The day I participated, it was packed with about 40 people, and there was barely enough room to sit. There were four crew members. I attended with elementary school children, but the explanation for using the snorkeling gear was very brief, and after that, everyone pretty much did their own thing. During sailing, the crew said it was optional to wear life jackets, and since they came around to collect them, none of the participants ended up wearing them.

I was able to see a sea turtle, and I spotted dolphins jumping in the distance, which was great, but I felt it might be more of an adult-oriented tour.

参加した日は40人くらいの満員状態で席もギリギリ座れるという状態でした。クルーは4人でした。小学生を連れての参加でしたがシュノーケリングの使い方はサラッと説明するくらいで、始まってからはほとんど各自で勝手にやるというかんじでした。セーリングの時は救命胴衣は着けても着けなくてもよいと言ってクルーが回収しにきて参加者全員着用してませんでした。
ウミガメは見れたし、遠くでイルカが飛び跳ねてるのが見えたので良かったですが、大人向けのツアーかな？と思いました。

In late August, it was sunny. We participated as a couple with two middle school students. It was everyone's first time parasailing. I tend to get motion sickness, so I took some anti-nausea medication, but it was nice that there were only a few of us, just our family and two foreign sisters. (The people who rode after us were a large group, so I felt like I might get seasick while waiting for them to finish... Either way, it's better to take the medication. The boat sways quite a bit!)

I didn't talk much with the captain, but he was a nice person, and the instructor was funny and kind, making the conversation enjoyable! (He understands a little Japanese and seems familiar with Japanese people, so I think it's fine even if you can't speak English.)

Our family and the sisters were all dropped into the sea at the beginning or the end! That was fun too. I was chatting with the instructor before we started, and it naturally led to, "Well, we have to drop you into the water, Japan!" I don't know how it usually goes, but if you really want to be dropped into the sea, it might be good to express that desire.

The view from 150 meters was amazing! When the boat swayed, I couldn't help but scream like it was an amusement park ride. Haha. I wasn't worried about falling at all. I put my smartphone in a waterproof case hanging around my neck and recorded videos, but since there was some swaying, please ensure your own safety while filming. (If you're anxious about operating it up there, it might be a good idea to keep the camera rolling from before takeoff until landing. I can't guarantee the quality, but it's one way to do it.)

Also, we had to wait until the previous group returned before we could board the moving boat, and after boarding (only those buying the photo SD had to line up), but it didn't feel like we waited too long at all.

I would love to try again with the same captain and instructor!

8月下旬、晴れ。夫婦と中学生2人で参加。
全員初めてのパラセーリング。私は酔いやすく酔い止めを飲みましたが、うちと外国のお姉さん2人だけの少数だったのも良かった。(私達の後に乗ってた人達は大人数だったから、他の人がやってる間に船酔いしそうで…どっちにしても酔い止め飲んだ方がいいです。船はかなり揺れます！)
船長さんとはそんなに話さなかったけど良い人だったし、インストラクターの人は面白いし優しくてお喋りが楽しかったです！(日本語も少し通じますし日本人にも慣れてらっしゃる感じですので英語話せなくても大丈夫だと思います。)
私達家族もお姉さん達も最初か最後に海に落とされました！それも楽しかったです。私はやる前にインストラクターさんとお喋りしてて、じゃあジャポンと落とさないとね〜という流れに自然となったので普段がどうかわかりませんが、絶対海に入れてほしい人は一言やってほしい気持ちを伝えるといいかもしれませんね。
150mからの景色は最高でした！
揺れたりするとアトラクションのようにキャーキャー言ってしまいます。笑。落ちる心配は全然無かったです。首から下げる防水ケースにスマホ入れて動画なども撮りましたが、揺れもあるのでご自身で安全を確認しながら撮って下さい。(上で操作するのが不安な方は、飛ぶ前から降りるまでずっと動画回しっぱなしでもいいかもしれませんね。ちゃんと撮れるかわかりませんが一つの方法として。)
あと、移動するボートに乗るまで( 前の人達のボートが戻ってこないと私達がいけない入れ替え制でした)と乗ったあと(写真のSDを買う人だけですが並んで順番)に待たされますが、すごく待たされた感じは無かったです。
また同じ船長さんとインストラクターさんでトライしたいです。

I felt that both the dancers and the hosts were top-notch. The food was also delicious. This time, I had a golden seat right next to the stage, but I think you can enjoy it just as much from the seats further back.

