I signed up for the local meet-up and drop-off with a T-shirt included. Most of the staff didn't speak much Japanese, but we managed. Due to bad weather, I received a cancellation notice via phone and email the day before, but after some correspondence through email, we were able to reschedule and successfully go up. The staff were very kind and attentive.

On the day, the weather was great, and I got to see the most amazing views; it was an out-of-this-world experience and so much fun. Once the parachute opened, I was tossed around, so it's better to scream and enjoy rather than stay quiet to avoid getting nauseous.

There was a notice to wear long pants in advance, but it was fine to wear shorts at your own risk. Initially, I didn't sign up for photos and videos, but they will definitely take some just in case, and later, an edited sample will be sent to you via email. You can still purchase the photo and video data after seeing the sample. I bought it later.

One downside was that the included T-shirt was only available in foreign size XXL, which was too big to even use as sleepwear. Due to the weak yen and rising prices, it has become quite expensive compared to before, but I would love to fly again if I get the chance.

当日は天気も良くて最高の景色も見られましたし異次元の体験で楽しかったです。パラシュートが開いた後は振り回されますので黙らないでキャーキャー騒いじゃったほうが酔わないですよ。
事前に長ズボン着用の案内がありましたが自己責任で短パンでも大丈夫でした。
最初に写真＆動画を申し込まなくでも念のため必ず撮影してくれて、後程、編集されたサンプルがメールで送られてきます。それを見た後でも写真＆動画データを買うことも出来ます。私は後から買いました。
ちょっと残念だったのは、付いているＴシャツが外国サイズのＸＸＬしか残って無くで寝間着にもならないことでした。
円安＆物価高で以前よりは随分と高額になりましたが機会があればまた飛びたいです。

I was considering going with another skydiving company, but they didn't offer transportation, and when I asked their partner company, they said they couldn't operate due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, so I couldn't go on my own. That's why I quickly signed up here.

It was mentioned that there could be a wait time of several hours, but we gathered before 9 AM, arrived in 50 minutes from Waikiki, and once we got there, I checked in on a tablet myself. They gave me four quarters for the $1 locker fee, and after putting my belongings in, I quickly got ready and boarded the plane. It was so fast that I didn't even have time to mentally prepare, and before I knew it, we were flying! We were back in Waikiki by 12:30.

We didn't watch any explanatory videos, and there was only a brief explanation from the instructor in English with gestures, but everything went smoothly! It became a great memory, and I was able to make good use of my afternoon time, which was really nice. I also needed to tip the instructor and the driver for the transportation.

12:30にはワイキキに戻ってこられました。

説明のビデオなども見せられず、インストラクターさんの英語とジェスチャーでの説明が少しあっただけでしたが、何事もなく飛べました！
いい思い出になり、午後の時間も有効に使うことができ、とっても良かったです。
インストラクターさんと送迎のドライバーさんにもチップが必要でした。

I forgot how many times, but I was charged $30 on-site, but I was told it would be refunded since it was included with Veltra. It's better to be able to speak English.

The pickup time was accurate, and they kindly waited for a Chinese person who was a bit late. The pre-flight training was easy to understand, which made me feel reassured. Most of the attendees were flying in shorts and T-shirts. One Chinese woman came in a mini skirt and dove just like that, while a Black woman from LA was about to jump in a tank top but was made to wear a rash guard. The dive from 4,000 meters was so exhilarating that I ended up going to GoJump two days in a row! \(mmm)/

I woke up at 3 AM and finished a 10 km walk that started at 5 AM, arriving at the hotel just before 8 AM, feeling quite dehydrated. After cooling my lower body in the shower to prevent muscle soreness, I replenished fluids without eating anything and took a taxi I had booked for 8:30 to Pacific Skydiving Center (136 dollars plus a 15% tip). I arrived at 9:20, and it seemed like it would take about 40 minutes if there wasn't much traffic. I heard there were Uber rides available for around 80 dollars, but since it was busy with the Honolulu Marathon and I was worried about not being able to secure a ride back, I decided to take a taxi for the return trip as well. Little did I know how that decision would turn out later!

The check-in was at 10 AM, and skydiving was at 11 AM, so I had plenty of time. Perhaps due to dehydration from the 10 km walk, I wasn't hungry and didn't eat the food I brought or the cup noodles sold at check-in while waiting for the flight. I think this decision also affected the outcome later.

At the site, my English was poor, but I managed to communicate with the guide and another cameraman in broken English. They took great photos for me.

