This time, I went to Dole and Haleiwa for the first time. Since I didn't have a rental car, I signed up for a tour with Japanese language support.

Our driver, Cindy, first took us to take pictures at the King Kamehameha statue and provided various explanations. Next, we rode the train at Dole, which ran comfortably through the plantation. The pineapple soft serve was exquisite. Finally, we went to Haleiwa. When I told the driver that I wanted to eat garlic shrimp, she kindly guided us to a restaurant and even ordered for us since we couldn't speak English. It was such a relief, and we were able to fully enjoy and have fun. After eating, we enjoyed shopping and looking at the beautiful ocean, which was a lot of fun.

Next time, I would like to take a bit more time to enjoy it. Thank you very much.

As souvenirs, I also received pineapple banana cake, water, and mint candies.

今回、初めてドールとハレイワに行きました。レンタカーがないので、日本語サポート付きのツアーで申し込みしました。
Cindyさんというドライバーの方で、まずカメハメハ像で写真を撮って頂き、色々説明もしてくれました。次にドールで汽車にのりプランステーションの中を気持ちよく走りました。パイナップルソフトクリームが絶品でした。最後は、ハレイワに行きました。ガーリックシュリンプを食べたいとドライバーさんに伝えるとお店を案内してくれて、英語が話せない私達に代わり注文をしてくれたり、とても親切だったので本当に安心して堪能して、楽しむ事が出来ました。食べた後は、ショッピングしたり綺麗な海をみたり楽しかったです。
次回は、もう少し時間をかけて楽しみたいと思います。

This was my first time in Haleiwa Town. Unlike Honolulu, it has a calm atmosphere with cute shops scattered around, making it easy and fun to explore.

I participated in the shuttle that departed at 7 AM. While popular shops open at 10 or 11 AM, there are some that open early, so I thoroughly enjoyed the 5 hours of free time. The driver was punctual, and I was able to enjoy the exclusive mini tour offered by Veltra.

ハレイワタウンは初めて。ホノルル と違って落ち着いた雰囲気の中にかわいいお店が点在していて、周りやすいし楽しい。

送迎は7時台出発に参加した。人気のお店が10時か、11時オープンだが、朝からやっているお店もあるので、5時間のフリータイムは大満喫。ドライバーも時間通りで、ベルトラ 限定のミニツアーも楽しめた。

I had a great trip to the North Shore with my shuttle driver. He picked me up first and then two couples from neighboring hotels. He did a great job explaining the different areas in Haleiwa to the whole shuttle and then dropped the two couples off near the beach. We then proceeded to Waimea Valley where I had a great time hiking to the falls, exploring the botanical gardens, and learning about the Hawaiian culture. I finished early and so he was good with dropping me in Haleiwa early which allowed me to explore the area a little more. Great driver who makes his own shuttle music. Drove us safely in the rain. I would totally take this shuttle again. He is most respectful and is bilingual in English and Japanese.

I was able to see a group of turtles at the rocky area of the North Shore. It was still before noon, and they hadn't come up on the sandy beach yet, but I could see about ten sea turtles coming ashore on the shallow rocks and swimming around. I was expecting higher waves at the North Shore during this season, but they were average. As always, Giovanni's garlic shrimp was exquisite. However, it was very crowded.

ノースショアの岩場でカメの群れを観ることができました、まだ昼まえで砂浜には上がっていませんでしたが、10匹前後のウミガメさんが、浅瀬の岩場に上陸したり、泳いでいるのが見えました。この時期のノースショア、もっと高い波を期待していましたが、普通でした。やはりジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプは絶品でした。ただとても混んでいます。

It was inconvenient to go on our own, so we signed up for a tour. Additionally, I’m glad we booked a mini optional tour on-site. Since we were the only participants, we were able to visit several spots in addition to the main coffee plantation. Thanks to that, we were able to capture some rare locations.

いずれも自力で行くには不便なのでツアー申込をしました。加えて現地でのオプショナルツアーのミニツアーを申し込んでよかったです。参加者が我々だけだったのでコーヒー農園などメイン以外にいくつかスポットを回ってもらいました。おかげでレア場所も撮影できました。

I love Haleiwa and wanted to take my time exploring, so this was my second or third time participating in the tour. There were only my family and me, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted at a leisurely pace, which made us very satisfied. Thank you again!

One tour had five different activities mixed together, which caused the return time to be delayed by one hour.

I think it's better to stop the practice of forcing tips with signs.

I would like the horseback riding staff to be positioned at the front and back of the line, not just one person at the front.

