It felt just like the other reviews said.

It was more of a shuttle service to the hotel rather than a tour. Since it was completely in English, I think only those who can speak English would enjoy it. When we arrived at the entrance of Hanauma Bay, the guide left, and we had to buy our own tickets and were free to explore on our own. I thought the price was high considering it was just a shuttle service. I felt a bit reluctant to pay a tip on top of that.

There was also a place to rent snorkeling gear inside Hanauma Bay, so honestly, I think it would be best to rent a car and go there on your own.

Hanauma Bay itself was amazing, and I would love to go again if I have the chance! I highly recommend it!

ツアーというよりはホテルまでの送迎のみでした。完全英語対応だったので英語ができる方しか楽しめないと思います。
ハナウマ湾入口に着くとガイドは帰ってしまい自分でチケット購入し、自由行動という感じでした。
送迎のみの割には値段が高いと思いました。そこにチップを払うのは少し抵抗がありました。
ハナウマ湾の中にシュノーケルセットをレンタルできる場所もあったので正直自分でレンタカーして行くのが1番かと思いました。

ハナウマ湾自体は最高でまた機会があれば行きたいと思いました！！おすすめです！

We participated in ziplining and ATV riding for the first time, with two adults.

We checked in at the Coral Crater reception 15 minutes early. There are lockers available for our belongings, which we used. The operation is via a touch panel, and since there is a Japanese language option, it was easy to use. The locker fees vary depending on the size, and payment can be made by credit card.

First, we did the zipline. The instructions for putting on the equipment were all in English, but they showed us a video in Japanese, so we were able to manage. Additionally, the instructors were there to help, so there were no issues. The first line was nerve-wracking, but the next two were a lot of fun. I felt like three lines weren't enough.

Next was the ATV riding. The operation instructions were also all in English, but since you only use the accelerator and brake, it was simple.

They provide goggles for your eyes, and I wore a face cover that I brought for my mouth and nose. It was a lot of fun driving on paths that you can't experience on regular roads, with ups and downs and puddles. You can also switch drivers during the ride. Of course, my clothes got covered in sand and mud, but there are free shower booths available, so I was able to quickly take a shower and change before our pickup. There were no shampoos or anything like that; it was a simple outdoor shower with a door.

Since you will get dirty, I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting stained.

There is also a gift shop where you can buy some souvenirs.

I would love to enjoy ziplining and ATV riding again if I have the chance.

初めてのジップラインと四輪バギー、大人2名で参加しました。

コーラルクレーターの受付に15分前にチェックインしました。荷物はロッカーがあるので利用しました。操作はタッチパネルで、日本語選択があるので簡単にできました。ロッカー料金は大きさによって違います。支払いはクレジットカードも利用できます。

まずはジップラインをします。装備品の装着の説明はすべて英語でしたが、日本語の動画を見せてくれるので対応できました。また、インストラクターも手伝ってくれるので問題ありません。
最初がドキドキでしたが、あとの2本は楽しくできました。3本じゃ物足りないような気もしました。

次に四輪バギーです。
こちらも操作方法はすべて英語でしたが、アクセルとブレーキしか使わないので簡単です。

目はゴーグルの貸し出しがあるので、それを装着し口と鼻は持参したフェイスカバーを装着しました。
登り下り、水たまりなどなど、普通の道路では体験できない道でとても楽しかったです。
途中で運転手も交代できます。
もちろん服は砂だらけ、泥が跳ねたりと汚れだらけになりましたが、無料のシャワーブースがあるので、お迎えがくるまでの間にさっとシャワーを浴びて着替えることができました。シャンプーとかはないです。屋外シャワーに扉がついている簡易的なものでした。

とにかく汚れるので服は汚れてもいいものをおすすめします。

ギフトショップもあるので、ちょっとしたお土産も買えます。

また機会があればジップラインと四輪バギー楽しみたいです。

The best tour to go on in Oahu. Amazing vibes! Amazing live music! Great service! The food was ehhh, 3/10, but you can BYOB and eat before or after! Amazing time. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time with Captain Bob's, and we will definitely return.... We recommend this group because they are very knowledgeable, you get to play on the sandbar, enjoy a great lunch, snorkel around a small reef and they take you to a spot to see many turtles!!!!
Our captains were so helpful with our family members that needed extra help, they were so attentive to their needs and were watching our for them all the time...... They were so friendly and pleasant to be around..... Awesome, fantastic, wonderful, excellent were the words my family of 6 kept saying over and over...... We highly recommend Captain Bob's and will definitely return when we come back to Oahu....

The zipline experience with breathtaking views from various directions in Hawaii is unforgettable. It took about an hour by rental car to get there, making it a full-day activity.

Since rain can ruin the fun, I feel it's safer to make a reservation about a week in advance after checking the weather forecast.

The instructor was lively and kept us entertained throughout the experience.

