This place at gunstock ranch was amazing the workers there were supportive right off the back. The greeting felt like home, no worries even though we were late due to the place due to traffic the team was very understanding. The 10,000 acre ranch was nice riding cowgirl and McAllen and being followed bullet the donkey was very romanctic. The horses were very easy to ride our tour guide did a good job telling us a little about the ranch what they have to offer and how we can learn a little about HAWAII history there. Me and my wife will most diffently want to come back and do the night dinner I'd enjoy this again prob try the advance racing of horses.

I had asked to take photos, but I was so nervous that I couldn't focus on how I looked, which I regret (laughs). I want to challenge myself again. I signed up for a horseback riding experience in Hawaii for my honeymoon, something I had been interested in for a long time. I was really looking forward to it, but when it came time to ride, I felt a bit nervous. After all, once you get on the horse, you have to control it mostly by yourself.

However, that thought quickly faded. The well-trained horses (I rode one named Scarlet) followed the lead horse closely unless something unusual happened.

I enjoyed the various scenery, including grazing cattle, the ocean spread out below, and caves, while spending time with the free-spirited horses that occasionally grazed or shook their bodies. The hour flew by.

Although it was a short time, the horses moved differently depending on their personalities, creating a soothing experience that was different from just looking at the ocean.

A couple of points to note are access and clothing. First, regarding access: it's located away from Waikiki, so I think many people go by rental car. We headed there via the North Shore, but we encountered traffic near the beach along the way, which took longer than expected. I recommend allowing extra time for arrival.

As for clothing, there was a sudden rain during the experience. My husband and I were wearing long sleeves, so it didn't affect us much, but those in short sleeves looked a bit cold. This might be common for outdoor activities, but I think it's good to be prepared for changes in weather.

In any case, we had a wonderful time. I recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy a side of Hawaii beyond just the beach.

短い時間ではありましたが、それぞれの馬の性格によって動き方も変わり、海を眺めているのとは違った癒しの時間となりました。

注意ポイントは、アクセスと服装。
まず、アクセスについて。ワイキキから離れた場所にありますので、レンタカーで行かれる方が多いかと思います。私たちはノース経由で向かったのですが、途中のビーチ付近で渋滞が発生し、想定以上に移動に時間がかかりました。余裕を持った到着をお勧めします。

I participated with two friends. As everyone mentioned in their reviews, it was an incredibly valuable experience! Joining was definitely the right decision.
The flow was as follows: hotel pickup → a lecture (in English) where they only played a video for about 30 minutes, which felt almost pointless → waiting time (about 2 hours? Free time on benches, so bring something to do or it can get boring) → called by name for preparation → boarding the plane → dive!! → tips are not given directly to the instructor but placed in a tip box → waited until everyone who came on the bus with us finished → returned home together.
The instructors had different approaches; out of the three of us, two got to control the parachute, and one of them even got to spin around!

友人２人と参加させて頂きました。感想はみなさんのレビュー通り、非常に貴重な経験をさせて頂きました☆参加して大正解でした。
流れとしては、ホテル迎え→講習（英語）でビデオを流すのみ…あってないようなもの３０分→待機時間（２時間程？ベンチ等で自由時間…何か持っていかないと暇です）→名前をアナウンスで呼ばれて準備→飛行機乗り込み→ダイブ！！→チップはインストラクターに渡すのではなく、チップの箱に入れる→一緒にバスに乗ってきた方が終わるまで待機→みんなで帰路。
インストラクターの方によって対応が違い、３人中２人はパラシュートの操縦をさせて頂き、その内の１人はグルグル回って頂けたそうですｗｗ

It was incredibly beautiful! I was really excited and looking forward to getting on the Cessna, but as we ascended, I started shaking from fear! (laughs) However, the instructors inside the Cessna were very lively, perhaps to ease our nerves? (laughs) It made me feel much better! Once we reached the planned altitude, we just took off one after another without any hesitation, which was great! (laughs)

I highly recommend skydiving in Hawaii for the breathtaking views that you can't see in Japan, and it's affordable too!

I think it's better to wear long pants just in case you might fall when landing.

The mysterious wait time for the return shuttle was really long, and over there, it was mostly English, so just be aware of that!

