Since it was a trip to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we booked the Diamond Seat. The front row center seat was impressive. I'm glad we chose the Diamond option. The meal was a buffet, and while it wasn't exceptionally delicious, it was decent. There was also a separate dessert buffet with pineapple cake and fruits. Each person received three drink tickets, but we couldn't use them all. The performers engaged with the audience, calling out to people and dancing on stage, which made it lively and interactive. After leaving the venue, we were able to take photos with the performers (no tips required).

Negative points: The meeting location had changed. It would have been helpful to have directional signs along the way to reach the location. I felt anxious while searching around.

両親の結婚50周年祝いの旅行だったため、ダイヤモンドシートで予約。最前列中央席で迫力があった。ダイヤモンドにしてよかった。食事は、バイキングで特別美味しいという程ではないが、まあまあでした。デザートも別にバイキングあり、パイナップルケーキやフルーツ。ドリンクチケット1人3枚づつあったが、使い切れなかった。パフォーマーの方が、客席の人に声をかけ、ステージで踊ったりと参加型で盛り上がった。会場を出たところで、パフォーマーの方達と写真を撮ることができた(チップ不要)
マイナスポイント:集合場所が変更となっていた。また、場所までたどり着くための途中に案内表示などがあったらよかった。不安なまま探し回ってあせった。

Crew was knowledgeable and helpful! Made the experience fun and definitely something we’ll do again!! My two oldest sons and I parasailed together which made it EVEN better! We’ve talked about so many times since we got back home!

I was worried whether the activity would take place due to the heavy rain that started the day before and the cloudy morning, but since I didn't receive any cancellation notice in the morning, I waited as planned. The pickup arrived 15 minutes late, but I thought it was understandable given the heavy traffic around. The staff primarily spoke English but also spoke a little Japanese, and they were bright and friendly.

While parasailing, the boat was really rocky, so if you're prone to motion sickness, it's definitely better to take medication. The parasailing experience had stunning views and was absolutely amazing! It's definitely worth doing at least once!

前の日から稀に見る大雨で朝も曇ってたから催行されるか心配でしたが
朝に中止の連絡もなかったのでそまま待ってました。迎えの時間から15分遅れで来たけど周りは渋滞多いのでしょうがないかなと思います。
スタッフは基本英語だけど日本語も少し話してくれて
明るく親切でした。
パラセーリング中より船の上にいる方が凄く揺れるので酔いに弱い人は薬を確実に飲んだ方が良いです。
パラセーリングはとても景色が良く最高でした！！
一度はやる価値ありです！

I signed up for a 120-meter (800-foot) course.

I participated on a weekday at 11 AM, and there were a total of 10 participants, including my family, a foreign family, and a couple.

Since it was my first time experiencing parasailing, I was quite nervous, but the staff were very cheerful and made me laugh. While they were setting things up, they kept saying, "Little shark, big shark, cool shark, hungry shark!" which made me laugh.

The ascent to 120 meters was over in no time. We flew with three adults! The view was something you can't see normally, and the wind felt amazing! It was the best! I want to do it again!

平日の11時からのに参加し、参加者は私たち家族と外国人家族、カップル1組の計10人でした。

初めてパラセイリングを体験するのでかなりドキドキしていましたが、スタッフさんがかなり明るい人で笑わせてくれました。
セッティングしてもらっている間も「チイサイ　サメ～、オオキイ　サメ～、カッコイイ　サメ～、ハングリー　サメ～　　いる！！」といって笑わせてくれました。

120メートルまではあっという間でした。
大人3人で飛びました！
景色も普段では見られないし、風がとても気持ちいい！
最高です！またやりたい！

The moment I got on the bus early in the morning while still feeling sleepy, Michael (the photographer) was so high-energy that it shook off my drowsiness. Listening to our guide Natsumi's explanations made the travel time fly by.

The crew on the boat was also lively and cheerful, and at first, I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but by the time we were heading back, I was completely hooked. The staff was dedicated to finding dolphins, and we had two dolphin dives where I got to swim with many dolphins right beneath me.

This tour was incredibly fun. Every time our eyes met, the staff would engage with us. Especially Michael, who, despite being a photographer, really energized everyone. I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was a refreshing and immensely satisfying experience. I definitely want to participate again.

