3 of us decided we wanted to do something different rather than having dinner at a nice restaurant, and this combination dinner and cruise fit the bill. The food was excellent, both the steak and the crab legs were fabulous, and we had an awesome view from our window-adjacent table. The entertainment on board was amusing, it added a great vibe to the dinner. The duration of the cruise from start to finish was just right - enough time to have a leisurely dinner, enjoy a show, watch the fireworks, and then return back to land. Just perfect, I highly recommend!

We participated as a group of five adults, and it was incredibly fun. Initially, we booked a package that included transportation, but on the way back, we wanted to eat Kahuku shrimp, so we changed to meet on-site and went by rental car. The facility felt new.

The weather was a mix of sunny, cloudy, and occasionally drizzling rain. Since we were dressed lightly, I thought it felt cold even with a little rain, but they provided disposable ponchos. Wonderful service! However, it got hot once I put it on. When the rain stopped, I thought, "Well, I don't mind getting wet," and returned it.

Our group consisted of 11 people (four adults and two children from the mainland U.S. joined us), and we had three guides. They were very attentive to safety and constantly checked on us, which made us feel secure. As mentioned in the reviews, Japanese wasn’t understood, but they made an effort to engage us with encouragement, funny faces at times, pointing during important moments, and repeated explanations (in English), so we generally understood. After explanations, they would demonstrate with "like this?" and if it was okay, they would say "ok!" or if it was slightly off, they would use their bodies to explain, which reassured me. I have a fear of heights, but I felt completely fine. Perhaps it was because I felt safe.

Along the way, we could freely take water, mini tomatoes, and macadamia nuts at certain points. However, there wasn’t much time to relax, so we quickly drank and ate before moving on. There were other groups before and after us, so we progressed at a good pace. It seemed there were only two other Japanese people in the group behind us. It was quite pricey, but it was worth it. Even at 71 years old, I managed just fine. I brought my smartphone in a waist pouch. I also had a strap to hang around my neck, but they advised me that the waist pouch was better (in English). We could take photos at key points, and they took pictures for us, which made for great memories.

I have sensitive hands, so I bought floral gardening gloves at a 100 yen shop. They didn’t look great in photos, but I thought it would help with the strain on my hands when holding the rope while climbing. No one else was wearing gloves, but I was glad I used them to prevent hand irritation.

大人5人で参加、最高に楽しかったです。
最初は送迎付きを申し込みましたが、帰り道でカフクエビを食べたくて、変更して現地集合にして、レンタカーで行きました。施設は新しい感じでした。

天候は晴れだったり、曇りだったり、時々雨がぱらついたりでした。
薄着ですから、雨がパラパラでも寒く感じるなーと思ってると、使い捨てポンチョをくれました。すばらしい対応！でも着ると暑い＾＾；すぐに止む→ま、濡れてもいいやと返しました。

私たちグループは11人（私たち以外に、アメリカ本土からの大人4人と子供2人）ガイドは3人がついてくれました。とても安全に気を配ってて常に確認されてたので安心できました。口コミ通り日本語は通じなかったですが、楽しませようと声掛けや、時に変顔、大事な場面では指さし、何度も説明（英語ですが＾＾；）などで、だいたい分かりました。説明の後、「こんなふう？」みたいにやってみせると、ok！だとか、ちょっと違うなというときには体を使って説明してくれるので大丈夫とおもいました。高所恐怖症の私ですが全然大丈夫でした。安全と思えたからでしょうか。

途中、ポイントで、水や、ミニトマト、マカダミアナッツが自由に摂れます。でもゆっくりくつろいでる時間はないので、さっさと飲んだり食べたりして次に進む感じです。前後のグループもいるので程よくドンドン進みます。
日本人は私たち以外には、後ろのグループに2人いたようです。
けっこうお高めですが、それだけの価値はあります。71才でも全然平気。スマホはウエストポーチに入れて持っていきました。首からかけるストラップも持ってましたが、ウエストポーチのほうが良いと言われました（英語で＾＾；）要所要所で撮影できるし、撮ってくれるので記念になりました。

手荒れの私、100均で花柄の園芸手袋買っていきました。写真写りはかっこわるいけど、ロープを持って上に上の時に、手に負担があると思ったからです。手袋してる方はいませんでしたが、手荒れ予防に使ってよかったです。

The horses were smart and we were able to ride leisurely through the forest. There were many clouds in the Kualoa area, and it rained along the way... It might be a good idea to prepare a light raincoat or something similar if possible.

馬もお利口でのんびりと林の中を乗馬出来ました。クアロア方面は雲も多く途中雨が降りました…出来れば薄手のカッパ等準備されると良いかも

As I imagined, the sandbar was indeed affected by the weather... However, the staff members who joined us on the boat were very cheerful, and we were able to have a great time!

