Overall experience was good. The staffs were friendly, helpful and experience.
Would suggest to provide some fruits as I do not have the appetite to eat the bento lunch provided.

It was my first time doing SUP and snorkeling, but it was so much fun and beautiful! Above all, the guide was really great! (*≧∀≦*) It was also a lot of fun to interact with the other participants on the same tour! I will definitely go again! (*^^*)

In early April, I visited Yakushima during a temporary return from the UK. My husband, who loves nature, and I participated together, but both of us are beginners when it comes to serious trekking. We wanted to manage our pace and learn more about Yakushima, so we decided to hire a guide and made a reservation. This was truly the right decision! Our guide, Yoshisugi, repeatedly encouraged us by saying things like, "This is the last tough climb," which helped us push through to the end. The day started with great weather, but just before we reached Jomon Sugi, fog began to roll in, making our encounter with Jomon Sugi very mystical. In fact, our original reservation was canceled due to a big storm, and thanks to the effort made to reschedule us for the next day, we were able to visit Jomon Sugi. I am truly grateful for Yoshisugi's hospitality. Thanks to him, my annual trip to Japan became a very memorable experience. I definitely want to visit Yakushima again.

四月上旬に、イギリスからの一時帰国で、屋久島を訪れました。
自然が大好きなイギリス人の夫と２人での参加だったのですが、
本格的なトレッキングは２人とも初心者。
ペース配分はもちろんのこと、屋久島の事も色々知りたいと思っていたので、
ガイドさんを頼もうと、予約しました。
これは本当に大正解！
ガイドの吉筋さんが、何度となく、厳しい登りはこれで最後ですよ、
などポイントポイントで声をかけてくださったおかげで、
最後まで歩き切る事ができました。
その日はいいお天気で始まったのですが、私たちが縄文杉に到着する直前から、
霧が出始め、縄文杉との出会いはとても神秘的なものになりました。
実は、予約した日は大嵐で一度キャンセルになった私たちの日程をかなり無理をして翌日に調整してくださったおかげで縄文杉に行く事ができたのです。
そんな吉筋さんのホスピタリティには、本当に感謝しています。
お陰で、年に一度の日本の旅がとても印象深いものになりました。
また是非、屋久島には訪れたいと思っています。

The day before, the guide emphasized, "This is a really tough tour, are you sure you're okay with that?" I started to worry about whether we would be able to reach the goal while dozing off, and when it was time to wake up, I steeled myself and headed to the meeting point.
By "steeling myself," I mean I was determined not to give up. Of course, the goal was for the whole family to finish together.

Based on the guide's various experiences, our plan was to trek through Shiratani Unsuikyo first, then head to Jomon Sugi. If we did it the other way around, we would be exhausted from the Jomon Sugi trek and then have to climb a long, steep slope from the fork towards Shiratani Unsuikyo. That makes sense.

On the day of the trek, we were blessed with perfect weather, and thanks to our excellent guide, we were able to reach the goal. I realized that keeping pace with the guide was a crucial factor in being able to finish. If you're not confident in your trekking abilities, please make sure to stay behind the guide!

The scenery is something that words can't fully express. Please challenge yourself with determination; amazing nature awaits you! The muscle soreness from that day is also a memorable experience.

前日にガイドの方から、本当にしんどいツアーですが大丈夫ですか？と言うことを念押しされ、ゴールできるのだろうか？などすごく心配になりつつ、ウトウトしていたら起きる時間になり、覚悟を決めて集合場所へ向かいました。
覚悟とは、絶対にギブアップしないという覚悟です。もちろん家族全員でゴールする。ということです。

ガイドの方の色んな経験から私たちは、白谷雲水峡➡縄文杉、先に白谷雲水峡をトレッキングするプランでした。
縄文杉➡白谷雲水峡にすると、縄文杉トレッキングでクタクタになったうえに、白谷雲水峡への分かれ道から、長い長い坂道を登っていかないといけないからです。
なるほど～。

当日は最高のお天気に恵まれ、最高のガイドの先導のおかげで、ゴール出来ました。
ガイドの方の歩調についていくことが、ゴールできる大事な要因だと痛感しました。
トレッキングに自信のない方は、是非ガイドの方の後ろを確保してくださいね～

当日からの筋肉痛もたまにはいい思い出です。

My wife trained too hard for the trekking event, and during the actual hike, her knees started to hurt, making it difficult for her to move. We somehow made it to Jomon Sugi, but I was so focused on just getting back to the bus that I couldn't even take in the moment. Still, our guide took various commemorative photos, and I've been reflecting on those memories since we returned. It turned out to be a great memory.

妻がトレッキングに参加するために事前トレーニングをしすぎ、本番で両ひざが痛くなり動けなくなりそうでした。なんとか縄文杉前まで行きましたが感動する余裕もなくただひたすら帰りのバスにたどり着くことだけで頭がいっぱい！それでもガイドさんが記念の写真を色々とってくださり帰ってからじっくり思いだしています。良い思い出となりました。

I'm glad I could paddle happily with him! The sunset was incredibly beautiful, and we were able to enjoy it slowly! It was a tour where we could leisurely watch the sunset instead of a noisy, chaotic one! The shower facilities were also great!

