It was my first time diving, and it was a very enjoyable tour thanks to the careful guidance I received. The staff was supportive during the boat ride, addressing any concerns I had and sharing various tips about the ocean, which was great. Swimming with the turtles was a lifelong memory. I was deeply moved by the vibrant blue of Kerama! I want to go out to sea with the staff here again. Thank you, instructor Haru!

タイラーは私たちのチームリーダーで、経験と忍耐を持った可愛い男の子です。彼の助けのおかげで、さまざまな種類の魚やサンゴ礁を見ることができました。

私たちは、海でウミガメと小さな銀色の魚の群れを見ることができてとてもラッキーでした。

Tyler was our team leader, who is a cute guy with experience and patience. With his help, we were able to see different kinds of fishes and coral reef.

We are very lucky to see a turtle and a group of small silver fish swimming in the sea.

I had the opportunity to experience SUP on a girls' trip. The guide was friendly and provided advice on paddling from start to finish, as well as sharing breathtaking viewpoints of Ishigaki Island and the surrounding islands. This made the rest of my stay even more enjoyable, and I had a great time!

女子旅でSUPを体験させてもらいました。
ガイドの方が気さくで、最初から最後まで漕ぎ方のアドバイスから石垣島、離島の絶景ポイントなども教えてくださったので、残りの滞在もより楽しみになり、良い時間を過ごすことができました！

I was nervous during my first rafting experience, but the guide was very encouraging, and it was a lot of fun. The tour content was excellent, but I felt that when signing the insurance consent form, the address and name of the person who wrote before us were visible, and our information would also be visible to those writing after us. I hope this can be improved.

初めてのラフティングで緊張しましたが、ガイドの方も盛り上げてくださり、とても楽しかったです。

It was a tour for snorkeling at Barasu Island and mangrove SUP! They took a lot of photos and sent them to me right away, which was great♪ They also recommended some restaurants and spots, making for a very fulfilling day◡̈ I would love to join again when I come back to Iriomote Island⭐︎

バラス島シュノーケル、マングローブSUPのツアーでした！写真もたくさん撮ってすぐに送ってくれて、とても良かったです♪ オススメの飲食店やスポットも教えて頂き、とても充実した日を送ることができました◡̈　また西表島に来たら参加したいです⭐︎

The weather in Ishigaki Island changes rapidly, so I made a reservation on the day of. Until just before, it was pouring rain, and I was half giving up while in the car heading to the meeting point. However, after that, the rain stopped, and I was able to see some stars being blown by the wind.

There were many stars visible to the naked eye, but the Milky Way was clearly visible through the binoculars we borrowed, and my whole family was moved by it. Although there were still some clouds left from the rain just before, we were captivated by the night sky while receiving explanations about the stars visible through the gaps! My second son, who is in the second grade, was excitedly searching for stars, even though the explanations about the night sky were a bit difficult for him.

The way the night sky looks differs due to latitude, and the explanations were easy to understand. Also, despite the rain just before, the chairs and the borrowed binoculars were not wet, making it a wonderful and memorable experience in Ishigaki Island.

石垣島の天気はコロコロ変わるので、当日に申し込みをしました。
直前まではどしゃ降りで、車で向かった集合場所の車内で半ば諦めていましたが、、その後、あのどしゃ降りの雨は何だったのか、、という位、雨は上がり風に吹かれて星もそれなりに見えることが出来ました。
肉眼で見える星空もたくさんありましたが、天の川は貸してくれた双眼鏡でハッキリと見え、家族全員で感動しました。
当日は直前の雨の影響で、雲が残っていたものの、隙間から見える星を解説してもらいながら、星空に魅力されました！
小学2年生の次男は、少し難しいだろう星空の解説にも関わらず、星を一生懸命探しながら興奮していました。
緯度の違いで普段見える星空の見えかたも違い、説明も分かりやすかったです。また、直前の雨でも椅子や借りた双眼鏡などは濡れていることもなく、素敵な石垣島の思い出深い経験になりました。

I participated in August 2020. I usually engage in sports, but it was my first time hiking, and I was a bit worried about the 22-kilometer round trip. However, once I started, the trolley path was easy to walk and gentle, and the mountain trail to Jomon Sugi was manageable with breaks, so I didn't feel any difficulty at all.