想像通り、サンドバーは天気に左右されるなぁと感じました…
でも、内容も一緒に船に乗ったスタッフの方々もとても明るい方々で楽しむことができました！

It was unfortunately a cloudy day with strong winds, so the scenery was a bit disappointing, but I think I would have enjoyed it if the weather had been clear. There was also a paid photo service available!

あいにくのお天気で曇り空で、風が強い日でしたので、少し景色が残念でしたが、快晴であれば楽しめたと思います。有料ですが、写真撮影サービスもありました！

I wasn't able to swim with the sea turtles, but I was really happy to see so many of them. The staff members were all very nice, and I had a great time. The hamburger for lunch was delicious, with the patty freshly grilled. The sandbar was shallow, about knee-deep. I would like to visit again during a time when the tide is completely out. I wasn't very lucky with the snorkeling, as the water was murky and not very clear, but I could see colorful fish and coral reefs quite well.

ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐまでは出来なかったがたくさん見れて嬉しかった。スタッフの方々も良い方ばかりで楽しめた。ランチのハンバーガーもパティ焼き立てで美味しかった。サンドバーは浅いところで膝くらい。完全に潮が引く時期にも行ってみたい。シュノーケルは運が悪かったのか水が濁っていてあまりキレイとは言えなかったがカラフルな魚やサンゴ礁はよく見えた。

Parasailing over the ocean was amazing. The tour guides were cheerful and kind, which was great. Although it was 120 meters, I was satisfied that I was able to go up high. I only fell into the water with my lower body, so my face didn't get splashed, which was nice. I was able to enjoy a panoramic view of the Hawaiian scenery, and it became a wonderful memory.

海の上でのパラセーリングは最高でした。
ツアーの方も愉快で優しくて良かったです。120mでしたが上の方まで上がることができて満足でした。海に落ちるのは下半身だけで顔に水が被らなくてよかったです。ハワイの景色を一望できていい思い出になりました。

There is a shuttle service to nearby hotels, so it's安心 at night. The appetizer buffet came with free drinks, and while the buffet was on the second floor, we were on the third floor, which had a great view. There weren't many types of appetizers, but it was fine since we had eaten a little beforehand. The beer, sparkling wine, and wine were all-you-can-drink, which was a great deal. The staff was friendly, coming to take our orders and even taking photos for us. We could also access the second floor, where we could listen to live music. The sunset was beautiful.

近くのホテルへの送迎があるので，夜も安心。フリードリンク付きのアペタイザー食べ放題でしたが，ビュッフェの人は2階で，我々は3階で，景色が良く見えて良かったです。アペタイザーはあまり種類がありませんが，ちょっと食べてから行ったので問題なし。ビールやスパークリングワイン，ワインなどは飲み放題だったのでお得でした。スタッフは気持よくオーダーを取りに来てくれたり，写真を撮ってくれたり，親切でした。2階にも入れるので，生演奏も聞くことができました。夕日がきれいでした。

This was my first time participating. I chose this dinner cruise because I wanted to experience an overseas atmosphere, and there were fewer Japanese people on it. The content of the cruising was as I imagined; we enjoyed a buffet at the beginning and then each of us enjoyed the scenery, as well as Hawaiian dance and music at the bar. The taste of the food was just average.

The problem was the shuttle service to the hotel. We were staying at the Prince Waikiki, and during the pickup, we were the first to be picked up, followed by stops at other hotels. Considering that they drive on the right side and the route to the destination, it was a logical order. However, on the way back, we passed by the Prince Waikiki first but for some reason, we just went straight past it. In the end, we were left until the very last, and ultimately dropped off about 100 meters away from the Prince Waikiki, being told to walk back. It didn’t make sense since other hotels were dropped off at their pickup locations.

Additionally, it seemed that the arrangements for the return bus were poor, and we had to wait for about 30 minutes. Because of that, what was supposed to be a tour ending at 7:30 PM ended up with us getting back to the hotel at 9 PM. Given that this tour operates daily, the poor arrangements and inefficient shuttle route make it hard to recommend. It might be better to meet on-site. I will not participate in this tour again.

