At first, I thought it might be scary, but I was encouraged by the instructor and was able to enjoy it without feeling scared. I would love to try flying again if I have the chance.

最初は怖いかなと思いましたが、インストラクターの人に励まされ、怖い思いをせずに楽しめました。また機会があれば飛んでみたいです。

Honestly, there wasn't enough time to enjoy North Shore with a tight schedule... However, I think we managed to visit some famous spots like enjoying delicious garlic shrimp and stopping by Dole Plantation. The horseback riding was great too, as the weather was nice, allowing us to enjoy the scenery while taking a leisurely stroll. The staff was friendly, and I was very satisfied being able to hold the reins and ride freely. ^^

ノースショアは正直、タイトなスケジュールで楽しむ程の時間もありません…ですが、美味しいガーリックシュリンプを食べたりドールプランテーションに寄ったりと有名どころは回れたのかなと思います。
乗馬は天気が良かったこともあり、景色を楽しみながらお散歩ができました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、自分で手綱を握って自由にできたので大満足でした^^

Let's create lifelong memories on our honeymoon! I decided to take on this challenge! I heard it would be cold, so I participated in long sleeves and long pants, but it might be fine to wear lighter clothing when jumping. (There are lockers available for changing and storing valuables, costing $1 for four quarters.) You can also take photos while wearing the harness, so please don’t store your things in the locker until the last minute. We ended up putting our stuff away too early and spent an extra dollar. There are also food and drink wagons available.

An elderly Japanese man picked us up from the hotel early in the morning and guided us. (He is 80 years old! Very youthful and energetic.) We signed documents in the car. It takes a bit of time since you have to initial every item. The content is about the disclaimer.

I heard in the car that due to bad weather the day before, they hadn’t been able to jump for several days, and today there seemed to be about 80 people. When we arrived, there were already about five buses parked. As a result, we had to wait for about two hours. While waiting, my anxiety increased, and I felt like I wanted to jump quickly, but the blue sky was so beautiful that it might have been better to wait until close to noon.

Both of us signed up for the photo and video combo plan ($220), so in addition to the tandem instructor, there was also a dedicated cameraman who jumped with us. When the Cessna took off, I was scared and regretted it a lot. My husband’s instructor was a cheerful person who joked, “I’m the death instructor, don’t worry!” which lightened the mood, but I think my face was tense, haha. My instructor was serious yet very kind, checking on me repeatedly with “Are you okay?” and flew normally. The view from the sky was beyond words to describe. I’m glad I purchased the video! I never get tired of watching it over and over! The thrill comes rushing back.

Lastly, regarding tips, it’s necessary to tip the instructor, the cameraman, and the driver who picked us up.

寒いと聞いていたので長袖長ズボンで参加しましたが、飛ぶときは薄着でもいいかもしれません。（ロッカーがあるので着替えや貴重品を入れておけます。25¢×4の計$1）ハーネスつけた状態で写真も撮れるのでギリギリまでロッカーには預けないでください。私たちは早く預けすぎてさらに1ドルつかっちゃいました。食べ物や飲み物のワゴンもあります。
朝早くにホテルまで迎えに来てくれてガイドしてくれたのは日本人のおじちゃんでした。（御年80歳とのこと！とても若くてお元気）
車の中で書類にサインを書きます。全ての項目にイニシャルを入れなければならず、少々時間がかかります。内容は免責事項についてのものです。
前日までは悪天候で数日間飛べなかった、とのことで今日は80人ほどいるようだ。と車内で聞かされました。
到着するとすでに5台ほどのバスが停車していました。
そのため待ち時間が2時間くらいでした。待ってる間に恐怖感が増して来たので早く飛びたい気もしましたが、青空がとても綺麗だったので結果的にはお昼近くで良かったかもしれません。
夫婦ともに写真とビデオのコンボプラン（220ドル）で申し込んだので、タンデムのインストラクターさんとは別にカメラマンの方も専属で一緒に飛んでくれます。
セスナが飛び立つ時は、怖くてとても後悔しました。旦那さんのインストラクターさんは陽気な人で、「ワタシハ、シヌセンセーイ シンパイナイデース」と冗談を言って和ませてくれましたが私の顔は引きつっていたかと思います笑 この方は フリーフォールの間も、くるくる旋回しまくりでサービス精神旺盛だったそうです。私のインストラクターさんは、真面目というか、とても優しくて、are you ok？となんども確認してくれてノーマルに飛んでくれました。空からの景色は絶景と言う言葉では言い表せないものでした。ビデオを購入してよかった！と思っています。
何度もなんども見直しても飽きません！スリルが蘇って来ます。
最後にチップですが、インストラクターさんと、カメラマンさん、そして最後に送迎のドライバーさんにそれぞれ必要です。

