One you find the assembly point its all plain sailing the guide. Was knowlegble and gave a lot of information as to where things at the market come from the breakfast was great eating like a japanese with all fresh food. It was by far one of the. Best tours i have been on and by far the best guide

There was a shuttle service to the hotel, making it easy to participate. They provided a thorough explanation of the points for whale watching, which was great. The boat swayed more than I expected, but I thought it was a good experience for those who love the ocean. After it ended, they kindly provided a shuttle to my desired location, which was very helpful.

ホテルまでの送迎があり、参加しやすかった。
クジラを見るポイントを、丁寧に説明いただいたので良かった。
思った以上に船が揺れるので、海好きには良い企画と思った。
終了後、希望する場所まで送迎していただき、大変助かった。

The trekking at Shiratani Unsuikyo, starting early in the morning before boarding the high-speed boat at noon, was fantastic thanks to the favorable weather. I will never forget the exhilarating moment when I reached Taiko Rock after the tough final climb covered in moss. The view was breathtaking.

お昼の高速船に乗る前に早朝からの白谷雲水峡の、トレッキングは天候にも恵まれ最高でした。苔で覆われた杉最後の登りがきつかった太鼓岩にたどり着いた時の絶叫、絶景は忘れられません

The Shiratani Unsuikyo itself is wonderful, and I was moved by the nature of Yakushima, a UNESCO World Heritage site. However, my honest opinion is that it would have suited our family better to go on our own rather than relying on this tour company.

Initially, I was unaware that the tour company, rental company, and guide were separate organizations. From my perspective, I assumed that all the information I provided through Veltra was being coordinated.

However, when I contacted the guide the day before, I found out that our return flight time had not been communicated, and we had to hastily move up the meeting time.

We also rented some gear, but since that was with a different company, I managed to contact them directly the day before to ensure it arrived on time. However, the rental items were delivered after 8:00 PM the night before, and the rental company instructed us to return them to the guide, but the guide said they could not accept them.

Regarding the guide, since they operate independently, I believe there are individual differences, but the person assigned to our family had low hospitality and looked down on us as beginners in hiking. The explanations were minimal, and despite having a child in elementary school, they proceeded at their own pace without taking sufficient breaks, resulting in a significantly shortened return trip. (Due to the weather and the child's walking speed, we could not reach Taiko Rock.)

So, my straightforward opinion is that it would have been better to explore at our own pace.

白谷雲水峡自体は素晴らしく、世界遺産屋久島の自然に感動しました。
但し、こちらのツアー会社に頼むことはなく、自力で行くほうが私たちの家族には合っていたというのが正直な感想です。

当初は、ツアー会社・レンタル会社・ガイドさんがそれぞれ別の組織であることを知りませんでした。こちらからすればVeltra経由でお伝えした情報は全て連携されているという前提で考えていました。

ところが、実際前日になり、ガイドさんと連絡をとったところ、こちらの帰りの飛行機の時間が伝わっておらず、集合時間を急遽早めることになりました。

またグッズのレンタルをしたのですが、こちらも別会社ということで、前日にこちらから連絡を直接とってなんとか間に合いましたが、前日の20:00過ぎにレンタル品が届くという形でしたし、レンタル会社にはガイドさんに返却するように言われたのですが、ガイドさんからは受け取れないという返事でした。

ガイドさんに関しても、基本的には個人でやられているということで、これは個人差があるのだと思いますが、私たち家族の担当の方はホスピタリティが低く、登山初心者の私たちをどこか見下した態度でした。解説は最低限で、小学校低学年の子供がいるにもかかわらず、自分のペースでどんどん進んでしまい、休憩も十分に取らないまま、予定を大幅に短縮しての帰還になりました。（天候と子供の歩くスピードの関係で太鼓岩に行けませんでした。）

ということで、それであれば自分たちのペースでゆっくり回れば良かったというのが率直な感想です。

I participated in the Jomon Sugi trekking the day before, so I was sore all over, but surprisingly, once I started walking, my body moved well. Sunlight filtering through the mossy forest. After climbing a bit more in the somewhat dark mossy forest, the view suddenly opened up, and the green scenery spread out, with a pleasant breeze. We departed at 8:40 and returned by 2:30 PM. When we arrived at Taiko Rock, the guide told us we had plenty of time, so we were able to relax. We had lunch on the way down, and the instant miso soup the guide made was delicious! I would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you for your help.