今回はゴールデンシートで、ステージ真横の席でしたが、後方の席でも充分見えるし楽しめると思います。

We signed up for parasailing at 9:00 with three people, but one person was unwell, so we participated with two. The pickup was a bit late... We boarded the boat with three families, and there was a pouch with instructions for Japanese guests. They asked if we wanted to take photos. I thought $30 was too much, so I declined. You can choose to either jump into the sea or be lowered onto the boat. Everyone else jumped into the sea! I wanted to take a video with my phone, so I asked to be lowered onto the boat. I wasn't sure where the return van was... The driver from the van we took there was present, so when I mentioned the hotel name, he directed me to another van driver who said ●● Hotel and encouraged me to get on. I felt a bit forgotten? I should have recognized my name being called, but it didn't feel like that... Well, I made it back to the hotel safely, so that's good. We returned in the morning, so we could play in the afternoon as well.

戻りのバンがどこなのかわからず、、、
行きのバンの運転手がいたので、ホテル名を言うと
・・・、別のバンの運転手に●●ホテルと言い
乗るように促されました。
何となく、忘れられた？
名前を呼ばれたらわかるはずだけど呼ばれた感じもなく。。。
まぁ、無事ホテルまで戻れたので良し。
午前中に戻ってくるので午後も遊べます。

I participated in a submarine tour for the first time. At first, I waited and waited at the meeting point for the 9:30 tour, but no one came, and it was almost 10:00. I started to worry that I had gone to the wrong place and was about to give up when the pickup finally arrived. Although we started off on a negative note, the submarine tour itself was great. We got to see sea turtles, and the kids were excited throughout their first experience in a submarine and seeing the underwater scenery. Not only was the underwater experience amazing, but the views from the boat were also fantastic. We could see Diamond Head the whole time, and we took a lot of great photos. It became a wonderful memory of our time in Hawaii, and I am very satisfied.

初めて潜水艦ツアーに参加しました。
最初、9:30の集合場所に待っても待っても迎えが来ず、時間は10:00前に。場所を間違えてしまったのかと不安になり、もう無理だと諦めかけたところに遅れて迎えが到着。スタートはマイナスからでしたが、潜水艦ツアー自体は良かったです。海亀も見れたし、子供達も初めての潜水艦や海底の景色に終始興奮気味でした。海の中も去ることながら、船からの景色も最高でした。ずっとダイヤモンドヘッドが見え、たくさんいい写真がとれました。ハワイでの良い思い出になり、大満足です。

I had more fun than I expected. The staff also entertained me, and I was very satisfied without even realizing it. It was really cool. Thank you!

Unfortunately I don’t believe the experience we had was worth the $331 AUD it cost. As my husband and I are big Jurassic Park fans we didn’t want to go all the way from Australia to Hawaii without going to the Ranch. We thought the UTV would be the best experience for us as we don’t like having to be crammed into a bus full of other tourists. The tour started off great driving through the ranch. We drove past a couple of film site locations for other movies/tv shows without stopping at them but as we were there primarily for Jurassic Park it wasn’t a big deal. We made one stop to take pictures which wasn’t any particular movie/tv site, just a picturesque location with the mountains in the background and the water on another side. Our tour guide took our pictures for us with a dinosaur puppet which was a funny experience however, that is as close to anything remotely Jurassic Park related as we then got back into the UTV and drove back to the customer visitors Center without stopping at any other sites on the ranch. We drove past a Jurassic World site but unfortunately our group didn’t stop there like the other groups, we just drove past and as there were rules that you couldn’t stop to take pictures we couldn’t even really get to see much of it. As it was our last day in Hawaii and the main thing we were looking forward to our whole trip it was quite disappointing and the cost of the experience was added salt in the wound. I would recommend when booking any experience to ask for details like which sites you’ll stop at.

My son and I participated in a group lesson together. It was his first time surfing, and at first, he couldn't ride the waves, but by the end, he was doing really well. The staff mentioned they would take photos, so I intended to buy some as a keepsake. However, they only took a few pictures of my son, and they were mostly from the beginning when he wasn't riding well, with no photos of him successfully riding the waves. Since there was no other option, I ended up purchasing the few photos from the beginning.

