able to get off at the airport, so I think there were more on the last day.
I highly recommend it.

The open-top bus was refreshing.
It was fun to see Tokyo Tower up close.
I was disappointed that we spent too much time at the shopping center in Odaiba.

This was my first time at Shiratani Unsuikyo. I was unsure about the path and considered hiring a guide, but I also worried that joining a guided tour would mean having to match the pace of others and that I might not be able to take photos freely. I struggled with these thoughts quite a bit. However, in the end, hiring a guide turned out to be a great success.

Our guide, Watanabe, was knowledgeable not only about the mountains but also about plants, and he explained everything in a fun way, mixing in jokes. We were laughing the whole time, to the point where other groups commented, "You all look like you're having so much fun!"

He also taught us photo spots and tips for enjoying the experience, so we were able to capture some Instagram-worthy shots. Additionally, having the guide meant we could get group photos taken, which was a nice touch.

The breaks were well-timed and informative, allowing even a beginner like me to reach Taiko Rock.

I thought I wouldn’t get lost, but there was still snow from a few days prior, making it difficult to walk, and the path was hard to follow. On the day of our visit, there was a woman who had come alone and got lost, and the guide helped her. I really think it's better for those unfamiliar with the mountains to hire a guide.

For lunch, we were treated to warm miso soup and coffee. I was truly grateful to learn that they carried all the hot water and mats for everyone.

If we had climbed on our own, we would have missed many spots, and we might have been exhausted on the snowy path that appeared midway.

It felt more like having a companion to walk with rather than just a guide. They also shared recommendations for sightseeing spots for the next day, and I’m really glad I decided to hire them.

今回、初めての白谷雲水峡。道もわからないし、ガイド頼もうかな？という気持ちと、ガイドツアーに参加しちゃうと、他の人にペースを合わせないといけないかな？とか、自由に写真撮れなくなるかな？という不安とで、随分悩みました。
でも結果、頼んで大成功です。

今回担当してくれた渡辺さんは、山の事は勿論、植物も詳しくて、冗談を交えながら楽しく説明してくれました。
私達ずっと笑っていたので、他のグループに
「楽しそうですね〜」
と、言われるほど、、、笑

写真スポットや、その場に合った楽しみ方のコツやポーズも教えてくれるので、今流行りのインスタ映えも撮れちゃいますよ。笑。
また、ガイドさんにお願いできるので、全員揃った写真を撮ってもらえるのも魅力。

休憩は、説明を兼ねて上手に取ってくれるので、初心者の私でも、太鼓岩まで登る事ができました。

また、道に迷うことは無いと思っていましたが、今回数日前に降った雪が残っていて歩きにくかったし、道がわかりにくい状態だったようで、当日も一人で来ていた女性が道に迷っていて、ガイドさんが助けていました。
やはり山に不慣れな方は、頼んだ方が良いと思います。

お昼には、温かい味噌汁とコーヒーをご馳走になりました。
全員分のお湯やシートを担いで、登っていたんだと知り、本当に感謝の気持ちです。

自分達だけで登っていたら、見過ごしたスポットも沢山あっただろうし、途中から出てきた雪道で、グッタリしていたかも？

道案内というよりは、一緒に歩く仲間という感じかもしれません。
次の日の観光スポットも教えてもらって、
頼んで本当に良かったです。

This tour was great to show us the highlights of Tokyo. We really enjoyed it

I recommend sitting on the left side of the bus for a view of the ocean.

Since Sefa Utaki is early in the morning, there are fewer people, which is nice. It was such a pleasant sacred place that I wanted to stay longer.

I'm glad I chose Gyokusendo. It was my first time visiting a cave closely connected to the sea, and it was fascinating.

I initially thought I would only go to places like Himeyuri if I had the time, but I'm glad I went. Even for a short while, I think it's necessary to reflect on the horrors of that great war. I might have enjoyed peeking into the memorial museum. I ended up having too much time to spare.

The guide seemed to be a novice and was trying hard! (But important things like explaining the entrance fee should not be mistaken.) Since they were born and raised locally, their guiding, mixed with native Okinawan language, was quite interesting.

