It's very close to Hilton Village, and after enjoying the pool and lagoon, you can walk to the meeting point in your swimsuit!

ヒルトンヴィレッジからとても近く、プールやラグーンを楽しんだ後そのまま水着で歩いて集合場所まで行けます！

I will be simple and straight, please see my following points.

1. I booked sit down dinner, not buffet, overall food presentation look good, taste good too. Drinks are good too.
2. Service is just so so, the server for my table never gets me things I asked for, example, refill water, lemon, and my second glass of drink, I understand it's a busy task and have to serve all plates and take finishing plates away, and each server takes care of couple tables, but this should not be used as an excuse for service quality.
3. The show is good, but it's kind short, I wish we can see the full stage of Luau show, but the center stage is pretty small, so in order to accommodate every guest, they always have couple dancers on each side,

The meeting place is the Aloha Landing bus stop at Sheraton Waikiki (I waited on the bench in front of the Plumeria wall). It seems that a location close to the hotel you are staying at is chosen. I had read articles that if you are even a little late overseas, you can be left behind, so I arrived 20 minutes early to stand by. I noticed a group of people dressed similarly (in clothes that could get dirty), so I approached them and found out they were gathering for the bus to Kualoa Ranch. (There was no announcement from the attendants, though.) I was asked to show my passport or credit card for identification, and I was able to board the bus without any issues!

I had read other people's experiences and watched YouTube posts beforehand, so I was well-prepared for the details of the tour and dust protection. Although I couldn't take photos in front of the iconic tree from Jurassic World as shown in the tour photos (I knew this in advance, so I wasn't oddly disappointed), I was able to take plenty of pictures at other shooting points. My favorite photo is one where I used perspective with a dinosaur figure!

The explanations are all in English, but the guides were friendly and full of humor, so even those of us who don't understand English had a great time. I was advised to wear long pants, but I participated in shorts, and it was no problem at all. Regarding the dust, the upper body gets quite dirty. I had purchased a T-shirt at ABC Store the day before, ready to throw it away, and that was a great decision.

Goggles and a neck warmer (both of which can be borrowed at the reception) are essential during the ride! Including travel time and experience time, it takes about half a day to a full day, but both my husband and I were very satisfied and glad we participated in the tour!

集合場所はシェラトンワイキキのアロハランディングバス乗り場（プルメリアの壁の前のベンチで待ちました）泊まっているホテルから近い場所がチョイスされるみたいです。海外では少しでも遅れると置いて行かれるとの記事を読んでいたので、集合の20分前には到着しスタンバイ。気付いたら似たような格好（汚れてもいいような服装）の人たちの集団があったので、近寄ったらクアロア牧場行きのバスの集まりでした。（アテンド係の声掛けはありませんでした汗）本人確認のためにパスポートかクレジットカードの提示を求められ、無事バス乗車！

事前に他の方の体験談を読んだりyoutebeの体験投稿を見て行ったのでツアーの詳細や砂埃の対策も充分にしていきました。ツアー写真にあるような、theジュラシックワールドの大木、看板の前での写真撮影は出来ませんでしたが（事前に知っていたので変にがっかりする事もありませんでした）その他の撮影ポイントでしっかり写真撮影出来ました。特に恐竜の人形を遠近法を使って撮った写真がお気に入りです！
説明は全て英語で行われますが、ガイドの方は気さくでユーモアに溢れている方たちで英語が分からない私たちでも十分に楽しめました。
服装は長ズボンで、ことでしたが半ズボンで参加しました。全く問題ありませんでした。砂埃の汚れについてですが、上半身はかなり汚れます。私は前日にABCストアでTシャツを捨てる覚悟で購入していたのですが、大正解でした。
走行中はゴーグル・ネックウォーマー？（←いずれも受付で貸してもらえます）が必須！！
移動時間、体験時間含めて半日〜1日はかかりますが、それでも参加して良かったと夫婦共に大満足なツアーでした！！

The scenery was absolutely stunning. There was a bit of rain during our visit, but it might have helped reduce the dust. The staff's stories were interesting, but it was a shame that I couldn't understand enough English. There are many filming locations from movies, so watching and familiarizing yourself with films like Jurassic Park, Jumanji, and Kong beforehand might enhance your experience.