今回初めて参加しました。海外の雰囲気を感じたかったので、日本人が少ないこのディナークルーズを選びました。クルージングの中身については想像通りで、最初にビュッフェを楽しんであとはそれぞれ景色を見たり、バーでハワイアンダンスやハワイアンミュージックを楽しむ内容でした。料理の味は普通といったところ。
問題はホテルまでの送迎サービスでした。
私たちはプリンスワイキキに宿泊していたのですが、迎えの時は最初にピックアップされて他のホテルを回るルート。右側通行であること、目的地へのルートを考えると合理的な順番です。そう考えると、帰りのルートはプリンスワイキキを1番最初に通過するのですが、なぜかそのまま真横を通過。結局最後まで残されて、挙げ句の果てにプリンスワイキキから100メートルほど離れたところに降ろされて、あとは歩いて帰れと言われる。他のホテルはピックアップした場所で下ろしているのに意味が分からない。
この日はさらに、帰りのバスの段取りが悪かったようで30分ほど待たされる。
それも重なり19時30分に終了するツアーのはずが、ホテルに帰り着いたのは21時でした。
毎日運行しているツアーなのに段取りが悪い点や非効率的な送迎ルートを考えるとあまりおすすめはしません。
現地集合がいいかもしれませんね。
私はもうこのツアーには参加しません。

We went to our destination not just by ourselves but also with others on the same boat. The staff who provided transportation and handled the parasailing were very friendly, which naturally lifted our spirits! It was my first time parasailing, and since I wanted to make the most of it, I decided to choose the plan that goes up to the highest point, 150 meters. When I actually did it, the height was quite significant. Of course, individual experiences may vary, but I found it very enjoyable and didn't feel scared at all. The view of the scenery and the ocean from above is amazing! Right before the end, they even give you a little splash in the sea! Your face probably won't get wet! This is definitely one activity I want to do again if I get the chance!

自分達だけでなく他の方と同じボートで目的地に行きます。送迎の方やパラセーリングを担当してくれた方も凄く気さくでテンションも自然と上がります！初めてパラセーリングしたのですが、せっかくなので1番高くまで上がるプランにしようと考え150mを選びました。実際やってみるとかなり高さはあります。個人差はもちろんあると思いますが、私はとても楽しく怖さはありませんでした。上から見る景色や海は最高です！終わり間際に海ポチャも軽くしてくれます！顔までは多分濡れません！
出来るならまた絶対やりたいアクティビティの１つです！

The instructors were from overseas, but they understood the necessary Japanese and explained everything in a fun way. The activities were excellent!

Since the boat sways quite a bit, I think it's a good idea to have motion sickness medication.

インストラクターの方達は海外の方でしたが必要な日本語は理解してくれていて、楽しく説明してくれてアクティビティも最高でした！

The venue was not as large as I expected, but it was an impressive show where the dancers were clearly visible. However, there were notes on the voucher regarding dress code, stating that T-shirts were not allowed and long pants were required, yet most people were dressed in shorts and sandals. While a collared shirt was worn on top, I believe it would have been better if the guidelines had specified that collared shirts were acceptable and that any pants except swimwear were allowed.

会場が思ったほど広くなく、ダンサーが良く見え迫力満点のショーでした　　ただ、服装の関係でTシャツNG・長ズボンなど注意点がバウチャーに記載されていましたが、ほとんどの人は短パン・サンダルの格好であった。
上着は襟付きシャツでしたが・・
格式あるショーであると思いますが、記載の際に上着襟付きならOK・ズボンは水着以外OKとの記載でもよかったのではと思いました

I participated in the English tour alone, but everyone was friendly and I had a great time. The lunch buffet was delicious, and all three activities were wonderful.

英語ツアーに一人で参加しましたが皆さんフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。昼食のビュッフェも美味しく、３つのアクティビティー全て良かったです。

We experienced horseback riding as a family. We went to the polo club by rental car and participated in a tour. The North Shore is truly a wonderful place, and it was an amazing experience to ride along the coast in the pleasant breeze. It was my son and son-in-law's first time riding, but the horses were smart, and they enjoyed it without any problems. Along the way, we took photos, and my son attached a GoPro to his arm to film while riding without any issues. We also had some commemorative photos taken, and even though it was in English, we received various explanations, making it the best memory of our trip to Hawaii.

家族で乗馬体験しました。レンタカーで、ポロクラブへ行き、ツアーに参加しました。ノースショアが本当に素晴らしい場所で、心地よい風の中、海岸沿いを馬で歩けて最高に素晴らしい体験ができました。息子も娘婿も初めての乗馬でしたが、賢い馬で、何の問題もなく楽しめました。途中写真を取ったり、息子はゴープロを腕につけて馬の操作には問題ない状態でビデオを撮ったり、途中記念撮影して下さったり、英語ですが、いろいろ説明してもらいハワイに来た最高の思い出になりました。

I previously had a horseback riding experience at Kualoa Ranch, but the movie tour aside, the horseback riding felt very much like a "tourist attraction"—it was crowded, and we all went in a line together.

