This was my second time using the service, following two years ago, and I was fortunate with the weather. It was great to efficiently visit the highlights. I recommend it to those planning to explore unfamiliar remote islands.

2年前に続いて2回目の利用でしたが、天候にも恵まれ、見所を効率良くまわれて良かったです。不慣れな離島巡りを計画している方にお薦めです。

Since we were driving on narrow mountain roads, it would have been a disaster if someone from the city casually decided to rent a car and go. I noticed the drivers giving directions to oncoming cars while passing each other, and I thought, "Wow, they are true professionals." I believe that with our driving skills, even if we were given instructions, we wouldn't have been able to follow them properly.

The guide also provided detailed explanations without a moment's rest, which was impressive. Additionally, I was really glad that we were able to walk the 50-minute course at Yakusugi Land! I had read that some guides only offer a 30-minute course, so I was worried it would be disappointing if that were the case.

However, at the route junction, the guide asked, "Is the 50-minute course okay for everyone?" but only a few people around seemed to hear it. I felt that it could be problematic if someone at the back found the 50 minutes too challenging.

細い山道を走行するので、都会暮らしの者が気安くレンタカーで行こうなんてしたら大変なことになってました。
すれ違う時に、運転手さんが対向車に指示を出したりしていて、プロだな〜と思いましたし、自分らの運転スキルでは、仮に指示されてもその通りできなかったと思います。　
ガイドさんも、休む間もなく詳しい説明をずっとして下さいました。
また、ヤクスギランドでは50分のコースを歩かせてもらえて、本当に良かったです！ガイドによっては30分コースのこともあると読んで、もしそうだったら残念と思っていたので…
ただ、ルート分岐点での「50分コースで大丈夫ですよね？」というガイドさんからの声がけが、周りの数人にしか聞こえない状況でした。万が一、50分はキツいという方が最後尾の方にいらっしゃったらまずいのでは…とは感じました。

The time allocation for sightseeing was rushed. There wasn't enough information provided regarding lunch. After having a meal at Oshino Hakkai, there was hardly any time left for sightseeing.

観光する時間配分が慌ただしい。
昼食に関する情報案内が足りなかった。
忍野八海で食事をしたら観光する時間がほとんどなかった。

I was able to tour the training facilities and truly felt that the safety of aircraft is supported by many people. Additionally, the guide was very accommodating and had a wealth of knowledge, answering various questions accurately.

研修設備を見学出来て、多くの人達によって航空機の安全が支えられているのが実感できました。またガイドの方の対応も非常に良く、且つ知識も豊富でいろいろな質問にも的確に答えられていました。

ANA's super popular tour! It fills up quickly, so I made a reservation a month in advance and was really looking forward to it! The content exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed that I could see the actual training scenes of the cabin crew and pilots from a distance. It was truly amazing and very engaging!

I was moved by the training scenes that I normally wouldn't get to see in everyday life! The tour guide was also an active cabin crew member, and everything about their attitude, movements, and speaking style was perfect!

This tour for 2000 yen is incredibly generous! Laughing aside, the content was more than sufficient! The only tour that left me wanting to repeat it again was this ANA tour! If I have the chance, I will definitely do it again! I love ANA!

期待以上の内容、ANAの世界観で特に実際のCAやパイロットの訓練風景も遠くから観ることができまして、いやーすごい見応えがあった！
普段の日常ではお目にできない訓練風景に感動！
引率ナレーターの方も現役のCAの方で、態度や動き、話し方もろもろ全て完璧でした！！
このツアーで2000円は親切すぎ！笑
のわりには内容が十分過ぎる！！
見学ツアーでまたリピートしたいって感動したのはANAのこのツアーだけです！

The mangrove tour in Iriomote Island was great, especially with the boatman's stories that were both educational and enjoyable. We also rode a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island 🐂, and it was wonderful when they sang Okinawan folk songs while we were on the cart! On Taketomi Island, we explored on bicycles 🚲, enjoying the beautiful sea, and I had a very fulfilling time. As a side note, an electric bicycle would have been even better 💦. I think first-time visitors will have a fantastic time participating in these activities! 😃

西表島のマングローブ観光（船頭さんのお話が勉強にもなり良かった）、由布島迄水牛車🐂に乗ったり（水牛車に乗ってる時に沖縄民謡？を歌ってくださったのがとても良かった！）竹富島では自転車🚲であちこち回り綺麗な海を見たり、すごく充実した時間を過ごしました。余談ですが、電動自転車なら尚良かった💦
初めて行く方は参加されるとすごく楽しめると思います😃

I was grateful to the guide throughout the trip. More than seeing the Jomon Sugi, I was moved by the fact that we were able to go and come back safely. Of course, the Jomon Sugi was breathtaking. The explanations were very insightful, and the pacing was just right, so I didn't have any muscle soreness the next day. If I have the opportunity again, I would appreciate your guidance.

