I participated with my fourth-grade son and my six-year-old daughter. We were able to see many colorful fish while snorkeling in the crystal-clear Ishigaki Coral Lagoon, and the kids were very excited.
Also, on the Phantom Island, we could take photos dressed as mermaids, and my daughter was very satisfied.
The guides were kind, and we had a wonderful day. Thank you very much.

小学4年生の息子と6歳になる娘も一緒に参加しました。透明度バツグンの石西礁湖でのシュノーケリングで多くの色とりどりの魚たちを見ることができ、子供たちも大興奮でした。
また、幻の島では人魚の格好で写真撮影できて、娘は大満足でした(^^♪

We participated in a canoe tour and a tour of the Piñaisara Falls with our family of four. Our fourth-grade son and six-year-old daughter eagerly took on the canoeing and trekking challenges. The kids had a great time seeing shrimp and eels in the pool at Piñaisara Falls, and they jumped into the pool multiple times. Additionally, since it was low tide, we were able to catch many crabs, which made everyone very happy. Above all, our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, was incredibly kind and taught us many things, making it a memorable and valuable experience. Thank you very much!

家族4人でカヌーツアー＆ピナイサーラの滝壺ツアーに参加しました。小学4年の息子と6歳の娘も元気にカヌー、トレッキングに挑戦しました。子供たちはピナイサーラの滝つぼでエビやウナギを見たり、滝つぼに何度も飛び込んだりととても楽しんでいました。また、干潮だったこともあり、河の水が引いて多くのカニを捕まえることが出来て皆、大喜びでした。そして何よりもガイドの岩本さんがとても親切に色んなことを教えて頂き、思い出に残る貴重な体験ができました。有難うござました！

Unfortunately, the Shiretoko Five Lakes tour was canceled due to a bear sighting, but instead, I was taken on a trekking tour through the primeval forest. Walking through the forest while listening to explanations was really interesting and I gained a lot of knowledge. The guide's explanations were entertaining, and I was able to see stunning ocean views, making it a fantastic trip.

I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing an alternative tour instead of just canceling.

あいにく知床五湖に熊が出たーということで知床五湖ツアーは中止になりましたが 代わりに原生林の森トレッキングに連れて行ってもらいました。
説明を聞きながら 森を歩き 知識も増え 本当に面白かったです。
ガイドの方の説明が面白く、海の絶景も見られ
最高の旅になりました。

キャンセルではなく 他のツアーを用意してくださる心遣いにも感謝です。

The guide was kind and it was very good. Although it was quite tough at times, I was greatly helped by the guide's stories and thoughtfulness. Yakushima's Jomon Sugi can be climbed by beginners, but it requires considerable physical strength. For those who don't usually hike, it's advisable to prepare for potential issues on the day (like sprains or muscle pain). It’s reassuring if others in the same group have similar experiences, but as a beginner, I felt I was causing some inconvenience to everyone (though no one said it was a bother). If you're concerned, I think a tour that allows for individual participation would be a good option.

ガイドの方が親切で、とてもよかったです。途中かなりしんどかったのですが、ガイドの方の話や心使いで随分救われました。屋久島の縄文杉は初心者でも登れますがかなりの体力がいります。普段登山をされていない人は、当日想定されること(ねんざ、筋肉痛)などの対応策は用意した方がよいです。同じグループの人が同じ経験をしているくらいでしたら安心ですが、初心者でしたのでみなさんにご迷惑かけることも多く(迷惑とは言われてませんが)申し訳ないなという気持ちになりました。気になる人は個別でいけるツアーでもいいと思います。

The staff were all very bright, refreshing, and polite in their responses. Even though they are young, they know how to provide good customer service, and I didn't have any unpleasant experiences at all! Their spirit of service was also strong! However, due to the typhoon, we didn't go to Kerama and instead snorkeled at a nearby spot, which was particularly unimpressive. There were also people fishing right near the snorkeling point, so it wasn't worth paying 5,000 yen. Next time, if it's going to be a nearby location, I will cancel! The slide was fun! The boat was rocking with the waves, and many people got seasick!

