The Magical Mystery Show at the Hilton Waikiki Beach is seriously one of the best things to do in the evening in Waikiki! My friends and I had an absolute blast from start to finish. When we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious cocktail and escorted into the Museum of Curiosities. There, a talented magician entertained us with captivating stories about how King David Kalakaua brought the concept of "salon performance" to Hawaii from England. Once we discovered the secret password, we entered the main theater. Let me tell you, the room is cozy and beautifully decorated with vintage furniture and comfy chairs.
But here's the best part - the interaction with the performers was absolutely outstanding! It honestly felt like we were getting our own personal magic show. The close-up magic was incredibly engaging, and it was a hit with both the adults and the kids. We laughed so much and were completely impressed beyond words by the mind-blowing tricks! Every single part of the magic show was thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable. And let me just say, it was totally worth every penny! I can't recommend it enough!
Seriously, what a unique activity. It's perfect for a rainy day or any day, really. You're guaranteed plenty of laughs. Trust me, you won't regret it!

The SHARP mask was a great help. I was able to avoid inhaling the thick dust.

Goggles were essential. I'm glad I didn't forget to borrow them.

They didn't check the seatbelt safety at all, so when I was in trouble, I had to wave my hand to get their attention and have them check it as needed.

I didn't have time to ask how to adjust the seatbelt, so I could only barely reach the accelerator with my toes, but it was good that I could accelerate just by pressing it a little. I realized that from a certain point on, I didn't need to grip the steering wheel tightly; light handling was sufficient.

I watched a Japanese video, but it was explained by a man who is not a native Japanese speaker, and his intonation was strange and hard to understand. If you're going to make a Japanese video, it should be explained by a Japanese expert or a native speaker.

The female staff member was kind. I had a lot of fun.

シートベルトの安全確認等は全くしてくれないので、
困った時は手を振って来てもらって、随時確認してもらう必要があった。

シートベルトの調節方法を聞く時間がなく、かろうじて届くくらいのアクセルをつま先で踏む程度だったが、少し踏むだけで加速させられたのでよかった。途中からハンドルはそんなに握りしめなくても、軽い操作で良いことに気がついた。

日本語のビデオを見たが、日本語母語話者でない男性が説明していて、その人の日本語のイントネーションが変で聞きづらかった。日本語のビデオを作るなら、日本語超級者か日本語母語話者が日本語で説明しているビデオにすべき。

女性の係の人が親切でした。すごく楽しかった。

There are a lot of amazing reviews, but I didn't find it to be that great.

Reason 1: "The boat is too small, and there isn't enough space to change or sit." Since this is a quite profitable tour, I wish they would use a bigger and more functional boat. Even when it starts to rain, if there are many customers, there isn't enough space for everyone to get under the roof.

Reason 2: "They don't lend wetsuits." Since we swim in quite deep water, I think they should provide wetsuits for safety. However, as mentioned earlier, the boat is small and there are no showers. Improvements are needed for both the boat itself and safety management.

The hamburger was similar to Mos Burger. It was tasty, but it felt pretty average.

The bus, like others have mentioned in their reviews, was cold. It would be nice if we could take our time changing on the boat, but the boat's restroom is cramped, making it difficult to change. There are no showers on the boat either.

The time we could swim was not very long. We saw turtles, but there weren't many fish. The sandbar wasn't as heavenly as one might expect, and it wasn't that stunningly beautiful.

Reason 3: The timing is too late. If they departed earlier, I think there would be more fish, but we arrive at the sandbar close to noon, so I believe the timing is too late. By the time we start snorkeling, the sea has already begun to get murky. It would be better to leave around 7 AM.

The guide (?), a Japanese woman, was very kind, but she was in a bikini from start to finish, which made me wonder, "Why?" The foreign female staff member was also in a thong bikini. She has a great figure, but I don't think it's necessary to be in a bikini the whole time (especially on the boat). Is the bikini style part of the service? That must be tough.