ひとつのツアーで５組のそれぞれ別のアクティビティが混ざったツアーになっていた為、戻り時間が1時間遅れになった

I chose the 7:30 AM departure. I was worried that I might have too much time to kill since the shops wouldn't be open yet, and I considered the 11:00 AM departure, but I'm glad I went with the 7:30 AM option in the end.

The driver was considerate and took us to the North Shore beach for surfing since it was early in the morning. It was winter, so the waves were high, and we got to see surfers riding the tube waves. They even took some photos for us, which became the best memory of this tour.

In Haleiwa, we visited NALU, famous for its acai bowls, and Island Vintage Coffee. Unlike in Honolulu, where you have to wait in long lines, it was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy acai bowls and coffee while leisurely waiting for the shops to open.

On Sunday, we also enjoyed the Huli Huli chicken without any wait, and it was delicious. At Matsumoto Shave Ice, I had the chance to talk with the owner, Mr. Matsumoto, and we were able to get our treats smoothly without waiting in line.

Shopping was also relaxed and enjoyable. On the day I participated, there were only four Japanese participants, so we returned to Waikiki smoothly and quickly before 3 PM, allowing us to make the most of the rest of our time.

7時30分発をチョイスしました。着いてもお店がオープンしていなから時間を持て余すかと、11時出発と迷いましたが、７時30分発にして結果良かったです。
ドライバーさんが、朝早いので、気を利かせてくれてサーフィンの本番のノースショアのビーチに連れて行っていただきました。冬だったので、波高くチューブの波中、サーフィンしている所を見る方ができました。写真も撮っていただき、今回のツアーで一番良い思い出になりました。
ハレイワでは、アサイボールで有名なNALU、アイランドヴィンテージコーヒーはホノルルでは長蛇の列に並ばないといけないのが、空いていて、アサイボールやカフェをして、ゆったりお店のオープンまで過ごすことが出来ました。
日曜日でフリフリチキンも並ばず美味しくいただきました。
マツモトシェーブドアイスでは、オーナーの松本さんとお話しが出来きましたし、ここでも、並ばずスムーズにいただけました。
お買い物も、ゆったりと出来ました。
参加した日は、参加者、日本人４人だけだったので、ワイキキへもスムーズに早く３時前には戻れ、その後の時間を有効に過ごすことができました。

I visited Haleiwa Town on the North Shore for the first time. I was able to enjoy the Huli Huli chicken and garlic shrimp without much wait. The atmosphere made it feel like time moved slowly, which helped me relax. I had a total of five hours there, but if I had one more hour, I would have liked to walk to Ali'i Beach Park.

ノースショアのハレイワタウンには初めて行きました。フリフリチキン、ガーリックシュリンプはそんなに待たずに食べれました。地域がら時間がゆっくり進むような気がしてリラックスできました。現地の滞在時間が5時間でしたがもう1時間あれば歩いてアリ・ビーチ・パークに行きたかったです。

They provided various little bits of information! The time spent in the car was comfortable. I had a lot of fun! I also felt reassured that the person in charge was Japanese.

It was fun to experience various activities on the vast grounds. There were many different shows to see, and I was able to participate in some experiences as well. The dinner was delicious, and the evening show, which incorporated Polynesian history along with a fire performance, was wonderful.

広大な敷地で色々体験もでき楽しかったです。
いろんなショー見えるし、体験もできました。
ディナーも美味しいし、イブニングショーではポリネシアンの歴史織り込みながら炎のパフォーマンスが素晴らしかった。

It says it starts at five but the activity start maybe an hour earlier but still give yourself some time to go to the waterfall for about three hours and an hour to get ready there

A LOT OF ACTIVS PICKUP AND DROPOFF TO CENTER . THE BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD,

Just an overall fun experience. From learning about the different cultures to the games and activities to the amazing food! Everything was planned and every worker was helpful and polite. I highly recommend doing the full day event and using it as one of your full vacation days. It was a very long day, but it was well worth it and the food buffet was like nothing I had ever seen before. The best part was the luau completely captivating and well done.

The one-hour course was just enough. All the staff were very nice, and we had a great time. The scenery was also amazing! My 10-year-old son was very satisfied as well.

My son experienced it. He said the scenery was really beautiful and he had a lot of fun. However, after spinning around and floating, his first words when he got off were, "I feel sick... tears."

