We departed from Honolulu in the evening and immediately enjoyed a buffet-style meal, followed by the "Breath of Life 'Ha'" show.

I really wanted to see the Māori Haka, but after arriving at the center, I thought I would have some time to explore the village, but there was hardly any time, and by the time we got there, all the village performances had already ended. If you're just going for the meal and the show, I think it would be much more enjoyable to go during the day and see the performances at each village.

The return bus is different from the bus we took to get there, so it's essential to remember your return bus number. It seems they organize the pickups based on the language spoken.

ホノルルを夕方出発で、着いてすぐにバイキング形式の食事、その後Breath of Life "Ha"のショーを見てきました。

本当はぜひマオリ族のHAKAを見たかったのですが、センターに着いた後、多少村を見て回る時間があるかと思っていたもののほとんどなく、また時間的にどの村のパフォーマンスも終わっていて見ることができませんでした。
ゴハンとショーだけなら、ぜひ昼間に行って各村のパフォーマンスを見た方が楽しいと思います。

帰りのバスは行きのバスとは違うので、必ず自分の帰りのバス番号を覚えておく必要があります。
何語を話すかで固めて送迎しているようです。

It takes a little while to get there by bus from Waikiki, but it's worth it! The show is very well structured and keeps you engaged, with everyone delivering powerful performances. There were also some touching moments, and it made me realize that even living in the city, we need time to reflect on a simpler way of life.

ショーはとてもよい構成で、飽きさせませんし、みなさん大迫力のパフォーマンスを見せてくれます。
ちょっと感動もあり、都会で生きる自分たちも、シンプルな暮らしに思いを馳せる時間が必要だと痛感しました。

I was invited by my enthusiastic friend to join. I complained about not being able to drink and the distance, but by the end of the show, I was so moved that I felt like crying.

のりのりの友人に誘われて申し込みました。お酒も飲めないし遠いしと文句を言いつつでしたが、ショーの最後は感動のあまり泣きそうになりました。

I participated in this tour alone but I had a lot of fun there! There were many activities, performances, and exhibitions. I stayed there over 9 hours and I was so satisfied with the tour!

The tour guide was wonderful lots of stories funny and knew lots of history. I enjoyed the Polynesian Cultural Center as well all the different cultures was interesting and fun at the same time. Great time for the whole day of staying busy.

The meals are served buffet-style, so you can enjoy whatever you like, but the seating was a bit cramped. The dance show was like a musical, with moving performances that made the 1.5 hours feel short.

食事はビュッフェ形式なので、好きなものをいただけばよいのですが、席が少し窮屈でした。ダンスショーはミュージカルショーの様で感動的な演出等があり1.5時間が短く感じたほどでした。

The package with transportation was very helpful since I stayed in Waikiki and couldn't use a rental car.

It looks quite far on the map, but on the way there, I enjoyed the view from the car window with a Japanese-speaking guide. On the way back, there was no guide, but I was able to sleep comfortably.

We were first taken to dinner, and then we watched the show. I didn't have high expectations for the meal based on other reviews, but perhaps because of that, I thought, "This is surprisingly great."

The part of the show with the fire manipulation was really impressive and the most memorable! At the end, you can take a commemorative photo with the performers. Since you're there, definitely do it!

ワイキキに宿泊かつレンタカーが利用できなかったため、送迎付きのパッケージは非常に助かりました。

地図で見るとかなり遠いですが、行きは日本語のガイド付きで車窓からの眺めを楽しめました。帰りはガイドなしですが、心地よく眠ることが出来ました。笑

初めに食事に案内され、その後ショーを観ました。食事は他の方のレビューからあまり期待していなかったのですが、そのおかげか、「意外とすごい」と思えました。

ショーは火を操る部分の迫力がすごく、1番印象的でした！
最後は演者と記念撮影もできます。せっかくなので、是非！

It was amazing and I was deeply moved! I'm glad I pushed myself to reserve seats in the center front. The excitement of the fire dance was incredible, and I could feel the heat right next to me! I want to tell my friends about it.