その理由1 「船が小さすぎて着替える場所も座る場所も十分ではない」ということ。かなり儲かっているツアーなので、もっとでかくて機能的な船にしてほしい。
雨が降ってきても、客が多いと全員が屋根の下に入れるスペースもない。

理由2「ウェットスーツは貸してくれない」
結構水深の深いところで泳ぐので、安全のためにもウェットスーツを貸してくれるべきだと思う。
だけど、前述のとおり船は小さいし、シャワーもついてない。船自体と安全管理について
の改善が必要。

ハンバーガーは、モスバーガーみたいでした。おいしかったけど、これもふつうかなという感じ。

バスは、他の人の口コミと同じように、寒い。なので、船でゆっくり着替えたりできると良いのですが、船のトイレは狭いので、着替えにくかった。船にはシャワーもついてない。

泳いでられる時間もそんなに長くない。亀はみれたけど、魚もそんなにいなかった。サンドバーも天国といえるほどではなく、そんなに感動的なほどきれいでもない。

その3　時間帯が遅すぎる。
もっと早い時間帯に出発すれば、魚もいるんじゃないかと思うけど、正午近くにサンドバーに着くので、これも時間設定が遅すぎると思う。シュノーケリングするころには、既に海はにごりはじめている。
７時とか出発にすれば良いんじゃないか。

ガイドさん（？）は、日本人の女性がとても親切でしたが、最初から最後までビキニで、「なんでかな？」と思いました。スタッフの外国人の女性もひもパンでした。スタイル良いけど、ずっとビキニでいる必要はないのでは・・・（特に船上）。ビキニスタイルもサービスの一環なのかな？　大変ですね。

These guys have the operation perfected. I recommend. taking the very first shuttle in the morning and sacrificing a little sleep to do so. The payoff will be no one in the bay and everything to yourself for the first 30 to 40 minutes. Even after that, you will still have the crowds beat.

This was my first time using this service. Thanks to the smart horses, I have wonderful memories of my trip to Hawaii! I enjoyed the beautiful sea and mountains of the North Shore from the back of a horse, which was even higher than I expected, in a relaxed and leisurely manner. It was the best! Thank you!

I was able to take photos with my phone while riding, and I felt reassured that there was no pressure to buy anything after the tour. At the photo point with the ocean in the background, the staff took pictures for us with our phones.

A friend of mine who has riding experience felt that just walking was a bit lacking, but I prioritized safety and had plenty of fun. All the instructions were in English, but I was able to understand most of it through gestures. For any unclear points, I confirmed with hand signals.

I don't know if it's just the relaxed atmosphere of Hawaii or if Japanese people are particularly punctual, but when I arrived with plenty of time to spare, I ended up waiting quite a while past the meeting time. Another group arrived before us, but we ended up riding first (maybe due to reservations?), which was quite frustrating.

乗馬しながら携帯で写真を撮ることができ、ツアー後に売りつけられることもなく安心です。海をバックにしたポイントでは、スタッフさんが私たちの携帯で写真を撮ってくれます。

乗馬経験のある友人は、歩くだけでは少し物足りなかったようですが、私は安全第一、十分楽しめました。説明はすべて英語ででしたが、だいたい動作で理解できました。不明な点は、身振り手振りで再確認しました。
ハワイ全体がのんびりなのか、日本人が律儀なのか、集合時間に余裕をもって行ったところ、集合時間を過ぎてもだいぶ待たされました。違うグループは私たちより先に到着していたのに乗馬は私たちが先で（予約の関係？）結構イライラされていました。

Driving a four-wheeler without an international license felt like a scene from a movie with six vehicles lined up.
The guide was kind and pleasant.
At Kualoa Ranch, it was okay to add activities based on the time we had, but the popular zip line sells out quickly.