Yakushima's Jomon Sugi is a place I want to visit at least once in my life. Although I had always dreamed of it, I was filled with anxiety and worry about my lack of exercise and confidence in my physical strength, to the point that I felt a bit gloomy even though I had made the reservation myself (laughs).

On the day of the hike, we were blessed with good weather and set off with a party of mostly beginners! The guide who accompanied us was truly wonderful! With the right pace and captivating insights about Yakushima, despite walking for hours, I felt joyful and comfortable the entire time!

The anxiety I had about it being a tough challenge quickly vanished, and I was able to enjoy myself and stay energetic until the end. Seeing other guides and parties passing by made me realize that the experience of beginner trekking in Yakushima can vary greatly depending on the guide.

By the way, I rented shoes that are said to be important, and they checked and adjusted them the day before departure, so I was able to walk without any issues. The rental of the raincoat and backpack was also a huge help since I wasn't sure if I would continue hiking in the future! Someone else in our party seemed to have purchased everything for this trip, which must have been quite an expense.

I had the best trip, enjoying the long-awaited Jomon Sugi trekking in such an easy and fun way. Thank you very much!

It's strange, but I want to challenge myself to the Shiratani Unsuikyo trekking next to experience that sense of achievement again!

人生で一度は行ってみたい屋久島縄文杉。
憧れはあったものの、運動不足と体力に自信がないのとで前日まで不安と心配で、自分で予約したくせに少し憂鬱なくらいでした（笑）

当日は天気にも恵まれ、初心者ばかりのパーティで出発！
同行して頂いたガイドさんが本当に素敵な方で！適切なペース配分と魅力的な屋久島の案内、何時間も歩き続けているはずなのに終始楽しくて気持ちよくて！

苦しい修行になるだろうと不安だった気持ちは一気に吹き飛び、最後まで楽しく元気に過ごせました。
すれ違う別のガイドさんやパーティの様子を見て、初心者の屋久島トレッキングはガイドさんで全く異なる体験だと実感しました。

ちなみに重要だと言われる靴をレンタルしましたが出発の前日に確認と調節をして下さり問題なく歩けました。
レインコート、バックパックのレンタルも初心者でこれから登山をするか分からない中大変助かりました！
パーティが一緒だった別の方は、今回のために購入して揃えたようで結構な出費だったようです。
こんなに手軽に、楽しく念願の縄文杉トレッキングが味わえて最高な旅になりました。

不思議なもので、またあの達成感味わいに次は白谷雲水峡トレッキングにチャレンジしたいと思っています！

I want to visit the mossy forest, Taiko Rock, and Jomon Sugi! But I'm not confident about walking for two days. So, I thought I could just go in one day! However, being the worrywart that I am, I might end up walking too fast to catch the bus back and not enjoy myself. Plus, I hardly walk normally, and if it rains, I might not make it back safely. So, after searching, I discovered this greedy course and decided to book a private guide to avoid inconveniencing others. I asked the experienced guide, Shimozono, who has been mentioned in various testimonials. I was looking forward to it every day, but as the date approached, my anxiety about the weather and what to bring increased. When I consulted Shimozono during the pre-check, he reassured me that it wouldn't rain that day and answered all my questions about what to bring with reasons, which resulted in me only needing to rent a backpack and trekking shoes, significantly reducing my luggage for Yakushima. I was very grateful for that. Most importantly, Shimozono's kind voice and way of speaking eased my trekking anxiety.

On the day of the trek, the excitement began right from the start. I listened to the explanations and enjoyed the walk, albeit slowly, while Shimozono and my husband waited for me. We smoothly cleared the mossy forest, Taiko Rock, and the tramway. From there to Jomon Sugi, my knees started to tire, and I walked even slower, but Shimozono kept encouraging me with cheerful remarks, and we successfully reached Jomon Sugi. The miso soup that Shimozono made was incredibly comforting for my body, which had cooled down from sweating.

Then came the dreaded return journey. From the start, my knees began to hurt, and the pain intensified to the point where I was grimacing and tearing up. My husband had to help me, and I became so slow that I had to let others pass. However, I managed to return to the tramway, so I thought I just had to walk the flat path from there. But soon, my knees wouldn't bend, and the swollen toes were hitting the front of my shoes, causing pain. I started to worry that I might not make it back in time for the bus. Just then, Shimozono gave me painkillers and advised me to remove my insoles. He also made me warm coffee, which revived my knees, feet, and spirits, allowing me to catch the 5 PM bus and end the day on a happy note. I am truly grateful to Shimozono for encouraging me with cheerful remarks and being so kind, even though I caused some trouble. Also, I appreciate him for taking the initiative to take many photos at various spots. I enjoyed the tankan and kaki-pi that I couldn't eat during the trek. Thank you so much!