とにかく景色が最高でした。私たちの時は途中少し雨がパラついたのですが、その分埃が少なくなってくれたかもしれません。スタッフの話も面白かったのですが、英語が十分に理解できなかったのは残念です。とにかく映画のロケ地が多いので、事前にジュラシックパーク、ジュマンジ、コングなどを見て覚えておくともっと楽しめるかも。

The scenery is beautiful, and we moved slowly on horseback. The horse was smart and well-trained. I rated it 4 points because my butt hurt after riding for two hours, but I'm glad I went.

すごく景色が良い所を馬に乗ってゆっくり移動していきます。馬は頭が良くてきちんとしつけられていました。
2時間乗っていた為にお尻が痛くなったので4点にしましたが、行って良かったです。

I participated with my daughter (18 years old). Since I'm not very comfortable with heights, we chose the 120m course. On the day of the tour, it was quite windy, and we were informed that the captain would decide whether to proceed, but we set sail safely, and all 13 participants enjoyed parasailing.

As mentioned in other reviews, there was some swaying (the boat was just the right size for the 13 participants that day; I think it could hold a bit more). I took motion sickness medication, but my daughter seemed to feel a bit seasick. I was fine, so I think it depends on the day's conditions.

The staff noticed my daughter's condition and flexibly changed her turn to an earlier time, allowing her to soar into the blue sky and enjoy the views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea. Other participants were also concerned about her, which was very helpful.

I purchased the photos taken by the staff for $40. They transferred the data to my iPhone and provided an SD card. Since the photos were taken from below, opinions on how they turned out may vary, but as they are digital, it's easy to enlarge and check them, and I think they make a nice keepsake. It seemed that other participants chose the 150m option, but even at 120m, there is a decent height, and I believe those who are hesitant can still enjoy this experience. My wife and son did not participate this time, but if they are interested, I would like to join again next time.

本人（50代）と娘（18才）の2名で参加しました。
あまり高いところは得意ではないので、120mのコースを選択しました。
当日は風が強く、ツアーの実施はキャプテンの判断との説明を受けましたが、無事に出航して、参加者13人全員がパラセーリングを楽しんでいます。
他の方のレビューにも書かれていますが、それなりに揺れがあります。（ボートは当日の13人で丁度くらいの大きさです。もう少しは乗れると思いますが。）酔い止め薬を飲み参加しましたが、娘は少し船酔いした様子でした。わたしは大丈夫だったので、その日のコンディションもあると思います。
スタッフの方が娘の様子を見て、臨機応変に早めの順番に変更してくれたので、娘も青空に舞い上がり、海から見るワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドの風景を楽しむことができました。他の参加者の方も娘の様子を気にかけてくださり、助かりました。
スタッフの方が撮影してくれた写真は40＄で購入しました。iPhoneへのデータ転送とSDカードが貰えます。写真は下から撮影されるので、撮れ方は賛否あると思いますが、デジタルデータなので拡大して確認することは容易ですし、良い記念なったと思っています。他の参加者は150mを選択されていたようですが、120mでもそこそこ高さがあり、尻込みされている方はこちらでも楽しめると思うので、参加されたら良いと思います。妻と息子が今回不参加だったので、次回、希望があれば、また参加したいと思います。

I participated yesterday. It was for my honeymoon. The instructor was entertaining, and I felt safe and enjoyed myself. The view of the ocean from high up was amazing, and Diamond Head was beautiful as well.

昨日参加しました。新婚旅行での参加です。インストラクターが面白くて、安心して楽しめました。高い空からの海の眺めは最高で、ダイアモンドヘッドも綺麗でした。

I was able to make a reservation the day before, and the pickup location and time were emailed to me right away, which was reassuring. I had heard that there could be trouble if you don't know the meeting place, but it was clear at the ABC Store, so there were no issues.

About 30 of us boarded the bus, and we left Waikiki, arriving at the pier in 45 minutes. There, a Japanese staff member joined us and provided a helpful explanation in advance. On the boat, we also enjoyed live music.

The activities included snorkeling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding, and I was satisfied to have about two hours to use freely. However, since it was "do as you please," beginners should learn how to do each activity in advance.