バスの座席は海の見える左側がおすすめです。

斎場御嶽は朝一なので、人も少なくていいですね。もっと居たくなるくらいの心地好い聖地でした。

玉泉洞を選択してよかったと思います。
海と密接な鍾乳洞は初めてで興味深かったです。

ひめゆり等はついでじゃないと行かないなーくらいの気持ちでしたが、行ってよかったです。
少しの間だけでも、かの大戦の惨禍に思いを馳せることもやはり必要かと。
がんばって記念館を覗いてもよかったかな。
待ち時間をもて余してしまいました。

ガイドさんは新米らしくいろいろとがんばれ！でしたが。(入場料の説明など大事なとこは間違えちゃダメですよー)
地元生まれ、育ちということでネイティブ沖縄言葉を織り交ぜながらのガイドはなかなか面白かったです。

On the last day of my stay in Okinawa, I participated in a tour. The early morning visit to the Sefa Utaki was blessed with great weather and felt absolutely wonderful! The stroll through this power spot, filled with negative ions, became my favorite memory of this trip. Our guide, Yoko, provided excellent explanations that were very easy to understand. She also introduced us to Okinawan songs and was a wonderful veteran guide, full of rich knowledge and a spirit of hospitality. At Okinawa World, I enjoyed a powerful performance of Eisa. I highly recommend visiting the museum at the Himeyuri Monument as well. The tour also included a ride back to Naha Airport, and I was impressed by how well thought out the tour was.

沖縄滞在の最終日に参加。朝一番の斎場御嶽は、天気にも恵まれ、最高に気持ち良かったです！
マイナスイオンに溢れたパワースポットのお散歩は今回の旅行の中の一番の思い出になりました。
ガイドの洋子さんの説明も素晴らしく、とてもわかりやすかったです。沖縄の歌も紹介してくれましたし、豊かな知識とホスピタリティー精神溢れる素敵なベテランガイドさんでした。沖縄ワールドでは、エイサーの、迫力のある演奏を楽しみました。ひめゆりの塔では、ぜひ、資料館も訪れることを、お勧めします。帰りは那覇空港まで送ってくれますし、よく考えて作られたツアーだと感心しました。

I participated alone. I was able to experience Okinawan culture and make good use of my time. I highly recommend this tour.

This time, I participated with my parents. I was worried whether my elderly parents and I, who had joined the Jomon Sugi tour the day before, would be able to make it to the end, but thanks to our guide, we were able to reach the moss-covered forest safely. The stories along the way were enjoyable, and I feel like I’ve become a bit of a Yakushima expert. However, due to my oversight, I had requested to rent trekking poles when I signed up for the tour, but the reservation didn’t go through properly. On the day of the tour, I borrowed one from the guide, which worked out fine. The guide was really helpful. Thank you!

今回、両親と参加させていただきました。
高齢者の両親と、前日縄文杉ツアーに参加した私たちが最後まで行けるか不安でしたが、ガイドさんの案内で無事に苔むす森まで行くことが出来ました。
また途中でのお話など楽しく、屋久島通に少しはなれたかな？と思います。
ただ、こちらの確認不足ですが、ストックのレンタル依頼をツアーの申込みの時にしたのですが、申込みがうまく出来ていませんでした。
当日、ガイドさんに1本お借りしてなんとかなりました。
ガイドさんには本当に良くしていただきました。

The day after visiting Jomon Sugi, I had to return on the evening flight, so I signed up for an early morning departure to reach Taiko Rock. Since there were only two participants, including myself, they arranged for a 6 AM departure instead of the scheduled 5 AM, allowing us to start just as it was getting light without needing headlamps. There were few people, making it easy to walk.

Although there were many clouds, the sun was shining, and it was a pleasant trek. There is a famous spot called "Mossy Forest," but the entire Shiratani area was a magnificent moss world, not just that particular place. Taiko Rock had a fantastic view, and I felt it was worth coming all the way here. It would be a real shame to turn back at the Mossy Forest, so I highly recommend going all the way to Taiko Rock.

縄文杉の翌日でしたが、夕方便で帰らなければならず、太鼓岩まで行きたかったので早朝出発で申し込みました。
参加者が私ともう一人しかいなかったためか、一応5時出発の予定と書いてありますが、6時出発にアレンジしていただき、ヘッドランプを使わずちょうど明るくなってきたころの出発で、人も少なくて歩きやすかったです。
雲は多かったですが日差しもあり、気持ちの良いトレッキングでした。
「苔むす森」という有名な場所がありますが、特にそこに限らず白谷全体が見事な苔ワールドでした。
太鼓岩はとても見晴らしが良くて、ここまで来てよかったと思える場所でした。
苔むす森で引き返すのは本当にもったいないので、ぜひ太鼓岩まで行ってほしいです。

The route after Seifa Utaki was A. It splits from B, but I wanted to take a glass-bottom boat at Shinbara Beach on the B course, so I signed up for the bus tour. However, due to strong winds on the day, the boat wasn't running, so I reluctantly went with course A. I wish I had been informed about this at the meeting point. When I took the boat from Naha Port previously, the waves were rough and the water was murky, so I could barely see anything, so I was a bit disappointed since I was looking forward to it. However, I was satisfied with the sightseeing as I got to see the Eisa dance at Okinawa World on course A.

