This was my first time using this service. Thanks to the smart horses, I have wonderful memories of my trip to Hawaii! I enjoyed the beautiful sea and mountains of the North Shore from the back of a horse, which was even higher than I expected, in a relaxed and leisurely manner. It was the best! Thank you!

I was able to take photos with my phone while riding, and I felt reassured that there was no pressure to buy anything after the tour. At the photo point with the ocean in the background, the staff took pictures for us with our phones.

A friend of mine who has riding experience felt that just walking was a bit lacking, but I prioritized safety and had plenty of fun. All the instructions were in English, but I was able to understand most of it through gestures. For any unclear points, I confirmed with hand signals.

I don't know if it's just the relaxed atmosphere of Hawaii or if Japanese people are particularly punctual, but when I arrived with plenty of time to spare, I ended up waiting quite a while past the meeting time. Another group arrived before us, but we ended up riding first (maybe due to reservations?), which was quite frustrating.

乗馬しながら携帯で写真を撮ることができ、ツアー後に売りつけられることもなく安心です。海をバックにしたポイントでは、スタッフさんが私たちの携帯で写真を撮ってくれます。

乗馬経験のある友人は、歩くだけでは少し物足りなかったようですが、私は安全第一、十分楽しめました。説明はすべて英語ででしたが、だいたい動作で理解できました。不明な点は、身振り手振りで再確認しました。
ハワイ全体がのんびりなのか、日本人が律儀なのか、集合時間に余裕をもって行ったところ、集合時間を過ぎてもだいぶ待たされました。違うグループは私たちより先に到着していたのに乗馬は私たちが先で（予約の関係？）結構イライラされていました。

It exceeded my expectations. I participated in two activities, snorkeling and kayaking, in the morning and afternoon. During the bus ride, the driver provided fun explanations and conversations, making the journey enjoyable without getting bored (the driver was incredibly funny and friendly). They were busy giving us sightseeing information, pointing out things to the right and left.

However, there was one issue: at the snorkeling site, the tour description stated that "life jackets are available for free," but I was told that this was not included in the tour price. Even when I mentioned it was written on the voucher, they insisted it was different. Originally, it would have been $10, but since we came on the tour bus, they said it would be $7. There were only my husband and me as Japanese participants; the others were foreigners, and since no one else seemed to say anything, I wondered if they had booked through a different company.

A Japanese staff member was in charge and kindly said, "I'm Japanese, so please let me know if you need anything," which felt a bit strange. I was left wondering if what was written on Veltra was incorrect or if there was a communication issue... It left me feeling uncomfortable.

As for the snorkeling itself, I was able to see turtles and various fish, which was enjoyable. For lunch, I had garlic shrimp from the snorkeling side, and they were huge and delicious! However, there were many chickens running around nearby, and as someone who isn't fond of them, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal. The chickens seemed accustomed to humans and appeared from all over.

The afternoon activity was kayaking, which I had never done before, but I had a lot of fun. At a break during the morning, we stopped by a macadamia nut shop that had Kona coffee, which I couldn't find even in Waikiki. I tasted it and bought some immediately. We also briefly stopped at a place selling fresh fruit in Ziploc bags, where everyone was buying and eating papayas.

Aside from the issue with the life jackets, it was a very enjoyable tour.

期待していた以上の内容でした。
午前と午後のアクティビティ、計２つ、スノーケリングとカヤックに参加しました。
バスで移動する間もドライバーさんの楽しい説明と会話で、飽きることなく楽しめました（すごい面白くてフレンドリーなドライバーさんでした）。
右に左に忙しいくらい、観光案内してくれました。
ただひとつ、スノーケリングのところで、ツアー説明には「ライフジャケットは無料で貸し出しします」と書いてあったのに、ツアー代金にそれは含まれていない、と言われ、バウチャーに書いてあると言っても違うと言われ、本来なら10ドルのところ、ツアーバスで来てるから7ドルでOKと言われました。
日本人の参加者は私たち夫婦だけで、他は外国人で、他の人は特に何も言ってなかったので、申し込んだ会社が違うのかなと思いましたが…。
日本人の人が担当で、「私は日本人なので、何かあれば言ってください」とフレンドリーに声かけてきたのですご、なんだかね、って感じでした。
ベルトラに書かれていることが間違っていたのか、あるいは、連絡がうまく伝わっていないのか…不快な気持ちになりました。
スノーケリング自体は、タートルも見られたし魚も色々見られて楽しめました。
スノーケリングの側のガーリックシュリンプをお昼に食べましたが、すごく大きいシュリンプで美味しかったです！
ただ、そばには鶏がたくさん走り回っていて、苦手な私は食事を楽しむことはできませんでしたが。
鶏は人間に慣れているのか、あちこちから神出鬼没でした。
午後のアクティビティはカヤック、初めてでしたがとても楽しめました。
午前中途中の休憩で寄ったマカデミアナッツのお店にはワイキキで探してもなかったコナコーヒーをまぶしたのがあり、味見して、即購入しました。
途中で、ジップロックに入ったフレッシュフルーツを売ってるところにもちょっとだけ立ち寄ってくれ、みなさん、パパイヤを買って食べてました。
ライフジャケットの件を除いては、とても楽しめたツアーでした。

