I participated in the main event of this trip, the Dolphin Touch. The price was so high that I hesitated, but I decided to go for it thinking it would help support the dolphins' lives.

After the driver dropped everyone off at the park, he just disappeared, leaving us all a bit confused about what to do. We nervously approached the reception desk, and I was relieved that the staff understood when I presented the voucher. The voucher is essential. Neither the driver nor the reception staff spoke Japanese. I received a paper with the return meeting time written in Japanese and went inside. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, so they explained everything to us, which was a huge help.

We were in the water for about 20 to 30 minutes, and with a group of around 10 people, there was one trainer and one dolphin, so we took turns touching and taking photos. Everything was in English, but they communicated how to touch the dolphins using gestures, so it worked out fine.

After that, we had lunch at the park's restaurant (optional) and then went to the area where we could interact with birds. The kids seemed to really enjoy this, going in multiple times to feed them. They were pecked at without mercy, but despite the pain, they looked like they were having a great time.

We were also given lettuce-like leaves by the staff to feed the fish, and they were eating it surprisingly eagerly. It felt like a small aquarium, but since it wasn't crowded, we could take our time to look around. The scenic coastal road on the way there and back made for a fun day.

今回の旅行のメインイベント、イルカタッチに参加しました。
料金が高すぎて迷うほどでしたが、イルカ達の生活の足しになっていると思って思い切って申し込みました。
ドライバーさん、パークについて皆を降ろしたらそのままいなくなってしまって、どうしたら良いのか皆ザワザワ。恐る恐る受付窓口に行ってバウチャーを出したら受付の方がわかってくれて良かったです。バウチャー必須です。ドライバーもですが、受付でも日本語は通じません。帰りの集合時間が日本語で書かれた紙をもらい、中へ。中には日本語を話すスタッフがいたのであれこれ説明してもらえてすごく助かりました。
水に入っているのは20～30分ですが、10名ほどのグループにトレーナーとイルカが1匹なので順番にタッチしたり写真撮ったりします。全て英語でしたが身振り手振りで触り方などを教えてもらえるのでなんとかなります。
そのあと、園内のレストランで昼食を食べて(任意)、鳥に触れ合えるコーナーへ。
子供達はこれがすごく楽しかったようで、何度も入っては餌をあげていました。容赦なく指をつつかれたりしますが、痛がりながらも楽しそうでした。
スタッフからレタスみたいな葉っぱをもらって魚にあげることもできます。
びっくりするくらいむしゃむしゃ食べてました。笑
規模が小さい水族館な感じですが、混んでいなかったのでゆっくり見ることが出来ました。行き帰りも景色の良い海沿いの道なので楽しい一日になりました。

We participated as a family of four (two boys in 6th and 4th grade). The pickup was smooth, and the shuttle bus was new and comfortable. There was one Japanese female staff member on site, which made the children feel at ease. We checked the low tide times in advance and made a reservation, so we were able to play in water that was about thigh-deep at the sandbar. By the time we returned to the boat, the water level had risen significantly, which surprised the kids (it was a great experience). The wind was strong, and the SUP and canoe were quickly swept away, but we had plenty of fun. The SUP had a loose screw and was exposed, which could have caused injuries. The snorkeling was just for fun, so if you're looking for a more serious snorkeling experience, I recommend a different tour. There were jellyfish along the way, but the staff informed us, so we avoided getting stung. I'm glad I brought aqua shoes, as there were a lot of corals, and going barefoot could lead to injuries. We didn't see any sea turtles on this tour, but it seems like they were spotted on another tour, so I plan to try again someday. I recommend arriving a bit earlier than the meeting time to change clothes, as there are only 1-2 changing rooms for passengers. The beautiful sandbar, delicious donuts, and the music along the way created a wonderful atmosphere and made for a fun memory!☆