せーふぁうたきの後のルートがA。BとわかれますがBのコースの新原ビーチでグラスボートに乗りたくて目的でバス観光を申し込んだのですが当日の強風でボートが出ないということでやむなくAのコースにしました。わかっていれば集合の時点で教えてほしかった。那覇港で以前乗った時は波が荒くて海中が濁っていてうっすらしか見えなかったので期待して申し込んだだけにちょっとがっかりでした。が、Aの沖縄ワールドでエイサーの踊りを見たので観光も満足でした。

The tour ended in the blink of an eye, but I chose this one because a full-day tour would have been too long. I really wanted to visit Sefa Utaki, so I was able to enjoy it even in a short amount of time. I would like to take my time exploring again when I go to Okinawa.

あっという間にツアーは終わってしまいましたが、1日のツアーでは長すぎでこちらにしました。斎場御嶽にはどうしても行きたかったので、短い時間でも堪能できました。また沖縄へ行ったらゆっくりと周りたいです。

I was able to efficiently tour the southern region. The guide was experienced, and I was able to deepen my understanding of Okinawa. At the Sefa Utaki, I felt a glimpse of Okinawa's unique culture that reveres nature.

The Himeyuri Monument allowed me to deeply learn about the historical facts of Okinawa, which became a sacrifice for the mainland. In this era, where the vow for peace is beginning to waver due to reflections on the past, I believe it is a place that everyone should see.

効率よく南部を観光できました。ガイドさんはベテランで沖縄に対して理解を深めることができました。斎場御嶽では自然を崇拝する沖縄独自の文化の一端を感じられたと思います。
ひめゆりの塔は本土にための犠牲になった沖縄の史実を深く知ることができ、過去への反省からの不戦への誓いが揺らぎ始めている今の時代誰もが見ておかなければいけないところだと思いました。

I chose this bus tour for a one-day sightseeing trip in Okinawa. The course was mainly focused on the Churaumi Aquarium, which was my top destination, while heading north along the coastline. The sea along the way was indeed beautiful, and I never got bored during the journey. It was a well-organized tour that allowed me to leisurely explore some cultural heritage sites that are surprisingly not well-known.

沖縄1日観光のためこのバスツアーを選んだ。海岸沿いを北上し一番の目的地美ら海水族館をメインにしたコースでした。途中の海も流石にきれいで道中飽きることはない。
意外に知られていない文化遺産にもゆっくりと見物できうまく組まれたツアーだった。

I was worried because the reviews about the quality of the guides were mixed. However, the guide who assisted us that day, Mr. Yokota, was very enthusiastic in his explanations and managed the pace perfectly while also handling our two noisy children. We were blessed with good weather and were able to create wonderful memories. I am grateful for that.

Webでガイドさんの質が玉石混淆のような評判だったので、心配していました。
当日相手をして下さったガイドさん（横田さん）は熱心に説明して下さり、やかましい二人の子供を相手しつつペース配分も抜群でした。
天候にも恵まれ、大変良い思い出を作ることが出来ました、感謝しています。

This tour was an easy, comfortable and inexpensive way to see places if you don’t have a car.
As advertised, the commentary is in Japanese (and there is a LOT of commentary!) and the English headphone commentary could barely be heard. We don’t speak Japanese but the lovely guide always made sure we knew where to go and when to be back on board the bus.

I chose to visit Sefa Utaki, and considering the price, it was absolutely worth it. I think it's a big plus that we could enter Sefa Utaki early in the morning as soon as it opened. There was prior notice, but since there are various entrance fees at different places, it's necessary to be prepared for that.

What was unexpected was that I had planned to go to the beach and visit the seaside café (it was late October, but it wasn't a Monday), and there seemed to be no sign of the café being open. However, I didn't know until I got there that I could ride a glass-bottom boat (of course, there was an additional fee), so it turned out well in the end.

I was disappointed that although the guide shared many interesting things during the trip, when we passed through the field of illuminated chrysanthemums, I wasn't given any information about it (I found out by searching on my own in the car). It was a missed opportunity; it would have been better if I had received just a little information about it.

Because of those two points, I deducted one star, but if I have the chance to visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to use this service once more. It was also lucky that the hotel I was staying at was a pickup point.