息子と2人でグループレッスンに参加しました。息子は、初サーフィンで最初は乗れなかったけど、後半上手に乗れてました。
スタッフの方が、写真を撮ってくれるということで、記念に購入するつもりで写真を確認しましたが、息子だけ数枚しか撮っていなく、また最初のほうだけ撮っていただけで上手に乗れてる写真が全く無かったです。仕方がないので、最初のほうの数少ない写真を購入しました。

The boat to the submarine was quite rocky, but the submarine itself didn't sway much, and I was able to see a lot of fish, which made me very satisfied. If you're prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

潜水艦に行くまでの船が結構揺れましたが、潜水艦はあまり揺れず、魚もたくさん見ることができ、満足でした。船酔いしやすい方は酔い止め必須です。

The explanation provided by the Japanese guide was very helpful. Since it was my first time visiting Haleiwa, I appreciated learning about the sightseeing points and riding precautions in advance. The sightseeing information shared during the shuttle ride was also very informative, with many things I had not known before. The horseback riding itself was enjoyable, and my children (ages 6 and 8) were able to ride independently and said they had a lot of fun. The 6-year-old was being led by a rope at the front, which made it reassuring as the horse did not stray to the side.

日本人ガイドの方の事前の説明がとても参考になりました。
ハレイワ観光も初めてだったので短時間での観光のポイントや、乗馬での注意点もあらかじめ教えてもらえてよかったです。
送迎車内の観光案内も初めて知ったことも多くてためになりました。
乗馬自体は子ども（6歳8歳）も一人で乗れてとても楽しかったと言っていました。
6歳は先頭の方に綱で引いてもらっており、馬が横に逸れたりしないので安心でした。

Good points:
The night view of Waikiki from the boat was very beautiful and satisfying!

Bad points:
The meeting place was shared with other activities, which made it very confusing.
The fireworks are more beautiful in Japan.
The light meal course had few items and was simple. It wasn't enough for dinner.

集合場所が他のアクティビティーと一緒でとても迷いました。
花火は日本の方が綺麗です。
軽食コースは品数もなく簡素でした。晩ご飯にはなりません。

I'm glad I went! I had so much fun!
The day before, I fell and got a minor scrape on my palm, so I was a bit anxious and nervous, sweating from my hands, but to sum it up, it was no problem at all. You don't need grip strength for the zip line.
The lockers are small, about the size of a valuables box at a public bath. Larger items need to be left at the office, which was free of charge. A cautious companion (who was told it was at their own risk and left their smartphone) said, "If it’s this safe, I should have brought my smartphone on the course." I think as long as you take precautions to avoid dropping it, you should bring it.
There were many older participants who were actively enjoying themselves, striking poses and even going upside down. However, I think lighter children might stop midway due to not gaining enough speed, so I recommend waiting until they are older to participate.

行って良かったです！すごく楽しかったです！
前日に転んで手のひらに軽いすり傷を負ってしまったので、大丈夫かなあという不安と緊張で手汗が止まらなかったのですが、結論から言うと全然問題なかったです。ジップラインに握力は必要ないので。
ロッカーは銭湯にある貴重品ボックス程の小さいものです。それより大きい持ち物はオフィスに預けます。無料でした。慎重な同行者（自己責任と言われてスマホは預けた）も「こんなに安全ならスマホをコースに持ち込めばよかった」と。落とさない工夫だけしておけば、持っていくべきだと思います。
ご年配の参加者もたくさんいらっしゃって、ポーズをとったり逆さまになったりと、皆さん積極的に楽しんでおられました。ただ、体重の軽いお子さまはスピードが出ずに途中で止まってしまうと思うので、大人の身体になってからの参加をおススメします。

I recommend this specific experience to anyone visiting Oahu, and especially staying in Waikiki. There are many companies you can go with -- this was my third time parasailing, and by far the best one yet. Parasailing is all the same, unless the person driving the boat and the person helping you into the gear are FUN and ENERGETIC. Both crew members who took the group out were in great moods, seemed like they were having fun and not "working" -- they were in high spirits, played great music, cracked jokes with all of us, and the whole time I felt safe and wanted to go all over again. My advice to future goers is to book the higher parasail (1,000 ft) -- this is because you go even higher and are up for a longer time. It's so peaceful once you get up there, and really fun to ride on the boat with others after you've gone. There were about ten people in my group, and we all seemed to have an amazing time. 5 stars!