息子が体験しました。とーっても景色が良くて楽しかったようです。しかし、ぐるんぐるん回転したり、ふわふわしたり…降りての第一声は「酔った…涙」でした。

I finally challenged myself to the skydiving I've always dreamed of. At first, I was nervous, but once I jumped, I experienced much more airtime than I had imagined, and I was truly moved by the breathtaking views and thrills.

The instructor who guided me was very friendly, and since I got to experience handling the controls, it felt great to not just be "flying," but to really feel like I was "participating" in the experience!

On the day of the jump, there is about a 30-minute wait from arrival until the jump, and another 30 minutes from landing until you leave, so it's a good idea to bring a mobile charger.

Regarding tips, there was a suggested amount written on the envelope given at the end, so I used that as a reference when I gave my tip.

It does take a bit of courage, but the unforgettable experience is worth it, so I highly recommend it for anyone looking to create special memories in Hawaii.

ずっと憧れていた念願のスカイダイビングに挑戦しました。
最初は緊張しましたが、いざ飛んでみると想像以上に滞空時間があり、景色もスリルも存分に楽しめて本当に感動しました。

担当してくれたインストラクターさんはとてもフレンドリーで、ハンドル操作を体験させてくれたこともあり、ただ飛ぶだけでなく「参加している」感覚が良かったです！

当日は到着してから飛ぶまで、また着地してから帰るまでにそれぞれ30分ほど待ち時間があるので、モバイル充電器を持っていった方がいいです。

チップについては、最後に渡される封筒に目安金額が記載されていたので、それを参考にしてお渡ししました。

少し勇気は要りますが、それ以上に忘れられない体験ができるので、ハワイで特別な思い出を作りたい方にはぜひおすすめしたいです。

Riding a gentle horse and strolling along the beach created the best memories. At first, I was anxious, but they carefully taught me the tips for riding.

優しい馬に乗り、海辺を散策できて、最高の思い出になりました。
最初は不安でしたが、乗り方のコツも丁寧に教えてくれます。

It was truly amazing! If you're hesitating, definitely give it a try. It's not at a height that would be scary even for those with a fear of heights, so I can't really say. You don't need to understand English to enjoy it! The weather was great on the day, and I was only worried about the motion sickness mentioned in the reviews, but I had no symptoms at all. It was just pure fun!

I was able to swim through the vast sky, and the contrast with the blue ocean was amazing. The instructors were all cheerful and had great energy!

Swimming with sharks was an experience I honestly couldn't imagine at all, and I felt a bit anxious about it. However, after being introduced to it by a friend, I decided to take the plunge and give it a try.

I was really nervous right up until the moment I entered the water, but once I was in the ocean, I found that the sharks swam gracefully and calmly. Being able to swim alongside them and see them up close turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

The speed at which they swam was not as fast as I had expected, and I was able to swim right above them. While it was thrilling, the sense of awe I felt was much greater than any fear, making it an unforgettable time.

The tour was conducted in English only, but the staff occasionally spoke to us in Japanese, which made me feel more at ease. Additionally, I had heard from friends who participated in other tours that they had trouble receiving their photos, but in this tour, the photos were sent immediately after we arrived at the port, making the process very smooth. (There were no issues even with an Android phone.)

サメと一緒に泳ぐという体験は、正直なところまったく想像がつかず、少し不安もありましたが、友達に紹介してもらったことをきっかけに思い切って挑戦しました。
直前までとてもドキドキしていましたが、いざ海に入ってみると、サメはとても悠々と落ち着いて泳いでいて、その姿を間近で見ながら一緒に泳ぐことができ、とても楽しい体験となりました。

泳ぐスピードも思っていたほど速くなく、サメのすぐ上を並んで泳ぐこともできました。迫力はありつつも、怖さよりも感動の方が大きく、忘れられない時間になりました。

ツアーは英語のみでしたが、スタッフの方が時折日本語を交えながら話しかけてくださり、安心して参加することができました。
また、他のツアーに参加した友達からは、写真の送付がなかなか届かないといったトラブルを聞いていましたが、このツアーでは港に到着後すぐに写真を送信してくださり、とてもスムーズでした。（携帯の機種がAndroidでも問題ありませんでした。）

Accessing the location was a bit challenging from Waikiki by rental car, but the horseback riding time was very long, and I was satisfied! The scenery was magnificent and beautiful. The horses were very smart, and the staff was kind. At the end, you can feed the horses a little. I gave a tip at that time!

