We participated as a family. It was a bit cloudy, so some stars were not visible, but we could see the summer night sky very well! Since it was also for my children's independent study, I appreciated being taught how to find constellations. I rated it a 4 because I thought the price could be a bit lower.

家族で参加しました。少し曇っていたので、見えない星もありましたが、夏の星空が本当によく見えました！子供の自由研究も兼ねていたので、星座の見つけ方も教えて頂けて、助かりました。もう少しお値段が安いといいかなと思い評価4としました。

At the end of July, I participated with two families, including a friend who came from Australia. We had a blast rafting in the refreshing cold stream, and both kids and adults enjoyed it to the fullest! The photos we received also had many amazing shots, making it the best memory of this trip to Hokkaido! Thank you to our veteran guide, Sho, who is also a new dad!

7月末にオーストラリアから来た友人家族と二家族で参加しました。ヒンヤリ冷たい清流でのラフティング、子供も大人も思いっきり楽しめました！頂いた写真も最高のショットが多数あり、今回の北海道旅行で一番の思い出になりました！ベテランガイドで新米パパのショーさん、ありがとうございました！

It was exhausting, but it was really great! The view from Taiko Rock was absolutely stunning and the weather was perfect. The photos of the mossy forest are not from the brochure! Haha, the nature was incredible. Also, I was moved to see Deidara-bocchi on the Torokko path! However, I wondered if it depends on the guide. The guide mentioned that some people go slowly while others go fast.

しんどかったですが、とっても良かったです^ ^
太鼓岩はめっちゃくっちゃ晴れてて最高でした。苔むす森の写真はパンフレットからの引用ではないですよ！笑 自然がやばかったです。
あと、トロッコ道にデイダラボッチいて感動しました(๑°ㅁ°๑)‼✧
ただ、ガイドさんによるのかなぁと、思いました。ゆっくり行ってくれる人もいれば、速い人もいると、ガイドさん自身が言っていました。

I was worried about whether I could walk the entire 22 kilometers due to my knee concerns, but thanks to our guide, I was able to see Jomon Sugi and return safely, creating wonderful memories.

Our guide was a lovely woman who was very calm and explained everything in detail, while also being considerate of my knee. She was the best guide we could have asked for.

I was able to walk at my own pace until the end, and I’m really glad I participated in this private tour. Thank you very much!

膝に不安があったため22キロもの道のりを最後まで歩けるか心配でしたが、ガイドさんのおかげで縄文杉を見て無事に帰ってくることができとても良い思い出ができました。

ガイドさんは可愛い女性の方で、とても落ち着いていて一つ一つ丁寧に説明をして頂き、膝の事も気にかけてくれて、私達には最高のガイドさんでした。

自分達のペースで最後まで歩くことができ、こちらの貸切りツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！！

I visited Tokashiki Island for the first time in a while! On the day of my visit, I rented a bike on the island and went to Tokashiku Beach! It was a bit rainy, so the water clarity was just okay.
Getting to Tokashiki Island takes about an hour by boat, so it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication.
For lunch, I had curry. The taste was... There are a few shops around, so it might be good to check those out as well.
The staff were very friendly!
Next time, I’d like to join a snorkeling tour.

久しぶりに渡嘉敷島へ行きました！当日は島にあるレンタルバイクを借りてとかしくビーチにも行きました！少し雨が降っていたので海の透明度はまあまあでした。
渡嘉敷島に行くには船で約１時間かかるので、酔い止めの薬は飲んだ方がいいです。
昼食はカレーです。味は…。まわりにお店が何件かあるのでそちらを利用するのもいいかもです。
スタッフの方は感じが良かったです！
次はシュノーケリングツアーに参加してみたいです。

I was looking for things to do on Iriomote Island for the first time, and I came across this plan! The subtropical temperatures were quite something, but I was able to relax in the waterfall basin and go snorkeling at Barasu Island, which was amazing. The guide who was with us the whole time was incredibly kind. They took pictures for us the entire time, and their smile was wonderful. I will definitely come back!

