We participated as a group of four. We arrived at Haleiwa in about an hour. We got off at the beach park and leisurely explored the shopping area. Along the way, we stopped by a local supermarket, checked out Matsumoto Shave Ice before it opened, and enjoyed the charming old town streets. There was a line at Giovanni's before it opened, but it moved quickly, and sharing between two people was perfect; the flavor truly lived up to its reputation as the original.

Due to road construction, we couldn't get off to take a photo of the sign, so we took pictures from inside the car. We saw the balance rock and were very lucky to spot a honu in the nearby sea. ✌️

One of the highlights of this tour was being able to hear various stories from our Japanese driver, including insights about culture and the economy. The five hours flew by. Mahalo!

I wanted to join the tour because I had never been to a coffee farm on other optional tours. I have also done a coffee farm tour on the Big Island. I simply love natural coffee, and there were many different flavored coffees. Although it wasn't my favorite coffee, I was glad to have the opportunity to visit. It was my first time exploring a farm. Before participating in the tour, I watched an introductory video and learned about the tour content, and I was able to walk right in the middle of the farm. This time, I was able to taste freshly cut pineapple right from the field. Hawaiian pineapple is delicious, but the pineapple I ate directly at the farm was even better! I was happy to receive a whole pineapple as a souvenir, but I was surprised that I couldn't bring it back to Japan. The staff at the shop was Japanese, and they kindly offered to exchange it for cut pineapple for the Japanese participants, which was very helpful. The pineapple juice and fruit samples at the shop were also very delicious! Additionally, there were three types of Waialua coffee available for tasting, and I purchased some. またワイアルアコーヒーの試飲も3種類あり購入させていただきました
ツアー代金は高いな～と思ったのでモニターツアーに参加できてよかったです
このレアさの強いツアーという意味では農場以外の場所としてワヒアワ植物園とか入場無料ですし、こういう場所の体験ができたりすると楽しいのかなと思いました

We were very satisfied after eating plenty of pies and loco moco. The tour driver shared various stories during the mini tour and provided guidance, which made it really enjoyable. I had been to Dole Plantation before, but I had never been inside the farm, so it was great to see the process from harvesting to packing. There seemed to be a lot of manual work from planting to harvesting, which looked tough, but the workers waved cheerfully at us when they saw us. The guide not only taught us various things but also made a great effort to ensure we had fun, allowing us to enjoy the day. While it's nice to enjoy the maze and train at Dole Plantation, I think the farm tour across the street gave us a better sense of Hawaii.

I was happily walking through the greenery when I arrived at the waterfall. There is a shuttle service, making trekking easy. After the valley, we had lunch in the town of Haleiwa. I was impressed by the juicy hamburger!! At Matsumoto Shave Ice, I had the matcha special. I heard they make the adzuki beans from scratch every day. It was delicious. Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

英語のみのツアーということで、日常会話程度ならなんとか…というレベルの我々は大丈夫かなと少し心配しながら参加しました。

It was like a dream to be able to ride for a long time along the beach. It started to rain, and my pants and hair got quite wet, but I was able to borrow a raincoat, so my upper body stayed dry. I was disappointed that my time in Haleiwa was too short; I only had time to eat lunch and visit one shop. It would be perfect if I had more time to explore Haleiwa!

My husband, who is learning English conversation, made his first trip to Hawaii! Although we chose an English tour, my husband's English skills couldn't keep up... However, thanks to our cheerful and fun tour guide and driver, Patrick, we had a wonderful time. He helped us purchase tickets for the Dole Plantation, and we were able to enter smoothly. At times, he even used a translation device to explain things, which was incredibly kind and impressive. We had plenty of time in Haleiwa Town, and I was able to finally enjoy authentic garlic shrimp, as well as buy some unique souvenirs and my favorite items!

We participated with our children aged 9, 11, and 13 at their request. Even my 9-year-old daughter, who is 120 cm tall, was able to ride alone. Our guide, Kaz, accompanied us to the riding location and helped with everything from check-in to translation, which was a great help. He taught us how to ride during the transfer, and even though it was everyone's first time riding, we had a lot of fun. I can't speak any English, but having Kaz made me feel very secure. The staff at the riding location were not very impressive; they seemed to be new and a bit inexperienced. It felt like the tip was paid not for the staff, but for the smart horses. Since the tour was focused on horseback riding, we didn't plan for any exploration and just enjoyed a relaxed time.
