Food was delicious, creds to the chefs! The firework show as well was awesome.

I made a reservation and payment for two people for parasailing on the first day of our three-day trip, arriving at 13:30.

After arriving, I changed into my swimsuit and sent my suitcase off, keeping only the essentials. However, I received an SMS at 11:20, ten minutes before the airport shuttle bus was scheduled to depart, informing me that all activities for the day were canceled due to strong winds.

After that, I had the option to either rebook or cancel for a refund, and I chose to rebook. I couldn't choose for the second day, but I successfully rebooked for the third day at 9:30. Since it wasn't due to my own circumstances, there was no change fee.

On the day of the activity, the original meeting time was 9:00, but due to a change in plans, I arrived an hour early at 8:00 by rental car. I changed and prepared at a nearby free parking lot. Although I arrived early, I was able to check in after consulting with the staff. I also confirmed the location of the free parking lot to ensure there were no issues.

We regrouped at 9:10, and by 9:20, our group of three, along with two other groups, boarded and set off. There is space to store luggage at your feet.

Once we were out at sea, parasailing began. You can take selfies and videos, but if it's your first time, you'll be battling fear while trying to operate your smartphone in a waterproof case under direct sunlight, so getting good photos and videos may depend on luck.

The staff also offers a service to take photos with a professional camera for $40, which I think is worth considering.

I won't spoil the details of the flight, but it was a very enjoyable and great experience.

As for tips, we gave $20 after returning to the port, retrieving our wallet from the trunk of the car. I’m not sure about the other two groups regarding their tips.

In conclusion, it became one of my best memories. I highly recommend giving it a try at least once!

事前に現地稼働可能な3日うち現地到着初日13:30で2名予約&決済。

現地着後にパラセイリング参加のため水着への着替えと最低限荷物保持しスーツケース発送完了し空港連絡バス発車10分前の11:20に強風で同日全てキャンセルのSMSを受信。

その後は再予約をするかキャンセル返金するかを選べる状況になり再予約を実施。2日目は選べず3日目9:30で再予約実施。自己都合では無いので変更手数料は0円でした。

当日は本来なら30分前9:00集合でしたが、予定を組み直した結果レンタカーで現地に行く事になり予定より1時間早い8:00に到着し付近の無料駐車場にて着替えなど準備実施。集合より早いが相談してチェックインもできました。無料駐車場の場所も念のため確認してもらい問題ない事も確認できました。

9:10再集合になり、9:20には他2組と自分達3組が搭乗して出港。荷物は足下に収納するスペースあります。

沖に出てパラセイリング開始となります。
自撮りで写真や動画も撮影可能ですが初めてだと上空で恐怖心と戦いながら防水ケースに入ったスマホを直射日光下で操作することになるので良い写真動画が撮れるかは運次第になると思います。

スタッフが船から40ドルで一眼カメラで写真撮影するサービスもあるので検討すると良いかと思います。

フライト内容はネタバレになるので書きませんが、とても楽しく良い経験になります。

チップは自分たちは2人で20ドルを帰港後に車のトランクにしまっておいた財布を取りに行ってから渡しました。他2組はチップ有無は不明でした。

結論、最高の思い出の一つになりました。一度はチャレンジしてみてはいかがでしょうか。おすすめします。

I participated in this tour a little while ago. The pick-up from the hotel and the support on-site were very good. Compared to similar Japanese-speaking tours organized by other travel agencies, the price was significantly lower and felt very worthwhile. It had been a while since I went horseback riding, but the female guide accompanied us and explained various stories, answering our questions, which was great. My friends, who were riding for the first time, also enjoyed it without any issues.

同じ内容の日本語対応ツアー（他の旅行社が企画しているもの）に比べると価格も大幅にお安くお得感が満載です。
久し振りの乗馬でしたがガイドの女性が同道しながら様々なエピソードを説明してくださり、こちらからの質問にもお答えいただけてとても良かったです。
乗馬が初めての友人達も問題なく楽しむことができました。

There were many participants, and it felt like a dinner show. We had to wait quite a while to get our food. The Mai Tai was a bit too sweet.