朝早くまだ眠い中バスに乗った瞬間、マイコー（フォトグラファー)のハイテンションに眠気もさめガイドのナツミさんの説明を聞きながらあっという間の移動時間でした。
船のクルーたちも皆元気で明るくテンション高く、最初はついていけないかな？とちょっと不安もありましたが、帰るころにはすっかりはまってました。
イルカ探しにスタッフが一生懸命で、イルカダイブも２回あり自分の真下にたくさんのイルカを見ながら泳げました。
このツアーは最高に楽しませてくれます。目が合うたびにスタッフが声をかけてくれます。
特にマイコーはフォトグラファーなのにとにかく皆を元気にしてくれます。
ハワイは何度も行ってますが、久しぶりに楽しく大大大満足でした。
是非又参加したいです。

It was truly the best tour! During the journey to and from the destination, our Japanese driver and guide shared various information about Hawaii. The stories were easy to understand and interesting, and his calm tone made it very easy to listen to. After arriving in Haleiwa Town, he kindly provided detailed information about recommended shops and restaurants while we slowly drove through the area, which I really appreciated. I have visited Hawaii many times, but I learned a lot of things I didn't know before, and I had a truly fulfilling day. I was very satisfied with my choice of this tour and returned home happy. I highly recommend it. Thank you to our tour guide!

本当に最高のツアーでした！行き帰りの道中は日本人の運転手兼ガイドの方がハワイに関する様々な情報を教えてくださいます。お話はわかりやすく且つ面白く、声も落ち着いたトーンで話されるのでとても聞きやすかったです。ハレイワタウンに到着後、車をゆっくりと進めながらオススメのお店やレストランの情報を丁寧に教えていただいたのもとてもありがたかったです。ハワイには何度も訪れていますが、知らなかったことをたくさん知れましたし、本当に充実した１日を過ごすことができ、このツアーを選んで良かったと大満足で帰って来ました。本当におすすめです。ツアーガイドさんありがとうございました！

Riding horses in Hawaii is just the best, isn't it?

They are calm and very easy to handle.

We participated as a family of three because we wanted to see the sandbar. Since two of us can't swim, we were looking for a tour that would be easy for non-swimmers to join, and we found this one.

The Angel Sea was very beautiful! Perhaps due to the timing, the sandbar wasn't visible, but the water's clarity was incredible! We learned how to use the snorkeling gear and had a fun experience in a safe area. We also got to see sea turtles from the boat and throw bread to the fish, which was a unique experience. The hamburger we had on the boat was delicious!

サンドバーが見たくて家族3人で参加しました。3人のうち2人が泳げないので、そういう人も気軽に参加できるツアーを探してたところこちらのツアーを見つけ、今回参加してみました。
天使の海はとても綺麗でした！時間帯のせいか中洲は現れてなかったのですが、海の透明度が半端なかったです！そこでシュノーケリングの使い方を習い、安全な場所で楽しく体験出来ました。また、船から海ガメを見ることができたり、魚にパンを投げたり今までにない体験が出来ました。船の中で食べたハンバーガーは美味しかった！

I was a bit anxious about the English-only guide, but it was longer and more enjoyable than the zip lines in Japan. It was a bit pricey with the transportation included, but it was a great experience.

英語ガイドのみで不安もありましたが、日本のジップラインより長くて楽しめました。送迎付きで少しお高いですが、いい経験が出来ました。

Loved the volleyball game- perfect fun for my teenage boys! We saw lots of turtles and a Ray! Enjoyed the excursion!!! Thanks to you- a happy crew

Although I couldn't speak Japanese, the reception staff taught me how to check in using a tablet, making the check-in process very easy.

I signed up for the buffet course, but the live performance was only held on the second floor, and we were seated on the first floor, so we couldn't enjoy the performance. After finishing our meal, we were on the deck on the third floor, but I felt that the all-you-can-eat appetizers and drinks course might have been better. However, the fireworks on Friday were wonderful. It was truly a luxurious time.

ブッフェコースを申し込みましたが、生演奏は二階席のみで行われていて、自分達は一階席だったので、演奏は楽しめませんでした。食事を済ませ、三階のデッキに居ましたが、アペタイザー＆ドリンク飲み放題のコースの方が良かったような気もしました。でも金曜日の花火は素晴らしかったです。それはもう贅沢な時間でした。

The instructor provided thorough explanations and support in advance. Thanks to that, all participants were able to catch the waves! I wanted to experience more than just sightseeing in Hawaii on my second visit, so it truly became a wonderful memory.