Sea walking is available everywhere, but underwater biking is only here!
About 20 years ago, there was one at Manza Beach in Okinawa, but it couldn't operate due to the weather at that time, and it has been gone since then, which I found disappointing!
However, I found it in Hawaii this time and it was definitely the right decision to sign up without hesitation.

It's quite disappointing that the number of fish has significantly decreased compared to the old Hawaii, but considering this attraction over the fish, I definitely recommend it!

シーウォークはどこにでもあるが、水中バイクはここでしかない！
沖縄にも２０年くらい前に万座ビーチにあったが、その時は気候でできなく、それ以来なくなっており残念に思ってました！
しかし今回のハワイで見つけて迷わずに申し込みをして正解だった。

魚の数が昔のハワイに比べてかなり減っているのが残念でならないが、魚よりもこのアトラクションって考えると是非おすすめですね！

The pickup is at 8:30 and we arrive at the hotel at 15:30, so we have a full day to enjoy. The kids had fun playing on the playground equipment, interacting with birds, feeding fish, and even getting close to dolphins. There is a Japanese interpreter, so you can participate in the program with peace of mind! The travel was comfortable as we moved by large bus.

There were hardly any Japanese people at the meeting place.
It was helpful that there was a Japanese channel on the headphones in the submarine.
However, you can't see big fish, and you won't see beautiful fish, so if you expect those, you'll be disappointed.

集合場所はほぼ日本人はいませんでした。
潜水艦ではヘッドフォンから日本語のチャンネルがあるから助かりました。
ただ大きな魚は見えないし、綺麗な魚も見れないのでそういうものを期待するとがっかりします。

The Driver was at our hotel on time, he was courteous and professional. Friendly as well. He gave good directions and made sure our snorkel gear was in good working order. He was early for our pick up and got us safely back to our hotel. The bay is amazing and it was by far the best place I have snorkeled and that is why I returned with my family.

I participated alone. There were eight participants in total, including myself, with four men and four women.
We had a pleasant video training session before heading to the beach. The beach was visible as we left the hotel. It took about ten minutes to walk there, and three coaches were already waiting for us, conducting a relaxed lesson on the sandy beach (practicing paddling and standing).
The boards were long and a bit heavy. We paired up to carry them to the sea and moved out into the waves.
On this day, the waves were about three meters high.
As a 67-year-old beginner, it required quite a bit of physical strength.
In the end, I was able to stand for about five seconds. Lacking stamina and with the high waves, I got tired after three attempts and returned to shore alone.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience in Hawaii. This was my fifth trip to Hawaii, and I thoroughly enjoyed a Hawaii like no other.

一人参加しました。参加者は私を含めて８名でした。男女４名づつでした。
レッスンの前のビデオ研修を和やかに受けイザビーチへ。
ビーチはホテルを出て見えてます。歩いて１０分ほどで到着、すでにコーチ３人が待ち構えており、和やかに砂浜でレッスン（パドリングや立ち方練習）
ボードはロングで少し重たいです。２名ペアで海まで運び、沖へ進む。
この日は波が３メートルほどありました。
当方、６７歳の初心者には、かなりの体力を要しました。
結果、立つこともできましたが、５秒程です。
体力無く、波高く、３回で疲れて岸に単独で戻りました。
いいハワイ経験させていただきありがとうございました。
ハワイ旅行は５度目ですが、今までにないハワイを満喫いたしました。

I arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early, and there weren't many people yet. People started gathering around five minutes before the event.
I had a standard seat, but it was close to the stage and very easy to see! I think the seats themselves are not that different.
The food was delicious, and I had a really enjoyable time! The Polynesian dances from various regions were wonderful!