家族4人（小6小4男児）で参加しました。ピックアップもスムーズで送迎バスも新しく快適でした。現地には日本人女性スタッフが1人がいたので子供たちも安心でした。肝心のサンドバーは事前に干潮時間を調べて予約したので太もも位の高さで遊べました。船に戻る頃には大分水位が上がっていたので子供たちもびっくりしていました（いい体験です）。風が強くSUPやカヌーはすぐ流されてしまいましたが十分楽しめました。SUPからねじが外れていてむき出しでケガしそうでした。シュノーケリングは遊び程度なので本格的なシュノーケリングがしたい方は別のツアーをおすすめします。途中毒クラゲもいましたがスタッフが教えてくれたので刺されずに済みました。持って行ってよかったのがアクアシューズです。サンゴがいっぱいあるので素足だとケガすると思います。このツアーではウミガメは見れず、別のツアーでは見れたようなのでいつかリベンジします。集合時間よりも早めに上がって着替えを済ませることをおススメします。（乗客対して更衣室が1～2か所しかありません）美しいサンドバーはもちろん、美味しいドーナツも道中の演奏も雰囲気がよく楽しい思い出になりました☆

I recommend mountain biking over buses, buggies, and horses! Since it's electric, it was easy to ride, and being able to go at our own pace was great.

バスよりも、バギーよりも馬よりも、マウンテンバイクがおすすめ！電動なので楽々で行けました、自分たちのペースでまわれるのもいい

Wasn't quite sure what to expect when you hear you're swimming with sharks without a cage. It was a very neat experience. The sharks pretty much stay below you. The crew does a good job of explaining their behavior and what to do around them. The crew was very knowledgable and made the tour exciting. I think the only thing I would change is maybe running the line that everyone hangs onto away from the boat. I felt like at times the waves would bring me back into the boat. It would be nice to just float on the surface away from the boat. But it was still very cool, the crew lets you go out and dive down and "hang" with the sharks for a little bit. Definitely a bucket list item. Would suggest brining your own snorkel gear if you find it hard to fit rentals. Bring a GoPro too! But if you forget, they're taking video and pics of everyone the whole time! Other than that, book it and go have fun!! Well worth the time and money!!

The ride from Disney Aulani was awesome, as we had our own car..

Both the staff and animals welcomed us as we arrived, my kids enjoyed feeding the animals so much they asked to go back.

The ATV tour was fun, the racing around the track was exhilarating for all of us. The dirt/mud is something that needs to be prepared for. Wear dark/older clothes if possible.

The photo package was worth it. Ask questions, learn from the locals, tear it up.

MIckey did a great job of explaining and making sure that everyone felt safe and had a good time. I only wish we could have stayed out longer.

I was first grateful that there were Japanese staff members since I am not fluent in English. The explanations were very clear. All the staff were cheerful and very kind, often engaging in conversation. The donuts were delicious, and there was plenty of water available.

We were able to enjoy both the banana boat and the bumper tube, and there were many types of activities to choose from. The wonderful live music was soothing, and we had a really fun time!

The weather wasn't great, so the water wasn't clear, and it was cold when the wind blew. It seems that it rains every day due to the geography, so there's not much to be done about that. I recommend wearing a rash guard.

英語が堪能でないので、日本人スタッフがいてくれたことにまず感謝でした。説明がよくわかりました。スタッフの方は皆さん明るくて、話しかけてくれたりしてとても優しかったです。ドーナツも美味しかったし、水分もたくさん用意されてました。
バナナボート、バンパーチューブ両方できて、遊べる種類もたくさんあるし、素晴らしい生演奏に癒されて、とても楽しい時間でした！

お天気がイマイチでしたので、海の中もクリアーでなく風があると寒かった。地形的に毎日雨降るそうで仕方ない所ですが。ラッシュガード着用をオススメします。

Great crew and lovely time. The snorkeling was a little deep, but the abundance of turtles made up for it. The snacks and sodas for the sail were very welcome. Wonderful time for all!

When I arrived at Kualoa Ranch by bus, it was drizzling, and at times it got stronger, so I was worried about whether we could enjoy the experience. However, after borrowing a raincoat, it cleared up and I was able to comfortably participate in the tour!

There was one instructor and about six participants, including myself, and we rode horses for about an hour and a half. We were able to enjoy the vast nature while visiting the filming locations of movies. The horses were very well-behaved and participated in the tour calmly, mostly without needing much direction from us.

The tour was conducted in English. Before participating, there were staff members who spoke Japanese, so they confirmed the meeting place and time for me, allowing me to join without any trouble or confusion!