素晴らしい感動しました！無理して中央前方席を予約して良かったです。臨場感が半端なかったファイヤーダンスの熱気が直ぐ側で感じられました！友達にも教えたいと思います。

We were picked up in WAIKIKI and took a bus to the Polynesian Cultural Center, where the guide entertained us with local information during the ride. They mentioned that it's okay to sleep if you're feeling tired, so no worries about that!

I had imagined the cultural center to be similar to a community center in Japan, but it turned out to be a vast area where you can explore various attractions. The meals are served buffet-style, so there's no overwhelming amount of food, and you can eat only what you like.

The show itself was more impressive than I expected, and I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend this plan for first-time visitors. ⭐︎

WAIKIKIでピックアップしてもらいポリネシア文化センターへバスで移動しましたが、途中のバス内もガイドさんがローカル情報を混ぜて楽しませてくれます。
眠い人は寝てていいですとのことなので気にせず寝てもOK:)
文化センターという名前から日本の公民館的な場所を想像していましたが、広大なスポットで色々見て回ることもできるようです！
食事もビュッフェなので多すぎるということもなく、好きなものだけ食べられます。
ショー自体も思っていたより迫力があり、楽しめました！
初めて行く方は是非一度と勧められるプランでした⭐︎

The buffet-style dinner was not satisfying due to the limited selection. If there are few people, you will be seated with others. I chose this place because it included transportation, but it might be wiser to dine at one of the restaurants inside the center instead of the buffet. The center was just as I imagined, lively and enjoyable. The mixed juice I bought from a stall to drink while watching the show was very delicious. It was frozen, so I could enjoy it cold until the end. As for the show, it was outstanding. I saw a fire dance live for the first time, and it was thrilling. The story was structured in a way that anyone could enjoy it (it reminded me a bit of The Lion King).

ブュッフェスタイルのディナーは、品数も少なく満足とは言えません。人数少ない場合は相席となります。
送迎込みだったので選びましたが、ディナーはブュッフェで取るよりもセンター内のレストランに入る方が賢いかも？
センターは想像通りに和気藹々としており、楽しめました。ショーを見る際飲む為に出店で買ったミックスジュースがとても美味しかったです。凍っていたので最後まで冷たく楽しめました。
ショーですが、言うことなしです。生で初めてファイヤーダンスを見ましたがハラハラドキドキしました。ストーリー制になっており誰が見ても楽しめると思います。(ライオンキングをふつふつと思い出すw)

When I first got tickets to the Polynesian Cultural Center, I was a little worried since we would be there all day. Would we find enough to do for 9 hours? Yes, yes we could, and one day wasn't even enough!

There were so many incredible activities and performances in all of the different villages, but my favorites had to be Samoa and Hawaii. The presenter for Samoa was not hilarious, but so entertaining, and quite the hottie too! :P I knew Hawaii would be great, how could it not be, but I was blown away by their performances.

We also visited Tahiti and New Zealand, but didn't have time for Fiji or Tonga unfortunately. Next visit! The canoe ride, and the canoe pageant were quite fun, and even the IMAX movie which we chose to see as a break from the walking, ended up being very good! You definitely don't want to miss it!

The food at the luau was so tasty, and I had a LOT of poke. So much poke. Like, pretty much all of the poke was in my belly by the end of dinner. And although I loved the show while we ate, the highlight was definitely the evening Breath of Life show. It was so interesting to see hula and other dances put to a story.

The day was long, but so worth it!

The Polynesian Cultural Center is definitely a must-visit. Even if you don't understand English, you can still enjoy it. The buffet was delicious, and the evening show was amazing! It may be a classic, but the fire dance was breathtaking!

I had a amazing time with Toa Luau, food, drinks & show are great. It's a very family oriented luau and the location is beautiful. The good thing about being far from Waikiki, is that you can skip the crowds from the other shows and get a more personal experience.

I really enjoyed the pre-luau activities, they let us be part of dinner preparation and we learned how to make some traditional Polynesian dishes. They let us peel taro, green banana, they showed us how make flower leis & how to use palm leafs to make headbands, baskets and hats. We played Polynesian games and had the chance to play some musical instruments too. Kids and adults were having so much fun! I believe this is the only luau where you can experience a Kava Cerimony, one of the most iconic cultural traditions in Fiji.