My first skydiving experience! It was a cloudy day, and I was anxious about the long wait and whether I would actually get to jump, but somehow I was able to take the plunge about two and a half hours after arriving. I was extremely nervous leading up to the jump, but once I was in the air, it felt amazing and was over in no time. It was so much fun! There were a lot of handsome instructors, which was a nice bonus (laughs).

Skydiving was an incredible experience! I think it will be an unforgettable moment in my life. The instructor was very kind, and from the pickup at 5:20 AM to arriving back at the hotel around 9:30 AM, there was almost no waiting time for skydiving, which made it very efficient.
However, I have one complaint. The fee for my wife, who accompanied me as a spectator, was about 5,400 yen, which I think is too high. If they are going to charge that much, I believe they should at least include drinks or light snacks, but there was absolutely no service provided.
If they enhance the services for accompanying guests, I think it could become an even better shop. Overall, though, I received satisfactory service, so I definitely recommend that those who are hesitant give it a try!

I’m not good at English at all, but I thought I could manage by watching the people around me, so I gave it a try. Everyone except me was a foreigner, and the explanations were all in English.

At one point, I was told to grab the red cord when I reached the goal. If I didn’t, I would be pulled back like in bungee jumping and wouldn’t be able to return. The instructor worked hard to help me, but I ended up in tears… However, it was so much fun that I want to do it again!

I'm someone who can hardly ride thrill rides, but I decided to try skydiving, thinking it might be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The moment I jumped out of the plane was terrifying! However, when I opened my eyes, I saw beautiful ocean, sky, and mountains! I forgot my fear and enjoyed the scenery, thinking I had to remember it all.

Since I was on my honeymoon, it was quite expensive, but I purchased both photos and videos! Afterward, we checked the images and laughed at each other's pictures (laughs). I'm glad we made such fun memories!

I recommend bringing a long-sleeve shirt! It was hot when we were falling because the sun was so close, but it felt cold up in the air even with long sleeves.

絶叫系のアトラクションにほぼ乗れない私ですが、一生に一回しか出来ないかもしれないと思いスカイダイビングに挑戦しました。

This time, I participated with my 61-year-old mother and 33-year-old daughter (myself). The activity is a meet-up at the location, but it's far from Waikiki, so if you don't have a rental car, you'll need to take a taxi or find another way to get there. I drove the rental car for about 50 minutes, as there was some traffic along the way. The road at the end is an unpaved gravel road, and since there are no signs along the way, it can be a bit unsettling.

As for the horseback riding, at our 9 AM reservation, there were five other customers (two groups of two and one group of one) besides us, but those five formed one group, while we were in a separate group with one instructor for the two of us. The five-person group had a photographer with them who took pictures while they moved (we did not have a photographer).

All the explanations were in English, but they taught the basic movements with gestures, so even if you don't speak English, you'll manage. Also, during the actual horseback riding, the horses are smart, so even if you don't perform the instructed movements, the horses will keep moving along, so you'll be fine as long as you're on the horse.

It's a one-hour course, and we were able to enjoy Hawaii's nature by going through the forest and to places where we could see the ocean. If I had to wish for something, I think it would have been even more fun if the horses had a bit more speed, but overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

説明は全て英語でしたが、ジェスチャーを交えて基本の動きを教えてくれるので、英語ができなくてもなんとかなります。また、実際の乗馬中は馬が賢いので、教えてもらった動作をしなくても馬がどんどん進んでくれますので、馬に乗っていれば大丈夫です。

1時間のコースですが、森の中や海が見える場所に行ったりと、ハワイの自然を満喫する事ができました。
欲を言えば、馬のスピードがもう少しあるとより楽しかったかなと思いますが、総合評価は満足でした。