About a quarter of the participants were Japanese. The staff were all friendly, and it was a fulfilling experience without any feelings of loneliness. I highly recommend it.

前日に予約がとれましたが、ピックアップの場所と時間は直ぐにメールされたので安心。待ち合わせの場所がわからずトラブルになるケースかあると聞いていましたが、ABCストア前でお店のナンバーが明快だったのでトラブルなし。
30人くらいでバスに乗り合わせ、ワイキキを出発して45分で埠頭に。そこで日本人スタッフがついて事前に説明していただいて助かりました。船中では弾き語りも楽しめました。
アクティビティはシュノーケリング、カヤック、SUPの3種類で、約２時間自由に使えたのは満足でした。ただ、お好きにどうぞ、なので初心者の方はそれぞれ事前にやり方を学んでおいた方がよいです。
日本人は１/4くらい。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで孤独感もなく充実したアクティビティでした。オススメです。

We did jet skiing, bumper tubing, and parasailing. The staff were able to communicate in Japanese, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our family of five had a great time, and everyone said they really enjoyed it.

ジェットスキー、バンパーチューブ、パラセーリングをしました。
スタッフの方との会話も日本語で出来るし、とにかく皆さん大らかで対応が良く家族5人でしたが皆んなとても楽しかったと言ってました。

Great place great atmosphere. Great people great view. We had an amazing time.

I participated with my 9-year-old son on August 18. Before making a reservation, I looked at the reviews and saw mostly negative comments, which made me hesitant, but we had a great time.

There was a small note on the boat suggesting tips, but there was no pressure to give them at all. We participated as a group of four, and no one paid tips. Regarding photos, they asked if we wanted to take some, and when I declined, they responded with a smile and said, "Don't worry."

The view over 100 meters is beyond words! The waves weren't high, and I didn't feel seasick. The staff primarily spoke English, but one of the assistants seemed to speak broken Japanese.

I came across some reviews that seemed a bit shady, but the girl at the reception was friendly and even gave us water.

Good experience!! Enjoy Waikiki!

8/18に9歳の息子と参加しました。
予約する前に口コミをみたら、ネガティブな投稿ばかりで、迷ってましたが、普通に楽しめました。

チップについては、ほしいな的な落書きが船内に小さく書いてありましたが、要求されることはまったくないありませんでした。実際に4ペアでの参加でしたが誰も払っていませんでした。写真についても撮るか？と事前確認があり、断りましたが、dont worry.と笑顔でやり取りしました。

100メートルオーバーの景観は筆舌に尽くしがたいです！波も高くなく、酔うこともありませんでした。基本的に英語のみですが、助手の人はカタコト日本語ができるようでした。
何となく悪徳っぽい口コミ見かけますが、受付の女子も感じよく、水もくれました。

I was able to drive with my Japanese license. Along the way, we stopped at 4 to 5 locations where we took off our helmets and received explanations about the stunning viewpoints, and we also took photos. It's possible to switch drivers as a couple, so I recommend registering for that during the initial application.

It was my first time driving a buggy. Since the accelerator and brake were out of reach with the seatbelt on, I placed my left foot on top of the tire cover and drove at an angle, which worked fine.

As a recommendation, the sand dust is quite intense, so wearing white shirts, pants, or bags is a no-go. Although it’s hot, I recommend something like a windbreaker made of crinkly fabric.

日本の免許の提示で運転ができました。
途中4〜5箇所で、車やヘルメットを外して
絶景ポイントの説明等して頂き、写真も撮って頂きました。
夫婦での運転交換が可能ですので、初めの申請時に登録することをお勧めします。

バギーの運転は初めてでした。
アクセル、ブレーキがシートベルトをすると届かないので、左足をタイヤカバーの上に乗せ、斜めにして運転し問題ありませんでした。

おすすめ内容として、砂埃がすごいので
白のシャツやパンツ、バッグは、NGな位です。
暑いですが、、ウインドブレーカーみたいな、シャカシャカ生地をお勧めします。

A very professional high-quality show filled with authentic elements of traditional cultures, like how they instantly made baskets out of coconut leaves. Particularly, the host was good, that he was able to play with fire while being a genuine comedian, making fun of lovers and kids in such a delightful way. True respect to the host, our chief that night!