終始ガイドさんに感謝でした。
縄文杉を見れたことより、無事に行って戻って来れたことに感動でした。もちろん縄文杉は圧巻でした。
腑に落ちるような解説やペース配分がかなり良く、翌日も筋肉痛になりませんでした。

This is my fourth time participating with this company. There were a total of 36 participants, and only two of us were Japanese. We efficiently toured Kamakura, coming from various countries to Japan. The guide planned the route considering the crowds, starting with Komachi Street where we enjoyed some street food, then visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Next, we saw the Great Buddha of Kamakura, took a ride on the Enoden train, and got off to take photos 🤳. Finally, we visited a shrine on Enoshima ⛩️ and enjoyed some seafood cuisine before heading to Tokyo Station. It was a great experience!

全員で36名参加で日本人は私達２名でした。色々な国から日本に来てツアーは鎌倉を効率よく廻ってくれました。
ガイドさんが混む順を考えて最初は小町通りここでは食べ歩きをして鶴岡八幡宮に参拝し、次は鎌倉大仏、江ノ電に乗り途中下車写真撮影🤳最後に江の島で神社⛩️参拝して海鮮料理を堪能して東京駅に向かうという感じで良かったですよ。

The forecast predicted clear skies in the morning. While walking, I started to sweat, and when I took a break, the weather felt refreshing. It felt like water was overflowing from everywhere, nourishing the earth. I saw the stumps of cedar trees cut down by humans, and it was a powerful reminder of nature's ability to regenerate. The view from Taiko Rock was breathtaking. I truly felt the life of Yakushima. Since it was during Golden Week, there were quite a few people, but I was glad I made the trip.

午前中は晴れ予報。歩いていると汗ばみ、休憩するとひんやりする天気でした。至るところから水が溢れ、大地を潤している、そんな感覚でした。人間が切り落とした杉の切り株、そこから再生しようとする自然の力、太鼓岩からの景色も圧巻。屋久島の命を感じました。ゴールデンウィーク中だったので人は多めでしたが足を運んで良かったと思いました。

Since it was my first time visiting Kyushu, I wanted to learn about peace there and decided to make Nagasaki my first travel destination to experience its exotic atmosphere. I was able to efficiently explore the area in one day, and the guide provided clear explanations, allowing me to learn a lot. We were also blessed with good weather, which enabled us to see many beautiful sights.

初めて九州を訪れたので、そこでも平和について学びたかったのと異国情緒を感じられる長崎を最初の旅行先にしようと思いました。1日を効率よく回ることができ、ガイドさんも分かりやすく解説してくれて学ぶことができました。天気にも恵まれていたので素敵な景色をたくさん見ることができました。

Thanks to our guide, Mr. Kiyane, who shared interesting trivia, and our driver, Mr. Maeda, who drove safely and securely, we were able to enjoyably visit various places in a condensed manner. I would like to use this service again on other routes. Thank you very much.

Without local options like these, I would have been wondering where to go! I was very grateful for them! The water buffalo cart and mangrove exploration were great, and the tropical, old-fashioned atmosphere of Taketomi Island was wonderful!

こういう現地オプションがないと、何処行こうか⁉️ってなってしまうので、大変ありがたかったです‼️水牛車やマングローブ探検とか竹富島の南国古風なたたずまい良かったです‼️

Since it was my first time making a reservation online, I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out, but the guide, Kousei, was very good at Japanese and explained everything clearly, making it a lot of fun (*´∀｀*🎶). There were people from various countries, and even though I was in Japan, it felt like I was abroad, which was enjoyable 🙆. I highly recommend it because you can see Mount Fuji from various angles 🗻.

初めてネットで予約したので、どの様になるか不安でしたが、ガイドのkouseiさんは日本語も上手な方で分かりやすくとても楽しかったです(*´∀｀*🎶)
色んな国の方も来ていて、日本に居てますが海外に来てるみたいで楽しかったです🙆

Driving the distance ourselves (from Jigokudani to Chikyu Misaki to Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu) by renting a car would have been quite challenging, but simply riding the bus took us to one breathtaking spot after another, making it physically very easy. Although it was a long 10-hour trip, the time spent at each location was just right, allowing us to enjoy without getting bored.