現地に行くまで、レンタカーでも1時間前後かかったので、1日がかり。

雨が降ると楽しめないので、予約は、1週間前くらいに天気予報が出てからが安心な気がします。

The wind felt a bit cold, but the weather was nice and the sea was crystal clear—it was the best! Although we only spoke Japanese, the staff were very kind and made us feel at ease!

I experienced a package that included parasailing, banana boating, and bumper tubing. Since there were staff members who spoke Japanese, I felt comfortable enjoying the activities.

It costs about $50 by taxi from Waikiki. You can also get there by The BUS.

If you check in online beforehand, the reception process is easier (you will receive an email). You can also do it on the day of.

My belongings were always close to me, so there were no issues. A waterproof phone case is essential.

During the banana boat and bumper tubing, a lot of seawater gets in your eyes and mouth, so it's better to have water and goggles on hand. Goggles can be rented on-site for $10, and they accept both card and cash. I endured falling off, so my arms were sore the next day, haha.

If you are prone to motion sickness while parasailing, it's advisable to take motion sickness medication. The waiting boat was quite rocky. I chose the 150m option, and the views and exhilaration were fantastic.

After the activities, changing facilities are in the reception building's restrooms (two unisex stalls).

I tipped while on the boat and also gave a direct tip to the staff who made the experience enjoyable.

All activities come with a GoPro, so don't forget to strike a pose and capture some action shots! You can check the photos and videos later, and having good camera angles might increase your desire to purchase them.

荷物は常に自分の近くにあるので問題なかったです。
防水の携帯ケースは必須ですね。

バナナボートとバンパーチューブは目と口に海水が結構はいるので、水などは手持ちでゴーグルもあった方がいいです。
ゴーグルは現地で10ドルでレンタル出来ます。カードでも現金でも対応してました。
落ちるのを我慢するので翌日から腕が筋肉痛に 笑

パラセーリングする方で酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んだ方がいいです。
沖で待機するボートも結構揺れました。
オプションの150mにしましたが景色も爽快感も最高でした。

終わった後の着替えは受付の建物の中のトイレ(男女兼用2室)になります。

チップは船の上で払いつつ、楽しましてくれたスタッフには直接渡す事もしました。

全てのアクティビティにGo Proが付いてるのでみんなでカメラ目線やアクションも忘れずに！！
後で写真と動画を確認するのでカメラ目線があれば購入意欲も湧くかと思います。

The whole crew was amazing, kind and funny! Spending the day at the sandbar was such an incredible experience and I highly suggest it for anyone looking to spend a fun day in the ocean. Would definitely book this trip again, the live music was also just amazing!

Easy to book and stress free service. We had a good time visiting. Staff were super friendly from front desk, tour to souvenir store.

We enjoyed all aspects of this luau and highly recommend it. The host was phenomenal, as were the dancers. And the food was incredibly tasty.

The pickup time for the hotel was about 10 minutes late, and at the meeting point, there was only a Korean couple besides us. They confirmed in broken English whether we were users of the Hanauma Bay shuttle service, which eased our anxiety a bit. After that, we were able to communicate with the Korean couple and had a valuable experience.
This was my fourth time at Hanauma Bay, and the restrictions are becoming stricter. The first time, the entrance fee was the only cost, but starting from the second visit, there was one day a week when the bay was closed, and from the third visit, it became two days a week. This time, I was surprised to find that it was completely reservation-only.

ホテルへのピックアップ時間が１０分位遅れ、集合場所には私たち以外は韓国人夫婦でしたが、拙い英語でハナウマ湾シャトルサービスの利用者であるかの確認をし、少し不安が和らぎました。その後韓国人夫婦とコミュニケーションがはかれて貴重な体験が出来ました。
ハナウマ湾は、今回が４回目でだんだん制限が厳しくなりました。
最初の時は、入場料だけで２回目からは週１日休場日ができ３回目からは週２日休場になり、今回からは完全予約制でびっくりしました。

I was able to fully immerse myself in the world of Jurassic Park. If you have a Japanese driver's license, anyone can drive! There are a couple of water spots in the first half and three in the second half, and if you step on the gas, you'll get as wet as if you were on a rapid slide, which is fantastic (laughs). If you're alternating driving with someone, you can switch every time you stop at a viewpoint, so both of you can experience it. Your face, hair, and clothes will definitely get dirty from the dust (and water), so if you're concerned, it might be a good idea to bring wet wipes or a change of clothes. The restrooms were clean! The instructor spoke English, and there was also one Japanese staff member, so it's reassuring! This time we used a buggy, but next time I want to try horseback riding and zip-lining as well.

ジュラシックパークの世界観にどっぷりハマることができました日本の免許を持っていけば誰でも運転できます️前半に一箇所、後半に三箇所ほどウォータースポット（水たまり？）があって、全力でアクセルを踏み込めば、急流滑りくらい濡れますが最高です（笑）ふたりで交互に運転するなら、ビュースポットで降りるたびに交代すればどちらも体験できます顔や髪、服は砂埃(と、水)でちゃんと汚れるので、気になる方はウェットティッシュや着替えを持っていくのがいいかもです。トイレは綺麗でした！インストラクターの方は英語話者の方ですが、お一人日本人の職員さんもおられるので安心です！今回はバギーでしたが、次回は乗馬やジップラインも体験してみたいです

It was truly like Jurassic Park.
There were various facilities in the ranch that I believe were used for filming the movie, and it brought back memories of Jurassic Park.
I had a valuable experience riding a four-wheeler through the ranch for almost an hour. I would like to visit again on another occasion.

