I'm glad I did it. My husband, who went with me, says he wants to do it again. You can purchase photos and videos as an option, and I highly recommend buying them. You'll get a good laugh at your own ridiculous expressions (laughs). The view of Hanauma Bay from the sky is incredibly beautiful! (Although I was so scared that I hardly had the presence of mind to look around. Even though I was too terrified to take in the scenery, it's such a wonderful view that the beauty still caught my eye.)

We participated as a couple during the Golden Week in May. It was incredibly fun. I want to do it again. The driver couldn't speak Japanese, but there was someone among the staff during the zip line activity who could speak Japanese. Maybe there happened to be someone in our group who could speak it. They taught us patiently. It's fine even if you only speak English. All the staff were kind.

Definitely bring a camera or smartphone! But make sure to attach a strap so you don't drop it. Or wear pants with zippers? Just make sure you don't drop anything. If you're doing the morning session, you'll finish after 1 PM, so you'll return to Waikiki around 2 PM. We thought we might get hungry, so we had a little donut on the bus. Others didn't seem to eat anything, though (laughs) just for reference.

Before we started, one friend who wasn't good at sports and was a bit afraid of heights ended up having a great time, even sliding upside down with hands off the harness at the end.

We were caught in heavy rain right after we started our ride at Hawaii Polo Club, so we couldn't begin horseback riding for a while. After that, the rain lightened up, and we enjoyed riding in the refreshing atmosphere after the rain. However, my daughter's horse suddenly crouched down, perhaps trying to dry off its wet body, which surprised us. Fortunately, the guide responded quickly, and since my daughter was accustomed to riding, she wasn't scared and we were able to start again. It's such a rare experience, so even though it's expensive, I decided to buy them! My husband (59 years old) really wanted to try it since it was on his countdown list. So, he, our son, our daughter, my brother, and his son all experienced it together. When I asked everyone if they would want to do it again, my husband and daughter said they would, but our son, brother, and nephew said they had a great experience but were good with just that! It must have been quite scary for them. They mentioned that the quality of the instructor who jumps with you can really make a difference, but we couldn't choose our instructor here, so there might be some luck involved! We took off without any waiting time with the five of us. It was in the afternoon. Thank you for your assistance.

There are many activities in Hawaii, and it can be overwhelming to choose. While marine sports and forest activities can be done elsewhere, I decided to go skydiving because the experience is limited to certain locations. Since I chose the morning session, the meeting time was quite early, making it tough to wake up, but there wasn't much waiting time, allowing me to make good use of the time afterward.

The ascent in the Cessna took longer than I expected, and just when my nerves started to ease, we arrived at the dive point. Since I was the last to board, I thought I might not be the first to jump, but I ended up being the first one out. Just like I had seen on TV, there was no time to say "wait, wait"; the instructor jumped without warning, leaving me no time to feel scared or to hesitate, and I was suddenly falling. It might be scarier the later you jump.

During the free fall, I was just desperately screaming (as instructed), and the moment the parachute opened, we shot up a bit, finally giving me the chance to enjoy the view. The weather was great, so I was able to gaze at the beautiful sea, sky, and land. The Hawaiian wind was both cool and warm, and it felt amazing.

There are many reasons to hesitate, like fear or danger, but I believe it's worth experiencing at least once!

フリーフォールの間はただただ必死で叫んで（叫べと言っていた）、パラシュートが開いた瞬間ぐんっと上昇して、そこからようやく景色を楽しむ余裕ができ、お天気もよかったのでとても綺麗な海と空と大地を眺めることができました。ハワイの風はつめたくてあたたかくてとてもきもちよかった。

怖いとか、危ないとか、色々躊躇する理由はあるけれど、一度は体験する価値アリだとおもいます！

スタッフの日本語をしゃべるアジア人の方の対応が、最初はつっけんどんでムッとしましたが、よく話すといい方で終わってみれば一番印象に残ったのがこの方でした。

Before you ride, they tell you the horse's name, which helps you feel attached, and calling its name or petting it gives a sense of communication.