そのおかげで参加者全員が波に乗れてました！2回目以降のハワイで観光よりも体験したかったので、本当に良い思い出になりました。

I was a bit worried when the pickup was delayed, but after waiting for about 20 minutes, I met up with the staff and felt relieved. After the pickup, I signed a waiver in the car, and as soon as we arrived at the location, we were guided to the boat, ready to set off into the waters of Waikiki. There were six groups on the boat (we were the only Japanese), and ten minutes later, the first group started parasailing! We were the last to go, and before sailing, the staff asked us, "Are you okay with getting wet?" to which we replied, "Okay!" What does "getting wet" mean? We enjoyed the stunning views at the highest point and began our descent, splashing into the water with a "splash!" Oh! So this is what "getting wet" means. The flight lasted about five minutes, and I thought, "I wish it could be a bit longer!" It was a very satisfying tour. It's something anyone can do, and it's definitely worth experiencing even if you're not in Hawaii.

ピックアップが遅れてちょっと心配しましたが、２０分程度待ってスタッフと合流しほっとしました。
ピックアップ後、車内で、誓約書にサインし、現地に着くと即、ボートに案内され、いざ！ワイキキの海に出発、ボートには６組（日本人は我々のみ）が乗船し、１０分後には、１組目がパラセーリングスタート！！
私たちは最後のスタートで、セーリング前にスタッフから『ビショ・ビショ　ＯＫ？』と聞かれ『ＯＫ！』、”ビショ・ビショ”って何だ？、最高地点で絶景を満喫し降下し始めて、海面に”ジャボン！”、あ！これが”ビショビショ”か
、およそ５分程度のフライトで、『もう少し長いといいな！』と思いつつ終了。非常に満足するツアーでした。誰にでもできて、ハワイでなくとも１度は体験する価値十分です。

The parasailing at 120 meters above the sea was a wonderful experience. The view from above the ocean was amazing. There was almost no sound, just the pleasant sound of the wind. I was able to enjoy a comfortable time with Diamond Head in the background. The captain was a lot of fun, and he took many photos from the boat. Photos are available for purchase. The kids also had a great time with this activity.

海上120ｍのパラセイルは、とても気持ちの良いものでした。海の上からの景色は最高でした。音はほとんどなく、心地よい風の音のみでした。ダイアモンドヘッドをバックに、快適な時間を過ごす事ができました。船長さんはとても楽しい人で、ボートの上からたくさん写真を撮っていただきました。写真は購入可能です。子供たちも、大満足のアクティビティでした。

While they recommended purchasing photos, we were unable to buy them because we weren't photographed. It seems they misunderstood and thought we were in the same group as the honeymoon couple in front of us, but I believe it was their mistake for not confirming properly and not reaching out to us. This was the highlight of our trip to Hawaii, and we are truly disappointed.

写真の購入を勧めておきながら撮ってもらえず購入することができなかった。
私達の前のハネムーンカップルと同じグループだと勘違いして写真を撮らなかったようですが、きちんと確認せず声かけしなかったそちらのミスだと思います。
今回のハワイ旅行で一番のイベントだったのにほんとがっかり。

I had read about this in a guidebook I bought in Japan and absolutely wanted to do it. Since I requested no pickup, the meeting location was a bit hard to find, and I got lost. I participated in the 90m option because I had an elementary school child with me, but even at 90m, the height was very satisfying. The view of Waikiki from the sea became a wonderful memory!

日本で買ったガイドブックに記載があり絶対にやりたいと思っていました。
送迎なしでお願いしたので受付場所が少しわかりづらく迷いました。
小学生の子供がいたので90mで参加しましたが90mでも大満足できる高さでした。
海から眺めるワイキキの景色はとても思い出になりました！

Yuki, the Japanese staff member, accompanied us and provided various explanations. It was clear that the other staff members were also attentive to safety. The hamburgers we had for lunch were delicious. Since we went out on a sunny day, it seemed that members who used sun visors also got sunburned on their heads. Don't forget hats and sunscreen!

We had a valuable experience encountering sea turtles and swimming around the coral reefs while snorkeling. It's understandable that there are repeat visitors.

日本人スタッフユキさんが同乗、色々説明していただき、また他のスタッフも安全に配慮している様子がうかがえました。お昼のハンバーガーが美味しかったです。晴天日に出かけたので、サンバイザー使用のメンバーは頭も日焼けしたようです。帽子、日焼け止めなど忘れずに！
うみがめとの遭遇、シュノーケルでサンゴ礁の周りを泳いだり、と貴重な体験をしました。リピーターの方がいらっしゃるのも納得です

It was fun. There were four adults, and it was everyone's first time participating. The pickup time at the hotel was just right (around 9 AM), but when you include the transportation fee from the Waikiki area, it feels a bit pricey. I think six activities, including both long and short ones, is just the right amount. Don't expect much from the scenery. Just keep in mind that after going down, you have to climb back up over 75 steps! There was also someone in their 80s in the same group, so it's an activity that people of all ages can enjoy.