牧場内にはいろいろ映画の撮影に使われたと思う施設があり、ジュラシックパークの映画がよみがえってきました。
約１時間弱四輪バギーで牧場内を駆け抜けて貴重な体験をさせていただきました。またの機会にもう一度訪れたいと思います。

I participated at my husband's suggestion, and I truly think it was worth going! However, you will definitely get your face and clothes covered in dirt, so it's best to bring clothes you don't mind throwing away and some wet wipes.

So many fun zip lines and two suspension bridges. The guides were all so lovely and made me feel safe throughout the entire adventure. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience in Hawaii!

I had previously experienced parasailing in Guam, but this time my middle school grandson wanted to try it, so we did a 120-meter experience. Seeing my grandson's happy face made me feel that it was worth it.

孫の楽しそうな顔を見て、やってよかったなと思いました。

Meet at the location with a rental car. The parking lot is quite full and tight. After check-in, you have free time until the meeting time. After gathering, a summary of precautions is provided in a Japanese video.

Get on the Kawasaki off-road buggy and off we go. We proceed along a relatively well-maintained road, park at the first detour spot, and receive an explanation (in English). After this, we navigate up and down the road, stopping at about three points while squealing with excitement on our way to the final destination. Your face and clothes will get covered in sand, so it's advisable to cover your mouth with a bandana.

Kawasaki オフロードバギーに乗り込み、いざ出発。比較的整備された道を進み最初の寄り道スポットで駐車し、説明を受ける。(英語) この後アップダウンの道をキャーキャー言いながら3地点ほど止まりながら最終地点に向かう。顔と服は砂まみれになるのでバンダナで口を覆うべし。

My kiddos had a blast, it was so worth it if you do have kiddos as Chief S really incorporates everyone in the crowd!

Great way to get ahead and skip the lines, ready to enter all museums!

We love the setting of the boat lounge. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the donuts and drinks! The singers while sailing are also good. We also love how they guide us on how to do the snorkeling and how they are protecting us while doing our sandbar activities. Special thanks to Toby for checking on us while doing the paddle board. We will definitely go back with them on our next Oahu trip! Highly recommended! Don't go somewhere else if you want the best Sandbar experience!!!

The weather was slightly cloudy, but my family of five was able to enjoy themselves.

We took theBUS from Honolulu to the nearest stop (about a 30-minute ride), which was more affordable than taking a taxi.

Since our experience started at 12:30, we arrived a bit early. We had lunch at a coffee house located in the adjacent Kai Shopping Center before the experience.

We tried parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boating. We enjoyed all of them. Thank you very much.

薄曇りの天気でしたが、家族５人は口々に楽しむことが出来たと話してました。

ホノルルから最寄りまでtheBUSで行きました(片道30分程度)タクシーよりも割安で行く事が出来ました

12:30からの体験でしたので、少し早目に到着。隣接するカイ・ショッピングセンター内にあるコーヒーハウスでランチしてから体験に行きました。

パラセーリング、ジェットスキー、バナナボートを体験。
どれも楽しむことが出来ました。

I had a horseback riding experience. The experience itself was very enjoyable, but the website stated an 8 AM meeting time and a 1 PM departure, so I planned for a half-day in the morning. However, it actually turned out to be an 8 AM meeting time and a 3:30 PM departure. After arriving at the site, we had to wait for 2 hours until the activity started, and after the activity ended, we waited another 2 hours until the bus departed, totaling 4 hours of waiting time. As a result, it took the whole day, and I had to cancel my afternoon plans. For these reasons, I think it's best for those making reservations to be cautious.

乗馬体験をしました。乗馬体験自体はとても楽しかったですが、サイトには8時集合13時出発とのことで午前の半日の予定をしていましたが、実際は8時集合15時半出発となり、現地到着後もアクティビティ開始まで2時間待ち、アクティビティ終了後も2時間バス出発まで計4時間待ち時間がありました。結果丸一日がかかり午後の予定をキャンセルせざるえませんでした。上記の理由から、予約される方はご注意された方がいいと思います。

We had a great time with fantastic performances and snacks even before arriving at the sandbar. Even after the boat stopped, their wonderful performance continued. Thanks to that, returning to the boat after activities wasn't boring. Moreover, kids can see a lot of fish at a shallow depth for snorkeling. I highly recommend this tour! The staff are extremely kind and friendly.

Both the participants and the staff created a great atmosphere, making it a memorable page in my travel experiences! I was able to see more animals than I expected. The food was delicious too.