参加者が多くてディナーショーの雰囲気でした。料理を取るのにもかなり待ちました。マイタイは少し甘すぎでした。

Highly recommend! This experience is incredible and the guides that run it are awesome. Our guide in particular was very kind to our 8 year old daughter who had a blast with us.

On the last day of my trip, I wanted to feel a bit luxurious and wrap up my enjoyable memories. As expected from 5STAR! The course dinner was very delicious (^.^). The sunset and the lights of Waikiki from the sea were as beautiful as jewels! The stylish atmosphere with jazz will surely create unforgettable memories with my loved ones.

This was my second horseback riding experience, but it was my first time along the coast! I started with a mix of excitement and nervousness. Thanks to the kind and attentive trainer and the adorable horse, I ended up having so much fun that I was filled with joy before I knew it. I definitely want to do this again! For those who are unsure about it, this wonderful location for horseback riding will help you forget your everyday fatigue and stress in an instant.

I experienced this with my son. We tried three activities: parasailing, jet skiing, and bumper tubing. I thought it might be reckless at my age in my 50s, but it was a lot of fun. The waves were a bit high at times, but the bumper tubing felt like an attraction. The handsome staff members spoke Japanese and made jokes, which added to the enjoyment. It became a great memory.

息子と一緒に体験しました。パラセーリング、ジェットスキー、バンパーチューブの3種類です。50代で無謀かと思いましたが、楽しかったです。
波が少し高いのもありましたが、バンパーチューブはアトラクションのようでした。
イケメンスタッフさん達も日本語が話せるし、ジョークも言えて楽しませてくれました。
良い思い出になりました。

Such a fun and memorable experience! We first stopped at the sandbar and played volleyball. The volleyball was actually so fun even if you have never played! The lunch was good and filling and offer beer and other choices of beverages. After that, we headed to the coral reef and spent about an hour there swimming and enjoying the fish! We say sea turtles and manta rays from afar which was unforgettable. Overall, highly recommend this fun experience for everyone!

We went during our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The whole crew was so nice and helpful. The live music in the boat was so good. And the activities were a lot of fun. Would definitely do it again.

What a great excursion with live music to enjoy as we were heading out & returning from the sandbar. The weather eventually co-operated with the sun coming out on the last hour. Highly recommend this company for this excursion.

I didn't enjoy it much because the explanations from the Japanese tour guide were a bit sharp.
I think it would be better if they interacted in a brighter and friendlier manner!

It’s just a shame that you guys didn’t pick us up.
Had to get a taxi to the show which was lucky we found one that could take my husbands mobility scooter.
Made some phone calls to complain and sent an email to complain
We were promised a ride back to hotel on bus.
The hostess on the bus on the way was very rude to us
We did receive a small refund which we will grateful for.
Just a suggestion (which I did mention in my emails) for future tours. That maybe your host on the buses actually go and check with all persons that may be waiting by the pickup point or little further away from pickup point. You are dealing with tourists and not everyone will know where the exact pickup points are. Also in our case have the actual name of the tour in front window of bus. Our bus did not have this. Otherwise we would like have know. The host for our tour actually started walking down towards where we were standing but turned back around half way down. She would have seen my husband was in a mobility scooter and would i assume have this information written on your paperwork.

When got on the bus we mentioned it to the star of Honolulu host and she said we did not need to do that. So maybe for any future customers you could check your information first.

We had a great time. This place is a well oiled machine. From the pickup of transportation to the management of getting you to your tour. The tour was so cool. Two hours of UTV ride through beautiful mountains. Stops along the way to see movie sets and exquisite view points. We could not have been happier. We even had a water crossing. Our hosts were fantastic and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend it to all!

It was my first time horseback riding and visiting the North Shore, but I had the best time! The instructions on how to ride were explained in Japanese, which made it very easy to understand, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any worries. The seaside scenery was incredibly beautiful, beyond words. I was so happy to participate.