普通にしてれば危なくもないしおとなしいと思います。
山の中を乗馬するのでちゃんと長いズボンを履いた方がいいと思います。
若い子がショートパンツを履いていましたが何か所も蚊に刺されて大きく腫れていました。ズボンチームは無傷でした。
ノースショアはお昼ごはん(ガーリックシュリンプ)と45分程度の自由時間でした。
ガーリックシュリンプはドライバーさんに食べたい旨を伝えると予約しておいてくれささっと買えました。ランチボックスをもらい外で食べて散策といった感じで終了。
ドールでアイスを食べガーリックシュリンプを食べるとシェイブアイスは食べれない。。
シェイブアイスは並ぶので食べたい方はガーリックシュリンプはそこそこの早食いか一人並んでる間に食べるとかして時間を有効活用してくださいww
帰りはドライバーさんのお話が子守唄に聞こえ爆睡。1時間程度でワイキキに帰ってこられました。
乗馬は賢い馬なので景色を見ながらゆっくり乗馬できて本当に良い経験ができました。

This was our first time Ziplining but will not be our last! We wanted to have a great family vacation that we would talk about and laugh at for years to come and this was the perfect way to start our trip in Hawaii! The guides were funny, friendly and always kept safety first...I really appreciated that. My kids are daredevils so flying over trees, being held by a metal "rope" was no biggie for them. I am a much more conservative person so I needed a bit of encouragement - which I got and I am so glad that I threw up my chaka and had fun.
This is a MUST do if you are ever in the area. The views of the ocean are beyond amazing, flying over trees and smelling the sweet air is wonderful and just being in paradise does the soul good!
We did not even realize how much "work" we did climbing, ziplining and walking over the two hours. And it was two hours but we were having so much fun we did not realize... I guess that time does fly when you are having fun!
This is a must do and redo!

I experienced this in late April 2017. I love heights and am a big fan of zipline activities. I saw it on TV and immediately researched and made a reservation. During my stay in Honolulu, I didn't rent a car, so I opted for a plan that included transportation.

On the day of the activity, the pickup arrived about 10 minutes past the scheduled time. They came in a wrapped car that had "North Shore Kahana Farm" written on it, which made it easy to identify. There were two groups of Japanese people: my husband and I, and two young women, while the other eight participants plus the driver were all foreigners. On the way, the driver took us to a spot with a stunning view of the ocean. He even drove us into his home, where he mentioned he had a small role in the movie Jurassic Park (I might have misunderstood due to my limited English), and we got to enjoy his bragged-about scenic view.

I felt a bit guilty towards the kind driver because I was sleepy from the early morning, and I dozed off along the way, only to wake up when we arrived. We registered each participant on an iPad, stored our belongings, put on helmets and other gear, and then it was time to go.

I've experienced ziplining in Chichibu, Japan, but the height, distance, and scenery here are superior! There are courses where you zipline over quite a long distance, and the views were beautiful and very enjoyable. In Chichibu, there were no staff, and you had to manage the equipment yourself, but here, three staff members from the farm (one of whom spoke Japanese) accompanied us, helping with the equipment and the retrieval after the zipline, which made it very convenient.

They taught us various techniques, like letting go of the hands, flipping over, and curling up to gain speed, allowing us to enjoy diverse zipping experiences. I regretted forgetting my phone case that hangs around the neck, but I think it's better not to have a smartphone if you're going to flip over.

As a tip, for the second zipline and onwards, grab the red cord just before reaching the goal. It seems to help the staff with the retrieval. Also, if you don't reach a certain speed, you might stop before reaching the goal. In such cases, the staff will assist you manually (with their legs?), so there's no need to worry. After finishing, we had some waiting time in the car, and I was glad I brought Spam musubi from ABC Mart. Lastly, the staff takes photos during the zipping, which you can purchase. They cost $15 for one, $30 for two to three, and $45 for four or more (or all of them).