To the woman who talked about deer antlers while we were heading to Shiratani Unsuikyo, I enjoyed our conversation, and it really helped ease my tension about the trek. Thank you!

垢むす森にも太鼓岩にも縄文杉にも行きたい‼︎けど2日間歩く自信がない。だったら1日で行けばいいやん‼︎けど心配性な私は帰りのバスに間に合わせるために無駄に早く歩いてしまい楽しむことができなさそうだし普段ほとんど歩くことがないうえに雨が降るとなると無事に帰ってくることができないかもしれない。ということで検索した結果こちらのよくばりコースを発見し他の方に迷惑をかけてしまわないようにプライベートガイドを予約し体験談にちらほら出てくるベテランガイドのシモゾノさんにお願いすることにしました。それからは毎日楽しみにしていたのですが日が近づくにつれ天気や持ち物について不安が増えていったので事前確認の際にシモゾノさんに相談したところ、その日は雨降らないよ〜と言ってくださり持ち物について「これはいる？じゃあこれは？」とたくさん質問した一つ一つに理由をつけて答えてくださり結果レンタルする物がザックとトレッキングシューズだけになり屋久島への荷物が減り、とても有り難かったです。そして何よりシモゾノさんの優しい声と話し方がトレッキングへの不安をぶっ飛ばしてくれました。そして当日。トレッキング開始から感動が始まり説明を聞き楽しみ歩くのが遅いながらもシモゾノさんと旦那に待ってもらいつつ順調に苔むす森に太鼓岩にトロッコ道をクリア。そこから縄文杉までは膝が疲れ始めさらに歩くのが遅くなりましたがシモゾノさんが愉快な声かけをしてくださり無事に縄文杉もクリア。その後にシモゾノさんが作ってくださったお味噌は汗で冷えた体に染み渡りとても有り難かったです。そして恐怖の帰り道。歩き始めから膝が痛み始め顔が歪み涙が出てしまうほどの激痛に変わり旦那に手をひいてもらい後ろから来る方達に先に行ってもらうほど歩くのが遅くなりましたがトロッコ道まで帰ることができたので、あとは段差のない道を歩くだけだとほっとしたのも束の間、痛んだ膝は曲がらず浮腫んでパンパンになった足の指が靴先に当たり痛み始め、このままでは帰りのバスに間に合わないかもしれないというほどに歩くのが遅くなり不安になっているとシモゾノさんが鎮痛剤をくださりインソールをはずせばいいとアドバイスしてくださり温かいコーヒーを作ってくださり膝も足も気持ちも復活し無事に17時のバスで帰ることができましたし楽しい気持ちで終えることができました。迷惑をかけてしまったにも関わらず最後まで愉快な声かけで励ましてくださり優しく対応してくださったシモゾノさんには本当に本当に感謝です。あと、シモゾノさんから声をかけてくださり、たくさんの場所で写真を撮ってくださったことにも感謝です。トレッキング中に食べることができなかったタンカンと柿ピー美味しくいただきました。本当に本当にありがとうございました。

On the day I participated, May 6th, it was cloudy all day, but surprisingly, it started to clear up from the time we began stand-up paddleboarding, and we were able to see the sunset. It became a wonderful memory. The service provided by Takuhiro Kizawa was very polite and kind, which was also great. He took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

I was honestly more anxious than excited at the start, given that it was my first trekking experience on a hard course. However, we were blessed with good weather and received a lot of energy from the forest, allowing us to enjoy the walk from start to finish!

This course, which takes you through Shiratani Unsuikyo, Taiko Rock, and Jomon Sugi in one day, is indeed challenging, but it fills you with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

As someone who doesn't usually engage in sports, I believe I was able to enjoy it so much thanks to the guide's pacing, explanations at key points, and opportunities for photos.

Additionally, regarding the transportation, even though I caused some inconvenience due to my circumstances, they responded quickly and courteously, for which I am truly grateful.

It became the best memory! I highly recommend this course!!

初めてのトレッキングで、かつハードなコースということで正直楽しみよりも不安が勝るようなスタートでしたが、天気にも恵まれ、森から沢山のパワーをもらって、最初から最後まで楽しく歩くことができました！
白谷雲水峡〜太鼓岩〜縄文杉を1日で巡れるこのコースは、確かにハードではありますがその分達成感と満足感でいっぱいになります。
普段からスポーツをやっているわけではない私がこんなに楽しくやり切れたのは、ガイドさんのペース配分、要所要所での説明や写真撮影などがあったおかげだと思っています(*^^*)
また、送迎の件ではこちらの都合でご迷惑をおかけをしてしまったにも関わらず、迅速丁寧に対応してくださり本当に感謝感謝でした。

It was disappointing that your voice was too quiet and I couldn't hear what you were saying well. However, you had prepared miso soup and tea sweets. I wish it had been a bit easier to talk, as I could have asked you various questions.

