It was unfortunate that I couldn't take photos with my smartphone during the boarding process because there was paddling involved. Later, I received an email about purchasing photos and videos, but they were all similar pictures where you couldn't see faces, and they were expensive! 開場が17:15かつ早いもの順と言っていますが、17:30に開場、写真を撮りながら席へ案内されるためめちゃくちゃ遅くなります。また、途中から二手に分かれて座席へ案内されるようになるため早く並んでいたから良い席になるわけではありません。食事は良くあるビュッフェスタイルですが、1周で取りきらないとあっという間に片付けが始まります。大変ですけどお皿を2枚もって料理を取ることをお勧めします。ショーが始まって盛り上がってきたと思ったら想定よりも1時間近く早く終了しました。（20:15ごろ終了とのことでしたが、実際は19:20でした）あまりにひどいので返金対応を求めましたが、対象外との返事でした。
ベルトラの方には誠心誠意対応していただきましたが、催事自体は最悪です。