After the horseback riding, we had some time before the return bus, so I looked at souvenirs and bought some drinks and ice cream to enjoy.

　バスでクアロアランチに着いた時はパラパラ雨が降っていて、時に強くなることがあったので体験ができるか心配していました。カッパを貸してもらって出発後は晴れて来て、快適にツアーに参加できました！

インストラクターさん1人と、私含め6名の参加者と約1時間半ほど？乗馬をしました。
映画の舞台を巡りつつ、広大な自然に癒されました。
お馬さんもとてもお利口で、ほとんどこちらの操作？なしでも一列で並んで穏やかにツアーに参加できました。

ツアー中は英語での参加でした。
参加前は日本語対応のスタッフもいてくれたので、集合場所や時間を確認して教えてくださり、困ったり迷わず参加することができました！

乗馬後帰りのバスまでに時間があったので、お土産を見たり、飲み物とアイスを買って食べたりしました。

The crew was super nice and made us feel at home. Food and drinks were great and of course the views and activities were the highlights of the trip!

The meeting was at 4 PM, and the start was pushed back to 5 PM instead of the planned 4:30 PM. We had kept our schedule flexible, which was good, but I felt it would be better to allow more time in the schedule.

Since several groups board the boat at the same time to head out to sea, the boat repeatedly stops and goes while waiting. Depending on the day, the waves can be high, so some people might experience significant seasickness. I recommend that those who are prone to it take motion sickness medication beforehand.

It was my first time parasailing, and at first, the thrill was incredible, but once I got used to the height, it was amazing. From 150 meters up, you can see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head all at once. My family was thrilled and said it became a wonderful memory. My son, who is 8 years old, was scared at first but started shouting that it was the best part halfway through.

I highly recommend it!

集合が16時集合、16時半スタートが17時スタートと30分押してスタート。私たちはその後、予定をアバウトにしていたので良かったですが、時間は余裕を持ってスケジュールした方が良いなと感じました。
ボートで沖合まで出るのと数組同時に乗り込むので、船で待機している間は縦横無尽にボートはストップ&ゴーを繰り返します。また日によっては波が高いので、かなり船酔いされる方もいるかもしれません。弱い方は酔い止めなど飲まれていくことをオススメします。
パラセーリング初めてでしたが、初めはスリル感がハンパじゃないですが、高さに慣れてくれば最高でした。
150mからワイキキビーチ〜ダイヤモンドヘッドを一望出来ます。家族も最高の想い出になったと喜んでいました。息子も8歳で初めは怖がってはいましたが、途中から最高と叫んでいました。
是非オススメです。

I was honestly skeptical about encountering wild dolphins since it's all about luck, but I dove twice and encountered dolphin pods both times! Fortunately, I was able to see a sea turtle, which left me thrilled! The tour was packed with snorkeling and activities. Above all, the Japanese guide and the professional photographer were very considerate of all the participants and always interacted with us in a friendly manner. It was a tour that made me truly feel like I want to come back again!

野生のイルカは運だから、と正直半信半疑でしたが2回潜って2回ともイルカの群れに遭遇！幸運にもウミガメを見ることができ感激しっぱなしでした！
シュノーケルやアクティビティーもあり内容の濃いツアーでした。またなんと言っても日本人ガイドさんとプロカメラマンさんが私たち参加者全員を気遣ってくださり常にフレンドリーに接してくれました。また帰って来ますね‼︎と心から思えたツアーでした‼︎

Amazing. Crew were outstanding, music onboard was fantastic. Sand bar was absolutely beautiful.

The local tour was very satisfying! The bus to the destination took a while to arrive, and when it finally did, it passed the meeting point and picked up passengers in front of a different hotel. Fortunately, someone else was inquiring about the bus information from the tour company, and we found out it was indeed the pickup bus, which saved us from any issues. However, I think it would be reassuring to have the bus company's information in advance and to receive updates if there are any changes to the pickup location.