At Gunstock Ranch, my 2-year-and-10-month-old daughter could ride a pony, while my husband and I chose to ride horses. A staff member walked with my daughter's pony, and we followed behind on our own horses. There aren't many places that allow small children to ride alone, so it was a valuable experience! We chose a 20-minute ride, which was more than enough time for little ones! The grounds are incredibly spacious, allowing us to feel the great outdoors, and afterward, they let my daughter brush the pony and give it treats, which was really friendly of them. I definitely want to go back next time!

*However, there were no staff members who spoke Japanese. I don't think it would be too much of a problem, though.

以前クアロア牧場で乗馬体験もしたのですが、映画地のツアーはともかく乗馬に関しては「観光向け」という感じで、混んでいるし、みんなでぞろぞろ行く感じでした。

このガンストック牧場は2歳10か月の娘がポニー、私と夫は馬と選べて、係の女の人が娘のポニーを引いて歩いてくれ、私たちは後ろから自分たちでついていくという感じです。小さい子1人で乗らせてくれるところはないので、貴重な体験でした！
20分のライドを選びましたが、小さい子には十分すぎる時間です！
敷地はものすごく広くて大自然を感じられるし、終わった後で娘にポニーのブラッシングや、おやつをあげさせてくれたりして、本当にフレンドリーでした(^^)次回も絶対に行きたいです！

※ただ日本語が話せるスタッフさんはいなかったです。
そんなに困る事はないと思いますが。

It was rainy on the day, but I had a great time snorkeling! We played beach volleyball at the sandbar, and it was fun! The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, made with freshly grilled meat!

当日は雨模様でしたが、シュノーケリングも楽しめて最高でした！サンドバーでビーチバレーをしましたが楽しかったです！お昼のハンバーガーも焼きたてお肉でおいしかったです！

It was fun because it was my first experience riding a horse! I was also able to stop by Haleiwa, and the garlic shrimp was delicious!

We decided to try it out on short notice and made a reservation the day before. I received a request from Veltra to change the time, and since it was the day before, I adjusted my plans a bit and decided to go for the experience. I didn't feel seasick, and it turned out to be a fun experience. Although the conversation was in English, I appreciated the lively and humorous vibe typical of international interactions. I also purchased photos for $30, which became a great memory!

急遽やってみようという話になり前日に予約しました。
一度ベルトラさんの方から時間を変えてほしいという連絡をもらい前日だったため少し予定を変更し体験することにしました。
船酔いもなく、楽しい体験になりました。英語での会話ですが、笑わせてくれたり盛り上げてくれる海外のノリがまたいいなと感じました。
写真も30ドルで購入し、いい思い出になりました！

I participated with three friends from university. At first, we were all a bit nervous due to fear, but the staff's cheerful energy quickly eased our tension. Parasailing was truly exhilarating, and I'm glad I had such an experience in my life. While jet skiing, there was music playing, and the staff helped create a lively atmosphere, which was fantastic! If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to use this service again.

大学の友人3人と参加させていただきました。
最初は全員恐怖心もあって、少し緊張していたのですがスタッフの方のテンションが陽気すぎて緊張感はすぐに無くなりました。
パラセーリングは本当に気持ちよくて、人生でこんな経験が出来て良かったなと思います。
ジェットスキー内では音楽がかかってたり、スタッフの方が場を盛り上げてくれるので雰囲気も◎でした！
次ハワイに行く機会があればまた是非利用したいと思います。

I had high expectations, but I was disappointed. The variety of dishes was limited, and there were no crew members who spoke Japanese, so I didn't know where the live performance would take place.

I wanted to make my 6-year-old child happy, so I participated, but they started saying it was boring halfway through, which was tough. My 75-year-old mother was happy, so that was a relief. I've been to Hawaii nearly 20 times, but as a first-time participant, I was able to see what was going on in the ocean, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

途中でつまらないと言い出してしまって参りました。

20回近くハワイに来ているのですが、初めて参加した私は海の中の様子がわかり、割と楽しめて

I chose the 150m option, but the higher you go, the better the view. You can enjoy the scenery around Waikiki in the sky where you only hear the sound of the wind.

For an additional $30, you can have a photo taken from below with a DSLR, but I wish I had taken some pictures of the view from above as well. I should have brought a cable to attach the camera to my neck to avoid dropping it.

When you land, you wear a life jacket, so only your lower body gets wet. The staff made it a fun experience, creating wonderful memories. I can't ride roller coasters, but I really enjoyed this.