スタッフはみんなとても明るく爽やか丁寧な対応。若いのにちゃんと接客が出来る人達で嫌な思いは全くしません！サービス精神も旺盛！ただ台風の為、慶良間に行かず近場のポイントになりシュノーケルをしたポイントは特に感動も無く、ポイントすぐ近くの堤防から釣りをしている人もいて、わざわざ5000円払う必要無かった。次回からは近場になるならキャンセルですね！滑り台は楽しかった！船が波で揺れて船酔い続出でした！

I wanted to do snorkeling while my child wanted to try sea kayaking, and while searching for a plan, I discovered this course and decided to participate. Since traveling can be cumbersome with luggage, I wanted to keep it as light as possible. It was very convenient to bring just my swimsuit, rash guard, towel, and sunscreen. Additionally, the guide was kind and shared interesting points of interest, making it enjoyable and reassuring for beginners. I also brought my own camera, but I wasn't able to take great photos, so I appreciated the help in capturing good memories. The staff were friendly and kind, making it a great recommendation for families with children.

子供はシーカヤック、私はシュノーケルをやりたいと思っていて、プランを探していたらこちらのコースを発見し参加しました。旅行は手荷物がかさばるのでなるべく身軽に行きたいところ。水着とラッシュガード、タオル、日焼け止めを持参、とても楽でした。また、ガイドの方が親切なアテンドと見どころポイントを教えてくれるので、初心者でも安心して楽しめるので良かったです。また、自分でもカメラを持って行きましたが、なかなか上手く撮ることが出来ず撮って頂いて、良い思い出になり感謝しています。スタッフの皆さん、気さくで優しいので子供連れでも安心して参加できるのでオススメです。

I went to Yakushima for a 2-night, 3-day trip. Since I only had a full day for trekking, I chose a greedy course that allowed me to visit both Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi. (laughs)

I participated with a friend, and the guide took photos for us at the photo spots, so we didn't need a selfie stick! Even as a beginner, I managed to reach the top. However, there was a huge difference in fatigue afterward between my friend, who exercises regularly, and me, who doesn't exercise at all. So, those who don't usually work out should be prepared before participating. My legs felt like sticks for about three days after the climb. (laughs)

Both Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi offered breathtaking views. Since it rained on and off, a raincoat is essential. If you don't have trekking shoes, it's better to borrow some. The shoes I borrowed didn't let any water in, even when walking through some muddy areas!

2泊3日で屋久島へ行きました。トレッキング時間も丸1日しか取れなかったので、太鼓岩と縄文杉どちらも行ける欲張りコースを選びました。笑
友達と二人で参加したのですが、ガイドさんが写真スポットに到着すると写真を撮ってくださるのでセルカ棒いらずでした！
初心者の私でもなんとか登り切ることができました。ただ、普段運動している友達と全く運動していない私とでは終わった後の疲労感にとてつもなく差があったので、やはり普段から運動していない方は覚悟を持って参加した方がいいです。私は登った当日から3日くらいは足が棒のようになりました。笑

太鼓岩も縄文杉も絶景でした。
雨が降ったり止んだり繰り返すのでカッパは必須です。トレッキングシューズがない方は借りたほうがいいです。私が借りたシューズは多少のぬかるみを歩いても全く浸水しませんでした！

I have tried many times to see sea turtles in Okinawa, but I was unsuccessful every time. However, at this beach, there are sea turtles living here, and I was able to meet many of them multiple times!

沖縄にウミガメを見に、何度となく挑戦してきましたが、ことごとく見れませんでした。しかし、このビーチにはウミガメご住んでて、何度も、たくさん、会うことが出来ました！

It really is possible to create a truly enjoyable experience.

It was cloudy on the day of the tour, but I learned that the sea looks more beautiful when it's cloudy. You won't know until you try.