The sandbar is very nice, we arrived at the tour boat with plenty of time and were able to find parking! which was great, but arrive early to be safe, we received a safety briefing and we were on our way!

The boat ride from the dock to the sandbar is short but with entertainment along the way and snacks.

Once you get there there is a place to snorkel and swim around, and a platform to lounge and baste in the sun.

However the day we went tide was high so the water was up to our chests, however not something the tour can control.

We liked it a lot and would do it again.

There were photo-taking times here and there, and it was enjoyable beyond just driving. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Although it was in English, you can manage even if you can't speak it.

The scenery and everything else was amazing! It might be a good idea to bring wet wipes since your face and clothes can get dirty from the dirt! I definitely want to visit again!

Despite my fear of heights, I took on the challenge! The view from 150 meters above was breathtaking. The meeting point was a bit hard to find, though (laughs). The hut was smaller than I expected!

高所恐怖症ながらチャレンジ！上空150メートルの眺めは絶景でした。ちょっと集合場所がわかりずらかったなあ(笑)小屋が思ったより小さい！

The driver who picked us up was Japanese, and he shared various stories during the bus ride! He asked where in the North we wanted to get off and extended the meeting time based on the situation, which was very thoughtful of him! He also taught us how to ride and dismount the horse, as well as how to change directions, all in Japanese, which was really helpful! Once we arrived at the site, we could use a QR code to watch a YouTube video to confirm how to ride again, which was great!

The staff at the riding area didn't speak our language, but the driver acted as an interpreter, and the staff were cool, kind, and wonderful! It seems that the horses dislike the smell of alcohol, so please be careful about drinking! It really seems like you won't be allowed to ride if you have been drinking. Selfie sticks also seem to be a no-go since the horses dislike them! It's recommended to carry them in a way that hangs around your neck.

The horses were very calm and obedient, so we had a really enjoyable time! Riding along the seaside with the wind in our hair, the view from the horse was amazing! After riding, we were dropped off near our target shop, where we bought and ate some frilly chicken (available only on weekends) and garlic shrimp for lunch. We still had time left, so we were able to explore various shops!

ピックアップしてくれたドライバーさんは日本人の方で、移動のバスの中も色んなお話を聞かせてくれました！
ノースのどこで降りたいか希望を聞いてくれたり、集合時間もその時の状況によって延ばしてくれたりと粋な方でした！
馬への乗り方や降り方、方向変換の仕方も車の中で日本語で教えて頂きとても助かりました！
現場に行けばQRコードでYouTubeを見て乗り方を再度確認できるので助かりました！
乗馬場のお姉さんたちも言葉は分からないけどドライバーさんが通訳してくれたり、お姉さんたちもかっこよく優しく素敵でした！
馬たちはお酒の匂いが嫌いだから飲酒がダメみたいなので気をつけてください！
本当に乗せてもらえないようです。

首から掛けられるようにいて行くのがおすすめです。

乗馬の後に目当てのお店の近くで降ろして貰いお昼ご飯にフリフリチキン（土日のみ）とガーリックシュリンプを買って食べ、それでも時間があったので色んなSHOPを見て回れました！

We did the movie sites tour which was great! Our tour guide was incredibly informative and very passionate about the ranch. We didn’t have a chance to do more like the Jurassic tour or zip lining, so if we get a chance to come back - those are on our list to do next time!

I was able to understand and experience horseback riding despite having a TOEIC score of around 500. Everyone was kind, and when I communicated that I struggled with English, they taught me with simple gestures.

I was able to stroll through nature and even see some wild buffalo!

The only issue was the meeting point. There was a gate to enter the mountains on the way, and you couldn't get in without a password. I was unsure if I was on the right path, so I called, and they told me they had sent the password via email. I still don't know which password it is, but there were some cars coming out, so I managed to get in somehow.

The scenery on the road after entering the gate was different from Japan, and it felt like I was in Jurassic World.

Including the journey there, it truly became a wonderful memory!