現地ツアーは大満足です！
行きのバスがなかなか来ず、来たと思ったら集合場所前を通り過ぎて別のホテルの前でピックアップになりました。たまたま他の方がツアー会社にバスの情報を問い合わせていて、迎えのバスであることが分かりことなきを得ましたが、事前にバス会社の情報や、ピックアップ場所の変更があれば新しい情報が分かると安心できるかなと思いました。

Daddy/ daughter time horseback riding. I asked my daughter tonight on our last day of our vacation. What is your favorite on all our activities, she said Gunstock Ranch Horse back. I agree with her also. Recommended to do it when you go to OAHU… they are not as crowded like the other ranch near by… also for the money spend,
Friendly staffers.

I had a wonderful time. The staff were also very kind. The breathtaking views made the flying time feel like it passed in an instant.

I enjoyed having options to kayak, snorkel, and use SUP. The best part was riding the banana boat, it was so fun. I loved the staff and musicians and the fact that they were so welcoming. Only thing I wish they had was an underwater camera to rent and buy pictures like other snorkeling tours in Maui. Other than that, my family and I would definitely use this tour again

It was an activity that included everything you can do in Hawaii. Snorkeling from the boat was a great experience. The dinner was all-you-can-eat and drink, and it was a good value!

The sandbar tour with lunch was fantastic. There was good music, a satisfying lunch before a swim, and nice and clean facilities for changing. The staff were all friendly and always had our safety as a top priority while ensuring we were having fun. I will be referring this tour to everyone I know! Thank you for making this a highlight of our dream vacation! Mahalo!

Lots of history. Great staff and we had a great day. Everyone was really friendly and open to share the Hawaiian culture with us while on the tour.

It was great to have round trip transportation and everything provided such as waters, walking sticks, and bug spray. It was pouring rain when we went and the rain ponchos came in handy for $5. We felt very prepared for the hike along with information of its history and movie sites to look for. Was an enjoyable time

The tour conductor was kind and it was very enjoyable. My face and clothes got completely black. It's better to avoid white clothing.

We started with a total of about 12 people from Hyatt. It was easy to get to the top of the hill by car. The bicycles have brakes on the handlebars, just like in Japan, so if you're used to riding, it's a breeze. An instructor led the way at the front, and a van driven by another staff member followed us at the back, which was reassuring. We stopped at scenic spots along the way to take photos. The views of Waikiki and the west side were both very beautiful. Although the details mentioned snacks and mineral water would be included, those were not provided. Our family had brought water, so it wasn't a problem.

ハイアットから乗り合わせた総勢12名？ぐらいでスタート。
丘の上まで車なのでらくらく。
自転車も日本と同じで手のところにブレーキがあり、自転車に乗り慣れていたら余裕。
1番前にインストラクターさん、1番後ろに別のスタッフさんが運転するバンが付いてきてくれ、安心。
途中景色の良いところで自転車を停め、撮影も可能。
ワイキキ側の景色も、西側の景色もとても綺麗。
詳細のところっ含まれるものの中にスナックやミネラルウォーターとあったが、それらは無かった。
我が家は水を持ってたので問題は無かった。

I loved this experience.

The meeting place was easy to find, and traveling by car was comfortable. (Since it was quite a long ride and there were some rough roads, those who are prone to motion sickness might want to have some medication on hand.)

There were about 50 to 60 people on the boat, which was more than I expected. The MC created a lively atmosphere, making it a fun experience. The meal consisted of water, juice, and donuts, which were quite simple, and it was a self-service style. Some participants from other countries brought alcohol and snacks, and there didn't seem to be any restrictions on that, so if you want to enjoy your meal, it might be better to prepare something in advance.

As for the sandbar, it was initially cold due to the weather, and it didn't look very beautiful at first, but I thought it would be a shame not to try canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding, which turned out to be enjoyable. It seems that we were able to observe large fish while snorkeling!

At the end, the sun came out, and I was able to see the scenery I had imagined, which was great. It might just have been the day I experienced, but I thought that perhaps the temperature rises more in the afternoon than in the early morning.

Overall, the staff were friendly and fun, and I had a wonderful experience.