令和2年8月に参加しました。
普段からスポーツをしておりますが、登山は初めてですし往復22キロの山道ということで少し心配でした。
参加してみると、トロッコ道は歩きやすくて緩やかですし、縄文杉までの山道も休憩を入れながらだったので、辛い感じは全くありませんでした。

On the first day, the guide for Jomon Sugi was different from the one for Shiratani Unsuikyo on the second day. The first day was more of a silent hiking type, and the pace was very fast, making it tough to keep up, but the guide was attentive to our physical condition at key points. On the second day, there was a lot of talking, and we stopped frequently, resulting in a difference in walking pace. The guides had completely opposite styles, so I think preferences will vary. I was more tired from Jomon Sugi than I had imagined.

１日目の縄文杉と2日目の白谷雲水峡とガイドさんが違いました。1日目は黙々と登山するタイプで歩く速さもすごく早く、着いて行くのに大変でしたが、要所要所で体調の気にかけてくれました。2日目は話が多くて途中止まり止まりで歩くペースに差がありました。タイプが正反対のガイドさんでどちらが好みかは分かれると思います。想像以上に縄文杉の方は疲れました。

I was nervous about whether I could reach Jomon Sugi on my first trekking trip, which was a round trip of 10 hours, but the weather was not too hot and it hardly rained, so I was able to enjoy the walk until the end! Thanks to the guide's advice, I didn't suffer much from muscle pain the next day and was able to fully enjoy Yakushima! Thank you very much.

初めてのトレッキングが往復10時間の縄文杉ツアーで縄文杉まで辿り着けるかドキドキしていましたが、天候も暑すぎず雨も殆ど降らず最後まで楽しく歩くことができました！
ガイドさんのアドバイスのおかげで次の日もさほど筋肉痛に苦しむこともなく屋久島を堪能できました！ありがとうございました。

I participated in snorkeling at Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave. The natural beauty was so stunning that I wanted to come back again and again. Personally, I found the underwater snorkeling in front of the Blue Cave to be particularly impressive. It was great that they had a good range of sizes for rental equipment. I really appreciated the guide's explanations and the photo opportunities. They were very accommodating with schedule changes and pickup locations, which was a big help. Regarding infection control measures, while some things in the vehicle are unavoidable, overall, I thought it was well managed.

川平湾supと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加させていただきました。とにかく自然が何度でも来たくなるような綺麗さでした。個人的には青の洞窟前の海中シュノーケリングが印象的でした。貸し出し用品なかなり大きいサイズもありよかったです。ガイドさんの説明や写真撮影も大変ありがたかったです。日程変更や送迎場所の融通も利かせていただき大変助かりました。感染対策については、車内はある程度仕方ありませんが基本的によかったと思います。

The instructor's explanations were easy to understand. They were cheerful and made the experience comfortable. We kayaked around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Due to the strong winds, we mainly focused on the Chitose River, which was beautiful and lovely. I was also glad to receive some photos.

インストラクターのかたの説明が分かりやすかったです。明るく声かけしていただいて過ごしやすかったです。カヤックで支笏湖と千歳川を回りました。風が強かったため、千歳川メインでしたが、美しい川で綺麗でした。写真も頂けてよかったです。

My first time on Iriomote Island was so healing with the abundant nature of mangrove SUP, waterfalls, and limestone caves!

The photos turned out beautifully, making for a wonderful keepsake!

Since this was a day trip, I thought it would be nice to stay overnight on Iriomote Island next time!

It became a very enjoyable memory☆ I would love to use this service again on my next opportunity!

Due to the weather, we couldn't explore the cave or land on Barasu Island, but they prepared an alternative plan for us, and we were able to fully enjoy a day on Iriomote Island! Canoeing in the mangroves was also a wonderful experience, allowing us to feel close to nature. Thank you very much!

天候の影響で、鍾乳洞探検とバラス島上陸はできなかったのですが、別プランを用意してくださり、1日西表島を満喫できました！マングローブでのカヌーもすごく自然を感じ楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！

It was extremely hot, so I was worried, but in the evening, I was able to enjoy myself very comfortably near the water's surface! The guide's explanations were also very interesting.

猛暑だったので心配でしたが、夕方は水面近くでとても気持ち良く過ごせました！

My husband and I participated together.
The meeting point at the airport was easy to find, and the pickup from the airport was very convenient.
It seems that they can also store large luggage at the departure point, and valuables and drinks can be placed in waterproof bags to keep them dry while on the canoe.
Before we got on, they provided a thorough explanation of how to hold and handle the paddle, the characteristics of the course, and the approximate timing!
Even when we struggled to move forward, they offered advice and support along the way, so we were able to reach the finish line safely, even as beginners (^ - ^)
They also took many photos of us in the canoe, creating wonderful memories!