1だけ問題があるとしたら現地集合の点です。
向かう途中に山に入るためのゲートがあり、パスワードがないと入らなくなっています。道が合ってるのか不安だったため電話をしたら、メールでパスワード送ってるよと言われました。
いまだにどのパスワードかはわかっていませんが、出てくる車がいたのでなんとか入れた感じです。

ゲートを入ってからの道も日本とは違う景色で、ジュラシックワールドにきた気分でした。

行きの道なども含めて本当にいい思い出になりました！

Refreshing! The tour where you can explore the natural beauty of Hawaii and the fields used for filming Jurassic Park on a four-wheeler was fun. It's about a 1-hour drive from Waikiki, so it's best to arrive with some extra time. There is a slight wait after check-in, but it's not bothersome. My family was too scared to drive the four-wheeler, so it might be a bit challenging for women and beginners. When the unpaved roads are dry, the dust can be quite intense. It's advisable to wear the masks provided at the beginning of the tour, and bringing a change of clothes that you don't mind getting dirty is a good idea. Your face can get quite dusty, so having a towel to wipe your face after washing it with water would be helpful. If you follow the tour guide's instructions (in English), there shouldn't be any major issues.

気分爽快！ハワイの自然とジュラシックパークなどの撮影に使われたフィールドを四輪バギーで回れるツアーは楽しかった。移動はワイキキから車で1時間弱。余裕を持って到着したい。受付後の待ちが少しあるが気にならない程度。四輪バギーの運転は家族は怖がって運転出来ず、女性や初心者には少しハードルが高いかも。未舗装路が乾いていると砂埃がすごい。最初からツアーで配られるマスクは着用した方が良いのと、服は汚れてもいいものか着替えを持って行くと良い。顔も結構埃で真っ黒になるので水で洗った後に拭くタオルがあると良い。ツアーガイドの指示(英語)にしたがって運転すれば、大きな問題はありません。

We enjoyed the scenery as a group while riding in a line, but the girl at the front of the group felt a bit anxious when the path split, as there were no instructions on which way to go, and she kept looking back to wait for the guide. Although we were a group of six, we could hardly hear the guide along the way, so it felt like we were mostly enjoying the horseback riding and the scenery on our own. The views of both the sea and the mountains were fantastic. The guide's response was good, but I think it would be even more enjoyable if those two points were improved. Also, since it wasn't a lead horse, I thought it would be reassuring to have the best rental options available.

グループで馬が1列になり景色を楽しみましたが、グループの先頭になった娘は、道が別れた時どちらに行ったら良いか、指示がなく、何度も後ろを振り返りガイドさんを待ったりと、少し不安になる時がありました…６人でのグループでしたが、途中のガイドもほとんど聞こえず、自分で乗馬と景色を楽しんだ感じでした。景気は海、山両方楽しめて最高です。ガイドのお姉さんの対応はよかったのですが、その2点が改善されるともっと楽しめると思います。あと、引き馬ではないので、是非ベストのレンタルもあると安心できると思いました。

The Luau was amazing, food was great and the entire show was so entertaining!! Me and my partner had a great time. I definitely recommend!

The driver kindly explained about Hanauma in English. They repeatedly mentioned what not to do, so I understood. Before entering Hanauma, they gave us life jackets at the cliff viewpoint. If you have any additional items, it's a good idea to mention them at this time. Once we arrived at Hanauma, we gathered with the same group of guests to pool together $25 for admission. I think it’s a good idea to bring a mat or something to relax on the beach in advance. It was very kind and I had a lot of fun snorkeling.

英語にはなりますがドライバーさんが丁寧にハナウマについて説明してくれます。
やってはいけないことは何度も言うので理解できました。
ハナウマに入る前に崖の展望台でライフジャケットをくれました。他の追加品があればこの時に言いましょう。
そしてハナウマに着いたら同じグループの客で集まって25ドルもまとめ合い、ハナウマに入場します。
ビーチで休むためのシートなどを事前に持っていくといいと思います。
すごく親切で楽しくスノーケリングを楽しめました。
