Every year, our family of four would travel together, but this year, we visited with just three of us due to my father's passing. We brought a photo of my father and took a family tour. We visited the places we went to when he was healthy.

毎年家族四人で旅行してましたが、今年父親が永眠の為、3人で訪れました。
父親の写真を持って家族全員のツアーです。父親が元気な時に行った場所を巡りました。

Although there were only a few Japanese participants, we were arranged to be close together, which made it easy to participate comfortably. Our tour guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was friendly and skillfully switched between Japanese and Chinese while providing a thorough guide. His attention to detail, such as recommending places for photos and food, was impressive. The driver was also pleasant and drove safely, allowing us to feel secure throughout the trip. We were able to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots, and I believe this tour is highly recommended for those visiting Hokkaido for the first time.

日本人の参加者は少数ではありましたが、近くにまとまるよう配慮されており、安心して参加できました。添乗員の柳生さんは気さくで、日本語と中国語を使い分けながら丁寧にガイドしてくださり、写真撮影や食べ物のおすすめなど細やかな気配りが印象的でした。運転手さんも感じが良く、安全運転で終始安心して過ごせました。観光地も効率よく回ることができ、初めて北海道を訪れる方にもおすすめできるツアーだと思います。

I participated in a day trip to Mount Fuji on April 29th. I felt it was great to be able to efficiently sightsee within a limited time. My wife and I were the only Japanese participants, but our conductor, Mr. Zhang Yu, was always polite and provided clear explanations, for which I am grateful. I wish you continued success in the future.

It was a smooth experience during the Golden Week. I checked in at the counter at the remote island terminal before the scheduled time and boarded the boat. It took about 15 minutes to get to Taketomi Island. From there, we transferred to several cars and headed to the waiting area for the water buffalo. We were guided in order. The water buffalo guide was very good at talking, and we leisurely progressed while listening to her play the sanshin. They also took free photos, and if you liked them, there were paid versions with a frame available. The quality of the photos with data was good, so we purchased them for our family. There wasn't much time for free exploration, so we returned to the meeting point early and just relaxed afterward. From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

GWでしたが大変スムーズでした。離島ターミナルのカウンターで時間までに受付し、船に乗船。竹富島まで15分ほど。そこから数台の車に分かれて乗り換え、水牛の待つ場所へ。順番に案内されます。水牛ガイドのお姉さんがとても話し上手で、三線の弾き語りを聴きながらのんびり進みます。無料の写真も撮っていただき、気に入れば台紙付きの有料タイプも。データ付きで仕上がりが良かったので我が家は購入しました。フリータイムで巡れる時間はあまりなかったので早めに集合場所まで戻り、あとはまったり。スタートから最後まで、出会うスタッフの方々とても感じが良かったです。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

I was torn between renting a car and taking a bus tour, but choosing the bus tour was the right decision. I was able to enjoy it without any stress. Thank you very much.

The person who attended to us was a flight attendant, and this time there were two observers, including myself. The other observer was someone aspiring to become a flight attendant with ANA. They informed me in advance and guided us from that person's perspective, which was very heartwarming. It was quite impressive to see how their eyes sparkled with excitement.

アテンドして頂いた方が客室乗務員の方でして、今回は私を含めて2人の見学者でして、もう1人の見学者はANAの客室乗務員を目指しておられる方で、私に断りをいれて、その方の目線に立って案内され、とても微笑ましく、その方は目を輝かしておられたのがとても印象的でした。

I rode in an ox cart for the first time! It was a graceful moment while listening to the shamisen! I didn't rent a bicycle on Taketomi Island, but I think those with good stamina can enjoy a walk.

I participated with a friend who came from afar. We had originally signed up for a different tour in the same area, but since it was canceled, we quickly registered for this one.

I felt it was good for planning since this tour was confirmed to operate.

The tour's itinerary was designed to allow for a leisurely pace, so it was nice to be able to move around without feeling rushed.