I had wanted to try this for a long time, and this was my first time participating! Our group met at 8:30 AM, and we started at 9. We drove there with a rental car. After arriving, we managed to check the consent form at the check-in monitor, put our wallets in the safe box for valuables, checked our bags at the luggage counter, and took care of the restroom. I hung my phone around my neck because I wanted to take pictures. Then, we were fitted with harnesses for sliding, put on helmets, and waited for the time to start. There were seven participants, including us, all from the mainland United States, along with three staff members. The staff were all friendly and attentive, checking in on us even though we didn't speak English, using gestures and confirming our understanding, which made us feel at ease during the experience! We practiced on a short course first, and then moved on to the next location by jeep. During the ride, they talked about various plants on the farm. We slid down seven courses, changing our positions and eating bananas and tomatoes along the way! It felt amazing! When they asked if it was good in Japanese, I replied, "イイネ!" (Good!). I was worried because I’m a bit overweight and not very fit besides my lack of English, but there was a course where we had to climb with a rope, and even though it was a short distance, I felt exhausted and thought, "I can't do this!" When I called out for help, they laughed and came to assist me! It was so much fun! I bought a T-shirt and a few photos, and received the photos via email by lunchtime! 前からやってみたくて、今回初めて参加しました！私達の回は朝の8:30集合で、開始が9時。レンタカーで自分達で行きました。到着してからはチェックインモニターでなんとか同意書のチェックをして、貴重品用のセーフボックスにお財布を入れ、荷物用のカウンターに荷物を預け、トイレも済ませておきます。携帯は写真撮りたくて首からさげました。それから滑る用の綱を付けて貰い、ヘルメットを被り、時間になるのを待ちました。体験者は私達を入れた7人で、全員アメリカ本土の方。それにスタッフさんが3人居ました。スタッフの方は皆気さくで、英語のできない私達にも気を配ってくれて、ジェスチャー入れたり、わかったか確認してくれたり、色々フォローしてくれているのがわかり、安心して体験することが出来ました！最初に短いコースを練習して、そこからジープ？で移動しました。移動中は色々ファームの植物のことを話してくれてました。7本のコースを滑り、体勢を変えたり、バナナやトマトを食べたりしながら進みました！すごく気持ち良かった‼︎GOODの日本語を聞かれたので、イイネ！と、答えました！笑。私は太っちょで英語の他に体力が無いのも不安材料でしたが、途中ロープでよじ登るコースがあり、短い距離ながらもへこたれて、もう無理！と思ってヘルプミー‼︎と言ったら、笑って助けてくれました！とっても楽しく行けました‼︎Tシャツと写真を何枚か購入し、お昼にはメールで写真が届きました！値段ははりますが、いいのが撮れてました！またやりたいです‼︎

Not only I thoroughly enjoyed the sea and shopping this time, but also slightly different things wanted to do it and applied to this tour. I had not ridden a horse in Japan either and was the first experience of the throb.
When run on the shoreline of the north shore, and arrive; the place that is full of green far apart from the noise of Waikiki. There are not only the horse but also a chicken and the peacock.
A horse and the first meeting to be taken care of after arrival this time. Our fellow is Keahi and Ruby. I have gentle eyes having the rich mane. I have you teach how to get on at once and am a walk start. A guide walks the top and arrives in the next. I can take in the muscle of the horse whenever I step forward, and one step is very powerful. We stretch out the back not to break preparations and add it and the pace of the horse. The scenery from the horse is high and feels the comfortable wind. I might stop on the way, but walk the way with the pitch difference easily. I took a photograph at the good place of the scene. It was the experience that I could taste beautiful air and scenery in instant one hour, and was valuable.
A guide could tell neighboring restaurants and the recommended beach and was very kind. I want to recommend it to all of you by all means.

It was an experience from another dimension. When I was looking up from below, I could see the particles jumping out of the Cessna, and eventually, the parachutes opened, gliding gracefully through the air and landing smoothly. Young people (including girls) were shouting, "This is the best!" I thought that was how it would be, but when I took off in the Cessna and reached the height of the clouds, I thought that was it, only to rise even higher. It was no joke; the island became smaller, and it felt like I was about to jump into the sea.

The moment I began to jump, it was an experience that transcended life and death, a dimension beyond. In just a few seconds, I experienced an exhilarating arching of my body, raising my hands, feeling like I was getting an air massage. I signaled to the instructor that I was feeling great with an "Aloha" gesture. The intensity of free fall was incredible (it felt like several minutes), and when the parachute opened, there was a jolt to my body. After that, the instructor spun us around, showing us the magnificent scenery.