はじめての西表島で何ができるか探していたら、こちらのプランにたどり着きました！
亜熱帯地方特有の気温には参りましたが、滝壺でリラックスしたり、バラス島でシュノーケリングできたので、また最高。
つきっきりのガイドさんが非常に親切でした。写真もずっと撮ってくれますし、何より笑顔が素敵です。
絶対また来ます！

I received a phone call about the tour details the day before, which left a good impression. We traveled to Iriomote Island by ferry. There was a pick-up service to Uehara Port, and a cheerful staff member came to greet us. During the tour, they were very kind to us (I will skip the details of the tour). After the tour, there was also a shower available (with rinse, shampoo, and body soap). It was a shop with a strong spirit of service!

ツアー内容について、前日にお電話をいただけるのですが、そこから好印象でした。西表島まではフェリーで行きます。上原港までお迎えがついているので、元気のいいスタッフの方が来てくださりました。
ツアー中も親切にしてもらえました。(ツアーの事は省略します)
ツアー後にはシャワーも付いています(リンスシャンプーボディーソープ付き)。
サービス精神旺盛なショップでした！

I was drawn to the catchphrase "the last hidden gem of Japan," so I decided to go to Iriomote Island! As the name suggests, endless nature spreads out before you, and I was able to fully enjoy mangrove SUP and snorkeling. In particular, Barasu Island felt like a truly mysterious space, and I wanted to float there forever! The service was great too!

私はこの日本最後の秘境というキャッチに惹かれて、西表島に行くことに決めました！
その名の通り、果てしない自然が広がっており、マングローブSUPもシュノーケリングも存分に楽しむことができました。
特にバラス島はまさに不思議な空間といった感じで、ずっと側で浮かんでいたいと思いました！
サービスも良かったですよ！

Exploring the subtropical region at night was exciting. The plants and creatures I saw were unlike anything I had ever encountered, and the starry sky was so vast that it was almost overwhelming. It was all a first-time experience for me. I also appreciated the daytime activities, and the guide's stories were fascinating, especially about life on Ishigaki Island. All the guides were very kind, thank you. Additionally, I heard that a new location will be opening in Miyako Island, so I would definitely like to visit that as well.

夜の亜熱帯地方を探検するというだけでもワクワクしました。見たこともない植物や生物、何が何だかわからないぐらい辺り一面の星空。
どれもが初体験でした。日中もお世話になりましたが、ガイドさんのお話も面白く、石垣島での生活のお話は大変興味深いものでした。どのガイドも親切にしてくださり、ありがとうございます。また、宮古島にオープンされるどのことなので、是非よろしくお願いしたいです

Throughout the tour, everyone was smiling, which made it a joyful experience for us as well. The staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident, and their desire for us to have a great time really came through.

I had many opportunities to talk with the staff during our travels, and I was truly moved by the company's and the president's commitment to ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful trip.

I hope to see more companies like this in the future.

ツアー中はずっと皆さん笑顔でこちらも楽しい気分でいれました。とにかくスタッフさんのサービス精神が旺盛で、楽しんでもらいたいという気持ちがヒシヒシと伝わってきました。
移動中にスタッフの方と話す機会が多かったのですが、とにかく楽しんでもらい、素晴らしい旅してもらうという会社・社長の方針に感動しました。

I participated in a tour with Pipi, who took care of us last year on Iriomote Island! Unlike the tour on Iriomote Island, the travel distances on Ishigaki Island were longer, and I think I became closer with the guide during that time! The amount of coral was better on Iriomote Island, but there might have been more fish on Ishigaki Island!? Last year, I paddled a canoe in the mangroves, so this year I tried SAP! SAP is amazing! I want to do it again!