We did the clear bottom kayak and snorkeling.
The weather on the north shore can be a little unpredictable, so keep that in mind. Steve gave us a quick lesson and we were on our way.
My wife and I had a great time, and would recommend this to anyone looking to get in the water and see some sea turtles!

Such an amazing experience!! We had Jensen, Ike and Kan’i, as our guides and they were sooooo much fun! They truly made the whole experience so much better than just zip lining, which of course was fun! Excellent course and also learned new things about the Hawaiian culture. I 100 % recommend this! It’s definitely a must! If you can request our guides, do it! Mr. July poses were my favorite!

They accompanied us throughout, so even as beginners, we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. The horses were calm, smart, and wonderful! They even took commemorative photos for us, making it a great memory of Hawaii.

前後についてくれるので、初心者でも安心して楽しめました。馬たちが大人しくて賢くて素晴らしいです！記念撮影もしてくれて、ハワイの良い思い出になりました。

This ATV experience was unlike any I’ve had before. It’s located on a farm, so you get to see the farm animals, feed them, and pet them, which is pretty cool. You can enjoy the farm life before or after you ride. I HIGHLY recommend using their goggles. Sunglasses do diddly squat when you’re out there riding; it gets very dusty. You ride to a track, do many laps on the track, and then ride to scenic areas where they will take pictures of you. The track got boring after a while; I recommend that they utilize more space or a different area for ATV rides to change it up. They took a video of us on the track, and wanted $10 for one minute-long video that included my family and people I didn’t know that were in and out of the frame in a flash. Needless to say, we did not buy the video. Despite this, they were kind-hearted and led us to see the beautiful scenery where we could get the best pictures. I enjoyed the experience!

My family wanted to do the Horseback riding while vacationing in Hawaii.
This location was AMAZING! We drove out to the other side of the island, which was pretty awesome to be away from the touristy rside.
Our tour guide was a young gal who treated my family GREAT! She was very professional, kind and knowable about horses. I believe her name was Freda
The path (trail) we took was absolute Breathe taking. The ocean is sooooooo beautiful. Better than the tourist side! Even the grassy trails were . The horses are beautiful, well trained and they looked professionally cared for.
I rate Frida , the horses, the trail with 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Now… as for the other gal (straight blonde hair) who also was NOT our tour guide. I believe her name was Phoebe Giving her ⭐️
She was not interested in interacting with my family.
Wow.. as soon as youngsters arrived for their tour… Phoebe, was SOCIAL and guided them with EVERYTHING and she was giddy too. Total change.

We were all grouped together but would be toured separately. When she spoke out she said, you’ll go out separately and you’ll be taken out by me or Freda. Bam, I already knew she wasn’t going to be our tour guide because we weren’t young as the other group. She wanted to tour the ones closest to her age group. That’s perfectly fine but you’re not supposed to make it so obvious.

Anyhow, we were so PLEASED to have Freda guide us. She made this experience GREAT that we would do this again with her!

This is a great course! My daughter (16) and I had the best time. The scenery, staff (especially Lauren, Claire and Mailan) and safety measures were all incredible! We enjoyed the variety of lines, repels, and bridges. Highly recommend CLIMBworks!

I had a trouble right before and ended up being late for the meeting time (I had contacted them by phone in advance), but I was asked whether I would prefer to ① reschedule for another date or ② join from the middle, and I was able to reschedule for a later time on the same day. The zip line was numerous and long, so it was extremely fun!! I feel like this is the best zip line you can book on Oahu! However, the conversation is basically in English, so you are expected to respond in English to some extent. But even if you can't speak well, they will follow up properly, so there's no need to be too scared.

One point about Google Maps: the link provided here does not lead to the reception area. If you look around the area on Google, you might see a couple of locations, but the correct place is a bit further away, not the one closer to Kamehameha Hwy. Please be careful if you are accessing by car from the north!