前日に縄文杉トレッキングに参加していたので、全身筋肉痛でしたが歩き始めると意外と身体が動いて驚きでした。
苔むす森に差し込んでくる木漏れ日。
少し暗い苔むす森をもうひとふんばり登ると
一気に視界がひらけて、緑の景色が広がって風も気持ちよかったです。
８時４０分出発、午後２時半には帰ってこれました。
太鼓岩に到着したときに、時間に余裕がありますよ、とガイドさんに言われてのんびりできました。
下山途中でお昼を食べて、ガイドさんが作ってくれたインスタントのお味噌汁のおいしかったこと！
また違う季節に行ってみたいです。
お世話になりました。

Departure at 7:50 and disbanding at 13:20.
It's also perfect for the last day since you can finish at the airport!
You can't reach places like Sefa Utaki and the Himeyuri Peace Museum without a rental car.
The guide along the way is also informative.
I recommend it!

I saw a whale jumping up close!
I guess it's called vertical jumping?
It was very moving!!
After that, I was able to see it jump again!

The captain talked in detail about whales, and I really appreciate how he moved the boat around to find them.

I didn't expect to feel such emotion during my first whale watching experience.

I took a bus from the center of Naha and visited places like Sefa Utaki, the limestone cave, and the Himeyuri Monument in half a day. With this much included for the price, the cost performance is excellent.
I learned for the first time that there are limestone caves in Okinawa on this tour. The cave was quite large, and the attractions after exiting were also great.

那覇中心部からバスに乗り、斎場御嶽、鍾乳洞、ひめゆりの塔などを半日で回りました。これだけ回ってこの値段、コスパ最高です。
沖縄に鍾乳洞があるのは、このツアーで初めて知りました。なかなか大きな洞窟で、外に出た後のアトラクションも良かったです。

Since I participated from America, it was difficult to make phone calls the day before, but the guide was kind and helpful. I contacted them in advance, and they informed me about the pick-up time at my accommodation. The guide also came directly to the lodging, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind on the day. Thank you very much.
The hike at Taiko Rock was wonderful with clear weather.

アメリカから参加したため、前日の電話連絡等がとりにくく難儀しましたが、ガイドさんが親切で助かりました。　とりあえず事前にこちらから連絡しましたところ宿泊先に迎えの時間について連絡をいただき、またガイドさんも直接宿泊施設に来ていただいたりしたので、当日は安心してツアーに参加することができました。　どうもありがとうございました。
太鼓岩も快晴で素晴らしいハイクとなりました。　

We were disappointed with the tour. A long trip to a Park. A boat ride under a lot of bridges which was interrupted by the Guide wanting to know if we wanted the Bus back or would go our own way. Were told it might be 8pm before we got back. We hadn't been able to book into our Hotel before the tour and would need to find food etc so, 8pm was too late for us. We left the tour after the Boat trip and found your own way back by Train.

We found the tour guide very hard to understand and she talked non-stop about many uninteresting things or maybe we just couldn't understand her properly.

We would have like to see some points of interest like a Shrine or two, Tokyo Tower etc.

Sorry can't recommend this one.

I really wanted to go to Taiko Rock, but since I hiked Jomon Sugi the day before, I ended up on a half-day tour. That's the only regret I have. The guide was fun and made the experience easy. I hope to challenge Taiko Rock again next year.

When you order a tour through a travel agency, you get grouped with other people, but if you order directly online here, it seems like they take you in smaller groups. It was very good.