　当日、指定時間の１０分過ぎ頃にお迎えが来ました。ノースショアケアナファームとかなんとか書いてあるラッピングカーで来てくれるので分かりやすいです。私たち夫婦と若い女性２名の２組が日本人で、それ以外の８名＋運転手さんは全員外国人の方でした。行きの車ではすごくきれいに海が見える場所にもつれていってくださいました。映画ジュラシックパークにちょっとのったという運転手さんの自宅（私のつたない英語力なので間違っているかも）にも車でひゅっと入ってくれて、ご自慢の絶景を私たちも拝ませてもらいました。
　そんな親切な運転手さんには申し訳なかったのですが、朝早くて眠かったので途中からうとうとしていたらいつのまにか到着。iPadで参加者ごとに登録手続きを行い、荷物を預け、ヘルメットなど装備をつけてもらっていざ出陣。
　日本では秩父のジップラインを経験したことがありますが、高さも距離も景色もこちらが格上です！かなり長い距離をジップラインで滑走するコースもありますが、景色もきれいでとても楽しかったです。秩父は係員はおらず自分で器具をかけて回るのですが、こちらはファームの方３人（うち１人は日本語が話せる方でした）が必ずついてくださって、器具をかけるのも滑走の回収もしてくださるので、とっても楽ちんでした。
　手を離したり、ひっくり返ったり、ちぢこまってスピードが出るようにしたりといろいろ教えてもらって多様な滑走を楽しみました。当日、首からぶら下げるタイプの携帯ケースを忘れて後悔したのですが、ひっくり返ったりするならばスマホはない方が良いと思いました。
　補足ですが、２本目以降のジップラインはゴール直前時、赤いひもをつかみましょう。係員さんが回収してくれるのに役立っているみたいです。あと、スピードがある程度でていないと、ゴールまでたどり着く前に止まることがあるみたいです。そんなときも、係員さんが人力（足力？）で助けてくれるので心配ご無用です。あと、終了後、車の中で出発前の待ち時間があったのですがＡＢＣマートのスパムむすびを持って行って正解でした。さいごに、係員さんが滑走時等の写真を撮ってくださるのですが、購入可能です。１枚１５ドル、２〜３枚３０ドル、４枚以上（全部も）４５ドルでした。

The instructions were in English, but they used gestures to teach us, so even with zero English skills, we managed just fine. We rode in a line through the grasslands and between the trees, not just on flat ground but also on rocky mountain paths, stopping along the way to enjoy the scenery for about an hour. It was a valuable experience that is hard to come by in Japan.

Although it's quite a distance from Waikiki, it took two hours by bus from Ala Moana Center, and it was worth the effort to get there.

I participated in skydiving at my husband's request! I tend to get motion sickness and I'm not good with roller coasters, so I wasn't very enthusiastic about it, but I thought it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience and decided to join.

I received cookies from our driver, Masa, and it was fun to take photos with specific poses!

During the flight, the instructors were very playful, which helped ease my nerves and created a friendly atmosphere! However, the moment we jumped out of the plane (or fell?), there was no countdown, and we just dropped suddenly!!! I wasn't mentally prepared for that!!! (laughs)

As for my impressions… my husband, who loves thrill rides, seemed to have the best time! He also paid extra for photos, and they provided the data on a USB.

As for me… I think I got really sick because I took the motion sickness medication at the last minute. However, the view was beautiful, so it became a great memory!

If we had more time, I would have liked to ride the train, but we had to give up after just 30 minutes. My husband wanted to participate, so I reluctantly signed up. We were picked up at 5:15 AM and immediately handed the paperwork, which involved just checking boxes and occasionally signing. There was an explanation at the airport, but there were no staff who spoke Japanese, so I had to figure things out as I went along. After getting suited up, we practiced the arch position briefly before boarding the plane and taking off. I was nervous, but before I knew it, I was pushed from behind into the sky. It felt amazing!! It was not scary at all! I truly felt like a bird. I'm so glad I did it. I'm very satisfied.

It was my first time skydiving, but the instructor was very entertaining, and I was able to dive without feeling nervous. Although I can't speak Japanese, they helped ease my tension.

The first dive went by in a flash, and I was able to see the breathtaking views of Hawaii, which was truly moving. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you.

Last time, I went to Kualoa Ranch, so this time I came here.
The scenery was amazing, and I had a very peaceful time.

It was our first experience for both of us. The drivers and instructors were very kind to us, who could hardly speak any English. It seems the weather wasn't very good, and we couldn't ascend to 14,000 feet, so they gave us a discount! (We didn't even notice how high we went!) The views were something you can only see while skydiving, and it became the best memory! If I get to go to Hawaii again, this is definitely an event I want to include in my plans!