Now, regarding my condition in the air, the one-minute free fall made it difficult to breathe since my mouth was wide open, but I managed! Looking back, I realized I have a hard time with thrill rides like roller coasters and centrifugal force rides like teacups, generally anything that involves G-forces. I never expected that I would feel so dizzy from the parachute during this skydiving experience, so it might be tough for those who are sensitive to G-forces.

Overall, this experience was invaluable, and I am very satisfied. However, whether I will challenge it again next time... I think I will consider that while consulting with my body.

さて、本題の空中での体調ですが、1分間のフリーフォールは口を全開にしたため呼吸しにくいものの、なんとかクリア！その後パラシュートを開いた時は、ホッと安心したのですが、この後地獄となりました。下降する際、左右に旋回するのですが、慣れない私にはきりもみ状態で落ちていくような感覚で、直ぐに目が回ってしまいました。更に左・右旋回が急激に何回も繰り返されたため、ターンが切り替わるたびにかかる衝撃で胃袋が口から出そうになり、空中で吐き気を催しました。ここで吐いたら背中にピッタリついているガイドさんや、上空にいる他のお客さんに逆シャワーを浴びせかねませんので、死ぬ気で我慢しました。この事に集中したためか、ついに力尽き、パラシュートの後半からは、だらんと吊るされたワラ人形状態でした！無事に着陸しましたが、腰が抜けてカメラマンに寄りかかったくらいです。その後事務所のトイレで2回戻しましたが、何も食べていなかったのでほとんど出ませんでした。食べていたらと思うとゾッとしますが、食べていたら体調が良くなって、こんな状態にならなかったのかもしれません。
タクシーの運転手さんとは行く道すがら、帰りはUberにするから要らないよと話してました。すると運転者さんが130ドルのチップなしでどうだ？と交渉してきたので、ちょっと高いけどまぁいいか！と握手して交渉成立しておいたため、運転者さんは現地飛行場に残っていました。なので私が元気に飛び立ち、そしてヘロヘロになって着陸し、2回トイレに駆け込む姿をしっかりとウォッチしててくれました。
そのため、帰りには出発を少し遅らせ私をベンチに寝かせてくれたり、アレ用の紙袋を飛行場から持ってきてくれたり、走行では急発進や急ブレーキなどGのかからない運転をしてくれたりと、ホスピタリティ溢れるドライビングでホテルまで送ってくれました。降車の時も優しく声をかけてくれて、違う意味で感動した私は交渉ではゼロだったはずのチップを渡し、握手して別れました。
このように、スカイダイビングは疲れていたり、脱水症状があったり、食事をきちんと摂っていなかったり、睡眠不足だったりせずに、万全な体調で挑まれた方が宜しいかと思います。ちなみに私以外のダイビングされた方は、皆さん喜んでいらっしゃいましたよ！
それから、思い起こせば私は、ジェットコースターなどの絶叫系や、コーヒーカップなどの遠心力系、総じてGがかかる系のアトラクションが苦手でした。
今回のスカイダイビングで、まさかあんなにパラシュートでグルグル目がまわるとは思ってませんでしたので、G系が苦手な方は厳しいのかもしれません。
私今回の体験、総じて貴重な体験となりましたので大満足です。ただし、次回チャレンジするかは・・・、体と相談しながら考えたいと思います。

The skydiving experience itself was amazing. The instructor was kind and explained everything in Japanese, which made it very enjoyable. I was able to see a rainbow from above, and I had a lot of fun posing in the air.

However, there was one issue: I forgot to capture video footage while in the air. I really wanted to have that as a memory from my honeymoon, so it was quite disappointing.

There was another tour participant with the same name as mine, so it seems I was mistaken for that person. They had videos and photos, but I had neither.

I thought it was just bad luck, but I noticed in reviews that others also experienced camera-related issues, suggesting that this company has not addressed similar mistakes in the past. The contract I signed at the reception also noted that I had opted for video, so I believe it was a preventable error.

The instructor did apologize properly and mentioned that I could jump again the next day (it wasn't possible on the same day because the shop closed). I had other plans the following day, so I ultimately didn't jump again. The instructor was very nice, though.