斎場御嶽に行きたくて選びましたが、料金を考えたら全く申し分ないです。
朝早く、開いてすぐの斎場御嶽に入れるのもポイント高いと思います。
事前に告知がありましたが、あちこち行った先でちょこちょこと入場料などかかるのでそれは用意が必要です。
想定外だったのは、選択でビーチの方を選んで海カフェに行くつもりでいたのですが（10月下旬でしたが月曜日ではなかったです）カフェが営業している気配がなかったこと。
でも、現地に行くまで知らなかったけどグラスボートに乗れた（もちろん別途料金ありですが）ので結果オーライでした。
残念に思ったのは、道中もいろんなことをガイドしていただけて興味深かったし楽しかったけど、電照菊の畑の中を通った時に特に何も教えてもらえなかったこと（車中で自分で検索して知りました）。これはもったいないです、ひとこと教えていただけたらもっと良かったです。
その2点があったので☆ひとつマイナスですが、次また沖縄に行く機会があったら、何とか都合をつけてもう一度利用したいです。
宿泊していたホテルがピックアップポイントになっていたのもラッキーでした。

The trip was perfectly timed with great tour guide. We made our flight on time.

It was unfortunately rainy, but I finally got to go after wanting to for four years! It would have been even better if it had been sunny, but I still felt the great nature and got to see the scenery that inspired "Princess Mononoke." It was an amazing time! The greatness of Yakushima can only be understood by seeing it in person!

This is my third time at Shiratani Unsuikyo, but it was my first time trekking in the early morning! Trekking while feeling the fresh greenery of the morning was amazing! The guide was also great, and I thoroughly enjoyed Taiko Rock.

I am a woman in my 50s. I participated with my husband! This was my first trip to Okinawa! I made a reservation the day before, and it was helpful that they picked us up at the hotel. Just for reference, you will be walking quite a bit, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes (sneakers)! Thank you very much to our guide!

I actually want to give it 5 stars; it was a wonderful tour (I'll explain why I gave it 4 stars later).

The guide was fantastic. They provided detailed explanations about Okinawa's history, lifestyle, culture, and nature while we were in the moving vehicle. They also allowed participants some time to themselves by occasionally pausing the explanations. The guide was truly excellent, and the driver was also a wonderful person, full of politeness and safety.

Regarding cost performance, there are entrance fees at various locations, so expenses will continue to accumulate during the tour. However, at Okinawa World, the guide recommended a less expensive course, saying that the highest entrance fee course would be difficult time-wise, which left a good impression.

The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt there could have been a bit more flexibility regarding the entrance fees. On the day I participated, there were a total of 23 participants. Normally, a group rate applies for 20 or more people at Sefa Utaki, allowing each participant to enter at a lower price. However, we were told that each participant had to pay the individual rate to enter, even though all participants were part of a tour group. I felt it was disappointing that if the guide had simply said at the reception, "23 people are entering," all participants could have entered at a lower price.

That said, our participation date just happened to have more than 20 people, and there may be days with fewer than 20, in which case the individual rate would apply. It would be better if the top page for participant recruitment clearly stated that entrance fees vary depending on the number of participants. I believe there is room for improvement.

While there was a bit of disappointment, I think it was a wonderful tour that efficiently covered key points in a short time, allowing us to listen to the explanations of a veteran guide.

ガイドさんが素晴らしかったです。細やかに沖縄の歴史や生活や文化や自然についてを、走る車内でたくさん説明してくださりました。また、時に説明を中断されて、参加客が自分の時間を持てる余裕も残してくださりました。
本当にガイドさんが素晴らしかったし、運転士さんも礼儀正しさと安全に満ちた素晴らしい方でした。

コストパフォーマンスですが、各所において入場料がかかるので、ツアー中、それなりに財布からの出費は続きます。
でも沖縄ワールドにおいてはガイドさんが、最も高い入場料のコースは時間的に難しいだろうからと、安めのコースを案内してくださり、好印象です。

星を5つではなく4つにした理由は、その入場料について、もう少し機転をきかせられると思えたからです。
私のツアー参加日、参加者は計23名でした。本来なら斎場御嶽において、20名以上の団体料金が適用されるので、各参加者は安く入場することが可能でした。
けれど、ツアー参加者はそれぞれが個人料金を払わないと入場できないといわれて、全参加者がツアー・団体であるにもかかわらず、個人料金での入場になりました。
ガイドさんが受け付けにおいて、「23名入場です」といってくれたらそれだけで、全参加者が安く入場できただけに、残念に思えました。
ただ、私たちの参加日はたまたま20名以上であっただけで、日によっては20名に満たない日もあり、その場合は個人料金だと思います。ならば参加者募集のトップページにおいて、参加者の数によって入場料が変動すると明記されればよいだけなので、やはり改善の余地はあると思いました。

少しの残念さは残りましたが、短時間で効率的に要所を巡れて、ベテランガイドさんの説明も拝聴できる素晴らしいツアーだと思います。