I've been to other luaus before, but this one felt different. I didn't feel as a tourist. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family and that they are inviting you for a real party at their home, so it made the evening really special.
Another good thing is that it includes admission to Waimea Valley. We arrived earlier and were able to enjoy the botanical garden and of course, swim at the most famous waterfall on Oahu. There are changing rooms available at the park so you can get ready for the luau.

I recommend this luau for everyone who is looking for a real luau experience and wants to learn more about the beautiful Hawaiian & Polynesian culture. Absolutely loved it!

The fire dance performed at night has a story and is fascinating; it really moves your heart, so if you come to Hawaii, you definitely should see it!

夜に行われるファイヤーダンスはストーリーがあって面白く、心が震えるので、ハワイに来たら絶対に見たほうがいいです！

Since many pickups occur at the same location, we were a bit anxious as we don't speak English, but the person who came to pick us up spoke to us in Japanese, which made us feel relieved.

同じ場所で多くのピックアップがされるので、英語が話せない私達は少し不安がありましたが、迎えに来てくれた方が日本語で問いかけして下さり、安心しました。

It was my second time at the Polynesian Cultural Center show, and the content was different from last time. The story format made it very enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that alcohol was not available during the meal.

２度目のポリネシアン文化センターのショーでしたが
前回とは内容も変わり、ストーリー形式でとても楽しめました
ただ、食事の時アルコールが飲めなくなっていたのは残念でした

You can see traditional Hawaiian dances. The dinner buffet is also delicious. If I had more time, I would have liked to join a tour to visit and experience the Polynesian Cultural Center during the day, but I could only find time in the evening.

The meal was neither good nor bad.
The guide spoke quickly, which made it a bit difficult to understand.
The show was wonderful, even though I didn't understand the words.
I was worried about bringing my mischievous kids, aged 3 and 1, thinking they might walk around or make noise, but they were really captivated, which relieved my concerns.
They kept saying, "So cool! Amazing!"
I'm really glad I went; it was truly impressive!

食事は良くもなく悪くもなくといった感じ。
ガイドは早口で少し聞き取りにくかったです。
ショーは言葉はわからなかったけれどとても素晴らしかったです。
やんちゃな子供たち3歳と1歳を連れていき
たち歩くかも…騒いでしまうかも…と心配していましたが、ほんとに釘付けで安心しました。
かっこいい！すごい！を連発していました。
ほんとにかっこよくいって良かったなーとおもいました！！

All day excursion. Wonderful experience. Our guide, Stau, was enthusiastic, fun, and knowledgeable. The different villages, with all of the friendly people, entertainment, and learning opportunities were well done. The luau was good. The Ha, Breath of Life show was amazing. Will go again next time I visit Hawaii. Thanks so much for the experience.

It was a great seat, but I wanted to see more from the center! I definitely want to come again. The tour bus guides, two university students, were cheerful and articulate, which made the experience very pleasant.

Honestly guys, this is a must do when you go to Oahu. You get to learn about the Polynesian culture while having fun! The center was huge and there’s lots of activities to do throughout the day. There’s several shows that we’re OUTSTANDING!!! The food at the luau was amazing as well. The final show: HA, was sooo good, it’s a must see. Highly recommend!

I was guided in a polite, fun, and smiling manner. I walked quite a bit inside the center, but it was enjoyable and not burdensome at all. The shows were in English, but Atsushi provided simultaneous interpretation in Japanese, which helped me understand the content well. I was impressed to learn about the greeting with two fingers raised in aloha.

The canoe experience was enjoyable for both adults and children. The night show was enjoyable even from the back seats. I did feel a bit sleepy during the night show. It got chilly at night, so I was glad I brought a long-sleeve shirt.

The half-day tour of Oahu included places I had been to before, but coincidentally, I had the same guide as before. At Haleiwa, I was able to eat Matsumoto Shave Ice immediately without any wait. (With azuki... it was delicious!) Since it's a popular spot now, I wished we had a bit more time there.