The guide, who always entertains us, also seemed to have a solid philosophy on life.

Even if the boat doesn't look luxurious, you can still create plenty of enjoyment.

I thought the eyes of the guide, who had that kind of spirit, were much clearer and bluer.

I'm glad I was able to experience this tour.

本当に楽しい体験というのは作れるものですね。

当日は曇りだったのですが、曇りのほうが海が綺麗に見えると学べました。
行ってみないと分からない。

いつも愉しませてくれるガイドさんでいながら、人生論もしっかり語っているようでした。

船のみてくれが豪華でなくても、楽しみは十分作っていける。

そんな意気込みを持った、ガイドのオジサンの目のほうがずっとキレイに澄んでいて青いと思いました。

このツアーを体験できてよかったです。

My stay this time was only for one day. I didn't have enough time to reach Jomon Sugi, so I enjoyed hiking to Shiratani Unsuikyo (Taiko Rock). The weather was clear with not a single cloud in the sky at the summit. It was unusually good weather for Yakushima, but it was fantastic.

今回の滞在は１日だけでした。縄文杉までは時間的に余裕がなかったので、白谷水雲峡(太鼓岩)までの登山を楽しみました。山頂に雲ひとつかからない快晴でした。屋久島らしからぬ好天でしたが、最高でした。

We participated in a one-day snorkeling tour in Kerama with our family of four. Thanks to the beautiful weather and our first experience in the waters of Okinawa, we had the best time and created wonderful memories. It was also a lot of fun to encounter and swim with sea turtles. The Marine House Seasa, who organized the tour, and the instructors were both excellent. Thank you very much!

家族４人で慶良間の1日シュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。初めての沖縄の海と好天のおかげで最高の体験と思い出ができました。また、ウミガメとの遭遇と一緒に遊泳できてとても楽しかったです。ツアーでお世話になったマリンハウスシーサー様、インストラクターの方もとてもよかったです。ありがとうございました。

The family enjoyed the activity together and there are professional photo-taking which is very helpful. The Veltra offer is a great deal and easy to claim!
We booked the 11am session and it ended at 12noon. There is also a trampoline for the kids to play with.

It was really a memorable experience! The kids really love it and the good thing is that you don’t need to get entirely wet. You can also tell that the dolphins are well treated too! Must go!

Despite the heavy rain, it was still enjoyable. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful even in the rain, and kayaking on the lake made for great memories.

大雨の中でしたが、それでも楽しかったです。
支笏湖は、雨でも綺麗でしたし、カヤックで湖を散策できて、いい思い出になりました。

I was worried about whether I could do it well, but they taught me carefully from the basics, and then it was showtime! While we were paddling, they shared fun stories, so I didn't feel tired at all (*^^)v. It was a drone photography plan, and they flew the drone multiple times, capturing many beautiful photos and videos♪. The aerial shots, in particular, showcased a technique that can only be done with a drone, and I was overwhelmed by the view of the transparent sea. Everyone is talking about how we definitely want to go again next time! Thank you, Yuuma-kun!! ⇒ (He's young, just 19! Handsome! So kind!) All the staff were friendly and kind, and they were all good-looking guys, haha.

基礎から丁寧に教えて下さり、いざ本番！
漕いでいる途中も楽しい話を聞かせてくれたりしながらだったので、疲れも感じませんでした(*^^)v
ドローン撮影のプランだったのですが何度も飛ばして下さり、たくさんの綺麗な写真や動画が撮れました♪
特に上からの写真はドローンでしか出来ない技術なので透明な海の景色に圧倒されました。次回も絶対行きたいと皆んなで話しています！

I joined this tour considering that the high-speed ferry was fully booked and that it would be difficult to get to Tokashiku Beach. It was a great decision! The ferry fare, lunch, transportation to Tokashiku Beach, beach usage fee, and insurance were all included, making it very affordable. The sea was also very beautiful, and I saw sea turtles swimming in the shallow waters. The staff were kind and friendly as well! Thank you very much.