Our guides we're very sweet and helpful with guidance, I thought we would have more time to ride on the beach but it was very short towards the end. It's more of a quick trail ride on the forest area with a view of the beach, but obviously that's not the guides fault. Great for a first time experience!

Had such a great time with my family here. It was our first time and the lady's made us feel so comfortable. The scenery was beautiful. I would definitely come back again!

I participated with my daughter on New Year's Day. Both of us were more worried about the cold than fear, so we ended up wearing Heattech, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, and jeans. It was just right since the Cessna was cold before the jump. I was the first to jump, and I was just overwhelmed by the incredible views and the experience of falling from the sky. After the parachute opened, I had the strange sensation of watching my daughter and other participants fall from above, and I even got to do a little bit of piloting. I had thought about participating alone, but there are feelings that only those who have jumped can understand, so I was glad to share the experience with my daughter. At first, I thought the cost was high, but now I feel it was actually cheap considering the level of excitement. Plus, there was a campaign for a free Wi-Fi router for five days, which was also helpful. Next time I go to Hawaii, I definitely want to jump with my son when he turns 18!

元旦に娘と2人で参加しました。2人とも恐怖心より寒さの方が心配で結局、ヒートテックと長袖シャツとパーカーにデニムにして、飛ぶ前のセスナ内は寒かったのでちょうど良かったです。私は一番に飛んだのですが、とにかく見たことのない景色と空から落ちる体験など感動しかありませんでした。パラシュートが開いてからは、上から落ちてくる娘や他の体験者を見る不思議な感覚を体験しながら、少しだけ操縦もさせてもらいました。1人でも参加しようと思っていましたが、飛んだ人にしかわからない感覚などあるので、娘が一緒に飛んだ事で感動を共有出来て良かったです。最初は高いな(参加費用が)と思いましたが、あれ程の感動があるなら今ではむしろ安いとさえ思っています。しかも5日間Wi-Fiルータが無料のキャンペーンだったのでこれもまた助かりました。次回Hawaiiに行った時は、18歳になった息子も一緒に必ず飛びたいと思います！

My 19-year-old daughter participated alone every time. She said it was the best dive, and she was able to communicate happily with the instructor. The voucher's meeting time was two hours later, and I happened to notice it while inquiring about another matter, which was fortunate. If I hadn't, considering she doesn't have a mobile phone, I would have been worried about her waiting around. Other than that, the service was polite, so I give it four stars. ⭐️

娘19歳が 毎回一人で参加。
インストラクターの方とも楽しくコミュニケーションも取れ、最高のダイブだったそうです。
バウチャーの集合時間が2時間も後になっており、たまたま別の用事で問い合わせて 気がついたので良かったですが、それがなかったら、携帯電話もないので待ちぼうけするとことを考えると 恐怖さえ感じます。
それ以外は対応も丁寧だったので、星4つ⭐️

I applied for the 2100m jump at the age limit (64 years old), but based on the driver's advice on the day, I changed it to 4000m at the last minute. The result was absolutely correct! The time until the parachute opened was much longer, and I had a precious experience for the first time in my life. The staff's response was good, and they eased my tension, so there was no time to hesitate at the moment of jumping; I was quickly swept up into the sky. For those making reservations from Japan, I recommend checking the weather in Honolulu before departure, as it can affect your plans.