丁寧に楽しく笑顔でガイドをしてもらいました。
センター内をかなり歩きましたが、楽しく苦になりませんでした。
ショーなどは英語ですが、あつし君が日本語で同時通訳してくれて、
内容が良く理解できました。
アロハの2本指を立てての挨拶の始まりなど、そうなんだーと納得でした。
あつし君　案内ありがとう！！

カヌーも体験でき大人から子供まで楽しめる内容でした。
ナイトショーは、後方席でしたが十分楽しめました。
ナイトショーは途中ちょっと眠くなりました。
夜は冷えましたので、長そで持参してよかったです。

オアフ島の半日観光は、一度行ったことのある場所ばかりでしたが、偶然、以前と同じガイドさんでした。ハレイワではマツモトシェーブアイスを待ち時間なくすぐに食べられました。（あずき入り・・・・おいしかった♪）
今、人気の場所なのでもう少し時間があればなあと思いました。

Similar shows can be seen in the city, but I feel that this show is the most impressive. It takes about an hour to get there by bus, but the guide's explanations were thorough, and I was very satisfied. The buffet was also delicious and plentiful, it was the best!

こちらのショーが最も圧巻されるように感じます。
現地まではバスで1時間ほどかかりますが
ガイドさんの説明も充実しており大変満足できました。
ビュッフェも美味しく充実していて最高でした！

I was recommended the all-day plan by the travel agency and decided to participate. To be honest, I was disappointed. It might be a matter of luck, but the bus guide was very loud and talked non-stop. About 80% of her content was pushing us to buy at the wholesale stores for gold and peridot that we stopped at under the guise of restroom breaks. By the way, the breaks at these stores were the longest until we arrived at our destination.

The items often had designs that would look tacky on someone in their early 40s in Japan (though I think they would suit those in their 50s and above).

I hope this helps those who plan to participate in the future. There was a lot of exaggeration in her stories, and as someone who works in the jewelry industry, I found it very unpleasant. She claimed that necklaces combining 18k gold, pink gold, and white gold do not exist in Japan, but they do. While I believe the gold accessories sold on the streets of Hawaii are plated and can tarnish, it is true that white gold, even if it's 18k, can tarnish due to platinum plating (the base metal color can show through), yet she made it sound like tarnishing was impossible, which is quite the opposite of what is acceptable in Japan.

Since my mood was already lowered before arriving at the Polynesian Cultural Center, I recommend participating only in the afternoon.

終日プランを旅行会社の人にも勧められ参加しました。
はっきり言ってガッカリです。
当たり外れの問題かもしれませんが、バスガイドのおばちゃんがうるさい。しゃべりまくりです。
その内容の8割は途中でトイレ休憩と称して寄る地金とペリドットなどの卸のお店での購入を煽る話です。
ちなみに、このお店でさせられる休憩が現地到着するまで最も長いです。
品は40代前半でも日本でつけたらダサいデザインが多いです（でも50代前後からは似合うと思うデザイン）

今後参加される方の参考になればと思いつらつら記載しますが
話の中身に誇張が多く、ジュエリーの仕事をしている私は大変不快でした。
18金のゴールド、ピンクゴールド、ホワイトゴールドを組み合わせたネックレスは日本にはないと言いますが、存在します。
ハワイの道の道又で売られている金のアクセサリーはメッキで、変色するという話は本当だと思いますが
ホワイトゴールドは18金でもプラチナメッキをしているので変色する可能性はある（地金の色が出てくる）のにいかにも変色はないような言い方をされるのは、逆に日本ではありえません。

ポリネシアンカルチャーセンターに着く前にテンション下がるものでしたので
午後だけの参加をオススメします。

This was a very fun and educational experience. I learned a lot about the Polynesian islands and their different cultures. I would recommend booking with a tour guide if you would like to see all the villages in one day. The night show finale was the best part. I was pretty exhausted by the end of the day from having so much fun and the long drive there and back. I also recommend setting aside an entire day if you're interested in going to PCC.