去年も西表島でお世話になったピピさんのツアーに参加しました！
石垣島は西表島のツアーと違って移動距離が長く、その時にガイドさんとより仲良くなれたと思います！
珊瑚の量は西表島の方が上でしたが、魚は石垣島の方が多かったかも！？
去年はマングローブでカヌーを漕いだので、今年はSAPに挑戦してみました！
SAP最高ですね！またやりたい！

When it comes to Iriomote Island, it's all about the jungle. I joined the tour hoping to encounter the Iriomote wildcat. And guess what? I actually saw one! They say you might only see it once in a hundred times, but I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse! It was just for a moment, but its stocky body shape is clearly different from an ordinary cat.

Dr. Koiwa, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, like a living encyclopedia.

西表島といえばジャングル。あわよくばイリオモテヤマネコと遭遇できればとの思いで、参加しました。
なんと見れました！100回に1回見れるかどうかとのことでしたが、見ることができました！一瞬でしたが、ずんぐりした体型は普通のネコとは明らかに異なります。
ガイドしてくれた古岩博士。生き字引のような知識量に圧倒されました。

It was a wonderful guiding experience. From the ferry pickup, the energy was high, but the content of the tour surpassed that. Not only was the enthusiasm great, but the amount of knowledge was also abundant, and I enjoyed it throughout. Personally, I was very satisfied with the cave tour. The natural caves of Iriomote Island became completely dark at times, making it a true adventure. They provided detailed explanations about why they have grown so large and the passage of time. I only brought drinks and a towel, but there were no problems at all. Showers are also available for use.

素晴らしいガイディングでした。フェリーのお迎えから元気満点でしたが、ツアー内容はそれを凌駕していました。
元気の良さだけではなく、知識量も豊富で、ずっと楽しめました。個人的には鍾乳洞のツアーが大満足でした。西表島の天然の鍾乳洞は途中真っ暗になったり本当のアドベンチャー。
ここまで大きくなった理由や、年月などを詳しく説明してくれました。
飲み物とタオルのみを持参して参加しましたが、何も問題ありませんでした。
シャワーも使用できます。

I participated in a one-day tour that included canoeing, visiting a limestone cave, and landing on Barasu Island. The instructor was friendly and kind, taking many photos with a camera during the tour. Their explanations were thorough, and it was impressive to see how much fun the instructor seemed to be having. After the tour, you can also borrow a shower, and they will take you back to the port. I didn't expect to receive such good service in Iriomote Island.

カヌー・鍾乳洞・バラス島上陸の1日ツアーに参加しました。
インストラクターの方もフレンドリーかつ親切で、ツアー中もカメラで写真をたくさん撮ってくれます。解説も丁寧で、インストラクターさん自体が楽しそうにされてるのが印象的でした。
ツアー終了後はシャワーも借りれますし、港まで送ってくれます。西表島でこんなにちゃんとしたサービスが受けれるとは思っていませんでした。

I had a wonderful day experiencing the beauty of Kerama Blue. This time, I participated in a snorkeling course that visits three points. In fact, I joined the same course last time, but due to a typhoon, we could only go in the morning, so this felt like a bit of a revenge.

The weather was great, the waves were calm, and it was the best condition. I was truly moved by how much more beautiful the sea looked in such nice weather. The staff did an excellent job of helping us spot a sea turtle, and I was extremely satisfied. When I came up for air, I was struck by the cuteness of the turtle (laughs).

While it's not guaranteed that you'll see one, the staff worked hard to find it, and they did a fantastic job. Since there was a penalty game involved, I think they were even more motivated to search than usual.

Next time, I want to challenge myself with diving.