年齢制限ギリギリ(64歳）の申し込みでした。２１００mを申し込みましたが、当日のドライバーさんのアドバイスで直前に４０００mに変更しました。結果は大正解！パラシュートが開くまでの時間が何倍も長く、人生初めての貴重な体験が出来ました。スタッフの対応も良く、緊張をほぐしてくれたので、飛び出す瞬間も躊躇する暇もなくアッという間に、大空に吸い込まれていました。日本から予約をなさる方は、天候に左右されるので、出発まえにホノルルの天気を確認の上、予約をいれることをお勧めします。

It was my second time skydiving! I was nervous, but it felt amazing, and the view was incredible. I'm glad I went! I jumped just after sunrise and was back at the hotel before 10 AM, so I was able to make good use of my time.

2度目のスカイダイビングでした！
緊張しましたがとっても気持ちよくて、景色も最高で、飛んでよかったです！
時間は日の出直後に飛んで、10時前にはホテルに帰れたので時間が有意義に使えました。

Found the instructor really took the time to make sure that we all know what we are doing. A bit frightening but a good time. Might be better if they didn't try to spin your round so much.

My wife and I participated together. Following the recommendation of a friend who had gone to Hawaii earlier, we both decided to challenge ourselves, even though we’re not particularly fond of heights. In the end, we both enjoyed it! However, there was a difference in the instructors; my wife felt a bit uneasy with hers, as they were somewhat mechanical in their approach. My instructor was a friendly, handsome guy who eased my worries. If asked whether I would do it again, I would hesitate (laughs), but I think it’s worth a try at least once in your life, even for those who are not good with heights. We had a great time without regrets.

妻と2人で参加しました。
先にハワイに行っていた友人の勧めもあり、2人とも高いところはそんなに得意では無いのですが、人生で一度はということでチャレンジしました。
結果は2人とも楽しめました！ただし、インストラクターには差があり、妻は機械的な対応で命を預けるにはやや不安を覚えたとのこと。。私のインストラクターはフランクでイケメンのナイスガイで不安を和らげてくれました。
もう一度やるかと言われたら迷いますが（笑）高いところが苦手な人でも人生一度はチャレンジしてみては。私達は後悔なく楽しめました。

I let my daughters go on this tour by themselves. Since I had used the service before, I wasn't worried at all. The transportation went smoothly, although they seemed a bit nervous. Their first skydiving experience was a dive from 4,200 meters in clear weather. As soon as they landed, I received a message, and it seemed they were just as hooked as I was. Thank you very much.

娘達だけで、このツアーに行かせました。私も利用した事があったので心配する事もなかったです。送迎も順調に彼女らは少し緊張していたようでした。初スカイダイビングは、晴天の中上空４２００ｍからダイブ。着陸したら早々に連絡があり、私と同じではまったようでした。ありがとうございました。

The bright blue sky, the emerald green sea, the cool air, and the cheerful instructor created a lot of contrasts for diving! I requested a photographer, and they captured the best videos and photos. The time spent skydiving was just a fleeting moment, but I believe it was a very valuable experience in my life. The fear is only before you jump! Once you jump, it's just about having fun! It was the best moment!

I had a mix of no riding experience and a little bit, so I chose the 1 hour and 30 minutes course to fully enjoy horseback riding. The weather was nice, and the beautiful grasslands and mountains were a sight to behold. Along the way, I could also see the ocean, and while enjoying the magnificent scenery of Hawaii, I felt like a cowboy holding the reins.

Emily, who led us the whole time, shared interesting stories about the ranch and occasionally mentioned the cows and calves we saw. My daughter acted as an interpreter, which helped me understand everything. The horses were impressive, and the saddles were comfortable. Each horse had its own personality (there were six of us participating), and we had a lot of fun.

As someone with a bit of riding experience, I definitely want to participate in a course here where I can gallop again!