I signed up for this tour, considering the crowds during the Golden Week, as it allows for a direct transfer to the trailhead. It rained on the day of the hike, but because of that, I was able to leave the pacing to the guide, and we smoothly reached Jomon Sugi even in the rain. Additionally, I appreciated the explanations at each point along the way, which made it a unique tour experience. It was great that everyone had their photos taken at each photo spot! Thank you very much.

当日は雨も降りましたが、だからこそペース配分をガイドの方にお任せでき雨の中でもスムーズに縄文杉までたどり着くことができました。

My 6-year-old daughter has always been afraid of the ocean and has hardly ever put her feet in the water, insisting that she didn't want to try snorkeling. I thought we would end up waiting on the beach with one of the parents again this time, but thanks to the instructor who was very kind and attentive, my daughter was able to enter the water without fuss. Moreover, she was able to master the use of the snorkeling equipment and learned a lot about different types of fish and various ecological features, which sparked her interest in the ocean. The drone footage also captured some great videos and photos, creating wonderful memories for our family. We definitely want to do this again next time.

6歳の娘が、海が怖くて今までもほとんど海には足をつけたことがなく、シュノーケルも嫌だと言いはっていたので、今回も親のどちらかと浜辺で待機かなぁ〜と思いながらお願いしたのですが、担当してくださったインストラクターのお兄さんがとても丁寧に親切に接してくださったおかげで娘もグズらず海に入ることができました。その上シュノーケルの道具の使い方もしっかりマスターでき、お魚の種類やいろんな生態の特徴など、子供達はたくさん教えていただいて海に興味を持つことができました。ドローン撮影もとてもいい動画やお写真を撮っていただき、家族揃ってとても良い思い出ができました。又是非次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I booked a tour during Golden Week. It was incredibly crowded, and it seemed difficult even to ride the local bus. There were long lines, and I shuddered at the thought of having to arrange everything myself. The tour bus provided pick-up and drop-off at the accommodation, which was a huge help. We arrived at the destination smoothly without any waiting. The return trip was also seamless. It was comfortable, and I felt it was worth signing up just for that.

Unfortunately, the guide this time... there wasn't much explanation, and we just kept moving forward. It seemed like they were not feeling well and didn't have the capacity to look around. Ultimately, they had to retire partway through, and we were handed over to a different guide... what a shame. I wish we had a fully capable guide from the start.

As a result, we suddenly became a party of 16 and formed a large group heading towards Jomon Sugi. That turned out to be a good thing! We had a great guide. They provided clear instructions and took the time to help each person with photos, managing a large number of people in heavy rain. Given that we were a group of 16, I think a perfect guide was impossible, but they did their best, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. However, considering the feelings of those who were originally there because of our joining...

The guide is a very important point for this tour.

ゴールデンウィーク中のツアーを申し込みました。すごい人で、地元のバスに乗るのも大変な様子。長い行列もできていて、自分で手配してたらと思うとぞっとしました。ツアーバスは宿までの送り迎えがあったので本当に助かりました。待つこともなくすいすい現地に到着。帰りも宿まですいすい。快適でこれだけでも申し込んで良かったと思います。
今回、残念だったのがガイドさん、、、、
あまり説明もなくどんどんと進んで行きます。どうやら体調が悪かったみたいで、周りを見る余裕が無かったんでしょうね。最終的には、途中でリタイアされて、違うガイドさんに引き継がれて帰られました、、、、残念。それなら、最初から万全な方にガイドして欲しかったです。
というわけで、急遽16人パーティーとなり大きな一団となって縄文杉を目指すことになりました。それが逆に良かった！当たりのガイドさんでした。的確に指示をしてくれたり、写真を細かく1人1人対応してくれたり、大雨の中で大変な人数に対応をして下さいました。16人を相手ですから、完璧なガイドは無理だったと思いますが、精一杯のガイドをしてくださったので良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。ただ、私達の合流のせいで、元々おられた方たちの気持ちを考えると、、、、
このツアーは、ガイドさんがとても重要なポイントです。

The third point was the most enjoyable! The coral was so close that I felt like I could touch it, and I was able to observe fish and various sea creatures at a very close distance. I even encountered a sea turtle and had the experience of swimming right next to it. It was fascinating to catch a glimpse of the fish's activities in the ocean, which I usually only see in aquariums.

The activity itself was very fulfilling, but I had two concerns.

The first point is that we went out to sea with two boats, but our group was instructed to move the boat multiple times before departure. The staff on the boat we moved to were not aware of the increase in the number of participants, which left us all confused. I felt uneasy as other explanations were given before we received sufficient instructions on the snorkeling equipment.

The second point is that I felt there was a difference in the staff's skills. There were many inbound customers, and a lot of staff who could speak foreign languages. As a beginner, I wanted more detailed instructions on how to use the snorkeling mask and tips for enjoying it safely, but it seemed that some staff were a bit unfamiliar with Japanese, leading to explanations that were hard to understand at times. I appreciated their efforts and was happy that they took many photos, but I felt that I would have liked more detailed explanations. I believe they will gain more experience, so I hope they continue to do their best in the future.