運が悪かっただけかと思ったのですが、口コミに私以外の方もカメラ関係のトラブルがあったことが記載されていたので、この会社は以前から同様のミスがあっても対策されていない様です。
受付で記載した契約書にもビデオをオプションで選択したことを追記していただいていたので、防げるミスだったかと思います。

インストラクターさんからはきちんと謝罪もありましたし、翌日なら再度飛べること（当日中はお店が閉店するから無理でした。翌日は他の予定があったので結局再度飛ぶことはしませんでした。）、市内まで車で送ろうか、と提案もしてくださりました。インストラクターさんはとても良い方だったと思います。

Wow!!! Let's start by saying Wow!!! This is a bucket list must! An this is the best place to ride in a glider. You won't regret it. All the guys that work here are so friendly. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. And Mr. Bill is such a character. He was very funny great sense of humor great personality. Place is well-maintained as even restrooms. And if you have to wait you can walk across the street to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You've got to try this. The views from the plane ride are breathtaking. You can see mountains, beach and on a clear sunny day the island of Kauai. Once you get up in the air it's quiet and beautiful. It's a touch of Heaven.

I participated alone!
There were few Japanese tourists, but the staff explained things in simple Japanese, so I didn't have any major concerns!
There are small coin lockers ($1) available, so I put my valuables there!
I was very moved to be able to fly with such a wonderful view!

One downside is the access.
You can get to the skydiving location from Waikiki by Uber or rental car, but there are very few options for getting back to Waikiki or the North Shore from the skydiving site. So, I recommend renting a car.

For the skydiving photos, there were two options:
- Staff members taking selfies with Apple Watches
- Staff taking photos with a GoPro from the front
Each option costs nearly $200.

I didn't take photos this time, but I would like to take them next time!

To provide some reference for others, here are the reasons I chose Pacific Skydiving for my experience. The decision was made because they had specific days available that matched my travel dates. There was no shuttle service, so I had to rent a car to get there. It took about an hour using the highway, and while the area around Waikiki can be quite congested, it clears up after a while. (Be cautious of speed traps along the way; Google shows marked enforcement points.)

After about an hour, I could see the airport, and if I turned onto the road before it, I found Pacific Skydiving and another company's location.
1. At the check-in counter, I stated my reservation name and completed the registration.
2. I took the waiver I received at check-in to a room for a safety briefing.
3. I was given an English waiver to fill out, but it was quite lengthy and might be difficult unless you're fluent in English. When I said I didn't understand, they provided me with a Japanese sample; however, I was advised not to fill it out as it would be used later.
4. After watching a safety video, my registration was complete. I was then told to wait in the waiting area. (This part took a while; I waited about an hour. If it’s busy, it might take longer. The order is determined by the sequence of check-ins rather than the reservation time.)
5. While waiting, an announcement was made, and it was finally time to gear up. When called, I went to the counter to receive a sticker with my name on it. I placed the sticker on my body and waited for the instructor to come and attach the harness. Since I didn't choose the camera or video option, I waited until the instructor arrived. Those who opted for the camera had a photographer take various commemorative photos and videos before the jump.
6. Finally, it was showtime. When the plane arrived, the instructor called out, "Alright, let's go!" and we headed over together.
7. Now, it was time to board the Cessna. (I was getting nervous.) This time, there were six tandem jumpers plus the photographer. There were two rows of benches, and since it was a tandem dive, the instructor sat first, and we all got ready in front of them. We took off.
8. Once we reached altitude, there was no turning back. I felt the urge to jump and went with the instructor. This was the scariest part.
9. Once we jumped, it was over in an instant. I believe this experience is something you can't find anywhere else. It was amazing!! By the way, my son, who jumped with me, said it was the best, but he tends to get motion sickness, so he seemed to struggle a bit. I usually handle motion sickness well, but I couldn't shake off the floating sensation afterward. It’s advisable to be cautious when driving the rental car.

I’ve shared my experience, and I highly recommend it; it was fantastic! Just remember, everything is at your own risk. Oh, and the optional costs are around $100.