本当は太鼓岩まで行きたかったのですが、前日縄文杉登山をしたので時間的に半日で終わるツアーになってしまいた。これだけが残念で心残りです。ガイドさんも楽しく難なく行って来れました。また来年にでも太鼓岩に挑戦したいと思います。
旅行社でツアーをオーダーすると他の人と纏められてしまいますが直接コチラにネットオーダーすると少人数で行ってくれるみたいです。とても良かったです。

I was worried about being able to walk since I hadn't been exercising much, but the veteran guide (an experienced and energetic senior guide) provided breaks at just the right moments and points, allowing us to enjoy the entire journey.

After our lunch break, we were taken to some highlights that weren't on the original course, which made me very satisfied. (I believe the guide assessed our stamina and remaining time to make these decisions.)

If I had walked on my own, I wouldn't have been able to pace myself or learn about the origins of the sights, so I'm really glad I joined the tour.

On the day I participated, the weather was so clear that even the guide was surprised, and we took many memorable photos at the famous spots.

On the way back, as the guide mentioned, we were able to see monkeys.

Next, I want to join the Jomon Sugi course.

普段たいした運動をしていなかったので歩けるか不安でしたがベテランガイドさん（知識と経験豊富なバリバリ元気な最年長のベテランガイドさんでした）が絶妙なタイミングとポイントで休憩も兼ねて止って案内をして下さったので全行程を楽しく歩く事が出来ました。
お昼休憩後に時間があるからとコースに入っていない見どころにも案内して頂けて大満足でした。（体力や残り時間を判断して案内して下さるのだと思います）
個人で歩くとペース配分もできず見どころの由来も知らないままの１日だったと思うとツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。
参加した日はガイドさんも驚くほどの晴天で名所では写真も写してくださり記念がたくさん残りました。
帰路ではガイドさんがおっしゃる通りお猿に会うことが出来ました。
次は縄文杉コースに参加したいです。

I participated in a trekking trip with two friends. Although rain was in the forecast, thanks to our guide's excellent time management, we were able to reach Taiko Rock safely. It started to rain on the way down, but we enjoyed ourselves until the end. I was very happy to see so many wonderful views. Departing early in the morning was great because there were fewer people trekking.

友人と3人でトレッキングに参加しました。雨予報でしたが、ガイドさんが上手く時間配分してくれたこともあり、無事に太鼓岩まで行くことができました。
下山途中から雨が降ってきましたが、最後まで楽しめました。すばらしい景色をたくさん見られてとても嬉しかったです。
早朝出発は、トレッキングしてる人が少なかったのが良かったです。

I participated with my son. It was his first time in Okinawa. It was also the first time he saw a World Heritage site. He seemed to learn a lot from the kind tour guide's explanations. It was very disappointing that we didn't have time to visit Gyokusendo Cave, but he was happy to experience painting Shisa and pearl diving at Okinawa World. At the Himeyuri Monument, he was able to make a donation and offer flowers with his pocket money, which was a great experience. We were also able to buy some good souvenirs at the shop across the road. It was a very good course, but I felt the time was a bit too short. If possible, I would have liked a course with a little more flexibility. Thanks to being taken to the airport early, we had some extra time and were able to go to Kokusai Street. It was a very tight schedule, but it was fulfilling. I was also surprised at how different the prices of souvenirs were between Kokusai Street and the airport.

息子と参加しました。
息子は、初めての沖縄でした。
世界遺産も初めて見ました。
優しい添乗員さんの説明を聞いて、学べたようです。
時間が無くて、玉泉洞に行けなかったのはとても残念でしたが、沖縄ワールドで、シーサーの絵付け体験と真珠取りを出来たので喜んでいました。
ひめゆりの塔では、息子のおこづかいで献花や募金をし、よい経験が出来ました。
道路向かいのお土産やさんではお得なお土産も買うことが出来ました。
とてもよいコースですが、時間が短すぎかな？と。
出来ることなら、もう少し余裕のあるコースにしてもらえたら言うこと無しです。
私達は、空港に早く送ってもらえたお陰で時間が余り、国際通りに行くことが出来ました。
とってもハードスケジュールでしたが、充実していました。
国際通りと空港のお土産の価格が全然違う事にもびっくりしました。

At first, I wasn't confident in my physical strength, so I thought it might be okay to just go to the mossy forest, but I'm really glad I decided to go all the way to Taiko Rock! The view from the top of Taiko Rock was amazing! Since I had gone on the Jomon Sugi tour the day before, this tour felt short and easy in comparison.