I understand that managing activities for a large group can be challenging, but I think it could have been even more enjoyable with a little more consideration.

3ポイント目が1番楽しかったです！足がつきそうな程サンゴが近く、とても近い距離で魚や色んな海の生き物を観察することができました。ウミガメにも出会うことができ、真横で一緒に泳ぐ体験ができました。水族館で見られる魚たちの、海での営みを垣間見ることができて面白かったです。
アクティビティ自体はとても充実していたのですが、2点気になる点がありました。

1点目は、2艘で海に出たのですが、我々のグループのみ出発前に何度も船の移動を指示されました。移動先の船のスタッフさんは体験人数の増を把握されておらず、お互い困惑しました。シュノーケリングの用具の説明を十分に受ける前に他の説明がなされ、不安に感じました。

2点目は、スタッフのスキルに差があるように感じました。インバウンドのお客さんが多く、外国語を話せるスタッフがたくさんいらっしゃいました。初心者でしたので、シュノーケリングのマスクの使い方や、安全に楽しむためのコツなど詳しく教えて頂きたかったのですが、少し日本語に不慣れな様で、わからない説明が何度かありました。一生懸命接してくださり、写真もたくさん撮ってくださって嬉しかったのですが、もっと解説して頂きたかったなと感じました。これから経験を積んでいかれるかと思うので、今後も頑張って頂きたいです。

大人数でのアクティビティとなり、運営が大変であるとは思うのですが、もう少し心配りくださればもっと楽しめたと思っております。

The staff's talk and personality were very interesting, and they took a lot of photos for us. We were able to see many fish, and it was a lot of fun.

スタッフさんのトークや人柄がとても面白く、写真もたくさん撮っていただけて、魚もたくさん見れてとても楽しかったです。

Initially, the sunset tour we had planned was canceled due to heavy rain, so we were able to switch to a morning tour the next day. It was my first experience kayaking, and I was nervous because I’m not very athletic, but I learned how to paddle and gradually got the hang of it while actually on the water. On that day, everyone was in two-person kayaks. We encountered many mangroves and heard fascinating stories about the ancient banyan trees, especially the tale of the Kijimuna (spirit), which was very intriguing. I was also very satisfied to see both the white heron and the black heron. Be prepared to get your backside wet! There are changing rooms available, and you can borrow non-slip sandals. We were also able to take photos at various spots.

当初、予定していたサンセットツアーは大雨のため中止になったため、翌日の午前中のツアーに変更していただくことができました。カヤック初体験しかも運動神経鈍いのでドキドキでしたが漕ぎ方を教わり実際に乗っているうちにコツもつかめました。当日は全員２人乗りカヤックでした。多くのマングローブや古いガジュマルの神秘的なお話など…特にキジムナ（精霊）のお話はとても興味深いものでした。シロサギ、クロサギにも出会えて大満足です。お尻がビショビショになります。更衣室もありますし、滑り止め付のサンダルもお借りできます。所々で写真も撮っていただけました。

I went on my first trip to Ishigaki Island for a 1-night, 2-day stay. The main purpose of the trip was to do stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at the stunning spot of Kabira Bay and to spend the day actively until my flight home, so I decided to join this one-day course.

On the morning of the trip, the weather was nice and sunny, but due to strong winds, SUP at Kabira Bay was canceled. Instead, there was a suggestion to do SUP in the mangroves, which I accepted. I usually do SUP in the ocean back home, but paddling through the mangroves while the guide explained about Ishigaki Island and the mangroves felt like a jungle cruise, allowing me to paddle leisurely and enjoyably.

For lunch, I chose a hamburger place recommended by the staff that used Ishigaki beef. I was able to lightly dry off my wet body and enter the restaurant as is, and the hamburger was hearty and very delicious.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at a natural beach that opened up after passing through lush trees. Since it was low tide, we explored a cave, which is a power spot, while walking, and during snorkeling, I was thrilled to see not only the clear water but also clownfish and beautifully colored fish.

Finally, we moved to a waterfall in another location where we did a tidal cleanse. Some participants even dove from the top of the waterfall or jumped like Tarzan using a rope, having a great time.

Among the participants were children around kindergarten age and older individuals, including some foreigners. At the beginning of the tour, everyone seemed a bit nervous, but by the end, we were chatting and the atmosphere became very friendly. Although there were many participants, I think the staff, who were present in several numbers, ensured safety.

Lastly, I stopped by a juice stand and enjoyed a very delicious smoothie.

I had a wonderfully fulfilling time. Since the UV rays in Okinawa are very strong, sun protection and heatstroke prevention are essential. I always participate with a backpack made from a net that contains water, sunscreen (the type that doesn't affect coral), and a small towel.

I would like to participate again to do SUP at Kabira Bay.