慶良間ブルーの素敵さが味わえた1日になりました。今回はシュノーケリングで3ポイント回るコースです。実は前回も同じコースで参加しましたが、台風が原因で午前中のみでしたので今回はそのリベンジみたいなものです。

天気も良くて波も穏やかでベストコンディションでした。そして天気がいいと海も一層綺麗に見えるのに感動しました。ウミガメにも見事合わせてくださって非常に大満足です。息継ぎで水面に上がってきた時はウミガメの可愛さに心打たれました（笑）

必ず会えるわけではないのですがスタッフさんが一生懸命探してくださって見事見つけてくれました。罰ゲーム付きでしたのでたぶんいつも以上に気合入れて探してくれたと思います。

次回はダイビングにもチャレンジしたいと思います。

Last year, I went to Naha in Okinawa, and the sea was incomparably more beautiful than it was then. The Blue Cave was truly a fantastical cave, just as its name suggests, with a beautiful blue color. Inside, there was a Jizo statue. The saltwater rinse after snorkeling was fantastic. I dove into the waterfall pool. Kabira Bay is as beautiful as it looks in pictures. I fell multiple times, but stand-up paddleboarding was amazing.

去年沖縄の那覇の方に行ったのですが、その時より比べ物にならないぐらい海が綺麗でした。
青の洞窟も本当に青い洞窟といったような幻想的な洞窟。中にはお地蔵様がいました。
シュノーケリング後の塩抜きも最高。滝壺にダイブしました。
川平湾は写真で見たような美しさです。何回も落ちましたが、サップは最高です。

I have always wanted to visit Iriomote Island, and I made a reservation through Beltora. The tour itself had a wonderful flow, and the snorkeling tour around Barasu Island was the best! The area was filled with coral reefs, and I was able to swim with sea turtles. I am also considering participating in other tours.

西表島には一度行ってみたいと以前から気になっており、こちらのベルトラさんから予約しました。
ツアー自体素晴らしい流れになっており、特にバラス島周辺で泳いだシュノーケルツアーが最高！辺り一面サンゴ礁で、ウミガメとも泳ぐことができました。
また他のツアーにも参加したいと考えています。

The staff were all very friendly, and the children seemed to have a lot of fun and were happy. I felt it was worth more than the price. I plan to use this service again when I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much.

I was filled with anxiety during my first trekking experience, but I managed to walk all the way to the end. The guide's explanations were thorough and very easy to understand. The tips on how to walk and the estimates on how much longer we needed to push ourselves were clear, which helped me keep going until the end. I was a bit disappointed that I could only see Jomon Sugi from a distance, but I had a great time experiencing the unique activities that Yakushima has to offer.

初めてのトレッキングで不安だらけでしたが、最後まで歩きりました。
ガイドさんの説明も丁寧でとてもわかりやすかったです。歩き方のコツやあとどれくらい頑張れば、、、の目安がわかりやすく、最後まで頑張れました。縄文杉は思ったより遠くからしか見られなくて、そこだけちょっと残念でしたが、屋久島ならではのアクティビティを体験できて楽しかったです。

Iriomote Island was my first visit, and from the moment I got off the ferry, I could feel the island's unique atmosphere, which was very exciting. Truly, it's an island with nothing much in a good way.

The tour I participated in included a mangrove canoe experience, cave exploration, and a landing on Barasu Island. First, we headed to the mangrove river, paddling our canoes toward a waterfall. The creatures and plants visible around us were unique to Iriomote Island, making me feel like I had entered another world. As we continued down the river with its distinctive atmosphere, our guide kept things lively and fun, so I was never bored. At the waterfall, we could even swim a little in the pool at the base.

In the cave, we wore helmets and literally "explored" through the dark cave. The ceiling was low, and at one point, I lightly bumped my head on a rock, which made me realize the importance of the helmet. This was also a unique experience with a fascinating atmosphere. The final landing on Barasu Island was blessed with good weather, allowing me to feel a stylish side of Iriomote Island that was different from the mangroves and caves.

Actually, it was my first time on a boat, but I was able to enjoy it without any issues. The breathtaking view of the sea spreading out in 360 degrees is something I highly recommend. Throughout the day, I was able to take many photos, and they sent me the data afterward, which made it very convenient. Thank you very much. I would love to come back again.