同じ方面の別ツアーに申し込んでいたのですが、不催行となったため、急遽こちらで申し込みました。
催行確定のツアーなので予定を立てるのには良いと感じました。

ツアーの内容はゆっくりと回れるコース設計となっていたので、無理せず動けて良かったです。

On the bus, there were just the two of us and the driver, who were Japanese, but thanks to the consideration of the female tour guide, we had great seats at the front, which was wonderful. I also appreciate the small attentions to detail. The service while speaking three languages was impressive. The driver's route to ease the traffic made for a comfortable journey, which was great. However, I would like everyone to strictly adhere to returning to the bus on time, as being late can cause inconvenience for everyone. I would love to participate again. Thank you!

バスのお客さんで日本人が私達二人と運転手さんでしたが、添乗員の女性の方の配慮で席は前で凄く良かったですし、細かな気遣いもありがとうございました。三カ国語を話しながらの接客には素晴らしかったです。
運転手さんの渋滞緩和のルートも快適な旅になり良かったです。
ただ、きちんと遅刻せずにバスに戻って来ないと全員に迷惑がかかる事を厳守してほしいです。また参加したいです。ありがとうございました〜

I was concerned that spending one day on three islands would mean less time on each island, but in reality, I was able to have an enjoyable experience on each one. For lunch, I had "karasoba," a soul food from the Yaeyama Islands, where you can choose toppings in a buffet style.

On Taketomi Island, there was a free walk plan, but thanks to a rental service at the port that accommodated us without a reservation, I was able to rent a bicycle on-site. I recommend renting a bicycle for those who want to visit multiple spots.

This plan is highly recommended for those who want to casually visit various islands and for beginners exploring the Yaeyama Islands.

1日で3島ということで、1島あたりの時間が少なくなることを懸念していましたが、実際はどの島でも魅力的な体験ができました。
昼ごはんは「からそば」という八重山諸島のソウルフードで、トッピングをバイキング形式で選ぶものでした。
竹富島ではフリーウォークプランでしたが、予約なしでも対応してくださる業者さんが港にいてくれたおかげで、現地で自転車をレンタルすることができました。行きたいスポットが複数ある方は自転車レンタルをおすすめします。
いろんな島に気軽に訪れたい行きたいという方、八重山諸島初心者の方にはとてもおすすめのプランです。

The host does not speak English and the headset does not work so I did not know what’s really happening while I was on the bus. I used the Google translator and helped me little bit.

This is a tour that takes about 6 hours to explore Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, allowing you to efficiently see the sightseeing spots within a short time that would be difficult to achieve with individual arrangements. I truly felt that participating in this tour was a great decision. Another positive aspect was the round-trip shuttle service between the hotel and the remote island terminal.

西表島及び由布島を約6時間で巡るツアーですが、個人手配では実現できない短時間の中で効率よく観光名所を見ることができるツアーです。参加して良かったと心から思えるツアーでした。
ホテルと離島ターミナルの往復送迎対応があることも良い点でした。

The weather was favorable, there weren't too many people, and I was healed by the great nature of Yakushima. The explanations of the highlights, pacing, and photo opportunities were all excellent. The guide's attention to detail was truly wonderful. I would definitely like to request this again if the opportunity arises!

On April 29th, the main event was originally supposed to be the Asahiyama Zoo tour. However, due to an incident at the zoo, we had to quickly switch to a different tour. We visited the Bibai Art Museum, a petting farm, the Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls, and I was very satisfied with the Furano curry we had for lunch in Biei. The tour guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was very cheerful, and the atmosphere in the bus was bright and lively. One downside was that we had planned to use a large bus, but ended up with a microbus, which made the long journey a bit tiring. This was my fifth or sixth time participating, and I hope to join the Asahiyama Zoo tour next year.

4月29日は本来は旭山動物園ツアーがメインでした、所が旭山動物園で事件が有り、急遽別のツアーになりました、美唄の美術館、ふれあい牧場、青い池、白ひげの滝、美瑛ので昼食の富良野カレーがとても満足でした、添乗員の柳生さんはとても明るくて車内はとても明るい雰囲気でした、ひとつ残念なのは当初大型バスの予定がマイクロバスになり長時間の移動に少し疲れました、今回で5回目か6回目の参加でしたが来年こそは旭山動物園ツアーに参加したいと思います。

It was very convenient to be able to sightsee by bus, but I was disappointed that the lunch changed from "Kyoto tofu" to a buffet. Also, the meeting place in the morning was very crowded, and the tour guide arrived more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. Since we had to move to where the bus was parked, there were about two instances where we had to go back to pick up participants who arrived during the move, and several participants expressed that they were "looking for it" and "didn't know where to go."