夫と二人で参加しました。
空港の集合場所もわかりやすく、空港からのピックアップもしていただいたので、便利です。
出発ポイントで、大きい荷物も預かっていただけるようですし、貴重品や飲み物は水にぬれないよう防水バックにいれ、カヌーに一緒にのせることができます。
乗る前にはパドルの持ち方や、扱い方、コースの特徴やおおよその時間の説明を丁寧にしていただきました！
うまく進めないときも、随時アドバイス&サポートしていただいたので、初心者の私達でもなんとか無事ゴールできました(^-^)
カヌーの写真もたくさん撮影いただいたので、よい思い出ができました！

- It takes about 3 minutes by car from Mikasa Ski Resort to the boarding area.
- Rental of shoes, life jackets, and helmets.
- Explanation for rafting.
- Carry the boat to the river (the path is quite steep and fun! We go down the slope holding onto a rope).
- Get on the boat.
- Relax and go downstream with the current.
- U-turn before the big waterfall.
- Enjoy a warm waterfall shower!
- Stop in a wide, gentle-flowing area for diving and free swimming time.
- Walk a little in the shallow water or paddle in the boat.
- A car comes to pick us up at a gravel spot along the way, and we ride it back to where our own car is parked.
- They provided a tent for changing, so I changed there.
- Play a little with the dog!

・途中の砂利があるところに車が迎えにきてくれてるので、それに乗って自分の車がある所まで乗せてもらう。
・着替えるためのテントを用意してくれたので、そこで着替えた。
・わんちゃんと少し戯れる！

The tour staff were all very kind and wonderful people. During the activities, they took amazing photos that created great memories. Additionally, they provided transportation, so it was fine not to have a rental car. As a measure against COVID-19, both participants and staff wore masks during crowded travel, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. If I have the chance to come back to Iriomote Island, I would definitely like to use their services again.

ツアーのスタッフの方がとても優しくいい人ばかりでした。
アクティビティでは、体験中の写真をめちゃくちゃいい感じに撮ってくれていい思い出づくりになりました。
また、送迎もしてくれるのでレンタカーが無くても大丈夫でした。
新型コロナウィルス対策として密になる移動中は参加者もスタッフもマスクを着用しており、安心して楽しめました。
もし、次も西表島に来ることがあればぜひ利用したいです。

Meeting Point (Mikasa Ski Resort)
I struggled to find the specific meeting place. We change here, but there doesn't seem to be a changing room, which might concern some people.

Moving to the Parking Lot by the River (Shuttle)
We moved from Mikasa Ski Resort to the river by car, but we were at full capacity. The seats were wet, so it would be good to have a towel ready. We arrived at the river in about 3-4 minutes.

River Rafting
Since it was September, the water flow was low, and there were hardly any dangerous spots. I was a bit anxious when we plunged into a waterfall with an unknown smell, but later I learned it was a hot spring. The water was clear, and I could see the fish well. You might be able to catch some in the shallow areas. At the end, I jumped in, and it was a fun first experience. Perhaps because there were only a total of 8 people (including other groups), they let us jump in twice.

Moving (Shuttle)
After changing back into my casual clothes at the river, the staff said they could provide a shuttle to a nearby location, so I asked for a ride to the parking lot near the river.

Photos
For a tourist spot, the price was reasonable at 400 yen per person for the data, and they also filmed a video, so I was able to keep nice memories.

Others
The gelato I had at a café recommended by the staff after rafting (on rainy and snowy days) was delicious.

集合（三笠スキー場）
具体的な集合場所が分からず苦労した。着替えはここでするのだが更衣室らしいものがないので気になる人もいるだろう。

川付近の駐車場へ移動（送迎）
三笠スキー場から車で川へ移動したが定員ギリギリだった。シートが濡れていたのでタオルを用意しておくと良いだろう。3～4分で川に到着。

川下り
9月ということもあり流量が少なく危険な所はほぼなかった。正体不明の臭いが気になる滝に突っ込んだ時は少し焦ったが、後で温泉であると知らされた。水が透き通っていて魚がよく見えた。浅い所なら捕まえられるかもしれない。終盤で飛び込みをしたが初めての体験で楽しかった。人数が合計で（他グループ合わせて）8人と少なかったためか2回飛び込みさせてくれた。

移動（送迎）
川で私服に着替えた後、スタッフの人に近くの場所なら送迎すると言われたので川の近くの駐車場までお願いした。

写真
観光スポットのわりには手頃な価格でデータで送ってくれるというので1人400円を払い購入した。動画も撮ってくれていたのでいい思い出が残せた。

その他
ラフティング後スタッフおすすめのカフェ（雨の日と雪の日）で食べたジェラートが美味しかった。

The cheerful captain makes the tour enjoyable. The sea is very beautiful, and I am satisfied. If you are prone to motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is essential.