クアロア牧場での滞在時間を見てアクティビティを追加もOKでしたが、人気のジップラインはsold outが早いです。

The morning pickup location was in front of the Twin Fin Hotel, so I walked from my accommodation. A large bus labeled "Kualoa Ranch" arrived, and most of the participants were from overseas. Once we arrived, there was a tour guide for Japanese participants, which was great. The buggy experience was guided entirely in English, so I couldn't understand what was being said, but I felt reassured because I could watch instructional videos in Japanese. The accelerator is quite heavy, so you need to press it firmly to move forward. I am 148 cm tall, and unfortunately, the seatbelt was tight, and I couldn't reach the pedals to drive, which was disappointing, but overall it was a very enjoyable tour. I had prepared myself after reading other people's reviews, but I was surprised at how dirty we got. I recommend that women bring cleansing wipes and moisturizing cream! Also, it was very cold on the bus ride there.

朝のピックアップ場所はツインフィンホテルの前だったので、宿泊先から歩いて行きました。
大きなバスでクアロアランチとかかれた送迎車がきて、ほとんどが海外の参加者でした。
現地についてから、日本人参加者には、園内案内。日本語のガイドさんがいてくださったので良かったです。バギー体験は全て英語のガイドなので、何を言ってるかわかりませんでしたが、操作については日本語動画を見れるので安心できます。アクセルの踏み込みが重たいので、思い切り踏まないと進まないです。私は身長が148センチなのですが、シートベルとがかたく、足が届かず運転できなかったのが残念でしたが、総じてとっても楽しいツアーでした。他の方の口コミを見て覚悟はしてましたが、びっくりするくらい汚れます。女性は、クレンジングシートと保湿クリームを所持されることをおすすめします！あとは、行きのバスの中ぎとても寒かったです。

Great day buzzing through the forests on the ranch! Lots of dirt!

There was a live performance on the boat, which was enjoyable. During snorkeling, I was able to see many fish even in shallow areas, which was delightful. Since I had been in the water for a long time, it was cold on the way back on the boat, so I think it would be good to spend some free time in the sun.

船の中でもLive演奏があり楽しめました。シュノーケリングは足がつくところでもたくさんの魚を見られて満喫です。ずっと海に入っていたので帰りの船の中が寒かったので日に当たりながら自由時間を過ごされるとよいと思います。

Unfortunately, the sandbar didn't appear.
But the sea was very beautiful, and the activities were fun. The live band on the way there and back was really great.
I want to challenge myself to see the sandbar again someday.

サンドバーは残念ながら現れませんでした。
でもとても海がキレイでアクティビティも楽しかったです。行き帰りの生バンドもめちゃくちゃよかった。

We had the most amazing experience!! We brought our daughter to Hawaii for her high school graduation and she loved this tour. We had the best tour guides ever!! And we would do it over and over again if we lived here. Just make sure you bring comfy clothes, comfy shoes you really don’t mind getting wet/dirty, and females you will get your face super dirty and wet…so make sure you at least bring a little extra face wash/sunscreen.

We had such a great time on this snorkeling trip! It was very planned, the crew was polite, accommodating and very friendly and the lunch was delicious. Our whole experience was incredibly enjoyable. Word of advice to the future participants- listen carefully to the instructions before snorkeling and you’ll see a lot under the water. We saw many fish and a turtle. It was amazing!

There was something for everyone in our group of 11 people (ranging in ages from 3 to 68). Lunch was tasty, the crew was great, and everyone found things to enjoy. Booking was easy and the area is beautiful. We even saw a sea turtle swimming with us!! We definitely recommend this for other families.

The hamburger I had for lunch was amazing! I wasn't expecting much, but it was overwhelmingly better than the burgers around here!

A great place for small kids and adults due to shallow water. Good side excursions included with the price such as canoeing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling, but there's some waiting time for canoeing and paddle boarding due to limited availability.

Parasailing itself was very enjoyable! The view of Hawaii from 150 meters was amazing! However, since there were about 12 people on the shared boat and 6 groups took turns flying, we had to wait on a rather rocky boat due to the strong winds that day. As a result, there were some people who got seasick during the wait. So, motion sickness medication is a must!