西表島は初めてだったのですが、フェリーから降りた瞬間から島の独特の雰囲気が感じられてとてもワクワクしました。本当に、良い意味で、何もない島です。
参加したツアーはマングローブのカヌー体験、鍾乳洞の探検、バラス島の上陸体験がセットになったプランです。まずはマングローブの川に向かい、カヌーで滝を目指して進んで漕いで行きます。視界に入る生き物や植物が西表島ならではで、異世界に入り込んだような気分でした。そんな独特の雰囲気の川を進み続けるのですが、ガイドさんが楽しく盛り上げてもくれるので、全く飽きませんでした。ゴールの滝では滝つぼのところで少し泳いだりもできます。鍾乳洞はヘルメットをかぶり、時には真っ暗な洞窟の中を文字通り「探検」しました。天井が低いので、途中で頭を岩に軽くぶつけてしまい、ヘルメットの意味がその時わかりました。こちらも独特の空気感でおもしろい体験でした。最後のバラス島上陸は天気にも恵まれ、マングローブや鍾乳洞とはまた一味違うオシャレな西表島を感じました。実はボートに乗ること自体が初めてだったのですが、問題なく楽しく乗ることができました。360度見渡して海が広がっている絶景は是非おすすめしたいです。一日の体験を通して写真はたくさん撮ってもらい、そのデータを送って頂けるので楽チンでした。どうもありがとうございました。また来たいと思いました。

I’m in my 30s, female, and here’s a flow of my experience for the day. In the morning, a guide met me at the entrance of Ishigaki Port and took me to Kabira Bay. (By the way, they call you the day before to confirm the meeting time.) The spacious sea with its impressive clear water was breathtaking. Before the experience began, there was a briefing on how to ride and paddle on the SUP. During the experience, the guide took photos and shared local stories, which made it enjoyable. For lunch, I had the freedom to eat near the observation deck at Kabira Bay. I had Okinawa soba at a nearby diner. (It was delicious.) In the afternoon, the guide picked me up again in the shuttle to take me to a snorkeling spot. After arriving, we prepared our gear like goggles and fins and walked towards the sea. The path to the beach felt like a little jungle adventure. Once we reached the coast, we received another briefing on snorkeling, and the experience began. The Blue Cave was beautiful, and the sights and fish I saw while snorkeling were truly moving. The guide even took photos underwater. After the snorkeling experience, we headed to a waterfall about a 5-minute drive away, where we played by soaking in the cool water and jumping in to wash off the salt. (So smart!) After refreshing ourselves, the experience concluded, and the guide took me back to Ishigaki Port. Later, they sent the photo data via LINE. It was a very enjoyable day. The guide was kind, and I highly recommend it.

30代、女、1人、体験した一日の流れです。朝、石垣港の入り口で担当のガイドのお姉さんが迎えに来てくださり、送迎で川平湾まで送ってくれます。（ちなみに前日に集合時間の確認の電話がかかってきます。）透明な水が印象的な広々とした海で、感激です。体験が始まる前はサップの乗り方や漕ぎ方などのレクチャーがあります。体験中は担当のお姉さんが写真を撮ってくれたり、現地の話などをしてくれて楽しめます。お昼休みは川平湾の展望台の近くのエリアで自由にランチをとれました。私は近くの定食屋さんで沖縄そば？を食べました。（おいしかったです。）昼からはまたお姉さんが送迎車で迎えに来てくださり、シュノーケルができるスポットへ。到着後にゴーグルやフィンなどの装備を準備し海へ歩いて向かいます。海までの道のりはちょっとしたジャングルのようでプチ探検気分です。海岸到着後に改めてシュノーケルのレクチャーを受け、体験が始まります。青の洞窟も綺麗でしたし、シュノーケル中に見た景色や魚の美しさは感動ものです。水の中でもお姉さんが写真を撮ってくれました。シュノーケル体験が終わったら海岸から引き上げ、車で5分ほどの滝つぼへ向かいます。冷たい滝つぼに浸かったり、飛び込んだりして遊びつつ塩を流します。（賢い！）さっぱりしたところで体験終了。お姉さんが石垣港まで送ってくれます。後日写真のデータをラインで送ってくださります。とても楽しい一日になりました。ガイドのお姉さんも親切でしたしおススメです。