Since our group is the only one in the car from a convoy of six vehicles, we could enjoy ourselves without any reservations! It was a fun time exploring the filming locations while driving through the majestic Kualoa! The dust was intense, so if you don't wear the goggles provided, it gets in your eyes, haha. After the two-hour tour, if you don't clean off the dust, your face ends up completely black, haha. But it was really fun, and I want to go again! Next time, maybe horseback riding or cycling!?

雄大なクアロアを走りながら、映画撮影したロケ地などを巡って楽しい時間でした！

2時間ほどのツアーで終わった後は綺麗に砂埃おとっさないと顔が真っ黒ですｗ
でも、ほんと楽しくてまたいきたいです！今度は乗馬か、サイクリングか！？　

We participated in a tour starting at noon with our family of four. We took a shuttle bus to Kualoa Ranch, and upon arrival, there was an explanation in English. After that, a staff member who spoke Japanese provided explanations for Japanese guests, and we received a different voucher from the one we had at the time of booking. When it was time, we showed our voucher, got equipped with helmets, watched a driving instruction video in Japanese, and then boarded the buggies.

We couldn't drive freely; instead, we followed a few buggies led by a guide, traveling at a maximum speed of 20 kilometers per hour. Occasionally, we were gestured to close the gap between vehicles. There were several stops where we could get off the buggies for explanations and photo opportunities. However, all the explanations were in English, so I could only understand bits and pieces. I thought it would have been better if I had known more about Kualoa's geography and history in advance.

We skipped the area that seemed to have been used for filming Jurassic Park. If you want to get off and take photos in such places, I think the Jurassic Park tour would be better. My father, who wasn't used to driving on the left side, tended to veer to the right, which was a bit nerve-wracking. But he seemed to get used to it after a while.

Driving the buggy was pleasant and fun, but we ended up covered in dust. Our clothes, bags, and shoes were all dusty. I recommend wearing clothes and carrying bags that you don't mind getting dirty, and either leaving them in a locker or putting them in a plastic bag. After getting off the buggy, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror at the handwashing station. There was sand in the gap between my helmet and goggles, creating a line of dust on my eyebrows and forehead, making for a funny look. You won't feel refreshed unless you wash your face thoroughly.

I wouldn't recommend going out right after the buggy tour. We took a shower, changed clothes, and went out to eat. After finishing the buggy ride around 2 PM, I planned to eat at Kualoa, but by that time, the hot dogs and other food were sold out. Since I was hungry, I only had ice cream. I wonder if the morning tours are better. I also considered the horseback riding tour, so I would like to try that next time.

家族4人で12時からのツアーに参加しました。
シャトルバスでクアロア牧場までいき、着いたら英語での説明でしたが、その後日本人用に日本語の話せすスタッフの方から説明があり、予約時のバウチャーとは別のバウチャーが渡されました。時間がきたらバウチャーをみせて、メットなどを装備してもらい、日本人用の運転の説明動画を見て、バギーに乗り込みました。好き勝手に走れるわけでなく、ガイドの方が運転する先頭のバギーに何台か連なり最高速度20キロで走行。たまに車間を狭めろとジェスチャーが。何箇所かバギーを降りて説明と写真の時間があります。
しかし、全て英語での説明なので断片的にしかわからず。事前にもっとクアロアの地のこと、歴史などを知っていれば良かったかなと思いました。
最後の方のジュラシックパークの撮影で使ったようなものがいっぱいあるところはスルーでした。
そういうところで降りて写真をとったりしたいならジュラシックパークのツアーのがよいかと思います。
左ハンドルに慣れていない父は右側に寄りがちで
少しひやっと。でもしばらくしたら慣れたようです。
バギーでの走行は気持ちよく、楽しかったです。
ただ全身砂埃まみれになります。
洋服、バッグ、靴まで砂まみれ。ホントに汚れてもよい服装、バッグはロッカーに預けるか、ビニールとかに入れることをおすすめします。
バギーを降りて、手洗い場で鏡を見てびっくり。
顔のメットとゴーグルの隙間に砂が。
眉毛とおでこに砂埃のラインができ、
おもしろ顔に仕上がってました。
顔丸洗いしないとさっぱりしません。
バギーのツアーのあと、そのまま出かけるのはおすすめできないです。シャワー浴びて服を着替えてご飯を食べに出かけました。
2時過ぎバギーが終わってから、クアロアでご飯を食べるつもりでしたが、その時間ではホットドッグなどの食べ物にSOLDOUTの表示が。
お腹が空いていたので、アイスだけ食べました。
午前中とかのツアーのが良かったのでしょうかね。
乗馬のツアーも迷ったので次回は乗馬でまわってみたいです。