集合時間より10〜15分程早く着いたらまだあんま人はおらず。5分前頃から人が集まってきました。
スタンダードシートですがステージから近く、とても見やすかったです！座席自体はそんな大差ないかと思います。
料理も美味しく、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました！各地のポリネシアンダンスが素敵でした！

I experienced this with my fifth-grade son. At first, he was really scared, but once we got up there, he saw a view he had never experienced before and had a great time! I'm really glad we participated in this tour!

小学5年生の息子と体験しました。
初めは、物凄く怖がっていましたが、いざ上に上がってみると今まで経験した事がない景色が見れて、凄く楽しんでました！
このツアーに参加して凄く良かったと思います！

I went with my wife, and we had a great time.

First, we arrived after about 1 hour and 30 minutes by shuttle from Waikiki. After checking in, we were gathered with our group and fitted with the gear. We did a practice zip line and then moved by buggy (which was intense), and then it was time for the real zip line? There are some really beautiful spots with great views since it's on a high ground. We were taking a lot of photos with our GOPRO and smartphones, making sure not to drop them.

There are no restrooms along the way, so be sure to go beforehand! They will hold your bags for you. I put my valuables in a locker with a lock. I regret forgetting to buy a T-shirt. I couldn't buy it online.

妻と行きました。とても楽しかったです。
まずはワイキキから送迎シャトルで1時間30分くらいで到着。受付を済ませたら一緒にまわるグループ（時間帯）が集められ装具を着けてもらいました。練習のジップをしてバギーで移動（激しい）、後は本番？ジップラインをやります。高台にあるのでとても景色がいいスポットがあります。GOPROやスマホを落ちないように持ってたくさん撮影していました。わたしたちも。
途中にトイレはありませんので事前に！
バッグは預かってくれます。貴重品だけ鍵付きのロッカーに入れました。
Tシャツ買い忘れたのが心残り。ネットで買えませんでした。

All other tours were fully booked, so we chose this one, and we had a great time.

For us, who were worried about not being able to keep up with a more intense itinerary, this was just the right amount of activity. The free time at the sandbar and snorkeling were perfectly timed for enjoyment. Although we didn't see any sea turtles while swimming, we encountered several from the boat. The children were very happy and expressed a desire to participate again.

There were also restrooms available, so we didn't have any issues.

予約がいっぱいで他のツアーは取れなくてこちらにしたのですが、とても楽しめました。

あまりハードな内容だとついていけないと不安だった私たちにとってはちょうど良い内容でした。サンドバーでの自由時間やシュノーケリングなどちょうど良い時間配分で楽しめます。泳ぎながらウミガメは見えませんでしたが、船の上から何匹もウミガメに会えました。子供たちもとても喜んでいてまたぜひ参加したいと思いました。

トイレなどもあったので困る事はなかったです。

We participated as a family. I was nervous, but my child said it was the most fun they had during the trip, so I'm glad we took part!

I participated with five friends! One of my friends was trying parasailing for the first time and was really nervous before doing it, but afterwards, they looked very satisfied and it was great that we joined.

Best snorkel trip I’ve ever done. Crew was great and entertaining and would definitely book again.

Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids (12 yrs, 10, 10) took this trip a few weeks back during our vacation. We were not in the hotel zone so drove ourselves to Kaneohe Marina. Quick boat trip out to the sand bar, then to find honu (sea turtles) and finally out to a reef for some amazing snorkeling. Lunch (surprisingly delicious) was in there somewhere. Our crew was great - super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed hearing about Kaneohe Bay and the surrounding area. The only improvement I'd ask for is a bit more time out at the sandbar - felt like we could have stayed longer but other than that, everyone had a great time. We visit Hawaii every summer and try to hit new spots and new activities each visit. Our group agreed that we'd do this trip again if we could. Have fun!

I participated with my daughter. It was our first time snorkeling, and we were able to see fish and turtles. The cruise was also fun. The food was very tasty. I recommend it.

It was an amazing experience to see so many turtles at once. I have been to Oahu about 20 times but never seen so many turtles! Some of them came to the surface and I was able to see them very close, I could even see their nostrils. After snorkeling, we went sailing to the Diamond Head and the boat jumped up and down the wave and my children were so excited! I would surely want to come again in the near future.

I wanted to swim freely, so snorkeling after swimming with the dolphins was the best! The water was clear and felt amazing, and I could also swim with sea turtles! I was very satisfied with the stand-up paddleboarding too!