150mにしましたが、やはり高い方が景色がいいです。風の音しかしない上空でワイキキ周辺の景色を楽しめます。
一眼レフでの写真を30$追加で下から撮ってもらえますが、上空からの景色も撮っておけばよかったと思っています。
落とさないようにケーブルで首につけてカメラを持っていけばよかったです。
最後に着水するときはライフジャケットをつけているので腰下しか濡れません。
スタッフの方が楽しませてくれるので最高の思い出になりました。
私はジェットコースター乗れませんが、これは楽しめました。

The guide was a Japanese person named Uchida (I apologize if I misheard). He provided detailed explanations of the sights while driving, which was educational and enjoyable. When the roads got congested, he took alternative routes to avoid traffic, making him very reliable.

We first visited the Dole Plantation. We had about 30 minutes to explore on our own. The main purpose was a restroom break, and I think it’s best to consider it mainly for that, with just a little time for souvenir shopping. After this, we used the highway, but there can be traffic jams, so I believe the restroom break at the Dole Plantation is essential. There is also a maze here, but it takes over an hour to complete, so I strongly advise against attempting it. Next, we went to a beach where we saw turtles and spent about 15 minutes observing. It seems that turtles often don’t come on days with high waves, but we were lucky enough to see two and take photos. After that, we had a 65-minute lunch break in Haleiwa Town. Uchida drove us around Haleiwa Town beforehand and recommended various places, so we were fine without a guidebook. He helped us get to our desired restaurant smoothly, and I appreciated his thoughtfulness. We went to a fast-food restaurant, but it took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive, so time management is important since it doesn’t come out as quickly as in Japan. After that, we went horseback riding. We took a walk on horseback through a small hill covered with trees, similar to hiking. Riding on a natural mountain that hasn’t been maintained felt great. The horses are retired polo ponies, so they are well-trained and manageable even for beginners. It was a very enjoyable day. Thank you to the owner, Mark, and Uchida. I would like to ride here again.

【For Participants】
1. Touching turtles is prohibited by law. There was a person monitoring the beach. If you get closer than 2 meters to a turtle, you will be warned. I was glad that Uchida informed us about this in advance.
2. A group photo will be taken. When we reached a photo spot during the horseback ride, the owner took a photo of each group. Since it will be taken with your own camera, bringing a camera is essential.
3. A Japanese guide is necessary. The owner will teach you how to ride in English and simple Japanese, so you can understand the atmosphere, but if you ask questions in Japanese, I think the answers will be in English, so a guide is needed. Uchida provided detailed instructions in Japanese. There are also signs in Japanese explaining how to ride horses. When the owner gave instructions in English while we were riding, Uchida’s interpretation was very helpful when I didn’t understand. It’s not good to get injured due to a lack of knowledge from the rider, so I believe a Japanese guide is necessary for safe horseback riding, not just for this tour. (In past reviews, it was mentioned that a horse bit the one in front and was kicked by it, but the owner and Uchida warned us to keep a distance of at least 2 meters from the horse in front, so I think it was a mistake that wouldn’t happen if the rider was careful.) Additionally, we had to sign a waiver stating that injuries during horseback riding are our own responsibility. I think this is the same for any horseback riding tour. To reduce the risk of trouble, I believe it’s safer to have a Japanese guide, even if it raises the price a bit.
4. Long pants are required. Horses only know their own body shape, so they may walk very close to trees, and a person’s knees might hit the trees. Once you get used to it, you can guide the horse to avoid trees in advance, but to reduce the risk of injury, I recommend wearing thick long pants like jeans. The horse’s back is higher than you might think.
5. Selfie sticks are prohibited. Horses are said to be afraid of sticks, so we were told not to use selfie sticks while riding. It’s quite bumpy, so I think it will be difficult to take photos. If you can hold the reins with one hand an