今回初めての石垣島旅行を1泊2日で行うことになりました。旅行のメインは絶景スポットである川平湾でSUPをすること、帰りの飛行機の時間までアクティブに過ごすことが目的だったので、この1日コースに参加することにしました。
当日の朝、天気は晴れてて良かったのですが、風が強かったので川平湾でSUPは中止となり、マングローブでのSUPの提案があったので、それに変更しました。いつも地元では海でSUPをしているのですが、マングローブを見ながらのSUPはガイドさんが、石垣島やマングローブなどの説明をしてくれ、ジャングルクルーズのようで、のんびりと楽しく漕ぐことが出来ました。
お昼はスタッフおススメの石垣牛を使ったハンバーガー店を選びました。濡れてる体の水気を軽く取ってそのまま入店出来、ハンバーガーはボリュームがあり、とっても美味しかったです。
午後からのシュノーケルは鬱蒼と生い茂った木々の中を通り抜けた後に広がる自然ビーチで行いました。干潮だったため、歩きながら途中パワースポットである洞窟に寄って探検をし、シュノーケルでは、海の透明度もさることながら、ニモ(カクレクマノミ)やキレイな色をした魚たちも見れ感激しました。
最後は別の場所にある滝まで移動して潮落としをしながら、参加者に中には、滝の上からダイブしたり、ロープを使って、ターザンのようにジャンプした方もいて楽しんでおられました。
参加者の中には、幼稚園児くらいのお子さんから、年配の方までいらっしゃり、外国の方も一緒で、ツアーの始めこそはみなさん緊張された様子でしたが、最後の方では、色々お話しして和気藹々とした雰囲気になっていました。参加者人数は多かったのですが、スタッフも数名いて安全に配慮されていたと思います。
最後にジューススタンドに寄って飲んだスムージーもとても美味しかったです。
とても充実した時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
沖縄の紫外線はとても強いので、日焼け対策と熱中症対策は必須です。私はいつもネットで出来たリュックの中に水と日焼けどめクリーム(サンゴにも影響しないタイプのもの)と小さいタオルを入れて背負って参加します。
川平湾でSUPするため、また参加したいと思います。

We progressed through the mangroves by canoe and then trekked to Pinai Sara Falls. Along the way, they provided explanations about the flora and fauna and took photos at various points. They even used a 360-degree camera, which was quite innovative. After enjoying handmade Yaeyama soba for lunch, we took a boat to Barasu Island, where we also took commemorative photos. After that, we snorkeled at a snorkeling point for as long as we wanted until time was up. The sea around Iriomote was beautifully adorned with coral, resembling a flower garden, and we even encountered sea turtles, which was incredibly fun.

マングローブをカヌーで進み、途中からトレッキングでピナイサーラの滝へ。
道中、動植物の解説を交えながら、ポイントポイントで写真を撮ってくれます。
360度撮れるカメラでも撮ってくれて、なかなか工夫がされています。
ご主人手作りの八重山そばでランチをした後は、バラス島まで船で行き、そこでも記念撮影。
後は、シュノーケリングポイントで時間が来るまで好きなだけシュノーケリング。西表の海はサンゴがお花畑のように美しくて、海ガメとも遭遇できてとっても楽しかったです。

The support and attentiveness of the staff who took care of us were exceptional, and we had a wonderful time! My only child was able to play with the staff, and it seemed like they had a lot of fun without getting bored. We were very satisfied! Thank you very much!

担当してくれた、お兄さん方の気配り、サポートから配慮まで至れり尽くせりで、楽しく過ごせました！一人っ子の子供もお兄さん方に遊んで頂き、退屈せずとても楽しく過ごせたようで大満足でした！ありがとう御座いました！

It was a deep green forest with various types of moss growing. Although I hadn't seen "Princess Mononoke," I could certainly feel the presence of spirits, and it was a wonderful place that sparked my imagination. The guide was knowledgeable and very enjoyable to talk to, making for a great day (half-day). I am very grateful. Next time, I would like to visit Taiko Rock.

いろいろな種類の苔が生えている深い緑の森でした。
「もののけ姫」は、観ていなかったのですが、それでも確かにものの気配を感じる、想像力をかきたてられるような素晴らしい場所でした。
ガイドさんは知識が豊富で、話がとても楽しい方で良い一日（半日）を過ごすことができました。とても感謝しています。
次回は、太鼓岩まで行ってみたいと思いました。

On the day of the tour, it rained heavily, to the point where our guide mentioned, "There might be a heavy rain warning." I was a bit worried as I didn't have much confidence in my stamina, but the guide was very considerate, managing our pace, taking breaks as needed, and even providing us with snacks! Thanks to that, we were able to see the Jomon Sugi safely. It's said to be between 2,000 and 7,000 years old, and it truly was a profound experience.

当日は、ガイドさんが「（大雨）警報がでているかもしれませんね。」
というほどの雨が降りました。
体力にはあまり自信がなく心配でしたが、ガイドさんが私たちのために気を遣ってペース配分、適宜の休憩、なんとおやつまで！いただいたので無事に縄文杉を見ることができました。
樹齢2000年～7000年とのことですが、やはり感慨深いものがありました。

I participated in snorkeling during Golden Week. As expected during the holiday, there were about 30 to 40 people on a relatively small boat for the tour. However, the boat's restroom and shower were clean, which made it comfortable.