楽しかったです。成人４名、皆初めての参加でした。ホテルでのピックアップ時間もちょうどよかったですが、（9時前後）ワイキキエリアからの送迎代金を含めると割高感があります。長短含め６本、ちょうどよい量だと思います。景色は期待はしないでください。ただ下がったあと、７５段あまりの階段を上がって戻ります！
同じ班には８０代の方もいたので、老若男女楽しめるアクテビティです

You travel in a group with people from various countries, not just Japanese. At first, it can be intimidating, but the feeling of gliding through the wind is unbeatable. You can do the longest course one last time at the end. It ended just when you wanted to do a little more.

日本人だけじゃなくていろんな国の方々とグループで周ります。最初こそ怖いけど風をきってすすむ心地よさはたまりません。一番長いコースを最後にもう一度できます。もうちょっとやりたいなぁ、ってところで終わりました。

Everyone, including the driver, only spoke English, so I was initially worried. However, even if you don't understand English, you can still enjoy it fully and feel safe. Wow, that scenery is something you should experience!

ドライバーさん始め全員が英語しか話せない人だったため最初は不安でしたが、英語がわからなくても充分楽しめるし安心・安全です。いやぁあの景色は体験するべきです！！

Once a year, I do an activity! This year it was parasailing! The weather was perfect and the crew was friendly! The views and the sense of freedom were amazing! This was the best activity of the year. I'm glad I chose Veltra without hesitation!

The boarding and disembarking from the boat were smooth, so there was nothing to worry about. I got to see Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana, and Diamond Head all at once—what a fantastic feeling! This is something everyone should experience at least once!

After getting off the boat, I saw the photos (for a fee) and they made for a great keepsake with Diamond Head in the background. The tip was just a small amount, so there was nothing to worry about!

毎年1回はアクティビティ！
今年はパラセイリング！最高の天気と親切なクルー！最高の眺望と開放感！今年は最高のアクティビティでした。迷うことなくベルトラさんにして良かった！
船からの離発着もスムースで何も心配なし、ワイキキビーチ、アラモアナそしてダイヤモンドヘッド！一望でき最高の気分！一度は体験すべし！

We three challenged ourselves to parasailing for the first time, and it was helpful that we had a pick-up from the hotel at 7:40 AM. The height was 90 meters, and I was worried about whether we could go up together as three or if we would be paired with another group of two and one. However, the weather was good, and we were able to go up as a group of three. On the day, the crew asked if we wanted to purchase photos, but we declined. Other groups had their photos taken while parasailing, looking like they were about to fall into the big mouth of Jaws; I didn’t ask about the price, so I'm not sure. I secured an action camera to my left wrist and got permission to take photos while we were up, and it was a success! However, I forgot to take motion sickness medication, and after we landed on the boat, I felt nauseous and had to endure it while waiting for the rest of the group to finish. It was tough. A couple with two small children had their kids secured on their laps and went up as a group of four. My wife, my nephew, and I had a great time, and the scenery was beautiful, so we were very satisfied! Motion sickness medication is a must. Since we paid for the tour with a credit card, I gave a $30 tip when we got off the boat.

私達は3人で初めてのパラセーリングに挑戦しました、朝7時40分にホテルまで送迎が有り助かりました。高さは90メートルで3人同時に出来るか2人と1人別グループの人と組まされるか心配でしたが天候も良くて3人で上げて貰いました、当日写真有料でいるかクルーに聞かれましたが私達は断りました、他のグループは写真を頼んでジョーズの大きな口に落ちそうになってるパラセーリングが上手く取られていました、料金は聞いて無いので不明ですが。私はアクションカメラを左手首に固定して撮影の許可を貰い上がってる間撮影成功しました！あと私だけ酔い止め薬を飲むのを忘れてしまい終わって船に着地した後酔ってしまい後のグループが全て終わるのを吐きそうになりながら我慢しました、大変でした。小さいお子さん2人いる夫婦は子供を膝の上に固定して4人で上がってました。妻も甥っ子も私も凄く楽しくて景色も良くて大満足でしたよ！酔い止め薬は必須ですね。ツアー代金はクレジットカードで決済してたので当日船から降りる時に30ドルをチップで渡しました。

We were picked up by the hotel and after waiting for about 10 minutes, we boarded a boat with six groups and headed out to sea. The view from the boat was amazing with the blue sky and ocean. Everyone felt like friends, and we had fun high-fiving each other.