直前にトラブル発生してしまい集合時間に遅れてしまった（事前に電話で連絡はしていた）のですが、
①別の日時に振り替える
②途中から参加する
のどちらが良いか尋ねられ、当日の遅い時間帯に振り替えることができました。ジップラインは数も多く、長いので非常に楽しかったです！！
オアフ島で申し込めるジップラインとしてはこれが最高な気がします！
ただ、基本的に会話は英語なので、英語である程度受け答えすることは求められます。でも話せなくてもちゃんとフォローしてくれるのでそこまで怖がらなくても大丈夫です。

一点、Googleの地図ですが、ここで掲載されているリンク先が受付ではありません。Googleで付近を見ると２つほど地点が見えると思うのですが、Kamehameha Hwyから近いほうでは無く、少し離れたところが正しい場所になります。北方面から車でアクセスする方は注意してください！

The directions listed on the voucher did not include guidance from the Haleiwa area, which led to some confusion as I thought I should turn on Einos Rd. I was also flustered because Google Maps provided incorrect directions. When coming from Haleiwa, you should pass Einos Rd, continue for a while, and then turn right at the sign after passing the church on your right. Unfortunately, we encountered rain several times along the way, but the zipline experience itself was very enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. Even though we didn't understand English well, we had a great time.

バウチャーに記載のdirectionはハレイワ方面からの案内は記載されておらずイーノスRdで曲がるものと思い道に迷いました。Google mapでも誤った指示がされたので焦りました。ハレイワから行く際はイーノスRdをパスして暫く教会を右手に通り越して看板を右折です。残念ながら途中で何回か雨に降られましたがジップライン自体は大変さ楽しかったです、スタッフも気さくで英語が分からない自分達も充分に楽しめました。

There are sharks everywhere, not just a few. Sharks in 360 degrees.
The cage is so wide that not only my hands and feet but even my body can easily stick out; in fact, if the sharks really try, they could get in too. It's a tour that depends on the sharks' mood.
There were no Japanese participants, but there was one Japanese staff member, which made me feel very reassured.
A GoPro is essential; it seems you can rent one there too. I think it will be a topic of conversation for ages, so you should definitely take photos and videos. I’ll probably brag about it to my grandchildren right before I die.
I was in the cage for 20 minutes, but I think 10 minutes would have been enough (laughs). In the first half, I was moved by seeing the sharks, and in the second half, I was just swaying around like in a washing machine. I got seasick. You will definitely get seasick. Even if you take motion sickness medication, you will still feel it.
The staff member said the weather on the day I participated was very calm, but once you're in the cage, that doesn't matter; you will get seasick.
On the way back on the boat, a handsome guy with bronze hair was throwing up right in front of me. The boat was moving at a decent speed, so the vomit was flying sideways. Even while throwing up, he was still handsome.
The distance from the hotel in Waikiki to the North Shore is too far, so it's better to check your transportation options properly. It seemed like everyone came by rental car. We took a bus transfer, but I was most worried about whether we would make it there.
Overall, I was very satisfied! I don't think I'll ever get the chance to swim with sharks again in my life, so if you're hesitating, you should definitely do it. You’ll get to see the handsome guy's blue face.

サメがうじゃうじゃおる、ちらほらじゃない。360度サメ。
檻の幅が広すぎて手足どころか身体も全然出る、なんならサメも頑張りゃ入れる。サメのお気持ち次第のツアー。
参加者に日本人はいなかったけど、スタッフに1人日本人のお兄さんがいたのでとっても安心でした。
GoProは必須、向こうでもレンタル出来るみたい。未来永劫話のネタになると思うから絶対写真も動画も撮るべき。死ぬ直前にも孫に自慢する思う。
20分檻の中に居たけど、10分でええと思った（笑）前半はサメ見て感動して、後半は洗濯機の中でただただ揺られてた。酔う。絶対に酔う。酔い止め飲んでも酔う。
自分が参加した日の気候、めちゃくちゃ穏やかってお兄さん言ってたけど、檻の中入りゃあそんなん関係ない、酔います。
帰りの船の中、ブロンズヘアのイケメンが目の前でずっと吐きょうた。まあまあの速度で船動いとるからゲロが真横に吹き飛んでた。吐いててもイケメンはイケメン。
ワイキキのホテルからノースショアまでが遠すぎて、足はちゃんと調べた方が良い。みんなレンタカーで来てたっぽい。自分たちはバス乗り継いで行ったけど、辿り着けるかが1番不安だった。
総じて大満足！サメと泳げることとか多分これからの人生でないと思うから、迷ってるならやるべき。イケメンの青い顔が見れます。

Had a fantastic time on this tour! Our guide was great - fun and knowledgeable - and made the whole experience worth it! The ocean, river and all around area where we kayaked were beautiful - and the icing on the cake was the abundance of turtles! One of our favourite activities and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone - and wouldn't hesitate to do it again if I was ever lucky enough to return to Oahu!