That said, the boat rocked a lot! It might have been the most unstable boat I've ever been on, haha. It's best to take motion sickness medication without hesitation.

There was one instructor for every 7 to 8 people as we entered the water. By the way, I was told on the boat that they would explain how to stand (or something like that) after entering the water, but nothing happened, which was a bit concerning. Well, it wasn't a major issue. Also, I was really looking forward to having photos taken during snorkeling, but we hardly got any... There were plenty of photos of a group of young girls from our group, but we only had two pictures from the boat (one of which was a group photo). (You can download them later via a QR code. There were over 500 photos in total, but when I looked closely later, they were mostly of families and girls, haha.)

During snorkeling, the guide seemed to focus only on those girls, showing them sea cucumbers and guiding them to the slide after the first session, which was a bit envious. Well, the instructor was a young man, so I understand his feelings, haha.

While there were some complaints, I thought the price wasn't too high and was probably reasonable. Since I had never participated in marine activities domestically, I might have had overly high expectations. The staff were very nice, and they used reliable equipment, which made me feel safe. If I have another chance, I’d like to visit during a less crowded time.

By the way, the photo is of the Okinawa soba from the soba shop next to the store. When we returned to the shop, others were quickly called to the shuttle, but since there were so many people, we had to wait quite a while before departure, so we decided to have lunch. It was really delicious, and I felt lucky! If you have time, I highly recommend it.

GW中にシュノーケルで参加しました。
流石に連休中だけあって、そこまで大きくない船に30〜40人位かな？乗り込んでのツアーでした。
ですが船のお手洗いもシャワーも綺麗でその点は快適でした。

ただ船は凄く揺れます！今まで乗ってきたボートの中で1番揺れたかもしれません笑
酔い止めは躊躇しないで飲んだ方が吉です。

イントラ1名で7.8人を見る形で海に入りました。
そういえば船上で予め「海に入ってから立ち方（？）の説明をします」と言われていたのですが何もなかったのが少し気になりました。まぁ特に問題は無いのですが。
あと、シュノーケル中に写真を撮って貰えるのが結構楽しみだったのですが、全然映してもらえず…同じグループの若い女の子チームの写真は大量にあったのに我々の写真は船上の2枚だけ…（しかもその内1枚は集合写真）（翌日以降にQRコードからDLできます。全体で500枚以上あったのに…後日じっくり見たら子連れ&女子組の写真ばかりでしたが笑）
シュノーケル中もその女の子達だけにガイドをしたりナマコを見せたり、1本目が終わった後に滑り台を案内したりとちょっと羨ましかったです。
まぁイントラさんは若い男性だったので気持ちはよく分かります笑

不満点もありましたが、値段も高い訳ではないし相応なのかな、と思いました。
国内でマリンアクティビティに参加したことが無かったので求め過ぎていたのかもしれませんね。
スタッフの皆さんの感じはとても良く、機材もしっかりした物を使っていて安心できました。
次があればもっと空いている時期に伺いたいです。

因みに写真はショップの隣の沖縄そば屋さんのソーキそばです。
ショップに戻ってきて、他の人達はあっと言う間に送迎の車に呼ばれていたのですが、人数が多くて溢れたのか？出発までかなり時間が開くとの事だったのでお昼を食べに入りました。
これがとても美味しくて逆にラッキーでした！

We participated as two people in our late 20s. Since it was our first time in Ishigaki Island, we made a reservation to enjoy the beautiful sea. The original schedule was to do SUP at Kabira Bay in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon, but due to weather conditions, it was changed to snorkeling in the morning and SUP in the mangroves in the afternoon. Although the weather was sunny with blue skies, it seems the change was made because of strong winds. I was a bit disappointed that we ended up with mangroves on consecutive days since we had also booked a canoe trip in the mangroves of Iriomote Island the next day, but in the end, the scale of the mangroves in Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island was completely different, so I never got bored (the mangroves in Iriomote Island were much more expansive).

The snorkeling spot was truly beautiful, and the Blue Cave was magnificent. There were six participants in the tour, ranging from their 20s to 50s, with two guides. We were not rushed during our first experience changing into wetsuits, and the guides were very attentive, making it a fulfilling tour.

In the afternoon, the guide changed to a female guide for the SUP session. Since I had been in the water all morning, I ran out of energy to paddle during SUP, but the guide kindly suggested a way to pair up so I wouldn’t have to paddle on the way back, which was a great help.

The staff's consideration was wonderful, and I highly recommend this tour for fully enjoying the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island in one day!