It was a good decision to book with transportation included since it's located away from Waikiki. The guide for the shuttle was a student part-timer, but he was quite an interesting person. I thought the show would mainly focus on dancing, but it had a storyline, and of course, there was dancing as well, making it a powerful and impressive performance. I was surprised to find snow crab in the meal before the show. It was obviously frozen and not very tasty. However, not just here, but all the waiters and waitresses in Hawaii were friendly and nice people.

ワイキキからは離れているところなので、送迎込みで予約しましたが、正解でした。送迎のガイドさんは学生アルバイトですが、なかなか面白い人でした。ショーは踊りが中心のものかと思っていたのですが、ストーリー仕立てで、当然踊りもありで、迫力のある見ごたえのあるものでした。開演前の食事にズワイガニがあったのにはびっくりしました。当然冷凍ものでおいしくありませんでした。ただ、ここに限らずハワイのウェイター、ウェイトレスは皆フレンドリーでいい人ばかりでした。

I signed up with the image of a dinner show in mind. However, as stated, we had a buffet at the adjacent restaurant and then watched the show. I went in thinking I would be eating while watching, but that was a misunderstanding, haha.

As for the food, it was delicious enough that I won't go into detail.

Regarding the show, everything was in English! I participated without any preparation on what the performances were or their themes. I tried to understand through a mix of broken English and body language, and somehow managed to watch it with a mistaken understanding.

It was a cultural show, and it took a long time for me to grasp its depth. I decided that next time I would prepare in advance, as I believe I could enjoy it even more deeply. Overall, it turned into a fun and memorable night!

ディナーショーとのイメージで申し込みました。ですが、標記の通りビュッフェを隣接レストランでいただいて、ショーを観覧する。食べながら見るイメージで向かいましたがそもそも間違いでしたｗ
食事は、十分すぎるほどおいしく頂けたので割愛します。
ショーですが、全て英語！そして、何の演目がどういうテーマで進行するのか、予習無しで参加してしまいました。ほとんど片言英語とボディーランゲージの組み合わせで理解しようと見入れば、なんとなく、間違えた認識なままそうなんだ～と見ることが出来ました。
カルチャーのショーなんですよね。深いな～と理解するまで、長い時間ショーは続きましたが、今度は予習をしてから行くと、もっともっと深く楽しめるであろうと再訪を心に決め、楽しく思い出の残る夜になれました！

If you take the shuttle bus, it costs an additional $30 per person.
The meals are served buffet style.
I was satisfied because I could eat a lot of vegetables, which are often lacking.
The meat dishes were all a bit bland, but I enjoyed them nonetheless.

Along the way, a staff member from Japan kindly spoke to us.
There was also a balloon art gift for small children during the meal.

The show itself was enjoyable even without understanding the language.
I was overwhelmed by the group dance performances.

Since it was my first time participating, I had various concerns, but I was very satisfied.

As a side note, I signed up for a plan with immediate reservation confirmation, but I felt a bit uneasy when the confirmation notice came four days later.

食事はブッフェスタイルです。
不足しがちな野菜をたくさん食べられたので満足です。
お肉料理はどれも大味でしたが、それなりに美味しくいただきました。

途中で日本のスタッフが優しく声を掛けてくれました。
小さい子どもにはバルーンアートのプレゼントも食事中にありました。

肝心のショーは、言葉が分からなくても十分に楽しめます。
大人数で踊るダンスには圧倒されました。

初めての参加だったので色々不安はありましたがとても満足です。

補足として、即予約確定のプランに申し込みしましたが予約確定の連絡が４日後に来たことが少し不安に感じました。

The show was amazing. Everyone in the venue was applauding enthusiastically. Some foreign guests gave a standing ovation. The food was mediocre, but the shrimp was delicious.

ショーは最高でした。会場全ての人が拍手喝采。一部の外国人はスタンディングオベーションでした。
食事はイマイチですが、シュリンプは美味しいですよ。

It felt like I was watching an old Hawaiian tale, and I understood it very well. I thought it was just Hawaiian dance, but it actually had a proper story, and I really enjoyed it! (^o^)／