ガイドは内田さん（よく聞き取れなかったので違ったらすみません）という日本人の方でした。車で名所の説明を丁寧にしてくださり、勉強になり楽しかったです。道路が混みだしたら渋滞回避のため別のルートを使ってくださったり、とても頼りになりました。
最初にドールプランテーションに行きました。30分程度各自で見学します。目的はトイレ休憩がメインであとは、ちょっとお土産を買うくらいだと思った方がいいです。この後、高速道路を使いますが、渋滞するときもあるらしいので、ドールプランテーションでのトイレ休憩は必須だと思います。ここには迷路もありますが、クリアに1時間以上かかるので、絶対にチャレンジ禁止です。次に亀がいる海岸に行き、15分程度見学しました。波が高い日には亀は来ないことが多いそうですが、運よく2匹見れ、写真も撮れました。その後に、ハレイワタウンで65分各自で昼食休憩がありました。内田さんが車で事前にハレイワタウンを一周し、お勧めの店を色々教えてくれたのでガイドブックが無くても大丈夫でした。目的の店にスムーズにいけるようにしてくれて、内田さんの心遣いに感謝しました。ファストフード店に行きましたが、食べ物が出るまでに15分程度かかり、日本のようにすぐには出ないので、時間配分は重要です。その後、乗馬をしました。ハイキングをするような木々の生い茂った小高い山を馬に乗って散歩しました。手入れのされてない自然の山を乗馬するのは気持ちよかったです。ポロ競技を引退した馬たちなので、ちゃんと調教されているので素人でも扱えます。とても楽しい一日でした。オーナーのマークさん、内田さん、ありがとうございました。また乗馬をするならここでやりたいと思います。
【参加者へ】
①亀に触ることは法律により禁止
海岸に監視する人がいました。亀に2ｍ以上近づくと注意されます。内田さんから事前にこのことを注意喚起されていてよかったです。
②写真はグループで1枚撮ってもらえる
乗馬中に写真スポットに来たら、オーナーがグループごとに1枚写真を撮ってくれます。自分のカメラで撮ることになるので、カメラは必須です。
③日本語ガイドは必須
現地でオーナーが馬の乗り方を教えてくれますが、英語と簡単な日本語でされるので、雰囲気で理解できますが、こちらが日本語で質問をしても英語での回答になるかと思いますのでガイドはいると思います。詳しい注意点等は内田さんが日本語でしてくれました。現地に日本語で馬の乗り方の説明書きが掲示されています。実際に馬に乗るときにオーナーが英語で指示してくれたが理解できなかった時に内田さんの通訳が頼りになりました。乗り手の知識不足による操作ミスでケガをするのはよくないので、安全に乗馬をするためにも、このツアーに限らず、日本語ガイドは必要だと思います。（過去の口コミで馬が前の馬を噛み、前の馬に蹴られたと書かれていましたが、馬は前の馬から2メートルは距離を空けるようにオーナー及び内田さんから注意をされていたので、乗り手がきっちりしていれば起こらないミスだったのかと思います）また、乗馬中のケガは自己責任になるという同意書を書かされます。これに関してはどの乗馬ツアーでも同じかと思います。トラブルのリスクを減らすためにも多少値段は上がっても日本語ガイドがあった方が無難だと思いました。
④長ズボンは必須
馬は馬自身の体型しか把握していないので、馬が通れるギリギリで木の横を歩くことがあり、人間の膝が木にぶつかりそうになりました。慣れてくれば馬に指示して事前に木をかわすことができますが、ケガのリスクを減らすためにもジーンズ等厚手の長ズボンをお勧めします。馬の背中は思っている以上に高いです。
⑤自撮り棒禁止
馬は棒を怖がるそうで馬の上では自撮り棒は使わないように言われました。すごく揺れるので写真を撮るのは難しいと思います。片手で手綱を握り、片手で撮影できるなら動画なら撮ることもできます。
【催行会社へ】
①貴重品の保管場所を作ってほしい
荷物は車内に置いて、手荷物はカメラとペットボトル程度にしてと言われました。馬につける小さなバッグに入る程度の荷物しか持参できません。車内は鍵をかけるから安全と言われまし、山の中なので部外者が車上荒らしをするとは考えにくいですが、万が一を考えると不安があります。馬鹿正直に貴重品も車内に置いて行った自分も悪いのですが。（ベルトラのHPには持ち物に両手が空くバッグと書かれていたので荷物は自分で持てると思っていました）ガイドさんによると、オーナーからあまり荷物を持たないでほしいと言われているそうです。確かにあの山の中で物を落とした場合、探すのは大変なのはわかります。お互いが安心できるように貴重品ロッカーがあればいいのにと思いました。

The guide was Jodi, who is half Japanese. She was bright and fun. We first visited a small art museum and souvenir shop, where we learned about the history of Hawaii. While looking at paintings about Hawaiian history, she provided detailed explanations that were very informative (about 10 minutes). Jodi was the only guide who spoke so extensively about history. When we went hiking, she lent us trekking poles for free. At first, I thought I wouldn't need them, but they were incredibly helpful in rough areas. Jodi was knowledgeable about the trees and carefully explained various plants, which was enjoyable. While I think you could hike without a guide, and many people were climbing individually, having a guide is beneficial for learning things like why almost all the plants on that mountain are native to Hawaii, which you wouldn't know just by climbing. I recommend going with a guide. When we reached photo-worthy spots, Jodi took pictures for us from various angles, and they all turned out great. I had been told in advance that my shoes would get muddy, but it hadn't rained for about three days, so my shoes only got a little dirty. There are slippery areas in some places, so I think sneakers are essential. There were quite a few foreigners climbing in bikinis and flip-flops, but that gear is dangerous. They were lightly equipped to swim at the waterfall, but according to Jodi, the water is unsanitary, and swimming can lead to illness. (The waterfall was off-limits, but foreigners were entering the restricted area.) The water level of the waterfall varies by day; on rainy days, it has more water and looks great for photos, but I went on a sunny day and was satisfied with the pictures I took. The organic lunch was incredibly delicious and had a taste that Japanese people would enjoy. Jodi recommended various dining options near our hotel, and when we went later, they were fantastic, cheap, and I wished I had known earlier! I appreciate Jodi for providing such local insights, which made our trip more fulfilling. It's a small mountain, so it's easy to climb for those looking to get some exercise. While Diamond Head is more famous, I personally prefer this one because it has more nature. I would like to climb it again when I come back to Hawaii.