The only other ways to get to this beautiful gem is to rent a kayak and row your way here (appx 45mins each way, with no wind) or with another tour boat company. In Hawaii, the only way to a private boat is if you know someone who owns a boat, or if you are military (where you can rent the boat, but in Honolulu area).
I always enjoyed the going out to Kaneohe Bay with OSA.

I was very excited about this adventure and can say it was my absolute favorite excursion on our 2wk vacation. My family also agrees.
The ride out to the sandbar was so lovely and relaxing with the live music. All of the staff was so friendly and check in and boarding went smoothly. The views from the sandbar were spectacular! We spent our time snorkeling, paddleboarding and soaking in the views. The live music playing from the boat really set the aloha mood. We would definitely book this excursion again!

This was a great way to spend our afternoon. The water sports offered were so fun! This was hands down the best snorkeling experience I’ve ever had. The reef and fish were beautiful. The crew was helpful and energetic.I felt so comfortable during this entire excursion! To top it all off, the live performers were OUTSTANDING. It was the perfect way to ride out into the beautiful Hawaiian waters. Loved loved loved this!

I thought the show would take place by the lagoon pool, but it turned out to be an interactive experience in the lagoon itself. It seems like something that wouldn't be possible in Japan due to safety and hygiene concerns, haha. The life jackets are excellent and keep you upright, floating up to your chest.

When you stretch your arms out in front of you, the dolphins swim by and you can automatically pet them from head to tail. Not everyone may get this, but the instructor explained everything in perfect Japanese (maybe of Japanese descent? A local person), which was really helpful. In addition to the instructor, a Japanese person was in charge of guiding us from the meeting point to the lagoon and providing various instructions, which made me feel very secure.

For the dolphin photo op, they take two pictures: one as part of the package and another as an additional option. You can see it from the spectator seats at the lagoon, so if you have family members who aren't participating, they can take photos of the experience.

ショーをやるラグーンの横のプールで実施するのかと思ったら、まさかのラグーンに入っての触れ合いでした。日本だと安全面・衛生面で叶わなそうですｗ ライフジャケットは優秀で、直立で胸まで浮きます。
腕を前に伸ばして待つと、イルカが前を泳いで行って自動的に頭から尾まで撫でられるスタイルです。
全員ではないかもしれませんが、インストラクターが完全な日本語(日系？現地の方)で説明してくれて助かりました。インストラクターの他に、集合場所からラグーンまでの案内や諸注意を日本人が担当してくれたので、とても安心しました。
イルカとの２ショットは、既定の写真と追加オプション購入の写真の2枚を撮ってくれます。ラグーンの観客席から見えるので、参加しない家族がいれば様子を撮影できます。

I participated with my daughter. While on the boat heading out, we were told we were too light, which made us anxious, but another mom who was with us agreed to jump together, so we were able to experience it safely. That mom was able to jump twice, once with her family and once with us, so we are very grateful for her help, but I don't think we did anything wrong, haha. If you're told you're too light, I think it's okay to ask someone else on board, "Could someone jump with me?"

We flew high right away, and it was fun without any scary shaking. The flight time was satisfying.

The meeting point is at the JTB HiBus bus stop. After getting off at Discovery Bay, head towards the sea, and once you reach the water, turn left towards the Hilton Lagoon.

Whether or not to take photos will be confirmed when you jump. For iPhone users, you can use AirDrop, and for Android users, it was $40 to purchase the SD card. Card payments are accepted.