Along the way, the guide shared interesting stories about Hokkaido's history, highlights of each spot, and recommended souvenirs, which enriched our knowledge in ways that individual travel wouldn't have. The bus seats were comfortable, and we could relax during the journey, so after returning, we were still energetic enough to enjoy dinner in Sapporo city that night.

​自分たちでレンタカーを借りてこの距離(地獄谷〜地球岬〜洞爺湖〜支笏湖)を運転するのはかなり大変ですが、バスに乗っているだけで次々と絶景スポットに連れて行ってくれるので、体力的にとても楽でした。10時間という長丁場ですが、各スポットの滞在時間も適切で、飽きることなく楽しめました。
道中、ガイドさんが北海道の歴史や各スポットの見どころ、おすすめのお土産などを楽しくお話ししてくださり、個人旅行では得られない知識が増えました。バスの座席も快適で、移動中はゆっくり休めるので、帰着後の夜も札幌市内で元気に夕食を楽しむことができました。

Most of the people were from Taiwan, Europe, and America, and the tour guide announced in three languages, giving a sense of being on an international trip. It was very enjoyable, but since it was during Golden Week, the tourist spots were crowded with many people.

台湾やヨーロッパやアメリカ人の方が殆どで、添乗員さんも３カ国の言語でアナウンスされ、外国観光に行った感覚でした。
とても、楽しかったですが、ゴールデンウィークで、観光地に、たくさん来られてたので、人だらけでした。

I was wondering how it would be during the busy GW period with 10 hours of tracking, but the guide's navigation was spot on, and I didn't have any trouble finding restrooms. I was able to see not only the Wilson tree but also the main Jomon Sugi in abundance! On the way back, just before reaching the goal, I was welcomed by a heavy rain that truly felt like Yakushima. It turned out to be a day where I was really glad I went to Yakushima. My legs were exhausted, but I still made sure to visit Shiratani Unsuikyo the next day.

GWの混雑期かつ10時間のトラッキングでどーなるのかと思ってましたがらガイドさんのナビゲーションが的確で、トイレに困ることもなく、ウィルソン株はもちろん、メインの縄文杉もたっぷり見ることができました‼️帰りはゴール直前にこれぞ屋久島という大雨に歓迎され、本当に屋久島行ってよかったと思える一日になりました。脚はボロボロでしたが、翌日も白谷雲水峡にしっかり行ってきました。

I debated for a long time whether to hire a guide or go on my own, and I ended up making a reservation. In the end, hiring a guide was definitely the right choice. The pacing, encouragement, conversation, and service were all top-notch. The miso soup during lunch and the hojicha served during the coffee break were refreshing! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

ガイドさんをつけるか自力で行くかどうか直前まで悩みに悩み、予約しました。
結果、ガイドさんをつけて大正解でした。
ペース配分や声掛け、トークにサービス、どれをとっても最高でした。
お昼ご飯でのお吸い物、コーヒーブレイクで提供してくださったほうじ茶、体に染みました！

It was a tour for foreigners, but they provided proper interpretation in Japanese as well. Everyone kept to the promised time, and it was quiet on the bus, allowing us to fully enjoy the tour.

外国人向けのツアーでしたが、きちんと日本語でも通訳してくれました。
皆さん、約束の時間を守り、バスの中も静かでツアーを満喫することが出来ました。

I was able to participate at just the right time since it was held on a holiday.

A current flight attendant served as the guide, and I was able to see related aspects of the event.

There was also a souvenir corner, which had some modern items, but the selection was limited.

The weather was unfortunate, but we were able to efficiently tour Ishigaki. It was a sightseeing experience rich in essence. The bus guide's explanations deepened our understanding of Ishigaki.

あいにくの天気でしたが、効率よく石垣を観光できました。エッセンスが濃縮された観光でした。バスガイドさんの解説も石垣の理解を深めました。

This was my first visit to both Toyama and Tateyama. I had been interested in the snow wall for a long time, and I finally decided to go. After doing some research, I found this tour. On the day of the tour, our guide, Mr. Otsuka, mentioned that it was the best weather of the season with clear skies and no wind, creating great conditions. The easy-to-understand explanations from curator Mr. Iida, the lunch on the snow, and the knowledgeable guidance from Mr. Otsuka made for a special and wonderful experience at the snow corridor.