20代後半2名で参加。初の石垣島でしたのでキレイな海を堪能しようと予約しました。本来のスケジュールは午前に川平湾SUP、午後にシュノーケリングの予定でしたが、天候の都合で午前にシュノーケリング、午後はマングローブでのSUPになりました。天気は晴れており青空も出ておりましたが風が強いということで変更になったようです。翌日に西表島マングローブでのカヌーを予約していたので連日マングローブになってしまうな...と少し残念に思いましたが、結果的に石垣島と西表島のマングローブの規模が全然違く、飽きることはなかったです。(西表島の方が広大なマングローブでした)
シュノーケリングの海は本当に美しく、青の洞窟も見事なものでした。ツアーは20代〜50代くらいの6名に対しガイドさんが2名でした。初めてのウエットスーツの着替え等も急かされることなく、適宜声をかけてくださったりとても充実したツアーでした。
午後はガイドさんが女性の方に変わりSUPを行いました。午前中ずっと海に入っていたこともあり途中でSUPを漕ぐ体力がなくなってしまった私に、帰路は私が漕がなくても良いペアでの乗り方を提案してくださりとても助かりました。
スタッフの皆さんの気遣いも素晴らしく、丸1日で石垣島の美しい海を満喫できるオススメのツアーです！

I had a great time.
I participated on May 1st, the first day of the Reiwa era.
The tour guide and the driver were very nice, and even though it rained and we got caught in traffic, I didn't feel any of the difficulties and spent a fulfilling time.
On the way to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were almost late for the last dolphin show due to traffic, but thanks to the quick thinking of the two of them, we were able to see it safely.
They provided water, candy, and snacks at good points, which lifted my spirits and made me feel relaxed.

The trekking was fun, but it started to rain heavily. When we got on the bus, they always kindly said, "It was tough, thank you for your hard work."

でしたが、楽しめました。
令和初日の５月一日に参加しました。
添乗員さん運転手さんのお人柄が良く、雨が降ったり渋滞にも巻き込まれたのに、そんな大変さも感じらことなく充実した時間を過ごしました。
美ら海水族館までの道中は、渋滞で最後のイルカショーに間に合わないところでしたが、お二人の機転で、無事に観ることが出来ました。
お水や、あめ、お菓子など良いポイントで提供していただき、疲れも吹っ飛び心が和みました。
どうもありがとうございました。
トレッキングは、楽しかったのですが、激しく雨がふってきましたが、バスに乗る時に、大変でしたね、お疲れ様でしたと、必ず優しい声をかけていただきました。

Despite being rated number one for 11 consecutive years in a specialized magazine, the service for individual customers was extremely poor! The basic experience of diving was mainly crowded with Korean families and Chinese tourists during Golden Week, leaving little space and making me feel abandoned and anxious… First of all, I had a hard time figuring out who my assigned staff member was (>_<)! Next, the area on the boat where shoes were prohibited was unclear, and when I walked around in sandals, a male staff member scolded me later, which was quite unpleasant T_T. The only good thing was that the female staff member I finally figured out was quite nice! The sea was truly beautiful with Kerama Blue, but overall, I’m unfortunately not interested in booking here again! Other organizing companies seemed to be better…

専門誌11年連続1位評価をうたってる割に個人客の対応が悪過ぎる！基本体験ダイビングメインでGWで韓国人家族？や中国人？などでごった返していて居場所がほとんど無く放置状態で不安ばかりでした…まず最初、自分の担当スタッフが誰だか分からなくてかなり困った(>_<)！次に船上の土足厳禁場所が分かりにくく、そのままサンダルのまま歩いていると、後から男性スタッフの人に注意されて散々でしたT_Tよかったのは、ようやくわかった担当スタッフの女性の対応が普通によかった！海はケラマブルーでホントに綺麗でしたが、でも全体的に考えて残念ながらもうここでは申し込みはしたくないです！他の主催会社の方まだマシでした…

The guide was very nice, and since it was a small group, it was easy to get guidance. I received photos that I wouldn't normally be able to take, such as drone shots, which made for a great experience.

ガイドさんがとてもいいかたでしたし、少人数だったのでガイドしてもらいやすかったです。
ドローン撮影など、普通に撮れない写真がもらえてとてもいい経験になりました。

You taught us a lot, even though we were almost beginners. You shared information about plants, mountains, walking techniques, and how to use trekking poles, as well as about dangerous spots on the trail.

In the second half, I lost my stamina and tripped, but your first aid was spot on and really helped. Thank you so much.

It was a really fun tour. I want to challenge myself again and visit other places as well. The muscle pain the next day and the day after was intense, but it was a pleasant kind of pain.

The weather was great, too; it was perfect.

ほぼ初心者の自分たちに色々教えてくれました。植物のことや、山のこと、歩き方やストックの使い方など。足元の危険なところも。
後半体力持たず足がもつれて転倒してしまったけど、応急処置も的確で、助かりました。
本当にありがとうございます。
すごく楽しいツアーになりました。またチャレンジしたいし、ほかの場所にも行ってみたい。
翌日と翌々日の筋肉痛は半端なかったけど心地よい痛みでした。

天気も良く最高でした。