陽気な船長さんが楽しくツアーを盛り上げてくれます。
海もとてもきれいで満足です。
酔いやすい方は、酔い止め必須です。

The male tour guide was knowledgeable and there were no issues. It was amazing to see the mangroves up close, and I was surprised by the size of the bats in Okinawa. It was disappointing that I wasn't allowed to choose a single kayak from the start.

ツアーガイドの男性は物知りで問題ありませんでした。マングローブを間近で見れ又沖縄のコウモリの大きさには驚きでした。カヌーの1人乗りをはなから選択させてもらえなかったのは残念でしたね

I participated in a tour during the summer vacation in August.

The weather was clear for both days! I thought we were lucky with the weather, but according to our guide, the clouds over Shiratani Unsuikyo after the rain are the most beautiful.

We traveled for about two hours in total by shuttle and bus, but since it was on mountain roads, I regretted not taking motion sickness medication...

The Jomon Sugi course involved a route of trolley path → mountain path → Jomon Sugi, but the trolley path was too long and it was hell. There were wooden boards on the rails that we had to walk on, but some boards were floating or missing, and if I didn't lift my knees properly, my feet would get caught. It was also a difficult path to use trekking poles.

The mountain path was very enjoyable, but I struggled with the endless stairs and the steep slope of Hell's Third Street (as named by the guide).

It was a very fun tour, but the pace was fast, making it difficult to take pictures or enjoy the scenery thoroughly.

For infection prevention measures, we were instructed to wear masks while on the bus.

If you can complete the Jomon Sugi course on the first day, you can definitely clear the Shiratani Unsuikyo!

Even beginners can challenge this course if they prepare properly with trekking shoes, a backpack, snacks, and water.

Please be careful of muscle soreness. Your calves will get tight, so I recommend getting your body in shape before participating.

8月の夏休みを利用して、ツアーに参加しました。

天候は2日とも快晴！天気に恵まれたと思っていましたが、ガイドさんいわく、雨上がりの雲水峡が1番きれいとのこと。

送迎+バスでトータル2時間くらい移動しましたが、山道だったため、酔い止めを飲んでおけばよかったと後悔しました…


縄文杉コースは、トロッコ道→山道→縄文杉という道のりでしたが、トロッコ道が長すぎて、地獄でした。レールの上に木の板があって、その上を歩くのですが、板が浮いていたり、無いとこもあり、膝をしっかりあげないと足がひっかかりました。ストックも使いづらい道でした。

山道は道中とても楽しかったですが、階段をひたすら上がったり、斜面が急な地獄の3丁目(ガイドさん命名)に苦戦しました。

とても楽しいツアーでしたが、進むペースが早くてじっくり写真を撮ったり景色をみることは難しかったです。

感染対策は、乗車中はマスクをする、ことを案内されてました。

初日の縄文杉コースをクリアできたら、白谷雲水峡は確実にクリアできます！

初心者でもトレッキングシューズやリュック、行動食、お水など装備をしっかり整えれば挑戦できるコースでした。

筋肉痛には気をつけてください。ふくらはぎがパンパンになるので、体調を整えて、参加されることをお勧めします。

幸運にも天気に恵まれて、星はとてもきれいに見えたのですが、蛾などがけっこう飛びかっていて、虫がとても苦手な私は、あまり星に集中できませんでした。

The staff were kind and it was enjoyable.
I could feel the nature of Okinawa!
It was great that they offered hat rentals!
If you participate, it might be a good idea to wear long sleeves for sun protection.

I was able to do both in one day. It seems to be quite a challenging tour, and it appears that the guide doesn't often conduct this tour.

Fortunately, everyone in the group was able to walk until the end, but I was nervous about not holding everyone back (especially since there was a final bus time...).