行くまでは高速を使って約1時間、ワイキキ周辺は結構混みますが途中から空いてきます。
(途中スピード違反取り締まりに注意、Googleで調べると取り締まりポイントのマークあり)
約1時間を過ぎると飛行場が見えてくるので手前の道路を曲がるとパシフィックスカイダイビング様と、別会社様の場所があります。
①チェックインカウンターで予約した氏名を告げ受付します。
②受付で貰った誓約書を持ち安全説明のある部屋へ行きます。
③誓約書(英語)を渡され記入するように渡されますが、誓約書自体量が多く英語が堪能でない限り難しいと思います。
私は分からないと言ったら、日本語のサンプルを渡されました、しかし、これは今後も使うので記入しないようにと念を押されました。
④安全ビデオを見て本受付完了です。
その後、待合室で待っててくれと伝えられます。
(ここが長いです、小一時間待ちます。混んでいれば更に掛かると思います。予約の時間より受け付けた順番で順番が決まります。)
⑤待合室で待っていると放送が入り、いよいよ装備装着します。
呼ばれたらカウンターで名前の書いたシールを貰いに行きます。
シールを身体に貼り待っていると、インストラクターが来てハーネスを取り付けてくれます。
今回、私はカメラ、ビデオのオプションはつけませんでしたので、インストラクターが来るまで待ちぼうけ。
オプションを選んだ方はカメラマンが飛ぶ前から記念に色々な演出の写真ビデオを撮ってくれます。
⑥いよいよ、本番。
飛行機が来る時間になるとインストラクターから、よし行くぞ‼︎みたいに声をかけられて一緒に向かいます。
⑦さぁ、セスナへ搭乗です。(ドキドキしてきました)
今回は6タンデム＋カメラマン。
長椅子が2列あり、タンデムダイブなのでインストラクターが先に座り、その前に座り各々準備完了。
飛び立ちします。
⑧高度に到着したら、もう飛ぶしかないです。
行くしかない感じてインストラクターと飛びます。
ここが1番怖かった。
⑨飛んだら、もう一瞬です。
この体感は他では味合えないと思います。
最高ですね‼️
因みに一緒に飛んだ息子は最高と言いながら乗り物酔いに弱いのでヤバかったみたいです。
私も、乗り物酔いには強いのですが後々フワフワ感が消えませんでした。
レンタカーの運転は気をつけた方が良いでしょう。
以上、体験談を書きましたが最高ですのでお勧めしますね、是非。
ただ、何もかも自己責任です。
あ、後オプション費用ですが100$前後です。

Booked through Daria from Felicity Travels for my brother's bachelor party and it was amazing! Very accommodating for my group of 8. Jump masters were friendly and very comforting since our lives were in their hands. Splurged and purchased the camera man package and it was worth it! Pictures and video are amazing and something I'll be showing off for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing and wonderful experience.
I was worried because it was cloudy on the day, but it cleared up for us at times.
The scenery was so beautiful that I wanted to look at it for a longer time.
I could really feel that the Earth is round.
However, I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service, and we were the only Japanese people there, with no Japanese spoken at all.

Next time, I will definitely go flying again! ♪

I had been curious about this for a while, and since I was going to do it anyway, I decided to go for it in Hawaii! On the way up in the Cessna, I felt a bit anxious, but the view spread out below was breathtaking! Since I couldn't see the ground, it wasn't as scary as I thought, haha. After flying, I experienced a refreshing feeling, but before I knew it, we were back on the ground, so I think it's good to really take in the scenery. Overall, I'm really glad I flew!

It was pricey but oh so worth it. My husband and I had an amazing time. Tip: wear comfy clothes and do some cool facial expressions, yell, or do some peace signs while you're being filmed! Your photos and videos will turn out amazing and unique that way

When I first brought up the idea of skydiving to my group they initially didn’t like it but I convinced all of them to do it. Our groups of 5 had such an amazing time with all the people included it was an amazing first dive,.
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GETTING CAMERAMAN FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS THEY ARE AMAZING.
10/10 felt safe the whole time and had fun in general

When I jumped from the bright blue sea, my legs were shaking, but it was an amazing experience. At the moment of the jump, I could see the outline of the Earth and truly felt that the Earth is round. When reaching the highest altitude, my ears started to hurt, so it's best to do ear equalization carefully.

I finally got to try skydiving in Hawaii, which was my number one thing to do! My partner, who can't even ride roller coasters, smiled and said this was something completely different—it was amazing!

We took a bus around 4:30 AM and spent about an hour on the ride while filling out consent forms. After arriving, we received a 10-minute briefing and waited about 20 to 30 minutes before being called by our assigned instructor.
*There was a food truck selling light snacks for breakfast, but since it was a one-person operation, there was quite a wait.

We received a briefing from the instructor about the dive and what to do upon landing before boarding the Cessna. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the dive point. After that, you’ll just have to experience it for yourself!

By around 11 AM, we were back on the bus and arrived at the hotel before noon. I tipped the instructor $20 and the driver $10.

ハワイで1番やりたかったスカイダイビングに初挑戦してきました。
相方はジェットコースターも乗れない人ですが、これは別物！と笑顔で応えたぐらい最高でした。

AM4:30頃のバスに乗り、同意書に記入しながら1hほど乗車。