I had a sudden trip to Ishigaki and quickly signed up for a tour by myself, but I was able to make a reservation right away. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, which was great. They were considerate of me being alone and often engaged me in conversation, so I never felt lonely and had a lot of fun. Thank you very much, and I look forward to visiting again.

I was constantly moved. Unfortunately, due to poor sea conditions, we had to change from Kabira Bay to the mangroves, but I was able to enjoy it very much.
Snorkeling was a wonderful memory as I took various photos and searched for fish.
Surprisingly, playing in the waterfall pool was fun, and I jumped in quite enthusiastically!
I look forward to visiting again.

ずっと感動しっぱなしでした。あいにく、川平湾は海の状態が良くなく、マングローブに変更になりましたが、非常に楽しむことができました。
シュノーケリングもいろいろな写真を撮っていただいたり、お魚を探したり素晴らしい思い出です。

It was a wonderful night. I have never seen such a beautiful starry sky before, to the point where I couldn't even tell which constellations were which. Without the guide's laser pointer, I don't think I would have understood. It was even more beautiful and moving than the starry sky I saw in Hawaii a few years ago. On top of that, I got to see a coconut crab, making it a fitting activity to conclude my trip.

素晴らしい夜でした。とにかくここまで美しい星空は見たことがなく、どれがどの星座なのかわからないぐらい見えました。
ガイドさんのレーザーポインターが無ければ、わからなかったと思います。
数年前に見たハワイの星空よりも美しく感動させられました。
おまけにヤシガニも見れて、旅の最後を締めくくるに相応しいアクティビティになりました。

I participated in a course that included canoeing, cave exploration, and landing on Balas Island. Since others have written about the tour, I will share my own impressions. The guide was always smiling, and I could really feel their desire to entertain the guests. It was very comfortable to participate with just drinks and a towel. After the tour, I was able to take a free shower, which allowed me to sleep soundly on the return ferry!

カヌーと鍾乳洞探検(ケイビング)とバラス島の上陸のコースに参加しました。
ツアーの事は他の人も書いているので、それ以外の口コミを書きます。
ガイドさんはずっと笑顔で、お客さんを楽しませようとする気持ちをヒシヒシと感じました。
荷物は飲み物とタオルだけで参加できるので、それも非常に快適でした。
ツアー後にシャワーを無料で浴びることができるので、帰りのフェリーもぐっすり眠る事が出来ました笑

I participated in SUP and snorkeling. I was impressed by how the instructor flexibly handled multiple guests. The temperature felt better than in Tokyo, and I was able to enjoy the activities comfortably throughout. Although my skin got burned by the blazing sun, it became a wonderful memory. I am considering participating again.

SUPとシュノーケリングに参加しました。
インストラクターの方は複数の客を相手に柔軟に対応していたのが印象的でした。
気温自体は東京よりもマシという印象で、終始快適にアクティビティをすることができました。
照りつける太陽に肌が焼けてしまいましたが、最高の思い出になりました。
また、参加したいと考えております。

On August 17, I participated in a trekking tour to "Jomon Sugi," and on August 18, to "Shiratani Unsuikyo."

This time, I traveled with my wife, our two daughters, my 74-year-old parents, my wife's sister and her husband, and their daughter, totaling nine people. We arrived in Yakushima and rented a car on August 16 for sightseeing around the island, going to bed early to prepare for the trekking the next day.