We had booked the parasailing for 150. The breathtaking view from the top was indescribable. It was beautiful! So much fun!!! The landing with a splash into the sea was also enjoyable.

On the way back, we stayed in Kaka'ako and enjoyed Walmart.

ホテルにお迎えにきてもらい、待つこと10分程度、、６組でボートに乗り込み、沖へ向かいます。ボートからの景色は青空・海で最高の景色です。全員が仲間のような感じで、ハイタッチをしたり楽しく参加できました。
パラセーリングは、150を申し込んでおりました。一番上まであがったときの絶景は言葉に出来ませんでした。綺麗！楽しすぎる！！！着地で海にジャボーンとしてくれるのも楽しかったです。
帰りはカカアコ にそのまま滞在し、ウォールマートと堪能できました。

This tour is highly recommended! You can taste Hawaii's specialties, enjoy nature, and watch turtles. Even my father, who is over 60, was able to enjoy it without any difficulty. If you come to Hawaii, I definitely want everyone to experience this!

First, at the Dole Plantation, you can enjoy freshly squeezed pineapple juice for just $2.50! It's a great deal, and you can savor the true flavor of pineapple without any additives, so I absolutely recommend it!

Next, the horseback riding takes you through a forest with ups and downs, making the one-hour ride completely engaging! The horses are all thoroughbreds and very stable, so it's reassuring, and it's kind of cute when they occasionally get bored and start munching on grass (*^-^*). The staff were also very cute and kind!

After that, our guide took us to a hidden gem for garlic shrimp that locals use, and we enjoyed incredibly plump and delicious shrimp! Apparently, the garlic shrimp from the North Shore is made from fresh shrimp, making it even tastier♪

Above all, the highlight of this tour is the guide!

The amount of knowledge is amazing!! And they are entertaining! They share all sorts of interesting stories about Hawaii's history, recent events, and trendy shops, so you won't get bored during the travel time! Also, if you ask, "Are there places like this nearby?" they will guide you by car if it's close, which was very helpful☆

The guide and this route were both fantastic, so I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii! (*^▽^*)

このツアーはかなりオススメです！
ハワイの特産物を味わって、自然を楽しみ、カメを観て・・還暦を過ぎた父でも無理なく全然楽しめる内容で、ハワイに来たら是非みなさん体験して頂きたいです！

まずドールプランテーションでは搾りたてのフレッシュパイナップルジュースが2.5$で飲めてしまうお得さ！
交ざり物なしでパイナップル本来の味を楽しめるので、絶対オススメです☆

次の乗馬はアップダウンのある森の中を散策するので１時間全く飽きない！馬もみんなサラブレッドで安定している子達なので安心ですし、たまに飽きて草とか食べ始めちゃうのもなんかかわいい(*^-^*)
係りのお姉さんもとてもキュートで優しい方達でした♪

その後はガイドさんに地元の人が利用する穴場のガーリックシュリンプ屋さんを教えて頂き、それはもうプリップリでおいしい海老をいただきました！
どうやらノースショアのガーリックシュリンプは生の海老から作られているのでより美味しいらしいです♪

なんといってもこのツアーの一押しは、『ガイドさん』です！

知識量がすごい！！そしておもしろい！ハワイの歴史や最近の話、流行りのお店などありとあらゆる話を面白おかしく案内してくれるので、移動中も本当に飽きないです！
また、『こうゆうところはありますか？』と聞くと近場であれば車で案内して下さったりもするので、とても助かりました☆

ガイドさんもこのルートもとてもよかったので、ハワイに行くときはまたぜひ参加したいです！(*^▽^*)

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the unique and thrilling wave rides on the Outrigger Canoe.
My husband said it was his favorite activity of our entire week long trip and we did activities every day!

The sunset dinner was truly a great experience. Everything was very well organized. We were served champagne to begin with and helped ourselves to fresh cheese, crackers and fruit trays. And those were left out for everyone the entire trip, which is beneficial when you have kids who might not like the whole dinner but still want to eat something. The entire dinner was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Beverages were refilled as necessary but there weren't a lot of soda options. The sunset was beautiful. You just have to keep watch for the ideal time to take pictures of your experience. The entertainment was great, with music and dancers. Great experience overall!!