高速フェリーが満席だったのと、とかしくビーチへ行くには移動手段が困難なことを考えこちらのツアーに参加しました！大正解でした☆フェリー代、昼食代、とかしくビーチまでの移動、ビーチ使用料、保険代もすべて込なのでとってもお得です。また海もとても綺麗で、ウミガメも浅瀬で泳いでいました。スタッフの方も優しく親切でした！ありがとうございました。

For the past few years, my family has been traveling to Okinawa, and this time, thanks to the snorkeling tour, we created incredibly satisfying memories! The participants ranged widely in age, from small children to parents, and I was a bit anxious before the tour started. However, the instructor's thoughtful care and encouragement made a big difference. Right after the tour, my family and I talked about wanting to come back for diving next time, laughing together. I look forward to visiting again to see the wonderful instructor with the lovely smile and the beautiful waters of Okinawa!

I had a very meaningful time learning about various plants, trees, and mushrooms while walking slowly.

Unfortunately, I didn't encounter many animals or birds, but I was able to truly feel the nature of Shiretoko. I definitely want to come back in a different season.

*I was grateful that they lent me rubber boots since the path was quite muddy.*

The weather wasn't great, but the tour was amazing! On the way, my junior got seasick and threw up, but the staff's warm response really helped us!

We saw beautiful corals, hawksbill turtles, green sea turtles, and Nemo, it was fantastic! The special shaved ice we had on the boat in Kerama was exceptional! The boat was large, equipped with showers, and the drink service was flawless!

天気がイマイチでしたがツアーはサイコーでした！行きの途中で我がジュニアが船酔いでリバースしてしまいましたがスタッフさんの温かなご対応で助かりました！

Instead of going from the river to the sea, you go straight to the sea and move sideways along the beach, so it's fine even if it's your first time. Depending on the weather, the waves can be a bit high, and you might get wet. If you don't rent a wetsuit, a change of clothes is essential. The sunset was very beautiful.

川から海へ出るのではなく、いきなり海ですが浜辺沿いを横に進んで行くので初めてでも大丈夫です。
天候にもよりますが、波が少したっていて濡れます。ウエットスーツを借りない場合は着替えは必須。
夕日がとても綺麗に見えました。

However, there were some clear moments along the way, so I think I saw about 80% of the best parts? If there had been a few more fish... the ocean was beautiful! I want to go again and aim for better conditions!

My first-grade son experienced snorkeling for the first time. At first, he was scared and reluctant, but with the guidance of the staff, he was able to enjoy it! We also took many memorable photos, making it a fun memory!

小学1年の息子がはじめてｼｭﾉｰｹﾙ体験しました。はじめは、怖くて嫌がっていた息子もガイドの方に教えてもらいながら楽しむことが出来ました！記念になる写真もたくさんとっていただき楽しい思い出になりました！

Unlike other tours, they picked us up by bus close to our accommodation and took us directly to the trailhead. On the way back, they also came to pick us up according to our descent time.

It was really great that we could enjoy the hike without worrying about time, unlike with a shuttle bus. The guide considered the physical condition of the members and adjusted the pace, so even I, who wasn't confident in my stamina, was able to participate happily.

They taught us various things, from the names of plants and the characteristics of the mountains to recommendations for Yakushima, making for an 11-hour experience filled with discoveries and surprises.

At first, I thought about climbing without a guide, but I definitely found it better to have one! It doubled the fun and, above all, provided peace of mind.

If anyone is aiming for Jomon Sugi, I absolutely recommend this tour!!