富山にも立山にも初訪問。以前から雪の壁？に興味があり遂に行くことに。色々調べて、こちらのツアーに辿り着きました。当日はガイドの大塚さんも今季最高と言われるピーカン＆風もないグッドコンディション。学芸員の飯田さんのわかりやすい説明、雪上でのランチ、知識豊富な大塚さんのガイドなど特別＆素晴らしい雪の大谷体験となりました。

I was able to enjoy Taketomi Island while riding a water buffalo and listening to the performance of the sanshin. As mentioned in other reviews, there wasn't much time for strolling. It was less than an hour, so it was just enough time to walk to the Nishi Sanchu and return to the bus stop.

水牛で街を回りながら、三線の演奏を聴くことができて、竹富島を堪能することができました。他の方の口コミにもあるように、散策時間はあまりありませんでした。１時間もないくらいだったので、歩いて西桟橋行ってバス乗り場まで戻ってきて、ちょうどいいぐらいでした。

I was glad that I could efficiently visit various tourist spots. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing.

I participated in the May holiday break. There were many families in the same group. I think the panel exhibits are designed with families in mind, but I believe the content is satisfying enough for adults as well. I think it would be great to set up a "long, in-depth viewing course," even if it meant doubling the price.

5月連休に参加しました。同じ組は家族連れが多かったです。
パネル展示は家族連れを意識していると思いますが、中身は大人でも十分に満足できる内容だと思います。
料金が倍になってもよいので「長時間じっくり見学コース」を設定してはどうかと思います。

I had wanted to go for a long time, but I couldn't make a reservation until now, so I finally got to participate. I took the monorail to get there, and I got a bit lost, but I arrived safely. I wish I could have bought a drink near the entrance.

以前から行きたかったけど予約が取れなくてやっと参加できました。モノレールで移動したのでちょっと迷ってしまいましたが無事に到着。入口当たりで飲み物と買えたらよかったな〜

There was a lot of traffic, and the driver had a tough time, but the tour guide was kind, and it was great with a small group. Of course, the weather was nice, and Mount Fuji was amazing.

渋滞ばかりで、運転手さんは大変やったけど、添乗員さんは親切で、少人数で大変よかったです。もちろん天気が良くて富士山は最高でした。

There are many snow wall tours, but I was looking forward to joining Mr. Otsuka's tour based on the reviews and experiences shared. From the moment I got on the bus, I had a great time learning and experiencing new things, and I'm glad I participated! I would love to join Mr. Otsuka's tour again in another season.

雪の大谷ツアーは沢山ありますが、体験談の評判や内容でせっかく行くならガイドの大塚さんのツアーをと楽しみに参加させて頂きました。
バスに乗った瞬間から楽しくそして学び、体験する事ができて参加して良かったです！
また大塚さんのツアーで他の季節で参加したいです。

I participated in this as a solo traveler. I was anxious since I had no trekking experience, but the members on the day I joined were mostly inexperienced as well, and the guide maintained a slow and steady pace that made it easy to walk. There were five people in my group.

The guide took photos at the main spots and even provided miso soup during lunch (which I think depends on the guide), so they were very attentive and accommodating.

1人旅で参加しました。トレッキング経験がなく不安でしたが、私が参加した日のメンバーはほぼ未経験で、ガイドさんのペースもゆっくり一定で歩きやすかったです。1グループ5名でした。

主要スポットで写真を撮ってくださったりお昼ごはんのときにお味噌汁をくれたり(ガイドさんによると思います)、至れり尽くせりでした。

I had a wonderful time on Iriomote Island and Yubu Island. The mangrove tour was relaxing as we slowly made our way down the river, with the guide explaining various things along the way. It was very soothing to see the mangroves and birds.

The time spent riding a water buffalo to Yubu Island was enjoyable while listening to the sound of the sanshin. It felt extraordinary! On Yubu Island, I was able to touch the water buffalo and take commemorative photos, which was great.

The staff's guidance was smooth, and the reception and the bus driver's (guide's) responses were excellent, allowing me to enjoy the experience from start to finish.

西表島、由布島をとても満喫できました。
マングローブツアーは、ゆっくり川を進みながら、ガイドさんが色々と説明してくれます。 マングローブや鳥などを見ながらとても癒されます。
水牛に乗って由布島へ行く時間は、三線の音色を聴きながら楽しく過ごしました。非日常！ 由布島では、水牛に触ることができて、記念写真も撮れて良かった。

スタッフさんの案内の流れがスムーズで、受付やバス車内の運転手(ガイドさん)の対応が良く、最初から最後まで楽しめた。