ただ、12人程度の乗合船で6組が順番に飛ぶため、風が強い日だったこともあり結構揺れる船で待機することになります。 なので途中で船酔いしてしまっていた方がいました。なので酔い止めは必須です！

Due to the price, I was debating whether to purchase this excursion for a family of four. I bit the bullet and purchased it; let me tell you, my experiences from the beginning to the end of the trip, it was magical. Just the drive to the location was a joy in itself, engulfed with the "aw" moment, witnessing the green mountains to the curvy roads. As we arrived at the boating dock, the instruction instructed us to check in near the deli Shop under the red umbrella. We were greeted by smiles and they quickly got us onto the boat after signing the waivers. The boat ride to Kaneohe Bay was worth it-the purchase included a simple breakfast (donuts, orange Juice, and water), live music (please tip the band), and the scenery was heavenly. The best part of this excursion was seeing my family enjoying every moment in the clear water, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The staffs were friendly educating us about the sea animals when we were snorkeling.

Overall, one of the best experiences ever. I would definitely do this again if I were to be in Oahu.

It exceeded my expectations. I participated in two activities, snorkeling and kayaking, in the morning and afternoon. During the bus ride, the driver provided fun explanations and conversations, making the journey enjoyable without getting bored (the driver was incredibly funny and friendly). They were busy giving us sightseeing information, pointing out things to the right and left.

However, there was one issue: at the snorkeling site, the tour description stated that "life jackets are available for free," but I was told that this was not included in the tour price. Even when I mentioned it was written on the voucher, they insisted it was different. Originally, it would have been $10, but since we came on the tour bus, they said it would be $7. There were only my husband and me as Japanese participants; the others were foreigners, and since no one else seemed to say anything, I wondered if they had booked through a different company.

A Japanese staff member was in charge and kindly said, "I'm Japanese, so please let me know if you need anything," which felt a bit strange. I was left wondering if what was written on Veltra was incorrect or if there was a communication issue... It left me feeling uncomfortable.

As for the snorkeling itself, I was able to see turtles and various fish, which was enjoyable. For lunch, I had garlic shrimp from the snorkeling side, and they were huge and delicious! However, there were many chickens running around nearby, and as someone who isn't fond of them, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal. The chickens seemed accustomed to humans and appeared from all over.

The afternoon activity was kayaking, which I had never done before, but I had a lot of fun. At a break during the morning, we stopped by a macadamia nut shop that had Kona coffee, which I couldn't find even in Waikiki. I tasted it and bought some immediately. We also briefly stopped at a place selling fresh fruit in Ziploc bags, where everyone was buying and eating papayas.

Aside from the issue with the life jackets, it was a very enjoyable tour.

期待していた以上の内容でした。
午前と午後のアクティビティ、計２つ、スノーケリングとカヤックに参加しました。
バスで移動する間もドライバーさんの楽しい説明と会話で、飽きることなく楽しめました（すごい面白くてフレンドリーなドライバーさんでした）。
右に左に忙しいくらい、観光案内してくれました。
ただひとつ、スノーケリングのところで、ツアー説明には「ライフジャケットは無料で貸し出しします」と書いてあったのに、ツアー代金にそれは含まれていない、と言われ、バウチャーに書いてあると言っても違うと言われ、本来なら10ドルのところ、ツアーバスで来てるから7ドルでOKと言われました。
日本人の参加者は私たち夫婦だけで、他は外国人で、他の人は特に何も言ってなかったので、申し込んだ会社が違うのかなと思いましたが…。
日本人の人が担当で、「私は日本人なので、何かあれば言ってください」とフレンドリーに声かけてきたのですご、なんだかね、って感じでした。
ベルトラに書かれていることが間違っていたのか、あるいは、連絡がうまく伝わっていないのか…不快な気持ちになりました。
スノーケリング自体は、タートルも見られたし魚も色々見られて楽しめました。
スノーケリングの側のガーリックシュリンプをお昼に食べましたが、すごく大きいシュリンプで美味しかったです！
ただ、そばには鶏がたくさん走り回っていて、苦手な私は食事を楽しむことはできませんでしたが。
鶏は人間に慣れているのか、あちこちから神出鬼没でした。
午後のアクティビティはカヤック、初めてでしたがとても楽しめました。
午前中途中の休憩で寄ったマカデミアナッツのお店にはワイキキで探してもなかったコナコーヒーをまぶしたのがあり、味見して、即購入しました。
途中で、ジップロックに入ったフレッシュフルーツを売ってるところにもちょっとだけ立ち寄ってくれ、みなさん、パパイヤを買って食べてました。
ライフジャケットの件を除いては、とても楽しめたツアーでした。