The guide was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The weather was good, and it was sunny at Taiko Rock. In the second half, it was cloudy, which helped keep it from being too hot, and I was very satisfied.

However, the reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that at the time of departure, we were worried when the pickup didn't arrive for over 10 minutes. When I called, I finally got through on the third try, and all I was told was "just wait," resulting in us waiting about 20 minutes.

By the time we arrived at the entrance and were having breakfast, they apologized.

I understand that island time is a thing to some extent, but if there are delays, it would be helpful to receive a notification early on about how long we might have to wait. Since it was very early in the morning, there were no other means to confirm (or contact) anyone, which made me anxious. Since we had specifically requested the tour, I deducted one star.

１日で、どちらも行っていただきました。
やはり大変なツアーらしく、なかなかガイドさんもそのツアーをされないらしいツアー。

幸い、参加したメンバーみんな元気に最後まで歩けましたが、私がみんなの足を引っ張らないかドキドキしました。(最終のバスの時間もあるので、、、)

ガイドさんは、何でもご存知で質問は全て答えて下さいました。
天気も良く太鼓岩では晴れて、後半は曇ったおかげで暑すぎず、大変満足しました。

ただ一点、星を4つにした理由としては、
出発時、10分以上たっても送迎来られず心配になり電話をかけると、3回目でやっと繋がり「ちょっと待って」とだけ言われるだけで、結局約 20分待ちました。
結局入り口に到着して朝食を食べている時になり、詫びていただきましたが。

島時間なのはある程度理解しますが、
遅れるのなら早めに、また何分ほど待つと連絡いただけないと、大変早朝なので他に確認(連絡)する手段がないので、心配になりました。
折角ツアーに頼んでるので。
星を一つ減らしました。

I had to change my schedule to the next day because they couldn't provide transportation, but after checking the weather, I decided to stick to the original plan. The reservation change was smooth.

I was reminded repeatedly that the roads can get congested, so I departed at the designated time and arrived without any issues. Despite the unfortunate heat, the clear skies over Shiretoko Five Lakes were amazing. It seemed that the bear activity season around Shiretoko Five Lakes had ended, but there were still fresh footprints and claw marks, allowing me to fully enjoy the great outdoors.

The explanations during the journey were thorough, and we were able to take photos at the viewpoints, creating wonderful memories. In the afternoon, we moved to start at the Shiretoko Nature Center. There are no vending machines here, so there was a long line at the café to buy bottled drinks. I recommend preparing for this when returning to the city of Shari for lunch.

We passed through abandoned houses that are returning to nature and entered the primeval forest, where we were greeted by a wild red fox near the center. It looked thin and natural, as it was wild. I heard it was preying on mice near the roadside.

I had a fun time staring down an Ezo deer on the cliff.

送迎ができないとのことで翌日に変更していましたが、天気を見て急きょもとの日程に。スムーズな予約変更でした。
道路が込むので！とくどいほど念をおされたので指定された時間に出発。スムーズに到着しました。
あいにくの暑さの中でしたが、晴れ渡った知床五湖は最高。知床五湖周辺での熊の活動時期は終わったようでしたが、足跡、爪痕他まだ生々しいものもあり大自然を満喫できました。
道中の解説も丁寧で、ビューポイントで写真撮影もして頂き、いい思い出となりました。
午後からは場所を代えて知床自然センタースタート。ここには自販機がないので、カフェでペットボトルを買うのに大行列でした。昼食で斜里市街地に戻った際に準備されることをお勧めします。
放棄され自然に戻りつつある住宅跡を抜けて原生林へ、その前にセンター付近でキタキツネのお出迎え。野生ですので痩せた自然の姿でした。車道近くでネズミを捕食しているとのことでした。
崖上のエゾシカとに睨み合ったりして、楽しいひと時でした。

After August, it wasn't a guided tour, was it? I requested a guide, but I felt somewhat deceived financially.

The content included stories about bears, plants, and the history of Shiretoko, which I thought was very good. The tour was canceled due to a bear encounter, but by August, they are no longer around. I think experiencing the thrill in July would be better.

8月以降、ガイドマストじゃなかったんですね。
ガイドさんをお願いしたわけですが、お金的になんか騙された感じ。

内容は、熊の話、植物の話、知床の歴史とふんだんに教えてもらい、大変良かったと思います。クマとの遭遇でツアー中止となりますが、8月はもういない状況。7月にって、ドキドキ感を味わうのがいいと思います。