I was very scared of heights, and wasn’t too sure I would make it through the activity. But we were a group of 12 including 3 of the staff and I must say the staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, friendly. You could really see they enjoyed what they do. They made us feel safe every step of the way. I’m so sorry I forgot their names, but everyone there was very welcoming. It was a 3 hour activity, 7 zip lines but we had a great time, we didn’t wanted to be over. Beautiful ocean and ranch view. I would go again. Really recommend for everyone.

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was the most fun I've ever had.
Everything was explained in English, but I was able to understand the atmosphere, so it was fine.
The staff were very cheerful, and we all had a great time together!
Of course, enjoying the stunning views was amazing, but climbing, descending, and crossing everything was fun.

The zip line was the best!

何度もハワイに来ますが、過去一面白い。
説明は全て英語でしたが、雰囲気でわかるので大丈夫。
スタッフの方もとても明るく、みんなで和気あいあいと楽しむことができました！
絶景を楽しむことはもちろん、登ったり降りた渡ったり、全て楽しかった。

If you’re second guessing whether or not you should do it, DON’T. I’m so glad I didn’t let my fear get in the way of experiencing such an unforgettable moment. I learned a great deal and have found a new appreciation for these apexes predictors.

We had a blast on this adventure. It was exciting along with informative on the history of the island. We would recommend this to anyone.

Both ikaika and James were fantastic! Excellent tour guides and a fun experience overall. We saw turtles, eels and even a mantaray up close. Highly recommend!

We had a great hike with our tour guide, Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was passionate about what he does and made a great day for us. The hike was just challenging enough without being too difficult. The lunch provided was great too. We didn't know what to expect going into this but had a great time and would recommend this to anyone. It's a great way to see a part of the island that we never would have seen otherwise.

Great Morning Out, was the only package on the Island (I checked with tonnes of tour guides out there) that offered Transport to the North Shore and Time in the town up there.
100% recommend, Get out of Waikiki and see the island and some Sharks. We also saw Dolphins and Wales but didn't get a refund for that.

It is first time for us to try it, but it turned out to be a very worthy and exciting experience, there are a lots of pets for young children to pet there too. The stuff are very patient and experienced, we have a good time there, will be back again!

Single riders on a curving, challenging track. Very friendly people helping you. Can go down to beach afterwards. Wear clothes and shoes you can get very dirty.

My son and I enjoyed the ride a lot. I definitely recommend to anyone interested in riding and driving. Also very beautiful scenery. Very nice and helpful staff.

The horses were very well behaved and in great shape. We had a beautiful sunset ride and the guides were very informative and fun to be around. Loved this activity!

My daughter and I had an amazing time with the crew learning about sharks and observing them in their natural habitat. A MUST DO for everyone. Bring an underwater camera but don't spend your whole time behind the camera or you will miss what is all around you. Listening to the whales singing was an added bonus.

We had the best time on our clear bottom kayak tour! We saw sea turtles, manta rays, snorkeling, and did bridge jumping. Our guide was the best and the whole experience was great! We had a family of 4 with a 9 year old and 12 year old. They loved it! I highly recommend doing this tour!!

We did a private ride at sunset and it was incredible. Our guide was so nice and the horses were lovely. The sunset was magical against the ocean and the mountains, and we even saw a rainbow! Would highly recommend!

I am 70 years old, in pretty good shape but was worried about my ability to do this. (All the others in my group were 30-40 years). Not only was I able to do it, I kept up with the youngsters and conquered my fear of heights. The staff here were outstanding. They put safety first, remembered all of our names and kept everything fun and light hearted. The views from the platforms were spectacular and the lines were long and up high above the trees. (My only complaint would be that I wish there was a restroom maybe at the halfway point of the excursion). Other than that, I would highly recommend this for any thrill seekers out there. You did have to endure some physical as well as mental challenges along the way. There were some steep steps to climb, a bumpy ATV ride from the first platform to the second, a controlled bungee leap off of two of the platforms and one where you had to pull yourself up using a block and tackle rope pulley. Fun, fun fun……

The ladies that took us on our ride were absolutely delightful. They were thorough about safety and just lovely to talk to. They obviously care very much for the horses and know them well.
The evening was beautiful despite the risk of rain and the timing was perfect to have photos with the sunset behind us.
My only negative was that it was advertised as a 90 minute ride and it was only 60 minutes.

This ATV tour was none less than amazing! Our tour guide Keoki, was amazing. His level of interest and understanding of the land's history was amazing. He was funny, informative, and very engaged in allowing us to have both a fun and educational experience. I highly recommend this tour. It rained and we were worried it was going to be canceled I am so glad that it was not! It was muddy and fun, and the views were breathtaking.
We took a group of six and it was definitely a VIP experience.
It is a must-do and Family oriented. He brought us a homemade snack and drinks as well. We laughed and laughed at his jokes and fun personality.