母娘で参加しました。沖に向かうボート内で、二人は軽すぎて駄目だと言われて焦りましたが、乗り合わせた他のママが一緒に飛んでくれることになって、無事に体験できました。そのママも自分の家族とうちの回とで2回飛べたので、こちらとしては名乗り上げてくれて大感謝ですが、悪いことをしたわけでもないと思いますｗ 軽すぎて駄目と言われたら、乗り合わせた人に「誰か一緒に飛んでください」とお願いしてもいいと思います。
すぐに高く飛び、特に揺れるような怖さもなく楽しかったです。飛行時間は満足できました。
集合場所は、JTBのHiBusのバス停 ディスカバリー・ベイで降りたら、海に向かい、海に着いたら左に曲がったヒルトン・ラグーンの前あたりです。
写真撮影するかどうかは飛ぶ時に確認されます。iPhoneだとAirDrop渡し、AndroidだとSDカードごと購入で40ドルでした。カード払いOK。

We participated with three middle and high school students and my spouse. Although it was a long two hours, the scenery was beautiful, and the horses were very smart, making it an enjoyable experience. Once you start riding, it's non-stop for two hours. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand. Also, if you're not comfortable with hard seats, you might experience pain in your buttocks or the tops of your legs towards the end. I also felt some discomfort in my rear during the latter part. My wife and two children rated it as the best activity of our trip. The guide hardly spoke any Japanese, but I think if you watch the Japanese explanation video beforehand, it shouldn't be a problem for those who don't understand English regarding horseback riding. Additionally, only waist bags are allowed while riding. Other types of bags should be stored in nearby paid coin lockers or left at the reception desk (we had to leave ours at the reception due to a locker malfunction, so it's best to avoid bringing valuables).

There is an English sign at the dismounting area that says, "If you enjoyed and are satisfied, please consider tipping." I think a tip of around 15% is generally expected.

中高生3人と夫婦で参加。2時間という長時間ですが景色も良く、お馬さん達も大変賢く楽しむ事ができました。一度乗馬すれば2時間ノンストップです。トイレはしっかりと事前に済ませましょう。また、硬い椅子が苦手な方は後半お尻や足の付け根が痛くなります。当方も後半お尻が痛くなりました。妻と子供2人からは旅行中のアクティビティとしては最高評価でした。ガイドさんはほぼ日本語は通じませんが、事前の日本語説明ビデオを見れば英語が分からない方でも乗馬に関しては問題ないと思われます。また、乗馬の際にはウエストバックのみ着用可能です。他の形状のバック類は近くの有料のコインロッカーか、受付フロントに預けましょう（私たちはロッカー故障で仕方なく受付預かりにしました、極力貴重品は持って行かない方がいいです）。
「楽しめて満足できたらチップをよろしくね」と馬から降りる場所に英字の看板があります。原則15％～程度ののチップは必要かと思います。

I enjoyed every aspect of this excursion, from the moment i was picked up from the pick up spot in Waikiki, to the excursion itself, and to the return back to Waikiki. The banana tubing and regular tubing was a lot of fun, i do find myself as a snorkeling junkie, so I mostly snorkeled the entire time. I saw some amazing fish in the reef. I felt very safe all day. My friend did the kayaking and SUPing and enjoyed their time. The musicians were amazing. I would like to thank everyone for such a great experience.

It was amazing to race through the off-road trails with views of the mountains and the sea in the vast nature! I took a lot of photos and I'm soaking in the memories! There were only English-speaking staff, but they were very kind and accommodating! Since dust will cover your whole body, I recommend going with clothes and gear prepared for that, haha. If anyone is going to Hawaii, I definitely recommend experiencing this at least once! Thank you for the fun time! ^_^

Participated with 2 adults and 2 teens. We chose all included package with banana boat and bumper boat for the teens. They enjoyed the rides very much! Snorkeling was amazing, the area was shallow with reef areas. The water was so clear, we could see many fish easily. Tried kayak and SUP and both were so fun even for us as beginners. Music was amazing, staff was super kind and welcoming. If we had more days, we wanted to do it again!