乗馬経験無しと少し有りと色々でしたので
たっぷり乗馬を満喫出来る1時間30分のコースにしました。
お天気も良く、見渡す草原と山並みが綺麗で、途中、海も見渡すことが出来、
アメリカハワイの雄大な景色を見渡しながら、カウボーイ気分で手綱を握って乗馬を満喫出来ました。

ずっと、先導してくれた
Emilyが、この牧場に関する事や、時々見かける、牛や子牛のエピソードなどを話してくれたのも、興味深かったです。

馬も立派で,鞍も座り心地良かったし、

It seems that a 4-year-old child and their dad had a great time riding impressive horses. While waiting for the adult riding session to finish, they spent time playing with the equipment and animals on the premises.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The ranch was beautiful and so was the scenery on the ride. Our guide was wonderful and very fun/easy to talk to. This was my first time riding and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this!

My first skydiving experience. I was incredibly anxious and nervous, but the instructors were really friendly and kind, and they were fluent in Japanese! The free fall lasted about one minute, but it felt like the longest minute of my life.

人生初のスカイダイビング。不安と緊張が半端なかったですが、インストラクターの方々はほんとに気さくでやさしく、日本語も堪能でした！フリーフォールは約1分間でしたが、行きて来た中で一番長い1分間でした。

The advance information and guidance provided by the Japanese guide were friendly and reassuring, making it easy for us. As others have mentioned, the waiting time is long, but considering the repeated ascent and descent, it's understandable.

While light clothing is preferable during diving, it was cold while waiting early in the morning, so bringing warm clothes is essential. Lockers and currency exchange are available, which is reassuring.

Regarding photography, it may depend on the instructor you pair with, but both of ours were very enthusiastic and took lots of photos for us. You can also confirm in advance whether photo and video purchases are available.

As a piece of advice, since the jiggling of your cheeks during the fall can be quite painful, I recommend dieting beforehand!

事前の案内や、着いてからの案内も日本人のガイドの方が気さくに声をかけてくださり心配なくいられました。
他の方も書かれているように待ち時間は長いですが、そりゃ昇って降りてを繰り返してるのだから仕方がないかと、、。
ダイビング中は軽装が望ましいですが、朝早く待ってる間は寒かったので暖かいお洋服持参が必須。ロッカーも、両替もできますし安心です。
撮影に関してはペアになるインストラクターの方にもよるとは思いますが、私たちは二人ともとてもノリノリでたくさん撮影して下さいました★
写真動画購買の有無も事前に確認してから行えます。
アドバイスとしては、なんせ落下時にほっぺたのお肉がぶるぶる、いやバチバチ痛いのでダイエットしてからがオススメです笑

The bus guide was very kind and pleasant. In Haleiwa Town, there were many cute shops, and I was excited to go shopping. It was my first time riding a horse, and I found handling the horse interesting, while the seaside walk was refreshing. Unfortunately, the sea turtles didn't show up, but this tour was really fun!

バスのガイドさんがとても親切で感じの良い方でした。ハレイワタウンでは とっても可愛いお店が並んでてワクワクしながらお買い物ができました。
乗馬も 初めてでしたが 馬さんの扱いが面白かったし 海辺の散歩は気持ち良かったです。ウミガメは残念ながら現れてくれませんでしたが、このツアーとても楽しかったです！

The day we had planned was canceled due to weather conditions, so we rescheduled for another day. We were able to go on the new date, and it was a success! It was amazing!! I wasn't scared at all and just enjoyed the flight! I decided to have a photographer take pictures, and she was a really cute woman who took a lot of great photos. The video and photos cost $230, but since it's something I rarely do, I went ahead and purchased them. If you're hesitating, I recommend buying it! Also, I suggest wearing long pants instead of shorts. (laughs) We were picked up at 5 and were back at the hotel before 11, so it was a smooth day.

I participated with excitement, but the enjoyment varies depending on the instructor you fly with. My instructor was playing on his phone until we landed, and unlike other instructors, he showed no consideration, which was uncomfortable. However, the sky never disappoints!! The world from the moment you jump until the parachute opens is breathtaking and an indescribable experience. The fun really changes with the instructor!!