Regarding "Jomon Sugi," my mother initially thought it would be too much for her and decided not to participate. On the day of the trek, my father also felt that his legs were not in good condition, so seven of us participated without my parents.

The trek was over 10 kilometers one way, and honestly, I was very worried about whether we would make it to Jomon Sugi. However, we had a great time trekking while listening to our guides, Iwakawa and Shiratani. The last 3 kilometers after the trolley road were indeed tough, but thanks to the support of our guides, we safely reached Jomon Sugi. When we arrived, I was moved by Iwakawa's words, "We made it safely because the spirit of Jomon Sugi guided us..."

The next day was "Shiratani Unsuikyo." My father was determined to redeem himself from the previous day, and my mother participated with great anticipation. However, my brother-in-law had to retire due to a knee injury from the previous day's trek to Jomon Sugi, so eight of us participated without him.

Once again, our guides were Iwakawa and Shiratani, who, with their abundant knowledge and witty talk, made the trek enjoyable without feeling tired. I was impressed by the mystical moss-covered forest and the wonderful view from Taiko Rock. At Tsuji Pass, we even encountered Yakushima deer, which delighted my daughters. On the way back, we were caught in the rain, and my mother was understandably exhausted, but seeing her struggle, Shiratani carried her bag, and Iwakawa helped look after my three daughters, which was a tremendous help.

Overall, I believe that without the assistance of Iwakawa and Shiratani, this trekking experience would have been impossible. I am truly grateful.

This time I visited in summer, but I think autumn, winter, and spring in Yakushima will offer different landscapes. If I have the opportunity, I would love to come back.

When I do, I hope to ask Iwakawa and Shiratani to guide us again... Thank you very much!!

8/17に「縄文杉」、8/18に「白水雲水峡」のトレッキングツアーに参加させていただきました。

今回、妻と娘2人、74歳の両親、妻の姉夫婦とその娘の総勢9名という大所帯で、屋久島入りし、8/16はレンタカーを借りて、島内観光・・・次の日のトレッキングに備え、早々と就寝しました。

「縄文杉」については、もともと母親は荷が重いかと思い、当初から不参加でしたが、父親も当日になって、足の状態が思わしくないとのことで、両親を除いた7名で参加しました。

片道10km強ということで、正直、縄文杉までたどり着けるか、すごく心配でしたが、道中はガイドの岩川さん、白水さんの話を聞きながら、楽しくトレッキングすることができました。トロッコ道が終わった後のラスト3kmは、さすがにきつかったですが、ガイドの方々のサポートの甲斐あって、無事、縄文杉に辿りつくことができました。縄文杉に着いた時に、岩川さんが「無事辿り着けたのは、縄文杉の神さまが導いてくれたからだよ・・・」という言葉に感動しました。

次の日は「白谷雲水峡」・・・父親は前日のリベンジ、母親は満を持しての参加となりましたが、一方で、義兄は、前日の「縄文杉」で、膝を痛めたとのこでリタイア・・・義兄を除く8名で参加しました。

今回も、前日同様、ガイドは岩川さんと白水さん・・・あいかわらずの豊富な知識と軽妙なトークで、疲れを感じないで、楽しくトレッキングができました。神秘的な苔むす森と、太鼓岩の素晴らしい眺めに、感動しました。また、辻峠では、ヤクシカに会うこともでき、娘たちも大喜びでした。帰りは雨に降られ、母親もさすがにへとへとでしたが、そんな母親を見て、白水さんが母親の荷物を背負ってくれ、また、岩川さんには、娘3人のおもりをしていただき、本当に助かりました。

とにかく今回のトレッキングについては、岩川さん・白水さんの助けが無ければ、とても無理だったと思います。本当に感謝しております。

今回は夏の参加でしたが、秋の屋久島、冬の屋久島、春の屋久島も、きっとまた違った風景が見れることかと思います。機会がありましたら、また、来てみたいです。