最初は体力に自信がなかったので、苔むす森まででもいいかなぁ～と思っていたのですが、太鼓岩まで行くことにして本当に良かったです！太鼓岩まで登りきった時の景色は最高でした！
前日に縄文杉ツアーに行っていたので、このツアーが短く楽に感じてしまいました。

Shiratani Unsuikyo was worth participating in. However, it felt like not everyone could enjoy it because the guide was only talking to one person and didn't consider the pace for the whole group.

白谷雲水峡は、参加した甲斐がありました。ガイドさんが1人の方とばかり話して全体のペースをみずに歩いていたので、参加全員が楽しめなかったように感じました。

The return boat was scheduled for 13:30, which was quite early, and I was told I wouldn't make it to other tours. However, since we departed early in the morning, we were able to climb to Taiko Rock and catch the boat without any issues.

Many of the other climbers didn't have guides, but thanks to our guide, I was able to notice rocks and trees that I might have missed otherwise. It was also really enjoyable to hear behind-the-scenes stories from when various media came to visit.

帰りの船が13:30と早目で、他のツアーには間に合わないと言われてしまったのですが、こちらは早朝に出発してくれたため、太鼓岩まで登って、無事船にも乗れました。

他の登山客は、割とガイドをつけてない方が多かったのですが、ガイドさんがいてくれるお陰で見逃してしまいそうな岩、木々も目に止めることができ、色々なメディアがやって来たときの裏話なども聞けてとても楽しかったです。

I signed up at the last minute the day before and was able to participate. I chose this course because there are few half-day sightseeing options. The content was great, and it was a fulfilling course. The guide was also very nice. While there are many long sightseeing tours, I think it would be nice to have more half-day options available. I would like to participate again.

前日ギリギリの申し込みで、参加させていただきました。半日観光が少なく、こちらのコースを選ばせていただきました。
内容もよく、充実したコースでした。ガイドの方も良い方でした。
長時間の観光が多いのですが、半日観光で色々なコースがあれば、良いなあと思います。
まだ、参加したいです。

The day before, I had a hard trek to Jomon Sugi, but I was able to explore without any difficulty.

Thanks to being delivered in time for the return ferry, I was able to board smoothly.

前日、縄文杉までのハードなトレッキングをした後でしたが、無理なく周わる事ができました。

また、帰りのフェリーに間に合う様に送り届けけて頂けてたお蔭でスムーズに乗船する事ができました。

The content of the tour and the guide met my expectations, and I was very satisfied with the cost performance. The guide's explanations and guidance were appropriate, allowing me to participate in the tour very comfortably.

However, the bus was an old medium-sized model, so the seats were extremely cramped. Two men could hardly move, and when the person in front reclined their seat, the backrest came within about 20 cm of my face.

The travel time on the bus was not short, with segments of about 1 hour, 15 minutes, 15 minutes, and 30 minutes. Therefore, those with larger builds or longer legs had to endure a very cramped experience. I don't think it will always be the same bus, but this aspect was disappointing.