わくわくで参加しましたが、一緒に飛ぶインストラクターにより、楽しさが異なります。私のインストラクターは、飛ぶ着後まで携帯で遊んでおり、他のインストラクターと違い、気遣いがまったくなく、不快でした。ただ空は裏切りません！！飛んだ瞬間からパラシュートが開くまでの世界は絶景でなんともいえない体験でした。インストラクターで楽しさが変わります！！

I love horses. Zero hands on experience with these beautiful animals but they make me feel so comfortable that they make me look like I've been riding for years! ;) Would go back in a heartbeat!!!

It was my first time riding a horse, along with my 9-year-old daughter and my husband, aside from pony rides. However, the hour and a half flew by. The spacious ranch had remnants of an old rodeo arena, irrigation from sugarcane fields, and what seemed to be a weapons storage or air raid shelter used during World War II. They explained everything slowly and kindly, even to Japanese people who don't speak much English.

As we climbed the hill, we could see the ocean, and there were very old horses (34 and 36 years old, while the average lifespan is 25 to 30 years) leisurely spending time with younger horses. Wild pigs, cows, donkeys, goats, sheep, dogs, and chickens all looked happy.

The horses were smart, gentle, and safe. It was truly a valuable experience. I would love to go again.

9歳の娘と夫婦とも、引き馬以外では初乗馬。でも、1時間半があっと言う間でした。広い牧場には昔のロデオアリーナ、さとうきび畑の灌漑の名残、第二次大戦に使われた武器庫？防空壕？などがあり、英語はあまり出来ない日本人にもゆっくり丁寧に説明してくれました。
丘を登ると海が見渡せ、超高齢馬(34と36歳、普通寿命は25〜30年)が若い馬とのんびり過ごしていたり、野生の豚、牛、ロバ、ヤギ、羊、犬、ニワトリなどがみんな幸せそうに見えました。
馬達も賢く優しくて安全です。本当に貴重な体験でした。またぜひ行きたいです。

It seems that the tip is a flat $20. I was wondering if I would have to wait on the day, but I was able to board smoothly. The time it takes to ascend to 4,000 meters in the Cessna was enjoyable as well. Once you jump out, it really is over in the blink of an eye. I think it's worth doing at least once in a lifetime.

My first horseback riding experience was a bit scary at first, but it was amazing with the beautiful scenery along the coast. The horse wandered into the bushes to graze, and I almost got separated from everyone, plus it suddenly started running, showing its wild side, but in the end, I think I managed to ride it well, haha.

初めての乗馬、最初は怖かったが、海岸沿いで景色が良く最高でした。馬が勝手に茂みに入り草を食むので皆からはぐれそうになったり、急に走り出したりで、じゃじゃ馬ぶりを発揮されたが、最後は乗りこなせたかなｗ

I used it for the first time and had a great time. The horses are really smart, and if you give them a firm command, you can ride them without any issues.

First, let's talk about safety. Some people might feel anxious about this, so I'll share my experience. I did this once in Japan and then for the second time in Hawaii.

When I flew in Japan, the briefing (what to do and what not to do) was very thorough. They also provided a jumpsuit considering it might be cold and dirty up in the air. We received the briefing as a group and got various safety reminders from the staff, which made me realize, "Wow, this is really dangerous, I need to pay attention."

In Hawaii, however, we only watched a Japanese-language briefing video and greeted the tandem instructor. Some instructors told us to take a specific position for landing, while others didn’t say much at all. I felt like unless I asked questions, I wouldn’t get much information. My instructor was quite laid-back; when I asked if there was anything we shouldn’t do, he just said, "As long as you don’t thrash around, it’s fine!" (laughs).

The diving experience itself is absolutely amazing! The ocean is beautiful, and because of the altitude, the floating time is longer. Ten minutes might sound short, but you can actually enjoy it quite a bit. If you make a request, they might take you around more or let you operate the parachute for a very brief moment (like pulling the right cord to make a slight turn).