バスで観光できるのは非常に便利でしたが、昼食の内容が「京豆腐」からブッフェに変更になったのは残念でした。また朝の集合場所は大変混雑しているなか、10分以上遅れて添乗員が来られたので不安でした。バスの停まっている場所に移動するので、移動中に来られた参加者を再度迎えにと言う繰り返しが2度ほどあって、参加者も「探してたーー」、「分からなかった」と言われてる方が何人かいました。

The course was packed with activities throughout the day, and it was fulfilling. However, the 50-minute stay at American Village felt too short, which was disappointing.

1日盛り沢山のコースで、充実してました。ただ、アメリカンビレッジ50分の滞在時間は少なく、残念でした。

I participated in the Fukuoka sightseeing tour this time, and it was a very enjoyable day. The scenery in Itoshima was beautiful, and I was able to relax while being healed by the sea and nature. Unfortunately, it rained, but there were many spots perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos, making it ideal for those who love to capture stylish pictures.

Additionally, our guide, Mr. Lee, was very kind and considerate, always looking out for us during the travel, which made me feel at ease. His explanations were easy to understand, and the atmosphere was fun throughout the tour.

今回の福岡巡りツアーに参加しましたが、とても楽しい1日でした。
糸島の景色は綺麗で、海や自然に癒されながらゆっくり過ごすことができました。あいにく雨でしたが、写真映えするスポットも多く、インスタ映えが好きな方や、おしゃれな写真を撮りたい方にもぴったりだと思います。

また、ガイドの李さんもとても親切で優しく、移動中もいろいろ気にかけてくださったので安心して参加できました。説明も分かりやすく、終始楽しい雰囲気でした。

I traveled from Hokkaido to the southernmost Yaeyama Islands. Even within Japan, I noticed differences in lifestyle and customs. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

I was able to visit the facility where the ANA Group conducts training, and I witnessed the training in action. It made me realize the daily efforts they put in for safe and stable transportation.

ANAグループの皆さまが実際に研修する施設を見学できるとあって、実際に研修しているのを目の当たりにすることができました。
日々の安全安定輸送の為に日々努力されているのだなと思いました。

It felt like an overseas trip since everyone except for my spouse and me were foreigners, which was refreshing. The tour guide's service was the best I've ever experienced. Although the tour itself had a bit less time at each location, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

私達夫婦以外全て外国人、まるで海外旅行の様で新鮮でした。
添乗員さんの方の対応過去1番良かったです。
ツアー自体は各所時間少なめでしたが十分楽しめました。

ガイドさんが、運転士さんと相談して、行程やトイレ休憩など臨機応変に対処して下さり、何のストレスもなく、ただ楽しい時間を過ごせました！本当にありがとうございました。

I visited the training facility and observed from above. The flight attendant explained everything to us. It was very interesting and enjoyable to learn about the behind-the-scenes efforts and the important training that the staff, whom we usually see at the airport, undergo for safety. Even though I'm in my 50s, I felt excited. What was once just a means of transportation has become something special that I appreciate while flying. I'm glad I went. I highly recommend it.

訓練施設を、上から見学しました。CAさんが説明してくださいました。普段、空港で見ているスタッフの方々が、安全のためにどのようなことを大切にし訓練しているかなど、裏の努力を知ることができ、とても興味深く楽しかったです。50代ですがワクワクしました。ただの移動手段だった飛行機が、感謝しながら乗る特別なものになりました。行って良かったです。おすすめです。

I think the timing of my visit at the end of April, just before Golden Week, was perfect. The pleasant air, bright sunshine, and the tropical flowers in full bloom created a beautiful setting as we slowly moved along the narrow paths lined with traditional houses in a water buffalo cart. It felt like a different world. It was also nice that there were hardly any tourists from overseas.