集合場所は分かりやすく車での移動も快適でした。
（かなり長い間乗るのと、険しい道もあったので車酔いをいやすい方は酔い止めがあったほうがいいかもしれません）

船には50人〜60人くらいはいたでしょうか、想像よりも多くの人が乗っていてMCの方の盛り上げもありわいわいとした雰囲気で楽しかったです。
食事は水、ジュース、ドーナツという割と簡素なもので自分で取りに行くスタイルでした。他の国の参加者の方でお酒や軽食を持参している方がおり、特に禁止されている様子もなかったので、食事を楽しみたい方は自分で事前に用意したほうがいいかもしれません。

肝心のサンドバーははじめは天気の関係で寒くそこまで綺麗に見えなかったのですが、
せっかくだと思いカヌーやSUPに乗ってみることができて楽しかったです。シュノーケリングでは大きい魚を観察できたようです！

終わりぎわのタイミングで日がでてきて想像していた景色を見ることができたのでよかったです。体験した日だけなのかもしれませんがもしかしたら朝イチよりお昼からの方が気温も上がっていいのかも？と思いました。

総じてスタッフの方も親切で楽しく、とてもいい経験ができました。

The driver had a Japanese driver's license, and I, sitting in the passenger seat, had a copy of my passport, but it wasn't necessary. Also, wearing long pants wasn't required. There was a Japanese-speaking staff member who gathered Japanese speakers and provided an explanation in Japanese. After that, we split into groups for horseback riding, location tours, and buggies, all conducted in English. As everyone mentioned in their reviews, the sand and dust get on your face and clothes, but it's all part of the fun! I wore a mask for infection control, but I noticed some people bought scarves from the Kualoa Ranch shop to wrap around their mouths, which I thought was a good idea. We stopped at about three locations where the staff explained various things, but I couldn't understand the guide's content due to the language barrier, which was disappointing. However, I think driving myself was enjoyable. We passed through several areas with standing water, going slowly to avoid splashing or intentionally driving in quickly, getting the inside of the car soaked. Overall, the breathtaking natural views that you can't see in Japan and the fun of driving a buggy that you can't experience in Japan were amazing!

運転する人は日本の免許証を、助手席に乗る私はパスポートのコピーを用意していましたが不要でした。また長ズボンでなくても大丈夫です。「日本語の説明が必要な方はこちらへ」と日本人を集めて日本語を話せるスタッフがひと通り説明して下さり、その後、乗馬、ロケ地巡りツアー、バギー等それぞれに分かれ、英語のみに。皆さんのレビュー通り、砂ホコリで顔も服も汚れますが、それも楽しい！私は感染対策用のマスクを着けましたが、売店でクアロア牧場のスカーフを買って口に巻いている人がいて、それもいいなと思いました。3カ所ほど止まって車から降りてスタッフが色々説明してくれるのですが、英語がわからず･･･ガイドの内容がわからないのは残念でしたが、自分で運転するのは楽しいと思います。途中水が溜まっている所を何ヶ所か通過するのですが、水を飛ばさないようにゆっくり通ったり、わざと勢いよく入って車の中まで水浸しになったり。とにかく日本では見ることのできない壮大な自然の眺め、日本では体験できない楽しいバギー運転、最高でした！

This was my first zipline experience, and I was able to enjoy it safely and securely. There are no Japanese-speaking staff, but all the staff are very kind and provide easy-to-understand explanations, even for those who cannot speak English. Zipping through the breathtaking views of Hawaii will create unforgettable memories, so although it can be difficult to get there without renting a car, I highly recommend experiencing it.

今回初めてのジップライン体験でしたが安心安全に楽しむことができました。
日本語対応のスタッフはいませんがスタッフ皆さん優しく対応してくださるので英語が話せない方でも分かりやすく説明してくれます。
ハワイの絶景をみながらするジップラインは最高の思い出になりますので、レンタカーを借りなければ行きづらいですが是非とも体験してほしいです。

I visited Kualoa Ranch for the first time, and the views were truly breathtaking. During the buggy experience, we were able to ride together and navigate through rough terrain that exceeded our expectations, making it an unforgettable activity. Since the dust can be intense, it's advisable to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and to bring a change of clothes and a mask.

今回初めてクアロアランチに行きましたが本当に絶景が広がっており最高でした。
バギー体験では2人で乗車することができ想像以上の悪路を走ることができアクティビティーとして最高の思い出になること間違いなしです。砂埃が凄いので必ず汚れても良い服装、着替え、マスクなどを用意すると良いでしょう。