I noticed that some people wearing slip-on shoes lost them, so it's best to wear lace-up shoes or something that stays securely on your feet. Losing shoes is one thing, but since there were houses below, it could be a nuisance.

I tend to get motion sickness, so I took motion sickness medication before getting on the Cessna (it can be bumpy) and thought about the possibility of spinning during the dive! I recommend this unless you are someone who is very resistant to motion sickness.

Also, I think they provided free water on-site, but it's definitely a good idea to bring your own drinks. You can buy coffee and potato chips, but no one seemed to be drinking anything. You can store your belongings in lockers, so it’s advisable to bring a quarter (25-cent coin) as well.

Lastly, about tipping. It’s customary to give the coordinator who provides transportation $20 (in cash) and a minimum of $20 to the tandem partner, with no upper limit (there's a box for tips). It’s good to bring $10 and $20 bills according to your budget. Since they provide transportation from the hotel, you won’t need a credit card for just this activity. However, it can vary depending on the person, and there might be long wait times.

You will need a voucher, drinks, a jacket (for the altitude), long pants (maxi dresses are not allowed), shoes that can be securely fastened, motion sickness medication, and cash.

まず安全面について。これはもしかしたら不安を覚える人がいるかもしれませんので、自身の体験を踏まえて書きます。
私は日本で1回、本レビュー対象となる2回目をハワイで体験しました。
日本で飛んだときは、レクチャー（してほしいこと、してはいけないこと）がとても丁寧でした。また、上空が寒い＋汚れるかもということを踏まえて、つなぎを借りることができました。
予約したグループ単位で、レクチャーを受け、担当の人からも色々と諸注意を受けたりと、「あぁ本当に危ないんだなちゃんとしないと」としっかり認識できました。
ハワイの場合、日本語で流れるレクチャービデオを見るだけ＋タンデム担当の方に挨拶したら、着地するときにこの姿勢を取ってね！という人（といわない人もいました）それぞれいて、「あと10分くらい待ってて！」と言われるのみで、質問しないと教えてくれないな･･･？という状態でした。私の担当さんは、しちゃいけないことはないの？と聞くと、暴れないでくれればそれでOK！というくらいののんきな人でした（苦笑）

ダイビング自体はとっても素晴らしいです！海も綺麗ですし、やはり高度があるだけあって浮遊時間も長いです。10分、と聞くと短く思いますが、意外とじっくり楽しめます。
リクエストしておくといっぱい回ってくれたり、操作させてくれたり（それはほんとに短い間です。右紐をひっぱって少し旋回する、など）します。

スリッポンをはいてきた方が靴取れていたりしたので、足元は、必ず紐靴ないしはしっかりと固定されるもので行った方がいいです。靴がなくなるのはいいとして、下に民家があったので、迷惑だと思います。

私はすごく乗り物酔いするので、セスナ（ゆれます）に乗る＋ダイビング中にアトラクションとして回転するかも！と思って酔い止めを飲みました。酔いに強い！という人でない限り、オススメします。

それと、その場で無料でお水などをもらえた気がしますが、必ず飲み物を自分で持っていったほうがいいです。コーヒーやポテトチップスなどは買えますが、特に誰も飲んでいませんでした。。
ロッカーに荷物を入れておけるので、確かクォーター（25セントコイン）も持っていったほうがいいです。

最後に、チップについてです。送迎をしてくれるコーディネーターの方に$20（手渡し）、タンデム飛行をしてくれたパートナーにミニマムで$20～上限は特になし（これはチップを入れる箱があります）が必須です。10ドルと20ドル紙幣を適宜予算に応じて持っていったらいいです。ホテルから送迎してくれるので、このアクティビティだけ、という場合クレジットカードは不要です。
本当に人によるのですが、待ち時間が長い場合もあります。

バウチャー、飲み物、上着（上空用）、できれば長ズボン（マキシワンピなどはNG）、しっかり足に固定できる靴、酔い止め、現金は必須です。