ツアーの内容、ガイドさんは期待通りで
コストパフォーマンスもよく満足です。
ガイドさんの説明や案内も適切で大変
気持ちよくツアーに参加することができました。


ただ、バスが旧型の中型バスのため、
座席が非常い狭く男性2名では身動きできなく、
前の席の人がリクライニングすると背もたれが
顔の前２０ｃｍくらいのところまで迫ってきます。

バスでの移動時間も約1時間、約15分、約15分、約30分と
短くはないので、体格の良い方、足の長い方は
非常に窮屈な時間を過ごさなければなりませんでした。
毎回同じバスではないと思いますが、この点だけが
残念でした。

I went on a graduation trip to Okinawa with 20 classmates from my vocational school. On the third day, we participated in this tour, and it was much more convenient than renting a car due to the large number of people. The bus guide shared the history of Okinawa during the journey, making the travel time feel quick.

専門学校のクラスメイト20人で沖縄に卒業旅行に行きました。3日目にこのツアーに参加させて頂きましたが、 人数も多かったためレンタカーを借りるよりとても便利でした。バスガイドの方が目的地までに沖縄の歴史を教えてくれていたため移動時間もあっという間に感じました。

Even from the TV images, I couldn't grasp the size of the whale until I saw it in person. I was able to truly experience its enormity! I saw the tails, flippers, sides, backs, and heads of the mother and baby whales. The boat smoothly approached the whales, and I felt the splash of water on my face, creating a wonderful memory that surpassed the videos I took on my phone. The two instructors were so cool and reliable, it felt like a waste to just call them "ladies." Their veteran presence brought a sense of security, and their fun whale talks created a friendly atmosphere on the crowded boat. I'm really glad I chose this tour. I definitely want everyone to experience this excitement!

クジラ親子の尾も手ビレも脇腹も背も頭も見て来ました。船はするするクジラに接近するので、クジラの水しぶきがハラッと顔にかかり、携帯に撮れた動画より素敵な思い出になってます。2人のインストラクターさんが、女子にしとくの 勿体無い程カッコよく、男らしく頼もしくて素敵でした。ベテランさんの放つ安心感、楽し〜クジラトークで他人だらけの船内は和気あいあいの雰囲気になり、こちらのツアーを選んで良かったです。
是非是非 この興奮を皆さんも体験してほしいです！

It was rainy from the morning of the day. Once we boarded and headed offshore, we were lucky to encounter a mother and calf whale early on! We couldn't see any jumps, but that's just how whales are. For safety, we had to sit on the floor outside the boat, which left our feet soaked, so I recommend wearing a longer poncho. Since you'll be returning with your makeup smudged and wet clothes, I suggest opting for a hotel pickup!

当日は朝から雨模様。乗船し沖合に出ると早い時間に母子のクジラに遭遇！ラッキー。ジャンプなどは見ることはできませんでしたが、クジラの気分次第なので致し方ありません。船外では安全のため体育座りで見学するため、足がずぶ濡れになってしまうので、長めのポンチョの着用をお勧めします。お化粧崩れ＆濡れた衣服を着たまま帰えるので、ホテル送迎付きはお勧め！

My first trip to Okinawa, and it was a solo journey. Traveling alone, I found a reasonable course that allows me to visit three places using buses and taxis. The only downside is that the time at Okinawa World is a bit short. The Eisa show lasts about 30 minutes, so after watching the Eisa, there's not much time left. Also, I initially couldn't find the bus (the bus company name was different from what was online). The guide was young and modest about himself, but he was very dedicated and left a good impression. I was moved by the story of the student corps. The driver also maintained safe driving, even though other customers were delayed. I will definitely use this service again next time. This time, I’ll go for the full day course! Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄旅行、しかも一人旅。一人だったら、バス、タクシー乗り継いで回るコースがリーズナブルな値段で、しかも、三箇所も回れます。沖縄ワールドでの時間が短いのがちょっと難点です。エイサーショーが約30分あるので、エイサーを見たら、ちょっと時間がたりません。あと、最初にバスを見つけ切りませんでした。（ネットと、違うバス会社名でした。）ガイドさんは、若い方で、自分の事を謙遜していましたが、一生懸命で好感度良かったです。学徒隊の話は感動しました。運転手さんも、途中、他のお客さんが遅れたにも関わらず、安全運転でした。次回も必ず利用します。今度は、1日コースで！！ありがとうございました。