4月末のゴールデンウイーク前で、訪れた時期も良かったと思います。気持ちのいい空気と明るい日差し、南国の花が咲き乱れる中、伝統的な家屋が立ち並ぶ細い道をゆっくりと進む水牛車。別世界のような美しさでした。押し寄せる海外からの観光客が殆どいなかったのも良かったです。

The guide was knowledgeable and had endless topics to discuss, which helped us get through the 10-hour round trip! This time, the weather was clear and the path was mostly non-slippery, but having the guide made me feel more secure, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about pacing myself.

知識が豊富で、話題も付きないガイドさんだったので、往復10時間乗り切れました！
今回は晴天で足元もほぼ滑らない道中でしたが、それでもガイドさんがいる方が安心で、ペース配分も考える必要なく楽しめました。

I used the bus tour that I relied on during my first trip to Okinawa and Hokkaido again. As a result, it was great. I had planned to visit the Churaumi Aquarium since I already knew about it, but I had no idea about American Village, Kouri Island, or Manza Beach, so it was definitely the right choice to use the tour.

I believe the tour guide was from Korea and China, and I was impressed by how well they managed in an unfamiliar country. Their Japanese was very good, but it seemed there were times when communication was challenging, so it must be a tough job. It was a fun and worthwhile tour that matched the price. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄、北海道旅行の際に頼ったバスツアーをまた利用しました。
結果、大変良かったです。美ら海水族館は知ってたから行こうとは思ってたものの、アメリカンビレッジ・古宇利島・万座毛のことは全く知らなかったので利用して正解でした。

添乗員さんは韓国と中国の方だったと思いますが、慣れない国でよく頑張っていらっしゃるなあと感心しました。日本語もとてもお上手でしたがやはり上手くやり取りできない事もあるようで大変なお仕事と思います。
金額に見合ったお得で楽しいツアーでした。有難う御座いました。

It was a sudden order, but I'm glad we found just the right tour. The bus was a bit small, but well, it can't be helped.

We had a wonderful experience in Kyoto driven & guided by Ken san, a real gentleman, who took us to see the sights & guided us through them. Would highly recommend.

In April, before the Golden Week, Hokkaido is in the maintenance period after winter, so many facilities were closed. I decided to join a bus tour. It was my first time visiting places like Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Cape Earth, and the tour guide provided detailed advice and explanations, making the experience enjoyable! The A course included a stroll through the Toya Onsen town, and the B course featured a ropeway. I was informed that depending on the situation, lunch time could be tight, so if you don't have any specific preferences, it would be a good idea to prepare sandwiches or bento in advance to enjoy a leisurely lunch. I chose the B course and took the ropeway (which had an additional fee), and the weather was nice and pleasant. At the top of the mountain, there were chairs and sofas, as well as a space to eat and drink, allowing for a relaxed picnic atmosphere. Additionally, there was a small discount at the Silo Observation Deck, so I was able to purchase souvenirs at a better price. Thank you for a wonderful day from early morning until evening!

GWに入る前の4月の北海道は、冬明けのメンテナンスの時期にあたるとのことで、いろいろな施設などがお休みだったりしたので、バスツアーに参加してみました。
支笏湖や洞爺湖、地球岬など初めて行ったのですが、添乗員さんがきめ細やかなアドバイスや解説をしてくださり、楽しく過ごせました！Aコースの洞爺湖温泉街散策もBコースのロープウェイも、場合によってはお昼時間がギリギリになるとのことだったので、特にこだわりがなければ、事前にサンドイッチやお弁当などを準備して持っていけば、ランチもゆっくりできると思います。今回、Bコースを選びロープウェイ（別料金）に乗りましたが、お天気も良く気持ちよかったです。見晴らしのいい山の上に椅子やソファなどもあり、飲食できるスペースもあるので、ピクニック気分でのんびりできました。また、サイロ展望台で少し割引があって、お土産などもちょっとお得に購入できました。朝早くから夕方までありがとうございました。

The guide spoke about historical sites, military bases, and the current situation in Okinawa from a natural standpoint, without imposing their views. Although the bus ride was long, I had a great time.

史跡のこと基地のこと沖縄の現状等、ガイドさんはナチュラルな立場で考えを押し付けることなく話してくれていたように感じました。バスの乗車時間が長かったですが良い時間が過ごせました。

I chose this tour because I'm greedy and wanted to do a lot. It was just as I expected, a packed tour that was enjoyable. I had so many things I wanted to do, and the day was fulfilling.