アクセスはワイキキからはレンタカーで少し大変でしたが、乗馬時間はとても長い時間あるし、満足出来ました！とにかく景色が雄大で美しいです。馬たちはとても賢く、スタッフも親切でした。最後に馬に餌を少しあげられます。その時にチップを渡しました！

We purchased two tickets, after reaching were asked to pay for some mandatory fees for the face mask for 8$ each. So just be aware of that extra cost. Also, I would not recommend purchasing Pictures options for 40$ as it’s waste of money and they don’t take that good images. You will have ample opportunity to take your own pictures , so no need to waste those 49$ for poor quality images.

I was glad to be dropped off at the beach on the North Shore and see authentic surfing. The walk towards the town looked interesting, but unfortunately, most places were closed during the tour's time slot. I returned around noon and saw a few shops, but it would have been great if the tour could have been delayed by another hour. I also enjoyed taking pictures of the mini tour and the Haleiwa sign.

ノースショアの浜辺で降ろしてもらい本場のサーフィンが見れて良かったです。
そこから街の方に歩いて行く道のりみせも面白そうで、ただしツアーの時間帯では殆どが開店前、お昼にもどり何軒かは見ましたが、後一時間ツアーを遅らせてくれるとありがたいです。ミニツアーもハレイワ看板も撮れて良かったです。

I had a wonderful mini tour with our Japanese guide, Nana, who was kind and fun! The kids were thrilled with the gifts from Nana.

The buffet was at a level that I couldn't believe was the same as what I had ten years ago; it was so delicious that I felt like we didn't have enough time to enjoy the meal.

The evening show was the most impressive I've ever seen, with a spectacular fire dance that was a lot of fun. I felt it was worth more than the price we paid, and I was very satisfied.

日本人ガイドのナナさんの優しくて楽しいガイドで、ミニツアーを楽しみました！子どもたちはナナさんからのプレゼントで大興奮していました。
ブュッフェは10年前に食べたものと同じ内容とは思えないほどレベルが上がっており、食事時間が足りないと感じるほど美味しかったです。
イブニングショーは過去一番迫力があり、ファイヤーダンスも豪華で、とても楽しかったです。お値段以上と感じるほど大満足でした。

I was able to see sharks swimming slowly around the cage I was in. It was my first experience, and I had a lot of fun. I was worried about getting seasick, but thanks to the motion sickness medication I took, it wasn't a problem at all.

自分が入っているゲージの周りをゆっくり泳ぐサメを見ることが出来ました。初めての体験でとても楽しかったです。心配していた船酔いは、酔い止めを飲んでいたおかげもあって問題なかったです。

I took my grandchild to Hawaii, and it was our first visit! It surprisingly took less than an hour and a half from Waikiki. My first grader was amazed to experience the cultures of various countries. It was a fantastic experience for both of us adults and the child! The evening show was quite impressive. I would recommend it to everyone going to Oahu. Mahalo!

初めて訪れました！ワイキキから意外と1時間半弱。いろんな国の文化に触れて小1の孫は目を輝かせていました。すごい良い体験できたし、大人の私たちも素晴らしい経験ができました！

I heard that there is the longest zip line on Oahu, so I participated with my son, who loves zip lining. It seems to be quite popular, and we couldn't get a reservation for the time we initially requested, so we ended up joining the tour first thing in the morning.

When we left Waikiki in the morning, it wasn't raining, but by the time we arrived at our destination, it was pouring. We did the zip line in that downpour, which was more than just a natural shower, but I think in Japan, they would have canceled the activity due to the weather, so in a way, it was a good experience. I thought it would have been amazing if the weather had been nice. Also, according to our guide, it tends to rain a lot during this season, so I think having something like a mountain parka would provide peace of mind.

オアフ島で1番長いジップラインがあると聞いて、ジップラインが大好きな息子と参加させて頂きました。人気が高い様で、最初お願いした時間では予約が取れず、結局、朝一番でのツアー参加になりました。
朝ワイキキを出る際には雨は降っていませんでしたが、目的地に着く頃には土砂降りでした。その中でジップラインをしましたが、天然のシャワーどころではありませんでしたが、日本だったら中止の天候だったと思いますので、ある意味良い経験が出来たと思います。天気が良かったら最高だったろうな…と思いました。また、ガイドの話ではこの時期は雨が多いそうですので、マウンテンパーカーの様な物があると安心だと思います。

I applied to participate on-site, but I didn't realize the distance, and it took quite a while to get there by taxi. The horse riding itself was a lot of fun, and there were even sharks on the beach, which made it quite exciting.

現地参加で応募しましたが、距離感分かっておらず現地到着までにタクシーで相当かかりました。馬自体はとても楽しく、浜辺にサメがいたりして結構もりあがりました。