【For Participants】
1. Comfortable sneakers are essential. There are muddy areas, so comfortable sneakers are necessary. If you go like the foreigners in flip-flops, you might get injured.
2. Tips are necessary. The fee is paid to the operating company, while tips are paid to the guide separately. A general guideline for tips is 10-15% of the fee for the tour guide.

【Requests to the Operating Company】
1. Include tips in the price. Many Japanese people are not familiar with the tipping culture, so some may not know that tips are required on tours. There may be times when they don't have much cash on hand, so including it in the initial fee would be reassuring. (Someone from a different group that participated with us asked how much to tip.)
2. Concerns about the top photo of this tour on the Veltra website. The photo shows two women in front of a large tree, but many tourists have carved their names and designs into the tree trunk. Since it's used in official photos, I thought it was okay to carve into the tree, but it seems that's not the case. I think it would be good to replace the photo to avoid such misunderstandings. Jodi, who loves nature, was cautious about carving into trees.

ガイドは日本人とのハーフのジョディさん。明るく楽しい方でした。最初に小さな美術館兼お土産ショップに行き、ハワイの歴史を学びました。ハワイの歴史についての絵を見ながら説明していただき、とても詳しくて勉強になりました。（10分程度）。こんなに詳しく歴史を話してくれたガイドはジョディさんだけでした。ハイキングをするときに登山用杖を無料で貸してくれました。最初はいらないと思っていましたが、足場の悪いところでは大活躍でした。ジョディさんは木々に詳しくて、色々な植物の説明を丁寧にしてくださり、楽しかったです。ハイキングをするだけなら、ガイドはいなくてもいいかと思いますし、事実、個人で登っている人も多かったですが、あの山の植物がほぼハワイ原産じゃない理由とか普通に上っていたら知れないことを教えてくれるのはガイドがいるからこそだと思うので、ガイド付きをおすすめします。写真映えするスポットにくるとジュディさんが写真を撮ってくださり、いろんなアングルから撮ってくれて、どれも素敵でした。事前に靴がドロドロになると言われていましたが、3日くらい前から雨が降っていなかったそうで、靴は少し汚れた程度で済みました。場所によっては滑りやすい場所もあるのでスニーカーは必須だと思います。外国人でビキニ、ビーチサンダルで登っている人は少なくなかったですが、その装備は危険です。彼らは滝で泳ぐために軽装備にしていますが、ジョディさんが言うには滝の水は不衛生なので泳ぐと病気になるそうです。（滝は立ち入り禁止になっていましたが、外国人は普通に禁止エリアに入っていました）。滝の水量は日によって違うらしく、雨の日だと水量が多くて、写真映えするそうですが、晴れてる日に行きましたが、満足する写真が撮れました。オーガニックのお弁当はめちゃくちゃおいしかったです。日本人好みの味でした。ジョディさんは私たちが宿泊しているホテルの近くのおすすめの飲食店を色々教えてくださり、後日行ったらめちゃくちゃおいしくて、安くて、もっと早く知っていれば！と思いましたし、そういう地元の人が知っている情報を教えて頂けて、より旅行が充実したのでジョディさんに感謝しています。小さい山なので運動不足解消に気軽に登れます。山ならダイヤモンドヘッドの方が有名だけど、こっちの方が自然が多くて個人的には好きです。またハワイに来たら登りたいと思います。

【参加者へ】
①歩きやすいスニーカーは必須
ぬかるんでいる場所もあるので歩きやすいスニーカーは必要です。外国人のようにビーチサンダルで行くと多分ケガすると思います。
②チップが必要
料金は催行会社へ支払われるもの、チップはガイドへ支払われるもので別です。ツアーガイドへは一般的に料金の10～15％がチップの目安になります。

【催行会社へ要望】
①チップ込みにしてほしい
日本人はチップ文化になじみがないので、ツアーでチップがかかることを知らない人がいます。当日、現金をあまり持っていない場合もあるので、最初の料金に含まれているとこちらも安心です。（一緒に参加した別グループの方にチップをどれくらい払うか相談されました）
②ベルトラのHPのこのツアートップ写真にもやもや
女性二人が大きな木の前にいる写真が使われていますが、その木の幹に観光客が名前とか模様とかたくさん刻まれています。公式写真で使われているので、木に彫るのが平気なのかと思いましたが、本当ならダメみたいですね。そういう誤解を生まないように写真の差し替えをしたらどうかなと思いました。ジュディさんは自然が好きな方なので、木を彫ることについて注意喚起されました。

I have a fear of heights and can't even ride a Ferris wheel, but after seeing this zip line on TV, I really wanted to try it, so I signed up with my husband. To be honest, I was considering canceling until just before the event.