There are similar tours available but this is the best tour by far! We chose the morning tour. Donuts (2-3 different types), orange juice and water were provided in a boat while going to Sandbar. Probably it took about 10-15 minutes to get there. 2 staff played live music and sang variety of songs. It was beautiful and they are great singers! In the boat, there are a few bathrooms for women and I believe one bathroom for men. Life vest is available for everyone. You can bring your own beverage including alcohol. You can do some water activities or relax in the boat. Snorkeling gear is available for free, kayak and SUP are also available though you may need to wait for your turn if they are occupied. Just being in the water (we went there at high tide and the water was close to my neck and I’m 5’4”) was relaxing since the water was so warm and clear. If you have small children, you may want to choose low tide timing unless your kids are comfortable with deeper water. There was no wave (very gentle water movement). I strongly recommend this tour to everyone. This tour provides something for everyone to have fun!

This was our 2nd time. We did this tour last summer and it was so good that we came back again this summer! We’re 2 adults and 2 teens. Just like last year, this tour was the best highlight of our Hawaii trip. Tour staff are super friendly and funny and play/sing beautiful live music. We did kayak, teens did banana boat and bumpy boat. Snorkeling was awesome. The water is so clear that we could see sea creatures so close and clearly. Snorkeling gear was provided. It was so much fun and relaxing seeing the amazing ocean views. I wish the tour was longer! Felt like it ended too soon, I know that’s because we had a wonderful time. We will definitely do this tour again when we go back to Hawaii. Thank you for offering this amazing tour at reasonable price. We could make unforgettable family memories. Mahalo!!

Thank you for the hospitality & helping our fam out on the bay! From lifeguarding while we snorkeled to helping with the SUP’s! We were surprised at the attentiveness of the staff! Definitely suggest packing snacks & BYOB! The donuts going out was not enough… as my kids were hungry after all activities.Boat had changing stalls & bathrooms… and live entertainment! Defitnitely recommend adding the banana boat/bumper tubes! Was so worth our experience!

One of the highlights of our trip. We brought our very adventurous 2 and a half year old out with us to swim with turtles and the crew were amazing and supportive!

Family of four, including one, four-year-old and one two year-old. First time for the kids on a boat and we had a blast. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and personable. They made sure my kids were safe and comfortable. The time frames were very appropriate, the staff kept everyone engaged and entertained. Some staff shout outs for Brandon, Jeremy Natalie, Faith, the guy holding the mike (sorry I forgot his name!!) . And yes we saw TONS of dolphins.

I’m in my forties, but I was able to surf both enjoyably and rigorously.

I participated alone, and I was the only Japanese person there. During my time, there was no support in Japanese at all. That said, there isn’t much difficult English, so I don’t think a high level of English is necessary. However, if you can’t speak any English at all or feel anxious about it, I think it would be safer to go with another company.

There was one instructor for two of us. The other person was a large Western man, but he dropped out early and went home, so it was essentially a one-on-one experience.

The instructor was strict. It might not be suitable for those who prefer a slow, hands-on, and gentle teaching style, but I think it’s great for those who want to dive right in and go for it! I had a lot of fun trying multiple times.

However, you will get quite sunburned! Lying face down on the surfboard waiting for waves left my calves and the back of my thighs bright red, almost like a mild burn. I regretted not wearing my long pants rash guard that I had with me. You really do get burned. That’s the only thing to watch out for.

Also, if you are prone to motion sickness, I think it’s better to take some anti-nausea medication. I heard someone say they felt sick.

一人で参加したのですが、日本人は私一人でした。
私の時は日本語のサポートは一切ありませんでした。
とはいえ難しい英語はあまりないのでそこまで英語力は必要ないと思います。しかし、英語が全くできない、不安がある方は別の会社が安心だと思います。

二人に先生が一人付いてくれました。もう一人の人は欧米人の大きい男性だったのですが、早々に脱落し帰ってしまったので実質マンツーマンでした。

先生はスパルタでした。ゆっくり手取り足取り丁寧に教えてほしい人には不向きかもしれませんが、折角なのでガンガンやりたい！という人には向いてると思います。私は何度もトライできて楽しかったです。

ただ、かなり日焼けします！
サーフボードにうつぶせになって波を待つのでふくらはぎと裏の太ももが真っ赤になり、軽いやけどのようになりました。長ズボンのラッシュガードを持っていたので履けばよかったと後悔しました。
本当に焼けます。これだけが注意です。

あと酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んだほうがいいと思います。
酔ったと言っている人がいました。