他のツアーと違って、宿の近くまでバスでお迎えに来て下さり、そのまま登山口まで連れて行ってもらえました。帰りも、私たちの下山時間に合わせてお迎えが来てくれました。
シャトルバスと違い、時間を気にせずにのんびりと登山ができるので本当に良かったです。
ガイドさんも、メンバーの体調を考慮しながらペース配分をしてくれたので、体力に自信がなかった私も楽しく参加出来ました。
植物の名前や山の性質、屋久島のオススメポイントまで様々なことを教えて下さり、発見と驚きに満ちた11時間でした。
はじめは、ガイドを頼まず登ろうかと思っていましたが、絶対にガイドさんがいた方が良かったです！
楽しさが倍増しますし、何より安心でした。
これから縄文杉を目指す方がいらしたら、絶対にこのツアーをオススメします！！

When I asked the children what they enjoyed the most about our trip to Okinawa, they all agreed on snorkeling and kayaking. There were so many highlights like the ocean, fish, the Blue Cave, and the beach! It was truly amazing. On top of that, the personality of the manager… He was such a pleasant person, and we were lucky to meet him. My usually shy daughter (8 years old) keeps saying, "I want to see him again" every time she remembers him.

The beauty of the Okinawan sea and sky is a given, but meeting such a wonderful person has been a big factor in drawing us back to Okinawa. I am very grateful for the happy times we spent together. After much consideration, I decided to include drone footage. Looking back on the trip, I’m glad I did it. There are extraordinary images captured there.

子供たちに今回の沖縄旅行で一番楽しかったことを聞くと、シュノーケリングとカヤックと声を揃えます。
海、魚、青の洞窟、浜辺等見処はたくさん！ほんと最高でした。それに付け加え店長の人柄…。とても気持ちの良い人で、巡りあえて幸運でした。普段、人見知りする娘(8歳)も、「また逢いたいな」と思い出す度に言っています。
沖縄の海も、空も最高は当たり前で、そこにとても気持ちの良い人に出会えたことが、また沖縄に引き込まれる大きな要素になっています。幸せな時間をともに過ごしていたたけたことに大変感謝しています。
ドローン撮影も悩んだ末、つけました。旅を終えてみるとドローン撮影やって良かったと思います。非日常の映像がそこにはあります。

The guide quickly became friends with the children, allowing the parents to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind! The weather was great, and we could see the beautiful blue cave clearly. Next time, when my youngest can put their face in the water, we will definitely participate again!

The beaches of Tokashiki Island were very beautiful and amazing.
I also went snorkeling, and the visibility was great, which made it very enjoyable.

**Cons:**
The meeting place in the morning was hard to find.

Due to the distant typhoon, the waves were rough, and the boat was shaking a lot. It was tough for me since I'm not good with motion sickness, but other than that, everything was fantastic.

渡嘉敷島のビーチはとても綺麗で最高でした。
シュノーケルもしましたが、透明度が良くとても良かったです。

【悪かったところ】
朝の待ち合わせ場所がわかりずらい。


遠くにあった台風の影響で波が荒く、船は大揺れで
揺れが苦手な私にはきつかったですが、
それ以外はメチャクチャ良かったです。

The weather was great, and the waves were calm, making for the best SUP experience. When I saw the uninhabited island, I honestly wondered if I could reach it, but there was no need for such worries. Snorkeling near the uninhabited island was so enjoyable that I lost track of time, and I was able to see various fish. The fish that came up to peck at my hands for food were adorable. You need to bring your own drinks, as you get quite thirsty, so please don't forget if you're planning to participate. They take a lot of photos, but you have to download them one by one from the web, so it would be helpful if they could allow bulk downloads from a PC.

天候にも恵まれ、波も穏やかで、最高のSUP体験になりました。
無人島を見た時は、たどり着けるのかな？って正直感じたけど、そんな心配は必要無かった。
無人島近くでのシュノーケリングも、時間を忘れてしまう程楽しく、いろんな魚を見ることができました。
餌に寄って手を突っつく魚達も可愛いかったです。
ドリンクは持参する必要があります。結構喉が渇くので、これから参加する方は忘れないでくださいね。
写真データは沢山写してくれるのですが、WEBから一枚づつダウンロードしないいとダメなので、PCから一括ダウンロードできるようになれば助かります。