In the car on the way there, the driver seemed to be giving a tour in English, but I couldn't understand anything. However, I enjoyed the drive, feeling the great nature, which was different from Waikiki.

Once we arrived, the procedures were in English, and I was confused, but I managed to get through it by asking a Japanese participant for help. There were three guides for our group of eleven, and since my husband and I were the oldest, the guides were very kind and attentive to us.

During the initial practice, I hesitated several times, but I thought that if I didn't jump here, there would be no going back (laughs). With each jump, I felt less like I had a fear of heights, and by the end, I was able to fly while spinning the camera with one hand. There were various attractions along the way, and the guides put on performances, making it a lot of fun.

When I signed up, I thought the price was high, but I believe it was worth even more than that. The guides took photos for us, which we could purchase, but I wish there had been videos as well. I definitely want to participate again next time!

高所恐怖症で観覧車も乗れないのにテレビでこのジップラインを見てどうしてもやりたくて主人と申込みしましたが正直直前まで私だけキャンセルしようかと思っていました。
お迎えの車の中では運転手さんが英語でガイドをしていたみたいですが全く解りませんでしたが景色はワイキキとは違い大自然を感じるドライブを楽しむことができました。
着いてからの手続きも英語なので解らず迷っていたら日本人の参加の方に聞きながらなんとか出来ました。
３名のガイドの方に１１人のグループで私たち夫婦が最高齢でガイドの方もそれをわかってかとても親切丁寧に接してくれていました。
初めの練習の時何度か躊躇しましたがここで飛ばなければ後がないと思いきりました（笑）
回数を重なるごとに高所恐怖症ではなかったのではと思うくらいで、最後は片手でカメラを回しながら飛ぶこともできました。途中途中いろんなアトラクションがあったり、ガイドさんのパフォーマンスがあったりとても楽しかったです。
申し込むとき料金高いなと思いましたがそれ以上に価値があったと思います。ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれて購入することができましたが動画もあれば良かったなと思いました。
次回もぜひ参加したいです！！

A bright blue sky, white clouds, and a warm welcome from many dolphins. I made the best memories. Next time, I definitely want to challenge myself to the highest level.

真っ青な空、白い雲、たくさんのイルカのお出迎え。最高の思い出が出来ました。今度は是非とも最高度に挑戦したいです。

First of all, SANDBAR is one of the most beautiful places you’ll see. I’m not sure why is not in top 10 activities from Hawaii, but they told is more a local secret. Is a kind of mini beach in the middle of the ocean, with sand, you can bring your speaker, chairs, or whatever. Is a magic place.

The crew was full of good vibes, they made hamburgers for us and they also bring a guitar and make a great moment with that view. After the first stop at the sand bar they took us to snorkel and wauuu, such a nice place to do this, with giant turtles and a lot of fishes.

I have no bad comments for this one, was one my tops, and we do A LOT of activities this time. Trust us, you have to visit the Sandbar, and Captain Bob’s is a great choice to do this!

It was cloudy with rain, but at the snorkeling spot, there were so many sea turtles!!! I was so close that I almost bumped into one because of the waves!!! I had to desperately dodge one (laughs). After snorkeling, you have to travel for quite a long time, so it's essential to have something to wear to keep your wet body warm.

近くで見ていたら波で押されてウミガメにぶつかりそうになるくらい！！！
一度除けるのに必死だった（笑）
シュノーケリング後にかなり長い時間移動するので、濡れた体が冷えないように羽織る物が必須です。

This tour gave everything we wanted and more in only two hours. Not only did we see 7-8 turtles swimming right under us for 45 mins to an hour, but we also saw whales jumping around after when we were sailing around on the boat. Our tour guides were really friendly and followed the whales for a while for us to see. It was pretty amazing! I’d definitely recommend this tour for anyone even though it’s expensive. It’s totally worth it! My only regret was not buying a go pro or underwater camera because we didn’t get any pictures. So keep that in mind that the company don’t take professional pics for you to purchase, you need to take your own.

This is a must-do. You can quickly do it in the early morning and then enjoy another marine sport in the afternoon. The price is affordable, and I recommend the 120m option.