It was disappointing that some facilities were closed, but there was a staff member who spoke Japanese and was very kind in assisting us. I had a great time feeding and touching the dolphins; it was a very enjoyable experience. Next time, I would like to participate in a tour to swim with the dolphins when my grandchild is older.

一部施設がクローズだったのが残念でしたが、現地スタッフで日本語が出来る方がいて大変親切に対応して頂きました。
イルカに餌をあげたり触ることも出来、大変楽しい経験が出来ました。
今度は孫も大きくなったらイルカと一緒に泳ぐツアーに参加したいと思います。

At first, I thought the price was high, but my first horseback riding experience was very enjoyable. Sota from Veltra and the horseback riding staff provided thorough explanations, and I believe the value exceeded the cost. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

It's an activity in shallow water, so you can enjoy it without any worries. On the banana boat, I had to use all my leg and arm strength to avoid being thrown off, and I ended up with a bit of muscle soreness. I guess I'm not used to exercising. The fish were incredibly cute!

浅瀬でのアクティビティなので、不安無く楽しめます。
バナナボートは振り落とされない様に、脚力、腕力全開で、少し筋肉痛になった。日頃の運動不足だね。

The scenery of this mountain is something you can't see in Japan. It's one of a kind! I highly recommend it. This time I was on a Raptor, but I think I prefer the single-rider buggy from last time.

今回はラプターだったけど、どちらかと言うと前回の一人乗りのバギーが好みかな。

Went with a few friends & we had a good time! The music was great, crew was friendly & helpful, & we enjoyed the floating lounge. I wish inner tubes would have been provided to float in the water, but not a huge deal. Overall, would recommend!

This was my first time to Hawaii and I took my son and out of all of our excursions this was by far the best one hands-down! Each and everyone of the crew members were so friendly and helpful and made you feel as if you were at home on their tour boat and the music was a great touch. We have never snorkeled or used a paddle board before and this adventure allowed the most beautiful perfect safe spot for our first time. I have never been in water that beautiful and if you were nervous at all some of the crew even stays in the water with you in all the areas at all times. Just book this tour you will not regret it! Thank you for providing my son and I priceless memories that we will cherish forever.

The afternoon on the Kaneohe Sandbar was amazing!! There were so many choices of things to do : kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunning on the floating deck, or playing volleyball. The reef was filled with beautiful fish and the sand underfoot was smooth and soft. The crew was organized and efficient with each member per for their job effectively. But the icing on the cake was the live entertainment from two very talented musicians who played and sang as we rode out and back to the sandbar. It’s an adventure that I will book again when I return to the island!

Awesome crew! This was an amazing and fun experience for my family.

The Polynesian show is very impressive，all the staff on board are nice, because of the weather we didn’t saw the beautiful sunset, but we saw the rainbow. we did not like food, anyhow it is a nice journey !

First of all, we passed Hanauma Bay and stopped at the Lanai Lookout, which was an unexpected bonus that I wouldn't have ever seen, being on a work trip with a very brief window to go out on a Sunday. I'm very grateful to him for a joyful trip, the extra stop (thank you!!!!!), and the information he shared en route to Hanauma Bay, about where different creatures may be seen, areas of the bay, types of fish, and even local characters (yes, fish). One of the fish characters (I think a Humuhumu? but I could be wrong) was described as a chihuahua who will pester you if you cross paths, LOL! The bay is simply some of the most beautiful water and fish I've ever snorkeled in the company of. Just incredible. 11/10. Thank you for an amazing experience.