When we landed, I shook hands with the instructor, expressing my gratitude for such a wonderful experience, saying "Very good." Thank you. I was truly moved.

On Saturday, October 8, 2016, my daughter and I challenged ourselves to horseback riding at Gunstock Ranch. We took the number 55 bus from the Ala Moana bus stop, heading straight to Gunstock Ranch.

The number 55 bus, which connects Ala Moana and Haleiwa on the North Shore, runs along the east coast of Oahu via downtown, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views of Kaneohe Bay and local beaches from the bus window.

Upon arrival, we signed a waiver given to us by a female staff member, stored our belongings, and got ready for horseback riding. We set off in a line of six, led by a handsome cowboy. It was smaller and less crowded than Kualoa Ranch.

The spacious ranch, blue sky, white clouds, and the deep blue sea stretching below— the scenery from horseback was breathtakingly beautiful! Since it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the beautiful views and interaction with the animals.

For those with horseback riding experience, it might feel a bit lacking, but since the pace is leisurely, I think it’s just right for first-timers.

広々とした牧場、青い空、白い雲、眼下に広がる紺碧の海ー。馬上から見る景色はこの世のものとは思えない美しさでした！初めての乗馬だったので、乗る時は少し怖かったのですが、すぐに慣れ、美しい景色と動物との触れ合いを楽しみました。
乗馬経験のある人には少し物足りないのかもしれませんが、のんびりと進んでいくので、初体験の方々にはちょうどいい内容なのではないかと思います。

It was my first skydiving experience. There were explanations and consent forms in Japanese, so I had no anxiety at all. The tandem crew member was a cheerful and handsome guy. He eased my pre-jump jitters, but still provided thorough explanations and preparations, so I wasn't scared.

We ascended in a Cessna above the clouds, and the view of the beaches in Hawaii from there was amazing. Since the tandem instructor jumps with you, there’s no chance of being too scared to jump, and before I knew it, I was falling through the sky. As we descended over the ocean, it was just beautiful, and all my stress disappeared.

Once we were in parachute mode, we glided around, and the instructor kept it fun.

There’s a shuttle service from the hotel in Waikiki, which makes it very convenient. We gathered at the hotel at 10:05, and it took about an hour by car to get to the airfield near the beaches on the north side of Hawaii. I stored all my belongings in a $1 locker (four quarters; there’s a change machine), and the waiting time was about 30 minutes. After getting on the Cessna, we jumped down in about 30 minutes, and then waited about 30 minutes to an hour for the bus to depart. I returned to the hotel around 14:30 to 15:00.

For tips, I gave the shuttle driver $10 each way per person. For the tandem crew member, I wrote my name and put the tip in a bag to drop in the box, which was over $20.

Including tips, it was a total of $200, and this experience was a great value! I definitely want to do it again the next time I go to Hawaii. I highly recommend it.

By the way, the free Wi-Fi router provided had poor connectivity. Since it was free, I can't complain too much. I rented a paid Wi-Fi in Japan and shared the cost with a friend.

10:05ホテルに集合して、ハワイ北側のビーチ近くの飛行場まで、車で1時間くらいです。
1ドルロッカー(クオーターコイン×4。両替機あり)に荷物を全て預けて、待ち時間30分くらいでした。
セスナ機乗ってから30分で降りて来てバス発車まで30分〜1時間くらい待ち、ホテルに戻ったのは大体14:30〜15:00くらいでした。

チップは送迎の運転手に往復1人10ドルずつ。
タンデムクルーのお兄さんには名前を書いて袋にチップを入れてポストに入れます。20ドル以上。

全部でチップいれて200ドルで、この体験はコスパ最高です！また次にハワイ行くときも必ずやりたいと思ってます。オススメです。

ちなみに無料特典のwifiルーターは接続はあまり良くなかったです。無料なので仕方ないです。
日本で有料のwifi借りて、友人と割り勘して使いました。

Skydiving was something I had always wanted to try, and being able to do it in Hawaii felt like a dream! However, the wait time was a bit long, so I dozed off while waiting. When my name was called, there was a briefing about the position in the air, and I boarded a small plane with an enthusiastic instructor. I had to straddle something like a long bench and take off backward, which made me a little nervous thinking about falling!