Surprising!! I can't believe there's snow piled up in Yakushima... I heard it occasionally snows. It was actually beautiful, contrasting with the green moss and creating a magical atmosphere. The guide was kind and it was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this tour (^_-)-☆

This is a tour that takes you around the famous spots in the southern part of Okinawa Island. The schedule is quite tight, so there isn't much time to thoroughly explore each location. However, the tour progresses smoothly, and it concludes around 1 PM. It's a compact tour, but the locations are all wonderful, and it covers the key highlights, providing a sense of satisfaction.

I highly recommend it, especially for travelers with limited days. You can join this tour in the morning and, after it ends, enjoy dining and shopping on Kokusai Street, which is right in front of the prefectural office where the tour concludes.

沖縄本島の南部にある名所を巡るツアーです。
スケジュールが結構タイトなので各所をじっくりと観光する時間はなく、その分ツアーはスムーズに進んでいき、昼1時過ぎには解散となります。コンパクトなツアーですがロケーションはどこも素晴らしく、見所のポイントはしっかり抑えているので満足感があります。
特に滞在日数が少ない旅行の際に非常におすすめで、朝にこちらのツアーに参加して、終了後は解散場所の県庁前から国際通りで食事やショッピングを楽しむことができます。

I realized that my reservation date was the day before while waiting at the designated location in the morning. Since it was early, I couldn't make a call. Knowing it was a long shot, I pleaded with the guide, and without any hesitation, they allowed me to join. I think it would have been impossible if it had been crowded, but I was lucky it was a weekday.

朝に指定場所で待っていたら予約日が前日であることに気が付きました。早朝なので電話も無理。無理も承知でガイドさんに泣き付いたら、嫌な顔もせず二つ返事で参加させてもらえました。混んでたら無理だったと思いましたが平日で助かりました。

I wanted to do a half-day tour, so I joined this course. It's a shame that the entrance fee is not included, but taking a local bus would be time-consuming and expensive, so the tour offers great cost benefits. The guide provided thorough explanations, which was nice. Additionally, I think it would be better to unify the information on the website, as it mentioned the meeting point as both in front of Kenmin Plaza and in front of Palette, and the A and B courses were mixed up.

半日観光をしたかったのでこのコースに参加。入場料が含まれていないのが残念なところですが、路線バスで行くと時間とお金がかかるのでツアーが最高にコストメリットが良い。
ガイドさんがしっかり説明してくれるのでよかった。
あとは、集合場所が県民広場前と記載していたりパレット前と記載あったり、AコースBコースが逆になっていたり、このWEBの記載内容を統一性のある内容に修正した方が良いと思う。

I was unable to participate in the school trip to Okinawa during my student days, and I finally had the chance to visit this time.

At Okinawa World, I was unable to create the Ryukyu glass I had hoped for due to many prior reservations, which resulted in time constraints.

I also felt a bit disappointed that I couldn't see everything due to time limitations, but I am thinking positively that I can save it for my next visit.

個人的な理由で恐縮ですが…

学生時代の沖縄行の修学旅行に参加できなかったことがあり、
今回やっと訪れることができました。

お陰さまで当時の無念な気持ちを晴らすことが出来ました。
ありがとうございます。

特に、ひめゆりの塔への訪問が興味深く、いつかは訪れたいと
ずっと思っておりました。

生きるか死ぬかの状況で集団自決に追いやられる、
その過酷な状況を思い浮かべるだけで息が詰まる思いでした。

そっと掌を合わせました。
彼女たちの思いも晴れることを祈って…


また沖縄ワールドでは希望していた琉球グラス作成が
あいにく先約者大勢のため時間オーバーとのことで
受け付けていただけませんでした。

他にも時間的に回りきらずに少し惜しい気持ちもしましたが、
次回来るときの楽しみにとっておくことができたと、
前向きに考えております。
